El Riad estaba muy bien situado, cerca del zoco y de la plaza principal. Estaba limpio y era cómodo, cosas imprescindibles en un viaje, además de ser muy bonito. Hicieron todos los días la habitación con cambio de toallas, cosa que se agradece. Todo el personal fue muy atento, simpático y cercano. Los desayunos que nos prepararon cada mañana fueron variados y abundantes. El servicio de recogida del aeropuerto y vuelta fue muy bueno, un acierto. Los conductores muy simpáticos.
Cons: Cogimos la cena en el Riad la primera noche al llegar y a pesar de estar buena, nos pareció bastante cara en comparación con la misma comida en otros restaurantes. También cogimos el Hamman con masaje en el propio Riad y salimos bastante decepcionados. En el hamman estuvimos apenas 15-20 min a la prisa (suponemos que porque coincidió con la final de Marruecos), el masaje en la propia habitación encima de la cama. Las chicas estuvieron en varios momentos hablando entre ellas y riéndose. Cuando lo contratamos nos dijeron que eran 2h de hamman y masaje, lo que entendimos que eran por persona (así lo ponie en la información) y apenas estuvimos 80 min los dos.

Posizione e suite spaziosa in cui poter separare le due stanze da letto chiudendo una delle porte. Ricambio quotidiano degli asciugamani.
Cons: Staff poco attento e un po' troppo superficiale Condizionatori non funzionanti, nonostante avessero detto che dal giorno dopo sarebbe venuto qualcuno a sistemare non è mai successo (soggiorno di 4 notti). Unica stufa presente, si è bruciata la presa poco dopo averla inserita ( incolpati vecchi clienti) con relativa puzza di plastica ovunque, poi sostituita su richiesta. Appena arrivati mi hanno informato che dovevo saldare tutto in cash perché qualcuno (incolpati vecchi clienti) aveva fatto bagnare il pos e non si poteva usare. Non vedendo la mia predisposizione al prelievo, dopo due giorni hanno recuperato il pos da un altra struttura. Una delle sere abbiamo atteso tra i 10 e i 15 minuti fuori l'ingresso, suonando e bussando a ripetizione, perché nessuno veniva ad aprire. C'era un ragazzo nuovo e la partita del Marocco in TV. Chiesto un phon la sera al ragazzo nuovo, che ha risposto di non sapere dove fosse, punto. La mattina prima del check-out richiesto ad un altro che lo ha portato in 1 minuto.

Cons: La habitación necesita unos retoques. Está viejita y luciría más renovando el mobiliario. También la pica del lavabo y los enchufes, que tienen algún embellecedor suelto. Por otro lado, faltaría gel y champú en la ducha, solo se disponía de un bote de jabón para todo. Y las cañerías tienen olor de desagüe a ratos. No obstante, hemos pasado dos noches bien a buen precio. Estos son temas que no enturbian la estancia en el Riad.

Cons: The riad is out of date, needs renovations and repairs, and the advertised riad pictures are a scam. The room had an awfull smell of sewage. They changed the room but this one had the same issue. The room was dirty and uncomfortable. They changed worst place we ever stayed. I would not recommend to anyone.

Cons: The shower wasnt great, the wall attachment wasnt screwed on right and unable to angle the shower downwards. Also in the shower the tiles were very slippery when wet and no grab rails. No where to hang towels to dry. Would be useful to have some drinking glasses in the room for water, and some bottled water? And our room had light bulbs out, these should of been checked prior to arrival

La ubicación es perfecta, està en pleno zoco, solo tienes que desviarte dos minutos andando. Está a 10-15 minutos andando de la plaza Jamma el Fna. Cogimos el transporte privado con ellos al llegar al aeropuero y nos dejó muy cerquita del hotel, en la plaza Mellah. Llegamos de noche pero es muy seguro caminar por allí ya que todavía hay mucha vida. Siempre que fuimos al riad nos abrieron la puerta muy rápido. El desayuno muy bien, lo varían un poco todos los días.
Cons: La limpieza es algo mejorable en el baño. Nuestra habitación tenía un problema con el olor de las tuberías, seguramente por una avería en el baño. Creemos que solo eso pasa en nuestra habitación porque el olor en el resto del hotel era bueno. Eso hizo que nuestra estancia fuese un poco más incómoda.

