Il mio soggiorno al Riad Hart Essoura è stato semplicemente fantastico! La posizione è davvero perfetta: a soli 10 minuti a piedi da Jemaa el-Fna e a 2 minuti dalla splendida Medersa Ben Youssef, nel cuore pulsante della Medina ma comunque in un’oasi di tranquillità. La colazione marocchina è deliziosa, ricca di prodotti freschi e tipici, servita con grande cura ogni mattina. Un vero piacere iniziare la giornata così! Un ringraziamento speciale ai ragazzi della reception, sempre cordiali, educati e incredibilmente disponibili. Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole, aiutandoci in tutto, dalla gestione dei trasferimenti fino alla prenotazione di un hammam autentico che abbiamo adorato. Consiglio vivamente il Riad Hart Essoura a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza autentica, accogliente e ben posizionata a Marrakech.

Cons: Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, nel complesso il riad è risultato pulito e ordinato. Essendo però una persona molto precisa, avrei apprezzato un pizzico di attenzione in più ad alcuni dettagli, come il tappeto in camera e gli angoli della stanza, che con un po’ di cura aggiuntiva avrebbero reso l’esperienza davvero impeccabile. Nulla di grave, solo un piccolo margine di miglioramento in un soggiorno comunque molto piacevole.

Posto bellissimo in una location tattica, vicina a tutte le attrazione principali nella Medina. Il Riad, oltre ad essere molto bello e curato, è anche gestito da un team di persone gentili e attente. Colazione squisita servita nella corte interna spesso circondata da uccellini. Le camere sono belle, spaziose e pulite. Consigliatissimo!

Tout était merveilleux, le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins, la localisation est parfaite en plein centre de la médina sans être au milieu du tumulte des souks, le lieu est propre, beau et très bien décoré, les chambres confortables, la cuisine est copieuse et excellente, la piscine est à bonne température même en novembre, la terrasse sur le toit est très jolie et propice au bain de soleil, c’est vraiment une perle. Je recommande à 100%

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad war einfach sensationell! 🥰 Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem so warmen Lächeln empfangen, dass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – man spürt, dass sie ihren Job mit Leidenschaft machen. Das Frühstück war einfach traumhaft – frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und mit so vielen kleinen Details, die zeigen, wie viel Mühe sich das Team gibt. ☕🍊🥐 Alle waren respektvoll, höflich und sehr aufmerksam – man merkt, hier wird Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt! Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Hart Essoura war super, super schön. Man fühlt sich wirklich, als würde man in eine Familie aufgenommen werden und nicht wie ein normaler Kunde. Alles ist extrem sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr liebevoll erhalten, ästhetisch, ruhig und organisiert. Der Staff ist unglaublich herzlich. Wadi hat uns bei allem geholfen, ob SIM-Karten, Zugtickets oder Restaurant-Reservierungen – immer so, als wäre er ein Freund oder Familienmitglied. Mohamed war einfach goldig, hat sofort alles umgesetzt, was wir gebraucht haben, und war immer da.

Riad incroyable, splendide avec de super espace, la terrasse avec les transat pour bronzer la piscine les tables les jeux d’échec. La chambre était très spacieuse et agréable avec un ménage super bien fait tous les jours. Le personnel du Riad est fabuleux gentil aidant avec plein de conseils et toujours le sourire, celon moi c’est un vrai plus. Emplacement parfait à 12 minutes à pied de la place jemaa el fna. Literie très agréable. Rien à redire je recommande à 1000% ce Riad. Nous étions 3 amis conquit.

Cons: À la limite je pourrai parler du petit déjeuner où il y a beaucoup en quantité mais moyenne en qualité selon moi ( pancakes pas cuit, fruit pas très mûre) mais cela est juste pour dire quelque chose.

Il riad e’ una vera oasi nella medina: l’acqua che scroscia, gli uccelli che volano e cinguettano rendono le pause nel riad un momento incantevole! Il personale e’ eccezionale: ci siamo trovati a passare del tempo in struttura e sono stati sempre attenti ad ogni nostra necessità e disponibilità. Una menzione a parte merita il manager della struttura Ouadie che ci ha supportati in modo incredibile: da ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e cosa vedere fino ad averci recuperato- di sua spontanea iniziativa- quando siamo rimasti bloccati in un incidente e al supporto che ci ha dato in relazione ad una seria emergenza medica che abbiamo avuto con nostro figlio- se non ci fosse stato lui non avremmo veramente saputo come fare! Veramente una persona su cui fare affidamento!

