"Riad Ajmal is a small riad in the heart of the old city. It is very picturesque, featuring a lovely courtyard where breakfast and dinner are served upon request. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with local character, offering comfort without unnecessary luxuries. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is located just a stone's throw away from the souks, and most points of interest are within walking distance. The breakfast was sufficient and of good quality. The hammam and massage experience was also very interesting. The dinner we had one evening was excellent, featuring local cuisine and top-quality ingredients. However, what truly made our stay special was the staff. They were all incredibly polite, welcoming, and cheerful. They were eager to fulfill any request and helped us organize our excursions. When we left, we were mostly sad to say goodbye to them. I highly recommend staying at this riad."

Everything. The staff team are so friendly and kind. The Riad is so beautiful and the space so tranquil. The hammam and massage were really good. The breakfast was generous and tasty. The room had lovely features. Of the many riads I have stayed in in Marrakesh, this one is now my favourite.

The staff was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The morning that we were going on a day trip and the morning that we were leaving for the airport, they provided us with a takeaway breakfast. Also they organised an airport transfer and walked us to collect the transfer due to it being early in the morning.

We had the best stay! The staff were amazing, super friendly and on hand to help at any moment. Communication was really good as well and gave some good tips. Had a beautiful orange blossom smell which made it feel serene like we were staying in a spa. Slightly further out from the busyness of the medina, so it was nice and quiet. Delicious breakfast was served every morning and it was a beautifully decorated riad.

Vom Empfang bis hin zur Abreise, perfekt. Unser Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Es war unser drittes Riad in Marrakesh und es hat mit dem Frühstück die vorherigen übertroffen. Die Dachterrasse war mit dem Blick auf die Koutoubia Moschee unglaublich schön und gemütlich. Wir haben dort einige sehr schöne Stunden verbracht. Ein lieben Dank an alle vom Personal. Die Lage ist großartig und man kann die Medina zu Fuß erobern.

Cons: I did not like that there was no proper wall between bedroom and the bathroom, so when someone was using the bathroom for example during the night the light was quite disturbing as well as the noise. Apart from that everything was perfect;-)

We had a wonderful stay at this riad. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the very beginning, making sure we arrived safely and without any problems. In the evening, they even prepared a delicious meal for us, which we truly appreciated. I can highly recommend both the dinner and the breakfast – the food was outstanding and definitely among the best we had during our trip to Morocco. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer war piko sauber und wir haben toll geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist typisch marokanisch, jeden Tag gab es eine andere Leckerei. Riad liegt etwa 15 min vom Platz entfernt, in einem schönen Viertel, hier kann man abends gemütlich essen gehen, wenn man nicht mehr ins Getümmel möchte.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in diesem Riad, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Direkt nach der Buchung wurden wir bei WhatsApp abgeschrieben, es wurde uns ua angeboten, uns vom Flughafen abzuholen. Das Angebot haben wir angenommen, hat super funktioniert. Beim Ankommen gabs dann einen frischen Orangensaft und marokkanisches Gebäck. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr sauber, geräumig und die Dachterrasse hat Liegen, ein Sofa, Stühle etc, also genug Platz. Frühstück wurde einem an den Tisch gebracht, sobald man sich hingesetzt hat. Das Personal war wirklich klasse, alles super freundlich und hilfsbereit. War waren sehr sehr zufrieden.

Morgenmaden var meget god, med god variation. Meget smuk Riad indvendigt, med overdækning over gårdhaven, hvilket gav lidt bedre temperatur i fællesarealerne om vinteren. Selve værelset var smukt indrettet og der var the , vand og kaffe på værelset. Maden som tilbydes til frokost og aften er ok, men ikke mere. 10 minutters gang til bus stationen ved Bab Doukkala hvorfra lufthavnsbussen nr. 19. 10 minutter til den centrale del af souken.
Cons: Badeværelset kom til at sejle i vand på gulvet når man bruser sig, da der ingen afskærmning er. Badeværelset er ikke lukket af mod loftet, hvilket gør at man kan høre alt fra badeværelset. Vi bestilte massage og ansigtsbehandling. Lokalet er utrolig lille og det betyder at personalet har svært ved at komme rundt. Prisen for massage, hammam og ansigtsbehandling er høj i forhold til selve ydelsen. Virker lidt som basic til luksuspris. Man kan kun betale værelset med kreditkort, alt andet skal betale med kontanter.

