Sobald man das Tor öffnet, fühlt man sich wie im Paradies. Der wunderschöne marokkanische Stil und die bezaubernde Atmosphäre versetzen einen direkt in die Welt von 1001 Nacht. Ein großes Lob an den Besitzer, der sich Zeit genommen hat, mir die Geschichte und die Karte von Marrakesch zu erklären. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam – man erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind äußerst komfortabel und das Essen ist hervorragend. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – absolute Empfehlung!

Beautiful place, and the staff were wonderful and so helpful! The rooms were comfortable and everything was clean. The spa was calming and relaxing.

This was our first experience of staying in a Riad, which we weren't entirely sure of what that meant as first timers! Riad Janate is essentially a home away from home. It's a small (maybe 6 rooms, unsure) accommodation where all the staff know you and are happy to help any way they can. The Riad was comfortable, well appointed, clean, and in a great location just near Ben Youssef. They gave us lots of tips for the city, washed our laundry for us (free at the time), and prepared a takeaway breakfast for our last day when we had to leave very early. We would come back to stay here and recommend this Riad to others.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. For some travellers, be aware that the pool is great, but really is just for cooling off in. The way Riads are set up is that they stay cool so this is not the place for tanning in the sun. However there are rooftop sun beds available with a small knee-high rooftop pool good for sitting in or for kids.

Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything was spotless, and the entire riad smelled wonderful. Our room was beautiful, and the interior design throughout the property was simply breathtaking. The staff were exceptional—professional, genuinely kind, and always happy to help. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, assisting us with everything we needed. The food was delicious, and the rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning—it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. If I ever come back to Marrakech, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. I would happily choose this place again without a second thought. Highly recommended!

Cons: Plusieurs mauvaises surprises côté tarifs. Le spa est payant (5€/personne pour 45 min), sans jets ni bulles, avec une eau peu propre. Taxe de 3% également appliquée en cas de paiement par carte bancaire, non mentionnée avant le règlement. Même logique pour le cours de cuisine : la bouteille d'eau consommée pendant le repas nous a été facturée en plus sans que ce soit précisé au préalable. Dommage que le manque de transparence sur les prix vienne ternir l'expérience, car le cadre et l'équipe méritent vraiment le détour.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of the staff made us feel truly welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and always smiling. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful. The lights, the lanterns and the traditional Moroccan decoration create a magical atmosphere that feels like stepping into another world. After spending the day exploring the busy Medina, it was wonderful to come back to such a peaceful oasis where we could truly relax. The rooftop terrace is also lovely, with relaxing music and even a small pool where you can unwind. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious every morning with fresh local food. Some people might be surprised that the riad is located in a narrow alley, but please don't let that worry you. We always felt completely safe, and the local people in the neighborhood were also very kind and welcoming. We wholeheartedly recommend Riad Janate to anyone visiting Marrakech. If you choose to stay here, we're sure you'll fall in love with it just as we did and you'll already be thinking about coming back before you leave. Thank you for the fantastic hospitality and for making our stay so special. :)

All of the staff we encountered were fantastic! They were friendly, accommodating, and very supportive. The whole team, Hassan, Abdul, Mouad and Hamza. I believe the gentleman that checked us in was called Hassan and he waited up for us to come back from dinner at 1am, sorry for keeping you up! The morning member of staff, Abdul, served a lovely breakfast, which was delicious and very filling. I can't recall the team member who helped us carry our luggage, but he walked a long way holding our bags to our taxi service back to the airport in high heat - thank you! We learned a lot about the culture of Morocco in conversation with them - it was a great experience 🥰

Sehr gutes Riad in der Altstadt (Medina) von Marrakesch. Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Souks in einigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der angebotene SPA ist gleichermaßen gut und zu empfehlen. Sehr nettes und stets hilfsbereites Personal. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Riad. Das gesamte Riad ist wunderschön gestaltet, sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer waren stets sauber und komfortabel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die fantastische Dachterrasse mit dem kleinen Pool. Nach einem Tag im Trubel der Medina konnte man dort wunderbar entspannen und abschalten. Abends auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Tag bei einer Shisha ausklingen zu lassen, war für uns eines der Highlights. Ein großes Lob geht auch an das Personal. Vor allem Hassan und Marouane (der während unseres Aufenthalts jemanden vertreten hat, der im Urlaub war) haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Beide waren jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und äußerst zuvorkommend. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden dieses Riad jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Shukran bezaf für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – bis zum nächsten Mal, inshallah!

