Parking was available
Cons: The hotel is located quite far from Madina and other main attractions, which made accessibility inconvenient. I stayed in a Baladi Suite, but unfortunately, the room did not reflect the value of the price paid. The suite was located in the basement, and the window could not be opened as it faced a walkway where people frequently passed by, compromising privacy. The air conditioner was positioned directly in front of the bed, causing the airflow to blow directly toward it, which was uncomfortable during sleep. Additionally, the bright display light on the AC unit was quite distracting at night. The bed was not comfortable, and due to the overall discomfort, I decided to check out three nights earlier than planned. Breakfast did not meet expectations, and the room lacked proper sound insulation—you could easily hear noise from outside and even water running whenever someone flushed the bathroom in the room above. The in-room safe was also not secured properly, and it was not possible to change the passcode, which raised security concerns. Overall, the experience was below expectations considering the rate paid.

Everything, staying in this Riad must have been part of the reason i fell in love with Marrakesh :) . the service was amazing pre arrival (arranging transport) , on arrival (tea and biscuits), during the stay where room was amazing and it really feels like home and secure and after departure (where they kept my luggage and let me come back in the evening to work from dining room while waiting for late flight) For me, the service was so great that it felt like accommodation plus a personal butler service. Loved the breakfast on the roof terrace in the morning which was amazing and tranquil and a great start of the day. Normally I stay in Hotels but would definitely recommend this Riad over any hotel

Nice location away from medina which is a 30 minute walk. The staff at the Riad were excellent and helpful in every way with information and taxi arrangement. We were staying for a week and kindly gave us an upgrade to a beautiful suite.
Cons: Gardens were a little smaller than expected.

Nice Riad in the modern part of Marrakech. Pretty house with lovely small garden. Roof terrace with view of the mountains. Staff is friendly and speaks English.
Cons: The Riad was outrageously overpriced for what we got. We had the Majorella room, which is a family room. This was located in the basement, with hardly any daylight, very small, and you heard the water through the pipes in the walls everytime someone flushed a toilet.

Beautiful House, authentic and quiet. A short walk to Gueliz centre and all its restaurants. Breakfast was great. Small pool but lovely to freshen up. We had an extra bed in the chambre étoile which was great for our 5y old. 50 dhm to taxi to the medina.
Cons: Gps sent us the wrong way, tricky to find. Not a lot of plugs in the room.

Amazing experience! We spent a few days at this hotel and were delighted at every turn. The service was extremely polite and helpful, fulfilling our requests with a smile on their face. The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable - a real comfort after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied, and the restaurant serves delicious dishes at the highest level. A huge advantage of the hotel is its location - close to the most important attractions of the city, and at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area, which is conducive to relaxation. We will definitely come back at the next opportunity! We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, high standard of service and a nice atmosphere.

The people were nice, and accommodating. It's a decent location, albeit a little further from Gueliz proper. They have a pretty large space.
Cons: The hotel smelled very musty and moldy to me. At first I thought it was the room they gave me. But they were kind enough to move me when I commented (tho they said they didn't notice). The second room was larger but had the same smell, if even a little worse. It sort of like the smell of crumbling wet concrete. It stayed with me after leaving the place and I felt it in my throat. Besides that, it's an ok place. Location is a little out of the way and the design is not nearly the standard of other Riads I've seen in Kech. I wouldn't go back.

Overall vibe in this Riad is very relaxing and welcoming. Shabbat friendly as well - with just a 7 min walk to Shul and knowledgeable staff on hand. We were able to use the kitchen facilities for our Shabbat food without any problem and they offer late check out if required. We also got an upgraded room that was full of authentic Moroccan architecture and style which was special! Certainly would stay again . Staff are super friendly and helpful
Cons: Outdoor pool space and seating area is limited due to the type of property this is, but for a short weekend stay it wasn't a problem at all There is limited guest bathroom amenities provided so bring extras if you need and the shower in the Rose room wasn't great

Loved the riad - beautiful courtyard, pool, nice additional rooms for relaxing, great balcony areas. Staff was very nice and accommodating, answered questions, available most of the day and night. Good air conditioning. Great to have a working refrigerator for drinks in the room. Close to some of the locations we wanted to be near to.
Cons: Like the other riads we stayed in, one critical missing item is a foldable luggage rack! We really did not have a great place to put our suitcases. Lots of stray cats in the area.

The team were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Would recommend people to stay there.
Cons: They were building next to our room, which didn't make as much noise as you would think but there were builders there. We had been offered another room but we liked being on the ground floor.

The staff were amazing, the Riad homely, and the weather topped it off! I will be returning! Thank you!
Cons: Not their fault, but currently, lots of building work going on around the Riad, but it won't be forever! Bed was not the most comfortable, but I have a sensitive back. Other than that, nothing.

Fantastic Riad Mazal for many reasons, starting with location, location, location. Our meeting was 'next door' to Riad Mazal, on the stunningly beautiful campus of Faculty of Medicine & Pharmacy in Marrakech, plus we wanted traditional 'riad' experience as opposed to standard 'hotel' tradition. Riad Mazal had everything we needed, including (a) being next door to the medical/pharmacy campus, and (b) short walks to shops (including nearby underappreciated burger place on Rue Ibn Qodama, plus a patisserie and BIM ('7/11') shop on Rue el Azhari), great restaurants and nightspots (Plus 61, Pointbar Marrakech, both ~1 km walk away from Riad Mazal), special destinations, all within the kind of easy walk taken by anyone who wants 10,000 steps per day (Majorelle Garden, 1.5 km; Medina wall, 2 km), and a fantastic staff who treated us as if we were royals. Needed a place to meet with researchers so we got the lower level Beldi Suite with its own private terrace easily large enough to host catered meetings. I think we could have hosted a party of 50+ persons on that terrace, but we needed space only for about 4-5 persons at a time. In retrospect, the riad has many side rooms for meetings of the size we needed, and the staff was happy to have guests make use of those rooms. Can't say enough about this 'property' and hope to return on a 'study visit' to the medical/pharmacy campus. [Hint: English and French-speaking staff members, but many have just Arabic. Use Google Translate (Arabic conversation mode) and you'll never have a problem.]
Cons: We liked everything.

Mustapha the manager was very kind and tryed to help and the other parts of the workers that were really nice people.
Cons: First, we were moved 4 times : the first room had a air conditioner making noise as a factory, the second room where we were forced to move was stinking because they did paint a furniture a day before, the third room was pretty ugly and without any air, and finally we got a fourth room where our bed did break so we had to move for the night to a fifth room. And after all that, the owner told me I had a part in that rather than to try to excuse himself. The swimming pool was very cold so we couldn't get in. The breakfast was some days nice and other days they used old bread that I would have thrown to animals and not serve to clients... The location was also not really successful since it's pretty far from touristic areas by feet (about 25-30 minutes). I think there are much better riad to find for similar prices.
