This beautiful riad is an oasis of peaceful calm just a stone's throw from the main square and the lively bustle of the souks in the Medina. At the end of a quiet alleyway, behind an unassuming turquoise door, is this little slice of paradise to truly relax, recharge and just....exist! With it's beautiful little pool, exquisite decoration and lush greenery, you really can't help but relax. The owners and staff are super friendly and welcoming. Always a smile and a helpful recommendation if you want one. The owners welcome you into their riad like life-long friends sharing their home and delicious home-cooked, authentic Moroccan meals with you. Really cannot recommend this place enough for an indulgent, authentic experience in Marrakech. Absolutely wonderful, thank you so much!

The Riad Les Hibiscus is a wonderful peaceful tranquil haven in amongst the hussle and bussle of the Medina..literally 40 seconds away from the main vibrant drag. Sophie, her beautiful, quiet husband and all their staff run a professional service in going 'above and beyond' to look after their guests. Everything is spotless and the breakfasts are filling and delicious. We stayed as 2 couples last weekend and had the best time exploring Marrakech and discovering all it's wonders.A truly enjoyable trip. Thank you Riad Les Hibiscus for everything Celia and Adrian

Riadh Les Hibiscus was a little oasis of calm in the hubbub of the busy city of Marrakech. The location was great. Just a stone’s throw from the Jemaa el Fnaa square. We had our two young kids with us, meaning we could escape back to our room at a moment’s notice if everything got too overwhelming for them. The staff were lovely, and helped us out with everything we could need - laundry service, directions, arranging transport to the airport, and the incredibly necessary pots of mint tea once the girls were asleep. We always looked forward to the delicious breakfast, which included homemade bread and pancakes, with eggs, honey and tasty tomato and carrot jams. The roof terrace was also lovely when the weather was warm enough. The rooms were well-furnished, and comfortable. With all rooms facing the interior courtyard (as all Riads are, I think) it was quiet - even for the morning call to prayer (!) - and not too bright first thing in the morning.

Les Hibiscus is a very attractive Riad in the centre of the medina, full of local atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: We were very cold in mid January and there was insufficient heating in the bedroom. Lighting in the room was poor and we found the bed exceptionally hard. Although we occupied a junior suite there was no separate bathroom—the wash basin was in the room and the shower was in an alcove.

We stayed at the Riad Les Hibiscus from 9 -12 June 2024. I would wholeheartedly recommend this Riad - it is closely located near the busy medina and what is so amazing about it is that as soon as enter the alleyway where this Riad is situated, you are immediately immersed by tranquility. We were welcomed warmly by Hassan and received the most attentive reception and attention from all the staff and owner of the property Ihab during our stay, whom we spoke to at length during our breakfasts! We learnt so much from our conversations - he is a wealth of knowledge and it was heartwarming to hear how much time and energy he and his wife have invested in transforming a derelict building into what is this amazing riad today. Breakfasts were wonderful and I shall miss these! Thank you for an amazing time Ihab, Hassan and the whole team at Les Hibiscus. I wish you continued success and hope to visit you again very soon.

Beautiful riad in old town of Marrakech. Very friendly staff, clean and safe.

A beautiful riad ideally located for all activities in and around the Old Town of Marrakech. We enjoyed every moment of our stay: the room was comfortable, impeccably kept, friendly and felt like home right after walking in. The inner court is very nicely designed and furnished, with a lot of Moroccan charme. Breakfast is served there or on the roof terrace which is also a great place to chill in the late afternoon. The owner and the staff are super-friendly and available at all times for advice and help, if needed. We certainly are looking forward to returning not only to Marrakech, but to this splendid riad.

The property was located very close to the main market, although it was in a quiet alley and you could not hear any noise at all. We had the only room on the second floor which was good as the baby could crawl around. The crib was helpful. Staff were very friendly and loved the baby. We were able to arrange transfers to the airport through the hotel. The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: You have to pay 2.5 euros per person per night at the end of the stay for city tax. I didn’t know I could pay only with cash. Internet is spotty in the rooms.

