This is a beautiful hotel in a peaceful area and the staff could not be more helpful or charming. Do not be concerned by the construction sites nearby as we heard no noise from them nor could they be seen from the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and well designed with lots of useful storage. There was complimentary water and biscuits daily as well as an ample supply of towels. One of our two rooms had a garden space whcih led to the pool. There were sufficient sunbeds available but we also used the adult pool which was usually deserted! Breakfast was exceptional (so many cakes!) and Moroccan pancakes made to order were fabulous. We had dinner there one night and lunch every day and the food was as good as we had in Marrakech. Highly recommended and good value. We also made good use of the shuttle bus which was a godsend and many thanks to Mohammed the driver for his courtesy and punctuality. We also asked the hotel to book taxis for us a couple of times and they used local drivers who would drop off and pick up for a set price which was added to our room bill. Very convenient. We had a couple of issues (our door was problematic and sometimes the cleaner came a little late in the day) but nothing serious and all handled very well. This was an oasis of calm with exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff who are a credit to the hotel. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and amazing, attentive and kind staff. Food was excellent too. We would definitely come back here. We especially want to commend Abdul on reception. He gave us such a warm welcome. He was professional, warm and helpful. We also want to commend Zouhair, a young waiter who was exemplary. He was so good, nothing was ever any trouble. He was very professional and always with a beautiful smile, with exceptional attention to detail. Honestly, all of the staff were excellent.

This is our third year at the Sirayane. It is the perfect destination for us. The staff are second to none. Specifically Zidane and Salah Dean. They welcome us back as friends every year. The staff always remain unchanged virtually and it’s just so comforting to see them every year. They take such amazing care of you, nothing is too much trouble. The decor of the hotel is modern Moroccan and so cosy and comforting. There is always some book to get lost in to enjoy a Moroccan tea. The rooms are exceptionally well fitted with all you need, slippers, bath robes and kept exceptionally clean. The food is also amazing. I am pescatarian and have a meat allergy, but there is still plenty on offer and again they will go above and beyond to accommodate you. We will be coming back next year and already are counting down the days. Tranquility, beautiful and exceptionally relaxing.

This hotel is in the middle of the biggest building site I have seen, however, it didn’t impact us at all. Occasionally there was a little noise but it wasn’t intrusive and didn’t detract from our stay. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the main centre, there is a regular free shuttle service provided by the hotel and always ran to time. Our room was spacious and clean with a small balcony. We didn’t use the spa facilities but everyone we spoke to was very enthusiastic about the services provided. We chose to to eat in the hotel restaurant every evening, in hindsight we should have booked half board, before arriving we thought we may go out a couple of evenings but the food was so good we didn’t. Every dish we had, mostly Moroccan dishes, were absolutely fabulous, large portions so we had to share some starters and we never got to desert. The hotel staff, from reception, bar, pool, restaurant and housekeeping were all excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. It is very unlikely we will return to this area but I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

A beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff, they can't do enough for you. Food is delicious and everywhere is so clean. We had a suite with a private pool and it was worth the upgrade. Free transfer bus is fab and I highly recommend using the spa. I would definitely return. Only thing i would say is perhaps better for couples rather than families as a bit quiet for kids and no evening entertainment (which was perfect for us) Really was an amazing holiday

Couldn’t recommend enough!! Brilliant stay in Marrakesh - staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Our room was ready early so we could check into our room as soon as we arrived and we were able to check out late. The taxi shuttle service into the city was extremely helpful and stress free with private taxis available to book (special shout out to Mohammad who made our trip!!). The menu varied and food delicious - the frozen margaritas are a must!! We made use of the spa amenities and enjoyed our first hammam experience! We can’t wait to return! Thank you for making our holiday very special and memorable!

What a lovely hotel! We stayed for 10 nights and from the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt welcomed and cared for. We arrived on a very early flight and were invited to enjoy the delicious breakfast buffet and then checked into our lovely room. We'd booked a Prestige room but were given a free upgrade to a mini suite with a garden, which was great as it gave access to the pool area but was also a nice shady spot in the hot afternoons. The food was delicious 😋, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, we enjoyed everything! The restaurant staff were super. Big shout out to Salah Dean and the evening team who took extra special care of us! As others have said, the pool guys are wonderful, so attentive and friendly. I had the Hammam and massage at the spa and it was one of the best I've had. On our last day we had a late flight but were invited to use the facilities until our transfer arrived and very much welcomed the use of the shower at the spa so we could change before leaving. All in all, a fabulous hotel which we would recommend 100%.

If you are planning on coming here, then you are in for a treat! From the moment you arrive, to the moment you leave, you are treated like absolute royalty. We are currently here on our last day and have loved every minute of it. The hotel is clean, maintained well and above all absolute luxury. The staff from the bar waiters, the pool staff, everyone is so attentive and friendly and can’t do enough for you. It’s the perfect place if you want some peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Medina. And they offer a free shuttle bus to and from the souks/Medina as well as taxis to and from if you are eating out at restaurants etc. We liked this as were initially worried about getting ripped off using the local taxis. The food is 10/10 along with a superb selection of drinks and cocktails. I’d recommend the pina colada, that was my favourite. For us, this hotel was perfect in every way as we did a few excursions followed by days in between of relaxing by the pool so we had the best of both. We also had an amazing hammam scrub and massage at the spa here so would recommend that too. Overall amazing stay and we will definitely return again!

We have recently returned from a 10 night stay at in a deluxe suite with a private pool as a family of 4. It was simply wonderful from the moment we arrived. Attentive staff, whether that be in the restaurant or around the pool, a real oasis of calm from the madness of the Medina! The hotel is stunning and so well maintained, our pool was cleaned regularly and the little touches of moroccon biscuits and water every night were just lovely. The shuttle bus was fabulous and facilitated hassle free travel to and from Marrakesh. If you want peace and quality then this is the hotel for you. We would return in a heartbeat.

