The room was clean. The Riad is very well located for everything in central Marrakech. The staff are very friendly. The two central courtyards are very pretty. The pool was well used by the guests for cooling off.
Cons: There was nowhere to put clothes in the room (e.g. wardrobe, drawers) The breakfast was 4 different types of bread, with jam. Some more variety would've been nice. The room description included a microwave and a few other items that weren't there. The coffee machine in the room had no pods provided and no milk. They gave us pods on request. The property next door is undergoing renovations so there was a lot of hammering during the days.

Cons: Escolhemos este riad com base nas excelentes avaliações, principalmente porque muitos hóspedes elogiavam o pequeno-almoço, os quartos e o conforto. Infelizmente, a nossa experiência foi muito diferente. À chegada, deram-nos um quarto muito pequeno, situado no terraço, alegando que o quarto que nos estava destinado ainda não estava pronto. Só na última noite é que fomos mudados para outro quarto, que também não era nada de especial. O ar condicionado funcionava muito mal, o que, com temperaturas de cerca de 45 °C, tornou a estadia bastante desconfortável. O pequeno-almoço foi uma grande desilusão. Ao contrário do que é anunciado, não havia fruta, ovos nem a variedade mencionada por outros hóspedes. Havia apenas vários tipos de pão, manteiga e compota. No geral, sentimos que a relação entre as avaliações e a realidade não correspondeu às nossas expectativas. Se tivéssemos sabido que as condições eram estas, provavelmente teríamos escolhido outro alojamento.

El Riad es precioso. Tiene una piscina que pudimos disfrutar en un caluroso día de verano. El desayuno muy rico y completo. La habitación grande, con aire acondicionado, y muy bonita. Además, nos enseñaron dos para que eligiéramos la que más nos gustaba. Muy contentos con nuestra estancia.

Je moet er enkele kleine steegjes voor in duiken, maar de ligging is toch uitstekend : vlakbij het centrale plein en midden in de Medina. Riad Louaya is erg rustig en die rust is soms welkom om te ontsnappen aan de broeierige hitte en het lawaai van de stad. Onze gastheer was Rashid en die heeft ons dikwijls goede tips gegeven en uitstapjes voor ons geregeld.
Cons: Niets, eigenlijk. Ik heb na lang wikken en wegen voor riad Louaya gekozen en dat heb ik me niet beklaagd.

Rasheed was very kind and all the other staff were also amazing. our room was always tidy and they changed the towels and the sheets everyday. when we wanted a tea in the middle of the afternoon they offered us the tea. The breakfast was also very good with option drinks and typical moroccan food. We appreciate it and we want to came back to this riad.

The property is within 5 minutes of Bacha cafe, 10 mins of the souks and the property is super authentic with Moroccan breakfast served and even given their traditional tea upon arrival. Received a txt the day before to organise a taxi by them which I would highly recommend also. An amazing stay , clean , welcoming and all you could ask for

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were leaving early for a hike and they prepared an early breakfast for us which was very kind. We were recommended by the staff a really nice place to eat - it was delicious local dishes and other nationality dishes available too on a beautiful terrace, and very reasonably priced. Easy to walk to the markets and to some nice sites from here.

The location to the Medina was perfect as it is slightly outside of the main alleys so relatively calm and peaceful. We found the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff particulary with respect to carrying our luggage to and from our room as it was at the top of the Riad particulalry helpful. They were also very helpful in ensuring our transport to the airport was on time and helped us to that. The Riad itslef was clean and tidy at all times we were there.
Cons: In common with all of the Riads we stayed at across Morocco the breakfasts were limited and very much the same so not the fault of the Riad itself. We feel there could be a little more variety to accomodate cultural differences for visitors with some variety to what is offered. This is a personal opinion and so it may be acceptable to others who want to experience the Riad way of life and for short term stays.

The Riad is beautiful, the location is also good and within a few kilometres of the local attractions. Breakfast was good. While leaving early in the morning, the staff were helpful enough to arrange for a packed breakfast. Definitely worth the money for the stay. There had been a misunderstanding about the charges, the manager was kind enough to call and sort the matter quickly. I would highly recommend the place, would definitely stay again on my return to Marrakech.
Cons: The bathroom was not clean enough, especially the wash basins, but not a deal breaker. However, the common areas and the terrace of the Riad was clean and beautiful.

