Cons: Ontbijt ! En was Zeer weinig keuze en niet vers ! Olijven , sla , komkommer, kaas zag je hele goed dat een paar dagen oud waren echt niet gezond ! Bovendien personeel en verantwoordelijke ook niet beleefd en vriendelijk ! Je voelt je niet welkom ! Behalve 1 jonge vrouw aan ontbijt dat haar best deed en een vrouw aan de receptie die echt super lief was en vriendelijk jammer dat ik laatste dag niet meer zag anders had ik haar dit allemaal verteld ! Bovendien waren de klanten daar ook niet allemaal op hun gemak , is normaal als je u niet welkom voelt en ontbijt op niks trekt !

Cons: La pression de la douche et l'évacuation de l'eau très lente. La fenêtre coulissante ne fermait pas bien d'où un coulis d'air et nuisances sonores. Ménage pas fait, ils changent juste les serviettes. Et petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus, pas de chocolat au lait le matin, pas de fruits ni laitages. Plats chauds ne sont pas tenus au chaud. TV ne fonctionne pas. Manque de couverts, assiettes, ustensiles. Impossible de cuisiner sur place.

Cons: Le manage est fait qu’en surface. Il y a des travaux actuellement donc faut pas prévoir de grasse matinée. De plus le petit déjeuné est totalement européen. En effet on y trouve aucun produit local. Même le thé n’était pas bon. Le thé à la menthe était du thé en sachet.

La gentillesse du personnel

Cons: On a passé une nuit blanche vu que l'hôtel est juste en face d'immeuble habité par des célibataires fêtards jusqu'à l'aube, bagarres et insultes en tout genre, piscine au rooftop dont la profondeur ne dépassant pas 80 cmd, donc pas une piscine mais un petit bassin,, Télé ne marche pas, des cafards (3) dans la douche, il y a une autre piscine au SPA mais à 100dhs l'heure, petit dej qui au départ des touristes étrangers a complément changé (moins d'articles), pas de parking, clim non opérationnelle (d'ailleurs afficheur cassé), il faut revoir la gestion de cet hotel.

Cons: Petit déjeuner à revoir . Un séjour de 3 jours et la même bouf qui se répète. Le 2 eme jour nous étions surpris des saucisses et des potatoes présents au buffet alors que c'est le reste du jour précédent , quand on a demander à la femme de cuisine elle nous a dis que le chef de cuisine refuse de refaire les potatoes et que c'est encore mangeable meme si c'était le reste de l"aveil!!! 3ème jour j' étais vraiment dégoûté de prendre à nouveau le petit déjeuner. Manque d'équipements au niveau de la cuisine (fourchettes , cuillères, tasses à café ... ) .

Le personnel, merci Mohssine pour ton accueil chaleureux et ta disponibilité. Merci également à Imad qui nous a rendu service. Le directeur s’est montré réactif à nos réclamations et il a pris ceci avec le sourire. Le petit déjeuner correct, copieux. La literie confortable Bien climatisé

Cons: Les chambres aucune vue de plus il y avait des travaux à l’extérieur et l’intérieur de l’hôtel qui dégageait une odeur insupportable de peinture. Une des chambres avait un balcon pas propre avec un table et des chaises rouillées, mais on avait pas l’utilité car il faisait 47 degrés à l’extérieur. La piscine est en réalité une pataugeoire et qui ferme à 18h. La salle de bain est minuscule Loin du centre ville, il faut compter 30mn à peu près voir plus à pieds.

L'emplacement est correct , certes un peu loin mais près d'un grand axe et l'arrêt de bus 16 tout proche . l'appartement est correct avec ses 2 grandes chambres . le linge est changé chaque jour .