We’ve stayed at Riads in the past, we’ve stayed at the Four Seasons too, but this time we opted for Sirayane… and boy are we glad we did. From the moment we stepped foot in the reception, our greeting set the standard for what was coming. Our room was lovely, overlooking the beautiful pool (the sunbeds omg!), the grounds were immaculate, the restaurant quaint with delicious food but what made our stay sooo amazing was the fantastic staff. To a man, and woman, their attentiveness, their kindness, their respectfulness, their total attitude towards making our stay so fabulous was a credit to their commander in chief, Anas, head of food and beverage. It is they we will remember this holiday by. If you want a break, total relaxation, in beautiful surroundings, waited on by the most amazing crew, look no further! Bravo!

My family and I spent a week in August’25 at the Sirayane Hotel and Spa. This place is absolutely amazing. We stayed in a Premium Suite with our own pool and beautiful garden. The suite was gorgeous and my boys beds were super comfortable. Our bed was massive and so lovely. When it was really hot this room was perfect to relax in. The bathroom was stunning either with a bath and a wet room. The food is great quality and you can have local as well as international cuisine. The breakfast was a real treat. The highlight of this hotel was the staff. The waiters, bar staff, spa staff and reception staff were some of the nicest people I have ever met. They are friendly, kind, considerate and so very welcoming. It was these gorgeous Moroccan people that made it a very hard place to leave. Some of our waiters, Ismail, Zouhir and Hakim as well as the bar staff took extra special care of us. The spa is also a must. The hammam experience is something else and the staff are super talented. There is an excellent games room in which we spent many a fun evening. We will definitely be going back to this gorgeous place. And would recommend it to everyone we meet. 10 stars!! 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Blissful Stay at Sirayne - Even Better the Second Time! I spent 7 days at Sirayne, and it was pure bliss from start to finish. Tranquility, peace, and ultimate zen — this is the perfect Moroccan getaway. This was my second visit, and I’m so glad I came back. Everything was exceptional: the service, the food, the spa… truly 10/10, all in one place. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Rafik, who helped me settle in. I’d forgotten to buy a SIM card at the airport, and he immediately arranged one and set it up for me. His kindness and attentiveness made such a difference — he’s a real asset to the team. A special thank you also to the General Manager and both Ibrahim’s, who went above and beyond to assist with my room, print my boarding pass, and help with anything I needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I genuinely felt at home. In the restaurant, Anis was amazing and his wonderful team were always warm and welcoming. On my first day, Anis offered me Moroccan pancakes with mint tea — absolutely delicious! I became addicted and had them every morning. I also enjoyed our conversations; he is so lovely and a true credit to the team. Said, in particular, made every breakfast a pleasure, memorising my (rather long!) morning breakfast order and delivering it perfectly each day. The food itself was fantastic — the chicken couscous and the warm chocolate cake were highlights I enjoyed more than once. The spa was another standout. Karima gave me a luxurious hammam experience, complete with black soap, a honey hair mask, and a clay mask, leaving me feeling fresh and renewed. Nawal’s 60-minute Oriental massage was one of the best I’ve ever had — absolute magic. The hotel arranged seamless transfers to and from the airport, plus private taxis for day trips, making travel stress-free. The location is perfect: only 20 minutes from the airport, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough for easy exploring. The facilities are fabulous, with three stunning swimming pools, and my first-floor room had beautiful views. Every single staff member delivered exceptional service and went above and beyond. Thank you to everyone for making my solo trip so memorable. I felt completely cared for, rested, and recharged and I’m already counting the days until I can return.

We stayed for 7 nights as a family (my wife, two kids, and I) and had a great time. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours before check-in, but they got us into our room within 40 minutes—and even gave us a free upgrade. The pool was excellent, like a little oasis in the desert. Some people mention the location, but we didn’t find it an issue. It’s only about 20 minutes from the city center, and there’s a free shuttle running throughout the day. Big thanks to Hamza in catering, Ahmid by the pool, and the cleaning team—everyone went above and beyond. I would highly reccomend this hotel.

Sirayane is a beautiful, small hotel on the outskirts of Marrakech. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and generous in size. Our room had its own pool and garden, which was wonderful, although for rooms without a pool there was a good selection of other pools; a heated pool, a kids' paddling pool, an unheated pool and an adults only pool. There were plenty of loungers available for the size of the hotel, so no need to 'reserve' beds with towels. There was also a spa and small gym at the hotel. The gardens around the hotel were beautifully maintained - an oasis in the desert. On our arrival we were greeted with mint tea and there was water, fresh fruit, nuts and moroccan biscuits to welcome us to our room. Each evening a small bottle of water for each guest was delivered to our room for the night/morning. And it was this attention to detail and the extremely high level of customer service that was the stand out for our stay at Sirayane. The food at Sirayane was delicious with a good selection of moroccan and international fare to choose from. A wonderful selection of fruit, pastries, sweet treats, bread, eggs (cooked however you wished) etc was available at breakfast. We could not fault either the food or the staff. Whilst the hotel is a 20 minute drive from Marrakech, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus into and back from the town centre, meaning you can get in and out with ease with minibuses running from morning through to late in the evening. I have no reservations in recommending this hotel to anyone.

