We've been lucky enough to stay at quite a few five-star hotels around the world and the Four Seasons Marrakech is right up there with the very best. The hotel itself is stunning. The grounds are immaculate, the gardens are beautifully maintained, the pool and gym are fantastic and every part of the property feels luxurious without being over the top. Our room was spotless every single day and maintained to an incredibly high standard. It's clear that a huge amount of pride goes into every detail - for those who travel a lot you know it’s the little things that make all the difference. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is undoubtedly the people. The hospitality exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was warm, kind and always willing to go out of their way to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and it was obvious that everyone genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. By way of example, on our first night, Morocco were playing France in the World Cup and the staff went out of their way on short notice to get us jerseys so we had a memory of our stay and to add to experience. A special mention has to go to Amine. I'm not sure if he's the manager or part of the leadership team, but if he isn't, he should be. He leads by example, is incredibly professional and is a fantastic reflection of both the Four Seasons brand and Moroccan hospitality. You can tell the rest of the team really respect him and he made a real difference to our stay. We've stayed in some incredible hotels over the years but this is one we'll remember because of the people. The service was genuinely exceptional and made what was already a beautiful hotel even better. There are many beautiful hotels in Marrakech but I honestly couldn't recommend Four Seasons more highly. If you're sitting at your computer wondering if you should stay here…..just book it, you won't regret it.

Alles! Het personeel is erg behulpzaam, de ligging is perfect (wij hadden een huurauto) en door de gratis upgrade hadden wij een hele ruime kamer. Het resort zelf is ook goed onderhouden en de faciliteiten zijn uitstekend.

BEYOND FIVE STAR. I truly can’t rave about this place enough. We visited for our eighth wedding anniversary, with our five year old daughter. We booked three nights and then planned to move over to the Oberoi (promises a large room with a private pool 20 mins outside of the city center)…. We transferred to the second hotel and stayed one night, immediately came back to the Four Seasons. We’ve stayed at FS Dubai, Toronto (four or five times), Napa, Palm Beach, Nevis, on and on…. this property tops them all effortlessly. Location is fantastic, rooms are huge (needed when traveling with kids), the pool is massive and so beautiful, breakfast is excellent, the property is maintained wonderfully. And the staff…. the staff really make it. They are EXCELLENT. Front desk, pool staff, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant servers. Go here. You won’t regret it.

Cons: Era possível fumar em todos ambientes, e gostam muito de charuto o que é desagradável. Inclusive na sala de TV fechada. As camareiras nunca eram vistas, somente no horário de banho pré janta, ao qual pedíamos voltar mais tarde; não conseguimos informar formigas no nosso apto térreo e nem problema na ducha móvel do box do banheiro.

What impressed me most was not only the team's professionalism, but also their empathy, warmth, and genuine care for guests. Many team members contributed to making my stay memorable, and I would like to recognize them by name: The Breakfast Team AYOUB: Always happy, energetic, and welcoming. He enjoyed talking about football and constantly made sure every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. YASSINE: He noticed that I am Brazilian and made a point of greeting me every morning in Portuguese with a warm “Bom dia.” Such a thoughtful, personalized gesture that made me feel right at home. YOUSEFF: Incredible energy. He treats every guest with genuine care and kindness, and it is clear that he truly loves what he does. MAROUNE: Extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help. YASSINE KHACHAL: Very attentive and deeply dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. ASMAA (Hostess): Always sweet, welcoming, and smiling. She brings immense warmth to the start of the day. Housekeeping GUARDA: Exceptionally kind and dedicated. She took wonderful care of my room and paid meticulous attention to every detail. I often saw her double-checking every corner before leaving to ensure everything was absolutely perfect. Concierge SOUKAINA: So kind and helpful. She generously spent time giving me brilliant recommendations on what to buy, where to go, and how to navigate Marrakesh. She explained everything with great care and attention to detail. I hope to return to Morocco very soon, and one of the main reasons is this hotel and its incredible staff. They made my stay in Marrakesh truly special and created memories that I will always cherish. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so welcome.

Cons: L'accès à la piscine étant ouvert à une clientèle extérieure, l'atmosphère n'était pas toujours en adéquation avec le niveau de calme, de sérénité & raffinement que l'on peut attendre d'un établissement four seasons (conversations téléphoniques bruyantes / cigarettes / moins de transats). Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très bon mais un choix à la carte serait également le bienvenue pour une expérience encore plus optimale.

Cons: Sous "propreté" j'ai mis la note maximale, mais le sol de la salle de fitness (là où on fait de la musculation) n'est pas propre. Que la piscine soit ouverte aux clients non résidents de l'hôtel est un peu dommage. C'est aux dépens des clients de l'hôtel. En arrivant vers 16h00 à la piscine, il restait seulement 2 transats libres, mal placés. Et certains clients venant de l'extérieur se comportent comme s'ils étaient seuls au monde, sans aucun respect pour les autres. Je pense qu'il faudrait limiter un peu les entrées pour les clients venant de l'extérieur

Everything. By far the best property I have stayed in across all my travels. Every aspect of this property is incredible. The property itself, the staff, the restaurants & food, the service and the quality of intimacy. It truly feels like a home away from home. Special mention to the Concierge staff led by Hanane Ouajib. They took care of every aspect of our trip. I strongly recommend the full breakfast (every day if you can), and the Asian rooftop bar (zest) for the food, drinks, view, service and the DJ. All in all an amazing stay. I know we will be going back again and staying at four seasons Marrakech in the future ideally with our extended family.
Cons: I only wish they had more 2-4 bedroom independent villas so we could stay as a larger extended group. But I understand from the hotel management that they can figure out a way to make that happen by booking the shared villas as a group.

