De accommodatie ligt buiten de medina, wat heel fijn is. Als je ‘s middags bij het zwembad ligt, is het echt een oase van rust. Ze maken elke dag je kamer schoon, wat enorm fijn is. Ook de tips van Alix Sophie hebben super erg geholpen (wbt transport, to do’s etc). Tip: indien mogelijk, bied dat standaard aan aan alle gasten. Kost 5 minuutjes maar daar hebben ze super veel aan!

Cons: ‘s Nachts was er best veel overlast, niet buiten op straat maar echt ín de accommodatie (we weten niet of het medewerkers of gasten waren?).

Tout ! Le personnel a été particulièrement incroyable. Plein de conseils, elles se sont aussi adaptées à nos demandes . Le spa est fantastique, les masseuses sont à l'écoute, elles sont douees. Nous avons même réserver un deuxième massage avant de partir. Le déjeuner et le repas sont très bons. L'emplacement est plutôt sympathique, il se trouve à 15 min en bus de la médina, il y a beaucoup de transports autour. Le quartier est plutôt calme et nous nous sommes senties en sécurité durant la journée et le soir. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff couldn’t have done more to help - they are wonderful hosts. The breakfast is lovely, the spa is amazing and the rooms/grounds are very nice.

Cons: The hotel is not in a good location - there are not other restaurants/things to see/supermarkets in walking distance and the medina is a 40 minute walk down a busy/dangerous main road. Taxis only cost around £4 to get into the medina and are reliable, which helps.

The villa is a peaceful haven, away from the hectic medina. The breakfast provided is delicious and we enjoyed the garden. We loved our hamman experience at the villa- the best massage we have ever had! The owner Alix was very helpful and all of the staff were polite and welcoming. There is a nearby ATM, bureau de change and supermarket which was handy. The villa also has some nice local restaurants in the nearby area.

Cons: The villa is in an area away from the main medina and souks. However, there are a few regular buses into town and it's very easy to get taxis.

Lo staff era eccellente e disponibile. La struttura bella e la stanza (junior suite) era molto spaziosa. La spa nonostante sia piccola offre un Hammam di tutto rispetto e un massaggio davvero apprezzabile.

Cons: La manutenzione della villa lascia molto a desiderare. L'ultimo giorno eravamo senza acqua calda!! I muri della stanza presentevano crepe e i battiscopa erano per lo più lesionati. Così anche la manutenzione della struttura tutta. In generale la manutenzione era davvero scarsa sia della stanza che della struttura centrale. Basterebbe poco per restituire alla Villa il lustro e il decoro che merita atteso che la struttura si presta perchè molto molto bella. La zona circostante alla villa non offriva granchè e bisognava prendere un taxi per tutto e soprattutto per la medina (circa 7 euro). La colazione con scelta molto ridotta

A quiet oasis outside of the main hustle and bustle of Marrakesh yet close enough to visit the old city every day. Close to local restaurants and shops, Villa Amira had everything you need in a Morrocan escape. Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff and owner, Alix, was accomodating and friendly.

Het personeel was aardig, maar de laatste dag was 1 dame erg dwingend met vragen om een goede recensie en een fooi. Dat was erg vervelend. Het jonge meisje dat er werkte was superlief. De kamer was prima, leuk balkon. We zaten aan de straatkant, maar hadden niet echt last van de herrie.

Très bon repas servi le soir, préparé par les dames qui s’occupe du Riad. Établissement facile à trouvé, emplacement à 2km du souk (faisable à pied en visitant les avenues). Le spa et la piscine sont très agréables. Connexion wifi dans la chambre familiale parfaite. Soued était à nos petits soins, nous a rendu service à chaque question ou besoin, très gentille et agréable dame. L’hôte, Alix, parle français et s’est montrée très réactive et accueillante. Navette aéroport aller et retour parfait, à l’heure, même à 3h du matin ! Des banques, restaurant, supérette partout autour du Riad. Je recommande vraiment cet hébergement, pour court ou long séjour.

Cons: Petit bémol sur l’isolation des chambres si on ne supporte pas le moindre bruit, néanmoins avec une bonne journée de visite on trouve très vite le sommeil, la route est peu passante.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent — they made a delicious omelette. The team always greeted us with a smile and spoke both French and English. Alix, the owner, was also very welcoming, and the location is only about 15 minutes from the main attractions. WIFI is Strong.