I went with my son recently (19th July - 26th). Excellent facilities and location. Staff so friendly. A shout out goes to Saleh (restaurant manager) and his team. Saleh went above and beyond to help my son who is a fussy eater. Dishes were altered etc. Food at the Hotel again is excellent. Being a smaller hotel they do not offer a big variety of food as some places do but the difference is they offer a smaller choice and variety but the difference is in the quality. The quality is so much higher and well worth it. I went with Saleh's daily recommendations and they were always so delicious! i recommend the aubergine in the Moroccan starters. Check in and out was a breeze and the free shuttle service was frequent and much appreciated!! Thank you Sirayane for such a wonderful experience! My son loved the garden and the pool!

We have just returned from seven nights at this hotel. A little worrying when driving to the hotel. In the middle of an area that’s under construction but don’t let that worry you. The hotel, rooms, staff, pool and spa are all fantastic. Food / drinks are a little pricey compared to other places but great quality. The pool team are simply the best! Everyone so friendly. The Hammam experience in the spa is a must try!

I’ve recently returned from a 4 day break with my adult son. The hotel is lovely. The whole hotel is kept very clean, the rooms are very nice with a fridge and you’ve given a small bottle of water every evening. We went half board and the food was excellent however when we did buy lunch it was rather expensive. The pool men and the restaurant waiters were superb. I couldn’t fault their service. However the bar staff and the reception staff were rather hit and miss with the pool staff often chasing the bar staff for service. The reason I haven’t given 5 stars is its location. The hotel is in the middle of no where and next to a building site. So although they put on a free bus to the centre you can’t walk anywhere at all. There is no shop onsite so you can’t buy drinks or snacks anywhere nearby and have to buy the expensive drinks. The air conditioning unit is in the hall so whilst great it doesn’t blow into the bedroom area meaning that when the heat hit 45 during over visit the bedroom was extremely hot

Absolute perfection for a restful week in the African sun The hotel is stunning!! In a remote location - don’t be put off by the journey in, there is a lot of local construction due to the upcoming location, but the hotel is set back from the main roads and construction sites - and only a 20 min cab ride from the airport Once checked in the team got us into our room early, a pool side room with direct access to the pool thru the small garden terrace. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and impeccably clean with a great AC supply that is definitely needed The pool area is stunning. With ‘double bed’ sunbeds with a great mattress & pillows. The 3 pool guys are incredibly attentive - will supply towels and move that parasols as often as the sun moves round thru the day. If the main 2 pools get busy there is a smaller adults only pool tucked away if ever needed - but the main pool area is large enough and quiet enough not to have ventured in ourselves We stayed half board. Lots on offer at the buffet breakfasts with pancakes and eggs made to order upon request. The evening meals are fantastic. A mixed menu of international and local dishes across all 3 courses - enough for something different every day. The food & beverage team again are incredibly attentive and have impeccable manners - particularly calling the 3 younger waiters who are there for every pouring of wine or water needed!! Their grasp of the menu is great and can explain the dishes to you- in at least 3 languages!! Particularly recognise Hatim who looked after us for most of the week - a real credit to the team We also took advantage if the Spa facilities- clean and cool for a relaxing massage or treatment The hotel offers a free shuttle service into the City that is pre booked at reception 2 hrs or more before needed. The cars are punctual and clean - well worth a trip to experience the madness of the souks!!! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at the hotel in any position or role they cover. Their good nature and manners are almost embarrassing to cope with, but they deliver it with ease If we could rate this hotel more than 5 stars we would. Highly recommended and worth the money for such an experience

Very nice hotel with excellent staff and very nice food. The evening menu should offer more salads on the menu like the lunch menu, they’d get more people using the restaurant. The down side of the hotel is the construction traffic you can hear with loud reverse bleepers whilst sat by the pool, plus the construction going on around the area.

We chose this hotel because of its good reviews - now we would like to leave our own. We confirm the following highlights: - Staff are unassuming and attentive - Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious - The combination of the location and free shuttle bus into the centre worked well. Not too far (about 15 min) and it served as a welcome retreat from the heat, hustle and bustle in the city centre. A couple of tips: - Yes, the timings of the free hotel shuttle buses into the city can be limiting but we found a good routine with two round trips a day that served us well and meant we avoided too many private trips at about EU20 a time. Used the mid-morning shuttle into the city to see sights and returned on the mid-afternoon shuttle to relax in the hotel, use the pools and play pool/table tennis. Then used the evening shuttle to return to the city for dinner, returning on the last or second-to-last one back to the hotel. - Pick up large bottles of drinking water at a kiosk near the shuttle pick-up on your return journey for a fraction of the hotel prices. :)

Our stay at this hotel in Marrakesh was simply unforgettable. It’s tucked away in a peaceful location that feels like the middle of nowhere, yet it’s conveniently close to the city center. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and every corner of the hotel was spotless. You can really see how much care and attention they give to every detail. The service was truly outstanding. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. I especially want to thank Youssef at the pool. He was always smiling and checking on the guests, adjusting the umbrellas to make sure we stayed cool and comfortable. His kindness and attentiveness really stood out. In the restaurant, we were served by Said, Zuhair, and Hatem , three young and incredibly professional waiters. They were always friendly, patient, and made us feel genuinely welcome every time. Whether we were eating at the restaurant, by the pool, or in our room, they always provided excellent service with a smile. And the food… absolutely delicious. Every meal was à la carte, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The quality was exceptional, and each dish had that extra touch of luxury that made dining feel like a real treat. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the free shuttle to the city center made everything even more convenient. There's also a lovely spa on-site that’s definitely worth discovering if you're looking for some relaxation and self-care. This hotel is a true gem in Marrakesh. I sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality experience with authentic Moroccan hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back.