The Riad for us is a home away from home! We stayed 4 days in this Riad during our visit in Marrakesh. It is a minute walk to get to the souk and 3 minutes walk to get Jemaa el-Fna. My husband and I both loved the interior and exterior design of the Riad, traditional Moroccan design. Once you get within the walls, it is peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast were good and served with freshly squeezed orange juice. Sophie and Ihab (and staff) were always so friendly, chatty and helpful. They gave us good suggestions of places to see in Marrakesh and which restaurants to go to.They also arranged our taxi to get to the airport. I could write more on how lovely the Riad is and the owners but you will know what I mean if you stay at Les Hibiscus. My husband and I will certainly stay here again.

The riad was tucked away down a quiet alley, 30 seconds walk from the main souk, so really convenient and atmospheric, without the hustle and bustle. It felt like an oasis of tranquillity with its beautiful, tree lined pool and helpful staff. Our room was on the top floor right next to the roof terrace, which was fully equipped with chill out area and sunbeds. Sublime. What's more, the breakfast was amazing. We loved the authentic decor and layout of the Riad. Its location down a narrow back street close to the main square was surprisingly quiet and convenient for all the central attractions. The room and beds were very comfortable and check-in and check-out were easy. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely stay, happy to recommend to others, just note the no car access if relevant to you.
Cons: Not really a dislike, just a reality of being in the centre of the old town - car access is not possible so arrival and departure by car needs to be from a nearby location - ours was only a 3/4 minute walk away so not really a problem.

Delicious meals made from scratch with natural ingredients (I wish you maintain the natural ingredients forever it is awesome that you don't use any artificial additives in your meals). Calm and relaxing Riad with a nice soft folk soundtrack in the afternoon on the pool. Captivating Moroccan interior design with a Mediterranean touch. Very polite and nice staff.
Cons: Everything was great, we are very grateful and feel lucky. It would be nice to have some woman on the staff team that could talk to the tourists. In Marrakesh, it is rare to find women working as customer service staff. They usually are hidden in the kitchen or doing cleaning tasks in the shadows. I really appreciated the way that the chefs on this Riad (women) cooked and I would have loved it if I had the chance to say that to them.

This was a little gem, hidden in an alley just behind the main square. from here we could walk to all sights. And transfer arranged to/from hotel was perfect 👍🏼 the court yard was cute, beautiful, quiet and everything else we could hope for ❤️ the weather a little chilly (like all other hotels/Riats we have stayed in in may) but perfect for cooling down on hot days. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. The staff was so nice and Lahcen in particular. His English was great and he was more than helpful. Could/would answer all of our questions and did all he could to make our stay pleasant. thanks

A spectacular breakfast. Simple, but always fresh, and there was always a little something new to taste every morning. The warm Msemen are plenty reason to come back. The room was little, but cozy and romantic, and always perfectly cleaned. The sounds of the small street below could be heard inside and were very inspiring, but they were completely silent by bedtime. How can it be so quiet when it's 50 meters from the chaos of Jama el Fnaa, the biggest plaza of the souk? I have no idea. Sorcery, maybe. The central patio was fresh and clean: a perfect place to rest after a day-trip. Don't miss on the home made dinner. We had the some of the best moroccan food eating by the small pool in the patio for just 150 MAD. They even spread rose petals for our last night in Marrakech without even asking, revealing again much attention to detail and our experience. It was probably one of the most romantic dinners I've ever had with my partner and the best way to end our stay. I will forever remember hearing the Muezzin singing suddenly while standing on the rooftop terrace in the twilight. ALL of the staff has been available and easy going, and extremely attentive to our enjoyment.