L’accueil est très chaleureux et l’équipe est aux petits soins du matin au soir, toujours avec le sourire et une grande gentillesse. Les petits-déjeuners sont variés, délicieux et différents chaque matin : un vrai plaisir. Nous avons vécu un super moment de douceur et de bien-être, dans un lieu où l’on se sent sincèrement accueillis. Un grand merci à Chloé et à toute son équipe pour cette belle expérience. Je recommande ce riad sans la moindre hésitation et j’espère avoir la chance d’y revenir.

Staffs are great and friendly. The Medina located inside the Medina and car will only access near El Bacha Museum. Pre check-in follow up was great too. They suggested different option I can choose during my stay. Apologies when I had to cancel hamam & massage due to my illness. The kettle for hot water and slippers at room really helps which I couldn’t find them in any other hotel/riad. Thank you for giving me a superglue for my shoes repair and making a lunch box for the breakfast!

Hajar et Chloé ont été de très bons conseils et toujours soucieuses que notre séjour se passe comme nous le souhaitions. Leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse ont vraiment fait la différence. We had such a lovely time at Riad Ajmal. It was a home away from home especially as the first few days were rainy and nice to relax after a day in the busy city. I want to say a big thank you to Hajar and Khalid at reception who were so hard working and making every effort to make our stay comfortable. Everything we asked for was arranged without any hassle (including for my husband's birthday) and with such kindness. In my country they could learn a thing or two from your excellent service! We had dinner at the Riad twice and it was truly the best food we had on our entire trip. So thank you to the Master chef lady for all the fresh food and all the other staff for the cleanliness and cosy atmosphere in the Riad. I was really sad to leave and will definitely be back!!

Nagyon finom volt a reggeli, minden nap változatos finomságokat készítettek, gluténmentesen is, ami igazán figyelmes volt. Vacsorára is minden alkalommal friss, ízletes ételeket kaptunk. Posizione ottima. Colazione sempre varia e molto buona con spremuta fresca e prodotti caldi fatti in casa tipo pan cake o piadine . Camera confortevole pulita con macchinetta caffe tipo nespresso e bottigliette di acqua in omaggio. il giorno in cui siamo arrivati ci ha preso in aeroporto un signore con il transfert prenotato via whattsupp con la struttura e ci ha lasciato a circa 200 m e ci è venuta a prendere ( purtroppo non ricordo il nome ) una tipa gentilissima che mentre attendavamo poi per fare il check in ci ha fatto accomodare in un salottino offrendoci un ottimo the alla menta marocchino.
Cons: unici difetti della stanza MANAR sono: Il materasso del letto un pò cedevole (ho dovuto metter un cuscino sotto al materasso sul lato esterno perchè il materasso cedeva verso l'esterno). Il soffione della doccia della vasca non sta appeso e questo rende un po disagevole lavarsi , il primo giorno dopo una breve doccia fatta da me improvvisamente non usciva piu acqua e mio marito si è lavato attendendo ma comunque con un rigagnolo di acqua . il secondo giorno invece tutto normale ( forse dipendeva da quante persone stavano utilizzando la doccia nello stesso momento).

Location was fantastic, really easy to get around. It was quiet, even though it was busy close by. Felt very safe here and in Marrakech in general. The riad is small and doesnt seem hectic at all. Lovely staff, very helpful. Breakfast was filling but heavy. Final breakfast of museli, yogurt and fruit with light pancakes was the best breakfast, really lovely, more of this would be amazing. There were heaters and blankets in the area you have breakfast & if you have dinner here. Dinner was nice, nice to not have to go out again when it was raining. Breakfast was very large and mainly bread based which was a lot, every morning. Needed a bit more variety and something lighter. I would have preferred a buffet or menu style breakfast as there was too much and I feel a lot went to waste. WIFI worked well everywhere. Google maps is amazing for the Medina!! Really took any stress out of the trip. The steps were too much for my mum, especially as we were on the very top floor. Lovely room, lovely details. We had a Hamamm which was lovely, the room could have been warmer though, only rhe water and walls were heated so when you're lying on the chairs with the scrub on you feel the cold. We also had a massage. Relaxing but not the standard we would be used to.
Cons: It's a pity the pool was cold and only available for use after itnhas been cleaned 2 days into our trip. I imagine its bliss during a hot summer day. (For use again now). Weather wouldn't have allowed for a dip as you would have had a hard time warming back up. As the weather was cold and damp during our visit it was a little hard to.warm up, the room had a heater which worked sufficiently but there were no additional blankets available, which we could have used.