Cons: The rooms are a bit outdated, and we saw a cockroach in the bathroom twice. The road outside is also quite noisy and gets busy early in the morning, around 8:00 a.m., but we usually left by 9:00 a.m., so it didn’t bother us too much.

L ‘ esperienza a Villa Amira&Spa è stata thoroughly satisfactory. Sia dal punto di vista dell‘ubicazione comodissima per raggiungere la Medina , ma lontana dal caos . Nn appena varchi la soglia del Riad si viene accolti da un’ eccellente staff sempre pronto a soddisfare le necessità dei propri ospiti , con una vasta offerta di facilities come per esempio l’ampia scelta di trattamenti hammam e diversi massaggi rilassanti . Sul punto di vista culinario Zahira ci ha deliziato con buonissimi piatti tipici locali e colazioni deliziose e abbondanti . Per quanto riguarda la pulizia il servizio è stato molto buono , asciugami e biancheria venivano cambiati puntualmente.

Cons: They say they are a spa but… they basically have a hamam (steam room) that you can pay extra to use. We went for their top of the line ‘royal’ package for two (steam room with face and body massages) and it’s was the worst spa experience we have ever had - so bad in fact that we began laughing throughout… imagine a Moroccan Fawlty Towers scene! The ladies providing the service could not have been less interested in being there - nothing was prepared ahead of time - the steam room was crumby… a really terrible experience. The breakfasts are also terribly basic and bland. The WiFi is patchy at best and the TV setup doesn’t work.

Cons: Le riad a du charme et le personnel est accueillant, mais plusieurs points devraient être améliorés. Le petit-déjeuner est répétitif et manque de variété. La chambre n’était pas totalement à la hauteur : mauvaise isolation phonique avec des bruits de motos toute la nuit. La piscine aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement, l’eau était très froide, et la télévision est dépassée, sans chaînes disponibles. Il manque également des activités ou un espace de détente sur place pour les moments où l’on ne sort pas du riad. Et enfin, devoir fermer sa porte avec un cadenas en 2025, ce n’est vraiment plus dans l’air du temps — cela donne une impression d’inconfort et d’insécurité. Dommage, car le lieu a du potentiel, mais un peu de modernisation et de soin rendraient l’expérience beaucoup plus agréable.

Spacious and clean: The room was very large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. Amazing staff: The staff members were extremely kind, respectful, and professional. Their attitude really made the stay pleasant. Special thanks to the lady in charge, who was very attentive. Bathroom issue resolved: At first, there was a small issue with the electricity/light flickering in the bathroom water, but the lady immediately helped us by giving access to another bathroom for the shower. The problem was handled quickly and with care. Facilities: The pool and the entire villa were excellent, offering a very relaxing environment. Attention to detail: Even though we were the only guests that night, the staff kept the lights on in the riad’s common areas, the entrance, and even the pool lighting at night, which shows they really care about small details and guest comfort. Breakfast: The breakfast was basic but sufficient, enough to start the day well.

Cons: The location on Google Maps/Booking maps is incorrect. At first, we were directed to a completely wrong place, about 30 minutes away by car, which caused a lot of stress. Only after contacting the lady on WhatsApp did we receive the correct location. I strongly recommend asking the host directly for the exact location before heading there, to avoid confusion. Overall: A great stay with only a small issue related to the map location. The villa, the staff, and the cleanliness were excellent. Highly recommended.

Cela fait deux années consécutives que je viens, et ce Riyad est tout simplement sublime : autant par le lieu, magnifique et apaisant, que par l’équipe qui s’en occupe. Tout le personnel est adorable : les femmes sont d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance rares, le veilleur de nuit est également très agréable et toujours disponible. À chaque séjour, nous avons vraiment l’impression d’être comme à la maison, entourés de personnes aux petits soins. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe ! Somos uma família com 2 filhos com estadia de 6 dias, ficamos no mesmo quarto, o mesmo era grande a casa de banho também com banheira e duche, a piscina muito agradável e limpa, o pequeno almoço bom e suficiente para estarmos bem e só petiscar ao almoço. Espaço sempre limpo, quartos limpos todos os dias. Localização muito boa ao pé de lojas, supermercados, banco,restaurantes,museus a 3 klm da Medina, fizemos bem a pé sem perigo à noite sempre muita gente na rua, mas se optar por transporte também existe perto autocarro. Funcionários muito simpáticos , mesmo falando só francês, existiu esforço para falarem inglês.

