We stayed at the BnB Medina in Marrakesh. In a nice apartment with a beautiful view on the square “Jamaa el fna”. From the beginning all the employees (receptionists, housekeepers, women of the Hamam, waiters of the restaurant) were friendly and interested in our way of spending our holiday. Especially Hamza gave us a lot of practical information and he knows a lot about the town. He gave us a worthfull experience . In the restaurant next to the BnB we had a tastefull breakfast. All these aspects have completed our stay in Marakesh and made us feel at home..

Cons: Kies een appartement met uitzicht op het plein, deze hebben meer licht dan het achterliggende appartement. Badkamer en keuken zijn enigszins gedateerd, maar daar hebben wij weinig last van geahd.

The location is great! Right by the Fnaa square and is incredibly close to all the shops, restaurants, and cafés. You can see everything happening outside, which is a sight I very much enjoyed during and after the Moroccan team's match this week. The rooms are clean and very well-maintained. The staff were helpful on so many levels and recommended us the best spots to eat and shop for Caftan. I highly recommend it!

Cons: De kamer stonk naar een kelder door het vocht. Vreselijk! Daarnaast was het bed zo hard als een steen. Ik heb amper kunnen slapen. Er was geen grote spiegel aanwezig. De badkamer was mini en zag er onhygiënisch uit doordat het onafgewerkt was en het voegsel dat loskwam).

Loved the location. Apartment overlooked the heart of the medina. There were 2 sets of windows within the frame which meant the noise outside was reduced and it allowed the room to stay cool when air con was on. Loved the big oversized bed … and the staff were super friendly.

In der Unterkunft war es immer Sauber. Die Unterkunft war trotz das Sie direkt am Jemaal El Fna gelegen ist sehr ruhig-Das Personal, war immer sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Restaurants und Gelegenheit zum Einkaufen sind in Fuß nähe zu erreichen. Sehenswürdigkeiten können auch Fußläufig oder mit dem Taxi erreicht werden.

Cons: Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück wurde in einem klein Restaurant (Cafe) im Neben Haus Servierte. Leider gab es das gleiche Frühstück die ganze Woche lang. Jeden Tag das gleiche Sorte Brot, 1 Töpfchen Erdbeer Marmelda,1 Butter, 1 Töpfchen Honig und eine Rührei.

A la cocina le faltaba una cafetera, servilletas...Una de las noches hicieron obra en el local bajo nuestro apartamento y estuvieron picando con martillo neumático hasta las 3 am, sin poder dormir. Pero todo son pequeños detalles (salvo el ruido de esa noche) que no afectan al buen resultado y satisfacción del conjunto

Soundproof, good for families. Food , restaurant, supermarket, Taxi all available almost whole day, no worries for any facility.

The hotel is in an excellent location, being as it is right on the most famous square in Marrakech and close to the souks. It is very clean and well furnished. The bed was good we slept well. The staff of reception were very polite anfd helpful.

De locatie is fantastisch, rechtstreeks aan het beroemde plein. Weet wel dat de markt op het plein tot in de late uurtjes doorgaat. Gelukkig is het appartement redelijk goed geluidsdicht, maar je kunt de Marokkaanse muziek wel horen. Van de moskee oproepen hoor je niets. Het appartement (nr 3) was zeer ruim en netjes. Ontbrak aan niets. 24/7 is er iemand bij de receptie. Dagelijks schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken. Wifi is goed. Algemene tip, zsm Marokkaanse telefoonkaart kopen, euro per gig. Taxis en touroperators communiceren per whatsapp.

Cons: Niets van het appartement, maar als ik iets zou moeten noemen is dat de taxi niet voor de deur kan komen. Maar 2 minuten lopen is eenvoudig. Om het te vinden hadden we wel enige hulp nodig. Ingang zit aan einde van de straat tussen winkeltjes. Twee winkeltjes voor het einde van de straat.