The ambience is awesome with Jamaa el Fanna square just 10 mins walk. The Moroccan breakfast was absolutely delicious and served hot with home made delicacies. The stay was great value to money. Last but not least the staff (Khaleed & Hajara) extremely good, polite and very supportive. I would highly recommend this to everyone

It was in a good location away from the hussle and bustle. Whilst the driver cannot drive to the Riad it is a 4 minute walk from the drop off point.
Cons: No sound proofing. My bedroom was on the ground floor next to the area where breakfast is served. I could hear people talking & the food being prepared in the kitchen. The plunge pool was empty because it was winter and too cold

Geweldige locatie! Een rustige plaats in de medina, en toch vlakbij de souks. Het Djemaa el-Fna plein is 10 tot 15 minuten wandelen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, leuk dat het elke dag een andere samenstelling met verschillende Marrokaanse specialiteiten was! Op aanvraag maken ze ook lunch of dinner, hiervan hebben we 1x gebruik gemaakt en het was lekker. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen zeker terug naar deze Riad.
Cons: De kamers zijn prachtig met bakstenen vloer, dit voelt wel koud aan in de winter. Er is geen verwarming in de kamers of aan het ontbijt. Ze plaatsen wel een elektrische verwarmer aan je ontbijttafel om 's ochtends comfortabel te kunnen eten.

Everything was great about this riad, right from the airport pickup. The location: perfect, close to medina but far from the noise and also very close to pick up point for getyourguide trips and close to a small local place to eat good food, Barouk 155, good and not pricey. The rooms: looking very nice, everything you need, very clean, comfy, hot water running, AC for heating at night was enough. The breakfast: amazing, Khalid even gave us breakfast for to go pack earlier because we had to leave for our trips. The staff: amazing, room cleaned everyday and Khalid was there at every moment if we needed something. I would come here again. Thanks!

Le personnel a été adorable avec nous. Qu’il s’agisse de Khalid qui nous a accueillis et servi les petits déjeuners, de Chloé ou des masseuses, le service était irréprochable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre sur la terrasse et le patio était charmant. L’emplacement est idéal, à 15 min à pieds de la place principale ! Le point fort de notre séjour était le rituel en duo au spa : 45 min de hammam traditionnel et plus d’1h de massage exceptionnel ! Merci également de nous avoir préparé un petit-déjeuner à emporter lorsque nous sommes partis tôt le matin de notre départ 😇

Staff is very friendly and very attentive. We had lunch first day and it was delicious. Breakfast was nice too. Overall it was very nice and clean. We had a good time there.
Cons: We booked a couples hammam, massage and a facial. I will not recommend the hammam or the facial. It was not up to standard. The lady just rushed it and did not do it very well. Just put a tiny bit of soap and the other products which is not even enough and she didn’t give a proper scrub either. I take a shower at home better than that. Facial was so basic and did not like it either. However I recommend the massage. It was really good and we enjoyed it.

The riad was absolutely wonderful, tucked away in a great location, close to all the main sights yet peaceful enough to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and full of authentic Moroccan character. It truly felt like staying in a piece of Marrakesh’s history, with modern comfort and genuine hospitality.

Cons: Die Parkmöglichkeiten lassen leider etwas zu wünschen übrig, man kann zwar in der Nähe auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen parken die man aber extra bezahlen muss. Zum Frühstück hätten wir uns über Obst gefreut, aber sonst war es wirklich super.

We had a 3-night stay at Riad Ajmal in the Medina of Marrakech. Everything from the initial communication even before the trip was great! It is very well located close to the busy souks, but at a more calm part of the Medina. The room was clean and spacious. Freshly made breakfast was served at the terrace. For us the highlight was the beautiful courtyard within the Riad - sooo relaxing after our busy days in Marrakech. Finally, the staff were extremely helpful and polite - eager to stand by your needs, and share whatever information one might need. In all, highly recommended!

The location is perfect, a short walk to the souks yet far enough away to escape from them. All the staff were so helpful from even before we arrived. You really feel taken care of here, nothing is too much trouble. It’s a peaceful, relaxing and calm place to come back to after a day in the craziness of Marrakech. We had the couples hammam which I highly recommend.

Замечательный рияд, так уютно, красиво, приятно пахнет в номере. Сам номер как из сказки, при этом все современно и со стилем Марокко. Это единственный номер, где был чайник и даже кофемашина, а так же сейф. Завтраки были одинаковыми, традиционные мароканские. Рияд находится в тихом месте. Красивая терасса с обилием зелени. Нам очень понравилось у вас, персонал максимально приветлив и не заметен. В бассейне не купались, он больше похож на декоративный.