The staff were incredible and all looked after us. Mouad and Hassan particularly were amazing, they were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We were made to feel completely at home. They gave us great advice on tips for the city, including where to visit and potential scams to look out for. We never felt pressured to book tours they were associated with, they just wanted us to have a good time. It was my birthday whilst we were there and they organised flowers. The decor was also beautiful and clean and breakfast was delicious and peaceful. We had daily servicing of the room. The Hammam and spa facilities were incredible and a great price. The location was great and only about a 10/15 minute walk to the main square and only a couple minutes to Ben Yousef. They also have a brilliant arrangement with a local taxi company where they organise round trips and charge it to the room, so it saves haggling with local taxi drivers (Mohammed was so sweet and an amazing driver). The Riad is down a road which cars cannot reach so you have a couple minutes walk to meet the taxis (normal in Marrakech), however, someone in the riad would walk us there and greet us there when we got back to ensure we weren’t walking on our own (although we felt very safe anyway). When we arrived, we were invited to sit down and have Moroccan tea which was a lovely chilled start.
Cons: If we had to be picky, there were a few tiles missing in the pool. However the building was well maintained and extremely clean.

Cons: Logo no primeiro dia pedimos um taxi no hotel, porque chegamos perto das 22h e tinhamos uma reserva para o jantar (de aniversario). Arranjaram nos um taxi e quando perguntamos o preco o sr da rececao disse que no fim nos dizia. Que pagava ele e para nao nos preocuparmos. Desde esse dia arranjamos sempre taxis na rua. Todos os dias perguntavamos o preço do taxi do primeiro dia e nunca disseram. No ultimo dia apresentaram nos uma conta EXORBITANTE, com a desculpa que era um "black taxi" e nao um amarelo. Sendo que os precos dos taxis sao muito mais baratos. Pessimo atendimento nesse aspeto. Ponto negativo: o detetor de fumo fazia barulho constante durante toda a noite.

Tutto! La gentilezza dello staff, davvero incredibile. In particolar modo i ragazzi sempre sorridenti e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza, ci hanno fatto sentire davvero a casa. E per questo li ringrazio per tutto. Posizione strategica se si vuole visitare la Medina a piedi, posto molto tranquillo e comodo. Struttura meravigliosa e davvero perfetta per rilassarsi. Buona colazione servita direttamente al tavolo.

Cons: Bedden waren hard. Ontbijt hadden we meer van verwacht. En we moesten voor elke vraag extra betalen (watertje, jus etc). Personeel gaf aan dat Uber niet bestond en bood een optie aan dat 5x zo duur was. Terwijl het wel gewoon bestaat en goed werkt. Dat geeft een wat minder klantvriendelijk gevoel. Voor de prijs per nacht verwacht je wel wat meer service.

The riad itself is absolutely stunning — the courtyard is even more beautiful in person and feels like a peaceful escape. The rooms were gorgeous, very clean, and well maintained. The location is perfect — right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shopping and the medina, but just far enough away that it stays quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was included, delicious, and they’ll customize it however you like. What truly made the stay unforgettable was the staff. Hassan, Mourad, and the entire team are beyond amazing — genuinely the kindest people I’ve ever met. They go above and beyond for everything: helping with luggage, coordinating taxis, walking you to meet drivers, booking spa services and excursions, and making sure you’re taken care of at all times. They’re available 24/7 and make you feel completely comfortable and welcomed.

The entire team (Hassan, Mouad and Hamza) is truly amazing, they make you feel so incredibly comfortable, that you won’t want to ever leave! Especially Hassan is extremely helpful and preemptive, and demonstrates exceptional attention to all guests. They always went the extra mile for us, and we are really grateful for the genuine and authentic Moroccan hospitality! The rooms are beautiful, everything smells wonderfully to orange blossoms! The breakfast is very typical and very generous! Also, everyone else in the team has been extra kind and caring to us (the spa / hammam team, the cleaning team, etc) I would definitely recommend this stay and I hope to be back soon!

Staff was the best part though they answered all our questions and even offered to walk us to the taxi area to make sure we didn't get lost. Cons: L’établissement affiche sur Booking.com, le logo Parking, alors même qu’il n’en dispose pas. Aucun souci, le personnel m’a aidé à trouver un parking à proximité à un prix raisonnable. Nous avons eu une chambre au rez de chaussée qui était très sombre, avec deux fenêtres donnant sur la cours intérieure où les clients prennent leur petit déjeuner, donc manque d’ intimité. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen avec très peu de choix. Le jacuzzi n’était pas en fonctionnement ce qui était décevant. Ce Riad est très cher , l’équivalent d’un hôtel 4-5*, ce qui n’est clairement pas le cas.