I travelled 42 weeks a yr around the world for work. I am not rich, but I live very well. Used to overspend with Ritz Carlton, but the past few yrs I discovered 4 Seasons. Live in Madrid and stayed at 4 Seasons Marakesh about 8 months ago. Every single part of our stay was amazing. I have told people many times that it is the best hotel that I have ever visited. The property is beautiful, but the staff and service are unmatched. Obviously very well managed. Can't wait to visit again.

We have just returned from an exceptional 9 night stay in Marrakech staying at the Four Seasons. We stayed there last year and had an amazing experience so wanted to return again. Immediately the staff recognised us and treated us like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble, always being served with a smile. There are many amazing things about this hotel; the food, the rooms, the venue and overall stunning surroundings, but what really makes this stand out is the staff. They are truly exceptional and honestly made our stay amazing on every level. The breakfast, which is first class in terms of quality and variety, was always a highlight: Youseff the manager is a superstar, always welcoming and greets you with a smile, Ayoub for his attentive service, Youseff, Achraf and Assma - truly a great team looking after our every request with great service and a smile. And not to forget Mariam for the best omlettes in Marrakech! After breakfast, we spent some time at the adult pool and consistent with the breakfast team, the attentive service was standout. A notable mention to Ismail K who would always go beyond to ensure that we were well looked after for drinks. The Four Seasons also has great restaurants and bars, with one of our favourites being the Zest rooftop, with exceptional food and cocktails. A particular mention to Hassan, Mohammed and Samirh who really excelled on the two nights we visited Zest during our stay. All of this, underpinned by quality staff throughout the hotel- the room cleaning staff, the guys on the front of hotel (Allal - you are a star and always so helpful, greeting us by name and always asking us about our day), the receptionists and concierge team - couldn’t do enough for us. Congratulations to you all and a BIG thank you for making our stay so special.

We stayed here for a conference as it was near the Palais de Congres I was surprised with the degree of culture shock visiting Marrakesh for the first time The four seasons is literally an oasis if you don't want to immerse yourself in the Medina The staff address you by name and are very welcoming The room is lovely with great free edibles in arrival. We dined in the italian restaurant which is the same place breakfast is served . The food is not top notch as they just don't get the volume of customers but the ambiance is lovely The only slightly odd reception we found was at the tower you can go for sundowners . I was wondering around trying to take a picture of the sunset and the bar manager rather aggressively asked me can I help you ! There was a bit of a night club bouncer vibe! Other than that back on the main campus every one lovely! Overall it's very special as is expected!

A stay at the Four Seasons Marrakech is honestly incredible — it’s the kind of place that gets everything right without even trying too hard. We are a family of four from the UK with a boy aged 2 and a girl aged 10. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. From the second you arrive, the service is spot on. The staff are amazing—super friendly, but still really professional. You can tell they’re very well trained because everything just flows. It’s not stiff or overly formal, it’s just natural and effortless. They notice the little things, remember what you like, and are always there when you need them (but won’t hover or get in your way). Their WhatsApp service actually works amazingly well too. In almost every other luxury hotel, this is typically ‘hit and miss’, where things might be missed, misinterpreted or takes a while to complete your request. Not here though…I don’t know how they do it, but they make you feel as if you’re the only person in the whole resort that they are serving! It’s a form of art! The team really makes the place special. Everyone from reception to housekeeping to the restaurants is kind, attentive, and genuinely wants you to have a great stay. It never feels forced, which makes a huge difference. Even the workers in the grounds smile at you, say hello and genuinely care. One thing that really stood out was the personal touch from the leadership team. The Resort Manager, Sudhir Dutta, actually took the time to meet us in person, which says a lot. You can imagine how busy he must be, but he still made the effort to stop, chat, and make sure everything was perfect for us. That kind of hands-on approach really shows in how well the whole hotel is run. Big credit to him. The food is also a big highlight. Everything we tried was delicious, really high quality, and beautifully presented. Breakfast in particular is excellent — there’s a great selection, everything is fresh and top quality, and the staff in the restaurant are amazing. They’re attentive, welcoming, and make the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable from the start of the day. The hotel itself is stunning and kept to such a high standard. Everything’s spotless, well maintained, and just feels calm and luxurious. The gardens and grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are super comfortable, and it’s the perfect place to relax. If you’re travelling with kids, the kids club is excellent too. The staff there are just as good as the rest of the hotel — friendly, caring, and really engaging. It’s a great space, and you can tell the kids are genuinely having fun and being well looked after. Location wise, it’s ideal. You’re close enough to the centre of Marrakech to explore easily, but far enough away that it feels peaceful. Plus, it’s really convenient for the airport, which makes travelling so much easier. What stands out most is how consistent everything is. Every part of the experience is just really well done, and you can relax knowing you’re in good hands. It’s one of those places you’ll definitely want to come back to.