Le Riad est magnifique, propre, bien entretenu et bien placé. Nous remercions particulièrement Hajar pour sa douceur et sa gentillesse, un accueil chaleureux et délicat qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci également à Chloé pour son aide durant l’organisation des activités et à Khalid pour nous avoir accompagné le soir au taxi et sa gentillesse. Je recommande à milles % cet établissement où le voyageur est au cœur de leur préoccupation, il est certain que si nous revenons un jour sur Marrakech nous retournerons séjourner ici.

Eine wunderbare Oase und doch sehr zentral. Wenn man von den trubeligen Souks oder einem anstrengenden Ausflug wiederkommt kann man hier wunderbar entspannen. Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam, super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden immer wieder gefragt ob alles ok ist und es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. z.B. ist das marokkanische Frühstück sehr Brot- und Kuchenlastig und süß und wir haben auf Anfrage salzige Teigtaschen und Spiegelei bekommen. Top! Ein Angestellter hat sich sogar entschuldigt, dass unsere Zimmernachbarn manchmal ein bisschen laut waren. Kein Problem. Die Ausflüge, die angeboten werden, sind interessant, aber man muss wissen, dass genau das gleiche von jeder anderen Agentur, die in den Straßen so zu finden ist, verkauft wird. Es werden immer Zwischenstops für Verkauf von Arganöl und anderen lokalen Produkten eingebaut, das ist zeitraubend und hätten wir nicht unbedingt gebraucht.
Cons: Ich hatte eine Massage über das Hotel gebucht und die war ok, aber nicht das ultimative Wellnesserlebnis. Die Masseurin war nicht ganz so erfahren und ihre Massagetechnik fühlte sich an wie selbst beigebracht. Sie war aber total lieb und die Tatsache, dass die Massage direkt im Riad stattfinden konnte, war sehr angenehm. Der Standard der Fahrzeuge für die Touren ist nicht wie angepriesen "modern und komfortabel", für große Menschen sind die Fahrten in den kleinen Bussen eine echte Herausforderung. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et préparé avec le cœur. Il Riad è poco fuori il caos della piazza principale, che è raggiungibile in poco tempo anche a piedi. Struttura molto molto bella e il personale è di una gentilezza unica. Beautiful property just outside the old city walls with a very nice staff of people. My room was beautiful and comfortable! The kitchen staff will cook any meal for you you wanted and it was all very good food. I am a vegetarian and I am also gluten-free and they had no problem accommodating me. On a few days that I wanted something special I picked up fruits and vegetables at the corner stand and brought them back and asked the staff to prepare it with the regular breakfast. They were very happy to do so. They were so very thoughtful about every detail! When it was time for me to leave and catch my ride, they actually walked me out of the city walls for a good 10 minutes walk to show me exactly where I should catch my ride. I will come back and stay with them in the future.

Riad Ajmal is in a great location if you are looking for authentic Riad experience, with easy access to everything as a tourist. Very safe part of the medina with a local friendly police guard and women walking around at night. The staff of Riad Ajmal are all super friendly and will advise you & look after you and prepare a fabulous typical Moroccan breakfast every morning. A fastidiously cleaned Riad and an incredible fragrant smell the whole time we were there. We booked a room for three & it was spacious, air-conditioned and everything we needed, including beautiful smelling toiletries. And the courtyard plunge pool is perfect for a middle of the day cool off, away from the hustle & bustle of the souks.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce Riad à Marrakech. L’accueil est chaleureux, le lieu est propre, bien décoré et très calme, ce qui crée une atmosphère apaisante dès l’entrée. Les petits-déjeuners, variés chaque jour, sont copieux et servis sur une agréable terrasse. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse rare, serviable et très attentionné. Le Riad est idéalement situé, proche des bonnes adresses, dans des ruelles calmes, propres et sécurisées. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We loved the Riad, it was beautiful and calm yet so close to the buzz of the souks. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Hajar and Khalid, they made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was different every morning, all with delicious fresh bread and local recipes. The plunge pool was great at the end of a hot day and the beds were super comfy. It was only a short stay so we didn't get to try the dinners or the hammam there, but we have vowed to go back next time we're in Marrakech. Couldn't recommend it more!

Assolutamente la gentilezza e il sorriso del personale. Colazione tipica molto buona e abbondante. Si trova in una posizione ottima, ci siamo perse spesso tra i vicoli ma le persone del luogo ci hanno sempre aiutato, all’ingresso del vicolo c’è una guardia che ci ha sempre fatto sentire sicure nei nostri rientri serali. La camera dotata di condizionatore aveva il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo usufruito della SPA con i massaggi offerti molto vigorosi ed efficaci, e inoltre abbiamo preso i transfer sia per arrivare all’aeroporto molto presto, sia per arrivare in una piscina nel deserto, è stato tutto organizzato perfettamente.

