De accommodatie was een rustige plek om even bij te komen midden in de hectiek van Marrakesh. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en de mogelijkheid om de boardingpassen uit te printen bij de receptie is ook ideaal.

Cons: De deuren van de badkamer zouden eventueel wat steviger mogen zijn (alhoewel deze wel karakter geven aan de kamer) en het putje in de douche stroomde niet helemaal goed door.

Cons: trop bruyant surtout que nous avions le restaurant au dessus. je suppose que dans les chambres opposées il n'y a pas ce soucis qui est un vrai sujet. le petit-déjeuner dévasté si vous arrivez à 9h30, il faut tout re demander, vous mangez un peu en décalé avec l'autre, c'est pas très grave mais c'est tellement simple de recharger quelques oeufs brouillés, les bonnes crêpes marocaines et du thé frais et non pas hyper infusé depuis des lustres complètement imbuvable tellement il est amer.

La ubicación está genial. Todos los Riad en general están bien ubicados, pero en concreto este, al estar en una avenida principal, implica que el taxi te puede dejar con las maletas en la puerta (en el centro los coches no tienen acceso). Además, de nuevo, al ser una avenida principal la sensación de seguridad es total, no está en callejuelas oscuras del centro. Me preocupaba que se pudiera escuchar mucho ruido y para nada. A parte de la ubicación, también me gustó mucho la habitación, está preciosa puesta, nos dejaron agua, dulces y fruta de cortesía al momento del checkin. También destaco el desayuno buffet que está genial que sea buffet y puedes coger lo que quieres. Hemos ido en Semana Santa así que de temperatura, no puedo opinar porque no hemos usado el aire ni para frío, ni para calor.

Cons: Hemos estado en cuatro Riads durante nuestra estancia en Marrakech y ha sido el mejor sin duda! Un 10 ;)

The riad is traditional and beautifully decorated. The rooftop pool is lovely. The reception and bar staff were friendly and helpful. I'd booked the stay for a friend's birthday and they'd organised Moroccan tea and cake. Beds are comfortable and the room we stayed in was quiet.

The staff were lovely and the room very clean. The Riad's aesthetic is gorgeous. The pool upstairs was very lovely and the location amazing. The breakfast offers a lot of variety.

Cons: It was very loud with people slamming doors at all hours. Our bedroom was below the breakfast room which made it very loud with chairs being moved in the middle of the night and as they prepared breakfast for the 7am start time - so we did not sleep well. We could not turn the bathroom light on without waking people turning on the main light (which seemed to turn on the electricity for the room oddly). The aircon did not work and the hot water only worked intermittently. The bed was not very comfortable.

Nuestra estancia en fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos hizo sentir como en casa, recibiéndonos con el tradicional té de menta. La ubicación es ideal: un oasis de paz y silencio en medio del bullicio de la Medina. Las habitaciones estaban impecables y decoradas con un gusto exquisito. Perfecte locatie, je zit erg centraal. Vanaf de luchthaven zet de taxi je voor de deur van het hotel af. Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie ruime kamer met een ruime badkamer. Lekkere lekkernijen bij aankomst op de kamer en Marokkaanse thee op het heerlijke dakterras. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid. In de reviews staat dat je de douchekop moet vasthouden. Wij hadden een regendouche en een losse douchekop waarmee je je kan afspoelen. Van geluid op de gangen hebben wij niets gemerkt.

O café da manhã foi excelente. Muitas opções e buffet livre. A localização bem próxima a medina, mas não dentro dela.

Cons: Penso que a relação custo-benefício. O riad tem um valor de diária que, tirando o café da manhã, encontramos locais bem parecidos por um custo menor. Os servidores SPA são todos pagos, daí se esse não for o objetivo da sua estadia, não faz sentido pagar a mais para ter esse serviço dentro da hospedagem aumentando o custo da diária.

My friend and I spent two nights at this riad, and we had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — they assisted with everything we needed and gave great recommendations for places to visit. The whole riad was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was continental, so everyone can easily find something they like in the morning. We also highly recommend trying the hammam — it’s an amazing experience!

Le riad est à un bon endroit pour se balader dans la Medina. Le rooftop est plutot sympa et le personnel du restaurant est bienveillant. Celui de l'accueil ne s'est pas soucié de nous malgré notre demande simple: une chambre calme. Le riad est assez beau mais notre salle de bain a des finitions assez grossières et vieilles.