Somebody stole my sunglasses from my Closed locker at the spa. I went for a 90 minutes massage, i locked my sunglasses in the locker of the spa. I took my bag with me, the only thing i left inside the locker was my sunglasses (which held a great emotional value for me). After the massage, i open the locker but my sunglasses were nowhere to be found. The reception called the security, and after 1 hour of search, the conclusion was that maybe one guest took it who saw my locker code and remembered it.. I don't understand how this can happen at a Four Seasons Hotel.. The security and the spa stuff seemed really helpful, they tried to make the best out of the situation, but the damage is still done and no tea can replace my glasses. Add photos

La posizione, l’albergo e tutte regole che sono appunto le grandi capacità di accoglienza di tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimi e carinissimi e tutto quanto il nostro soggiorno nonostante il problema è che c’è stato per colpa delle foto che non erano correttamente caricate su booking per cui questo diciamo evitando standing sulla stanza che c’era stata data che aveva delle scale per accedere con mia moglie, che era impossibile da farle.
Cons: Una volta compreso che c’era stato un standing sulla stanza, c’è stata molta rigidità a fornirci una stanza che fosse altrettanto bella di quella che avevamo proto e ci siamo dovuti ridurre in una stanza un po’ più piccola sinceramente, un po’ è dispiaciuto però in ogni caso la vacanza è stata molto piacevole

We had the most amazing week at Four Seasons Marrakech in March. It was our first time travelling abroad with our 8 month old baby and it was the perfect holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful, and is in a lovely quiet location outside of the buzzing medina. The pools are lovely, and the family pool has a couple of very shallow pools which were very warm which was needed in March as it wasn’t always overly warm outside while we were there. When we arrived in our room, the baby amenities that had been supplied were so thoughtful. We had a cot with a cuddly camel, a change mat with nappies and baby toiletries, a nappy bin and even a baby bath. We mostly ate at the hotel as we found this easier to navigate with a baby, the food is good, breakfast was amazing. Our favourite restaurant was Zest, the rooftop bar. The Asian food is delicious, the cocktails are great and the view at sunset is beautiful. They had plenty of blankets and fires when it was chillier in the evenings. What really made the hotel so special was the staff. I wish I could remember everyone’s names but they were all so wonderful and friendly with Oscar, entertaining him and making a fuss. A special thank you to Hassan who looked after us at Zest, Nouredine by the pool and the most wonderful breakfast team Nihal, Youssef, Asmaa and Ayoub who Oscar was particularly fond of! Thank you for a very special holiday, we can’t wait to come back!

The staff were exceptional from check in to check out including the restaurants- fabulous food at rooftop at Zest- Asian and delicious Moroccan food at Inara with traditional music, relaxing and luxurious spa and pool, with unbelievable service, coming around with sample mango smoothies, canapés, etc and room with complimentary champagne and fruit upon arrival . The most luxurious and memorable experience! We will be back, especially for each and every one of the wonderful people who went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular.

An oasis situated on 40 acres of lush landscaping! We stayed 9 nights in a large suite overlooking the snow-capped Atlas mountains. The staff were exceptional and the food was very good. We enjoyed many of the experiences offered...trip Essaouira (lovely seaside town), hot air balloon ride (exhilarating), day in the mountains (climbed to the waterfall), visit to the Medina, and toured Jardin Majorelle and Anima Garden, our favorite of the two gardens). We've stayed at many Four Seasons hotels all over the world and this is a favorite! (The hotel was recently sold and some needed refurbishing is planned)

We visited Four Seasons Marrakesh to celebrate a friend’s ‘big’ birthday. From the moment we entered reception, until we checked out yesterday we had impeccable service from everyone. We were met in reception at check in with dates and Moroccan tea, which were delicious and very welcome after a very early start. The property is outstanding and immaculate. We were offered an upgrade which we accepted and were very happy we had done so. Our room was excellent and there was a tray with a chocolate tree and almond pastries, and also a complimentary bowl of oranges. Our friend whose birthday it was also had a bottle of fizz. Breakfast was quite something with a fantastic choice and again, great service. We had an exceptional waiter for two of the days and he joined with our British sense of humour (ridiculous) !! We did have a problem on the third occasion, but this was resolved and the charge was removed from our bill. We used the adult pool a couple of times and on one occasion we were ordering food just before 5pm as we didn’t realise the kitchen closed at 5pm. KMustafa went above and beyond and provided us with club sandwiches and a bottle of excellent Moroccan Rose. Again all the pool staff were excellent, but Mustafa went that extra mile. We liked the fact there were taxis always on hand. Checking out was a smooth experience and a very nice touch was Yasmine from guest services giving us each a complimentary passport cover. To close, a fabulous property with excellent staff and great service with a smile. We would definitely return!