Locatie is midden in de Medina. Als je de riad (autentiek) inloopt is het een oase van rust. Als de lange straat naar de riad inloopt wijst de security man je de eerste keer de weg naar de riad. Grote kamer en prima badkamer met een heerlijke douche. De riad ligt vrij centraal in de medina en ben je zo in alle leuke straatjes. Parkeren kan op een parkeerplaats in de buurt (10 minuutjes lopen) Is alleen niet de goedkoopste. Wij betaalde 300 MAD voor 3 hele dagen.(zoeken op " Parking voitures Marrakech" ) Ontbijt is helemaal prima. Wordt geserveerd op dakterras. Kamer is netjes en schoon en voldoende ruimte voor je spullen. Zeker aan te raden!

Il Riad si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma comunque in una posizione molto strategica. La nostra camera ( la suite familiare) era molto grande e arredata in pieno stile marocchino. La struttura presenta due terrazze dove viene servita la colazione e in cui sia di sera che di giorno ci si può recare per rilassarsi. Al piano terra c’è un’area comune con una piccola piscina dove su richiesta può essere servita la cena,il the ecc..Il personale super gentile e disponibile nel soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La cena e le colazioni sono state buonissime e abbondanti, sempre spremuta di arancia e altre pietanze preparate sul momento, tutto eccellente. Il tempo trascorso nel Riad è stato davvero speciale, e tornerei a Marrakech solo per poter soggiornare in questo Riad. Complimenti allo staff!

De Riad ligt in een rustige plek en bij aankomst wordt je warm welkom geheten in deze prachtige Riad. De host Khalid, is werkelijk een schat! Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een vroege pick up in de buurt voor een andere tour op de datum van uitchecken, waardoor we het ontbijt zouden missen. Khalid heeft voor ons een goedgevulde ontbijtbox gemaakt, inclusief thee to go, geweldig!

Although located in the heart of the city, the riad is in a very peaceful and quiet area – a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The riad itself is stunning, always smelling fresh and beautifully maintained, with charming green corners that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always making us feel welcome and well taken care of. And the breakfast… absolutely divine! Without a doubt, the best one we had during our entire trip in Morocco. I couldn’t recommend Riad Ajmal more – it was a highlight of our journey and I’d love to come back!

El personal muy amable, nos dejaron dejar las maletas mucho antes del check in y nos imprimieron la tarjeta de embarque. La habitación es bastante amplia. El desayuno está muy bien, muy completo. La ubicación nos gustó mucho, está a 10 minutillos andando de la plaza Jemaa el Fna y en un barrio muy cuidado y muy tranquilo. Es una zona muy agradable.

Riad Ajmal is a gem.Property, staff,services and rooms were exceptional. We had a lovely stay for 1 week. Hazan,Khalid and Chloe took care of us very well from welcome/check-in to goodbye/check out. We felt like living with a family and represented warm Morrocan hospitality. Breakfast was really good, served on the table and it was different everyday with homemade food. Location is perfect a quiet area with 2 min walk you hear busyness of medina, walkable distance to most attractions and close to excursions pickups. We have tried hammam and massage services they were extremely good. Staff were very supportive when one excursion did not go as expected, they maintained close contact with agency for out comfort and negotiated price down. We highly recommend if you wish to experience true Morrocan hospitality. If we get a chance we definitely gonna comeback and stay here.

La ubicación del Riad es muy buena, dentro de la Medina. A 18 minutos de la plaza principal de Marrakech, por un camino fácil de transitar y seguro. El personal muy amable, especialmente Khalid, siempre muy atento a cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos. También por WhatsApp nos pudimos comunicar con ellos cuando no estábamos en el hotel. El desayuno es bueno y abundante, y fue variando a lo largo de los días que estuvimos allí. Una buena combinación de comida local e internacional. Las vistas desde la terraza superior son muy buenas. Se ve toda la medina.
Cons: Las habitaciones son poco luminosas, pero esta es la forma habitual de los Riads, que dan siempre a un patio interior. Esto debe ser muy bueno desde el punto de vista climático en los meses de verano, pero en invierno es más oscuro. También me habría gustado que el desayuno se hubiera podido tomar en la terraza de arriba, por las vistas, aunque el patio era también muy agradable.

