Notre séjour au sein de l’hôtel star & spa était vraiment bien . Les personnes de la réception, Khalil, Khalid , Asna , aux petits soins , très gentils et souriants . . Je remercie également également les petites mains pour la propreté des chambres . Le petit déjeuné était très copieux et varié . Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bien aussi . On a pu profité de la piscine sur le toit au calme . L’établissement est très propre . Proche de la ville et des monuments historiques . Je recommande à 100%, on reviendra .

The hotel was very nice, in a good location, plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks and was very nice. Staff were amazing and did everything they could to help. They were very informative and the manager, Hasna, deserves special credit. Her English was very good and she was very extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. She is a credit to the hotel.

Excellent and helpful staff. Hasna and Mustapha were both so helpful. Always smiling, welcoming and willing to do whatever possible to keep the guests comfortable. Location is perfect and central to all things. Amazing food places around. Facilities were good despite being quite a small hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, between the old town and the commercial center of Marrakech. The breakfast was good. The hotel's inside was clean in every way.

Le professionnalisme de tout le personnel et tout particulièrement Khalil et Hasna. Aussi, au resto, un gros merci à Hind et Noufel. La nourriture est excellente et très varié. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour visiter Marrakech ou pour des prise en charge pour des excursions. On y retourne bientôt!

O grande destaque deste hotel é, sem dúvida, a sua excelente localização, que facilita muito a deslocação e o acesso aos pontos de interesse. Além disso, queria deixar um agradecimento especial ao funcionário que guarda os carros; foi extremamente prestável, educado e eficiente, sendo o único ponto positivo.
Cons: Infelizmente, a localização não compensa a má relação qualidade-preço. O valor cobrado é demasiado caro para o serviço oferecido. No quarto, a pressão do duche era muito fraca, tornando o banho frustrante. O pequeno-almoço foi outra deceção: muito fraco e com pão duro, parecendo não ser fresco.

Cons: Je n’ai jamais passé un pire séjour de toute ma vie . C’est une véritable arnaque. À part le réceptionniste qui nous a accueillis le premier jour — un homme gentil et souriant — ainsi que deux personnes au restaurant, tout le reste a été une très mauvaise expérience. La nourriture est de très mauvaise qualité, presque immangeable, et l’espace est extrêmement petit. Pour deux jours, nous avons payé 3100 DH, sans compter le restaurant (150 DH par personne), alors qu’il n’y avait presque rien à manger. Il pleuvait, et nous avons constaté que l’eau de pluie s’accumulait au niveau du café en dessous. Le personnel utilisait une raclette juste sous nos fenêtres pour évacuer l’eau, ce qui était très dérangeant. Il n’y a aucune place de parking : impossible de trouver une place dans la ruelle, surtout sous la pluie. De plus, il n’y a même pas d’espace convenable à la réception pour se reposer, seulement deux petits fauteuils inconfortables. Dans la chambre, les portes-fenêtres sont en très mauvais état et ne ferment pas correctement. Mon mari s’est même retrouvé coincé dans les toilettes à cause d’une serrure défectueuse. Je ne retournerai jamais dans cet établissement. Franchement, tout est sale et négligé, à l’exception de quelques membres du personnel mentionnés

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à proximité de tout environ 10 minutes à pied de la place Jama Fnaa et du centre Guélize ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles et agréables. La literie est confortable, de grande qualité. Possibilité de réserver une navette pour l'aéroport. Réceptionnistes agréables, souriants et toujours soucieux du bien être de leurs clients. Mention spéciale pour le service de ménage avec une chambre nettoyée chaque jour et des serviettes changées quotidiennement. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter.
Cons: Le petit-déjeuner manque de variété, notamment en fruits frais et yaourts : ce sont toujours les mêmes proposés chaque jour, ce qui devient rapidement lassant. De plus, l’insonorisation laisse à désirer. On entend aussi bien les bruits extérieurs que ceux à l’intérieur de l’établissement, dommage.