Our stay at Riad Janate was excellent and I could not fault it, from the room and to the staff. The property looked exactly as how it is shown on the photos and had beautiful mosaics, foliage and lamps. My partner and I travelled from the desert and had a long day and were immediately greeted and attended to with the famous Moroccan mint tea and biscuits. The bed was pleasant and comfortable, and our breakfast every day was a selection of msemmen, fruits and eggs. We tried the hammam and massage services and it was great. They used a honey mask and orange blossom scrub which smelled divine, and it was the perfect way to end our trip! Mouad was so kind to us, providing us with tips for travel and some interesting history facts about the country, tea and food! Upon check out he also organised our taxi and walked us with our luggage to the taxi. I would definitely come back to stay here and hopefully during the warmer months and make use of the pool and jacuzzi.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans la suite « Janate » avec deux très grands lits hyper confortables et une petite terrasse. Ce Riad est vraiment magnifique. Il aspire au calme et au bien être. Le personnel (avec une mention spéciale pour Hassane) est d’une extrême gentillesse et aux petits soins. Nous avons apprécié le Hammam.
Cons: Le seul bémol serait les horaires du petit déjeuner de 8h30 à 10h30 même si celui-ci est exceptionnel !

-Das Riad ist wunderschön malerisch und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Uns hat es in den Ferien an nichts gemangelt, die Zuvorkommenheit des Personals erinnert stark an gute Luxushotels. Wir hatten uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. -sehr familiäres Feeling, da das ganze Riad nur 8 Zimmer hat. -Das Riad sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern -Wir hatten noch ein Hammam für 45min dazugebucht, es lohnt sich sehr. -Das Frühstück war gut und immer füllend, auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen. -Die Lage ist äusserst gut, man ist mit 5 Min. direkt in den Souks der Medina. Man muss sich aber durch die Art (Riad in der Medina) bewusst sein, dass die Neustadt ein bisschen weiter weg ist. Die Unterkunft ist aber sehr gut gelegen für einen authentischen Marrakesch Aufenthalt. -Das Riad ist äusserst typisch, man muss sich dies bewusst sein (Blick in Innenhof und eher klein) Wir waren aber für den Preis sehr zufrieden und können dieses Riad herzlichst weiter empfehlen.

Il Riad è molto bello e lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. La zona è abbastanza centrale e a parte camminando nel souk la notte che mi ha messo un po' a disagio, ci siamo trovati bene con la location. Ho anche fatto un massaggio rilassante. Bella la terrazza e la zona piscina/colazione. Inoltre abbiamo avuto un problema durante il viaggio verso il deserto e lo staff è riuscito a ridarci la nostra stessa camera ad un prezzo favorevole, per la notte che siamo dovuti rimanere in più. Inoltre ci hanno regalato un piccolo olio di argan buonissimo. Spero di poter tornare durante la stagione calda per godermi ancora di più i comfort che offrono.
Cons: La stanza era un po' piccolina, ma il letto estremamente comodo. Internet non prendeva molto bene, unica vera pecca. La porta del bagno non è molto "privata", lasciando degli spiragli, e l'acqua ci ha messo un po' a diventare calda. Ma sono cose molto irrilevanti.

Soms heb je van die plekken waar je terecht komt dat het echt je ervaring op een bepaalde plek bepaalt. Deze Riad was zo’n plek waarin je Marrakesh toch op een andere manier ervaart. Iedereen was zo super lief en vriendelijk. Ik raad iedereen aan om in Riad Janate te verblijven en zeker om nog een dag struinen door de straten van Marrakesh een massage te boeken of hammam, dit maakte het compleet. Dank voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Sin dal primo momento che abbiamo messo piede nel riad ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati, lo staff non ci ha mai fatto mancare nulla, dalla colazione al te servito direttamente in terrazza prima di andare a letto. Una menzione particolare va a Hassan e Mouad che sanno veramente come farti sentire a casa ed esaudire ogni tuo desiderio.

Cons: Hospitality was lacking, unfriendly staff. Loud at night - you could hear everyone in the hallways coming and going. No windows in the rooms. No alcohol. Breakfast was generic (but fast). One night, no hot water. Intermittent electricity. I expected more based on the reviews.

We stayed at Riad Janate & Spa for our first visit to Morocco and Marrakech itself and had an absolutely wonderful time. Very glad we stayed here - the place is tranquil and beautiful, exceeded our expectation and part of the reason is that the staff are fantastic. A big special thank you to Mouad, Hassan and Mohammed who all made our stay for my mum, siblings and myself spectacular. Excellent hospitality, felt like home and the warmth of the people here makes all the difference. Facilities are brilliant, we used the rooftop pool, spa for hamam and massage, breakfast and dinner were all delicious and fantastic. We will definitely recommend booking here without hesitation, you will not regret. We hope to be back and stay for all future visits at this wonderful Riad with wonderful people. Da tenere in mente che in nessuna struttura a Marrakesh c'è il riscaldamento quindi si usa la pompa di calore, detto ciò era confortevole e caldo! Nabil era sempre a disposizione, pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi cosa! La colazione era fantastica! Purtroppo il periodo non lo permette ma dev'essere fantastico sfruttare il rooftop con la jacuzzi e pure la piscina interna!!