We (a couple in our 30s) stayed here for 10 nights in June 2025 on half board basis. We were initially a little apprehensive due to there not being anything in close proximity to the hotel, but we needn't have worried. The room was made up lovely for our arrival. We had a very comfortable stay, with the room made up daily and fresh towels etc. There was air conditioning included which was a blessing in the summer heat. The hotel grounds are well maintained and it felt like a large complex despite only having about to rooms. Breakfast was a huge buffet with something for everyone: fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries, toast and hot food with fresh eggs and pancakes made to our request. We could then choose between lunch or evening meal which was 3 courses, picked from a menu and made to order. We were able to eat wherever we wanted: the restaurant, sunbeds by the pool or staff would even deliver to our room. The food was exceptional including plenty of choice. Drinks (except at breakfast) were an additional cost. This could add a fair amount to your holiday as there are no local shops to purchase from. The hotel provided a small bottle of water per person per night which was a nice gesture. There is a large non-heated pool with a smaller heated pool attached. The sunbeds there are like large mattresses and very comfy. Staff were always on hand to provide towels and set up umbrellas. There is also a separate, small adult pool which is heated and very pleasant. There is no on site entertainment which was fine for us. We made use of the gym, tennis court and games room which had table tennis and a pool table. We used the shuttle bus into Marrakech several times. It ran several times per day between about 9am and 11pm. It was very reliable: you just need to book onto it a couple of hours before. The drive into Marrakech is approx 20 mins. We did not use the spa facilities but spoke to other guests who had, and had enjoyed their treatments. Overall we had a very relaxing holiday where nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We have no hesitation in recommending the hotel.

After reading many reviews before booking I was certain this is the hotel for us.. and I was not disappointed. From the moment we walked into reception, everything was so personal. We were here (and still am whilst writing this review) celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, all the staff went beyond to make this so special. From the room being beautifully decorated to the restaurant staff making our table special for our day. All the staff in the restaurant and bar are all so attentive, and the service from all of you is 💯. Couldn’t fault any of the staff here at all. The management team should be proud of you all. The pool guys all 3 of you, wow you went beyond, not only for us but for everyone around the pool, you made me smile when a young mum and baby had fallen asleep on their bed but you made sure whilst they were sleeping that all the time they were in the shade moving their umbrella, I’m sure they never even realised this. If you stay at this hotel you will be treated individually and so personally and you won’t regret it. All the food we had was beautifully presented and tastes so good. If you are looking for a very relaxing and quiet break away you won’t be disappointed. Oh and I cannot finish this review without mentioning the spa.. go for a Hamman scrub what an experience! And the massage came out of their feeling so chilled. The gym was good everything you need for a workout. Sitting here after writing this review to check dates for when we can return.

There is everything to like about this hotel. The style, the food, the cleanliness and the staff. From check in until departure you are cared for discreetly and perfectly. It is an oasis of peace just outside the bustling city of Marrakesh. We booked a suite with private garden leading to the pool. The decor was lovely with everything you’d expect: espresso machine, fridge mini bar (payable), robes, toiletries etc and with nice touches of daily biscuits and bottles of water. Breakfast was a good selection and eggs to order. Dinner has good selection of Moroccan and international dishes. The bar is stylish with a good cocktail list. The pool area is expertly kept by staff who if you tip then will look after you expertly, whatever your preference for sun/shade. There is a good free shuttle service into the city and we also booked a private guide through the hotel (although we felt the guide didn’t give much information on the city, it was more a guided shopping trip to locations where he gained commission. On the plus side, every market trader knew him and we had zero hassle from any stall holder). The spa in the hotel is a must. Visited twice: one for a facial then another day for Haman then massage. Absolutely excellent. The staff throughout the hotel are first class and we thank them all for making our holiday so relaxing. Well done to the owner for creating a chic yet charming hotel.

What can I say about this hotel other than ….. outstanding!!!. From the moment we arrived for our 14 night stay, the staff were excellent and so professional. This is without a doubt the best hotel for hospitality. The hotel is 10/10 for service, facilities, location, staff, cleanliness. Our suite was perfect with stunning views of the gardens and pools. There is a designated adult pool, for quieter days when you may want to read. The pool attendants are again 10/10 they are so helpful and friendly they meet any needs regarding to comfort around the pool. The staff in the restaurant and bar made our holiday, this whole team are the absolute best at what they do, so kind and welcoming everyday … breakfast plenty of choice both hot and cold options. Great offer for lunch and dinner and the bar staff make the best , cocktails, alcoholic and alcohol free. Don’t visit without a visit to the spa, the treatments are incredible. To get around Marrakesh , The hotel offers free shuttles into the medina numerous times per day which made commuting effortless. Taxis can be booked at reception for other activities, making this a real stress free holiday. I usually never return to the same hotel but….. on this occasion I’m sad to be leaving and I will definitely return. 10/10 excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just arrived home from the most wonderful 5 night stay. Couldnt recommend this hotel enough- absolutely every tiny thing is taken care of so you can simply relax. The room was incredible- a huge suite with plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out. Ideal for a family. The food was incredible- they will happily serve you lunch in the restaurant or on your daybed by the pool. Absolutely nothing is too much for the staff there- from the lovely gardener who saved our favourite sunbed every morning for us because he knew we needed to be next fo the shallow pool to the men in the restaurant who happily catered to all our kids whims to the ease of organising transport whenever we needed it! I was worried the hotel would be too relaxing and grown up for our two young boys aged 5 and 8 but we were made to feel so welcome. We will definitely be back

Dont hesitate to book this resort. It's peaceful, quiet, and very relaxing. We went with our adult children. This is not a place where you party at the pool and is more adults only. this is not a resort for kids. Great to relax in peace after a chaotic couple days in the Medina. Rooms are very nice, beds are great. Food on resort is delicious and breakfast has a lot of choices. you can order from any menu for room service. If I had to critique something I would say it would be nice to have more shuttle times. The shuttle is great and it's free but has to be rebooked which can be tricky to plan ahead. The return has a slot at 6:45 and 10, so you either need to go for a short time or too long. We opted to book a separate taxi for 220 DH and went at our own pace. I would 100% return and will stay longer next time.