Het personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. De receptionisten Omy en Hassna hebben ons echt een fijne tijd in het hotel bezorgd. De portier, Khalid was grappig en zorgde elke keer weer voor een lach op ons gezicht. De locatie was prima gelegen met supermarkten en restaurants in de buurt. Cons: Esta anticuado, el baño y enseres de baño(toallas) no demasiado limpio. Teníamos media pensión, el buffet justito y repetitivo, el personal del restaurante amable pero poco dispuesto. En la cena del último día, sin venir a cuento nos cobraron el agua, pero no contentos con ello, no nos lo dijeron en el momento y a las 12.30 pm nos llamaron por tf y subieron a cobrarla.

We stayed at this hotel twice. The second time the room was better and bigger but both were ok. The location is convenient, walking distance to the Medina and station, and away from the crowds.

Cons: Overall, my stay had some good moments but a few hiccups. The room wasn’t ready on arrival, and although I’d requested a twin, I was given a double, which took about 45 minutes to sort. The door lock also needed new batteries as it didn't lock but that was fixed quickly once reported. The room itself felt a bit cramped due to extra chairs and a table, which made getting around - and into bed - a little awkward. I didn't see the need for this extra furniture as there were tables and chairs on the balcony. It was also quite noisy outside at night, so light sleepers may struggle. Not a fan of decorative bedding - they appeared dirty and stained Breakfast was fine, though some items didn’t feel freshly prepared, and the orange juice ran out both mornings without being refilled. Clearer food labels re ingredients (nuts) and better communication about cooked-to-order options would really help. I ordered eggs on the second morning but left after waiting over 15 minutes. A mixed stay, but with a few small improvements it could be much better.

There is a good spa and the location is great in that it’s just 2mins from the main centre, next to good places to eat and easy access to everywhere from mall to square. The staff were lovely, especially Hasna, honestly I’d come back to the hotel purely because she was so nice! They made a nice arrangement of rose petals on the bed for my partners birthday which was really appreciated. I couldn’t of asked for better service
Cons: The spa pool downstairs was meant to be heated, they charge 100 MAD just to sit next to the indoor pool (not even use it) and we checked with reception the next day and they said it’s supposed to be heated - the spa manager said it’s not. The website says it is! The outside pool area is nice, private and has a great view. It’s supposed to close at 6pm but on the second day we used it we were kicked out at 5pm. I complained at reception and they called the lifeguard and told him the pool is supposed to be open till 6 and the receptionist told us we can go back upstairs to the pool area. So we went back upstairs and the door to the pool was locked!!! Shocking.

I had a great experience overall. I chose the transfer the hotel provided from the airport (150 dirham), everything was perfect. The communication with the hotel was great, all the stuff was friendly and polite, the breakfast had many options to choose from. My room was spacious and clean. Great location: you could walk to Medina (25 mins) or take a taxi for 5 mins (50 dirham)

The breakfast was nothing like the spread indicated in pictures on the booking.com website. Central location just 20mins walk from Medina and railway station.
Cons: We also stayed here from 9-13 January so had 5 nights in total. The room was large, soulless and cold. There was no heating for the evening. Shower in the top florr room barely worked and was lukewarm. On one night we had the buffet dinner. Despite giving the staff our room number and name, the waiter chased me up to my room and demanded payment. I said add it to the bill and he said he couldn't do that. So I'm standing at the door to my room in my PJ's and this idiot is requesting payment. I shut the door and paid the next day . When you walk into the hotel staff can barely be bothered to look up and say hello. We hadn't been picked up for a tour and I asked the staff to ring the local number. He took my phone and used it to call instead of just using the hotel phone. Simply said, staff are useless. Go elsewhere.

We stayed at Stars hotel and spa for 3 days and it was superb in every way! We loved it. We had already been in Marrakesh for a few nights but really loved the location of this hotel. Huge room and Jacuzzi and a big powerful shower! Roof top pool was perfect even if a bit cold! Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. Staff were so polite and always smiling at the front desk! Thank you so much to you all.