Location is excellent, in a quiet alley only yards from the city centre and the souks. The central courtyard is beautiful and peaceful. Our room, when we eventually got into it (two nights later), was fine - nicely decorated, if not luxurious. Breakfasts in the courtyard were very good - fresh pastries and bread, good coffee and juice. Overall met our expectations, if we had been given access to the accommodation we had booked and paid for from the first evening. The hotel manager, who appeared on next morning, was helpful and apologetic.
Cons: Disastrous start. Arrived from airport around 9 pm to be stopped at door, asked to sit down, and told by the on duty manager that our room was occupied by other guests and hotel full. We were taken to a nearby (no outward signage) building and shown to an inferior room without bath (which had been specially requested and promised), which smelled of fairly fresh paint. It certainly felt to us as if we were alone in the building that night, (although a decent breakfast was provided the following morning.) Weirdly, my wife had spotted a negative review for this hotel on Tripadvisor - by Andrew C in November 2022 - describing a very similar experience (right down to being sat at the door by an assistant manager and given cups of tea and told to wait) with guests being led back outside to stay in a nearby location in the alley around the corner. Great way to start one's holiday in Marrakesh! I called Booking.com Customer Services from the room we were shown into on first night and someone called Dan was very sympathetic and helpful. After multiple telephone conversations, he told us we would be accommodated in the Riad Hibiscus from the following night, and it was certainly implied that there would be compensation from the hotel for our experience. We were received in the Riad Hibiscus on the second day of our four night holiday but in an inferior room, as our chosen room only available from third day. Once again no bath, but otherwise fine. When I asked the (otherwise sympathetic and helpful) hotel manager what had happened here, he said there had been a 'problem' with 'other guests' who were moved into our room, presumably to placate them. Needless to say, this did not seem like an acceptable explanation from our point of view. The manager then said he proposed not to charge 'city taxes' for our stay (a nominal amount I believe), or for the airport transfers. I have still as yet heard nothing back from Booking.

Central location, traditional riad recently renovated and very clean.
Cons: Room was a bit dark with insufficient lighting. Breakfast with industrial products, such a let down since moroccan breakfast are so amazing. Staff at reception offered to speak to a taxi driver to bargain the right fare to the airport but once arrived at the taxi location he said he would have spoken to the driver but when we got inside, he left without even talking to the guy. Why did you do that man? Why did you walk all the way? What an unnecesssary mean thing to do bro!

The riad was nicely decorated inside. The rooms were clean and the stuff generally responsive. The location was excellent. A member of staff walked me to the main square on the day I was leaving and assisted with getting a taxi.
Cons: 1. When I arrived, I was placed into a room which looked different from the photos. The stuff promised to put me into a different room (the one that was advertised) the next day. Later I discovered that the toilet flash in my room didn't work. The hotel stuff said it had worked before. Although they relocated me to the other room, they didn't compensate for the negative experience of being in a room with a faulty toilet flash for a day. They also didn't offer any apology for putting me into a room that was different to the one that was advertised saying that what's on the website is just an example of what you may get and these rooms are of the same category. 2. When I was moving my stuff from one room to the other, the riad staff didn't offer any assistance and I had to do multiple journeys by myself (I thought this was very strange and a poor quality service). 3. I had a birthday during my stay and specifically told the hotel staff about it in advance. On the day, when I went to have breakfast they didn't even wish me a happy birthday. Only in the evening when I reminded them about this fact, they said "happy birthday" in response. One hotel staff then brought me a small bouquet of flowers made of three tiny roses. I guess it was better than nothing but still they wouldn't have remembered it had I not told them. This was quite heartbreaking. 4. Breakfast was exactly the same every day and consisted of bread, pancakes, eggs and coffee. The cooking was very slow and hot pancakes were served first and I often had to wait for unreasonably long time for eggs to be cooked. By the time I ate the eggs the pancakes would have already got cold. On the day I was leaving I had to remind them about the eggs and it seemed they had forgotten about them. As a result I lost some valuable time getting ready to leave. The ladies who cooked didn't speak any English so had to call male staff for any questions I had.

very nice. peaceful place to stay , a special little haven to escape the noise and business of the Medina. Lovely property and great to have the little pool to relax and cool off in
Cons: We arrived late evening due to a late flight into Marrakesh, so we had asked if we could have a small meal when we arrived. This was, kindly, catered for, but when we were left we were somewhat surprised at the high cost - 600 Dirham for basically a shared tagine and a small starter. This was way above th price of any other meals we had during our stay.

It was a total scam. We were changed by orbitz to book this hotel and when we went there to check in, the hotel was closed and poeple there told us that the hotel was shut down for a year. I contacted Orbitz but they did not refund us the money we paid for a hotel that we did not stay in. It's such a desepointment :(

Trip was a treat for my partners 40th bday.i have emailed hotel 2 weeks prior to ask about flowwr petals on bed ect but never got reply.Hotel was located 50m walk from Medina chaos but surprisingly quiet.Staff was friendly but only one pweson was speaking English and not awlways available.Breakfast really poor, couple of pancakes, jam, honey, coffee and orange juice.Asked for some eggs one morning and one egg provided.Room pretty basic,no coffee facilities,no water,no TV ,couple of shelves and few coat hangees.Pool freezing cold,no chance for a dip even in the hottest day.Birds flying inside the hotel lobby/breakfast area from 4am so very, very noisy, had to buy earplugs to have a good night sleep. Over all, regretting booking it as it was very expensive for what you get.