Review of our stay The welcome upon our arrival was rather minimal: very few explanations about the services, facilities, schedules, or the overall functioning of the hotel. The same applied at check-out, which was marked by some confusion regarding the payment. In addition, the concierge service proved to be unhelpful when it came to answering our requests or organizing activities in Marrakech. As for the property itself, the décor and charm of the indoor common areas felt somewhat outdated. The room reserved for three people turned out to be a double room with an extra bed placed in a corner, directly under a lamp, which made it unsuitable for a comfortable stay for three adults. On the other hand, the outdoare stunning. We particularly enjoyed the restaurants: two excellent dinners at the Italian restaurant, as well as four meals at the poolside restaurant, all of which were outstanding in terms of both cuisine and service. Breakfast was also impeccable. One area for improvement would be to install fans at the poolside restaurant to help mitigate the heat. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but it lacked the added value and level of excellence one would normally expect from a Four Seasons hotel. A pity.

Même constat au moment du check-out, marqué par une confusion concernant le paiement. Par ailleurs, la conciergerie s’est révélée peu compétente pour répondre à nos demandes et organiser des activités à Marrakech. Concernant l’établissement, la décoration et le charme des parties communes intérieures paraissent vieillissants. La chambre réservée pour trois personnes n’était en réalité qu’une chambre double avec un lit d’appoint installé dans un coin, en dessous d’une lampe, ce qui la rendait peu adaptée pour un séjour confortable à trois adultes. En revanche, l’extérieur est superbe. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la restauration : deux dîners excellents au restaurant italien, ainsi que quatre repas au restaurant de la piscine, parfaits tant au niveau de la cuisine que du service. Le petit-déjeuner était également irréprochable. Un point d’amélioration toutefois : prévoir des ventilateurs au restaurant de la piscine afin d’atténuer la chaleur. Dans l’ensemble, notre séjour a été agréable, mais sans la valeur ajoutée ni le niveau d’exigence que l’on attend habituellement d’un hôtel Four Seasons. Dommage.

Four Season Marrakech provided an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step foot you are greeted with Moroccan hospitality. The reception staff was professional, warm and efficient. I came early and they had my room ready by the time I got my breakfast. The dining facility team was incredibly attentive and proactive. Great food options and of high quality. The housekeeping was meticulous. The grounds are beautifully manucured with citrus and olive trees. Experienced my first Moroccan hamman and would highly recommend it. Find it better than the one in Turkey and Iraq. The technique is different. I will definitely return to the Four Season hotel. Location, service, quality.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Marrakesh resort, and once again, it was a delightful experience. Although our stay was brief, it included everything needed for a truly memorable visit. The hotel itself is enchanting, and the rooms, along with all the amenities, made our stay exceptionally comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the culinary offerings, with the rooftop bar being a particular highlight. It provided a welcome break from the plethora of tajines, which in our case, after a while, became a bit overwhelming. Even though it was early in the summer, we enjoyed the exquisite pool. We also thoroughly enjoyed all the activities organized by the hotel A special thanks to the hotel manager and their dedicated team for ensuring our stay was nothing short of wonderful.

We stayed in a fabulous king suite with a twin bed connected. It was so spacious. The resort is spread out so expect to walk to fitness, breakfast and the spa or ask for a ride in the carts. Very clean and well appointed although it could do with some additional outlets and usb. The breakfast buffet was opulent as one expects when staying at the Four Seasons. Service from Ottman one of the concierges was very good. He made a point of asking how our stay was going and ensured we left with cute parting gifts. He was helpful in arranging guides, tours, dining and transportation.

Simply a gorgeous authentic Moroccan luxury property. The Four Seasons delivers every time . The hotel covers the usual bases with aplomb and the some . From the amazing chilled out adults pool when the staff are so attentive, on to fine dining options rarely bettered in he city . Then to top it off they have Zest their rooftop bar / restaurant serving up Thai/ Japanese dishes which were beautiful in their delivery and taste . The concierge service is first class and booked us amazing local experiences and got best tables at busy spots with ease . However , hotels are nothing without amazing staff . Relatively junior members of staff stepped up and represented the brand with pride and smiles . This makes the difference. Shout out to Abderazzak and Samira who made our breakfasts so special . Kudos to Imail at the pool for being such a great brand ambassador. I can’t forget the whole team at Zest as they really made our experience unforgettable. Four Seasons can relax . The future looks good with amazing personnel like these wonderful people .

Safety and security were also clearly a priority at the resort, providing complete peace of mind without ever feeling intrusive. Every part of the property felt private, clean, and meticulously cared for. The Zest rooftop bar was simply stunning — perfect for sunset cocktails with panoramic views and a relaxed, upscale vibe with a DJ in the evening. The two swimming pools were a highlight as well: each with its own atmosphere, always spotless, and perfectly attended. A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who are so kind, thoughtful and friendly. We stayed in a first floor garden room which was wonderful and extremely comfortable. Two large swimming pools (one adult, the other family) with spacious terraces surrounding both. We will definitely return as we have fallen in love with Marrekech. . All the staff are so lovely but wanted to give a big shout out to the beautiful Nancy in reception who made our stay so special (it was for out belated 31st wedding anniversary) and for Ismail who was so attentive, kind and looked after us so well when we were on the pool terrace.