De uitstraling was mooi. Het is echt een sprookjesachtige marrokaanse Riad. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk. Als de zon schijnt is het een prachtig plekje.
Cons: We hebben vooraf 2 keer vragen gesteld via een bericht via booking. Hierop kregen we geen reactie. Ook op een mail met vragen kwam geen reactie. Deze vragen gingen over verwarming van de kamers, zwembad en jacuzzi. De Riad was erg koud. Het ontbijt is op de binnenplaats. Met 14 a 15 graden veel te koud. De jacuzzi en zwembad zijn ook koud en daarmee niet bruikbaar in de wintermaanden. De Riad is van een luxeklasse. Het ontbijt was dat niet. Prima, maar niet passend bij de prijs van de Riad. Datzelfde geldt voor de geboden dineropties of drankjes. Geserveerd uit blikjes, zonder glas. Het hotel heeft 1 x een taxi voor ons geregeld. Deze paste dan wel weer bij de prijs van het hotel en was buiten proportie duur. Het was allemaal prima, maar een slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Lage ist sehr gut. Es muss einem nur bewusst sein das keine Autos dort hin fahren und man ca 5 Minuten laufen muss. Zimmer war sehr gross und hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Würden es wieder buchen. Personal sehr Freundlich. Sehr nahe oder sogar fast in der Medina

In de riad hadden we een super leuk verblijf. De kamer was mooi en proper. Hier konden we niks op aanmerken.We hadden zelfs een terrasje aan onze kamer. Op het dak was er een jacuzzi. Daar hebben we enkele keren gebruik van gemaakt. Wel jammer dat je hiervoor extra moest betalen. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ze brachten ons tot aan de plaats waar we de taxi moesten nemen en we konden hen bellen om ons 's avonds wanneer het donker was, weer terug op te halen aan de taxistop. Dit was een geruststelling.
Cons: De ligging in de Medina vonden we een beetje eng 's avonds. In november is het vroeg donker en we vonden het niet zo fijn om door de donkere smalle straatjes te wandelen. Maar het personeel van de riad bracht je op vraag tot aan de taxi en haalde je ook weer op wanneer je uit de taxi stapte als je dat wenste. Daardoor voelden we ons veiliger in deze buurt.

We liked the Riad Janate very much and didn't have any problem getting to and from it, even very late at night. It was a beautifully quiet and peaceful hotel and we would gladly stay again. The mint tea and biscuits, which they kindly brought up to the very pretty roof terrace on arrival were really lovely, even though we arrived around 11pm. The lobby pool was extremely pretty and made for a lovely setting for breakfast. There is also a handy shop nearby that stays open until at least 11 and sells water which is very useful. Everything was very clean. The staff were always very polite, kind and helpful and the hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere.
Cons: Our first breakfast was a little disappointing but when, the next day, we asked for milk for the coffee and an omlette they were cheerfully provided at no extra charge. The small pool on the roof was very cold though and we didn't attempt the one in the lobby.

Fizemos algumas refeições no Riad e adoramos, comida gostosa e vale a pena a experiência ! O spa tem uma pequena piscina / jacuzzi no terraço linda e com vista. O terraço é lindo ! Recomendo este Riad e esta experiência

What really stood out, however, was the hospitality. Mouad, who has recently joined the team, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From warmly welcoming me, to offering helpful tips, and always being attentive with a genuine smile, his service truly made my experience memorable. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to making guests feel at home, and I can see he will make an excellent addition to the riad’s staff. Mon séjour au Riad Janate a été absolument parfait du début à la fin. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, le personnel toujours souriant et disponible. Le cadre est magnifique, décoré avec goût et dans un esprit authentique qui plonge immédiatement dans l’ambiance marocaine. C’est un lieu très calme, reposant, qui détend instantanément et permet de se ressourcer. La chambre était parfaite, confortable et très propre. Le petit-déjeuner, comme chaque moment passé sur place, était un vrai délice. De plus, il est très bien placé. Merci pour cette expérience incroyable qui a largement dépassé mes attentes. Poor value for money; what you get doesn't quite justify the price. No elevator, which makes access to upper floors difficult, especially with luggage.

