The location is excellent and near the square, souks , restaurants and shopping. The staff are excellent, professional and very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very nice up on the rooftop and you can see the hustle and bustle of the square. We had massages which were excellent and we felt great after it.

Trato educado y muy correcto. Siempre con una sonrisa tanto por parte de Sophian como de Monchef y de todo el personal del hotel. A 50 m de la pza Jf el naa d Marraquech, la más popular, zona muy tranquila y a un paso del centro, a 5 minutos del zoco y a 10-15 minutos de los palacios Bahía, Bali y tumbas Saadis. Te ofrecen servicios en el hotel d Hamman y masaje y excursiones en diferentes sitios. Nosotros fuimos al palmeral, media hora d la ciudad, para hacer una hora de quad.

For us, location was the best feature. The rooftop space has a great view over the square and skyline, seeing the mountains in the distance. My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing sunset here separated from the chaos that is Marrakech down below. You are just steps away from the main square and all the souqs, yet when you are inside the riad, it is calm and peaceful. Our welcome was good with an explanation of the area and welcome treat. We asked for recommendations on great couscous nearby (since we were finishing our 4-day stay and had yet to eat couscous) and one of the restaurants suggested we went to, and it was spot on, so thank you! We enjoyed doing the traditional hammam, though the space is a bit small. Breakfast on the rooftop was very nice. They arranged transport back to the airport for our departure, which was a great help.
Cons: The robe and towels were stained and could afford to be replaced. Cost/value was not quite as good as another riad we stayed at in Marrakech. Room is small, but I think that is common for riads in Marrakech.

Cons: No Smoke detection No Fire alarm system no fire instructions in event of fire only one escape route, however I did find two fire extinguishers behind a plant by breakfast bar both out of date! (serial number) questionable electrical wiring expose electric cables, consumer unit and socket in bathroom, combustible lamp shades, Smoking allowed! no fire doors, empty luggage cases left in escape routes which I think is part of the decor as its not been moved during 5 days of our stay, this is very unlike every hotel we have ever stayed in, the risk I scored 0/10 j. and yes I have 40 + years experience certified in this field, So I ask kindly please please look at these serious issues.

Sehr gute Lage, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Auch abends Zugang zum Hotel gut beleuchtet, so dass wir uns als Frauen sicher gefühlt haben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had a wonderful stay at this riad. The service was excellent and everything ran smoothly, which made our stay truly relaxing. The food was delicious, freshly prepared and full of flavor, and we slept very well, enjoying the calm and comfortable atmosphere. Cons: De kamers in de eerste plaats. Heel weinig ruimte, heel krap. Bed was ook heel klein. Je hoorde elke geluidje in de gang of van de kamers boven,onder of naast je. Zelfs met oordopjes in. Enigste voordeel is dat je dan ook wel het aangename gefluit van een vogeltje hoort s'ochtends. Een absolute afrader is de massage of de kapper. De massage was allesbehalve oke, laat staan goed. We hebben al meerdere malen in het buitenland een massage gehad maar deze was toch zeer frapant.

L’hôtel est conforme aux photos. L’établissement est très joli, spacieux, propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La chambre était très belle, confortable et fidèle aux visuels. Une mention spéciale pour l’odeur agréable qui se dégage dans tout l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de tester la restauration du soir, mais tout laissait penser que c’était de qualité. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, moins de 3 minutes de la place Jemma el fan, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le personnel est attentionné, professionnel et très réactif aux demandes. En résumé, une excellente expérience. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Cons: The front desk staff - a bald headed guy wearing spectacles. He never smiled. We approached him for help to get a porter (at 7am) to carry our 2 pieces of luggage to a place like 400 metres away to board a tour bus. He flatly told us that he doesn’t have contacts of such porters! Then why even be in hospitality if you cannot help your guests! Seeing my displeasure, he put in effort and managed to find a porter to help us. My husband and I would have done this job ourselves if only we knew the local language or French. Never say NO to a customer unless you have to pay from your own pocket!