Have just returned from a wonderful week’s stay at this fabulous hotel, ideally located outside the old town but only a short taxi ride to the bustle, sights and restaurants of the Medina. We really appreciated being able to escape back to the peace and calm of the hotel. We spent several glorious afternoons by the pool, where we were so well looked after by the charming and attentive pool staff. Loved our upper pavilion garden room, the roof bar and restaurant and the Italian restaurant. The service was outstanding everywhere and the concierge team (particularly Sofia) were fantastically helpful. Would love to return.

The Four Seasons in Marrakech is a great hotel that met what I would have expected from a Four Seasons. This was only the third time I have stayed at a Four Seasons (previously NYC, where I was married in 1996, and Houston hotels), and this, being a resort, had more amenities and was equally spectacular. We did a fantastic hammam that I would do again. The guy who treated me, I think his name was Muhammad, was exceptionally good and professional. The grounds were wonderful. We had one of the free-standing roooms near the pool, 72, and it was amazing.
Cons: The sitdown restaurants are pricey for Marrakesh, with NYC-level prices. The best one is the lunch place next to the pool, but overall the food quality is unexceptional.

We always go annually to the Four Seasons Marrakech as it always remains outstanding from the moment of arrival to the last moment of leaving. The hotel guest relations manager Jihane always looks after us and we had a twin pavilion room close to the pool area. The pool is stunning a d the attention to detail is what is noticeable!! Asmucg water as you need and attentive service! The buffet breakfast is always excellent and the team cannot do enough to ensure what you request can be prepared! The many restaurants in the hotel all offered great service too. Definitely a favourite to always return to!

Quattro being my favorite. The staff are all amazing and accommodating. Love the WhatsApp chat, to have easy access to hotel staff for any request. The hotel is literally right next to M.Avenue, festive nightlife area with so much to do and restaurants to choose from. Le Douar is a must. Highly recommend Four seasons marrakesh. Less than 10 min from the airport. Easily accessible. Yet secluded and luxurious. I would honesty visit Marrakesh again just to stay at this hotel.

Exceptional experience all round and meets the exacting standards one would expect of the brand. The staff often exceed expectations. Some examples: my daughters couldn't reach the bathroom sinks so they upturned the (empty) bin to stand on. After returning to our room later that day, a child's step had been placed in the bathroom without us having said a word. On another occasion, a meal was too salty so we mentioned this to our waiter. Both the waiter and maitre'd apologised profusely, removed the item from our bill and offered a replacement dish on the house. We often share a starter or main course. Without us even asking, the restaurants split the food onto two plates, even with a burger! The food on the whole is delicious. The swimming pools are incredibly inviting and the staff are extremely polite and offer a very high standard of service. You never have to ask for anything twice. The negatives? (and these are relatively minor): The cocktails appear to be pretty weak and small in volume for the prices charged. The cost of MAD 250 to book a tennis course seems a bit off. We brought all our own rackets and balls so feel this is a bit much. If the hotel want to dissuade guests from booking courts and not showing up, they could add a charge in those instances. Water and nibbles are provided during playing which a great touch but one would feel more included to tip for that service if there wasn't a charge to use the resort's courts. Just a thought. Apart from those two items, it is an absolute pleasure to be here and we would have no qualms in coming back.

In April 2025, we booked a trip with our travel agent, who used the tour group A&K, to book a 3-night stay at the Four Seasons at Marrakech, Morocco. We booked an upgraded villa with a 'private' splash pool that was $1900 per night. Upon arrival, we found the private splash pool to be anything but! Some of the vegetation that was previously there had been removed, making it not private at all. We complained to the on-site team leader, who agreed with us. The removal of vegetation made our splash pool completely visible; we could be seen by all the golf carts and staff, as there was a travel road right beside the pool. It made us not want to use the slash pool and did not justify the $1900 per night rate. The front desk didn't seem to care. Our travel agent called the Four Seasons, which refused to refund or give any remedy to the situation. We have stayed at other Four Seasons properties in the past and have not had any issues. But after this experience, we won't be staying again and strongly advise anyone looking to book the villa with a "private" splash pool to reconsider. Thankfully, the tour company fully agreed with us and issued a $3000 credit back to us. Not a good experience at this Marrakech Four Seasons resort.

Cons: Some staff was not attentive, didn’t get a tour or warm welcome, not engaging until a complaint was put it. The WhatsApp communication is poor. Main reception staff member couldn’t be asked, service manager around the pool was excellent, Manager in charge on the day tried his best to make our stay better but unfortunately the scar from the welcome remained.

The staff/people were incredible and made the experience the most memorable. Ishmail, one of the assistance by the pool along with his team, were spectacular, offering the most outstanding, caring, custom-made service. Every person we encountered, from the security personnel, grounds men, concierge, check in staff, room service assistance were exceptional in their service. The food tasted specially prepared, perfectly flavoured with the choicest and freshest ingredients. This was a spectacular experience, the room was tastefully prepared and welcoming. We spent six nights and seven days, and every moment was the most relaxing, unwinding, and therapeutic moment. We are looking forward to returning soon.