L’accoglienza al nostro arrivo è stata a dir poco fantastica,mentre aspettavamo che la cena fosse pronta ci hanno servito il famoso the alla menta. (N.b. Tirando le somme, proprio qui abbiamo mangiato la tajine di pollo più buona della città). Posizione della struttura ottima, 10 minuti a piedi e sei nella piazza principale di Marrakech, se invece non ami camminare bastano 2 minuti per arrivare nel punto di ritrovo dei taxi. Colazione ottima con moltissimi prodotti locali e home made. La nostra Stanza era spaziosa e giornalmente veniva pulita con cambio biancheria. In struttura ci sono diversi servizi extra di cui puoi usufruire prenotandoli con qualche ora in anticipo. Il Soggiorno per noi è stato ottimo, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce RIAD. L’emplacement est parfait, le personnel au petit soin, le solarium agréable pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. Nous avions la chambre double supérieure sur la terrasse et elle était très propre, lumineuse et bien réchauffée par les rayons du soleil de mars. Nous avons adoré ouvrir la porte fenêtre le matin et entendre les petits oiseaux sous le soleil. Nous avons pu prendre nos petits déjeuner à côté de notre chambre sur la terrasse et ils étaient très bons.
Cons: Les tarifs des petits encas étaient un peu chers (thé a la menthe 30 MAD, assiette de fruit 50 MAD).

Un séjour extraordinaire dans un Riad enchanteur. Un personnel aux petits soins qui ne sait pas quoi faire pour nous faire plaisir. Un grand merci à Ibtissam, Khalid et Madsen pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous pendant une semaine. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et varié, il change tous les matins. La cuisine proposée est maison et typique, un régal. La chambre est très propre, et bien décorée. Le solarium, le Hammam et le patio apportent un supplément aux vacances. Si vous voulez passer un voyage digne des milles et une nuit alors n’hésitez pas une seconde et réservez au Riad Ajmal ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Mooie Riad, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijtje, heel fijn dakterras met uitzicht over de Medina. Ook heel fijn was de shuttle service (betaald) van en naar de airport, inclusief ontbijtje op de laatste ochtend meegekregen. Op loopafstand van alles wat je wilt zien.

Near the chaos of the exciting Medina yet quiet and serene. The most lovely staff and accommodation Beautiful views of the sunrise each morning just before a lovely rotation of breakfasts. We were contacted a week prior to arrival and asked if we needed an airport transfer and dinner on arrival! This was so helpful and appreciated as the Medina can be daunting after a long travel day. This went smoothly and the dinner was delicious

Das Riad Ajmal liegt in der Altstadt und ist perfekt um die Souks und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden, Im Riad hört man nichts von der quirligen Geräuschkulisse Marrakeschs, was sehr erholsam ist.Das Riad ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet dabei den Comfort den man sich wünscht bspw der Aircondition die bei Bedarf ( es war Nachts ganz schön kalt) auch heizt. Die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das schneebedeckte Atlasgebirge ist fantastisch und lädt mit bequemen unterschiedlichen Sitz und Liegegelegenheiten zum Verweilen ein.. Das gesamte Team um Chloé mit Khalid, Ibtissam, Catrine,Bojschra waren extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und gut gelaunt, was dazu beitrug das die Atmosphäre im Riad war sehr entspannt war und wir uns immer freuten nach den langen Erkundungstouren dorthin zurück zu kommen.

Il Wi-Fi garantisce una buona connessione. La posizione è leggermente spostata dal centro ma in 2 passi si raggiungono le attrazioni principali: la strada è sicura perché c'è la security di Marrakech che può sempre aiutare.

Tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo salimos fuera a cenar y la puerta la cerraron y después de 1h y media de estar en la calle y con un guarda de seguridad que cuida las calles de la zona que fue un sr súper agradable y servicial fue el que nos ayudo y estuvo con nosotros porque a la 1:20 de la mañana daba miedo estar solos en esas calles tan solitarias abrieron la puerta pero lo pasamos mal y nos digustamos mucho .El riad se disculpo pero el momento que no sabíamos si dormiriamos en la calle no nos lo quita nadie.

Cons: Should have been told up front about additional taxes to pay in cash at the property. Massage menu is pointless as everyone gets the same. Also, the ladies weren’t ready, they were casually dressed, used their speaker and phone for music, whispered loudly outside about what they were going to do and the room isn’t big enough for two beds. We were moved around throughout by dragging the beds. Not the most relaxing.