I don’t usually write reviews, but the guest relations at Riad Hart Essoura were so special I felt I had to. Like most Riads in Marrakech, it’s only accessible by foot – but Mohammed was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp and personally brought me to and from the drivers he arranged. The hotel manager even offered to drive me to an event I was attending nearby. The Riad itself is a little haven – super clean, cosy, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with traditional touches. I was there for work this time, but I’ll definitely be back with family the next time I’m in Marrakech.

We loved the accommodation and location of this Riad. The staff are all incredibly kind and welcoming. We are English speakers with a few words of French (secondary school only) and they all communicated with us very well. The breakfast is amazing and we miss it already. The view from the roof terrace is beautiful. We were staying during Ramadan and the calls to prayer at sunset were breathtaking.

Absolutely wonderful. We had an amazing time here. The staff was super friendly, caring and helpful. They helped us book a hammam not too far from the riad when we were struggling to find a decent one. Breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfy and always clean. My favorite place is the rooftop. We really felt welcome during our stay. On a scale from 1 to 10, this place is 10000.

Beautifully restored Riad with small pool and roof terrace. Rooms decorated in traditional style with comfortable bed and seating area with fridge. Breakfast was excellent with fresh breads and pancakes, cheese yoghurt and fresh fruit as well as cakes and Jams. We also ordered the meal in the Riad for our first night which was a delicious chicken tajine. The Riad is located in easy walking distance to all of the sights as well as many restaurants and cafes. Its worth arranging a taxi through the Riad from the airport, especially if you arrive late as it is tricky to locate the door. Our driver was waiting for us when we landed and we were at the Riad within 30 minutes. All the staff at the Riad were really friendly and helpful with advice and tips on sightseeing and eating. They kindly made us a constant supply of Moroccan mint tea! If you want to visit a specific restaurant in Marrakesh its worth booking ahead, especially for those that have a roof terrace and you want to watch the sunset.

Cons: We were woken early just after 6am by a noisy mixer/juicer in the kitchen area just below our room. We were visiting during Ramadan so this may have been a factor.

Cons: Originally booked a room which was advertised as having 3 separate beds. When we arrived, there was only 1 double bed and 1 single bed...it was advertised as also having a sofa bed. We took this up with the hotel and they gave us another room for free...or so we thought. When we checked out, they charged us £300 for that room for 3 nights!!! From my understanding, it's not my fault that the room was falsely advertised as having 3 separate beds, but actually only having 2. This led us to having to suffer the consequences of the hotels mistakes. When we asked for a refund through booking.com, we they told us that the hotel is not responding to their emails, and therefore they can't help us. This is absolutely ridiculous and appalling. For anyone staying here, I strongly suggest you confirm the number of beds in the room before you book it. Would never come back here again after such a poor experience.

The Riad Hart Essoura was absolutely lovely. The property is so beautiful, the courtyard with the swimming pool and seating areas were filled with natural light, peaceful, + gorgeous. Muhammad was AMAZING and helped us with everything. He always was quick to offer us mint tea or coffee, walked us to help us get a taxi, and was just such a lovely person. He'd also walk us back if we got back late night. He made our stay so wonderful! The dinner they provided was delicious as well. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Riad, it looks like in the photos. We are a family of four, we travel our fair deal, so we've experienced also considerable number of hotels. This one really met our expectations and went beyond! The surroundings of the hotel are shabby, it is in the less nice part of Medina. But as soon as you step into the Riad, you have stepped into another world. Beautifly decorated, extremely clean, rich and tasty breakfast. Mohamed and Mohamed who work there were more than great - warm, hospitable, professional, no demand is too much for them. They've reached out to me per Whatsapp 2 days before arrival to ask if we need anything, and they've arranged a transport from the airport. Our arrival was late - after midnight - they both came to meet us where the transport had dropped us off, carried our luggage. The Riad is very safe, we left valuables unlocked by mistake - everything was waiting where we'd left it. Honest and hearfelt recommendation. And big thanks to both Mohameds for being that way!

Cons: Marrakech was colder than expected in February, we stayed out all day, so the room took longer to heat up. It is equipped with two aircons (one in the bathroom) and a electric radiator, with which it heats up ok. (for the reference, it was only up to 8 degrees Celsius during our stay in Marrakech)

We were all delighted by our four-day stay, the breakfast was outstanding, our dinner on arrival was perfect, we couldn’t have chosen a better location as we were on the outskirt of the medina in a quiet street but still within walking distance of all the casbah, restaurants and historical sights. This Riad was an amazing place to stay. I think the best part was the hospitality of the staff and how kind/generous they were. We were really impressed by the general cleanliness and look of the Riad as it was very beautiful and peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The location was perfect too, a couple minutes walk into the heart of the Medina and both Mohammed's at the Riad were incredibly kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. An oasis in the August heat. Great breakfast served. Our accommodation was amazing, just perfect. Spotlessly clean, great decoration and very cool inside. There were two terraces but unfortunately it was just too hot to sit outside. That’s August for you! Likewise, a lovely pool but just too cold for me - not a complaint at all, that’s just me!