A wonderful hotel. Everything was exceptional. I don’t know how but they have managed to get all the best people working in the one place. The food was also wonderful so all in all we couldn’t have had a better base to explore this amazing city and country. Nothing is too much for the staff here to organise for you. 100% recommend

I don’t usually write reviews but this merits one. We had a great stay at this beautiful and well tended hotel. Staff were incredibly courteous and attentive. Out of the way of the hustle and noise of Marrakesh which was needed at times. Reception organised all our excursions and dinners. So glad we picked this hotel for our stay.

All has been said in other reviews. Not those written by AI either. Ditch the tranquil, oasis nonsense. This place is very nice. I think it’s the Moroccan way that it’s not quite polished like say the Middle East. It’s done out very nice and the food and drink are very good. The service is super friendly but that doesn’t make it exceptional. No-one asks if you want a drink or another drink - you go to the bar and ask and then it’s brought to you. Which I found a tad frustrating. The location is fine and my only regret this time of year is that the large pool is not heated. We would have liked that as the smaller pool is always full, I just didn’t know we would miss it. The hotel clearly point this out so my fault. We’ve had a lovely week here and enjoyed the table tennis, premier league footy, free shuttle bus, hot air balloon, beer, Prosecco, all food, shower, pool area, local wine, gardens and warm welcome from all levels of management to the owners. Thanks to all at Sirayane!

Such a lovely hotel, the staff are all so friendly & really attentive! The best thing about this is you choose which free shuttle to get into the Medina everyday - and they come & pick you up! It made our exploring soo much easier as they were incredibly reliable and prompt!

Good hotel and lovely staff. Nice and quiet location. Fabulous breakfast buffet with lots of choice. A few maintenance issues means not a perfect stay such as broken parasols around the pool, sliding balcony door very difficult to open, steps into adult pool far too deep and difficult to to get in and out of. Booked a garden room and was allocated a room on 1st floor. However the stay was enjoyable due to friendly staff

Just wow! The staff were amazing! We brought our 11 month old baby daughter with us and the staff were amazing with her! They would go out of their way to say hi, make our daughter smile and help with her dietary requirements. I’ve never been to a place before where the owner would introduce himself and come over most evenings to check everything was ok and if we needed anything. One day we were waiting for our excursion to arrive and he stopped and offered us a lift in his own car. I can’t recommend this place enough. I don’t tend to write many reviews, however this is worthy! Everything was spotless, rooms were spacious and clean. There were 3 swimming pools, tennis court, gym, games room and spa. The hotel had everything you needed. The hotel is situated just outside the centre and the hotel offer a free shuttle service to the centre. If we were to come back to Marrakech, we would be staying here again!

As promised here is my review of the excellent Sirayane Hotel. It's a delightful oasis of calm away from the frenetic centre of Marrakesh. That said it's well worth taking advantage of the complimentary bus shuttle into town and visiting, for example, the magnificent architecture of the Palais Bahia. The service is impeccable particularly in the restaurant and bar and the staff unerringly polite, kind and fun. The rooms are spotless, the large beds are comfy, the (smaller) pool heated, the spa treatments spot on (and not overpriced) and the food delicious. Warm weather in February? Look no further.

Our stay at Sirayane Hotel in Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. The hotel itself is a stunning retreat, offering a perfect balance of Moroccan charm and modern luxury. The beautifully designed rooms, serene pool area, and lush gardens created an atmosphere of pure tranquility. The spa was a highlight, providing indulgent treatments in an elegant and peaceful setting, while the on-site restaurant served delicious cuisine that exceeded our expectations (with a slightly steep price point). The staff at Sirayane Hotel went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was flawless. Their attentiveness and friendly nature made us feel truly valued as guests. There was a mix-up regarding the payment for the spa, but Aimed resolved the issue swiftly and with great professionalism. We also experienced a wait for our meal one evening, for which I have offered feedback. These were small moments in an otherwise excellent stay, and we left with nothing but fond memories. If you’re looking for a luxurious and peaceful escape in Marrakech, Sirayane Hotel is an outstanding choice.

This is one of those hotels that makes you sigh when you arrive from the hot airport. It’s not in a glamorous spot, down a dusty track in the middle of a building site currently, but you forget about that when the big wooden gates open and you arrive to the imposing doors and equally huge welcome from the staff. The hotel is just right in so many respects and with just a little additional care and attention could be absolutely perfect. We stayed in a suite with a private pool. The garden got the sun most of the day and the pool was small but perfect for us. And the fact that’s it’s heated was a huge treat. The bed was comfy. The sofa beds also large and comfortable. Great bathroom but the only gripe was no hand basin in the loo so when the bathroom was occupied by teenagers (and it frequently was) I couldn’t wash my hands. Breakfast was of good quality but just a bit messy. The buffet display often was lacking and dishes not replenished or tidied up. We had one evening meal here and I’m sorry to say it wasn’t great for a vegetarian. Then food is great in Marrakesh but the food didn’t live up to sirayanes standards elsewhere. Sirayane is 25 minutes in a car to the Medina and they do run a shuttle. We aren’t good with fixed times so we used a private transfer. Reliable and very reasonable cost My other small gripe was little or no concierge service. Every Riad I’ve stayed in will get you into great restaurants often when they’re full to book online. I’ve found so many great places on the recommendation of Riad owners over the years and often they’ll arrange for someone to walk out and meet you as it is easy to get lost. Sirayane didn’t help us with one table reservation. They even told me Dar Dar was totally full and I managed to get a reservation quite easily there on the Friday night myself. I think Sirayane could really up their game with a good concierge service that gets you into great places in the Medina. I had good restaurant tips before I went as I’ve been many times before but if it’s your first visit to Marrakech do your restaurant research in advance as the really good places do book up early.