The Riad is perfectly located near the Medina and the Souks so you can reach everything by foot. The staff was very kind and always keen to find a solution for its customers. Special thanks to Chloe, Khalid, Ibjissam and Catrine. Our room was very pretty, comfy and we slept very well. The breakfast offered different dishes every day and also special wishes were fulfilled. It contained typical maroccan pastries and creams but also eggs and fruits.

Le cadre, le choix de décoration, le calme, la grande gentillesse et disponibilité d'une des membres du personnel avec qui nous avons eu plus d'échanges lors de notre départ.
Cons: Notre choix d'un Riad plutôt que d'un hôtel tenait au fait de pouvoir découvrir des aspects de la ville sortant des sentiers battus. La responsable du Riad, bien que très accueillante, ne nous a pas apporté beaucoup de choses à ce sujet. L'expérience du dîner le soir de notre arrivée n'a pas été très concluante, mais on trouve de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Le wifi est vraiment capricieux.

Absolutely amazing! Incredibly clean, very central in the city, and first of all one of the best staff I’ve ever seen! Chloe was supportive in every possible way, from reserving excursion, to reserving drivers, and organized everything for us! Ibtissam and Khalid are really wonderful people, always there for a chat about the day and paid all the possible attention in make us feel good! Even when we were leaving at 6AM they were preparing take-away breakfast without even asking! Absolutely wonderful people and wonderful place. Will for sure come back to Riad Ajmal if we will return to Marrakech and will definitely suggest this place to everyone who will ask me for a good Riad!

El Riad Ajmal es sin duda tu mejor opción para tener una estancia agradable en Marrakech. Teniamos una habitación para tres personas, una coma doble y una individual. El tamaño de la habitación era grande, y el baño muy bien preparado. El personal ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento, estando pendiente de nuestras necesidades y ayudandonos en todo momento. El desayuno en la azotea era exquisito, cada dia variaban algo del desayuno y estaba todo muy bueno. Sin duda recomendaria al 100% este alojamiento. La ubicación es exacelente a unos 15 minutos andando de la plaza principal, el barrio me dio sensación de seguridad.

De Riad ligt midden in de Medina maar binnen de muren is het een oase van rust. Het ziet er prachtig uit en de verschillende dakterrassen zijn erg aantrekkelijk. We hebben ook meerdere keren genoten van het kleine zwembad op de patio. De ontvangst was super en de door de raid georganiseerde taxi bracht ons tot vlak bij de riad, Petisem haalde ons op en trakteerde ons op verse muntthee met koekjes terwijl ze alle formaliteiten in orde maakte. De kamers waren al bij aankomst om 10.30 beschikbaar en dat was erg fijn. Al het personeel was zo ontzettend behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was iedere dag weer heerlijk, echt een verwennerij. We hebben ook 1 keer geluncht en dat was erg lekker. We hebben ook 2 keer gebruik gemaakt van een massage waarvan 1 keer ook uitgebreid met een hammam. Volgend jaar komen wij weer terug op deze heerlijke plek.

The welcoming biscuits are very nice. The room is spacious and clean. Friendly staff. It is a bit difficult to locate but not a big issue with the help of google map.
Cons: Not sure about other rooms but mine is located next to the corridor, so I can hear people walking pass my room, luckily the riad is not taking a lot of guests so it is not a huge problem. The breakfast is not too promising but only a few items (but they do taste good).

Riad Ajmal was a calming oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle outdoors. We were greeted by Chloe who gave us info and answered any questions we had. The decor of the whole place was in keeping with the traditional Moroccan riad. Beautiful little pool at the front where we cooled down by dipping our feet into it after a hot and hard day full of shopping. The AC was perfect, beautiful little shower, and perfectly decorated room. We were in the room named Labiba. Breakfast was 5* for my family and me. Plenty of it, varied choice, fresh and absolutely delicious! Thank you to the guy with specs for making it, I forget his name! Overall, perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Cons: Sometimes the taxi drivers wouldn't know the location and had to ask other drivers. We would have to be dropped just outside the street/area and walk the rest of the way, which wasn't a problem once we had been there once or twice and only took a few minutes.

The place has such a peaceful and comfortable feel even though you’re in the heart of medina district. Really was made up by the care of all the staff that are so kind and helpful. Facilities didn’t lack a thing, breakfast was great each morning and the room was exceptional. I’m already planning to go back in a few months such was my experience.