É de esperar ter comidas marroquinas e experimentamos tudo mas infelizmente fez falta os essenciais do pequeno almoço. Acho que podia-se pedir para fazerem ovo mas não chegamos a pedir. No último dia o meu parceiro não jantou por conta da pouca variedade. Parece mais snacks que outra coisa mas o sabor era bom e o chefe foi 5 estrelas

La ubicación por decir algo a unos 15-20 min de la Medina y cerca del barrio nuevo de Gueliz que te aporta ciertas comodidades.
Cons: Todo lo demás. Agua sin presión y fría a ratos , no siempre salía caliente. Toallas viejas y algo sucias, una renovación no estaría mal. La puerta del balcón de la habitación no cerraba. El aire acondicionado desaguaba al propio balcón y encharcando el mismo suelo. Habitación grande pero en general mal rematada , podría entrar en más detalles pero me alargaría mucho. Tema bufet: desayuno muy flojo, pero mucho, pastas duras, embutido seco y el café (tienen una máquina vieja de Nescafé que hace más bien café con sabor a cacao) pero si querías un café de la máquina “buena” eso tenía un coste extra, aun teniendo media pensión, cada mañana 56 dírham por dos cafés. No es un hotel de 4 estrellas ni se acerca, no se quien se las otorgó, te sientes estafado. Tema de limpieza es una pasada lo sucio que estaba. Hubo manchas de la máquina de café en el comedor que no se limpiaron en 5 días de estancia, los cristales y vidrios del comedor no les han pasado un trapo en su vida

It was a great hotel for the room and location. It is only 15 min walking to downtown. The staff is very nice, always trying to help with very good manners. Hasna is the customer relation and make very good recommendations for my stage in marrakech. Khabib give very good advices( taxis, visits, food). I felt like in home. Cons: Je me permets de rédiger cet avis afin de partager mon expérience, qui, malheureusement, n'a pas été à la hauteur des attentes que l'on peut avoir pour un établissement affichant 4 étoiles et la mention "Hôtel & Spa". Plusieurs points techniques et de service ont fait défaut durant mon séjour : Problème technique majeur : Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude durant trois jours. Malgré trois signalements polis auprès de la réception, aucune solution n'a été apportée et le problème a persisté jusqu'à notre départ. Confort et équipements : La literie s'est avérée très ferme, et l'étanchéité de la porte-fenêtre ne permettait pas de s'isoler des bruits extérieurs. De plus, la télévision ainsi que la climatisation mériteraient un renouvellement, car elles sont assez vétustes et bruyantes. Service et entretien : L'entretien de la chambre reste perfectible (douche bouchée à notre arrivée et matériel de nettoyage oublié dans la chambre par le personnel). Nous avons également regretté le manque de réactivité de l'équipe de nuit, que nous avons trouvée endormie à l'accueil lors d'une tentative de sollicitation. L'offre Spa : Le nom de l'établissement met en avant un Spa qui, dans la réalité, est difficilement accessible car complet et soumis à un supplément. En résumé, le personnel est certes resté courtois en apparence, mais l'absence de solutions concrètes face à des problèmes essentiels est regrettable pour un établissement de ce standing. Conclusion sur le positionnement : Il est difficile de ne pas ressentir un certain sentiment d'injustice face à l'appellation "4 étoiles & Spa". Au vu des prestations constatées, cette dénomination semble trompeuse. Proposer un tel standing alors que les services de base ne sont pas assurés s'apparente à un manque de transparence vis-à-vis du client.

Falta profesionalidad y ganas de trabajar con los clientes, preguntar, informar y preocuparse por que su estancia sea lo mejor posible; muchos paseos, muchos tiempos muertos, muchas personas pero pocas ganas de trabajar. Es como si estuvieran por obligación, como si su trabajo fuera algo tremendamente cansino y complejo, pero no solo en el hotel, sino en general. Curiosamente los más que se involucraban son aquellos que les queda algo por venderte, una excursión, un taxi, una cena... cuando ya está vendido el producto piensan que se acaba la transacción con el cliente, ya no importa nada más porque el dinero está ingresado. Trabajar en una recepción no es la cosa más complicada del mundo, lo digo con la experiencia de trabajar en el sector como Guest Experience Manager. La gente debería entender que los clientes son la máxima prioridad de un hotel y que sus vacaciones y el dinero de su estancia es lo que hace que cada uno pueda tener un empleo y el hotel funcione. Hasta que esto no cale y no se pida más por parte de los responsables de gestión, el hotel no podrá exigir mucho más que un 7-8 de media.