Das Riad liegt sehr günstig in der Bäche der Souks in der Medina. Es ist dennoch ruhig dort, weil es versteckt nur fußläufig erreichbar (Navi notwendig oder durchfragen) in den kleinen Gassen des lebendigen Viertels recht versteckt liegt. Vom Riad aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichen, auch die sog. Neustadt Guéliz in ca. 20 Minuten.
Cons: Wir sind vielleicht verwöhnt aus nicht so hippen Orten in Marokko wie Marrakesch, aber für den Preis hätten wir ein größeres Zimmer und Bad erwartet. Die Dachterasse ist zwar sehr schön, aber die Angabe, dass man von dort einen schönen Blick über die Medina hat ist schlicht unzutreffend. Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig. Die sonst obligatorische Eierspeise fehlte völlig. Der Pool ist eher Dekoration.

Dieses Riad ist wirklich sehr sehr schön. Das Frühstück war total lecker und die Mitarbeiter sind durchgehend unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Riad befindet sich in einer sicheren und ruhigen Umgebung. Ich würde bei jedem meiner Marrakesch Besuche dieses Riad buchen. Ich kann es wärmstens und von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen ☺️

Vriendelijke gastheer, mooi ingerichte ruimtes en groot dakterras. Het was ook heerlijk om te ontbijten aan het kleine zwembadje, zeer serene plek. Ik vond de locatie ook heel aangenaam, een beetje verscholen tussen de rustigere steegjes, maar de souks en veel restaurantjes (Flowers was een aanrader) wel vlakbij!

Cons: Nous venons depuis plus de 20 ans au Maroc plusieurs fois par an et avons été très déçu de ce riad , l'accueil est très moyen , il n' y aucun échanges avec le personnel .....Le petit déjeuner pas bon ( jus d'orange en brique : c'est pourtant la saison des oranges , petit pain chocolat raci, pain dur : ils auraient pu le faire chauffer ??) Nous n'y retournerons pas . Le tarif n'est pas en phase avec les prestations proposées.

Il riad si trova in un'angusta strada cieca accanto al palazzo reale, a 2 minuti da giardino segreto accanto ad una delle tante fermate dei taxi, nonostante ciò la tranquillità e la sensazione di sicurezza sono altissime. Stanza pulita con tutto ciò che serve, compresa una macchina da caffè espresso. Posizione perfetta per girare la Medina sia a piedi che in taxi, staff disponibile e cordiale, veramente da consigliare!
Cons: Unica nota dolente, la colazione: in tre giorni la colazione era composta solo da 2 brioches con solo burro e due tipi di marmellata, formaggini e pane, una frittata un giorno, due uova sode un altro, stop, capisco che in un paese mussulmano non di possano avere gli insaccati di maiale, ma così è un po' poco anche per chi come me fa colazione col dolce: un biscotto, una torta, uno yogurt, niente, solo una spremuta tassativo solo arancio il primo ed il secondo giorno, il terzo neanche quella, per non parlare soprattutto se ad uno piace il salato, solo pane e frittata...

Riad Louaya was our first place to stay in Marocco and we have loved it! We took the bus from the Airport and walked there. It is incredible quiet even though it is cery central for exploring Marrakesch. We had help with our luggage and even got a tea when we arrived. Breakfast was very good and the room was lovely! All of the staff were very friendly and helped you with everything. I highly recommend this place as it's perfectly situated just 10 minutes from the main markets. Rashid was a very welcoming host and even helped getting our safe unlocked when we lost our key (sorry Rashid!). The food was fresh every morning and our room was cleaned to the highest standard every single morning. I highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Marrakesh, Thank you Riad Louaya!

La sympathie du personnel. L'emplacement du riad au centre pour les visites à pied . Riad au bout d'une toute petite rue impraticable pour les voitures. Difficile à localiser la première fois. Prendre la navette payante à partir de l'aéroport surtout si vous arrivez tard le soir. Navette 5 euros plus onéreuse que le taxi mais quelq'un vient vous chercher à pied et vous accompagne jusqu'au riad. Riad calme et isolé des bruits extérieurs. Terrasse appréciable pour se relaxer.
Cons: Première nuit dans l'ancien bâtiment, pas de chauffage, la clim ne fonctionnait pas pour un séjour en janvier ou les nuits sont froides. Délabrement de la chambre. Le riad se compose de 2 bâtiments, l'un beaucoup plus ancien que l'autre. Nous avons été pour les nuits suivantes hébergé dans le bâtiment plus récent, sans que se soit luxueux mais c'était beaucoup mieux. Le ménage limite. Pas de protège matelas. Salle de bains pas pratique. Aucune chaise pour s'asseoir. Nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux par rapport aux avis booking qui sont largement exagérés. Ces appréciations reflètent un ressenti personnel.