We stayed here in July (2 rooms) as we were traveling with our adult children. Our room was upgraded to a lovely 1 bedroom suite that was tied to our credit card program. We had a very nice patio as well. Our daughter’s room was right next door. The good: We were celebrating a bday while there & they acknowledged it with a dessert. The resort was beautiful. We went to the rooftop bar a few times which was lovely. Our breakfast was included in our room rate. It was a nice spread but I wouldn’t pay $75 USD for it. We ate out most nights so cannot speak to their dinners but we found their lunch at the pool to be reasonably priced & very good. Large portions. Turndown service at night was beautiful with the lanterns. Location - walkable to many restaurants & shops where we ate dinner most nights. The not so good: Our room (as well as our daughters) was VERY warm at night. We mentioned this after nights 1 & 2. It took the 3rd night for my husband to be a bit more forceful & only then were the rooms looked into. Guess what - it was cool after that. There are 2 pools - a family & a quiet / adults only. Being 5 adults we wanted to be in the adult pool; however, it was under maintenance & was closed the week were there. This is a great opportunity for the Four Seasons to disclose this info AHEAD of time. They missed the mark with lack of communication. While the family pool was fine, it was noisier than we would have liked. Speaking of construction, our room overlooked the quiet pool so lots of drilling noise throughout the day. Overall, it’s a gorgeous resort & we were on vacation so we just went with the flow but definitely some areas of opportunity with this Four Seasons.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled after our recent stay at the Four Seasons Marrakech. We traveled from the US and chose this property because, as busy professionals, our vacation time is limited - and we’re willing to pay a premium for reliability, efficiency, and the level of service the Four Seasons name represents. After a long day of travel, we checked in around 11:00 PM, only to find our room infested with ants - in the carpet, the bathroom, and even in the bed (photos and videos attached). I immediately reached out via WhatsApp and the in-room phone, but no one ever responded. With no other option, I walked to the front desk to get someone’s attention. We were told a new room would be ready in 20–25 minutes, but after 35 minutes there was still no update. We finally received a new room - an upgrade I believe was already tied to my booking benefits - at 1:15 AM, more than two hours after check-in. The late-night ordeal significantly impacted our ability to enjoy our first full day of activities in Marrakech. For professionals who plan carefully to maximize every day of vacation, losing that time was deeply frustrating - and exactly what we hoped to avoid by booking a property in this category. What disappointed us most was the lack of follow-up. Despite reporting the incident to both the Marrakech team and Four Seasons corporate, we never received an acknowledgement or apology during the remainder of our stay. To be fair, the upgraded room was beautiful and parts of our stay were enjoyable. But reliability and responsiveness are non-negotiable at this price point. In Marrakech, other properties such as the Mandarin Oriental, The Oberoi, Royal Mansour, and Amanjena offer comparable luxury with service that, in my experience, is far more consistent.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning - from the beautifully maintained grounds to the luxurious, spotless rooms. All the restaurants in the hotel including breakfast was amazing. The waiters at breakfast were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each morning (they even remembered how we liked our coffee served). The pool staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by pool We did have one small hiccup when booking a spa treatment - due to a miscommunication, we were booked into the wrong treatment. However, the way the situation was handled truly stood out. The spa manager personally greeted me at breakfast the next day, corrected the booking, and generously offered a massage as a gesture of goodwill. This level of care turned what could have been a minor disappointment into yet another reason to recommend this hotel. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional food, and genuinely lovely staff makes the Four Seasons a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.

They have wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Guest services created an amazing experience for my child’s birthday. Ismail by the pool is the BEST. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely welcoming. The resort itself is stunning – lush gardens, serene walkways, beautiful architecture, and a peaceful atmosphere. Our son had an amazing time, especially at the family pool, where the staff were absolutely fantastic. A very special thanks to Mr. Ismail and the entire team at the family pool – they were kind, professional, and consistently went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well cared for. The overall experience was flawless, and we deeply appreciated how family-friendly and accommodating the hotel was. I don't think you can really go wrong staying here. It is a most beautiful hotel, and (almost i.e. 99%) everyone goes out of their way to be helpful and of great service. Some things will come down to personal taste e.g. which restaurant for the food you prefer, but overall we had a "splendiferous" time. We would particularly rate the staff at the poolside restaurant, and those that served whilst lying by the pool. The waiters loved engaging with anyone who would engage with them personally (rather than treating them disdainfully as the hired help) and that made the stay all the better for us. The conversation, and, on odd occasions, the banter!!! Very joyous. The spa treatments were amazing. The only potential fly in the ointment was Ramadan, and a lack of staff in some areas, and/or grumpy staff / staff that decided not to engage due to lack of food. I guess they can plan for this but we were understanding.

Cons: Het hotel is aan hernieuwing toe. Vonden het hotel met momenten ook wel rumoerig. Vanuit onze kamer kon je de muziek van de restaurants goed horen. Er was in de nacht een sproeier die tegen een blad ofzo sproeide waardoor je ook weer geruis had.

If you couldn’t decide what you wanted they had the chef make you up something special. The staff was so friendly and we never went without. The villa we were in was always clean with clean towels, water and fresh fruits. They had guides for us for everything we wanted to do. Between the gorgeous city of Marrakesh to the beautiful hotel we had an amazing time and we will definitely be going back.

