Fantastisk velkomst efter en lang dag. Smukke værelser og fantastisk smuk ejendom. Personalet er ligesom det marrokanske folk meget venlige og gæstfrie. Morgenmaden var god og frisklavet og smagte skønt. Vi rejste med vores to store børn og havde to suiter lige overfor hinanden. Det fungerede virkelig godt. Hotellet kan i høj grad anbefales.

Our stay at Dar Rhizlane was nothing short of magical and was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. A special shout-out to Abdul Samad, who truly made our stay unforgettable. Every interaction with him was warm, thoughtful, and genuine. He has a rare gift for making guests feel incredibly welcome, and his kindness left a lasting impression on us. We stayed in the Serail suite, and it was absolutely spectacular. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with ornate Moroccan details that made it feel luxurious yet authentic. I was especially touched by the beautiful floral decorations the team arranged for my birthday—it was such a thoughtful surprise. The property itself is stunning. From the fragrant orange trees surrounding the pool to the lush palms swaying overhead, every corner feels like a peaceful oasis tucked away from the bustle of Marrakech. Both breakfast and dinner by the pool were highlights of our stay. The setting was beautiful, the atmosphere was serene, and every meal felt like a special occasion. The suite's large bathroom and oversized shower made it a wonderful place to unwind after long days of exploring. We also loved relaxing on our private balcony, taking in views of the terracotta buildings, vibrant bougainvillea, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Another thing we appreciated was the location. Dar Rhizlane is within comfortable walking distance of many of the wonderful restaurants, cafés, and banks in the Hivernage neighborhood, making it easy to enjoy a quieter, more upscale side of Marrakech while still being a short taxi ride from the Medina. Dar Rhizlane perfectly blends exceptional hospitality with timeless Moroccan elegance. Between the beautiful surroundings, outstanding service, thoughtful personal touches, and an ideal location, it became one of the most memorable stays of our trip. We would return in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay, the hotel is beautifully designed, is very clean, and has a nice pool. The staff is friendly and attended to our every need. The breakfast is delicious and very generous. I will definitely come back here.

L’accueil, le parfum de l’entrée, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de la réception et des employés en général, la présence des dames de ménage qui changent quotidiennement les serviettes, ferment les volets, préparent les lits au petits soins, la chambre magnifique, la piscine et le décor vraiment au top, les lis piscine toujours au carré et remis en place en un temps record, la beauté des décors en journée et le soir aussi avec les bougies.
Cons: Les prix des consommations et repas coté piscine et jardin sont trop élevés et n’incitent pas à consommer régulièrement. Les gens qui mettent un bouquin ou une fringue sur les lits piscine pour les bloquer et qui se barrent faire leur vie en attendant d’autres clients présents ne peuvent pas en profiter. L’ascenseur en panne (pas de leur faute pr le coup)

Cons: Rooms on ground floor, you can hear other guests and staff in the hallway plus guests upstairs. Given the price paid it’s not acceptable. Breakfast could be more generous. Pool gets very crowded in the afternoon with no space to use it for all the guests. If you want a peaceful stay, it’s not necessarily adapted, there was construction work in the area that you could here from the pool and breakfast area

Le cadre de l'hôtel est apaisant, accueillant et romantique, la piscine très bien entretenue, le personnel est exceptionnel (mention spéciale à Abdelsamad pour son extreme gentillesse). Indéniablement Dar Rhizlane nous a émerveillé mais nous a surtout remplit le coeur de bienveillance et de gentillesse. Vos msemen me manquent beaucoup !!

Beautiful buildings and pool in fabulous gardens. We loved the traditional morroccan style. Super comfortable bed, immaculate house keeping. Quiet location yet walking distance of the old medina and sights if you're feeling energetic (about 30 mins). Can't fault the staff either. I managed to fall over and break my phone one evening so we asked reception if they new where we could take it the day. They had it fixed and delivered to our room within 45 mins at 11pm! Now that's 5 star service.

Everything was amazing. We even checked out for a portion of our trip and got to the next hotel and cancelled and went back to this one. Mohammad is awesome, plus all of the staff takes care of you like family. Bed are comfortable. Grounds are beautiful. Food and drinks are high quality and it’s close enough to the airport and town.