Absolutely loved our stay in Marrakech! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was beyond amazing — they truly took care of us and made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and peaceful — the perfect place to relax. The food was absolutely delicious, and the massage… wow! It was incredible. We loved it so much. Highly, highly recommended — we can’t wait to come back!
Cons: The only thing we didn’t enjoy was getting lost — but even that turned into a positive experience because when we called the hotel, they were ready to come and rescue us. We really appreciated their help!

Cons: La ubicación es en una zona de la Medina, donde hay muchos locales que intentan decir que la calle está cerrada y te llevan por otras calles para redirigirte hacia la ubicación del Hotel, después te hacen encerronas entre tres y cuatro locales y te extorsionan por dinero, satisfecho con da la sensación que estás en un constante peligro.

Inside the Riad it’s another world! Beautifully decorated
Cons: The area, it’s a little rough. In several occasion the people in the streets try to tell us we couldn’t walk at certain times of the days to the Riad. So they told us to go with them through a different route, and then of course ask for money and more money. At the hotel they told us it was common to just avoid them or threaten them with the police. The first time we didn’t feel very safe but nothing happened. But it’s something they should tell you to be aware of.

BEAUTIFUL huge room and bathroom, amazingly detailed ceilings in both, lovely ample common areas, terrace had very nice views, two pools of large sizes, strong attention to detail throughout, rooms had bathrobe and slippers by default. We did the energize massages within the onsite spa and they were a nice experience. Also we had to leave early (3:45am) for our flight and the staff walked us to the taxi as it was a bit of a walk to where a taxi can come, and he helped with the bags, very nice of him (Maoud).

3 jours merveilleux passés au Riad Janate où Nabile a été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous étions 4 amies à vouloir passer un we détente à Marrakech. Expérience inoubliable dans ce Riad avec un spa hammam jacuzzi sur le toit et Djemila et Souad nous ont bichonnées ! Bon petit déjeuner servi au bord de la piscine. Les excursions proposées dans le désert en quad puis la soirée spectacle au Bohème Marrakech nous ont transporté dans un pays enchanteur. Merci ! On recommande vivement ce Riad.

Riad Janate is truly a hidden gem in the medina. The riad is an oasis of calm after a busy day of exploration amongst the hussel and busel of the city. The center court yard is so beautiful and comfortable that you can't help but to feel at ease. The rooms were stylish and comfortable with big comfy beds. All the rooms have air-conditioning which was ideal for my very irish husband. The roof top relaxation area is great place to relax at the end of the day while enjoying mint tea or a mid day soak in the jacuzzi. The breakfast was amazing and served by the beautiful plunge pool each morning. The on site hammam is really bonus and something you must treat yourself to. Now the staff I have to say are truly amazing , kind and very helpful. They instantly make you feel right at home. I can highly recommend Riad Janate & spa for your stay in marrakech.

The worst experience i’ve ever had staying in Marrakech, old rooms, dirty sheets.. airco doesnt work, and the manager is very rude and disrespectful, and they even tried to charge us more, avoid this Riad if you can. It was a nightmare of a night, breakfast is very poor it’s not at all what they show on pictures ..

The Riad is in a perfect location for the Souks, and some attractions. We particularly enjoyed being able to pop back for some peace and rest and then regroup and head out again. Inside the Riad everything is so beautiful, clean, calm and tranquil. The staff were friendly, kind and so helpful but also respectful and allowed you to have your own space. We experienced our first Hamman treatment which was delightful and so relaxing Breakfast was lovely and felt traditional. We also ate at the Riad a few times, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Thank you Bilal, Mahood and Walid for looking after us so well. We would love to come back and stay again
Cons: No improvements needed. We had assumed the bar would sell alcoholic drinks which it does not but we understand this now. The pool was very cold as it was early in the year but still provided a refreshing dip.

The place was great. In the old city. close to the souks and main square. The staff Nabid and Walid were exceptional. Abdo was also very pleasant and professional. In case you have a late departure, it's safe to leave your luggage at the Riad upon room checkout.
Cons: Only 1 complementary bottle of water per entire stay rather than per day. Breakfast seemed to be limited quantity, may be it's the culture.

I loved being in this beautiful place. The small team works very hard to take good care of the guests. As a solo traveler I felt well looked after. They helped arrange my transportation from and to the airport which made things a lot easier for me, especially arriving in Morocco for first time. They also helped arrange a hammam spa treatment - it’s convenient and comfortable that the spa is on site. Possibly my favorite part was the roof deck — such a peaceful place to spend the afternoons into the sunset.

The breakfast was delicious, especially the msammen and fresh orange juice. It was very quiet and relaxed, while still being in a great central location. We’ve stayed in multiple riads in the Medina and this was in the best location + the most beautiful rooftop. We felt very safe and well cared for during our stay. We’ll be back!