El alojamiento era cómodo y limpio, los servicios más que aceptables

Cons: Había obras a la entrada y nos dificultó en todo momento el acceso al hotel. El ruido y las vibraciones de la maquinaria eran insoportables y nos despertaba muy temprano porque estaba levantando toda la plaza. No se nos avisó de esto en ningún momento, de saberlo hubiésemos elegido otra ubicación para el viaje. Según nos contó el recepcionista las obras comenzaron una semana antes de nuestra llegada podíamos haber cancelado a tiempo sin penalización. Estoy decepcionado por el servicio.

We thought being in the Medina would be exciting but it was very noisy, which on reflection we should have condidered. However, the reception staff were wonderful, very helpful at all times and nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: Our apartment needed some general maintenance e.g. all the doors squeaked extremely loudly, one of the showers didn't work very well and the Wifi was very poor. Every evening and into the night there was a lot of noise of furniture scraping above our apartment. When we complained the reception staff explained that above our apartment was a café not owned by the accommodation, and they had no control over the situation.

Second stay at this hotel and I must say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve found so far (I’ve probably been to over 20 properties). The staff are super nice and accommodating. I had a special request upon checkin and the guy at the reception went out of his way to help me. The rooms are clean which is difficult to find in Morocco. The windows are doubled so there’s not much noise coming in and you just have to take the stairs and you’re in Jemaa Al-Fnaa. The breakfast is very good and they provide you with a little bit of everything. See you next time!

Because of this, I lost around €5,000 over 5 nights. I asked several times for the Wi-Fi to be fixed, but nothing improved. It was a horrible experience compared to the 46 countries I’ve visited so far. I also lost many customers due to the poor internet connection. On top of that, the property did not allow me to have a friend visit, and I was repeatedly bothered about this issue. Overall, I cannot recommend this place. I will be reporting it to Booking.com and requesting a full refund.

Tutto. L'appartamento era molto pulito e nei tre giorni di soggiorno hanno mantenuto la pulizia in modo eccezionale. La colazione era molto abbondante e buonissima e nel giorno in cui avevamo un escursione ci hanno dato una colazione da portare via. Sehr Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sprechen einwandfrei Englisch. Vor unserer Ankunft hat Reception mich kontaktiert und Transport gegen Aufpreis organisert. Alles verlief problemlos. Lage ideal, direkt in der Stadt. Ca. 20Min. vom Flughafen entfernt. Zimmer sind gross, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Rund um dem Hotel viele Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, Tücher ausgewechselt und sogar Geschirr abgewaschen.

Cons: Alles war super. Wir waren rundum glücklich und zufrieden.

Un séjour parfait, comme toujours ! C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne au Bnb Medina, et une chose est sûre : ce ne sera pas la dernière ! Tutto sommato la struttura non è male e siamo stati bene ottima la posizione! Uniche pecche la doccia che è grande ma perde un po' d acqua ma soprattutto i condizionatori, un po' scadenti o mal funzionanti, non emanevano molto calore e a marzo di notte le temperature si abbassano! Comunque consigliata

Appartamento spazioso, ampio salotto, angolo cucina (mai utilizzato) con frigo, 2 piccoli bagni con doccia ma senza bidet e 2 camere da letto con letto matrimoniale con 2 cuscini x persona. Molto buona la sonorizzazione grazie ai doppi vetri, d’obbligo visto il perpetrarsi della vita notturna della piazza. Ottima e abbondante la colazione servita al bar sottostante.

Posizione ottima! Si è nel pieno centro con tutto a portata di mano. Nonostante la presenza nel cuore della piazza, ci sono doppie finestre e corridoio che fanno sì di isolare i rumori.

Cons: Il bagno non essendo finestrato, nonostante ci sia la ventola, rimane umido e questo crea un aria di chiuso. Manca l ascensore, perciò chi ha bagagli pesanti o come noi il passeggino da dover portare su e giù ad ogni uscita è un po’ scomodo. Infine, c’è ristorante attaccato spostano tavoli e sedie e sembra ci sia un trasloco continuo. Non dipende dal Hotel ma è giusto tenerlo presente.

Cons: Se oye todo el ruido de la plaza hasta altar horas de la noche, la habitacion la limpieza es regulera y ademas los muebles asi como puertas y demas muy viejas y con destrozos, se oye la gente como entra y sale del edificio a todas horas. Sitio ruidoso y que deberian arreglar al menos las habitaciones dobles.