Cons: on n'a pas très bien dormi à cause de bruit au-dessus ( des meubles qui se tiraient , on ne sait pourquoi) . le petit déjeuner est correct (ouverture à partir de 0730 ) mais pourquoi à 0830 , un jour le café n'est pas là ? un autre jour , le bocal de jus d'orange est vide ?....et il faut attendre 10 bonnes minutes

We booked this stay just for one night, but it exceeded our expectations! The apart-hotel is big and clean, perfect for families or group of friends. Rooms were big and clean with everything you may need and reception was very nice and kind. Breakfast was good! The location was safe in the modern Gueliz, few steps from the train station and close to the airport and city center by taxi.

Location was good as we needed some place away from the crowd. There was a bus stop near the property. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was quite small but manageable. Some staff were nice and helpful and some weren’t. The roof top pool (rather a bigger paddling pool) not heated as the water was freezing cold. The paid swimming pool inside (which should have been included in the price) was nice and warm.

Cons: Though it was a appart-hotel, there were no washing liquid or fabric in the kitchen. No hand wash facilities in the kitchen. There was only one small elevator for a six storied property. The breakfast was very average but we had same options every day and there was very little or no variation.

The breakfast was superb.. we particularly enjoyed the roasted aubergines. The rooftop restaurant and staff offered great service and food. I particularly enjoyed how polite, warm and friendly all the staff were from the receptionist, cleaners and restaurant staff. How helpful they were to us and how they interacted with our energetic 1 year old. They are very family/children friendly. There were other families there and that warmth was extended to everyone.

Cons: There is a step to the lift so had to lift the baby pram, but that is not to do with how well the place is run.

Hôtel Horrible hyper sale… ça sent le renfermé, rien à voir avec les photos … dès notre arrivée, comme par hasard notre carte de paiement n’est pas passé sur booking (alors que tout mon périple de l’année depuis de nombreuses années je réserve tous mes hôtels sur booking et toutes mes réservations étaient débitées … même celle que j’avais faite juste avant pour la nuit d’après) … il fallait donc que je paie directement l’hôtel soit en espèce ou avec le TPE sans passer par booking … j’ai utilisé plusieurs cartes de crédit/debit … aucune ne fonctionnait … j’étais contrainte de payer en dirhams (plus cher malgré le taux de change et le prix affiché sur booking) bien évidemment le reçu ils le donneront qu’au départ et pas de monnaie pour rendre la monnaie … pourboire forcé! … les draps ne sont pas changés! Le lit oú devait se coucher mon fils, rempli de pipi et mouillé sur aussi la housse de couette et pourtant nous sommes arrivés vers 18:00 !!! Les femmes de ménage avaient le temps de retiré les draps et les changer … Le réceptionniste a été gentil m’a proposé la chambre d’à côté mais cette même chambre est toujours aussi sale ! Malgré les 2 chambres, aucune télé ne fonctionne ! Il y a des bruits bizarres au niveau des fenêtres comme si quelqu’un voulait entrer par la fenêtre… en pleine nuit on regardait par la fenêtre! En plus on entends Tout, dehors, les voisins … on avait l’impression qu’ils étaient avec nous dans la chambre !!! Pour la 1ere fois de ma vie! Impossible de prendre une douche et me brosser les dents! Idem pour mes enfants et pourtant je suis très à cheval sur l’hygiène ..: on a passé des lingettes et brosser les dents au café …. Le thé du petit déjeuner infecte ! Mon dieu … je ne sais pas qui leur a mis ne serait-ce qu’une seule etoile! J’ai passé quasiment une nuit blanche hâte d’être au petit matin pour partir… J’ai mis mes habits sur nos coussins pour pouvoir poser nos têtes! La pire expérience de notre vie !

Cons: We hired a shuttle directly from the hotel to take us from the airport to the hotel. When we arrived, there was no one waiting, there was a sign with the name of the hotel, but no driver. They kept us waiting for a long time at the airport and then sent another person who charged us 25€ (5€ more than the agreed price). They gave us no alternative from the reception. The wifi was poorly working The walls in the room were badly damaged (photo attached).