Posizione molto pratica per spostarsi nella Medina ma al tempo stesso davvero silenziosa. La terrazza sul tetto è perfetta per riposare un po' al sole (noi siamo stati a fine gennaio) e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di godercela. Sicuramente lo consigliamo!

The riad was very calm and the staff very kind and available. They cleaned the room every day and one of the rwo guys helped us getting a transfer to go back to the airport in night time. They offered us the breakfast once arrived. The riad has a very peaceful terrace and is located in the heart of nord Medina, it's super recommended! And the women of the staff...I love you all! ❤️

I chose Neroli and thought it was a lovely room, spacious and quiet. The nespresso machine and small fridge were a nice touch (though not sure if everyone can sleep with the noise of the fridge?) November is chilly at night so the aircon unit which could heat the room was beneficial and while breakfast in the ground floor could be cold the space heater took the worst of the chill off. The riad is very quiet and has a great location easy access to the souks and very near a pick up point for a lot of the tours. The staff were helpful and kind.

We had such a great stay at Riad Louyaya! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always happy to help. The riad itself is beautiful, with amazing architecture and a quiet, cosy rooftop area that’s perfect for chilling out. Our room was comfy, clean and tidy, and the water pressure was surprisingly great. Breakfast was a real highlight too — very traditional, super tasty, and such a lovely way to ease into the local culture. They even drove us to the airport for a really reasonable price and gave super helpful advice on local amenities. Would definitely stay again!
Cons: A couple of things that could be improved: the Wi-Fi tended to drop out and was a bit slow at times, there wasn’t really any choice when it came to breakfast options, and the rooms didn’t have a TV. Nothing major, but worth mentioning.

Riad Louaya is well located with walking distance to the medina and several nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. The riad is nice and quiet at night and the staff is friendly.
Cons: There are hundreds of riads in Marrakech. We chose this one because the description on booking.com said it would have a washing machine in the room (something we needed after a week of trekking), which turned out not to be true, it costed extra to send it to be washed elsewhere. The description of the breakfast from previous travelers (fresh fruit etc.) was also different during our stay. The staff makes it very clear that they prefer cash payment, something we did not appreciate, especially not when the Booking.com app started sending messages saying that there was a problem with my VISA (something that is not true but probably linked to the riad rejecting my card) and my booking was cancelled.. So in the end we paid in cash which I guess might mean that genius-points are lost? We also had some small hick-ups and misunderstandings with the staff which could have been resolved if they had reached out to me via the chat function in Booking.com. I guess that only the manager knows how to manage the Booking.com conversations. All in all, this riad is certainly not bad and I’m sure the staff is trying their best, so my feedback is intended as constructive criticism for things that can be improved (they could edit the descriptions of the room on Booking.com to make sure that they are 100% correct, encourage card-payments and make sure that all staff know how to communicate with guests via the Booking.com-platform).

Such a beautiful Riad with excellent service, a very warm welcome and staff always on hand to help. Our room couldn't have been more beautiful and comfortable. The sun terrace was stunning and a great place to relax and have coffee in the morning. The breakfast was superb. We had such a great stay here and totally recommend it. The location is perfect with plenty of cafes to have coffee and food nearby. An easy walk to the Medina but also has plenty of souks to explore nearby.

Even though the room was small, it was so quaint and cosy. The design of the shower was lovely. The cleanliness of the room & property was great. The staff were really amazing, extremely helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was different but lovely. I did miss not having my English cup of tea, but it was nice to have a change.
Cons: Not having a wardrobe and a higher space to hang longer clothes, like dresses, for example. Not having a kettle to make my own English tea. The location of the hotel was great, At first, we were weary of the narrow alley ways to get to the hotel, especially to go out in the evening, but the alley ways were very well lit and we had no problems at all. We would stay there again as we had a great experience. Thanks to the staff for your friendliness, service & kindness..