- Booked the suite for my wife's birthday and the hotel decorated our room with complimentary rose petals and balloons to help celebrate the occasion - Friendly and helpful staff, helped us organise taxis to and from the hotel (150 MAD each way) - Great location in Gueliz (new town) which is much quieter and calmer than Medina (old town) but still has lots to do like shopping and parks - Only a 20 min walk to Medina along a populated, well-trodden main road that didn't feel unsafe, even at night - Stunning views of the Atlas mountains from the rooftop (the pool isn't heated so we didn't swim in January!) - Room was comfortable and quiet, bed was huge and we slept great during our entire stay
Cons: - Breakfast buffet was limited - it was included in our stay due to our Booking.com Genius level but not sure it is worth the 70 MAD price per person - Jacuzzi bathtub was a bit fiddly to set up and took a while to fill but we managed to get it to work fine without instructions

We stayed for 3 nights. Everything is really good. Our room is huge. It was our wedding anniversary and we requested for a nice room and they've given us the corner room which has a long veranda. They even set up the room for our anniv. The shower which is very important to us, has a good water pressure. Housekeeping job well done every single day. The Spa downstairs is amazing, we booked a 3 hour Hammam with Massage and it was really wonderful and refreshing. The breakfast lunch and dinner buffet is good as well, lots of foods to choose from. Last but not the least, the staff are really wonderful all of them are really helpful and kind.
Cons: We didn't see the rooftop pool as it was closed. Probably because it was cold and rainy in January. The pool downstairs is not heated.

Tout étais juste parfait du début à la fin . L’accueil a été très chaleureux un très grand merci à Hasna à l’accueil qui a été d une gentillesse incroyable durant notre séjour. Nous avons pu profiter du spa et très honnêtement étant pourtant habitué à tester de nombreux spa je peux vous dire que celui de l’hôtel est de loin le meilleur spa que j’ai fais de toute ma vie . Les soins sont vraiment réalisé avec énormément de gentillesse de douceur et d attention . On ressent le professionnalisme et le savoir faire . L’expérience dans cet hôtel est vraiment incroyable . Je le recommande les yeux fermés.

Cuando le pedí un cambio me contestaron que el hotel estaba lleno y me cambiaron de habitación el último día. He pagado 400 € por 4 noches sin poder dormir y esto arruinó totalmente mi estancia aquí. The restaurant is small so you had to wait for a seat we only ate here two dinners out of 7 days but we always waited salt the lack of food is on about 2 or 3 tables so if you need it you have to beg for it drinks at dinner cost money which is strange since you pay a lot for the room and the food which I think is very overpriced, I drink Coke cheaper on the main square on the roof terrace the place is a joke.

Cons: Dålig isolering av ljudet genererad av den närstående övertrafikerad gata. Kan göra det lite jobbigt att sova på nätterna om man är ljuskänslig. Frukosten var mycket bra men kaffet från maskinen var verkligen hemsk.

Cons: Le personnel du restaurant n’est pas aimable du tout voire désagréable et indifférent. Le restaurant est ouvert à tout le monde et on s est retrouvé à ne pas pouvoir manger car ils privilégient les clients de l’extérieur alors que ns étions en demi pension. Er si vous arrivez un peu tard, il n’y a plus rien à manger.

Property was in a good location in the new city. It was easy to walk to the old city. There was also plenty of shops and restaurants around. They had a spa which was really nice (you have to pay extra for it). Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast wasn’t to our taste and the food always seemed stale (maybe it was the time we came down as we came at 9am). The hotel upstairs was a bit run down and could do with a freshen up. If you’re facing the road side the road is really loud as it’s a main road which is always busy.

The hotel is well located, around 30 minutes walking from the main place Jemaa el Fna. The staff is friendly. The room is in good conditions, slightly dirty, but we didn't expect much more from it. The beds are comfortable. There is a safe lock. The balcony has nice views of the street, even when the views show a rather wore down city, it is nice to be able to take a breath. The shower has hot water, but the pressure is clearly insufficient (not much water pouring from the shower head). The breakfast is okay, you could describe it as a "continental breakfast wanabe"; it does have some hot dishes, but people who are seeking eggs, bacon, etc... will most likely not find it here. They serve, say 60%, of moroccan cuisine, which might not be suitable for everyone. There are pastries and deserts, I would say, suitable for anyone who likes them back home. ABout the drink selection, the coffee is rather... not great... When we stayed the did serve water (yes, still water). Whether this might sound strange, many hotels we've listened of do not serve it, even we lacked still water during breakfast during 2/5 nights we stayed. Juices are fine.

