Cons: La vue de mon balcon avec le vis à vis obligé de garder le rideau fermer donc pas top pour l'intimité Je déconseille le restaurant j'ai commandé une pastilla franchement à part quelqu'un qui ne connaît pas la vraie pastilla peut aimer. Petite de taille pas les saveurs de la pastilla et super cher pour ce qu’on nous sert. Bref je conseille l’hotel mais manger ailleurs si vous avez faim ou gros appétit. Le petit dej est au top à l'inverse

Cons: A fekete burkolatokon le nem takarított vízkő, a kád meletti penészesedés. Ha ezekre is odafigyelnek majd, akkor a vendégben biztosan nem lesz hiányérzet a szállással kapcsolatban.

Cons: I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. The room was extremely dirty, with old, poorly maintained furnishings and unclean bedding. The shower was also filthy. The noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. The air conditioner was extremely loud, and I could hear the neighboring guests every time they opened or closed their doors. In the morning, I was woken up by members of the cleaning staff speaking loudly and arguing in the hallway. I only stayed one night and decided to move to another hotel. I would never stay here again.

La piscine était dans un état très préoccupant, avec une eau verdâtre qui ressemblait davantage à une mare qu’à une piscine dans laquelle on pouvait avoir envie de se baigner. Le petit-déjeuner était peu varié et décevant. La machine à café semblait très mal réglée : il fallait s’y reprendre plusieurs fois pour parvenir à remplir correctement une tasse. Dans l’ensemble, le personnel était gentil, mais j’ai trouvé le service peu professionnel et insuffisamment organisé. Je tiens cependant à faire une exception pour Abdel Ali, qui a été très professionnel, attentif et efficace. Malheureusement, il n’était pas toujours en service. Mon expérience au SPA a également été très mauvaise. Ayant plusieurs allergies, j’ai demandé à la personne qui devait effectuer le soin quelle était la composition du scrub qu’elle allait appliquer sur ma peau. Elle m’a simplement répondu : « Ce n’est pas moi qui l’ai fabriqué. » J’ai trouvé cette réponse à la fois peu professionnelle et peu rassurante compte tenu du risque allergique. N’ayant obtenu aucune information sur la composition du produit, j’ai préféré interrompre immédiatement le soin et quitter le SPA. Au final, l’établissement ne correspondait pas du tout à mes attentes ni au niveau de prestations que j’estimais avoir réservé. Une expérience très décevante.

I loved everything about this hotel. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everything was perfect from the room to the facilities and the service. I truly felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment of my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I especially liked the location, the comfortable rooms, the cleanliness, and the large bathroom. The air conditioning also worked very well, which was especially appreciated. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would be happy to return.
Cons: One area that could be improved is the breakfast. It felt a little disorganized, and we often had to ask the waiters for different items because they were not available or displayed at the buffet. With a little better organization and more consistent replenishment, the breakfast experience could be much better.

Cons: Mal isolé trop de bruit malgré les fenêtres fermées On nous avait promis le petit déjeuner de notre départ à 6h30 ils étaient d’accord pour préparer les viennoiseries pour les enfants et lorsqu’on est arrivé tout le monde dormait à la réception et les serveurs dormaient dans le restaurant. Si ce n’était pas possible de le préparer ils auraient dû nous le dire . On est arrivé dans le restaurant rien était prêt il nous ont amenés des gâteaux de la veille.