It was within walking distance to many of the sights we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helped us book a private tour for one of our evenings in town, and also helped get some of our clothes washed and pressed.

El Riad esta dentro de la medina, por lo que no se puede llegar en automovil. Los taxis te dejan a unos 400 metros y luego caminar (hay gente ofreciendo llevar las maletas por propina). El riad esta muy bonito y comodo. La habitacion era amplia. El desayuno estaba rico y tenia varias cosas.

Frühstück war Reichhaltig mit Kaffee/Tee, frischer Saft und verschiedenen Brötchen, Pfannkuchen und Pancakes und Früchten. Es reicht für einen guten Start in den Tag. Wir hatten das Zimmer "Sandelholz" zuoberst auf der Dachterrasse. Die Nächte waren immer sehr ruhig und durch die Klimaanlage angenehm. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Die Lage ist Perfekt um Marrakech zu erkunden. Medina in paar Gehminuten erreichbar.

What I "love" with the property! That's the right question. I "love" everything. The hospitality and service. They treat you as frnds or family here. They are just making sure you're safe. Riad's really quiet. And out from the buzzzzz area. But it's amazing because it's just too close from everything! Might as well try the Kopakabana restaurant nearby for your chill night or foodie night! It's way too amazing! Thank you so much to Rachid and Murtadha for welcoming us and taking care of us throughout the stay. and Mustafa for driving us everywhere! Hakim for being SO responsive too!! Made us feel great during our frst 3days!!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo riad per due notti e ci siamo trovate benissimo. L’accoglienza è stata di quelle tradizionali, con the alla menta servito ancor prima di lasciare i bagagli e una bottiglia d’acqua fresca, che con quel caldo è stata molto gradita. La camera rispecchiava la descrizione ed era molto pulita: non immaginavamo di avere anche il servizio di pulizia tra una notte e l’altra! La cosa non è da sottovalutare, perchè nei giorni successivi abbiamo alloggiato in diversi altri riad in giro per il Marocco, ma nessuno era pulito e accogliente come questo. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la presenza del frigorifero nella stanza per tenere le bibite al fresco. Gli spazi in comune erano molto originali e i ragazzi che gestiscono il riad sono stati sempre super disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze; in modo particolare, dopo un po' di tempo che stavamo nel cortile, ci hanno offerto un gelato la sera e un the il pomeriggio. La colazione tradizionale era molto buona, con cibo tipico, molta frutta, spremuta d'arancia, latte e caffè, adatta anche per il senza glutine. Il riad organizza anche escursioni al di fuori di Marrakech: noi non ne abbiamo approfittato perché alla fine del nostro soggiorno sarebbe iniziato il nostro viaggio di gruppo, ma il ragazzo ci ha gentilmente illustrato tutto, dandoci anche dei consigli su cosa poter visitare autonomamente in città, consigliandoci anche l'exchange migliore.
Cons: L’unica piccola nota negativa è la distanza di 20 minuti dalla piazza principale: essendo noi due ragazze, non era molto sicuro tornare da sole con tutti i souk chiusi. Comunque all’interno del riad c’era la massima sicurezza.

Loved the staff, so so kind & made an effort to help wherever they could which was greatly appreciated. The riad was perfectly located near souks & a 15minute walk to the square. We felt really safe also as 3 young girls walking back later at night. The facilities and aircon were great as well as the pool which we loved using. The breakfast was also fabulous.

A forma como fomos tratados pelos funcionários, desde nos irem buscar ao aeroporto (e deixar) até ao caminho a pé que fazem connosco entre a rua principal e a porta do Riad, pelas ruelas labirínticas da Medina. Sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar e a oferecerem chá de menta! :)

Sin duda destacaría la amabilidad y servicio impecable que recibimos. Los dos chicos que trabajan en recepción son excepcionales en todo. Educados, simpáticos, respetuosos... Te hacen sentir como en casa, te dan todos los consejos, te ayudan en todo lo que puedan y más. Podría decir que el servicio es de los mejores o el mejor que recuerdo en un hotel. Luego por supuesto se agradece que sea tan bonito. Que tenga una luz tan bonita (yo soy amante de la luz natural y la que teníamos estos días en la terraza y en el patio ha sido una maravilla). Decoración, tranquilidad, ubicación... Encantados con todo.
Cons: El primer día al llegar te choca un poco la entrada al Riad. Era de noche, el chico nos recogió en el taxi y nos llevó, parece mucho lío y me pregunte si sería capaz de hacerlo luego yo sola, pero a la luz del día todo cambio, y lo q pensé q era un lío acabo siendo lo más fácil. Además había muchos cartelitos que te indican por donde ir, es imposible perderse.