Cons: C'est la pire nuit qu'on ait jamais passé dans un hotel. Impossible de dormir tellement on entend le bruit de la rue. Nous sommes arrivés tot pour le check-in et j'ai demandé une chambre calme. On nous a donné la 126 dont un des murs (sans fenetre) donne sur la rue et on m'a assuré que la nuit c'est très calme. La personne a la réception aurait facilement pu nous donner une chambre qui n'était pas sur la rue puisqu'il nous a d'abord parlé d'une autre chambre qui n'était pas encore prête. La réalité ce que malgré nos bouchons d'oreilles, on entendait les bruits de la rue (moto et cris) quasi comme si on y dormait. On a pas réussi à s'endormir avant 2h du matin et on a été en permanence réveillés jusqu'à 5h30, heure de notre départ pour l'aéroport. Nous avons donc fini notre séjour épuisés.

Really good rooftop with a pool and outdoor seating (and restaurant with A/C too!). Comfortable price and good location (quite swarmy outside, but it applies to the whole Marrakech downtown).

Cons: wi-fi is not compatible with your need to work, just bare this in mind (again, probably the general Marrakech issue)

La proximité de la Medina, de la place, des calèches, taxis, de Bab Agnaou... offre à cet établissement une situation stratégique pour rayonner à pied. Le petit-déjeuner est plutôt bien, sans être exceptionnel (le jus d’orange n’est pas pressé par exemple, très dommage au Maroc…). Thé de bienvenue avec panier de fruit. Dieses Riad ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons: Unser Zimmer Suit Sultan war für 4 Personen grad grenzwertig, aber es war nur für eine Nacht. Besser 2 Doppelzimmer buchen. Pool sieht auf dem Bild einiges grösser aus, als er in Wirklichkeit war. War aber nicht weiter schlimm, da wir ja wegen der Stadt in diesem Riad waren.

Il était copieux et délicieux. Possible pour tous les goûts ! Le personnel est super gentil et la chambre très chaleureuse. Dans la salle de bain, nous avions à dispositions des linges, produit de douche et cotons tiges.

The location was amazing, just a short 5-minute walk from everything we needed. Beautiful riad in a perfect location near enough to Jemma el Fna but not in the hustle and bustle. The small pool is great for cooling down. There were nice touches such as fruit, dates and sweet treats and water all complimentary in the room. Great air conditioning. We also had massages which were exceptional.

Cons: It would have been nice to have been able to have a glass of wine with dinner but realise this isn’t common in Marrakesh even in tourist areas. This wouldn’t prevent me booking again however. Would definitely return.

The riad is a peaceful hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the streets below. Very friendly, welcoming hosts. The room was so nice and the roof terrace perfect, nice to have a refreshing dip in the pool. Location is great and was easy to find. El Riad es muy bonito, muy limpio y muy bien ubicado. El personal no puede ser mas amable! Dijimos que ibamos a celebrar un cumpleanos y tuvieron detalles tanto en la habitacion como en el desayuno. Un personal muy amable y cercano. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente. :)

Première fois pour nous au Marco ce riad répondait à toute nos attentes l’emplacement idéal et le petit déjeuner buffet bien complet. Le personnel discret et très gentil rien à dire.

Cons: La chambre était propre cependant il y avais une odeur d’humidité/renfermer quand on rentrée pas forcément agréable… Nous avons également fais le spa sur place Hammam/massage pour le prix je ne le recommande pas le Hammam n’est pas chaud le gommage n’est pas fou et le massage impossible de ce détendre nous entendons parler dans le couloirs …

The location was excellent, really close to major attractions. The room was large and comfortable and had a fruit basket, a plate of pastries and nuts and dates when we arrived as a welcome. we also had tea and biscuits on the roof terrace as a welcome. There was bottled water every day. Breakfast was delicious and generous, there was something for everyone. The architecture and tasteful decor added to the atmosphere. The hotel was superb but what really made it special was the staff. All of them were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Anouar was especially helpful, full of enthusiasm about his city and information about where to go and what to see. He some excellent food recommendations and his top tip was to visit the Djemaa El Fna in the morning and at night time when the atmosphere is so different. We have kept his notes to pass on to friends who will be making the visit in the future.