The Hammam treatment was an amazing add on. It was a little bit cold in the evenings as it's January, but I requested another blanket to stay warm and they brought one immediately.

La gran amabilidad y atención por parte de todo el personal , haciendo que nuestra estancia sea muy cómoda y agradable , muy pendientes de todo con el más absoluto respeto , la comodidad de la camas , las almohadas , en nuestro caso solicitamos el servicio de transfer del aeropuerto al Riad y muy bien , al no poder el coche llegar hasta la puerta ,del Riad fueron a recogernos hasta el Punto de llegada y llevarnos hasta el estacionamiento, excelente. Mi especial atención para nivil , mohamed y absolutamente, excelentes anfitriones y la camarera de piso muy amable.

The interior was amazing: Relaxing, elegant, tasteful, modern and authentic. The terrace is beautiful. The location is in a quiet area of Medina so you get a nice retreat, yet 2 mins away from souk, shops. 6 mins walk to the first access of cars. Breakfast fresh and fulfilling. The spa services were excellent with reasonable prices. Staff were great, everyone, including the spa ladies. Thank you 🙏

Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber was besonders heraus stark, war das freundliche Personal wirklich ein fünf Sterne plus Niveau, was Abdo und seine Mannschaft geboten haben. Besonders der Manager Abdo, hat uns wirklich jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und uns in allen Belangen unterstützt. Wenn man vor der Türe ankommt, denkt man nicht, dass ich hinter dieser Türe ein kleines Paradies verbirgt. Die Dachterrasse ist übrigens der Hammer.
Cons: Das Zimmer war ein wenig klein. Ist aber der Gesamtgröße des Hauses geschuldet und hat nicht wirklich beeinträchtigt.

I pre arranged a taxi from the airport to the riad which was great, as the taxi can’t get to the riad I was met and walked to the riad which was really reassuring for a first time visitor! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay would highly recommend.

Abdo, Barahim and Mohamed were the kindest throughout our stay, always available to help and advise us. The riad is the definition of peaceful, with an amazing rooftop (with a jacuzzi!) and right in the heart of the medina. Many services are available. We can only recommend!
Cons: We booked an excursion through the hotel to the Ourika Valley, where we got food poisoning. Although this is not the hotel’s fault, we’d like to flag this for future guests to be aware of. But as always, Abdo was immensely kind and made us rice and tea to help us feel better.

En todo momento nos han tratado de maravilla. La habitacion, la limpieza, la tranquilidad que transmite… todo un 10. Quiero destacar en concreto el trato de Mr Mohamed y Brahim. Mohamed nos ha cuidado como si estuviésemos en su casa, nos hemos sentido muy cómodos con él, nos ha recomendado sitios para cenar y nos ha explicado todo muy bien cuando no lo entendíamos. Además, ha sido un trato cercano y muy agradable. Sin duda la persona más maja que hemos encontrado en nuestra estancia de 1 semana en Marruecos. Brahim también ha sido muy agradable con nosotros desde el primer momento. El hotel es incluso más espectacular de lo que aparece en las fotos y el desayuno y la comida está buenísima y por precios muy muy económicos.

We had an excellent stay at Riad Al Janate, truly 5-star! The Riad is a comfortable, quiet, and luxurious sanctuary within the busy streets of Marrakesh. We were picked up streetside by a Riad staff who walked us over to the Riad, checked us in very easily, and served us with beverages and fresh Moroccan tea. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The courtyard and the rooftop have seats and sofas to lounge, eat, or work at, and the staff was always nearby and pleasant to answer questions or to support. The Riad has a delicious breakfast every morning with both coffee and tea service. The staff truly go above and beyond, and each one of them is so kind and welcoming - special recognition for the manager Mr. Abdo. I also used a few different services in the Hammam and Spa. It was clean and sanitary, and the services were relaxing and high-quality products were used. 10 minute walk to all the good stores and Medina. Overall, I loved my stay at Riad Al Janate. I haven't met a more wonderful team in one place before. I would absolutely stay here again and again when visiting Marrakesh.

Beautiful traditional riad - felt luxurious Staff amazing and couldn't do enough for you - thank you Mohammed and Abdou. Lovely traditional Moroccan breakfast by the pool Roof terrace with views over the rooftops of the medina a bonus. Air con in our room was great with the outside temperature of 35 degrees plus.
Cons: We were aware that cars are unable to go down the alley where the riad was situated but I think our taxi driver left us a bit too far away. We struggled to find it but a local offered to show us the way. He of course wanted payment for this but we hadn't changed any currency yet!