Riad Art & Emotions is een prima verblijf in Marrakech. Het hotel ligt op een zeer goede locatie. Het hotel is leuk aangekleed, en heeft een mooi dakterras met uitzicht op het Jamaa El Fna plein. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Taxi van en naar de airport kan gemakkelijk (vooraf) worden geregeld via het hotel. Handig om hier gebruik van te maken als je een vroege/late vlucht hebt, en er geen openbaar vervoer rijdt in Marrakech.
Cons: Het ontbijt is elke dag vrijwel hetzelfde. De kamers zijn gehorig.

Cons: Les photos ne reflètent pas du tout le rapport qualité prix que nous avons trouvé vraiment décevant pour le prix payé. Le déco est jolie mais abîmée (miroir, lampes), le cadre de lit et l'armoire sont très usés (literie ok en revanche)...la chambre que nous avons eu nécessiterait un bon rafraîchissement. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, la terrasse est très sympa mais les produits sont de qualité moyenne, dommage. Pour plus de 100€ la nuit, nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour.

This is a little gem of a place., 30 steps from the square. We had a spacious room on the ground floor. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. We had the Hamman spa and massage. Was great value for money. Had a lovely breakfast, every morning served on the roof top by a lovely gentleman called Yusaf (hope that’s correct spelling). The staff in this Riad are very courteous and so helpful. We had our guided tour cancelled on us and the staff arranged another guide for us. Hussain was a fabulous guide, very knowledgeable, fun and such a gentleman.

Breakfast was good. Location amazing. Gorgeous tooftop area and very close to Jemaa el fna square and not too far in so did not have to walk through tiny alleys. Our room was clean.

La ubicación está muy bien. Y fue una de las razones por las que reservamos aquí. Las vistas son muy bonitas desde la terraza de noche. Nos prepararon la cama el primer día con pétalos naturales por nuestro aniversario y lo agradecimos y dimos propina por ello. En general, el establecimiento está cuidado, pero en la terraza superior había una zona con el toldo caído roto y sillas y cosas amontonadas que daban mal aspecto. El personal es amable.
Cons: Hubieron varias cosas que no nos gustaron: Las camas son duras. Nos alojamos una noche en habitación estándar y sí había agua caliente. Y otra noche en habitación superior y no había agua caliente… en noviembre es necesario tener agua caliente… y en un Riad de esta categoría donde pagas mucho no debería de ocurrir esto de no disponer de ello. Por otro lado, solo te dan agua el primer día, luego ni en el desayuno.. solo si lo pagas. En otros Riads, incluso donde pagamos menos, te dan agua todos los días gratis. El desayuno es muy pobre! El peor desayuno que he tomado en Marrakech ha sido aquí y no es digno del precio que pagamos 🥹 aparte encontramos pelos en mantequilla y en el msemen y tuve que dejar de desayunar por ello… cobran el café expreso y otras cosas en desayuno aparte… Nos da la sensación de que quieren cobrar más aún… Es la segunda vez que visito Marrakech y esto nunca me había pasado en otro Riad (Me he hospedado en 4 Riads). La verdad que no me volvería a alojar en este. Hay otras muchas opciones más económicas y con mejores servicios y calidad. Las piscinas realmente son más bien decorativas. Muy frías y sin zonas de sol.

Cons: Our bedroom was tiny, outdated, horrible. We really didn’t like it at all. I don’t think this was worth almost 500€ for 4 nights. The only good thing was the location. Breakfast was very poor, we only had it once and decided not to have any more. Food was quite expensive, we had lunch the first day because we were in a rush, and a tangine with bread was 15€. There was a very old soap bar in the bathroom, no soap for washing hand, no toothpaste, only one toilet roll at the time. The towels were vile, very old towels, with holes and we had one so old that you could almost see the transparency. With the amount of money they make they could at least have some new towels. The shower is so bad that all the water goes onto the floor. We kept having to put towels on the floor. They left us one bottle of water in the room one night, and then no more. There’s no fridge. The wireless was sooo terrible, we only got coverage at the rooftop. So we ended up spending some time up there. We were very disappointed, even considered looking for another Riad but we had already paid too much for this one.