Este alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas, la amabilidad y hospitalidad del personal, pendientes de nuestro confort, de que estuviéramos cómodas, nos asesoraban con los planes de visitas…nunca me había sentido tan cómoda fuera de mi casa. La habitación preciosa, limpia y con todo lo que necesitábamos, la piscina ideal para las horas de más calor , el desayuno abundante, variado y de escelenre calidad. La ubicación del Riad estupenda y el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto excelente. Solo tengo buenas palabras porque TODO ha sido excelente. Si volviera a Marrakech sin lugar a dudas elegiré el mismo alojamiento.

La cama era super cómoda, y todo estaba muy limpio. Los desayunos estaban super bien, cada día te preparaban algo distinto, y la zona del desayuno era muy bonita y cómoda. El personal es genial. El chico era muy amable y atento. Tiene una piscina donde nos pudimos refrescar ya que hemos ido en agosto y hacía muchísimo calor. Recomendable 100%.
Cons: El chico nos dijo 10 dirham la botella de agua y que nos la cobraba al dejar el Riad. Cuando nos fuimos nos cobraron 30 dirham por cada una. No le pongo el 10 por eso. No es el dinero en sí el problema, pero es cierto que en Marrakech te intentan sacar dinero por absolutamente todo lo que haces y al final vas sumando y te has dejado 50 pavos de más sólo en lo que te lian.

Eccezionale la suite famigliare grande ed elegante. Bagno ampio con finestra. A/c, cassaforte, acqua, the e caffè. La colazione sulla terrazza meravigliosa varia e abbondante diversa ogni mattina. Preparata sul momento. Gentilissimo e premuroso il ragazzo dello staff di cui purtroppo non so il nome. Tutto fantastico.
Cons: Tra camera e bagno per quanto caratteristico non è necessario ci sia il muro aperto in alto.

Cons: nosso banheiro tinha uma goteira que deixou tudo um pouco molhado na última noite, mas como já estávamos de saída pela manhã não fizemos nenhuma reclamação. no roupão encontrei um lenço que parecia usado no bolso, o que fez questionar se de fato tinham sido lavados depois do último hóspede. no entanto a roupa de cama estava impecável e cheirosa, assim como as toalhas.

Very close to shops, etc and easy to find, once route known. Chloe, Khalid and Ipsetchim were exceptional and made us feel very welcomed. We loved the ‘family’ feel to the Riad. Beautiful property with a really lovely calming vibe! Our room on the terrace was 10/10!! Hammam and massage, best we’ve had in a long time!!

All the staff were amazing, the receptionists, the breakfast and cleaning ladies and the owners. The room was really clean and pretty and the location really convenient to visit the most important parts of the Medina. Definitely recommended!

Nous avons particulièrement aimé la décoration, l’esprit du Riad, les sourires à chaque fois qu’on croise le personnel, chaque détail a été pensé pour satisfaire les besoins du client. Nous avons eu une Lune de miel et j’avais fait une demande à ce sujet avant pour décorer et faire la surprise à mon mari. Chose faite, nous étions très content du geste et du résultat et des efforts du personnel. Un endroit à revisiter sans modération !
Cons: Tout était bien, nous n’avons pas eu de points négatives par rapport au Riad.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were gorgeous as well as with the rest of the riad! The staff is so so lovely, we went a group of 5 to celebrate one of our mates birthdays and they prepare a lovely cake with candle for my friend!! We loved the hospitality in there! The bedroom in the terrace was really lovely and good

Excellent séjour à Marrakech dans ce magnifique Riad. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé et la place Jemaa-el-fna et à quelques minutes à pied. Rien à dire sur la propreté, que se soit pour les chambres ou les espaces communs tout est impeccable. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il y a des nouveautés chaque matin, c’est délicieux. All the Staff were very welcoming, helpful and made you feel looked after. Breakfast on the roof terrace each morning was great. Room was lovely and good size. Location is easy access to souks, restaurants, grand mosque etc.

Our stay was amazing, the riad is located near the old town and you can get around at ease. The room was spacious and the whole property gave an authentic Moroccan feel. However what made this stay so good were the staff, Khalid was super attentive and helpful, we will definitely be back!

Le petit déjeuner était extraordinaire, le Riad est vraiment très bien placé dans un endroit très calme de la Médina. Le personnel était au petit soin et très à l'écoute et bienveillant. Je prévois de revenir dans ce Riad dès que je le peux ! Mention spéciale à Khaled qui s'est montré exemplaire et avec un coeur en or ! The location was very central and the staff, especially Khalid and Ibtissam were so helpful and very accommodating for all our needs
Cons: Arriving at night was very daunting finding the Riad as lots of young men around looking for tips etc. but once you found your bearings it was fine. Always have small notes with you as everyone is looking for tips, even for asking for directions.