Śniadania bardzo ładnie podane natomiast zbyt monotematyczne. Rozumiem że a'la carte ale brak świeżych warzyw, sałatka owocowa nie jak w kraju orientalnym a raczej jak w kontynentalnym bufecie.
Cons: Siłownia zdecydowanie nie zachęcająca do skorzystania kolejny raz. Sprzęt marnej jakości. Bardzo mało miejsca. Raczej dla maksymalnie 2 osób. Bardzo nieodpowiednia muzyka w restauracji. Klimat obiektu wręcz wymaga odpowiedniego nagłośnienia. Spodziewałbym się raczej jakiegoś orientu. To dopełniłoby magii tego miejsca.

Bellissimo ed intimo hotel sito in un rigoglioso giardino, personale professionale ed accogliente, ottimo ristorante, molto pulito e curato. 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla Medina, taxi sempre presenti fuori dall’hotel. Suite Orient bellissima e molto grande, silenziosa e molto lussuosa. Suite la Favorita più piccolina e più vicino alla strada quindi più disturbata. Le nostre suite avevano entrambe veranda vetrata e terrazza.
Cons: Nella suite la Favorita il bagno non aveva la doccia ma la vasca sprovvista di vetro quindi si bagnava molto il pavimento usandola.

Our stay at Dar Rhizlane was truly lovely. The property itself is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful oasis where it’s very easy to slow down and relax. In fact, we ended up spending much more time on the property than we initially planned, simply because the atmosphere was so calm and enjoyable. It was the perfect place to be a bit lazy by the pool and just enjoy the surroundings. The food was very good, the service overall was attentive, and the entire place has a special charm that makes you feel far away from the busy energy of the city. We would definitely return.
Cons: The spa experience also didn’t fully meet expectations. I was placed directly on the massage table without any consultation beforehand: no questions about the type of massage, preferred pressure, or areas to focus on. Instead of fully relaxing, we had to adjust things during the massage, which was not ideal. Service could be improved to meet the standards, but I won't let this influence my overall positive experience and review.

A beautiful hotel with a lovely atmosphere, tastefully decorated and surrounded by a stunning garden. Our room was fantastic and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and service-minded. We didn’t use the pool due to the weather, but we did book a massage which was wonderful. We also tried the gym – it’s small but has everything you need. One day we walked to the Medina, which took about 20–30 minutes, and another day we took a taxi for 70 dirhams, which only took 5–10 minutes. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel was the loveliest place to stay - just outside the busy hub of the medina, really beautiful interiors, caring and friendly staff, taxi rank right next door, table service breakfast, excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner, peaceful garden with a beautiful pool and a bedroom which was just divine. I simply wish we could have stayed longer!

My husband and I had an amazing time at this hotel. Muhammed the Restaurant manager and Fatima, the Reception manager went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Delicious healthy food and a beautiful, clean suite. The beds were so comfortable. Every morning was a struggle to leave it. The staff are so respectful and helpful. We are definitely coming back! 😄

Dar Rhizlane ist ein traumhaft schönes Hotel, das nicht nur mit der geschmackvollen Einrichtung, sondern vor allem durch hervorragenden Service überzeugt. Das Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, und besonders schön war es, abends den Nachtisch auf unserer privaten Terrasse zu genießen. Das Bett war ein Traum – groß, gemütlich und mit Abstand das beste auf unserer Reise. Das Frühstück wird à la carte serviert, mit der Wahl zwischen continental oder marokkanisch, und war sehr lecker. Die Sauberkeit war top.
Cons: Einziger kleiner Nachteil war die Nähe zum Flughafen: gelegentlich hört man einen Flieger, allerdings nicht aus dem Zimmer selbst, sondern nur auf der Terrasse oder am Pool. Das störte uns persönlich jedoch nicht weiter.

Such a beautiful hotel! A stunning pool set in the most beautiful garden with a bar just a few steps away, this is the perfect place for a restful break away! Every morning we had a lovely breakfast overlooking the pool. The food was great in the restaurant when we had dinner and lunch. The staff were so friendly and helpful with booking restaurants for us and making recommendations on things to do!

The hotel answers to those seeking tranquility in a traditional Moroccan ambiance. Spacious and very comfortable rooms with a very beautiful design. All amenities are provided and staff do their best to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is superb, with walking distance from restaurants, a mall and the historical center.
Cons: Moroccan bath service was not as expected, but that was the only downside of the whole stay. The rest was perfect.