Le riad en lui meme est charmant et tres bien localisé, à 2 pas de la place Jamaal et en plein coeur de la Medina, tout en étant dans une petite impasse tres calme. Le personnel est accueillant, la terrasse surplombe la place Jamal avec tres joli panorama sur la ville. Le petit dejeuner est tres copieux aussi.
Cons: Le riad est calme par rapport à l'extérieur mais à l'interieur, tout s'entend... nous avons été réveillés par d'autres clients qui se levaient tot - sans doute pour un départ pour les montgolfières (réveils, et portes). Mais cela depend sans doute de chaque circonstance, et sans le depart tot des clients, nous aurions pu dormir car la literie est tres confortable.

The location was great, so near the Jemaa el Fna. The beds were comfortable and everything clean and tidy. I prefer a smaller Riad but that is just my preference.
Cons: The staff were ok but not very friendly including the service staff at breakfast. The roof terrace would have been better with more uncovered space and the bedrooms were a little dark but all in all, it was a good Riad.

Cons: We ordered a taxi from the reception thinking this was the best thing to do as we had heard bad things about flagging down a taxi, it was a 15 minute journey to La Trattoria Italian restaurant and we had agreed a price with the receptionist, unfortunately when we had the first journey the taxi man upped the price and it was 10 times the amount, he showed us a message on his phone saying that’s what the receptionist and the taxi had agreed, we paid the fair and we took the return journey as the taxi man was insistent we paid up front, unfortunately the receptionist that booked the taxi was not there for our remaining days so we was unable to confirm if it was a miscommunication or the taxi man had actually robbed us 😭

Great location!! It was nice and clean. Has everything you need. Unlike what we saw on the other reviews the room was very spacious and comfortable and we had A LOT of luggage with. The restaurant service had the best meals we had during the entire trip, we were amazed by the quality of food, the chef Souad is very talented, amazing cook!! Also the rooftop views were spectacular and they were soooo lovely with our baby girl. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Cons: If you are a light sleeper like myself that needs completely darkness in the room to sleep bring a sleep mask because the light of the air conditioning doesn’t turn off (unless the AC is off) and it’s very bright at night. This is just a personal preference, everything was great overall!

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire dans ce riad aux airs de havre de paix. Le riad est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la place mais au calme. L'accueil est chaleureux, tout le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable et aux petits soins pour faire plaisir aux clients. Le petit déjeuner et les repas sont "faits maison", très bons et copieux. Très bien entretenu, très propre, des effluves de fleurs d'oranger donnent une odeur délicieuse toute la journée, la terrasse est juste incroyable... Je recommande vivement cet établissement et a peine revenue, j'ai déjà envie d'y retourner !

Der Kellner beim Frühstück war äußerst freundlich, vor allem zu unserer 1,5 Jahre alten Tochter. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, insbesondere der selbst gemachte Honig und der wundervolle Blick von der Dachterrasse. Wir hatten das Glück das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zu haben, direkt vor dem einen Pool, dadurch hatten wir ausreichend Platz für den Kinderwagen und konnten den Pool fast alleine und zu jederzeit nutzen. Auch die Lage war top, direkt im Souk und nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Jemaa El-Fnaa Platz entfernt.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in Marrakesh, and she chose to book this Riad. As with most of these Riads, it was discreet and hard to find. We called the reception and they helpfully sent a young man to us. The room we had was not huge, but as we were out most of the day it was more than adequate; with its own en suite bathroom. There was a lovely sun deck on the roof and a covered area for those who don’t like the full on sun. Very comfortable. The only minus I would list is that there are 2 dipping pools on the ground floor and no shower on the sun deck to cool off. The restaurant on the roof gives great views across the city. I had a 60 min pressure massage from a tiny lady with magic hands. My wife had a full body scrub and massage and both were excellent. The staff were excellent and couldn’t be more helpful. It’s a great proximity to the Souk and market square. I would return if we visit Marrakesh again.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este Riad y no será la última. Esta vez nos llevamos la sorpresa de que han ampliado el Riad y nos alojamos en la zona nueva donde teníamos la piscina frente a la habitación. El personal que trabaja allí es muy amable, servicial, atento y están dispuesto a ayudarte siempre. Simo, Monseff, el otro chico de recepción y las chicas de cocina y limpieza un 10 para todos. Este Riad no puede estar mejor ubicado. Nos volveremos a ver pronto.