I try and leave honest reviews whenever we travel. On occasions these have not been positive but I’ve always been fair. I genuinely do these when I’m back but this is a very rare occasion, as I’m still at the property. I booked direct with the property and not via one of the usual sites such as Expedia, hotels.com or trivago as the prices and options were better. I also elected to book a full board package as we have been to Marrakesh twice before and just wanted a few days (4) of winter sun, so it suited us to be quite lazy. I upgraded my room two weeks before from a mini suite to a suite with pool as I wanted to treat my wife and I for a special anniversary. I also booked all my spa treatments in advance to ensure we got what we wanted. We arranged for the hotel to pick us up from Marrakesh Airport. The driver was there as planned and the cost was only €20 one way. The property is to the south west of the city which is an area which is being developed into a new ‘luxury quarter’. In a few years time it will be stunning but at the moment there is a lot of construction work on route. Please don’t panic, as when you get through the front gate you are in your very own oasis. There is some construction work nearby so you will hear a small amount but it’s not an issue and won’t wake you up put you off relaxation. Our room (suite with own pool) is/was stunning. To my amazement there were swans made out of towels and rose petals when we arrived. Such a nice touch. The rooms are enormous and the bathrooms have showers big enough to get a rugby team in as well as a separate bath. The pool is a lovely edition and we tended to go and chill out around it in the afternoon as the main pool is gorgeous. I’ve visited the spa every day so far. Treatments are the best value I’ve ever experienced. It’s wonderful. Try the Hamman; you will Never feel cleaner. The F and B is simply world class. We’ve stayed in the Four Seasons and Fairmont previously and this hotel is incredible. Anas, the F and B manager and hotel assistant manager creates seem less Service with passion for his food and the head chef deserves an accolade of the highest order. The food on the FB is extensive and will cater for all ages and palates. Try the tagines! In fact all of the Moroccan food is amazing. Advil Chantal is the hotel manager. You can see he is ‘on it.’ Always making sure everyone is doing their job but a really nice chap. We have already decided this will be our regular February destination. Weather is generally good, flights are easy and people are lovely. Staff, too many to mention but Zidane (Barca supporter and not Real Madrid) is a charming guy, the guys behind the bar the evening should have their own comedy show. We absolutely love this property. I hope you like the photos.

We recently stayed at Sirayane to celebrate a birthday and anniversary, and it was exceptional. Located just outside the city, Sirayane offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to Marrakesh’s vibrant medina. The hotel provides reliable transport, making exploration seamless. It’s the perfect balance of quiet luxury and accessibility. The hotel is immaculate. Every corner, from the rooms to the shared spaces, is spotless. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, offering a true sense of relaxation. The on-site spa was a highlight. We experienced a traditional hammam followed by a relaxing massage, and both were exceptional. The spa’s serene atmosphere and skilled staff made it a truly rejuvenating experience. The staff’s service and warmth made our stay extra special. Friendly, professional, and attentive, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. From arranging transport to helping us celebrate, their hospitality was outstanding. The dining experience was fantastic. Meals were fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a mix of Moroccan and international dishes. Dining by the pool or in the elegant restaurant setting added to the charm. The hotel organised excursions seamlessly, including trips to the Atlas Mountains and quad biking in the Sahara desert. Everything was well-planned, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience without hassle. Our stay at Sirayane was perfect. We cannot wait to return!

The hotel was nice but it was under renovation and there was dirt and construction workers everywhere. It's 20-25 mins from the city center, the map showed a completely wrong location on the map because the address is the name of a long highway and it showed it 3x closer to the center than it really was. Bad sound isolation, our neighbors were constantly playing loud music that you could clearly hear through the walls. They put a cover over our private pool every night and the lights around the pool did not work at all so we could not use the pool area at night. In general I would say the experience was disappointing given the price of the room. The bed consisted of two beds shoved together so my partner was constantly falling into the hole between the beds and we tried moving the nightstands to fix it but that didn't help. Positives are that the room was very large, that's about it.

Sirayane Boutique Hotel is an amazing hotel. I will definitely recommend it . The staff are ready to help as much as possible. It is a cosy hotel that feels like home away from home. The location is perfect and they have free shuttle to take guests into town. Also they can arrange pick up service from the airport at a reasonable cost. The restaurant have good food at affordable prices. I can't fault the hotel in any way. If ever am back to Marrakech, It will definitely be my choice. It met all my needs as a first timer in Marrakech. its simply the best romantic getaway for the discerning couple. good value for money.

Excellent property as such - outside of the hustle and bustle that is Marrakech. The front desk was helpful for most part (bar one occasion when they made a serious error). The rooms were clean, the design was good. What they seriously lacked was quality of the materials in the bathroom and ridiculously for 2 nights we had major issues with the shower. Once where we actually had the water stop on us through the shower head (which led us to use the wash basin to clean) and the second time when the water would just not stop. The plumber was absolutely incompetent and the ability of the management to provide service extremely poor. Really APPALLED! Other that that, the breakfast and the dinner we had in the hotel were both wonderful. Would we recommend? with EXTREME CAUTION... would we return to this property after the bathroom fiasco? Well, perhaps if the management had taken care of our problem??????