The place is very beautiful, cozy and well decorated. Our Suite was clean, spacious and the huge Bed very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional ! the Chef took care of us in person and that was very much appreciated. Location is also very practical if you want to visit Marrakesh.
Cons: Once the reservation made, I wrote a note requesting some decoration of the suite, as it was my wife's Birthday. I also requested to book a massage and dinner. I didn't get any reply so I called the hotel and requested the same. The guy on the line confirmed they will do the necessary and confirmed also the dinner reservation. Once arrived, Nothing was arranged. No decoration, not a single attention and the dinner table was not booked !! Fortunately there were still tables available and we could dine in the hotel... The Hotel is very Charming but the service level, in general, could be better.

I stayed at Dar Rhizlane for four nights in the Orient suite. The property was beautiful and quiet yet located close to the medina (about a 5min drive). There was a taxi stand next to the hotel which was very convenient and the staff helped us arrange transportation whenever we needed it. I loved the location because it was away from the noise of the medina yet close enough if we wanted to go there. It was easy to get to restaurants in Gueliz and hiverage. The staff were very helpful and kind. The staff arranged a tour of the Medina with a guide who was very informative (he was a teacher of history/geography) and I learned so much. I truly loved staying here and will definitely return. We only had breakfast at the hotel but the food was exceptional! I was so sad when we had to check- out!

Die Ankündigung, es gäbe Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer, stimmt nur, wenn man wiederholt und auf verschiedenen Wegen darum bittet. Die Barpreise sind höher als in den teuersten Vierteln von Paris. Wir werden in Zukunft wieder in einer ruhigen Ecke der Medina wohnen.

We ordered breakfast to our room every morning which was such a treat. Meriem and Majda made sure our room was perfect. They were amazing housekeeping. Highly recommend this place. Le lieu est superbe, calme, décoré avec goût – parfait pour se détendre après des journées bien remplies entre visites et excursions. Le spa est top, et les repas vraiment délicieux. J’ai passé un séjour ultra reposant, exactement ce qu’il me fallait. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage à Marrakech. Je recommande à 100 % si vous cherchez un endroit cosy, soigné, et avec un vrai sens de l’accueil.

Un endroit magnifique ,bien situé,au cœur de Marrakech : un cadre verdoyant, une superbe piscine, le chant des oiseaux en toile de fond… tout invite au repos et à la détente. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et le calme est au rendez-vous, ce qui rend le séjour plus agréable.
Cons: la restauration n’est pas à la hauteur de l’établissement. La carte proposée ne correspond pas à celle affichée via le QR code dans la chambre ni sur le site, ce qui est décevant. La qualité n’est pas au niveau attendu, surtout pour cette catégorie et au vu des prix : plats trop salés, tajine poulet sans viande, goûts masqués. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et au choix,mais dommage que les crêpes et les œufs soient servis froids.

Ils vous proposent de venir vous chercher pour 30 €. Alors que les autres clients en direct sur leur site c est gratuit m’a t’on informé à la réception . Dommage.

Where to start - the staff are absolutely wonderful. We were upgraded to the white suite by the manager during our stay as there was a (very) minor issue with our original suite. The hotel itself is absolute paradise - sipping Moroccan tea and treats by the pool, watching as the small baby birds hop past, always plenty of shaded and sunny spots to sit to read. Very quiet - the best sleep I’ve had in months! The suite itself was absolutely gorgeous - when we walked in I gasped, and we’ve stayed in a lot of wonderful hotels but this was really a highlight for us. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious - so many options for breakfast and we tried them all during our stay. Lunch and dinner was truly delicious - many dishes Michelin star standard. The spa is great - we had lots of massages and the Turkish Hammam is a must try. During our stay my partner hurt his finger and Fatima cleaned and bandaged it every morning for the rest of our stay! We were also very close to the airport and the centre although you wouldn’t think it from the peace and quiet in the hotel! If you’re coming to Marrakech don’t think twice - stay at Dar Rhizlane.