We had wonderful time at Riad Les Hibiscus, where we stayed for 2 night. After walking through the square and the suk in the way to our Riad (the closest car access is to the square which is about 5 min walk), we were overwhelmed by the amount of people, stores, noise. Arriving to this road located at the end of a narrow alley was welcomed relieve. As soon as the outer doors were closed, we were enveloped with tranquility and hospitality of this place. What we loved about this Riad: * the location - very close to the main square * warm hospitality upon arrival with mint tea and cookies, and a calming voice of the host welcoming us to Marrakech and the Riad * good home cooked dinner - lemon/chicken tagine dinner that we had dinner n the 2nd night at the Riad which we could smell way in advance as the cook prepared it. (They don’t serve alcohol but you may bring your own.) * abundant breakfast on both the mornings served by the pool * lovely calming decor in white/light green colors that made the place look and feel like we’ve arrived home - with unique pieces of local art * beautiful rooftop terrace that is so high it enables to see the city roofs and the beautiful sunsets We appreciated feeling welcomed, safe and secure in this Riad. Thank you for having us! We’ll recommend this place to our friends and family!

Since it was market day in Medina, the taxi couldn't bring us to the the Riad, and after calling them, someone from the Riad have been so nice to come and fetch us, and walk us to the place. The service is superb, the staff very helpful with everything. Couldn't ask for more.

The location is amazing! Very short walk to the main square (Jema El Fena)- this is where you find all the cafes and restaurants. The Riad is super peaceful from the hustle and bustle of the market areas. The staff are super friendly and they would ensure the rooms are spotless everyday.

Right in the middle of the souks, but since its tucked inside a back alley, its very quiet. The riad is clean, comfy and beautifully decorated. It has a small pool in the courtyard, didnt use it but saw people dipped in it. Had no problem looking for it with google map. Alrhough its at the very end of an alley, its perfectly safe even going back there at night. Just don’t trust the kids telling you is close or theres nothing in there (They wanna get tips for bringing you somwhere else)

Ruhige Lage. Das Service war sehr bemüht und nett. Frühstück war auch total in Ordnung. Man darf halt kein Hotelfrühstück erwarten. Baguette, Butter, Marmelade, Honig, Crepes, Streichkäse, Kaffee oder Tee.

The B & B presents well in a location close to the market square. It is impossible to find without calling the manager as we did from Cafe de France. Taxis cant take you very close due to the market and the entrance is at the end of a small lane. Include breakfast is simple but nice around the little pool.

This riad was stunning. From the outside you wouldn't expect much but as soon as you enter you can see the beautiful structures. This riad is a proper riad because it has a fountain and garden in the centre. There are two little birds that fly around that make you feel like your in a small oasis. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lady didn't speak English but we were able to communicate with my broken French. The rooms are large and comfortable. The shower is enormous! They towels are soft. The breakfast was delicious and served hot (coffee is below average so I recommend going with English tea if you need caffeine in the morning). The alley can be a bit sketchy at night time so I recommend walking with someone as its not very well lit. I would definitely stay there again.

Its a little difficult to find but when you do, its totally worth it! 5 min walk to the main Jema El Fanaa square but you wouldnt think it when inside. Totally calm and quiet with that moroccan feel to it, its exactly what youd want. I stayed with my 2 sisters and mum and dad for a week. Very well kept rooms, beautiful bathrooms all uniquely designed and has the mod cons youd want. We had both the ground floor rooms near the little pool and kitchen, in the mornings the little birds are real loud but can think of worse things to wake up to. Lacan, Kareema and Zezu, the on duty concierges if youd like are really helpful and nothings too much. Id recommend ringing them before you travel especially if you arrive later than 1pm, to arrange a pick up to save so much hassle with local services. You cannot take cars into the square after that time so will need to walk through it to get to the riad. Compared to other id seen for the time we went, this was amazing value especially with the light breakfast included. It has a rooftop and 2 suites here so is still a small place. Marrakesh is really cheap and local food places to the riad are highly recommended! Especially the cake shop as you come out and turn left and the spit roast chicken shop. Beyond moorish! We will be coming back for sure.. Best choice for location and peace.