This was a whole appartment and would have been fantatstic for a long stay. It was slightly wasted on us as we were only there for one night but it was a delight to stay here. It was spacious, light and airy with a very comfortable bed. The location on the edge of Jemaa el-Fna is fantastic. This bustling night markets full of stalls and restaurants is a must see if you are in Marrakech and you couldn't be better placed to enjoy it. The rooms are very well sound proofed so you don't get disturbed by the noise of the market.

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and in the heart of Marrakech. The balcony was overlooking Jemaa el-Fna square which was amazing. The staff in the reception were both so helpful, friendly & go over and beyond to make guest’s stay comfortable.

Cons: I found it to be a little overpriced, it was £80 British pounds per night and that’s almost the same amount you’d pay in London for a place like this, so I expected it to be a little cheaper in Morocco.

I loved the location! It was perfect distance to everything. The set up of the apartment was nice, plenty of space for a family. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The Beds were very firm, like sleeping on cardboard. The cleaning could have been more thorough. There was dust in the shelving and the bathrooms had some mold and dirt in the corners.

Cons: Apartamento número 2 El sofá cama no es una cama, solo un sofá grande y estaba muy sucio. Te dan sábanas para poner, pero no es lo mismo dormir sabiendo que está tan sucio. El apartamento está insonorizado, pero cada vez que el bar de abajo monta y desmonta la terraza hace mucho ruido, y suele hacerlo muy temprano y tarde en la noche.

Douche chaude.

Cons: Smart tv qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le monsieur a l’accueil est venu le lendemain, mais elle en a décidé autrement puisque elle s’est ré déconnectée 2h après. Sinon RAS

Es la tercera vez que me alojo y aunque seguiría haciéndolo en un futuro creo que empieza a verse un pelín más descuidado. Son instalaciones muy modernas y habitaciones muy equipadas pero un pequeño lavado de cara y arreglos menores harían una experiencia mucho mejor.

Ubytovanie sa nachadza priamo na namesti Jema el Fna. Na okoli su nakupne moznosti, ci uz potraviny, voda, turisticke suveniry, cerstvo vylisovane stavy na namesti, zmenarne. Ubytovanie ma dvojite presklenie na balkone, je velmi dobre odhlucnene. Do izby sa nedostane hluk z namestia. Apartman naozaj velmi dobre vybaveny, aj kuchyna bola dobre vybavena. Moznost vytlacit spiatocne letenky na recepcii. Na Silvestra sme dostali pozornost vo forme miestnych kolacikov so zelanim vsetkeho dobreho do Noveho roka. Blizko ku vsetkym hlavnym pamiatkam. Blizko zastavky autobusu L19, ktory chodi priamo na letisko za 30 Dh. Blizko KFC. Ubytovanie sa da lahko najst, je dobre oznacene. Ranajky sa podavaju v susednej kaviarni na zaklade voucheru, ktory dostanete na recepcii. Ranajky boli na miestne pomery bohate. Ochotny perosnal, cisto, uteraky menene.

Cons: S pobytom sme boli velmi spokojni. Jedine mozno kupelna nesplna 10 bodov. Voda vyteka zo sprchy a WC nie je dobre upevnene. Ale tlak vody je dobry, kupelna dobre vybavena. Zatial to vsetko funguje, takze spokojnost.

Cons: The towels were ALL broken with a lot of holes, the walls were dirty, the carpet looked like it was never cleaned, the location is right in the jamaa el fna, we thought its a good choice but is not. The air is not clean due to the pollution that comes from the scooters and it’s very noisy. We could have stayed in a calm area im the centre for a better price, cleaned and with a cleaner air.

La ubicación es excelente. En plaza plaza de Marrakech. El apartamento es grande y está muy bien cuidado. El personal es muy amable. He leído comentarios de que el acceso es complicado, pues es súper sencillo. Hay un rótulo con el nombre y justo debajo un portal con escaleras, subes al primer piso (sin ascensor pero muy pocas escaleras) y te encuentras con la recepción. Es muy fácil, cartel y debajo escaleras. Así.