The villa was in the perfect location in Marrakech which was very peaceful but close enough to the centre to see all the sites of the city. The breakfast was amazing every morning and the staff were very attentive whenever we needed anything. Our room was also perfect which was as authentic as a Riad could be. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

Personeel was super vriendelijk, alsook de uitbaatster. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Op vraag kon je ook lunch bestellen, die werd ook vers bereid en was heel lekker. De locatie is prima, niet zoveel in de buurt maar wel rustig. Mooi zwembad, mooie accommodatie.

Le décor et le confort

Cons: Le personnel, soin du visage et le hamam fait par une seule personne pour 2, qui passait de moi à mon amie entre chaque produit appliqué sans se laver les mains, il est important aussi de demander si on se sent à l'aise pour être nue car cela a été limite imposé et peut déranger certaines personnes pudiques. Une autre personne du personnel intendante était brusque, nous a commandé un taxi qui est arrivé trop tôt puis nous a pressée pour qu'on prenne le taxi puis elle a profité de notre course pour qu'on la dépose quelque part sans nous demander ni participer aux frais.

Cons: The location was a bit too far from the centre, was cold at nights and didn't find blanket till after a few days. Problem's getting in as the front gate, was closed locked most of the time. There was WiFi but it was broken for 3 days then it was hit and miss if you could use it or stay on!!! Would not take much to sort out other cafes had better WiFi. Tax was added on leaving!!! The cost was very hight we talked to the owner on the phone and it was reduced by 2/3!! The other lady had got it wrong!! Made a sad end to the trip

The staff are amazing, great location - close enough to the must sees, while far enough away to get a full reprieve, and great amenities (the spa, hot water, pool, airport shuttle, and consistently wonderful breakfast).

Nous sommes restées 7 nuits à la villa et nous nous y sommes sentis merveilleusement bien comme à la maison. , Une equipe de choc et de charme aux petits soins (merci à Souad, Zouair et Zaïra et toutes les autres) avec à la tête Alix toujours réactive et bienveillante. Les petits déjeuner sont frais et bien copieux. On a gouté le tajine olives poulet, un delice ! Les soins spa sont vraiment qualitatifs et fait par la merveilleuse Hayet. Pour un long séjour, nous avons préfére être au calme dans le quartier Gueliz que la Médina. De plus, on trouve tout à proximité et les taxis peuvent nous déposer et chercher devant la porte. Nous recommandons Momo chauffeur au top conseillé par la Villa. Nous avions la suite et tout était parfait à cette période.

Cons: La Wi-Fi est présente mais quelques soucis de connexion. Pas très stable. Nous étions là pour nous reposer donc ne pas être joignable tout le temps était très bien aussi

La Villa es preciosa nada más entrar. Está llena de arte Marroquí y con todo el sabor de un sitio clásico. Las diferentes estancias son preciosas, dispone de piscina pero no la usamos. La gente que trabaja ahí son encantadoras y si necesitas algo siempre están disponibles para ayudar. El sitio es muy tranquilo ya que se encuentra lejos del bullicio de la ciudad. Hay muchas zonas por las que te puedes sentar, de esta forma no tienes que estar en la habitación obligatoriamente. El desayuno me encantó y la hora para disfrutarlo es muy buena y no tienes que madrugar, es hasta las 11. Si, me hacía levantarme solo para regodearme con los buenos productos que ponían. Desde la ubicación de la Villa puedes moverte en bus perfectamente, estas cerca de la medina y asi te relacionas con la gente del lugar, gente que por cierto me asombró lo amigables y educados que eran, a parte se nota que es una ciudad muy segura, he andado lo que no está escrito por muchos sitios de la ciudad y en ningún momento noté o ví algo raro que me pusiera en alerta, un encanto de gente.

L’emplacement était super! Proche du bus pour aller a la place jemaa El fna par exemple. Le personnel était composé principalement de femmes, elles étaient super gentilles et la propriétaire Alexis également. Il y a le restaurant chez Fatima juste à côté qui offre de délicieux plats marocains. J’ai particulièrement apprécié leur assortiment de 6 entrées. Franchement nous le recommandons !

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was fantastic. Silence and quietness was delightful!! Stunning location very close to Jardín de la Majorelle and close to restaurants. Very quiet area too with perfect connection to the hectic centre of Marrakesh. Super confortable beds and pillows. Top choice but make sure you get a big and proper room.