Great little hotel. Nice and quiet when we were there. Lovely staff. Shower could have been cleaner when we arrived. A 40min walk to markets, easier to get a taxi. Taxis are cheap and can be flagged on road. Area around hotel is scruffy but felt very safe.

The welcome at the reception was heartwarming, with smile on the Face of the reception lady. Very nice people welcoming. I even got early check in as flight was early around 11am

Cons: Well, I have to say there was work going on just next to the building. The drilling will start around 9:30-5:30 with one hour lunch break. It was annoying if you plan to relax at hotel. Unless you leave morning and retune evening. I also tried to cancel remaining days but it didn’t work, so we had to go out on tours for a night or 2 .

Douche avec eau chaude non stable. Puissance du wifi exécrable dans l'appartement, obligé de se mettre à l'extérieur pour avoir le wifi. Eau de la Piscine à l'étage sale et non chauffé. Petit déjeuner moyen, manque de variété pour un appart hôtel de cette catégorie. Lors de notre séjour bruit des machines de démolition du matin au soir.

I had a wonderful time spending a couple days at this hotel. Each staff member with whom I interacted was friendly and upbeat The housekeeping staff went above and beyond in keeping my apartment tidy The location cannot be beat as the hotel is situated in the heart of Marrakech Gueliz . My wife used the spa facilities (additional charge) and was very pleased. Breakfast is so delicious .I absolutely plan to stay here during future trips to Marrakech and would be hard-pressed to try another hotel after the wonderful experience I had here.

Gostamos do facto do hotel ser bem localizado, a poucos km do centro e rodeado de restaurantes, minimercados etc. limpeza ok mas o hotel tem bastantes marcas de uso.

Cons: Não está descrito em lado nenhum no booking, nem em momento nenhum até à chegada no hotel nos foi avisado que era necessário o pagamento de uma caução de 50€/500dhr por quarto, que seriam devolvidos no fim da estadia, em caso de tudo se encontrar em boas condições. No último dia a fazer o check out tentaram insinuar que uma toalha sido encontrada rasgada, num dos quartos, o que não era verdade por isso foi-nos devolvido o valor da caução. Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade. Sempre que o serviço de quarto recolhia as toalhas nunca repunha a mesma quantidade de toalhas.

We liked the size of the room, the massive bed, friendly staff and decent breakfast. The spa next door is pretty cheap to rent privately. The house cleaning was excellent. They came and provided fresh towels each day and cleaned dishes.

Cons: Our shower leaked into the bathroom floor. We fixed this by angling the shower head towards the wall. The kitchen does not have any sponge, dish cleaner, limited cooking utensils, glasses and crockery.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful for all our needs. We had a comfortable apartment, which although near the lift and the restaurant was well insulated for noise. The rooftop restaurant was pleasant, serving good food as indeed was the breakfast, which had different items each day for variety. The spa and hammam were also good value. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood about 20-30 minutes by taxi or bus to the old town. It's a short walk to the trendier shopping streets and some upmarket cafes. It's ideal if you don't want to be in the noisier districts but not too far out either and reasonably close to the airport.

Cons: The hotel needs a little TLC in places. We had a leaky shower and a dirty bedroom window that didn't fully close.

Cons: I had the worst check-in experience in my at this hotel. I arrived a few minutes before midnight. The check-in staff said I have three kids, 7, 8, and 1, who are not registered for my booking?! I asked him for a solution, and he said I had to book another room for them because it was the hotel's policy. I explained to him that I had booked a two-bedroom flat and it did not make sense to leave kids their age in a separate room. He insisted that this was the policy and that the hotel had the right to refuse me as a guest according to the policy. After a long conversation, he said I needed to pay 900 MAD. I accepted, and then he called his manager to explain the situation. Before proceeding, his manager said that I should pay 1200 MAD, not 900MAD, and if I refused, I should leave the property at 12 midnight with my kids without giving me back my money. That is the rudest thing I ever heard in the hospitality World. It felt like asylum-seeking, not a leisure trip. I paid the 1200 MAD just for the safety of my family and to spare them the search for a better place at midnight. The rooms need attention and renovation. The lift is very small and slow 🐌, and breakfast has very limited choices.