Cons: Por poner un pero, el día de salida teníamos contratado el desayuno y como teníamos una excursión reservada para el desierto, pedimos si era posible un café para llevar y no pudo ser. Me hubiera gustado un café con leche sólo.

Appartement très spacieux de 65 m2 , la proximité de la place on peut pas mieux faire. Idéal emplacement . Nous avons tout essayé, Riad , hotel…. Cet endroit reste idéal en hiver car pas de nécessité de se baigner et d’avoir une piscine pour se rafraîchir.

Cons: Je dirais peut être qu’il manquerait une cafetière malgré que le café se trouve au pied de l établissement. La literie peut être un peu dure a mon goût mais cela n est que personnel.

The location (right on the main square) was amazing. Breakfast is the cafe next door was very good. The staff at BnBMedina were lovely and the rooms were generally very comfortable, the whole place was an oasis of peace next to the frenetic market.

Right in the heart of Marrakesh old city. Easy access to lots of different sites and the markets utilising the hotel as a pit stop in between. Easy access to plenty of locations for food. Very spacious apartment with Netflix on TV. I was impressed by the sound proofing as you are right on top of the square. You can still hear outside noise but it is muffled. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

We stayed at the unit #1 (Superior Apartement The main View of Jemaa El Fna). Unbeatable location right on and with a view of the main square! The double-paned glass muffles the sounds enough to get a good night’s sleep. Very spacious bedroom and living room. Huge L-shaped sofa; the side with the backrest turned out to be the sofa bed. Pretty reasonable price given the space and location. Cafe Samovar right next door had a good breakfast selection; you can pay for breakfast during hotel booking or order a la carte in person.

Cons: I wish the sliding glass windows actually locked. The bathroom could stand to be improved — the shower door doesn’t close completely, which gets the floor towel soaked fairly quickly; and there are no hooks or towel racks. Bedside lamps are too bulky and using up the sockets that we need for our gadgets.

The location was perfect to experience the hustle and bustle of jemaa el fna. The apartment was very clean and they welcomed us with mint tea and some biscuits which was a lovely touch.

Cons: The shower head in one of the bathrooms was not great. The front door handle was loose and we notified the staff but nothing was done until it came off and we couldn’t open the door from inside, had to call staff by banging on door luckily they heard us and opened the door from outside. Next to the main square, Medina. Full of buzz and activities, vibrant, lively tho can be a bit noisy. Apartment was spacious, 2br 2 bathroom. 24 hour reception, very helpful staff, esp Jover, even help to show where to eat, where to buy basic essentials and help bring down heavy luggages down the stairs and loaded to transport.

The injury I suffered due to poor maintenance made me like nothing.

Cons: The injury I had. The shower head and bracket was poorly fixed and the entire thing collapsed, hitting my nose, making it bruised and bleed and the property are not getting back to any of my concerns. At the time I was hurt I went to the reception who could see my nose bleeding, possibly fractured and they didn’t even have so much as a First Aid kit and although the guy looked horrified to see me that way, there was no helped offered in any shape or form. Not even something to help me clean it or even a plaster or dressing to stop the bleeding.

In the heart of sleepless market square, the location is very convenient for us to go anywhere. With double-glazed window, it can block most of noise. Spacious space (65 sq metres) is a bonus for staying longer. Friendly staff, modern facility, nice location etc we enjoyed the stay for the holiday. Friendly staff arranged pick-up service and bring us to the hotel very smoothly.

Cons: Shower may be a bit old but okay to use as this is Marrakesh. Though not much public reception area, the apartment is very spacious for you to enjoy. Pick-up service is excellent but you may negotiate a bit to meet the local market rate (Euro 9 - 10 or similar from airport to hotel)

Excellent location. Most of the main tourist attractions are within 10-15min walking distance. The hotel is literally looking out onto Jemaa El Fna square so you are based right in the heart of all the attractions the square has to offer (including stalls selling all sorts of good, direct access to the souk, food and drink markets in the evening, and live entertainment that carries on into the night). The staff were excellent. Always very friendly, approachable and polite. There is air con which was much needed even in November! The hotel does allow you to store bags with them if you have a later flight which was very helpful.