Actually we liked the hotel much more in the pictures than alive. The hotel is nice but I would never rate it 5 star. Everything was fine, but not excellent. We came from Ritz Carlton, Rabat, and were not impressed.
Cons: Since there is lots of trees surounding the pool birds are pooping all over the pool beds. It is very hard to put umbrellas close to pool beds so when the sun comes you cannot stay. The room is Marrakesh style, as the hotel but it is very dark. If you are looking for anything luxurius you are in the wrong hotel.

Cons: El servicio de recepcion muy malo. La persona que nos hizo el check in nos invito a desayunar mientras arreglaba el check in para luego cobrarnoslo. Un scam en toda regla. Todo para luego tardar horas en darnos la habitacion diciendo que no estaba lista (cuando la habitacion llevaba libre desde la noche anterior). Intento vendernos excursiones de manera insistente, haciendonos sentir incomodos. Tardaron horas en subirnos las maletas, solo las subieron cuando pedi yo que me las dieran para subirlas yo misma. El Spa deja mucho que desear, yo no llamaria spa a dos camillas y una steam room...masajes extremadamnete caros. El hotel es precioso y tiene mucho potencial pero deberian entrear mejor al personal de recepcion.

The hotel had a cozy, homely and authentic feel to it, but also featured wonderful facilities for the size of the place. The pool area was very relaxing and it was a nice touch to have frequent complimentary food/tea delivered to us by the pool side. The staff were lovely and were very attentive to our needs. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast. This included a large selection of both continental and local breakfast options with the choice of either eating outside on the terrace or on our own private balcony in the room.
Cons: The only let down of the stay was the food in the restaurant. Although we didn’t try much of it, the two starters we had for lunch were very basic for the price we paid. 500 MAD for two small dishes and two cokes we thought was pricey when compared to other places we’ve been to in Morocco.

Der Großteil des Teams war ansonsten sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Cons: Leider war das Spa-Angebot enttäuschend. Für ein Spa-Hotel und den gezahlten Preis hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Ich konnte mich vom Trubel der Innenstadt nicht wirklich erholen. Beim Abendessen war der Service verbesserungswürdig – insbesondere ein Kellner wirkte eher reserviert als herzlich, was das Gesamterlebnis getrübt hat. Nachfragen zum Wohlbefinden oder weiteren Wünschen blieben aus. Leider hat mein Mann nach dem Essen im Hotel eine Lebensmittelvergiftung erlitten, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich beeinträchtigt hat.

Lieu magique j’avais réservé qu’une seule nuit car nous devions rentrer en France et nous étions si triste de partir j’ai rarement vu un endroit aussi beau et aussi dépaysant c’est un 10/10 l’accueil a été incroyable tout le personnel est d’une gentillesse si naturelle que ça fait chaud au cœur notre chambre était sublime vrai charme à la marocaine le restaurant est excellent donc vraiment n’hésitez pas et foncez dans ce havre de paix

The accommodation was a very pleasant surprise for us. The hotel is a small boutique hotel with its own charm and elegance. It seems like the best choice. The location is excellent. All important attractions are within 2-3 km. Even the airport is only 15 minutes away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a huge balcony, and the hotel staff is extremely friendly and polite. They speak excellent English and French.
Cons: It wasn't like that, we were extremely satisfied with everything.

Dar Rhizlane was probably the most beautiful hotel I have been. The attention to detail and typical Moroccan architecture of the building allowed me to have the truly Moroccan experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and we felt completely at home. The swimming pool area was absolutely beautiful and the bedroom even more! The engraving details in the bathroom of the room were astonishing!
Cons: We enjoyed every single thing of this hotel so nothing to put here.

The hotel building is an architectural gem with beautiful gardens and greenery. The pool area is incredibly pleasant even at 45 degrees temperature and the staff make sure that sun beds and towels are always fresh. The beds are comfortable and the living space, decoration and amenities in the room made it a very relaxing stay. Al fresco dinner was great with beautiful music being played and the hotel kindly gave us complimentary drinks as it was our wedding anniversary. Despite not being big, the hotel invites you to stay and spend time in. It somehow feels like you're not in the city. We would definitely come back to stay.
Cons: Though beautiful, the bathroom could do with a bit of sprucing up: new taps, working drain plugs. A newer toilet would add points to the room too. The hotel could strive to make it easier for guests to move around Marrakech without having to brave the constant bargaining and arguing with taxi drivers. Accessibility to reasonably priced transport arrangements in well maintained air-conditioned cars would make the stay more pleasant. The hotel could be a bit more accommodating to checking out guests with late flights (in providing facilities to wash and change clothes before a flight).