Cons: The location was maybe just a little too far from the main square, especially when walking back late at night. There were areas that were really dark. On the website it says you will be given a mobile phone. This wasn’t offered and wasn’t an issue for us, just be aware that this is the case. The website also states that mint tea and pastries will be served at 5pm every day. Again this didn’t happen, disappointing but only a small thing. It’s like a building site outside and on one day there was drilling, which was really loud. No prior warning given of this.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Riad Hart Essoura. The staff are quite simply exceptional. Like many people, we have stayed in many hotels and I can honestly say this was the best service we have ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. Mo Mo and Mohamed were so friendly and helpful it is difficult to praise them enough. Everyone working at the hotel also spoke at least 4 languages, making communication incredibly easy. Breakfast was delicious, if anything there was too much to eat! We ate one evening meal during our stay. The menu was traditional Moroccan and the food was excellent. We thought the location of of the hotel was very good. It is slightly outside of the main 'Hubub' which meant it was actually very quiet. The main Souk was a 5-10 min walk and the main Jemaa el-Fnaa square was an approx 20 min walk. We mainly ate at restaurants local to our hotel and found them to be good. We hadn't visited Marrakech or the Medina before. The streets are pretty narrow and a bit of a maze but we didn't have too much trouble finding our way around. The Riad hotels tend to be on the smaller streets. From the outside most Riads, including the Hart Essoura, look very nondescript. However once inside the Hart Essoura a little oasis and very tranquil. We would have no hesitation recommending the Hart Essoura to any visitors.

We loved our stay at Hart Essoura, it was the perfect oasis from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. We all enjoyed the breakfasts each morning and I would highly recommend staying for dinner too - we ate on our last night and it was the best meal of our trip, utterly delicious! Our daughter loved the pool and I enjoyed reading on the roof terrace. Ouady and Mohammed were so friendly and helpful, booking trips and giving recommendations- they really made it a fantastic place to stay!

Cons: Nothing to dislike but worth noting that the beds and pillows are very firm! Also it’s not as central as some riads but only 5 mins away from the action and once you work out which alleys to take (which is all part of the experience) then it’s easy. Felt safe there too.

My trip to Marrakech was so, so much better because of them, especially the hotel manager. I would pay just to have this level of attention and care from the staff at this Riad. My expectations have been raised and i doubt that staying anywhere else will be as good. The Riad itself is beautiful, serene and exceptionally well-maintained. The rooms are really comfortable and the beds, bedding, towels, bathrooms are all really clean and comfortable to use. The terrace at the top of the Riad is also beautifully maintained and a great place to relax. The food served at the Riad is tasty and high quality. It was beautiful eating at the Riad. We travelled as a family of four and loved our breakfast and dinners at this Riad.

Cons: I cannot fault this Riad. In fact, I was so blown away by the experience that i have now raised my expectations of what good service looks like.

I had a great time at my stay at Riad Essoura. The decor of the room was fantastic and is exactly as shown in the pictures. Got lots of cute shots around the Suite! The staff were friendly and communicative, offering us tea and biscuits when we checked in. The Riad is centrally located and you are able to walk to the Main Square in less than 15 minutes. Ouady the manager and his assistant Mohammed were extremely friendly and anxious to make our stay even more comfortable if they could in any way. Trustworthy guides, dining recommendations and commentary about our surroundings were a small part of their contributions to our stay. Breakfasts at Riad Essoura were delicious. They included both fresh fruit and a variety of breads and crepes as well as the choice of eggs, yogurt, cheese and jams. Coffee or tea as well as fabulous fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. The hosts Wadi (the manager) and Mohammed (the assistant) were helpful and friendly. They helped with organising our airport transfers and also with a guide to take us around the Medina and the Souk. Wadi even helped with printing out our boarding passes which was required for the return leg of our trip. All the staff were very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was great and served at our convenience. We had a traditional Moroccan dinner (Chicken Tagine) at the Riad on our first night too and that was great. The property was lovely. Located in the middle of the Medina, expect to be living amongst the locals who are very lovely. The property was very clean and our suite was cleaned daily. The room was spacious and comfortable. The courtyard and the rooftop terrace were lovely and great places to relax or for photo ops. We will definitely be visiting Morocco again and staying at Hart Essoura if possible.