A cosy Riad located on the edge of the Medina, from here you can walk to all the sights. The host is kind and helpful and does a good job of serving all guests. Breakfast is delicious and traditional Moroccan, there was plenty and you were full for most of the day.
Cons: Not being able to move breakfast to a later time than 8:00, which is very limiting for trips to Atlas :-(

The riad looks realy nice and has a nice terrace too. The location is in a quite area within 15 mins walk from Jemaa el Fna square. The breakfast was good and suficient. The cleaning was made daily and the staff there is very friendly.
Cons: The room was small and did not have natural light. The riad has upper rooms which did have windows with natural light, so if you care about this aspect, try to book a room accordingly. The shower was also small, no more than 1m square.

Le riad est assez grand, pleins de recoins charmants, c'est très propre et son calme est très appréciable, surtout après une journée dans les souks😉le personnel est à l'écoute, très serviable et respectueux, c'est un vrai plaisir. Nous avions le petit déjeuner de compris est il était excellent, typique marocain, nous nous sommes régalés. Nous avons également pris un repas le soir, un excellent tajine au poulet et ses légumes, nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Depuis le riad, vous êtes à quelques minutes à pied des souks et un petit quart d'heure de la place Jemaa El-Fna.sinon des taxis vous attendent au bout de la route 😉
Cons: La chambre était un peu petite et nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir la fenêtre, la nuit, car elle donnait sur le couloir où d'autres chambres étaient occupées mais l'emplacement est aussi le charme du riad. Heureusement il y a la clim! La chambre était équipée d'une machine Nespresso avec capsules ,appréciable surtout si vous faites des visites très tôt, donc avant l'heure du petit déjeuner. Mais même pour ça, le personnel peut vous proposer des solutions ! Je vous conseille de prendre le transport proposé par le riad , depuis l'aéroport car l'accès au riad peut être compliqué à trouver au début !

Buena ubicación. El desayuno contundente, muy rico y variado. Una linda experiencia, si algunas retornara a Marrakech me alojaría en el mismo lugar

The Riad is very beautiful, clean & at a perfect location. The care takers are very polite & helpful. I would really like to appreciate there efforts & help that they put in to arrange the best birthday cake in Morocco for my husband in a very short time and arranged the surprise. The property is baby friendly. The lady cleaners (Zara) were so sweet & loveable to our baby. Overall we had a wonderful time & would recommend the same place to everyone around.

we stay 7 nights, our first time in Marrakesh, location of riad is good, you can walk to almost every attraction and eateary, and the riad is in a relatively safe and quiet part of old town, you can book taxi, tour and meal from reception, which is helpful we have chicken tajine and it is very tasty, breadfast is included and is served hot and suffucient the host is kind hearted and helpful

The Riad is clean and Rashid and his team were lovely and welcoming at all times. They advertise soundproofing which I assume are the shutters but they are not effective. However a Ria is basically a funnel which amplifies sound - it didn’t affect us too much.

In the middle of the old city, few minutes walk from the start of the souks. Friendly hosts, good breakfast with different dishes everyday. The room was also very good, and the beds were queen beds and a sofa bed, so ideal when there are 2 friends.
Cons: We were on the ground floor and near the breakfast area. We started hearing a lot of noises and commotion from the floor upstairs early at about 3am and also people chatting at the breakfast area (from 8:30am) while we were still sleeping ;(.

Booked a room the address is hard to find if impossible. I called the ad said he has parking included I called to find way to the house and where to park. He replied. He can send me the another area and. Would like to be paid extra and in cash. I just wanted to go in and wash up so instead of giving me better directions he starts the trying to upgrade. I just wanna know how to get there. Needless to say I never found the place and rented at a place called just V hotel and spa. It was amazing. Sad I Part is I want a refund and why is Expedia advertising for these guys

Riad Louaya was recommended by our tour guide before arriving in Martakech. The riad is in a good location in the Dar El Bacha area and only 4 to 5 minutes away from Dar El Bacha Museum and Bacha Coffee. It is also close to exploring the souks. The riad is nice and have the rooms with Moroccan decor which gives you Moroccan feel. Wafa, the manager and her staff are so lovely and friendly. Wafa, waited for us to be dropped off by the taxi on the main street to guide us getting through the riad. Thank you Wafa and team.
Cons: Breakfast was good but this is only a suggestion- to have some fresh fruits included and some cooked eggs or chicken hotdogs for a variety. Also, a kettle would be nice to have in the room. Other than that we like it here.