The riad is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures, and the central courtyard is a great place to have breakfast or sit and read. The rooms are also lovely, scrupulously clean and have all the amenities you could need - ours was quite dark but I believe this is a common feature of riads, designed to keep them cool in summer. Breakfast was delicious - we had a selection of different moroccan pancakes and breads with jam, honey and butter as well as tea, coffee and lovely fresh orange juice. It was an excellent location, only a few minutes from the action of the souks and the main square, but lovely and peaceful. Plenty of lovely restaurants are nearby - we'd recommend Nomad for a slightly fancier evening and Cafe Kessabine for more traditional (and cheaper) food. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful, and made breakfast for us a little early one day when we were heading out of Marrakech for the day.

The man who greeted us at Riad Les Hibiscus was wonderful; he was welcoming without being overbearing. He also arranged a trust-worthy ride to the airport for us at a very early time, which was very appreciated. The room was very large and with all the comforts of home. A large group of young travelers stayed in the Riad the first night we were there, and the solid structure and window shutters made it easy to close out the noise from the center garden. The showers were hot, the rooms and public spaces were very clean and the decor was modern with Moroccan charm. I had read other reviewers of this riad complain about the internet connection. They are right in that we could not use the internet in our rooms, but who wants to stay on the internet in your room in a place like Morocco? The internet worked fine for us in the public center garden. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overall, this was a great place for us to stay, and we loved the interior courtyard with dip pool and spent a lot of time relaxing here. We stayed 2 nights with family of 5 in 2 rooms, which were small compared to other riads we had stayed at but manageable. However, we observed that several of the other rooms in the riad were quite large with sitting areas and larger spaces. There was an in-room safe, which was a bonus, but no refrigerator. Continental breakfast was typical Moroccan style and the eggs on the first day was a treat. Wifi did not work in our rooms, so we had to go to the courtyard (not necessarily a bad thing)-- the Wifi is the one upgrade I would recommend for this riad.

Peaceful hotel. Bring a detailed map to help you find it but after that you're good to go. Look out for the pharmacy sign at the corner, that's where you turn into the alleyway and it's at the end. The longer you stay the more you relax

From the alley, it doesn't look good. But open the door and you'll find a beautiful and serene setting with a beautiful tiny pool to cool down. The courtyard is also where the breakfast is served, which is ok but not the best we've had in Morocco and a little plain. Location is amazing and rooms are comfortable. Lots of couples here. Very quiet and you can hear a lot since all the rooms are on the courtyard. Don't come here if you plan on partying!

We travelled with our children aged 24 and 19. They loved the Riad as much as we did. The place looked authentic, it was clean, well decorated, the staff were very polite and helpful. The Riad was in an excellent location within the Medina - we had organised to be collected which was helpful and stress free. We would highly recommend it -tastefully decorated and beds were so comfy. The only thing that it lacked for us was a mini fridge and the breakfast could have fresh fruit included but neither of these should be viewed as a criticism but a recommendation. The Riad experience was def worth it and a beautiful, tranquil place.

I came to Marrakesh on vacation with my boyfriend. It was extremely difficult to find our riad and at night, the alley can be scary to navigate. However, once you are inside, it is truly magical. The owners are kind and courteous. The common space is relaxing, and a serene getaway from the main market. The rooftop is absolutely gorgeous. And our room was clean, and and spacious. I highly recommend this place for it's wi-fi, good breakfast, nice staff, AC, and authentic Moroccan architecture.

Great, quiet place to stay, very close to souks Very peaceful the staff were great, fresh breakfast of bread/cakes with jam and cheese and beautiful freshly squeezed orange juice If booking via Expedia in pounds be wary that because you have to pay cash at the hotel they base their rates in euros and it they charge at the exchange rate they have at the time - not when you booked. We were charged an extra £5 than when we booked. Difficult to find - maps of the area are very hard to follow when you first arrive and walking around for about 20 minutes we had to give in to one of the dozens of the local people offering to show us the way (at a price)

Very good riad, close to the main square and the souk. Hotel was very clean, only criticism was that the room was quite small. We only stayed one night so this was not a problem, however if staying with large suitcases this may more of an issue, however I would not not stay here because of this. Very welcoming staff, someone if available 24 hours a day. You will not be give a key to the front door, however you can knock on the door at any time and someone will answer quickly. The riad is a peaceful retreat from the busy pace in the square. Breakfast was very good.

