Çok güzel tasarlanmış ve çok rahat bir butik otel. Konaklama süreci çok güzeldi. Bunun yanında bazı süreçlerde sıkıntılar yaşadık. Check in süreci çok yavaştı. Yaklaşık yarım saatte odamıza geçebildik. Saat 16:00da patetes kızartması ve bira içmek istedim. Sadece patetes cipsi olduğunu belirttiler. Böyle bir işletme için bu tavır gerçekten üzücüydü. Bu nedenden dolayı akşam Agadir'e akşam yemeği yemeye gittim. Sadece kafa dinlemek için güzel bir otel.

2 jours dans un écrin de verdure, à se faire chouchouter par un personnel très accueillant, toujours prêt à vous aider. Une restauration à la hauteur, du matin au soir. Une chambre finement décorée, une literie confortable et des draps doux. Un coin piscine bien aménagé. Un chien, des chats, des tortues, des oiseaux venant boire dans la piscine. Une volonté de la propriété d’être en harmonie avec et respecter son environnement. Nous recommandons à 100% Encore merci

This is a lovely property with spacious rooms but feels remote, accessible only by car. The hospitality is rigid with breakfast starting at 8:00am (not earlier) and dinner is only served between 7:30-9:30pm with 24 hour notice required for many menu items. This should be communicated upon booking as we were expecting a meal before we left for our morning flight and would have booked elsewhere for the price.

I would not recommend Dar Maktoub, it is located next to a busy highway and is a very small property. All night you can hear traffic. Our room was unclean with blood on the sheets and ants in the toilet.

Lieu magnifique pour séjourner à agadir, le cadre est vraiment très joli et reposant. Les chambres sont toujours correctes avec tout ce qu'il faut pour s'y sentir comme à la maison. Le personnel sur place est vraiment au petit soin le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des produits de qualité, sans oublier une magnifique piscine avec un jardin super jolie et bien entretenu. On gardera de jolies souvenirs grâce à votre établissement.

Loved this place. The staff were absolutely excellent and could not do enough for you. We ate in the evening at the hotel and the food was first class. The chicken tajine was great. The pool was fantastic. If back in agadir, would stay again for defo.

Wir waren eine Woche im Dar Maktoub zum relaxen. Dafür ist diese Riad mit gerade mal 10 Zimmerm perfekt geeignet. Eine gelungene Mischung aus lokalem Flair und zeitgemäßer Ausstattung innerhalb einer grünen Oase mit altem Baumbestand und gut gepflegter Umlage. Am großen Pool war immer ein Wunschplatz im Schatten oder in der Sonne zu finden. Zudem wurde neben dem inkludiertem Frühstück auch Getränke, Mittags ein Lunch/Snack und Abends ein Dinner angeboten welches wirklich abwechslungsreich und lecker war. Dazu der gute, unaufdringliche Service. Als Tierfreunde haben wir uns auch über den Hotelhund und Katzen gefreut die wie selbstverständlich jeden Gast begrüßt haben. Das diese, wie auch viele Vögel, den Pool zum trinken genutzt haben der dennoch immer sehr sauber war spricht für die vorhandene Wasserqualität. Da das Riad etwas außerhalb liegt, ist i.d.R. ein Transfer/Taxi erforderlich um nach Agadir / Flughafen zu gelangen. Auch der wird problemlos vom Hotel vermittelt. Wir hatten frühzeitig 2 Ausflüge (4x4 ohne Aufpreis & Marakesch mit Aufpreis für Zubringer zum Bus) über GetYourGuide gebucht, nachdem wir zuvor mit dem jeweiligen Anbieter die Abholung geklärt hatten, da das Dar Maktoub nicht in der üblichen Abhol(Touri)zone liegt, was ebenfalls Problemlos geklappt hat.

What an absolutely incredible little gem. We stayed in multiple highly rated 4* botique hotels throughout our trip to Morocco, however this one ranked first in every single aspect from food to comfort and service. I would 100% stay here again. The pool area and gardens are stunning. I highly recommend the banana and vanilla icecream.

I absolutely loved the tranquility of this resort as well as the gorgeous swimming pool area. Although my husband and I only stayed one night, I can well imagine that this resort would offer relaxation and excellent quality pool time - as well as being within close proximity to golf courses. The food is very good so staying here for dinner was very pleasant. My only, very minor complaint is that #4 had a bit of an unpleasant smell. This would not normally bother me as I could easily remedy it by opening up the window. On that particular evening, the weather was cool so I kept the window closed. I certainly would consider going back to Dar Maktoub in the future.