But above all, it was the outstanding service that made our stay truly remarkable. From the incredible and attentive breakfast team, with Yawal introducing us to iconic dishes from traditional Marrakech cuisine, to the warm and welcoming staff at Inara restaurant, where Fatema, Ferdinando and Youssef made us feel right at home, as every interaction was filled with care and kindness. A special mention goes to the entire Guest Experience team, with Kamelia and Khaoula being part of it, and most notably with Jihane Rateb, Director of Guest Experience, who ensured at every moment that our stay was nothing short of unforgettable. Un fastidioso problema di smagnetizzazione delle carte delle stanze ci ha costretto a chiedere la riattivazione della chiave almeno 10 (!) volte...e ri attraversare ogni volta una struttura cos' grande è un bel disagio

The hotel grounds were beautiful, as was our room, and the food in the various restaurants was excellent, albeit expensive. The staff were friendly and looked to resolve the issues we had with the kids club, with the soft pillows. Our room wasn't ready on arrival but they gave us a free lunch/drink to look to resolve. The 2 pools, 1 for kids and 1 for adults was a nice touch, and we could relax in the adult pool when our daughter was at the kids club for an hour, even though the pool was cold.
Cons: This is not a €1,435 a night hotel. The room was not ready on arrival, even for a check in time of 3pm. We discovered over the holiday there were a lot of cobwebs in the room, and we even nicknamed a spider "Sammy the Spider" and fed him/her mosquitoes. The kids club on the first day our daughter was left to colour on her own. Another activity was "movie time". She didnt want to go back. We flagged to staff and they were very apologetic and the manager came to our door with balloons and an apology card. They then gave her more attention, and she would go for an hour or max two. The staff did also put a little tent in our garden for our daughter which was nice. However the pool was an issue. the "heated pool" for kids wasnt heated, and indeed other guests were complaining. The only warm pool was the Jacuzzi. Within the room, the only tea we drank was chamomile, but then the cleaners wouldn't replace that tea, so every night we had to then call up for more chamomile. You'd think they would learn about their guest preferences The final straw was the breakfast. When we booked there was no option to opt in or out for breakfast, so at €1,435 a night, we thought that the buffet was included in the price. Nothing was mentioned at check in so at breakfast we double checked with the staff as we were handed a receipt for MAD 840 (€80), and the staff said "its included, we just do this for confirming how many people had the breakfast". So each day we did the breakfast, even though we didnt really eat that much every day. one day my wife just grabbed a coffee. On check out however i was handed a bill for €320 of breakfasts. I said this is a mistake, they said no. I informed them we had been told it was included, and they argued and said "no our staff would not have said that". I was shouted at by the deputy manager. i said if they charged me breakfast i would never stay at a Four Seasons ever again.

During our visit to Marrakech we stayed 3 blissful days at Four Seasons Marrakech. From the moment you pass the entrance gate and drive up to the reception you are treated as royalty. Our room was modern with Moroccan charm & we had amazing views of the property from our balcony. We tried their Restaurants and the Spa and the service & quality was 5 star across the board.

Just leaving hotel after a 5 night stay with my two children. Totally relaxing. Hotel grounds, rooms etc all super. Gym excellent. Food delicious. Pool area super chilled, and felt luxurious. Staff in all areas honestly the best I have ever come across having stayed at a large number of 5 star hotels over the years. Could not have been more helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great stay. Super!

We have stayed at many Four Seasons properties in Europe, US and UAE and think this one has to be favourite to date… The total experience was what you would hope to expect what really shone through was the impeccable service - the staff were all so warm, friendly and super helpful with every question and request. The concierges (Soukiana and Iman) carefully curated a perfect itinerary for our special w eekend, including the transfers, through to restaurant reservations and activities (1/2 day private tour with the amazing Fouad and cookery course at La Sultana). Front of house were welcoming and friendly, their WhatsApp service worked perfectly and the teams in the restaurants, bar, around the pool and housekeeping were all amazing. Our room was an upgraded one bedroom suite which overlooked the gardens and pool. It was perfect for our stay. The only very minor niggles (which is good for us!) was the air con was a tad noisy and we struggled to find the right settings and only English TV channels were the news. There is a separate adults pool and sun-beds were easily available at anytime during the day. Fully recommend and would return if we return to Marrakech!

This is a wonderful hotel. As other reviews suggest, the staff are all brilliant and the hotel is beautifully kept and comfortable. The service here really is fantastic- it’s a true luxury hotel and we thought some of the best and most personalised service we’ve ever received. We enjoyed all the food we had (lunch by the pool, Eid dinner in the Italian and also the Moroccan dishes in Inara) - Zest bar is great, although we didn’t eat there. It’s not like us to stay and eat in the hotel so often (we usually prefer to go out) but we loved the hotel so much that we happily stayed in and tried the different restaurants! It’s suitable for couples or families. There’s a choice between a family or adult only pool. Both are great. The waiters around the pools are brilliant at bringing water/other drinks and checking you have everything you need (the lifeguard works really hard as part of this team too). The hotel is well located for getting around Marrakech/visiting different sites. Easy to get taxis. It’s also close to the airport (around 10 min drive) - we weren’t disturbed by planes. We really appreciated the personal touches such as the baby gift/fresh flowers in the room - it was so lovely. I hope to come back again.