Cons: For a quite high price, we were placed in a small room located in the last floor. The room was very small, it had a nice terrace with a lovely view but again, it was too small and the bathroom and shower were also very small. Of course up there it was Impossible to get WI-FI so we could not plan the next part of the trip because we had no connection and our 5G did nit work. Also, the address of the place in the booking app takes you to another property located in a street with the same name but in a very bad neighbourhood near the airport. It took us 45 min to get to the wrong address, and 1h to get to the proper address. We were asking for help via booking chat and phone and nobody answered or helped. Apparently this had happened before to other clients but the owner of the house does not give a damn about it and she’s not amending this mistake in the booking app GPS. We would not come back because to us, it was a nightmare to get there due to this lack of diligence. And we got a bad room.

A 15 minutos paseando de los Jardines Majorelle, la zona donde su ubica el hotel es tranquila y buena. Las instalaciones son excelentes y bellas. Muy buena energía. También disponen de piscina y hamman de alta calidad en el que te atienden a petición. Nuestra habitación, para nosotras dos y nuestras dos hijas mayores, es inmejorable, terraza incluida. El desayuno incluido muy completo y saludable. Por ultimo, pero no por ello menos importante, el personal es amable, atento y profesional. Decididamente volveremos a Villa Amira cuando visitemos de nuevo Marrakech. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que nuestra experiencia resulte inolvidable.

It is a beautiful traditional and quiet guesthouse just out of town. My room had a balcony and bath with shower. Breakfast was amazing. Had a hamman which was lovely. Pool area is nice although I didn't use it. Felt very safe, as a single woman that's important.

Cons: I arrived late from the airport and it didn't seem so welcoming. Normally when I visit I am offered tea or water. This wasn't in the room either. Tricky to find and out of town, although you can get a taxi to get to the medina easily. Bathroom needs updating a bit.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein eine sehr ruhige Unterkunft. Abseits der Zentrale Medina, so dass es schön ruhig war und wir gut schlafen konnten. A beautiful and superbly comfortable hotel. The decor is gorgeous, our rooms were spacious, as were the bathrooms, and the beds very comfortable with crisp fresh linen and a choice of pillow thickness (which I prefer). The pool and surrounding areas are lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We would most certainly return and highly recommend this place.

Cons: Our rooms faced the street and were therefore quire noisy, except very late at night. I qould recommend asking for a pool-facing room if available. Otherwise everything was great.

Souad en Alix waren super lief! Het ontbijt was lekker vers en er was dagelijkse kamer onderhoud.

Cons: De andere 2 dames waren niet zo vriendelijk. Het jammere aan het ontbijt was dat het wel elke dag hetzelfde was. Ik miste soms wat fruit. Ook bij het bijvragen van pannenkoekjes of brood was het niet mogelijk dus dan was het soms wel relatief weinig. Bij onze aankomst zat er nog haar in het putje van het bad en de wc was niet uitgekuisd. Dit was iets minder, ook de algemene hygiëne van de kamer had iets beter gekunnen in mijn ogen, alles is nogal verouderd. We hebben van vrienden mooiere accommodaties gezien achteraf waarbij ze minder betaald hebben.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Villa amira et spa. Jeden Morgen wurde ein nettes Marokkanisches Frühstück serviert ,alle Mitarbeiter waren so herzlich. Wir fanden die Lage super,zu Fuß zur Medina läuft man ca 40-50 Minuten,mit dem Taxi fährt man 10 Minuten. Es sind Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir würden dieses Riat jederzeit wieder buchen.

A charming Riad situated in the new-town of Marrakech, beautifully decorated with very helpful staff. A very tasty breakfast too, would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly staff and helpful owner who provided a lot of useful advice! My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool, too. Breakfast was good, and the place was tastefully decorated! Would definitely recommend it!

The staff were so friendly. We had such a lovely stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. It's a 15 minute taxi to the center and it's in a more relaxing quiet neighborhood of Marrakech. The pool was such a plus. The room was spacious and we had a large balcony and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious!

Cons: The staff didn't speak much English but they do speak French and the shower was either very hot or very cold. I would still definitely stay here again though!

Zahara staff member was as sweet as they come and so welcoming and doing everything to make my stay comfortable. Please let owner know. The area was perfectly safe. Room was spacious. Not in Medina, but not far. I would go back to this Riad if I were to ever go back to Marrakech.

Cons: second day breakfast very crowded. Felt not enough protein and not in a position to ask as staff was very busy.