My stay at Bab Hotel Marrakech was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. When I arrived, I was given the wrong room, without the facilities I specifically requested during booking. The first room was extremely noisy, with constant car horns and street noise throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep properly. After complaining, they moved me to another room which met my expectations better in terms of the room itself, but unfortunately the noise was even worse. Another frustrating issue was the room key system. The key card constantly stopped working. If you spent even 10 minutes outside the hotel, by the time you returned, the key would no longer open the door and you had to keep going downstairs to reception for another key activation. This happened repeatedly throughout my stay and became extremely exhausting and inconvenient. What made the experience more upsetting was the attitude of the reception staff. They were unfriendly, rude, dismissive, and at times very disrespectful whenever concerns were raised. The worst part happened during checkout. I was initially asked to pay an extra 80 dirhams for drinks from the fridge, which I agreed to. However, after asking me to wait while someone checked the room, they suddenly claimed I owed 210 dirhams, accusing me of consuming drinks that I had personally bought outside the hotel. I repeatedly explained that the additional drinks were mine and not theirs. The situation escalated badly. Despite telling them I was about to miss my flight, they closed the door and refused to let me leave. I had to force the door open while staff members shouted at me publicly, calling me names such as “thief” and other insults. During the confrontation, my phone was snatched and my screen got broken. The shouting continued outside on the street until I brought out my tablet to record the incident, at which point the staff member finally backed away. I have a 19-second video recording of part of the

Stayed here 3 nights, hotel room great with funky ambiance in rooms. Nice large bathroom, double sinks and big shower. Room had large sitting area and small balcony but lighting was a bit dim. The restaurant food was amazingly good for lunch and dinner as well as the breakfast buffet. Table service was slightly slow, but good trade off for meal quality. All staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Handy location for walking a few blocks to stores etc.

Hotel perfectly located near the airport - made our early-morning departure easy, stress-free. Really appreciated the large room, very comfortable bed, and convenient hotel dining room. Very relaxing for end of our 3+ week visit in Morocco. The very best thing was the warm, personable welcome we received on arrival, made so special by the presence of Lamia, a lovely a woman working at the desk with whom I had had prior very helpful correspondence about our booking. I was hoping I would have an opportunity to meet with her and thank her in person. And she was there! Like greeting a sister! And the rest of the hotel staff caught the good vibes too - smiles all around, from the doorman to the valet to a lovely welcoming letter from the manager. My husband and I simply felt embraced by the entire staff. We will remember this for ever.
Cons: I wish we had had the opportunity to spend a little time with Lamia to thank her again for her help, and to have a short visit. As it was, we were quite weary from our travel, and missed that opportunity.

Hôtel sans plus, avec un lobby moderne et agréable pour un verre de vin ou un café. Extérieur beaucoup moins beau mais on l'oublie une fois à l'intérieur. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien qu'un peu vieillottes. Matelas plutôt dur. On entend le bruit de l'éxtérieur, mais je l'ai trouvé supprotable. Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner car partie trop tôt, mais j'ai apprécié le petit dej à emporter qu'ils m'ont préparé. L'hôtel manque un peu d'entretien, mais c'est le cas pour la plupart des hôtels à Marrakech, meme des 5 étoiles. Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel - Quartier Gueliz - et donc entouré de commerces, pharmacie, restaurants locaux et transport public.
Cons: Le restaurant de l'hôtel est absolument hors de prix et pratiquement sans options végétariennes. Ne tombez pas dans le piège - plusieurs restaurants à proximité proposent des menus plus intéressants, voir à 1/4 du prix.

I really like the location as it’s surrounded by everything you need. I even bought 2 rugs from Galerie Marzouk who ships for a small fee, right next to the hotel. Awesome food at the hotel and many places you can dine in around the area too. Many galleries and museums all walking distance. Jemaa el-fna is 40 mins walk away. The staff were great and helpful. Got an upgrade to junior suite. Fireplace was on at breakfast, lunch and dinner and set a nice ambience. There’s a pool and spa too which can be used.
Cons: It’s above a bar/club which closes at 4am so quite a bit of noise at times. My phone in room didn’t work in junior suite so couldn’t call for room service. A couple of light switches don’t work either at bedside but these are all minor issues.