The premises and garden are amazing: lots of character and very homely. The opposite of a big, sterile resort. The service is great and employees are friendly. Rooms are clean but could have less carpets. The local area seems a bit dead but there is parking for a rental car or the hotel can organise a shuttle. Overall a great stay and if we were to return to Agadir we would choose Dar Maktoub again!! FYI - wifi very slow (as in the rest of Morocco)

Recette d'un séjour bonheur ;Prenez de belles chambres,(grands lits, salles de bains agréables, petites terrasses avec table devant chacune), un cadre de verdure apaisant et beau, une piscine qui fait rêver, un délicieux petit déjeuner ....Vous rajoutez un personnel chaleureux et prêt à tout pour vous satisfaire ,et vous aurez un séjour aux multiples plaisirs . Un séjour inoubliable !! Il est aussi important de préciser qu'au Dar Maktoub, on peut prendre le temps de vivre en arrivant au petit déjeuner à 10h45 . Un énorme MERCIIIIIIIII à Manuella (marocaine d'adoption et ex G.O de compétition), Mohamed (toujours de bonne humeur), Rachid sérieux et sympathique, et tout le personnel ,si discret et efficace . We had a great time at Dar Maktoub, the place is amazing, set in lush mature gardens located far enough away from the main area of Agadir but still accessible by taxi. We had a day trip to Marrakech which took us through the Atlas mountains. The drive was long but worth it to get a taste of the shopping delights of the souks. As we only had a short stay we could only do one day there but I would definitely stay longer in Marrakech next time. The hotel can book day trips for you with great drivers and guides. I booked myself and my mum in for a relaxing Christmas break and most of the time we had the hotel and pool to ourselves. This was great but then the service was not always available when needed for drinks etc. I booked Dar Maktoub for the great location and the amazing space it provides but also because they had advertised the fact they could cater for vegetarians if notice was given. I informed them prior to our visit that both myself and my mum were vegetarians and would like to eat at the hotel restaurant. Whilst the food was acceptable they did struggle to provide more than three choices over the five days we ate at the restaurant so we made other arrangements to eat in Agadir itself. Despite this I would still definitely recommend Dar Maktoub but if you do have dietary needs then plan ahead and maybe make other arrangements to eat in Agadir.

This hotel has many good points but also a few not so good. If you play golf, you will be delighted as there are 3 courses in walking distance. If you don't play golf, you find yourself stuck in the middle of nowhere, 6 miles from Agadir, along a smelly river and nothing to eat of any quality for miles. The hotel restaurant is excellent but not cheap by Moroccan standards and you need to book your meal in advance, so are committed to a return to the hotel by 7 pm. This is not always convenient. The staff are excellent and friendly. The room allocated at first was near the roadside wall, hence noisy as there is no sound insulation of any kind. The room I changed to was much quieter. The hotel has a beautiful garden. The entire layout is charming and has style. Although the hotel itself is of a high standard, I would not book this again due to its distant location from anything but golf courses. It is not suitable for general tourism without a car.

Een erg mooi hotel, met grote zorg en aandacht ingericht. Het ontbijt en diner zijn erg goed. De tuin en zwembad zijn mooi, groot, en rustig. De wijk Inezgane is minder aantrekkelijk, maar het hotel ligt net buiten de wijk en door de grote omheining erg rustig. Een prima plek om na of voor vlucht (vliegveld van Agadir is ca. 25 minuten rijden) te 'landen'.

Me and my girlfriend had three nights at this fine establishment to get away from the high pace and noisy city of Marrakech and boy, did we get it. The hotel is located in the middle of a couple of golf-courses and a marvellous hideout just outside Agadir. Once we arrived we actually didn't leave until checkout, so I can't say more about the surroundings than that it's nice and quiet. We had a deluxe-room and it met our standards. But the feel at the hotel comes with a deluxe-standard, the dining area, the common living room and the pool all have that feel, not to mention the service. The food was great, really great. They had a three course menu set at breakfast and hand plenty of room to make changes for those who might be picky or just doesn't prefer some foods. We wanted a quiet hideaway with a pool. We got it, and the some!

We made a last minute booking and were warmly welcomed to this secluded "Dar" near Agadir and the Souss-Massa National Park. Beautiful landscaping, pool, and friendly staff. Simple lunch menu and delicious tagines for dinner. Serves wine, beer and other spirits...not always easy to find in Morocco. A wonderful spot if you have little agenda but to enjoy your surroundings and the birds...or if you're a golfer.

Geweldige locatie in Izengane, vlakbij een mooi natuurgebied en weg uit de drukte van Agadir. Zeer aardig en servicegericht personeel, fantastische tuin met zwembad, comfortabele kamer en heerlijk ontbijtje. Gezellig ook met de trouwe huishond Casper, relaxte kat en schildpadden. Enorme aanrader (en we zijn wel wat gewend!).