Cons: The arrival was a bit complicated. There was only one lady there at reception and did not speak a word of English. I was barely managing to talk to her using broken French and google translate. Difficult to even tell me what was needed from me, which room I was in etc. Thankfully the host from the morning after was speaking good English. As said above the room was wide, however it was a bit dirty, especially the bathroom should need some improvement. There were ants on the floor and the shower floor was all clogged, so only after a few minutes showering there was a puddle coming up, the water had an odd smell. Breakfast was ok but very basic. I stayed in another Riad a few days before and there I ate much more. The place overall was ok, however I am not sure it's worth the money spent given it's a pretty average place and you may end up with language barriers as not everyone knows English.

Très joli petit riad au calme . Très propre (ménage et changement des serviettes de toilette tous les jours) . Très bon petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits maisons : jus d orange frais , thé à la menthe,crêpes, gâteau,pain ...L équipe est très sympathique et serviable. Mais le point le plus positif reste l emplacement., très facile à trouver quand on arrive de la place des ferblantiers et à moins de 500m de la place jemaa el fna.

Location and the breakfast were nice - unfortunately that is the only complement.
Cons: The Riad is quite dark, the room was smelly and it didn't give you any clean feeling to the extend that I was afriad to switch on AC as I had an impression that is mouldy. The staff barely speaks English thus communication is challanging. Lastly, I was charged double as the Riad claimed that the payment was not processed. After discussion and even thouhg I presented that payment was processed on my site I had to pay by cash again. Despite ensurances that the topic will be resolved - it is not and the Riad clearly lost intrest. I do not recommend this place.

El sitio muy bonito y muy bien ubicado. El personal genial, nos ayudaron también con la impresión del billete de avión y todo, un detallazo. En los comentarios ponía que tardaban en abrir pero la realidad es que a nosotros no nos pasó, abrían al momento. Aunque es cierto que tampoco llegamos a horas muy raras, llegábamos más bien pronto.

Located near the central market street of Fes, close to a nearby parking lot that you can be dropped off from. Breakfast was better than other Riads we have been to, room was decent and was clean enough but could see it was starting to age. Staff was exceptionally friendly and we were happy that despite our ridiculously early check-out of 2.30am we were surprised to see someone help us with the luggage down the staircase.

Cons: Confesso que as avaliações que eu li e as fotos me enganaram um pouco. Foram somente 2 noites e eu mal parei na hospedagem, mas para pessoas um pouco mais exigentes, não teriam gostado. Como são antigas casas, instalações antigas, não há como saber de onde vinha o cheiro daquele quarto. Não era algo como mofo, parecia algo como instalação antiga mesmo. Muito forte, luz muito fraca do quarto e o ar condicionado não funcionava. Como fiquei pouco, não me dei o trabalho de reclamar ou pedir para trocar de quarto. Ate porque o inglês deles era um pouco limitado. Não ficaria outra vez.

Buena ubicación. El personal era muy amable y servicial. El desayuno estaba bien (zumo + café/cola cao/infusión + tortita/crepe+ huevo/fruta + mermeladas + bizcocho del día). La habitación estaba limpia y las camas eran comodas. Pudimos contratar el taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto con ellos y tambien dejar las maletas el último día. Tenían ofertas de spa y masaje aunque no hicimos uso de ello.
Cons: Por poner algo, había alguna cosa del baño estropeado (la manguera de la ducha). No había champú.

Great location, easy to find. Plenty of food shopping, taxi's nearby. Room was spacious, had a tiny odour but if you open the windows for a couple of minutes it's gone. Comfortable bed. L'emplacement est juste parfait! La personne étant là le soir et le matin était vraiment très sympathique et arrangeante pour que je ne parte pas le ventre vide lors de mes excursions. Pour ma part la literie était parfaite, la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain étaient spacieuses. La chambre était faite tous les jours. Possibilité d'aller sur le toit pour bronzer, profiter de la vue et de l'ambiance du restaurant d'en face. Le petit pensionnaire a 4 pattes est adorable
Cons: Il est vrai que c'est très très mal insonorisé. Quelques légers travaux seraient à faire pour que le lieu soit parfait ( fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, lampes qui ne fonctionnent pas...) .