Everything was perfect: the riad is in the best location of Marrakech, close to all the attractions and 1 min from the main square Jemaa El Fna. The staff is absolutely amazing, we felt like home. The room has been cleaned all the day and we have been provided with all the necessary goods. The view from the terrace is spectacular and the breakfast exquisite. Best staff and best riad in the city. I’ll be back for sure!!

Gostei de tudo! A localização é excelente a 1 minuto da praça, e inserido no souk. O quarto era enorme, super limpo, e sem qualquer ruído do exterior. O rooftop é lindíssimo, com vista para a praça. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Tivemos de sair muito cedo para uma excursão e providenciaram o pequeno almoço em caixas para que pudessemos levar. Super recomendo este alojamento.

Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e la terrazza dove fare colazione veramente bella. La posizione è ottima, la struttura si trova vicino alla piazza principale dove possono fermarsi i taxi ed è tutto visitabile a piedi.
Cons: Rispetto alle foto di Booking la struttura è molto piccola e stretta, non rispecchia l'idea che uno si fa da internet. Non c'è una piscina utilizzabile (che sembrerebbe risultare da internet) n'è la spa. Siamo partite in 10, alcune camere rispecchiavano gli standard mentre altre erano veramente estremamente piccole.

Service appréciable (le riad étant non accessible en voiture à partir de 13h, le personnel est venu nous chercher au lieu de dépose du taxi pour nous accompagner au riad à pied) Personnel au petit soin avec de bons conseils pour les restaurants, les recommandations sanitaires... Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti in questo bellissimo riad a pochi metri dalla piazza principale. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto molto puntuale. La nostra camera era ampia e al nostro arrivo vi erano petali di rosa un pò ovunque ed una bottiglia di acqua in omaggio. La colazione ed eventualmente i pasti vengono serviti sulla terrazza che è davvero il fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura in quanto dal lì si gode di una vista suggestiva sulla piazza. Vi sono anche sdraio dove poter prendere il sole e un angolo divano dove rilassarsi. Tutto molto pulito e il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consigliamo!

Super Lage, sehr nah am großen Platz (Jemaa el fna) Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die zweistöckige Dachterasse ist einladend und wir nutzten diese häufig. Dort oben gab es tolles Frühstück und man kann ebenfalls ein Abendessen dort einnehmen. Auf dieser hat man einen tollen Rundumblick über die Dächer von Marrakesch und auf den großen Platz. Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war schön und sauber und hatte ein Fenster in den Innenhof, sodass wir immer gut lüften konnten. Das Bad war geräumig und schön gestaltet. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt, bei dem wir uns sehr wohlfühlten. Wir können das Riad definitiv empfehlen!

The location is perfect to visit all the main sites in marrakech and very central literally on the side of the main plaza. The Google Maps shows you the WAY and then we just need to follow the indication boards and found easily the Riad. Since there is always movement around we always felt safe coming back late at Night. The welcoming tea and itinerary advice, the kindness printing the airplane tickets made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was really good and full and was on the rooftop with a view to the main square. Everything was clean, towels changed everyday! The staff was really kind and helpfull. Totally recommend to have the Riad experience!

The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Bathroom is a bit dated and the holders for the soap and shampoo are quite sharp and rusted the shower curtain has also seen better days. The room was clean and comfy however when it rained the room flooded at night. This could have been very dangerous but thankfully no one slipped. It is advertised as bed and breakfast but you do not get to choose the breakfast nor is there any kind of menu so food ends up being wasted. I enjoyed trying the traditional Moroccan breakfast, however, it’s all very sweet some variety would be nice when you are staying for a week plus. There is no real butter either. The spa is very cramped and unwelcoming and there are other similar priced ones around where you will have a better experience. It looks as though it has a restaurant on the roof however you’ll need to choose and pre order do that they open it and you will not be offered drinks when you arrive this being said the food is good.