Cons: Séjour extrêmement décevant. L’hygiène de la chambre était déplorable : une odeur nauséabonde, des cheveux et poils dans les draps, et une literie inadaptée à la taille du matelas. La salle de bains était dans un état inacceptable : des taches visibles sur les toilettes et le lavabo, ainsi que de la crasse accumulée sur les bords du lavabo. Après l’avoir signalé, ce nettoyage a été fait grossièrement avec une brosse à dents, ce qui en dit long sur le manque de professionnalisme. Après avoir demandé un ménage complet de la chambre, le personnel s’est contenté de ramener une serpillière sale, sans procéder à un véritable nettoyage. Les parties communes n’étaient pas en meilleur état : forte humidité dans les couloirs, provenant du spa intérieur, avec une odeur désagréable jusque dans les étages supérieurs, et des moquettes très sales. À cela s’ajoute l’absence de parking, non clairement indiquée. Malgré ces conditions inacceptables, l’hôtel a refusé de me rembourser, alors que je ne suis pas resté et que j’ai quitté l’établissement immédiatement. Expérience très négative. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Extremely disappointing stay. The hygiene in the room was unacceptable: a strong unpleasant smell, hair and body hair in the bed sheets, and bedding that did not fit the mattress properly. The bathroom was in a shocking condition: visible stains on the toilet and sink, and built-up grime along the edges of the sink. After reporting this, the cleaning was done crudely with a toothbrush, which says a lot about the lack of professionalism. After requesting proper cleaning of the room, the staff only brought a dirty mop, without actually cleaning anything. The common areas were no better: excessive humidity in the hallways coming from the indoor spa, with a bad smell reaching the upper floors, and very dirty carpets. There is also no parking, which is not clearly mentioned.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge, featuring a lovely jacuzzi. Please note that the spa services are not included in the hotel price. The food was good, and the location is very convenient, about a 20 minute walk to the Medina and surrounded by nice restaurants and other amenities. The staff were very kind and efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money, and we highly recommend it.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel situato nel quartiere moderno di Gueliz, per 4 notti. La piazza jemaa elf-na è raggiungibile in circa minuti a piedi. La camera deluxe al 5 piano era spaziosa e con un piccolo terrazzino. Il materasso e il cuscino sono scomodi. Essendo grande, il bagno è freddo, in quanto c'è solo un climatizzatore vicino al letto. Durante la notte si sente il rumore delle auto e dei clacson, in quanto la strada sottostante è molto trafficata. Abbiamo avuto il check-out alle 6.00am e nonostante avessimo acquistato il pacchetto completo di colazione, allo nostra partenza non ci è stato nemmeno dato un box colazione, cosa che in tutti gli altri hotel è di routine.
Cons: Il bagno freddo. Il materasso duro. Rumori provenienti dalla strada durante la notte.

Cons: L'hôtel est ancien. On a eu le droit à une panne de la chaudière par conséquent on s'est lavé à l'eau glacée en hiver. Les serviettes sont très anciennes et de mauvaise qualité. Le petit déjeuner est correcte mais les boissons chaudes sont inbuvables (thé et café de mauvaise qualité), jus industriels. Il faut rajouter 38 dhs pour avoir un jus d'orange frais. Je ne pense pas revenir à cet hôtel.

Extrem nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Wir hatten bei der Abreise vergessen, den Safe zu leeren und haben es erst in Deutschland bemerkt. Halima von der Rezeption hat uns hier extrem geholfen. Das war absolut sensationell und vorbildlich. Sie hat die Sachen sichergestellt und dafür gesorgt, dass der beauftragte Express Dienstleister die Sachen bekommt: Schlüssel, Kreditkarte, Personalausweis, Führerschein, Dienstausweis… und was soll ich sagen? Es ist alles wieder da. Am längsten hat der Zoll in Köln gebraucht. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung und absolut empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer waren übrigens auch super, sehr geräumig, alles da was man braucht, ein kleines Problem mit den Schiebetüren zum Balkon wurde sofort gelöst von einem Techniker. Und auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Jederzeit wieder.