Cons: We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and I have to say the accommodation, though spacious, was clearly older / well used and could do with renovations. Both bathrooms smelled of dampness, and the showers and sink had mould and were not the cleanest even on arrival. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had no issues with them. The kitchen is very basic and though it does have a microwave, there is no kettle for tea / coffee etc which is not a deal breaker in itself, but would have been nice to have. The cleaning sponge left in the kitchen was mouldy when we arrived, and the glassware stained, so we ended up washing the dishes prior to use. Due to its central location, you can hear noise from the square well into the early hours of the morning. This is less of an issue in the bedrooms where the sound proofing is better, but if you use the sofa bed in the living room the noise is very loud and disruptive even to those that are not light sleepers!

L'emplacement sans aucun doute reste l'avantage premier de cet établissement. On ne peut pas être plus près de la place, nous sommes SUR la place ! Ce n'est pas bruyant car il y a double vitrage + terrasse séparée d'encore une porte fenêtre. Le soir vous observez l'animation de la place depuis le balcon comme si vous êtiez dans la rue. Literie hyper confortable, les draps bien blancs (et pas gris), l'espace dans l'appartement, la kichnette si besoin avec frigo, la clim réversible, les serviettes changées tous les jours et le personnel de réception top, hyper gentil. Super rapport qualité/prix au regard de l'emplacement.

Cons: Un rafraichissement de la peinture dans la salle de bain, quelques moissisures et odeurs de douche mais sans chipotter car courant au Maroc. Peut-être de décorer le long couloir d'accès aux appartements pour rendre cette partie plus intimiste car cest froid, la lumière est blanche.

L'emplacement est Le gros plus de l'appartement, idéalement situé sur la place jemaa El fna idéal si vous voulez déposer vos achats, aller aux toilettes ou vous reposer. L'appartement est spacieux, propre, bien décoré, climatisation parfaite, acoustique au top même en plein cœur de la place (exception faite pour le bruit des travaux du rooftop d'à côté). Petit-déjeuner très correct avec jus frais, boissons chaude, msmen, pain, viennoiseries, yaourt, salade de fruits et autres. Personnels agréable et disponible

Very easy to get to - no getting lost in the medina and in the morning, taxis can drop you off by the door. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The welcome mint tea was a nice touch and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was vegetarian which was excellent news. It’s only an 8-10 min walk to Bim, a very cheap shop at which we stocked up in cat food (the amount of starving stray cats in Marrakesh is off the charts)

Cons: There was a foul smell in the bathroom, and the sink leaked whatever water you’d put down it - so washing your hands created a small flood. The location being what it is, we expected it to be loud and it is. The windows block most of it out, but it’s not complete soundproofing. Didn’t expect there to be a lively bar/restaurant above us though - and with each move of a chair, there’s a chalkboard-like scraping sound coming from the ceiling. It continued well into the night and made it really hard to fall asleep, waking us up through the night too. The only other gripe was that we always travel with our own pillows (Levitex Anywhere, IYKYK) and housekeeping took these off our bed and into a random box that was in the room. Minding the box was on the floor and god knows what others have used it for, that was really icky and we had to hide pillows in the suitcase for the rest of the stay.

Amazing apartment in the heart of the Medina, close to loads of restaurants and perfect for shopping. Everything you need is close by. Taxis are easy to find if you want to go out of the medina, there’s a shopping centre around a 10 mins drive and also some boujee restaurants/ shisha bars. Apartment was clean and spacious and staff were lovely. Recommend staying here, if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech.

Apartment is nice, good to have the sofa bed and chairs to relax on before going to bed. Shower was good, and the apartment got cleaned while we were out the next day. It's located right at the main square, but because of that it's noisy outside. The windows were fairly good at keeping most of the noise out though, but not completely. Enough to go to sleep though, so we had good nights. Wifi speed was good.

Cons: Breakfast was not provided by them, they give breakfast vouchers to the cafe next to the place, but they only open around 8:30, so we couldn't have breakfast on any of our two morning there as we had to leave a little bit earlier.

"Location, right in the heart of Jemaa el Fna. We were worried about the noise level, but with the balcony and glazing, the noise level is minimal. Fantastic views from our balcony. The staff were always welcoming and provided anything that was desired.