Once I turned right onto the little road that’s just off the souk entrance from Djemma el Fna Square I felt I’d stepped into an inviting world and once inside the riad I felt … Wow - what a cool little gem! And my self congratulations for my choice continued. A warm welcome from the staff with a map and tips on landmark locations including best money exchange. The room with towels folded into swans surrounded by red rose petals. A sweet bathroom with beautiful tiles and a shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Then there are the rooftop terraces with sun and shade and healthy plants - one for lounging, one for dining. Both look out at the square. Breakfast was more than enough and I shared my left over omelette with the stray cats and my apple slices with the carriage horses. I decided to enjoy a late lunch. Chef Souad took my order and she made me the most delicious vegetarian pastilla I’ve ever eaten. It took a while but the wait was well worth it! She brought it out to me and it was just beautiful with a lovely golden crust garnished with chopped olives and cilantro. I ordered another for dinner my last night.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Alles wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Begrüßung mit Tee und Gebäck. Tipps für Restaurants und Sightseeing inbegriffen. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit fantastischen Ausblick, lässt kaum einen marokkanischen Wunsch offen. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, alles vorhanden und liebevoll mit Rosen dekoriert. Bushaltestelle am Platz, so dass die Ménara Gärten und Gueliz sehr schnell zu erreichen sind. Eine Busfahrt 4 Dirahm. Transfer vom Flughafen wurde für mich unkompliziert organisiert.

Cons: We had a short stay because they had only 1 night available so there is not much we didn’t like. The mint tea we had was kinda expensive, 5€. Morocco is loosing that homey welcoming aspect, ofc with that many tourist. So the people who work, they are just doing their job and you are just one of many. This is normal and it’s not a critique, it would maybe be nice to feel more welcome. More free spirit, homey vibes. But staff is very polite and gave us two nice soaps at the check out as a gift.

The location was unbeatable and the hospitality was like we’ve never experienced. The hosts made us feel like royalty and truly went above and beyond to help us with any requests.

INCROYABLE ! Rien à dire de plus le riad était parfait. Beau, propre, agréable. La chambre était non seulement nettoyée et le lit était fait mais elle était rangé et la petite attention des doudous bien positionnée nous a énormément touchés. Le petit déjeuner était parfait et surtout Monssef qui a était d’un service et d’une politesse sans nom. Un grand merci à lui. Chacun du personnel était d’une gentillesse incroyable. Le massage était de qualité. Et l’emplacement était idéal. Près de tout mais aussi super facile pour se repérer. Nous pouvons dire que ce riad a contribué à rendre notre séjour à marrakech juste inoubliable. Un grand merci !

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum. Alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Shuttle Service mit Abholung vom Flughafen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse oben ist klasse.
Cons: Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt unten Nähe der Rezeption. Hier ist es sehr hellhörig. Nachts ist es jedoch ruhig, sodass es in Ordnung war.

Firstly, like all the riads, this one is located at the back of a dark alley. The entrance is dark and feels a bit seedy but that's just the nature of the Medina...it's safe. The Riad itself is tiny and cold. The rooms are all centred around the central atrium which is usual for Riads. Ours was right at the bottom, by the entrance which wasn't great as it was noisy at times. I am a bit baffled by the amazing reviews here as we found it just ok but not comfortable. I can't say the staff were really friendly or amazing...they were ok. The rooms are tiny, tiny and the bathroom is not great. Our expectations were probably too high as the Riads are old buildings which come with challenges. The breakfast wasn't great either. Every day they offer an omelette which is tasteless. The rest of the breakfast is made up of strange carby crumpet type things and a cake. They also cut up banana, apple and satsuma. We only ate breakfast there three out of the five nights. If you want to be right in the heart of the Medina then this is a great location. Our stay there was just okay...I couldn't really say too many positive things about it and am a bit baffled by the amazing reviews.