Our stay at the Stars Hotel was excellent. The hospitality and kindness from the entire staff were remarkable. The location is the best a visitor to Marrakech could ask for. It was very close to all the sights and the Medina, yet simultaneously situated in a very good and safe area, right on a main road. There is a currency exchange office just 10 meters away, and the hotel also has an ATM. The food was the best, featuring authentic traditional flavors. Truly, the advantages of this hotel are numerous. The staff prepared a pleasant surprise in our room to celebrate our anniversary. We will certainly visit Marrakech and the Stars Hotel again.

Sie fragte bei jeder Gelegenheit nach Wünschen und unserem Wohlbefinden. Alles in allem einfach ein außergewöhnlicher Service.
Cons: Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Stellenweise ist das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was der Übernachtung aber keinen Abbruch tut.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They made us feel very welcome during the trip. The airport shuttle service was very efficient. The hotel is kept clean, and towels were replaced every day. The hotel room was very big and had a good balcony to sit on, the bed was very comfy. The hotel was in a great location, only a 10 minute walk to the Medina. There were also plenty of restaurants within close walking distance to the hotel. A good bar called s bar was only a 2 minute walk and showed football games. Overall it was an amazing stay and I will definitely return to stars hotel & spa.

Overall the hotel was a great stay, the beds and pillows were comfy, housekeeping was done quickly. The location was great, walking distance to many tourist points, local shops, cafes etc. The hotel staff, front desk hosts, and Hasna were amazing. Very welcoming and friendly.
Cons: The room we stayed in lacked a few amenities. There was no kettle or tea service. The bathroom was ok, but had to call reception for towels, as they provided for 1 person.

Location is good, within walking distance of the jama el fana square and food restaurants nearby. The wifi is also good.
Cons: The breakfast wasnt great for choices, the room looked tired and needed renovating. The hotel doesnt provide slippers in the rooms which I expected of a 4* hotel.

Cons: Az étterem nagyon gyenge, ugyanazok az ételek ismétlődnek napokon keresztül vacsorára, fél órás késéssel nyit az étterem reggel, akkor sincs még kész a svédasztal, kifejezetten nehézkes az étkezés, ha időre indulsz, ezt be kell kalkulálni.

Cons: We stayed a total of 5 days slip into 2 separate reservations. The first room was not ready at 3pm upon arrival however we did get a wonderful room with a spacious bathroom. Everything was going well until we had to change rooms when our second reservation started. We left the hotel for our activity and they promised to move the bags for us, to our surprise our money was stolen out of our bag. The staff tried to convince us we must have misplaced it but we were certain as we have taken this money from the ATM for an upcoming activity. This ruined or trust and trip and should be investigated because you have a great property and it’s a shame such things can happen. Nonetheless the hotel is located in a fantastic location.