Cons: Little disappointed that they used a broom to clean the rugs. It is obvious that it hasn't been vacuumed, so hygiene would be an issue. The property have a partnership or affiliation with the restaurant below, who offer the breakfast. The breakfast was a little disappointing and could have been better.

Good place to stay 1 night or so. Right infront of the main Bazaar. Over crowded on weekends. BnB Medina sign board is is not illuminated at all. Rooms are huge but washroom is small. Staff is very nice. If you want to live in a crowded place, this is an excellent area.

BnB Medina está justo en la medina, más céntrico imposible. A pesar de ruido que se genera por la noche, las habitaciones tienen doble acristalamiento y no se oye el ruido de fuera. La cama me resultó muy cómoda y los chicos de la recepción (abierta 24h) fueron muy amables y atentos. Y por último, destacar el desayuno, fue de 10!!!! Nos encantó! We did opt for the breakfast option which is provided at the restaurant downstairs, which was good value for money. The apartment was fully air conditioned which is a must as it was hot when we went! The black out curtains are great, and the double glazed balcony windows help with reducing the noise from the square. We would definitely go back.

The location is perfect. Close to the medina, and the Koutubiyya mosque (4 min walk). There are also two mosques just next door (one of whom has an Imam with a beautiful recitation! Masjid Al Madina). The apartment is modern, spacious with great AC, next to no noise (which is miraculous considering you're in Djemaa Al Fna). The breakfast is great (the restaurant staff are very friendly). Honestly, I would stay here again when I return to Marrakech iA. (It's also pretty easy to access, especially if you arrive in the morning as taxis loiter right outside the apartment. Otherwise it's a short walk from the end of the road).

Cons: The bathrooms didn't have a bidet - otherwise everything was great.

Personale accogliente, gentile e disponibile . Struttura in posizione centrale ed abbastanza nuova. Letto confortevole e dotato di più cuscini per diverse esigenze. Pulizia discreta ed ampia disponibilità di asciugamani. Molto gradita la presenza di bottiglie di acqua sempre disponibili e gratuite nel piccolo frigorifero in camera.

Cons: Nonostante fossi arrivato dopo l'orario previsto del check-in , la camera non era pronta , per cui sono dovuto tornare dopo un po. Camera piccola ma soprattutto bagno ristrettissimo , non si riusciva ad aprire la porta della doccia in modo completo per la presenza del wc che lo impediva. Difficile asciugarsi in bagno perché l'ambiente era piccolissimo. Suppellettili in camera nuovi ma trascurati e danneggiati in varie parti. Grossa pecca , la colazione non si fruisce in hotel ma in bar di fianco a pochi metri , in cui la scelta del cibo e delle bevande è molto limitata e non sono molto disponibili ed accoglienti, quasi infastiditi dai clienti provenienti dall'hotel. La struttura si trova proprio in mezzo alla Medina, per cui nonostante i doppi vetri, non si può definire silenziosa, fino alle 2/3 del mattino c'è musica e baccano proveniente dalla strada . Appena si esce dall'hotel ci sono decine e decine di venditori ambulanti fastidiosi che vogliono venderti di tutto, non si può definire un luogo tranquillo, anche se pittoresco e non pericoloso.

Our stay here was amazing and super pleasant, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and located in the dead centre of the market. Initially I was concerned with the loud sounds coming from the market because there was also a music festival ongoing during our stay, but to my surprise the double glazed windows and main doors didn't let much sound get through. Overall, value for money, amazing staff and amazing location (+breakfast).

Frühstück war inbegriffen, ich habe es aber nicht in Anspruch genommen und kann es daher nicht beurteilen.

Cons: Leider ist das Hotel nachts starkem Lärm ausgesetzt. Das hängt mit der sehr belebten Lage zusammen und lässt sich nicht ohne Weiteres vermeiden. Größter Malus: Eine Gastronomie räumt nach Mitternacht ihre Tische vom Außenbereich nach innen. Dieser Prozess dauert mindestens eine halbe Stunde und ist extrem laut. Es handelt sich um das selbe Gebäude, daher wird man damit beschallt. Der Lärm vom Djemma El Fna selbst war in meinem Zimmer durch Schallisolation sehr geringfügig, bei meiner Begleitung (in einem anderen Zimmer) hingegen aber sehr präsent. Sauberkeit und Zustand des Inventars ist ok bis gut, könnte aber noch zulegen.