My wife found the Sirayane and after my stay, I believe she made an optimal decision. The hotel is well staffed by highly professional and capable staff members, is efficient in its operations, and offered us help when Air France misplaced our luggage for several days. The food each morning (we had brunch service) was delicious and memorable. Moreover, the property itself blends traditional Berber architecture with modern design elements from some wonderful architects. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel provided all the amenities that we expected / desired. The one challenge is the lack of proximity to the core Marrakech city center - the hotel provides convenient shuttles or can coordinate a private taxi (as we did a few times) so it does mitigate some of the challenge. That said, the property itself deserves some "soaking in" and I wish we had spent more time simply relaxing on the property. One final point is that the owner and founder, Mahdi, is a very friendly individual, personally introduced himself, and ensured that our stay was memorable. That is the type of service and character that I appreciate in a hotel and thus, I look forward to my next stay when visiting Marrakech.

This was advertised as Five star hotel but it lacked the amenities and attention to detail to make it that. It was far from the Medina and aside from swimming there was not much to do. Getting to the Medina required reserving a van at least two hours in advance. The decor was dark and gloomy, the rugs and sofas were all stained. A sanctuary amidst the chaos of Marrakesh! A beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and well thought out rooms. The whole hotel has a great feeling of calm about it - there is low key acoustic music playing and aroma diffusers everywhere - feel like a spa in all areas of the hotel. Rooms are serviced everyday and you are given bottled water each night for 'free'. The restaurant and bar are open until 11pm and offer a good varying of food and drink. They are not cheap - but not unreasonable given the quality of the food & service. If you are looking for a relaxing break I would fully recommend.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The service from each was above and beyond what they needed to do for us. However for a five star hotel there were a few things lacking in terms of facilities. The bathroom did not have a door this a very strange set up. Also the main pool was not heated which was unfortunate as my young daughter can swim but the large pool was deep and as there was no life guard I was worried about letting her use the deeper pool. If these few things were corrected then the hotel would be one of the best I have stayed at. Thank you to the staff as they were incredibly welcoming.

We have just had a great week at Sirayane Boutique Hotel and Spa. The suite was amazing, the staff brilliant and the hotel overal, fabulous. A little gem we will certainly be returning to.

This property gives you relaxation of being out of the city, but close enough to access it easily. The staff are amazing, very helpful and pleasant. The owner of the property is on site and in touch with guests and staff. I would recommend the Sirayane if you are traveling to Marrakech

Although being in the middle of nowehere (meaning there's nothing within walking distance), the Sirayane has super friendly staff, great food and accommodations. The bed was so comfortable that we overslept and unfortunately missed breakfast. There are free shuttles to/from the Medina but at specific times. A private taxi will cost you MAD220 each way, so it's better to plan ahead and stick to your schedule. The friendly owner came to greet us at our table during dinner and ask about our experience. Restaurant staff is well trained in wine service and can speak French and English fluently. If you're looking for a quiet high quality hotel with an excellent pool this is the place in Marrakech.

We went to Marrakesh for a wedding and was recommended the hotel and it didn’t disappoint from beginning to end. We had a suite with private pool which was lovely only wish we had more time there to use it. The staff couldn’t do anymore for you. The owner was also around and always made an effort to say hello and chat with guests. There isn’t much around the hotel but they offer a shuttle bus to main square and if you want a quiet retreat it would be perfect. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Myself and My Hsuband came here for our Honeymoon at the beginning of November 2017. Although we were not overly bothered about visiting Morocco as a country, we were extremely excited about getting the chance to stay in the Sirayane Boutique Hotel because of the suites it had to offer. We stayed in a Junior suite, with private heated pool and garden for a total of 8 days and had a wonderful time. Other then the. Hotel being completely luxury there were a number of aspects that made our trip even more special. We arrived at the Sirayane on a Wednesday afternoon to be greeted by their reception staff with an offering of traditional Moroccan tea and homemade biscuits. We were checked in by a colleague called Youseff who was wonderful, not only at check in but all throughout the holiday. He was personal, friendly, helpful and just so cheerful, it made me smile every time I saw him and he showed a genuine interest in us on every occasion. Also during check in, we was greeted by the owner of the Sirayane and welcomed to his hotel. I found this a very nice and professional touch to our stay. Throughout the whole holiday, the staff were nothing less then polite, courteous and literally couldn’t do enough for you. from the breakfast staff, all the way through to the dinner staff and what I loved was how personal the stay was, the staff would remember your face, your room number, your favourite table, and much more. We had a great stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very peaceful setting in lovely gardens. Quite remote with nothing within walking distance but only 15 mins by the free minibus to the city and this service was very prompt and reliable. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. We had a junior suite with its own pool which we enjoyed. The room was comfortable and reasonably spacious but décor was a bit tired and there were a few imperfections. Found a dying cockroach on our floor ( but otherwise room was very clean) and the mirror was cracked and should really have been replaced. There were tea and coffee making facilities and each day we had fresh local biscuits. Also a fruit bowl and large bottle of water were there on arrival. Small bottles of water were provided each evening during the turn down service. Rose petals scattered in our bathroom on arrival were a nice touch too. Good buffet breakfast . We only ate in the restaurant on one of our 3 nights but the dinner was very good. We did not book airport transfers or trips with the hotel. we booked these with Expedia before leaving UK. The Hot Air balloon flight was well worth the 5.10 am pick uptime. Very enjoyable and well organised. We did not use the spa during our stay but certainly would have done had we stayed longer. Altogether a lovely break in a oasis of calm.

A real gem of a place with beautiful grounds, very comfortable rooms and excellent, attentive staff. The Shuttle service is very good and needed, as the hotel is fairly isolated; although its not far from either the Medina or the Airport. Depends on your preference, but it was perfect for us to be slightly outside the city.