The interior was like discovering a diamond in the dust. You will not believe how exquisite, beautiful, fragrant and comfortable this riad was. I cancelled my day trip to the waterfall as I wanted to stay back and enjoy this magnificent riad ‘’janate’ pronounced jannath meaning heaven, I also cancelled my earlier taxi to airport and paid again to go later as I just couldn’t part with this place. I love my first room the crystal, as it was smaller, bright, clean, comfy and cosy, the second room was too big for me as a solo traveller but equally in its own darkish eerie’Harry Potter’ way gorgeous. I cannot complain about this Riad, I literally wondered around at night and it felt like I was in a tomb raider movie. This Riad was beautiful and listening to the call to prayer was culturally awakening. Will come back again no matter how hard those alleys are to navigate. They let me use the jacuzzi and gave me some privacy too, thank you xxxx
Cons: This was a multi city solo trip so the fact I had little time I was sad to leave, i savoured many cuisines across Morocco , sadly the Menu options had changed but staff were very willing. Would be easier to understand if in various languages, if at all possible? As a fussy eater I felt I was asking a lot of questions and they were so kind to explain. I was happy with it all. Mohammed, Abdo and ibrahim mange it very well, the ladies clean the riad all day. If only I cleaned my house like that. Amazing staffs

The Riad was absolutely stunning and our room was beautiful too with loads of space and all facilities you could ask for. What made the experience excellent was the staff in particular Muhammad and Brahim who were with us for most of our stay. They went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. Everything from food and drink to transfers, local information. You name it they had it sorted. The food was beautiful, access to Medina, the pool and rooftop made it the perfect place to stay. We will 100% stay here again when back in Marrakech.
Cons: We liked everything, the only issue with the Medina area is that the cars cannot access so our transfers and taxis met us at the top of the road 300m away or so. This was no issue for us it's a safe area and seemed that way all throughout the day and night. The staff also offered to walk us to and from any transfers so it was grand. This might be abit of a issue for someone with mobility issues.

A great Hotel, the staff were very helpfull. The location is central, the tourist sites are walkable and a taxi can easily be arranged by the staff if needed. Our visit was during a Hot period 43 deg and this hotel was a comfortable temperature inside, it has a central atrium with retractable covers over and the bedrooms are well air conditioned. Swimming pool included. Shout out to Ibrahim for his cooking and all round service.
Cons: Nothing to include here, the Hotel is very well presented. We knew the facilities we would experience and did not want an out of city resort.

Beautiful riad, highly recommend. Lovely spacious room with high ceilings and large king size bed, perfectly clean. Nice bathroom with lovely shower (although does take a few of minutes for water to heat up). Breakfast was great; juice, tea, coffee, breads, pastries and cakes. My partner is gluten intolerant and they made him omelettes and salads especially. The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond. I was unwell one day and had camomile tea and fresh bread brought to the room free of charge. The pool was nice, towels and robes provided. Great rooftop with seating too.
Cons: The riad isn’t completely accessible by car, it’s a ~5 min walk for taxi pick-up/drop-off. Wasn’t a problem for us. On arrival Mr Mohamed met us at the taxi, took our cases and led us to the riad. Also be aware that the riad is close to a mosque and we did get woken by early morning calls to prayer, but this is probably the case for most riads in the Medina.

Mon séjour d’une nuit s’est très très bien passé, et je ne regrette pas d’être venue. J'aurais préféré rester plus d'une nuit. Le décor intérieur, avec la piscine intérieure, est très beau et esthétique. Le lit était très confortable, j'ai bien dormi, et les menuiseries spéciales, faites comme à l'ancienne, ajoutent un charme particulier. Le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine intérieure, avec des spécialités locales, était excellent. À n’importe quelle heure, il y a toujours quelqu’un pour vous renseigner ; une dédicace spéciale à Muhammad pour son amabilité. Le Riad est situé quasiment en plein cœur du centre-ville, à quelques centaines de mètres de la grande place Jemaa El Fna, ce qui est très avantageux. Vraiment rien à dire…
Cons: Ce que j’ai moins apprécié, c’est lorsque l’on nous a présenté les cartes pour le SPA, massages, henné et toutes les autres prestations, et j’ai remarqué que les prix étaient en euros (en plus d’être excessifs) ; ça donne une mauvaise impression au début, c’est dommage.

The riad was absolutely stunning! It was in a great location. The bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and very clean and comfortable. But our favourite part of the stay was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Mohamed. He made our stay very enjoyable and helped with whatever we needed. The breakfast and tea was incredible.