Abbiamo dormito una notte in questo riad meraviglioso! Pulitissimo e profumatissimo! La camera veramente bella e confortevole! Alla reception i ragazzi sono stati molto gentili nell'accoglienza! Riad encantadora, bem decorada, organizada e muito limpa. O staff é muito amigável e prestável. Situada dentro da Medina, tem uma localização privilegiada entre o Palais de la Bahia e a Praça Jemaa el fna. Apesar de ser no interior da Medina, é possivel o acesso rodoviário.

I travelled to Morocco with a (female) friend - this was our first stop, and it set the bar very high! This riad is absolutely gorgeous - as others have commented, the scent is incredible, and the location is perfect for sightseeing. We felt totally safe the entire time. Anouar was so helpful, and wrote out a long list of sites and restaurants to visit as well as other activities in the area. He also assisted in purchasing train tickets, for which we were very grateful. We had a fabulous massage in the spa - highly recommend!

Cons: There is nothing we didn't like as such - but the breakfast was fairly basic, and sustainability could be improved by having opt-in room service rather than opt-out (though having the rose petals replaced every day was a special treat!!)

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans ce riad idéalement situé en plein centre, et tout était au top ! Un grand merci à l'équipe et surtout à Reda pour son attention et son service irréprochable. Le restaurant propose une cuisine savoureuse à des prix très abordables, et le petit-déjeuner buffet est aussi varié que délicieux. Une adresse à ne pas manquer sur Marrakech.

Cons: Le bruit des employés pendant le spa / massage, il faudrait prêter attention à ne pas faire du bruit lorsqu'on se fait masser. Fermeture et ouverture des portes surtout !

La décoration du riad... magnifique!!! On en prend plein les yeux!! Ensuite l'accueil a l'arrivée par anouar, très bon réceptionniste qui nous a offert un thé de bienvenu et nous a donné pleinssss de conseils sur les visites à faire... un plan de Marrakech avec les points importants à voir, et pas mal de conseils et très disponible quand on avait la moindre question... ensuite la chambre!!! Magnifique... nous avions la suite TIZNIT "106" corbeille de fruits pour l'accueil... une assiette de pâtisserie orientaux... une petite poterie remplie de cacahuètes et de dates...et une grande bouteille d'eau... merci pour cette intention.... la chambre spacieuse et bien décorée.... le rooftop magnifique!!!

Cons: *Dommage sur le site il y avait 2 piscines en photos, celle sur le toit "non chauffée" ce qui n'était pas écrit dans le descriptif... et une piscine intérieur, sauf que celle-ci n'existe plus.... * Le petit déjeuner était bon mais renouveler que petit à petit, manque quelques gâteaux orientaux... *La chambre 106 nous ne pouvions pas allumer la lumière dans les toilettes la nuit si la grande lumière de la chambre n'était pas allumé.... Ce ne sont que des détails afin de vous améliorer mais je reste très conquise par ce lieu et reviendrai avec grand grand plaisir...

The service by the staff is exceptional. I can't fault them. From arrival to departure, they go above and beyond to ensure your stay with them is with no stress or worry. Oh, and the breakfast provides a great selection and is plentiful, very tasty too! I would like to call out Anwar who provided local information, and on my birthday when we had found a place to have a bite to eat and watch the rugby he not only got us a taxi to the location but provided his contact details to ensure we where picked up when we had finished to bring us back to the hotel. We also made use of the Spa treatments, the ladies are so lovely and the massage and facial is one of the best I've had, I came out of there feeling amazing. Thank you all for making my birthday weekend a dream.

La posizione del Riad é sicuramente strategica, vicinissima a Piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa e ad un'altra piazza molto carina nella zona sud di Marrakech, comoda per visitare diversi siti storici. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita, letto enorme, abbastanza comodo. Ogni giono viene fornita una bottiglia di acqua grande in camera, dove c'é anche un cesto di frutta e dei dolcetti tipici. All'arrivo, il Riad offre un te di benvenuto con pasticcini marocchini. Lo staff all'accoglienza é molto gentile, preparato e disponibile.

Cons: La colazione é sicuramente da migliorare, con prodoitti più freschi; per esempio i succhi non erano freschi, ma mischiati con succhi industriali: in una città dove trovi succhi freschissimi ad ogni angolo di strada, é un po' deludente sinceramente. il Riad é un hotel, molto grande, strutturato e organizzato come un Hotel (più che come un Riad di tipo familiare). La SPA é anche da migliorare secondo me: il massaggio era ottimo, ma l'hammam un po' freddo e sbrigativo.