Una ubicación excelente. A 8 minutos de la plaza Jmaa el-Fna, a 5 minutos del Palacio Bahía, Badi y Tumbas Saadies. Los jardines Majorelle están a 3,5 km. Nosotros decidimos subir andando y explorar cómo despertaba la ciudad pero hay parada de taxis a sólo 4 minutos de Riad (por 2 o 4€). Es inaccesible en coche así que si coges traslado privado lo más cerca que puede dejarte es a 3 minutos. Luego bajamos dando un paseo para visitar la Madraza Ben Youssef, el jardín secreto y la Medina para acabar el la plaza Jmaa el-Fnaa y pasear hacia la mezquita Koutubia (todo cerca y accesible al Riad excepto los jardines Majorelle). Hicimos una excursión al desierto para montar en camello y disfrutar después de una cena con espectáculo y también montamos en globo. Las empresas que gestionan estas excursiones tienen los puntos de salida muy cerquita del Riad. El aeropuerto está a 15 minutos escasos. El establecimiento es chiquitito pero decorado con gusto. Tiene piscina y opciones de masaje. La habitación es cómoda. Tiene aire acondicionado y proporcionan toallas y gel de baño así como papel de wc y secador. La limpian todas las mañanas. Colchón robusto y buenas almohadas. El desayuno es magnífico. El personal amable y atento
Cons: No me gustó tener que llamar a la puerta exterior cada vez que íbamos para algo (ducharnos, cambiarnos o acabar la jornada) más que nada porque me incomodaba molestar a la persona que se encargaba de abrir. La hora tope de llegada es la 1 de la madrugada. Tampoco me pareció bien que me cobrasen 20 dh (2€) por cada tarjeta de embarque que les pedí que me imprimiesen. Vale q no sea gratuita pero me pareció abusivo

We already rated this Riad as this is where we stayed when we arrived in Marrakech. The rating is the same. It was very nice, staff is very helpful, the breakfast is plentiful and the vibes are great. It was within walking distance to where we wanted to visit. All was great.

Cons: Teníamos desayuno incluido (pagado) la primera y la última noche ya que entre medias de nuestras vacaciones nos íbamos de excursión al desierto. El desayuno de la primera noche No Nos lo dieron porque decían que el horario era a las 8 de la mañana y nosotros al tener que irnos de excursión, salimos del Riad a las 7:15 de la mañana. Al hacer el Check in el primer día, le comentamos que saldríamos temprano porque íbamos de excursión y que si nos podrían preparar desayuno un poco antes o si nos podrían preparar algo para llevar ya que el desayuno estaba incluido y por supuesto pagado, a lo que se negaron rotundamente a darnos algo de desayuno ni a prepararnos nada para llevar a pesar de haberlo pagado al hacer la reserva. Tampoco nos recibieron ni con una botella de agua en la habitación al llegar la primera noche, ni tampoco en la última noche. Por lo que si tras pasar la noche os vais temprano, no contratéis desayuno porque vais a pagar para no recibir ni botella de agua como nos pasó a nosotros.

Super séjour au Riad Diana en plein centre de la Médina de MARRAKECH. Très bon accueil. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le Riad charmant et les petits déjeuners délicieux. Le personnel disponible à toute heure est très accueillant et agréable. On recommande également leur massage au top. Un séjour super où l'on s'est senties comme chez nous.

The location was good for Jenna square and other attractions. There were plenty of excursion shops for trips further a field. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, no safe. Property felt very safe, felt odd that we had no key of our own to access the building in the evenings etc, there was always someone there. Recommend the Hamman and massage if you get a chance

En primer lugar mencionar la paciencia que tuvo el recepcionista al llegar, el pago no se había realizado aun y nos ayudó a resolverlo. En relación a las instaciones, todo perfecto ambiente tranquilo, relajado y muy limpio y bonito El desayuno excelente..

Cons: La rue pour y accéder n’est pas très propre , le petit déjeuner manque de diversité, par exemple des œufs , plus de viennoiserie , des choses faites maison. Quelques luminaires dans la chambre ne marchait pas , et quelques poussières à revoir aussi. L’odeur de l’humidité est beaucoup présente lorsqu’on ferme la chambre et qu’on y rentre.