The customer services was amazing! The staff Sansa, Abdo, Brahim, and Muhammad complied with any request I had the entire trip. Made me feel like a priority the whole visit. I appreciated that the staff completely understood English as there can be a language barrier in Morocco. Excursions included camel riding and ATV, great time there. And check the spa out too !
Cons: Wasn’t necessary a bad thing, but location is a bit far from the city.. maybe 15 minutes

Riad Janate is a fabulous little gem hidden away in the medina close to the main souks and square. The pool is one of the nicest I have ever swam in, so refreshing in the hot weather. The breakfast is lovely with a selection of choices. The staff are amazing and were so helpful and kind to us throughout our stay. They go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay. When we had early trips they would offer to prepare coffee and breakfast. We were welcomed with some Moroccan tea which was a treat and Mr. Abdo took the time to go through the materials of Marrakech with us. We loved every minute. We stayed in a suite next to the pool which had a huge bed , a tv with great choice of channels and a super shower. The room was cleaned every day. Thanks to Riad Janate for making our Marrakech stay very memorable.
Cons: Nothing negative to stay. It is a beautiful riad with a gorgeous rooftop that sees the sun all day. The lunch and dinner has a great selection too.

Really beautiful rooms, amazing installations, extremely clean, perfect location. The staff were the best part of the trip though. They were so kind, helpful and professional. Mr. Abdo, Mohamed and others made such a highlight to our vacation. We really felt like being home.

O lugar é lindo demais, cada detalhe encanta muito. O atendimento é super bom, queria deixar um agradecimento especial pro Mohammed que se mostrou super prestativo e me deu um remédio de dor de cabeça quando eu estava passando mal de enxaqueca. O Abdo também teve um atendimento ótimo e se mostrou super solícito em todos os momentos. O café da manhã era maravilhoso, tudo perfeito e impecável. A piscina era linda e o terraço era maravilhoso pra descansar e ver o pôr do sol.
Cons: O quarto não era silencioso. De manhã ouvíamos alguns barulhos do pessoal abrindo o teto que fica em cima da piscina e também da conversa de alguns hóspedes. O check in foi um pouco demorado, chegamos de viagem e estávamos cansados ansiosos pra ir pro quarto mas ficamos esperando uns bons minutos na recepção pelo check-in. Talvez fosse interessante alocar o hóspede no quarto primeiro e depois pedir os dados de check-in. Não achei legal também cobrarem por água, acho que seria interessante deixar incluso na estadia.

From the outside, it is an anonymous building, but inside, an immaculate and beautiful riad is hiding! The rooms were spotless, the decoration impeccable, and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful - without being pushy. Being in the medina, you cannot drive up to the riad, but the staff came out to greet us and wheel our bags back on the 6-7min walk from a secure car park. The riad is only a few minutes from the labyrinth of souqs that lead to the Jemaa el Fna plaza, so the location could not be any better. We had to leave earlier than breakfast is normally served; but even so, they arranged a light breakfast and omelettes outside our room at 7am, overlooking the pool - how nice!
Cons: The pool temperature was a little too cool, but we still enjoyed a quick dip.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La struttura: pulita, graziosa, profumata , accogliente. Lo staff: top, carino, professionali, gentili (specialmente il ragazzo che fa la notte, sempre sorridente e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta)
Cons: Colazione buona ma non all' altezza del Riad: poca varietà . Servizio spa e hammam con prezzi un po' troppo elevati per il servizio svolto.

Superbe séjour, en premier lieu le Ryad est sublime, propre rien a dire. Nous avons été revu comme des rois pars tous le personnel durant le séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Grand remerciement pour le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de Mohamed,Brahim et Abdou . Des personnes au top qui on su se montrer disponible à n’importe quel moment, toujours avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. Sans eux le Ryad n’aurait Pas la même beauté. Abdo and Mohammed are absolutely amazing, they picked us up for the taxi drop of point on arrival, carried out bags, arranged transport back to restaurants and the airport. The riad itself was amazing, beautiful. The pool was perfect after a hot day, the roof terrace was amazing to chill on and catch some rays. Thanks for a great stay! The rooms are amazing also.

L'espace détente autour de la piscine et le rooftoop sont vraiment des lieux pour se reposer. On entend les oiseaux, un havre de paix.

Nos gustó el trato de uno de los trabajadores.
Cons: No nos gustó el Riad en general, ni la ubicación. Fuimos al baño del rooftop y estaba sucio, bajamos para ir al del Hall y no había papel. La habitación no tenía ventilación, una mini ventana en el baño que estaba a 5 metros de altura, imposible de abrir. La cama no tenía protector, directamente había una sábana bajera encima del colchón. Además la TV de nuestra habitación no funcionaba. La verdad fue muy decepcionante.