Muy bien situado. Al lado de la Medina pero de podía acceder en taxi-coche directamente, con lo cual es una buena opción si quieres evitar meterte en calles de la medina por la noche. El personal fue muy atento y flexible, el ultimo día salíamos muy pronto y nos subieron el desayuno por la tarde para que pudiéramos desayunar. También nos imprimieron los billetes del vuelo y nos guardaron las maletas. Las instalaciones son tal cual las de las fotos. Lo recomiendo al 100%

I'd really like their lovely touch with the essentials oil. Right when you walk in the hotel you'll feel like you're in an oasis of calmness and cover by a sweet pleasant sense, in contrast to the crowded hot street outside. The room is nice and pleasant, bathroom is beautiful, nice scented shampoo gel.

Cons: Because I'm sensitive to smell and sounds, the things I don't like is also about that. The room we stay in has a bit of inexplicable odor, not too strong but can be a bit annoying, especially when you first got in the room and noticed it right away (you get used to it at some point). The room was not well sound proof so you can hear all the noise (from the street, from next rooms, from upstairs) so better bringing an earplugs to get better sleep

Riad: Ist von der Größe eher ein Hotel, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. In den Gängen hat man überall einen wunderbaren Geruch nach Spa und das Ambiente ist harmonisch. Die Dachterrasse ist schön um zwischendurch zu entspannen. Der Pool ist aber eher Deko, viel zu kalt zum schwimmen. Zimmer: Waren groß und gut ausgestattet. Täglich gab es neue Snacks und das Bett war sehr groß und bequem! Lage: Am Rande der Medina, dadurch tagsüber viel Verkehr - hat uns aber nicht großartig gestört, und falls doch gibt‘s ja Ohropax. Für die Erreichbarkeit ist die Lage genial, man kann sich sofort ein Petit Taxi nehmen und muss nicht erst durch die halbe Medina. Jemma El Fnaa usw. sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Spa: Kann nur Hamam und Massage beurteilen, beides war großartig! Die Räumlichkeiten sehr gepflegt und die Masseurinnen freundlich. Als Gast bekommt man noch einen kleinen Rabatt.

Cons: Das Buffet war sehr lieblos und eintönig, das geht besser in Marokko.

Pan pracujący przy barze na górze (Reda jeśli dobrze pamiętam imię) bardzo uprzejmy i gościnny. Panie sprzątające codziennie sypały nam płatki róż w pokoju. Wszędzie czysto i pachnąco. Jako goście z Booking miałyśmy 30min masażu za darmo (ale nie było czasu wykorzystać). Bardzo klimatyczny hotel w marokańskim stylu. Na zewnątrz zgiełk miasta a w hotelu cicho. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Det var en mycket vacker takterrass. Men skön stämning, fin pool och hjälpsam väldigt trevlig personal.. Fina drinkar ordnades åt oss och de bjöds på goda oliver till som gjorde att vi stannade en stund till en den härliga solnedgången . Vacker utsikt över bergen och fin solnedgång. Mysigt också att få komma upp här på morgonen och äta frukost i morgonsolen. Fin och trevlig frukost. Möjligen lite vattnigt kaffe, med tanke på att vi annars har fått väldigt gott kaffe under hela vår vistelse.

Cons: Möjligen att rummen enbart hade fönster in mot gården där då korridoren gick förbi fönstret längs väggen. Gillar när man kan ha fönster öppet, men annars var rummet väldigt smakfullt och bekvämt. Så enbart en personligt önskemål.

Staying at this Riad was the highlight of our trip. Firstly I have never been somewhere where the staff are so incredible. They were friendly and could not do enough for us. Out of everywhere we stayed, the staff made a special effort for my boyfriend’s birthday, even surprising him with a beautiful cake on our first evening. The breakfast & lunch we had at the Riad was exceptional. The Riad itself is absolutely stunning, our room was exquisite and the upstairs area is tranquil. My only regret is not staying here for longer!