We were traveling with my 16 year old daughter and had already contacted the hotel to request a separate area for her to have privacy. Marrakech was the last part of our weeklong travel around Morocco and was our favorite part of the adventure. Bab Hotel was a great place to start the day and return to relax and refresh. The unit we got was on the 5th floor and excellent: clean, spacious, close to the elevator (there was alot of noise from the street as there were a few restaurants that stayed open late night - but we weren't too bothered by it). There was a twin rolling bed, L-shaped sofa, TV and plenty of room for her to spread out. There was a sliding door into the master bedroom to give us our privacy as well. We had plenty of space. The closet was amazing - enough space to organize for more than a week! The bathroom situation was a bit odd - the toilet/sink was separate from the bath area. There was plenty of room in the shower bathroom to be able to have a toilet - however it was also nice to have a toilet separate from the shower (two toilets would have been nice). There were two balconies in this unit which was also nice. The hotel staff was amazing - special kudos to Sabrine - she came with the driver to pick us up from the airport as our flight landed at midnight and she came to make sure our transfer/transportation and all were smooth. She helped make our stay comfortable, convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast was great - variety and very tasty. The bar was great as well. There is a spa and they were accommodating as well as professional and peaceful. Bab Hotel location was good as well - there are many banks, convenience stores, restaurants within walking distance. The New Year's Gala was the icing on an already delicious cake! There was entertainment : DJ, band, performers - musicians, dancers, belly dancer, drum player - so much to keep us entertained. Service and presentation was great. My daughter had the best time!! Thank you for such a memorable stay! Happy New Year!

The room was huge and the location was very central - great if you want to stay out of the Medina, but close to restaurants and cafés.
Cons: The pool water was totally freezing, and the pool area is weirdly located right by the restaurant downstairs - there is no sun. Breakfast has a random selection. The light in our room had no off switch so we had to call housekeeping who put black tape around it.

Cons: Our double bed was two single beds put together to make one double bed. This made it difficult for me and my partner to sleep in. We didn’t sleep comfortably for the entire stay. Plus we told the receptionist and she did nothing about it. We complained twice hoping they would replace the single mattresses for one double mattress but they never. We are very disappointed about this. But on our check out another receptionist told me will refund my money as she will talk to her management but still not received nothing from them. I will say to everyone stay away from this hotel.

Nice staff, quality look to the hotel throughout. Smart deluxe room with decent size bed and bathroom. Nice bar and restaurant area. A small paddle pool with roof that is covered and can be opened in summer also near restaurant. A small shop and masseuse services too. In useful location for restaurants, bars and shops. Walkable 30 mins plus to some tourist sites. Minor downside was the noise at times from the street at night and the lack of sound proofed windows and doors. I needed my ear plugs at times. Also, found the step up shower cubicle a bit daunting and the spongy shower tray wasn’t great. No idea if all rooms had that layout but felt unsteady every time I showered. Still, overall this is a good quality hotel with great staff and would stay again.

Cons: عدم صدقهم حيث انهم قالو ان مواقف السيارة مجانا ولم يكن ذلك وليس لديهم مواقف للسيارات اصلا. و عدم ردهم على الاتصال. موقعهم غير واضح وليس موجود على الخرائط حيث وجهني الى طريق خطاء وحي شعبي قديم صغير. انصح بعدم التصديق بما يكتب في البوكنج.كذلك الموظفين يعطيك من طرف اللسان حلوة وهو غير ذلك مجرد لتلميع سمعة الفندق.نجمتين كثيرة عليه. ولكم الشكر

L'équipe d'accueil est très agréable, merci à Sabrine et sa collègue pour l'accueil, la suite est fabuleuse, la chambre est très confortable, les produits de soin de qualité, l'emplacement est super, en plein centre de Gueliz donc tout accessible à pieds. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Je recommande !
Cons: Le seul bémol est la clim : nous avons eu très chaud même en mettant la clim au plus frais, le frigo est petit et enfin nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes mais les équipements ont été fournis en nombre insuffisant : (2 peignoirs 2 petites serviettes, 2 échantillons de savons, 2 petites crèmes corps, 1 brosse à dents, 2 chaussons jetables), dommage.

Cons: MOTEL (!) vibe!!! The room doesn’t look like the pictures. The bathroom and toilet are dirty. The room needs maintenance. There are sexually suggestive pictures on the walls... and mirrors everywhere.... Definitely feels like a place for a one-night stand. Horrible vibe and energy. No soundproofing. The street is very loud.

Cons: Rien. Juste payer le parking aux gens qui s’occupe de la rue c’est dmg alors qu’on est client de l’hôtel.