Nice place in a quiet little nook of the old city in Marrakech. It's tucked away from the hustle of the main streets yet you can reach the souk in just a few minutes walk. There is a relaxing rooftop terrace and a pool (although we didnt use it as we were there in winter). The rooms are large, tasteful and well appointed and the staff is friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is OK as well. The beds are comfy!
Cons: Some more power outlets around the bed would have been welcome, and it's not always clear exactly what you will get for breakfast (parts of it seem to vary day to day). There is daily houskeeping that makes the bed but the sheets could have been changed more frequently. The place is a little far from the Jemaa el-Fna suqare (about 15 minutes walk) but the walk itself through the souk is nice! We didn't get the room we initially booked but it was more or less equivalent so we didn't make a point of it.

The location was excellent, very close to the city center, which made exploring Marrakech super easy. The staff was amazing—very welcoming and accommodating. They even let us have breakfast(Very good traditional breakfast) earlier than usual, which we really appreciated.
Cons: The only downside was the cleanliness, which was not up to European standards. More attention should definitely be given to this aspect. It would also be great if they provided slippers for guests because after walking around the room barefoot in white socks, they turned completely black.

Toda a simpatia e acessibilidade do staff foi impecável. O espaço é bonito e é bastante calmo, apesar de estar a 2 minutos a pé do início do centro da Medina não se sente a confusão no Riad o que permite descansar e acalmar da agitação que o centro histórico trás.
Cons: As camas são razoáveis mas pequenas, assim como o quarto. Não é possível ter as malas abertas e andar pelo quarto ao mesmo tempo. A roupa da cama também era mesmo justa faltando "pano" facilmente quando são 2 pessoas a dormir juntas.

El personal del Riado Louaya es muy amable y todos hacen su mejor esfuezo para entenderte y brindarte el mejor servicio. En particular agradecemos el servicio de Morat, quien realmente tenia una actitud y predisposición excelente.
Cons: Creo que podría mejorarse el desayuno ya que no todos los días habia frutas o queso por ejemplo, y ademas entiendo que el yogur no sea algo tipico de Marrakech, pero quizas podrían sumar unos datiles o algo similar, para adicionar algo distinto a la mermelada.

Riad Louaya ligt eigenlijk vlak in het centrum, maar is toch super stil en rustig. Wij vonden het fantastisch om na een dag in de drukte terug te keren naar de rust van onze Riad. Het mooie dakterras was onze favoriete plaats om te ontspannen. Daarbij was het ontbijt dat we elke ochtend kregen zeer lekker en gevarieerd. De kamers waren ordelijk en werden elke dag gepoetst. Tot slot waren de werknemers van de riad ook steeds zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik raad het zeker aan!

Helpful staff (guided us to bus station when we were leaving and around the city when we were there). Good location. Superb room service (cleaning). Good breakfast. We also had dinner one night, which was alright, cost 15€ per face.
Cons: When we were signing up for the room, the description said: "Balcony, Terrace, City view". To be clear, there is no balcony in the room. The terrace is not private, it is shared with other guests. Also calling what you can see from the terrace a city view is a bit of a stretch. While the breakfast was good, it was extremely cold where it was served (in the courtyard, in December), and there was only one heater for all the guests, and if you weren't the lucky one to get it, you had to freeze and eat.

Sono venuti a prenderci all'aeroporto e accompagnati fino al Riad, perché altrimenti un pò complicato da trovare la prima volta, al costo di 15 euro.

Le petit déjeuner était extraordinaire, typique du maroc. Le personnel est au petit soin. Rachid et Ayoub sont adorables. Ils étaient toujours disponible et répondaient a toutes nos demandes. Les dames qui s'occupaient de préparer les repas et de l'entretien du Riyad sont de réelles perles, avec un savoir faire et des mains en or.