Las habitaciones son geniales, muy amplias, silenciosas y el servicio de limpieza un 10. La ubicación genial, a 100 m. de la parada de bus que te lleva a la Medina. Nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Le buffet petit déjeuné et encore…

Cons: L’hôtel Marrakech Inn semblait prometteur sur Booking, mais l’expérience a été décevante. La piscine sur le rooftop est mal entretenue, sans transats (il a fallut en faire la demande), et trop petite pour accueillir de nombreux clients. Heureusement, l’hôtel était peu fréquenté, sinon l’espace aurait été insuffisant. Côté propreté, l’appartement laissait à désirer avec des traces visibles sur les murs et un nettoyage partiel. L’accueil fut également décevant, avec une caution de 50€ demandée, alors que ce n’était pas précisé et complètement illégal. Car sur la réservation Booking il est simplement mentionné le fait de payer la taxe de séjour à l’arrivée soit 1€/jour/personne. La douche et l’appartement ne correspondent pas aux photos, cela est très mal entretenus en réalité. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est correct. Je déconseille cet appart hôtel.

J’ai passé un séjour parfait. C’était une première pour moi à Marrakech. Le personnel est juste super et très poli. L’hôtel est très propre et accessible. Je recommande cet hôtel : les chambres sont propres, le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien, la climatisation aussi. Vraiment rien à dire, je ne suis pas déçu(e) de ce voyage.

Une expérience catastrophique , ce n'était pas la première fois que je dormais dans cet hôtel qui appartement à changer de direction et de personnel , alors d'abord à l'arrivée au check in , l'hôtesse avait 2 de tension , il faut avoir de la patience , j'ai réservé via booking et je n'avais donc que la taxe de séjour à payer ce que j'ai fait , l'hôtesse m'a demander de lui remettre 500 dirhams en espèces en garantie , qu'elle me redonnerait à la sortie ( ce qui est totalement illégal) .... Ensuite on prends l'ascenseur où quelqu'un avait vomis dedans et qui était dégueulasse , j'en ai informé le personnel mais aucune réaction , il a été nettoyé le lendemain après le petit déjeuner , on rentre dans la chambre spartiate avec 2 chambres avec vue sur des murs immondes , aucune prise , pour charger son téléphone , les prises sont quasiment au niveau du plafond , nous étions tellement fatigué mais nous avions faim , nous avons appeler le restaurant , il était 22h alors qu'il est sensé fermé à 23h , on nous répond que le resto est fermé , nous nous sommes donc tourné vers Volvo et je pense que c'était la meilleur solution car le lendemain , nous avons déjeuné au restaurant 2h d'attente pour des plats inmangeables ...Le matin , nous avions décidé de se faire un spa qui soi disant appartient à l'hôtel , nous avons pris rendez-vous pour 11h et finalement nous n'avons été reçu qu'à 12H30 ( pour une prestation nickel , rien à dire à ce niveau là à part le retard) .

Cons: ils nous ont séquestré nos bagages tant que les 200 DIRHAMS n'étaient pas payé , ce que j'ai refusé . Expérience catastrophique , ne booker jamais pour cet hôtel

The room was spacious enough. And it has a mini kitchen. Location feels safe, and there are a couple of corner shops around where you can pick up quick groceries. Cleaning is everyday, but some of the days we asked them not to clean as we didn’t want to be disturbed. Ladies and gentleman in the reception were nice.