Die Zimmer waren einfach, sehr authentisch und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker, aber wenig abwechslungsreich. Die Lage außerhalb der Medina war für mich optimal. Es gibt eine nahegelegene Bushaltestelle zur Medina, aber man hat auch eine gute Möglichkeit zu entspannen.

Cons: Das W-Lan ist im oberen Stockwerk sehr schwach, Klimanalage und Fernseher habe ich nicht in Gang bekommen. Habe ich aber auch nicht wirklich vermisst.

The flexibility of the Service personnel was great. breakfast could be served on demand, coffee was served when asked for, even if it was very early. The pool had sun from 09.00h on , was clean and with nice sunbeds.

Cons: The crane in the bath needed some maintenance, was not working that properly when opening it a bit more to its maximum and we missed a shower screen which led to a lot of water outside the bath .

Nous ne pouvons que de donner une note de 10/10 à tous les niveaux, que ce soit pour le ryad (magnifique, très bien entretenu, au calme et, idéalement situé pour se rendre dans le centre de Marrakech par bus ou taxi), l'accueil, la gentillesse de tout le personnel (direction, personnel d'accueil, de services, du hammam et du bien-être...). De surcroît, ce ryad est absolument magnifique! On s'y sent vraiment très bien! Bref, nous le recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Très belle villa, agréable, au nord ouest de Marrakech. 15min en voiture de la médina. Chambre quadruple top, avec une immense salle de bain. Espace piscine très sympa, ensoleillé jusqu'à 17h en avril. Le personnel est charmant et arrangeant. Nous avons pu déjeuner tardivement à notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner copieux. Très belle adresse !

Beautiful place, super clean and well kept. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and modern. We really enjoyed our stay and the swimming pool and chill area.. the place feels very peaceful and quiet and they serve a delicious breakfast. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The area is pleasant, away from the chaos but only a 10 minutes drive from the center. Absolutely recommended!

La habitación era muy amplia, la cama muy grande y al estar alejado de la ciudad era muy tranquila. La señora fue muy amable y nos preparó un desayuno para llevar a la mañana siguiente ya que teníamos una excursión y salimos temprano.

Cons: La limpieza es mejorable... Había una cucaracha muerta en el suelo del baño cuando llegamos. Fue bastante desagradable.

La maison elle-même, son très beau séjour à l'ancienne, son jardin avec piscine font un endroit oû l'on est bien à l'aise. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le personnel attentif. La localisation, pas loin mais pas non plus trop près de l'agitation de la médina, est très convenable.

Cons: I stayed in a room on the ground floor and it was difficult to sleep at night as you could hear everything that happen in the kitchen and the lounge area. For some reason it was very noisy, lots of people coming in and out around 1-2 am.

Cons: Door to the terrace had bad isolation and the air conditioning did not functioned properly. Bedroom was cold! Our bedroom was the only in the floor! It is not proper for renting! TV was as well not functioning at all! Distance from the hotel to medina was too high and far from plaza! Also, due to Ramadão there were no taxis functioning by dinner time! Disapointing experience this hotel! Not enough tables for breakfast, ... etc etc.

La propriétaire des lieux est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours là quand on a besoin. Le Riad est un peu retiré des endroits touristiques ce qui fait que c’est très calme, on entend les oiseaux le matin au réveil. Le balcon vue sur la piscine est un grand plus. Petit déjeuner varié et fait maison.

Cons: La salle de bain est dans son jus (vieux sèche cheveux, la prise près du miroir qui n’est plus fixée). Nous avons voulu mangé une fois à midi au Riad (car proposé à notre arrivée) et on s’est fait gentiment remballé. La connexion wifi est très très mauvaise. Le petit déjeuner commence seulement à 8:30 (le personnel commence à la préparer à l’heure là alors il faut encore attente 10-15min avant d’être servi), ce qui est très tard surtout si on a des activités de prévues dès le matin.

Situata nel quartiere Semlalia (15 min di auto dalla medina), è una struttura molto bella e curata: una piccola oasi al femminile dotata anche di piscina e spa. Personalmente ho adorato il clima di vacanza che vi si respirava, sempre accogliente, in ogni momento della giornata. Lo staff è molto disponibile e attento, spontaneamente gentile e premuroso. La titolare, Alix, ci ha riempito di consigli utili e di dritte per le visite in città. Stanza pulita e fornita di ogni confort; Colazione ogni giorno diversa e gustosa. Sono servite pietanze locali cucinate in loco molto bene che consentono di assaggiare le specialità marocchine. Ci tornerò volentieri!