La gentillesse du personnel, toute l’attention qui nous a été portée. Nous y avons passé quelques jours pour l’anniversaire de mon mari en Juillet 2024 et c’était parfait. La chambre a été décorée et ils nous ont offert un gâteau et ont même chanté joyeux anniversaire pour mon époux. Nous étions extrêmement touchés. Grand merci à tout le personnel; mention spéciale à Reda et Kabira 🥰

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral nähe der Medina gelegen. Man kann alles prima zu Fuß erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

Cons: Leider hatten wir unser Zimmer direkt unterhalb der Küche und des Restaurants. Bereits ab fünf Uhr war es laut und an Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken. Generell sind die Zimmer sehe hellhörig. Eigentlich dürfe man das Zimmer unterhalb der Küche nicht vermieten da wir spät abends uns früh morgens durch die lauten Geräusche am Schlafen gehindert wurden.

Riad bien situé et d’accès facile ( le taxi se gare devant la porte), chambre propre, de bonne dimension ainsi que la sdb. avec tout confort ( frigo, coffre, de grands placards), linge de toilette changé tous les jours, lit confortable .

Cons: Riad très bruyant notamment le matin, nous avions la malchance d’avoir notre chambre sous les cuisines!!! Donc réveillés à 07h00 du matin un peu tôt pour des vacances !! Nous attendions mieux du petit déjeuner: thé pas chaud, jus d’orange pas naturel, confiture industrielle, viennoiseries moyennes.

L'accueil, l'amabilité de tous les membres du personnel. Tout le monde se met en 4 pour vous satisfaire et rendre votre séjour les plus agréable. Les chambres climatisées sont équipées d'un mini réfrigérateur. L'emplacement idéal pour une immersion immédiate au coeur de la médina et à 8 mn à pied de la place Jemaa el Fna. Un Riad au style traditionnel qui offre à ses clients un Rooftop abritant une piscine intimiste, des transats, une espace restaurant extérieur, un restaurant intérieur et un bar. Nous tenions à faire connaître le Riad Bahia Salam à nos amis qui découvraient Marrakech pour la 1ere fois et nous avons bien fait . Nous recommandons cet établissement de charme marocain les yeux fermés.

Cons: Tout était parfait. Juste un petit réglage des climatiseurs bruyants à faire. 😉

Accueil et service chaleureux, ils ont tout fait pour nous donner nos chambres le plus vite possible afin que nous puissions nous reposer de notre vol de nuit, cela fut très apprécié. L’emplacement du Riad est parfait, à courte distance de la grande place et des principales attractions, très facile d’accès. Un peu bruyant vu que situé sur une grande artère. Le buffet du petit déjeuner aurait pu être un peu mieux, parfois certains plats étaient vides, il manquait de vaisselle et les oiseaux entraient pour picorer dans les plats, ce qui nous a paru moins hygiénique. Les chambres sont très propres et le décor des chambres et de tout le Riad, magnifique! Ils nous ont assisté afin de nous organiser de superbes activités ! Excellent rapport qualité-prix, je recommande sans hésitation.

I loved this Riad. The staff was very friendly and ready to satisfy any request. The room was excellent and comfortable and large. The breakfast was excellent, very complete, the meals in the restaurant were delicious and at a very reasonable price. They served our dinner just in front of swimming pool at rooftop. The pool is a bit small like any other in riadrooftop but was fantastic with warm wather, clean awith a nice rooftop garden. For noisy Marrakech, this riad is a santuary of silence where we can rest well and is only 4 minuts walk from Djema El Fna. I will back :)

Repetiría sin dudarlo. Muy buena ubicación,excelente trato, muy limpio y cómodo. Muy atentos en todo momento y predispuestos a resolver cualquier duda. Nos sentimos como en casa. Recomendaría este Riad al 100%.

Location was perfect, just a. Few min walking to the main square and outside of the Medina which was perfect. Very fresh when walking inside the riad from a very hot city! The riad had some renovation recently but I believe mainly the external facade. Didn’t really see much improvement inside and the breakfast room still Looks poorly decorated.

Cons: We had organised an airport pick up with the hotel and the transfer never came. We lost half day to reorganize our self a taxi etc.. However the reception apologized. Breakfast is somewhat poor. We didn’t like all rose petals everywhere in the room every day! Small pool

Location is close to everything you want and also an easy ride to the airport. Great breakfast! Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Gorgeous room - felt like a true luxury stay. Pool is great for a quick dip. Peaceful spot in the busy city.