Location is literally in the Jemaa El Fnaa area. Friendly staff available at any time. Room cleaning on request. If you are used to European or resort hotels, you will have to wait a long time for cleaning to be done, but on request cleaning will be done daily. When you meet the cleaning staff, they ask you if you need cleaning. Good local breakfast.

Cons: Upon arrival, they tried to give me a different room than the reserved one, which did not have a view of the market, but the situation was resolved quickly. They forgot to send the car to the airport for transfer. Poor wifi quality. Much better to buy the data card at the airport

Comfortable modern apartment with fascinating views of Jemma n Fna square at night. Very central, walk out door into the hubbub and plenty of restaurants around. Medina only 5 mins walk. Great window glazing so can't hear a sound but can open windows if wanted. Very comfy bed (orthopaedic and super king-size in room 2 - "superior" one). Nice to have balcony (though no suntanning opportunities as fully enclosed). Plenty space. Smart TVs in lounge and bedroom. Great air conditioning. Good housekeeping. Kitchen facilities good. Discount for spa at sister hotel (Jemaa suites) which was good for hamman, massage etc. The reception staff nice and friendly.

Cons: We arrived about 6pm so taxi had to drop us off about 10 mins walk away due to market being on. (Make sure you know which way to head! But I'm sure it was alot easier to find than the Rhiads!!). No sign at entrance on arrival (apart from the one up high seen in photos) so weren't 100% sure where to go. Asked at neighbouring restaurant Salmovar and waiter kindly showed us. Doorway squeezed in-between 2 shops. Shame there is no rooftop area like other places have but can use rooftop at sister hotel Jemaa suites. For the price would expect more luxury toiletries. Sometimes we came in from day out and noone on reception yet our room key on show. There are CCTV cameras so hopefully someone was keeping an eye on the place. Would suggest adding comfortable seating to balcony area with high cushioned bar stools. Overall we were happy to have chosen it as good first time in Marrakech. But might consider a Rhiad next time now we are orientated better.

Plusieurs restaurants ainsi qu'une pharmacie se trouvent à proximité. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner était complet et délicieux. La chambre était très confortable et propre.

Cons: Le petit déjeuner était servi à 8h00 avec un service lent, ce qui nous a parfois mis dans l'embarras car nous avions des taxis qui nous attendaient. Je vous conseille de prévoir un petit déjeuner de secours le jour de votre départ, car le restaurant a refusé de nous préparer notre petit déjeuner ce jour-là malgré les négociations avec l'hôtel. le service de l'hôtel propose un service de navette un peu trop cher alors que l'aéroport ce trouve à 15min en voiture.

Das Frühstück war super - sehr reichhaltig, frisch und lecker. Die Lage ist wirklich direkt am Djeema el Fna - zur Tür raus und direkt im "Wahnsinn" - aber die Fenster sind ziemlich schalldicht - man kann gut schlafen.

La ubicación es privilegiada . Las mejores vistas de la ciudad para conocer el auténtico ambiente de Marrakech, sobre la plaza con más vida de todo Africa. Las 3 estancias daban a la Plaza Jemaa el_Fna , dos con balcón y el salón con ventanal . Podrías pasarte las horas anonadado simplemente observando. Sin embargo, estaban muy bien aisladas. El tamaño del apartamento es inmenso. Todos los taxis nos dejaron o recogieron a tan sólo 2 minutos, sin pasar por calles estrechas ni oscuras. Nos sentimos seguros en todo momento.

Cons: Pensar que los azulejos puedan estar más brillantes o que el edificio tenga ascensor, no tiene mucho sentido exigirlo en la Medina de Marrakech. Así que nada nos defraudó.