Beautiful authentic Dar in the Hivernage region of Marrakesh. Just a short taxi journey to Marrakesh centre or a 25 minute wander.
Cons: It was clean, food was excellent ( especially dinner at their fabulous restaurant ), the bar staff were attentive and friendly and the hotel staff and concierge could not go enough for you!

The staff is very attentive and they made sure we were received with the best care. Our room wasn’t ready but we were upgraded to such a spacious suite. Our room was done every single time we stepped out. It is such a calm and cozy place, a true place to rest.
Cons: The only thing the property is missing is probably a rooftop but everything is absolutely perfect otherwise. Great value for money.

TOUT ! Un cadre magique qui donne envie d'y rester pour en profiter. Tout est extraordinaire dans les moindres détails que ce soit sur les jardins et la piscine ou la chambre. Le personnel est très agréable, très professionnel . On se sent très bien accueilli. Beaucoup de petites attentions du personnel tout au long du séjour. Une odeur de parfum absolument exquise qui flotte dans l'établissement. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Et la surprise d'avoir été surclassé dans la suite orientale qui est tout simplement majestueuse. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour avoir rendu ces quelques jours parfaits.

Tout était parfait. C'était la seconde fois que nous venions au Dar Rhizlane. Nous y avons retrouvé tout le charme et l'élégance dont nous nous souvenions. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux. L'après-midi à la piscine sur de confortables lits au milieu d'un jardin luxuriant est un moment exceptionnel. Le restaurant est excellent. Que dire de plus ? La beauté des chambres et la gentillesse extrême de la direction et de tout le personnel.

Siamo una coppia e abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 4 notti e 5 giorni, alla fine di questa esperienza non possiamo che dare un 10/10. La gentilezza del personale, il verde che ti circonda, la cura nei dettagli e quei ‘’buongiorno’’ e ‘’buonasera’’ accompagnati (sempre) da un sorriso sono la chiave vincente di questo hotel. La cosa che più ci ha colpito: la caratteristica del personale di trattare il cliente con estrema gentilezza e farlo sentire, sin da subito, a suo agio. Una nota di merito va a NAJIB, che con la sua cordialità e il suo perfetto italiano, ci ha dato preziosi consigli e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. La passione che mette nel suo lavoro è percepibile dal cliente e questo lascia un grande senso di gratitudine nell’ospite. Continua così! Un séjour exceptionnel au Dar Rhizlane ! Un moment inoubliable, une parenthèse de douceur. Accueil et professionnalisme dans un cadre idyllique. La chambre était très agréable de grande taille avec un canapé et une terrasse . La piscine est très belle, les double lits autour de la piscine sont très agréables. Les petits déjeuners que nous avons pris près de la piscine sont délicieux. Tout est pensé dans le moindre détail jusqu'aux senteurs. Très bon emplacement de l'hôtel accès à plusieurs restaurants à pied. Proximité avec le centre - Taxis disponibles dans la rue.
Cons: Le prix des excursions proposées est supérieur aux autres organismes pour des prestations identiques. Excursions qui ne peuvent pas être réglés en CB (uniquement du liquide).

El desayuno oriental necesita refuerzo, Marruecos tiene una rica gastronomía que los turistas queremos probar. El servicio de restaurante es extremadamente lento, pasas 45min esperando la comida. El precio del transporte al aeropuerto es exagerado, 300 más Iva, cuando el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel también con aire acondicionado fueron 120 con booking

La chambre était très agréable de grande taille avec un canapé et une grande terrasse . La piscine est très belle, les double lits autour de la piscine sont très agréables , le sol bémol il faut malheureusement attendre midi afin d avoir du soleil car ils sont tous exposés à l ombre . Le petit déjeuner ainsi que tous les déjeuners que nous avons pris près de la piscine sont délicieux .

I really can’t say enough great things about this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights in April and it is was a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The property is so beautiful! I highly recommend booking the Suite Blanche if it is available as it was a dream - very spacious with a large private terrace where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The staff were wonderful. 10/10 would stay again in a heartbeat.