Riad les Hibiscus was a very nice, safe, and clean place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The decoration was simple but in excellent taste and pleasing to the eye. The proximity to all the major sites is the advantage of staying at this Riad. Once you arrive there you will only need your own two feet to get around. I would probably stay here again. However, please keep in mind that this Riad requires payment in cash in Dirhams which we were not expecting. We had to return to the ATM to withdraw additional money. Another consideration - and to be expected given its location - is that you have to park outside of the old Medina and walk to your destination. You will need to ask people along the way for directions to the Riad. It's at the end of a little side street that is dark at night but appears to be safe.

Perfect location, literally 2 minutes from djama el fna. Absolute calm and peace to get away from the madness when you choose. Stayed for 3 nights and loved it. Very glad we took other travellers' advice and prebooked a pickup from the airport - if you have never been before, you would never find it! Room was very comfortable and the riad experience very traditional. Only negative was the lack of a door to the bathroom (just a curtain) - ie NO privacy! Other than that, would definitely recommend it, and would stay here again. Loved it.

Cannot recommend Riad Les Hibiscus enough. From arrival, with complimentary mint tea, until departure, the manager Yasin was an exceptional host, catering to our every need immediately. Even with a/c malfunction, he put us up in a rival (more expensive but not greater spec) riad overnight, transporting luggage for us. His advice for our stay regarding haggling, dealing with locals, best money exchange places, useful phrases, etc was invaluable. The riad was very comfortable, beautiful decor, very quiet, pool was small but perfect for cooling off, good roof terrace (not so great a view). Location was exceptional-less than 5 min walk to Jemaa al Fna square-and while located at end of narrow (potentially scary!) side street never left us feeling vulnerable. To find riad from square, pass Cafe de France on right, up to large "alley" which bears to right (Derb Dabachi-no street sign visible) flanked by small stalls/shops. About 100 yards on right is road sign Derb Sidi Ben Aissa very visible. Riad at very end on right. Don't get conned into accepting directions like us because you can't fail to find it. Would definitely return.

Stayed in Riad Les Hibiscus in Jan 2011, it is situated right off the main square so the location was fantastic and also very conveniently located for all of the main sights (though found it quite difficult to find as it is down a side ally off a shopping street, however gave a local a few dirhams and they showed us where it was) We received a very warm welcome offering us mint tea or whatever drink we fancied. The Riad was very peaceful despite its central location and the room was lovely, lovely Moroccan decor and very clean. There was a spacious roof top terrace with tables and sun loungers. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. The staff at the Riad were really friendly and extremely helpful. The Riad didn't accept cards so had to pay in cash, but this was not a problem as there are loads of banks/cash machines close by. All in all I cannot fault this hotel in any way, it was a beautiful peaceful haven in the center of all of the hustle and bustle of the souks outside.

Very warm welcome with mint tea and Moroccan biscuits. Our room, a junior suite (Orchidee), was just perfect, very big and beautifully decorated. This hotel is wonderfully located near the main shopping streets of the medina and Jemaa Fna square. The riad was extremely well maintained, our room was immaculately cleaned twice daily. There were plenty of power outlets for computers, in our room. The restaurant was very pleasant and intimate, and in fact we had our best Moroccan meals in this restaurant which was also reasonably priced. The hammam also is small but romantic. The only drawback I could determine was the fact that they did not take credit cards and I was sent out to a cash machine to pay for my stay (but they promise they will accept credit cards soon). Inchallah !

My wife and I stayed at Riad les Hibiscus in March for one week. This lovely riad-hotel is indeed a gem but the best thing about our stay were the Riad les Hibiscus staff. They were absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful ! We had a suite on the roof terrace. The room was perfectly clean, the breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, the food was great and it had a small pool in the patio. The Riad is beautiful ! Nice spa. WONDERFUL LOCATION ! No Internet access from my room (but not much of a problem, since there was wi-fi in the lounge area near the pool). I would go back in a second !