This property is at the Medina. Location is perfect. Did not need to walk around the souks to find the hotel, it is at the front. The property is open, spacious with really friendly staff. I think in the 9 days I stayed, I might have met every staff member, and everybody was really nice and friendly. The taxis are right in front from 3am to 12pm, then the vehicles aren’t allowed in the Medina. The Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast provided from La Samovar was delicious and more than plenty. Be prepared for the noise though. One room we used, had double windows and balcony doors so noise wasn’t too bad. We switched to a different room, without a balcony, and one night it felt like the drums were literally outside the door, until 1am. This is not the property’s fault at all. The Medina is just crazy loud. Get ear-plugs from the pharmacy downstairs, and you’ll be just fine.

Cons: Some bathroom work needed. One of the bathroom had the towel rack falling, so couldn’t really hang anything. We switched to another room for a different reason, and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly and fast. Shower door closed but water still got out, leaving puddles after each shower.

The location was great if you want to be in the heart of the medina. Our room was clean and decorated to a modern standard however the room we were given at the front of the property has real noise pollution issues. As it is located right next to the stairwell to the property we were constantly disturbed by people entering and exiting the building. Located directly above our room i believe was a restaurant and the noise of chairs and tables being moved around through the ceiling was incredibly noisey and disturbing. They have made the effort to double up the windows to drown out the noise from the bustling square directly outside the property, i expected to hear some noise and wasn't wrong but by midnight this died down completely which in all honesty cant be helped to a degree. I will say that the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, couldn't fault them at all.

The staff is great. We had a large, well designed apartment with stylish decor. The location is both an asset and a detriment. While we had a wonderful view of the action on the main square, some of the noise comes through the double-paned windows. The drumming goes on until about 1:00 AM. Breakfast was provided by the restaurant next door, and it was ample and tasty.

Cons: While my husband's old LG phone was able to link into the wifi, my newer Samsung Galaxy could not connect to their Internet wifi. There seem to be wifi problems. While the bed was large and comfortable, the pillows were impossible to sleep on because they were overstuffed. I had to take off the pillow case and put it on a decorative smaller throw pillow in order to get to sleep.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man muss nur die Treppe runter und schon ist man mitten im Getümmel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gibt es im Kaffee nebenan, man bekommt hierfür Gutscheine. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Mit der Klimaanlage konnte man auch heizen (bei unserem Besuch waren es Nachts weniger als 10°C, draußen).

Cons: Man sieht von Außen schon den Namen des Hotels, aber wo ist der Eingang? Der Eingang zum Hotel ist zwischen 2 Geschäften, über eine schmale Treppe in den 1. Stock des Gebäudes. Es gibt keinen Raum für Fahrräder. Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer war auf eine unschöne Wand gegenüber. Durch das Brummen unserer und weiterer Klimaanlagen war es z.T. doch recht laut.

If you’re looking somewhere near the marketplace this is the best location you need to be. Our room was huge, clean and decent. We got the view of the square with the balcony on our room but surprisingly the noise outside couldn’t be heard in the room which I thought would be a problem so we we’re quiet at peace at night. The check in and out is very fast and efficient. I would probably stay here again primarily due to its strategic location and room size. What a steal!

Cons: Wifi can be a bit better. There are certain hours that we couldn’t connect to their wifi.

Nice service employees were helpfull, rooms were fine, pretty clean, however there are some stains on the couch and table. Bed was very comfortable and clean. TV with netlix/youtube available. Kitches available but keep in mind it is all very basic, one pot, couple utensils nothig more.

Cons: Keep in mind that it is very close to the square, bacially on the square. Very busy, you hear sounds untill like 1:00 AM, it didnt keep me awake but if you are sound sensetive keep it in mind. Good location if you want to be close to the busy square, otherwise I would suggest something more suddle and further in the city or out were it is more calm. Bathroom could be better, a bit old, and some moisty places. Furthermore it was comfortable for a couple of nights.

The location was very central to the Jemma El Fna and if you want to be close to action and central to many cultural highlights. The apartment afforded a lot of space, a refrigerator, and two bathrooms which was fantastic for a family of 4.

Cons: The beds were extremely hard and construction noises early in the morning were terrible for part of our stay. The hot water ran out rather quickly and one shower door was a bit leaky.
