We had a room on the groundfloor with access to the picturesque patio. It was very quiet. There is a large beautiful terrace, a quite big plunge pool in another patio. All very beautiful. Service is great, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location of the Riad outside the medina is actually an advantage as the area is not as loud and crowded. We will definitely be back.

Sinon RAS 💕

This hotel is really decorated beautifully but was not my favorite riad we stayed at as some of the staff was not that helpful/welcoming. However, there were a few members who were far more helpful, really depended on who you dealt with. I also thought the area around the riad was a bit more dodgy than other areas we stayed in. If I were a female traveling alone I would recommend other areas. The rooms were nice and had air con which was nice. The breakfast was also great!

3 stars at best. We just stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel left a lot to be desired. First off the WiFi connectivity is absolutely horrible unless you are standing by reception. We basically had no internet in our room and none in the roof top lounge area. Our room was right by the common area so it was very loud at night and in the morning. The doors are a joke and offer no privacy and sound proofing same goes with the windows. The location is good if you want to be in the old town and it's about a 20 minute walk to get to the new area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Note that you have to pay a local tax for each room night stay per person.

We had an amazing last night in Morocco here. Although hard to find, we were so happy with our stay! Abu was incredible at check in, giving us a tour and ensuring we were happy and comfortable. Breakfast was good compared to our other hotels - but sitting by the pool while we ate made it amazing.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my mom in the junior suite, it’s a lovely establishment. First and foremost, the front desk host for the evening/night/early morning is amazing! He checked us in and got all of our requests taken care of in a very timely manner and is always happy to help. For our early morning departure on the last day, he served us breakfast with very fast service, organized a taxi for a very reasonable price and moved all of our luggage to the taxi stan!! For this, I am giving a 5 Star for service! the day shift staff are ok. Medina is very chaotic but this part of the Medina is nice and quiet, other parts I say avoid staying. All the hustle and bustle does get too much! I think my experience here was good but not spetacular. The pool is great for cooling off. Value for money is good. We had a living room downstairs (no ac, so it can get hot), Private Stairs to bedroom (yes ac, but it’s hard to find a perfect temperature, directly over the bed so if you leave it on it’s too cold with the thin layer of cover, if you turn it off it’s too hot in summer) and bathroom and Terrace entry. There’s restoration, construction going on for some part of the roads that you have to pass by, it’s all muddy and dirty. (But that’s almost everywhere) Breakfast is nice and I’ll say give this a go if you want to experience a nice Medina riad experience.

The service was amazing. Any possible need we had they were more than willing to accommodate. The room was wonderful and the beautiful 17th century property was like taking a step into the history books. The only thing that could make it better is parking instructions.

Very nice Riad in the old Médina. Friendly staff and clean nice Riad. Only thing is their recommendations are all for very pricey options, tours, resto’s etc. Best to just book tours and restos on your own.

Initially we were given a room on the ground floor, and after requesting a change of rooms the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and gracious as they moved us to a lovely room on the first floor. The night manager was so kind in recommending, accompanying and collecting us from our restaurant on two evenings and everyone was absolutely charming and friendly. The hotel has authentic and charming courtyards, although some greenery on the roof terrace would be nice.

The Riad is in a secluded part of the old town which gives a welcome break from the hustle of the surrounding area. Amazing food in Marrakech with plenty to see but you will be harassed.

The contrast between exterior and interior is stark: a dark, low approach and a soaring, light interior. The staff is nice and able to arrange transportation transfers. The food service is surprisingly good, thus sparing me the hassle to negotiating the intimidating neighborhood by myself at night to seek dinner. My room was an interesting enclosed area next to one of the beautiful courtyards, comfortable bed, nice hot shower, good wifi. There were only slivers of windows, and the only way to really get light was to leave the massive, wooden doors open, with just a white curtain partition to the public space. Unfortunately for me, it is winter now and quite cold, so I could not really enjoy the courtyards or rooftop. The location is about 30 minute walk to the main square (not that pleasant for a solo tourist due to aggressive locals).

The staff at this wonderful riad can not do enough to ensure that your stay is comfortable. Their attention to detail and hospitality is evident from the moment you enter the beautiful surroundings. Breakfast in the lovely pool area is plentiful and delicious. The room is serene. Beds are comfortable. Anything you need to fulfill your sightseeing goals of the area can be provided. I hated to leave and would love to return.