The staff organized beautiful surprise upon our arrival for mt husbands 30th birthday, cake , wine , roses , and a beautiful message. Just to recap : The hotel is beautiful , service excellent. I had the most disrespectful service me and my friends First when we arrived no hello at the valet And they didn’t open the door. When we arrived to the restaurant the staff were not knowledgeable about the cuisine and what type of restaurant it was they had to ask another colleague. I talked to Yousef the manager in charge at the reception and he dealt with us very poorly After complaining about the staff at the bar they were very rude. They were rude and obnoxious and after me asking about the name of the staff yousef and meriemere was like get it from the tag , who talks like this in the four seasons ? Why are they being rude is it because I’m arab. ? Meriemre the manager of the bar was very rude , one of her staff called Younes or yousef asked me where I was from and I didn’t feel comfortable and they didn’t respect my privacy , later when I answered he kept asking more questions invading my privacy And being more rude , and they started laughing in the corner and looking us. I never felt disrespected and humiliated, worst hotel in Marrakech with rude staff

The staff were amazingly welcoming, and the food was just delicious. The adult pool area was sublime, the pool is the best I have seen. And the pool team are just amazing. The rooms were the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever been in

Whats not to like? Service is impeccable. Site, surroundings and room were beautiful. Family pool is by far the best we've visited. shallow all around with so much space and a few bubbles for children to play in. Food options are all lovely. The japanese rooftop was our favourite. If you enjoy the finer things in life, but still need to cater to your kids then this is the place to go. My son is autistic and eats very limited foods, everywhere we went someone was on hand with freshly cooked fries for him, even at breakfast! They even accommodated this on the japanese rooftop too. Nothing was too much effort. Can't wait to go back!
Cons: I can't complain about a single thing.

The room was spacious and nice, having also a terrace. I loved the pool and also the good location, pretty close to anything.
Cons: The breakfast was ok but not value for the money. Also the hotel is under other Four Seasons. This one is not so high level as it is its price.

The small water fountain.
Cons: PEOPLE AVOID THIS HOTEL, ONE OF THE WORST FOUR SEASON PROPERTIES IN HISTORY, YOU WILL JUST BE A NUMBER AT THIS RESORT, THERE IS NO STAFF TO LOOK AFTER YOU, THERE IS A MAJOR LANGUAGE BARRIER SO THEY DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU OR DO ANYTHING FOR YOU, ANY COMPLAINT YOU HAVE THE RESORT MANAGER & THE GENERAL MANAGER ARE USELESS & THEY DON’T DO ANYTHING WHICH IS WHY THE STAFF ARE REALLY BAD I MEAN LOOK AT THEIR EXAMPLE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TO £800 TO £1000 PER NIGHT BUT THEY WILL YOU GIVE YOU SERVICE LIKE YOUR AT A 1* HOTEL FOR EXAMPLE A MOTEL OR A PREMIER IN, HAS HIGHER STANDARDS THAN THE FOUR SEASONS. I HAVE COMPLETELY LOST FAITH IN THIS BRAND ALL BECAUSE OF THE MANGERS AT THIS RESORT WHO CANT EVEN GET THERE STAFF IN LINE, THE GENERAL MANAGER THOMAS KROOSWIJK IS VERY RUDE, WHO WONT EVEN RESPOND TO GUESTS THATS HOW UNPROFESSIONAL HE IS AND ALSO THE PUBLIC RELATIONS MANGER WHO IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL REDA LEMNI KZOZI WHO DOESN’T RESPOND EITHER, WITH THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE THEY WILL END UP RUNNING THIS PLACE IN TO THE GROUND. THE RESERVATION DEPARTMENT ARE THE BIGGEST JOKE SHOUTOUT TO LUBNA & WAEEL WHO ARE THE WORST LISTNERS AND DOESN’T EVEN LISTEN TO ANY GUESTS NEEDS, THEY NEED TO CHANGE PROFESSION, THEY WILL EVEN DROP THE CALL AND PRETEND YOU LOST CONNECTION. THE PROPERTY IS DATED VERY OLD THE OUTDOOR POOLS ARE DISGUSTING THEY ARE NOT CLEAN, THE OCEAN IS CLEANER TO SWIM IN, I GUESS MOROCCON HOSPITALITY IS THE WORST OF THE WORST. ANYTHING YOU REQUEST FOR YOUR ROOM THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT 2 HOURS FOR A SINGLE ITEM. PEOPLE RADISSON BLEU HAS BETTER SERVICE THAN THE FOUR SEASONS MARRAKESH. ANY TOILETRIES YOU MAY WANT FOR EXAMPLE EXTRA TOWELS OR SLIPPERS THEY WILL SAY EXTRA CHARGE PER EACH ITEM EVEN THOUGH YOU’VE ALREADY PAID 1K TO BE THERE. ALL THIS PROPERTY CARES ABOUT IS FEEDING ITS BOTTOM LINE, WHICH IS WHY THEY WILL NOT SUCCEED.