Il Riad è in una posizione ottimale a pochi passi dalla Piazza Jemaa el Fna. La struttura è pulita e curata con un profumo sempre presente a tutti i piani. Le scale per salire ai vari piani sono strette con gradini dove a malapena appoggia interamente una scarpa n. 37 e chi dovesse avere problemi di deambulazione lo deve sapere. La stanza in cui alloggiavamo è un po' piccola ma sempre pulita, con un condizionatore che nel nostro caso abbiamo usato per riscaldare. Il bagno con una comoda doccia con acqua calda ed un bel getto sempre presente a tutte le ore. Asciugacapelli in dotazione. No TV. Cambio degli asciugamani tutti i giorni. Bello il terrazzino con 4 lettini in legno per prendere il sole e annesso un angolo con divani ben riparato. Suggestiva la terrazza dell'ultimo piano dove si mangia perchè ha una vista spettacolare sulla piazza e verso la moschea di Koutubia. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile alla reception e così anche il ragazzo che serve a tavola e le ragazze che puliscono le stanze. Colazione abbondante : un bicchierino con yogurt , un quadratino di torta, due diversi tipi di pane tipo pancake, 2 marmellate e un piatto di frutta mista ( mandarancio, mela, banana) e a scelta caffè o tè alla menta , a richiesta omelette e succo d'arancia. Modificherei le indicazioni " una piscina al chiuso e una all'aperto" perchè in realtà non sono piscine ma poco più grandi di una vasca idromassaggio quindi non è possibile nuotare, anche perchè quella al chiuso è appena si entra vicino alla reception. Nota negativa la Spa: al nostro arrivo abbiamo prenotato un massaggio di 30 minuti. La stanza del massaggio piccola e fredda , i due lettini , non riscaldati , così vicini che le ragazze continuavano a spostarli senza neppure troppa grazia per potersi posizionare, Massaggio nè profondo ed efficace , nè rilassante. Provato questo non abbiamo ovviamente prenotato per l'hammam marocchino. Nel complesso comunque positivo.

L'attente pour le petit déjeuner était un peu longue mais je n'étais pas pressée. Un peu plus cher que les autres riad dans lesquels jai logé mais je recommande à 100%!

The breakfast was amazing on the rooftop every morning. The staff couldn't be more accommodating. Mousuf and the female cook made breakfast every morning and wonderful experience. Sofian was also so kind when we arrived and made sure we had a hot dinner outside of restaurant hours because our flight was delayed. He was really knowledgeable and gave us tips for our trip. We felt really well looked after.
Cons: The bed was pretty firm which took a bit of getting used to, and because it is a traditional riad you can hear everything in the building so if you're a light or picky sleeper that might be an issue. Earplugs were enough for us and worth it for the beautiful building and location.

Lekker knus maar dat hoort bij een riad, maar wel heel gezellig en het ruikt er super lekker. De huisbaas hassan is een hele aardige man. Hij legde ons bij aankomst alles netjes uit en vroeg ons tijdens het verblijf hoe we het vonden. Leuk dat die interesse toonde. Het ontbijt werd verzorgt door monsif hele aardige jongen. Hij was altijd aan het lachen en zorde ervoor dat we het goed hadden met ons lekkere ontbijt. Locatie is trouwens perfect je loopt naar buiten en je bent op het plein.

Nous avons passé une superbe séjour dans ce riad. La chambre était spacieuse et joliment décorée, au calme (étage supérieur). La literie très confortable. Le rooftop offre une vue imprenable sur la médina et la place Jemaa el Fna tout proche. C'est propre, ça sent bon partout la fleur d'oranger. Le personnel est agréable et aux petits soins. Le petit dej est tres bien et on peut aussi déjeuner ou dîner sur place. Superbe expérience !
Cons: Les explications sur les excursions proposées mériteraient d'être un peu plus précises sur ce qui est inclus et ce qui ne l'est pas pour éviter les mauvaises surprises.

Zu Sylvester hat eine marokkanische Band gespielt, das hat uns beeindruckt. Wir haben sogar Wein zu Sylvester bekommen, was ansonsten ein Tabu war.
Cons: Das Frühstück hat sehr lange gedauert, 1 Servicekraft war überfordert mit allen Hotelgästen. Die Kaffeegläser mussten immer wieder zurückgegeben werden zum Abwasch, dieser ist leider nicht erfolgt und es wurde der Kaffee wieder in die gleichen Gläser eingeschenkt, nur leider wusste niemand mehr wessen Glas er hatte. Espresso musste man zusätzlich bezahlen, wenn man den schwachen Kaffee nicht trinken wollte. Wir wurden angehalten das Sylvestermenü im voraus schon zu buchen, klang so als wäre das Riad voll. War dann doch nicht der Fall und die Auswahl war nicht sehr groß und mäßig lecker. Früh war es immer noch sehr kühl, ebenso abends man musste sich warm anziehen, da alles im Freien stattfand. ( Frühstück und Abendbrot) Die Fotos im Internet täuschen, denn in echt ist alles kleiner.!!!