Simply outstanding experience. Right from check in to check out, we had a great time at the Riad. The host is always responsive and eager to help. He made sure that we had a hot dinner waiting for us in spite of a late check in due to a flight delay. The room was comfortable, cozy and clean. The bathroom was basic but clean with hot water and amenities. Breakfast was set in the verandah and featured Moroccan specialities which we all enjoyed. If we had a question or needed help with directions or bookings, Mohamed was always around to help. He even went out of his way to go and buy us some olives which we loved. Great overall, highly recommended!

Cons: I found the manager rude. The rooms were opened without our permission in the name of painting and cleaning and were left wide open when we came one day. We ordered for 2 course dinner but they gave us a slice of orange in the end and put it as 3 course in the end.the car was delayed by half an hour in picking us from airport but they charged us 40 euro for transfer which was expensive compared to taxis we got normally. The breakfast was the same for all the 3 days that we stayed and had no variety. I booked through booking .com and when I had to pay on checking out, the manager was rude since i asked if I could pay in euros with the card machine. Overall, I couldn't stay there again.

Cons: 1, The hotel is very hard to find, no possible to find for first time. And we also got lost for a few time even after we checked in. 2, The host is very pushy to give them good review, asked about it from beginning to the end. 3, Be careful they over charged you if you have to pay in there. We were charged twice for city tax, and rejected to pay back. 4, the room’s actually very tiny and uncomfortable. we didn’t feel like to have a shower, sink bowl’s too high, toilet space is too tiny had to squeeze in, there is no seat, no table, no wardrobe, no drawer. The tap was leaking water through out the time, so always full of water not possible to put any thing around the sink table. there was also a sudden accident broken pipe underneath the sink table, they fixed after 20 mins but all our stuff was wet. 4, breakfast’s actually very simple and taste plain. After two days, all 3 of us had no appetite to have there breakfast any more.

Since there are so many to choose from we were guided by the booking.com reviews. This property is absolutely stunning and the people are amazing. We were welcomed by the host, got served mint tea with cookies and got information about the area. The host was very helpful and even made some reservations for us. The Riad looks exactly like the pictures and you can see it is maintained with a lot of care and love for hosting people who want to find some quiet from the buzzing streets of Marrakesh. The room was spacious and traditionally decorated. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop provides for an excellent relax moment with views over the city. We initially booked 3 nights but had to change it into 1 night due to cancellation of our flight. We informed the host about this as soon as we knew and asked if we could change our fixed reservation of 3 nights into 1 and he was so lovely to confirm. We didn’t have to pay the 2 nights we originally anticipated to stay and this was undoubtedly very welcoming. Definitely recommend this Riad to anyone who is staying in or passing by Marrakesh.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at Riad Hart Essoura and we had a fantastic stay. The riad itself was lovely. So much nicer than staying in a normal hotel. It’s very conveniently situated for exploring the medina and Ouady was amazing and arranged all transfers for us to and from the airport as well as excursions. The best parts of our stay though were the food and the hospitality. We ended up eating each night because it was exceptional home cooked food. We ate out for lunch in various places which were all good, but not as good as here. Ouady and Mohammed were brilliant hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they organised everything and made great suggestions of what to do and see. We would definitely recommend staying and hope to do again in the future.

It is beautifully decorated, rooms are beautiful, spacious and super clean and comfortable - sheets pillows etc were amazing quality. Staff were so welcoming and helpful and great with the children. We had a feast of a breakfast every morning…. with great coffee. We also had dinner there one evening with the best Briouat in Marrakech !! Our host, Ouady, was amazing, keeping in touch with us weeks before our arrival to make sure we booked taxis for pick up & drop off at the airport, sightseeing tours, etc., ahead of time as it was the busy season. He was always attentive and catered to our every need, including arranging transportation to anywhere we wanted to go, while also making very helpful suggestions re: restaurants, nightlife, sightseeing, Hammam & massages. Shout out to Mohammed who escorted us to and from our pre-arranged taxis every time we went out. The Riad’s uniquely designed and decorated rooms are beautiful and so clean - the staff were on point every single day. The meals at the Riad were sooo delicious - authentic Moroccan cuisine plus some continental options for breakfast. We actually decided to have dinner at the Riad on our last night in Marrakech because the food was just that good! We highly recommend Riad Hart Essoura and we’re really looking forward to staying there on our next visit to Marrakech. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Riad was really nice, clean, pool was great after a long day in Marrakesh heat. Rooms are great, good size with everything you'd need. Breakfasted morning was delicious and Mohammed is a lovely host.

This riad is just like on the photos, a perfect 10 to recommend. The staff is helpful and looking out for everyone. We asked for dinner for a few nights, which was always delicious and plenty. We actually felt bad not being able to eat it all. Make sure to try some of the excursions they recommend and thr delicious Moroccan wine. Thanks again to all the staff fpr making our stay in Marrakech special.