The hotel is incredibly well looked after, the staff were always first class and attentive. The most appealing part was how peaceful the whole experience was; since it's a boutique hotel with only a handful of rooms, you were always given undivided attention by the staff and always had a seat by the pool. We booked quad biking and camel riding with the staff at reception which was reasonably priced and turned out to be an exceptionally fun day. I could not recommend this hotel enough

We had an excellent experience and a truely relaxing holiday. Upon arrival we were given a suite upgrade giving us our own private garden looking out onto the pool. The hotel staff were friendly and approachable and nothing was to much hassle. We ate in the restaurant a number of evenings and the food was always delicious with and excellent standard of service. I would certainly recommend to friends.

This was our first time to Marrakech. People told us to find a quiet place because the market is loud and full of life. The Sirayane was perfect. Close to the market and yet quiet and exquisite. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they are friendly and very accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel.

When we visited Marrakech, we were looking to explore the buzzing souks and markets of the square, but also be able to escape from all of that and chill by a pool. The hotel ran free shuttles into the centre of Marrakech which made it all so easy when staying a little further out from town. The only thing I can think of that would have been useful would have been a map but reception didn't seem to have any. No biggie though as we found our way round pretty easily. Overall, would definitely recommend to those looking for that city / poolside balance.

We stayed there as a couple as the last leg of our Moroccan holiday and boy was that a good idea! The staff, facilities and food were ALL fantastic! The cherry on the top was the spa - which you just need to book when you go!

Immediate thoughts were excellent as was made to feel very welcome and the man on reception even rang through confirmation for my organised next day trip. However, nobody informed me that the pick up time had changed from 5am to 5.30am. Okay it was only half an hour but nobody offered an explanation or apology of any kind. The room was lovely with a private terrace and UK tv with all channels. However, it did take me about 3 hours to watch a film one night due to the signal keep failing! The nice little touches were the lovely shower products, the coffee making facilities and the delivery of bottled water each day. I quickly learned that the place catered mainly for couples - even the sun loungers are double! My last day's plan was to have a lazy one at the pool but when I got there not many of the free loungers were made up and nobody came to bring towels so I saw an 'empty' lounger (which had a towel on it but noticed it had been empty all morning) and got comfortable. 10 minutes later I was told to move by the pool attendant as somebody had 'reserved' the lounger by placing a magazine on it. The lounger in question was not used at all until after 3pm when somebody claimed it. I spent the whole day on my terrace. I was not impressed so reported it to reception and was told he would sort it out. Again I heard nothng back. Great place for couples - not so good if travelling alone.

We stayed for a long weekend, four nights. Great staff, friendly, welcoming and always very attentive. Hotel facilities and room with a pool all excellent. Restaurant menu was fine for breakfast and lunch but perhaps a little limited for dinner. Hotel location is 15 mins from airport and centre of town within walled compound, not much local but convenient shuttle. Great for a few days relaxing by the pool.

We were a young couple with no children. Spent four nights in a generously sized double room in the main hotel. Breakfasts were good. Coffee not up to scratch is our only real (and very minor) complaint. Lunch and dinner exceptionally good. Better than anywhere we ate in town - and about half the price. Staff are delightful - the highlight - genuinely cared about our experience. Spa very good and fairly priced. An excellent massage for me and my wife. Rooms clean. Pool great. Few too many Brits but they were all well behaved and also plenty of other nationalities to make it feel less package. A very good 4 star experience on a package holiday price. The hotel is 15 mins out of town but this was never a problem. In fact for newbies to Marrakech being 15 mins out of town was an advantage because easier to relax and a nice contrast to the craziness of the medina. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

Overall not to bad but could do with some more facilities , 'spa' is extra and you have to pay for it which is abit dissapointing . Wifi was poor in the rooms outside. Heated pool was not really warm. Free shuttle timings could be better , you end up getting taxi's anyway.

Possibly the most relaxing hotel we have ever stayed at. After many trips to Marrakech this is by far the best place we have stayed at. A peaceful haven away from the chaos of the medina. The spa treatments were superb; staff really friendly and the setting stunning. Highly recommend the junior suite with its own private pool and garden. Total decadence and escapism. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful boutique hotel with a nice pool, clean rooms and a great breakfast with fresh omelettes made to order. The pool had sufficient beds to accommodate for all guests and a pool butler was immediately at your service to place towels and a umbrella for shade if required. The mini suite was nice, it gave easy access to pool but the garden wasn't really used. The hotel location is pretty much the middle of nowhere, I used the free shuttle service to get to the Medina and plan my day from there. Taxi's that the hotel arranged seemed expensive. A very relaxing place, perfect for a getaway for a couple.

Ok so stayed here and thought wow this is nice but there were several things that did not match up to a 5 star hotel. Positives: Nice staff and amazing spa treatments. The best treatments I have ever had! If you want a quiet hotel then this is where you need to be. A little too quiet for me tho. Good shuttle service into town and breakfast was ok. They brought you two small bottles of water every night. Negatives: Rooms need a little upgrading and the fridge was not very cold. Hotel decided to dig up our garden whilst we were there and caused a burst pipe, therefore we couldn't sit in the garden. Cocktails quite expensive and no air con in the restaurant and bar. They put a 10% service charge on everything you order at the hotel and be expected to pay a hefty tax bill when you leave as they don't tell you when you arrive. Hotel a little far from old/new town. shuttle bus was expensive to the airport and it is hard to prevent paying as you are in the middle of nowhere. Reception staff are a little cold and need to work on their customer service skills. Overall it was a nice experience but this is not a 5 star hotel so expect a little less. If I stayed again I would stay in a hotel closer to town as everything is happening there.