Tucked away in the Northern medina this raid deserves to be sought out. Tranquil and understated, the staff are attentive without being intrusive. We stayed in and ordered from the menu on the first night - delicious and authentic! Directions to various sights, bars and restruants and recommendations all excellent. We also had an in house hamman which at the end of a hot day in the souks was a great way to unwind and recharge. 10/10

We ordered this Riad because it had a pool to relax in. Suprisingly we never got the chance to swim in the pool. The manager explained that there where a double booking because of hotel.com poorly booking system and that there where no vacant rooms. They of course offered us a room in another Riad that was of lower standard. Felt like a scam and we will never choose to live in any of Marrakech-Riads hotels.

This Riad was beautiful. The rooms were lovely and clean and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The breakfast that was included was delicious! It would be hard to find if we didn't have a driver pick up at the airport but once we figured out where it was we were good to go! I would definitely return should we visit Marrakesh again.

Super place to stay - classic building set around courtyards and pool. Great roof terrace. The place was absolutely spotless but the best aspect was the staff. They were helpful and polite. Everything was possible and nothing too much trouble. A 15 minute stroll to the main square once we had worked out how to get around - definitely advise you to get the hotel to send a car to meet you at the airport on arrival.

This hotel is located in the middle of the medina. A taxi will take you to a gate of the medina where you will find a boy/man ready to show you how to get to the hotel as the medina is laberinth and there is no possible way you can get there with a map. I guess you can contact the hotel ahead of time or from the airport/train station and asked them to met you at the taxi drop off point. The hotel is a beautiful house adapted as a hotel. Decorated with lamps, launch chairs. Has a small swiming pool more for cooling down than to swim. The staff was cordious and help ful. Our room was small but adequate.

We ventured to Marrakech for long weekend in October and our stay at the Riad Al Jazira made a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the souks and the Djeema El Fina. The staff were all pleasant and we were well looked after by Harrid. Breakfast was complimentary and I well recommend filling up on the pancakes, bread and jams, house-made yogurt, eggs and fresh OJ whilst sat on the roof terrace before heading out to shop in the Souks. Booking a car transfer via the hotel is highly recommended - it worked out around 150dirhams each way (£10ish) and you are met at the drop off point near to the Riad (as far as the car can go) by staff from the Riad who will guide you through the maze to the Riad. Trust me, it will save you all the hassle of trying to do it yourself. Our room was small but perfect as all we wanted was a base, the hotel provided towels and a hairdryer and the room came with a safe. The room was cleaned daily and had AC!

This was the nicest Riad we stayed in on our vacation. It was very well lite and airy, and quite. We had a delightful breakfast every day. The room was beautiful and clean with crisp white linens and a puffy comforter. The only draw back was that it was difficult to find. Every taxi driver had a difficult time locating it.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was an oasis of luxurious calm, a real surprise and a contrast to the busy alleyways outside. The alleyway to the Riad was very narrow and low which was a little disconcerting at first (as I was travelling just with my 11 year old daughter and worried about safety at night) but you soon get used to the location). We did actually get hassled outside the riad one night, by a young boy, for not tipping enough...(I only had about 3 Euros worth of local currency in my pocket). He had volunteered to show us the way back from where a taxi had dropped us close by but as with all the streets of the area it is difficult to navigate if you are new to the city. Breakfasts were wonderful beside the tranquil pool. The massage and gommage offered at the hotel were a treat too.

This Riad is an oasis in Marrakech's medina. The rooms are phenomenal, no two are alike yet all are new, beautiful, spacious, and stylish while being undoubtedly Moroccan. The courtyards and rooftop are gorgeous, the food (breakfasts and one dinner), taken in any of the courtyards or on the roof, was delicious, and the staff was extremely gracious and helpful (can't stress that enough). The only drawback is it's difficult to find the first time so coordinate a pickup with the riad so they can show you the way (we spent 45 mins trying to find the place trekking through the medina). Aside from that, it's in the north end of the medina so be prepared to walk about 20 mins through the medina to get to the main square, if you don't get sidetracked in the souks --- but that's what visiting the medina is all about. Overall, phenomenal value for the money and highly recommend it (but away from the ice if you catch my drift). There were seven of us in our group, we rented three rooms, and we all came away extremely satisfied -- it's still hard to envision a place like this in the middle of the medina.