Location, friendly staff.
Cons: The bedrooms need maintenance. First night we stayed in a room (maybe #12) where the AC wasn't working well, reported it at the reception but they didn't care much. Also the acoustic insulation is very poor, there was a very loud noise from exterior AC machines and from chairs on the terraces above. Next day we moved to another room and AC worked well. Bathrooms in both cases need maintenance, specially in the shower area.

Die Lage des Riads ist super, mitten in der Medina und man ist schnell überall zu Fuß, auch wenn man noch mal schnell raus möchte. Auch das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir bei Abreise sehr früh das Riad verlassen mussten, bat ich um eine Frühstücksbox, die man uns auch vorbereitet hat. Nette Terrasse, von der man den Sonnenuntergang anschauen kann.
Cons: Leider gibt es mehrere Sachen, die uns gar nicht gefallen haben, immer aus dem Blickwinkel des gezahlten Preises. Wir haben ca. 163€ pro Nacht gezahlt. Das Zimmer, und wir hatten das Superior Zimmer (Nr. 6), ist mega klein. Man kann sich kaum von links nach rechts bewegen, wenn auf dem Boden noch zwei Gepäckstücke liegen. Woanders hätte man diese leider nicht platzieren können. Die "normalen" Doppelzimmer sind dann ja noch kleiner, man konnte beim Herunterlaufen der Treppe teilweise in die Zimmer schauen, wo man dies sah. Auch die Gänge und das Treppenhaus sind super schmal und dunkel, es wirkte alles sehr beengt. Auch das Bad ist recht klein, man hat außer eine kleine Minifläche am Waschbecken keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Bad selbst ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen, Risse in den Wänden, Farbe bröckelt ab, Halterungen sind nicht mehr richtig montiert. Auch beim Duschen muss man aufpassen. Der Duschkopf wird plötzlich so heiß, dass man diesen gar nicht mehr anpacken kann vor Hitze. Man muss also erstmal testen, wie man eine halbwegs nutzbare Temperatur findet. Dadurch dass das Riad viele Zimmer hat, ist es extrem laut, man hört wirklich alles und jeden und denkt die anderen stehen in deinem Zimmer. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt für mich daher leider absolut gar nicht. Für den Preis erwarte ich anderes, zumindest was das Zimmer betrifft. Wir hatten vorher preiswertere, also günstigere Riads mit größeren Zimmern, die optisch und technisch top waren mit einer eher familiären Atmosphäre, so dass wir hier auch vergleichen können. Das Riad war in Ordnung, aber eben für den Peis nicht gut.

We stayed here 3 nights for our Anniversary Holiday and we couldn't be happier! We loved the accommodation! The staff was very friendly and helpful, they offered us a lot of information and tips & tricks for the Medina. The rooms are cleaned everyday and they even made a special decoration for our anniversary upon arrival which was very nice. The breakfast was included in the price and was very good and tasty (the food was great in general; I really reccomend the Beef Tajin with Apricots and Prunes and the Morrocan Salad). We also tried the Spa Facilities (Hammam & Massage) and it was very relaxing. The view from the rooftop is incredible and the overall aesthetic of the Riad is amazing! Great value for price! Thank you so much for everything!

We cut our hotel stay for this Riad and IT’S WORTH IT!!!! The Riad is located just few steps from the busy Jemaa el-Fnaa. You can find fairly priced restaurants around the area. Walking distance from most must-see spots. Simou the manager is brilliant, and so as everyone. Selma took good care of us during breakfast. Excellent house keeping service. The staff, all of them are just as lovely as the place. It feels like home. I wish we could stay longer. 🥹 We will definitely comeback. 😉. PS : unpacking my suitcase now and it smells good from the room diffuser.

Lo mejor la ubicación del Riad. Está muy cerca de la plaza Jemma, en una calle muy transitada, pero alejado de todo el bullicio. El desayuno muy completo y buenisimo. Las camas muy cómodas. El personal muy amable.