Cons: Breakfast was only few pastries and few fruits, same thing everyday, it looked dry and not fresh… I only ate there twice out of 7 days… but my kids ate there, on one day there was no breakfast as at 9am, while breakfast was suppose to be from 7.30am. When asked why no breakfast, we were told that there were no much customers in the hotel so breakfast was on demand 🙄🤷🏼‍♀️, we should have been told the night before, we were rushing out for an activity that morning. Intercom in the room not working, we told them and nothing was done. Air conditioning in the big room not working well or maybe not regulated, it becomes so warm at night in just that room, so we have to leave the door open, so that the room can be cool from the sitting room . Internet 🛜 not so strong. Roof top pool very shallow, so my children who are good swimmers didn’t enjoy using it, you hv to pay to use the other pool. There’s a bad smell in the bathroom, and we sew roaches 🪳 on the last day. Overall the manager was helpful when my son lost his phone at an activity we went to, not in the hotel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est très calme propre et sécurisé tout le personnel est extrêmement gentil et attentif. Le petit-déjeuner offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'emplacement est idéal bien que l'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking privé il y a des places publiques juste devant avec un gardien jour et nuit donc aucun souci à ce niveau.Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je reviendrai avec plaisir.Merci

Les petits-déjeuners, il était bien desservi pour aller vers le centre. Le personnel était sympathique et nous a apporté un petit déjeuner la veille de notre départ car on partait tôt. Le restaurant sur le rooftop était super !

Cons: Le réseau wifi dysfonctionnait fréquemment, je ne vous conseille pas d’y séjourner si vous avez réellement besoin de connexion internet. En ce qui concerne la climatisation elle n’a marché qu’un jour sur dix avec 40°…. Pour ce qui est du ménage il n’était pas fait tous les jours, les tapis étaient sales et les draps non changés.

The breakfast was ready a bit late at 9am. Hotel has two pools but never had a chance to go there during our 4 days. Inside pool had weird working hours like from 12 to 5:30. Indoor pool is chargeable at 100 MAD for one hour which is more expensive than the UK and I only booked this hotel for the indoor pool. The manager at the Spa is rude and confrontational. They do have a jacuzzi pool on the 6th floor which has water so cold and you would struggle even in the Summer and this is free to use.

Adequate breakfast for a 3 star hotel maintenance is required throughout painting fixings etc.

Cons: No breakfast tongs for any of the displayed food. Rooftop pool had a problem with pigeons continually flying into areas that people are using.

Wat een fijne ervaring was dit. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en staat altijd voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Het appartement is heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Geweldig dakterras, vooral in de avond en het ontbijt was iedere ochtend weer een verassing. Lekker veel diversiteit.

Cons: Bel apparthôtel mais quelques détails un peu gênant mais rien de fou. La VMC dans la salle de bain qui se déclenche avec la lumière et est assez bruyante, pas de pression dans la douche ( pas très grave ) Un distributeur à savon ds la douche seulement et pas très bien attaché... On pouvait manger dans la chambre mais du coup il n'y avait pas pour... Pas de chaise ( 1 pour 4!) Et il aurait fallu prévoir tous les petits détails pr pouvoir cuisiner même un petit peu, mais pas de kit de nettoyage pour la vaisselle ni quelque condiments...( Sel poivre) On a du manger dehors tout le séjour ou lorsque nous avons pris du resto de l hôtel on a manger debout .... Le coffre dans la chambre ne marchait pas Petit déj pas très diversifié... Bof bof

We had a wonderful stay all in all! Excellent service, great value and nice facilities - comfy beds, good breakfast and a very nice rooftop terrace. But really the extra special mention and thanks goes to the staff who were very friendly and helpful and provided us with plenty of information and answered all our requests straight away. The location is also good within the Gueliz neighborhood, you are within 10min walking distance from restaurants, cafés, shops etc. and it's easy to hail taxis down for when you need to get into other parts of the city.

Cons: The rooms looked clean but it wasn’t clean, no liquid, no tissue, I asked for extra sheets for the baby cot they couldn’t give it, told me to use the blankets in the draw which smelt so bad and they charged for the cot too