Nice professional staff throughout, Khalid welcomed us in like family and always asked how we were getting on. Good location and overall fine for the price we paid, it has a nice rooftop pool and rooms with a small balcony.
Cons: Breakfast options very limited, if I stayed here again then I wouldn't bother with the breakfast. The hotel itself is clean but you can see it's dated in places and the amenities in the room could be better (kettle, iron in each room without requesting and then handing back and proper toiletries). It's marked as a four star hotel so these would be expected.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Marrakesch zu entdecken und Ausflüge in verschiedene Richtungen zu starten. Das Personal – besonders an der Rezeption – war überdurchschnittlich freundlich und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Unser Zimmer war leider etwas später als geplant bezugsbereit, was kein großes Problem war, aber dennoch erwähnenswert ist. Der Pool auf dem Dach war wunderschön, wenn auch etwas kleiner, als es auf den Bildern wirkt – dennoch absolut angenehm und sehr sauber. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Aktivitäten, die man direkt über das Hotel in Kooperation mit verschiedenen Agenturen buchen kann. Man zahlt bequem an der Rezeption, wird direkt am Hotel abgeholt und später wieder zurückgebracht. Unser Buggy-Erlebnis war richtig toll – für rund 100 € für zwei Personen ein sehr guter Preis. Das Zimmer selbst war wunderschön eingerichtet: romantische Musik, Rosen überall, ein liebevoll dekoriertes Ambiente. Der Jacuzzi im Zimmer funktionierte einwandfrei und war für uns als Paar einfach perfekt. Der Fernseher hatte Netflix, was die romantische Stimmung zusätzlich verstärkte. Außerdem gab es frisches Obst und Süßigkeiten zur Begrüßung, und das Personal war jederzeit sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Cons: Das Frühstück war für mich eher durchschnittlich, vor allem im Vergleich zu einem anderen Hotel derselben Preisklasse am Vortag. Der negativste Punkt war ein Vorfall im Zimmer: Meine Frau traf eine Mitarbeiterin, die unser Zimmer betreten hatte, obwohl wir keinen Service angefordert und kein Reinigungsschild draußen hatten. Nichts war gereinigt, sie sprach von einer „Routinekontrolle“ wegen Rosenblättern und Jacuzzi. Später bemerkte ich, dass eine 200-Dirham-Note aus meinem Portemonnaie fehlte, die morgens noch da war. Ich meldete es an der Rezeption; die Mitarbeiterin zeigte Fotos von Bargeld auf einer Kommode als „Beweis“, dass sie nichts genommen habe. Es bleiben für mich zwei Fragen offen: Warum wurde unser Zimmer ohne Anfrage betreten – und warum wurden Fotos unserer persönlichen Dinge gemacht? Da es im Zimmer keine Kameras gibt, bleibt Aussage gegen Aussage. Der Betrag war gering, daher wollte ich kein großes Drama daraus machen, bat aber darum, dass niemand mehr unser Zimmer betritt. Das wurde respektiert, dennoch blieb ein ungutes Gefühl zurück.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very nice, the staff were helpful, and the rooms were quite spacious. We had two rooms, and both were great!
Cons: The only aspect I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast. I’ve stayed at many hotels and can usually recognise a good breakfast buffet that helps you start the day with energy. I understand that Moroccan breakfasts differ from European ones, but the selection felt quite limited, and I struggled to find something suitable to eat. There weren’t even boiled eggs available. Although there was a chef preparing small omelettes, the queue was long, and in the morning you don’t really want to stand in line just to get an egg. Interestingly, the other hotel we stayed at in Marrakech after our desert trip had a noticeably better breakfast, so the difference was quite clear. We also tried to book a massage session at the hotel, but our appointment was cancelled because we didn’t confirm that we would pay in cash. This is something you may encounter in Morocco, as many places strongly prefer cash. The cancellation was a bit confusing, especially since one of my friends later had the massage and was able to pay by card without any issue. Overall, despite these small inconveniences, our stay was good!

Ogólne wrażenie dobre, miła obsługa w recepcji, duży wygodny apartament z bardzo wygodnym dużym łóżkiem i jacuzzi. Śniadanie ok w ładnej restauracji, duży wybór ale mało europejskie. Korzystaliśmy raz z bufetu wieczornego , było również smacznie. Myślę że hotel wart polecenia
Cons: Drobiazgi psuły wrażenie. Np misa z owocami ( były miłą niespodzianką w pokoju) była przykryta folią i na części owoców była pleśń, po zdjęciu foli unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach…zupełny brak zainteresowania obsługi kelnerskiej przy śniadaniu, np nie można było zamówić jajek, nie wiem czy były w ofercie bufetu, nie było to jasne, kucharz który przygotowywał omlet odmówił przygotowania jajek. Nie chcieliśmy korzystać ze sprzątania pokoju jednak potrzebowaliśmy torebkę herbaty, której nam zabrakło i wodę, pani sprzątająca nie mogła tego nam dać, mówiła żeby iść do recepcji, zazwyczaj w innych hotelach też nie korzystamy ze sprzątania ale nie ma problemu z tym i otrzymujemy herbatę , wodę od obsługi pokoju. To wszystko nie wpłynęło na ogólnie dobrą ocenę hotelu

Nice location, 10-15min taxi ride from main attractions. Very clean and nice rooms. Khalid, the customer relations manager, was very kind, always checking to make sure we were ok. Roof top pool and spa services were fantastic.
Cons: No kettle/tea options in room.