El lugar es un retiro en medio del bullicio. El personal discreto y correcto. El desayuno estaba muy bien. La piscina (helada) se agradece con el calor intenso.
Cons: Hay "detalles" de equipamiento en las habitaciones, q no coinciden con la descripcion booking. No hay productos de aseo, el secador lo tuvimos q pedir, la caja fuerte no era usable, faltaban bombillas en varias lamparas. Son pequeñas cosas que harian q fuera mucho mejor y mas comodo. El callejon de acceso, aunque sea externo, podria limpiarse un poco mas a menudo.

Cons: Nos aprobaron la petición de camas separadas pero no cumplieron. Si quieres llegar tarde de noche a partir de la 1:00 a.m. No hay nadie en recepción y es un incordio tener que quedar con el encargado de la recepción para que te abra la puerta ya que no te quieren dar la llave. Una noche nos dieron una habitación inferior a la que nos correspondía, aunque nos devolvieron parte del dinero. Con los precios del haman que ofrece el hotel no son serios, creo que un establecimiento de este tipo, no debería jugar con ellos.

El personal fue maravilloso y muy atento, te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en casa y siempre tenían una sonrisa. El Riad es super tranquilo y muy limpio, esta en el centro de la medina muy cerca de la plaza pero evitando todo el ruido por la noche. Es un riad muy acogedor y refrescante por su piscina. La habitación era espaciosa y con un baño árabe muy bonito.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en este Riad. Nos alojamos arriba del todo y muy bien, tenía aire acondicionado y estaba muy limpia, lo único que había alguna hormiga pequeña pero la verdad que a nosotros no nos molestó. El Riad contaba con piscina y el desayuno muy abundante aunque no había opciones saladas. Sobre todo a destacar la amabilidad y el trato del personal que eran muy atentos, en concreto Juseff que nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo. Si tienes excursiones no tienes picnic como tal de desayuno pero nos dieron un trozo de bollo para que nos lleváramos y otro día nos lo adelantaron 15 min para que nos diera tiempo. La ubicación también muy buena a una calle de las tiendas y a 5 minutos andando de la plaza principal, se sintió una zona segura. En resumen, lo recomiendo sin dudarlo, muy buena calidad precio y agradezco el trabajo y la atención de Juseff.

Youssef nous a conseillé sur les visites, nous a préparé des petits déjeuners à emporter pour nos visites très matinales on a apprécié la piscine rafraîchissante entre 2 visites. La posizione del Riad è all'interno della Medina, ma non esageratamente, il che lo rende ottimo logisticamente parlando in quanto è raggiungibile con il taxi e con pochi passi a piedi. La nostra camera si trovava sulla terrazza, era dotata di aria condizionata e di un letto posto su un piano rialzato. Devo dire veramente carina, così come il bagno. La colazione è servita all'interno del Riad, di fianco alla piscina ed a uno splendido albero, veramente piacevole. Un ringraziamento particolare va al ragazzo che ci ha accolto e che mi ha aiutato in un momento di difficoltà addirittura accompagnandomi a fare delle compere in giro per la città

Absolument tout ! Ce riad est la meilleure chose qui nous soit arrivé durant notre séjour. Nous séjournions dans la suite du 1er étage, immense avec deux chambres (1 lit king size + 2 lits simples). Le riad est à l'écart des rues bruyantes. le matin, ce sont les oiseaux qui nous réveillent. Le riad est très propre, avec une piscine qui fait beaucoup de bien (non chauffée). On peut tout faire dans ce riad : dormir, manger, se faire masser ! Les prestations sont ultra qualitatives pour le prix. Le manager du riad s'est occupé de nous pour absolument tout : nos transferts depuis la gare/l'aéroport, l'excursion dans le désert, il nous a donné tous les tips pour ne pas se faire arnaquer (prix des taxis, prix des épices etc). Il m'a même trouvé quelqu'un pour recoudre ma robe déchirée pour 2,50€ ! Le personnel est indubitablement le gros point fort de ce riad. Ils sont tous souriants, tous très serviables. Ils se mettront en 4 pour vous apporter la paix et la douceur d'un séjour réussi. Pour donner un exemple, mon mari a attrapé un rhume et il avait besoin de miel pour sa gorge : le monsieur qui s'occupait du petit déjeuner est parti en acheter ! D'une gentillesse jamais vu, même dans les palaces parisiens. Ce n'est plus seulement de la servitude mais l'envie de nous faire plaisir !! Je recommande à 10000% ce riad, qui est en plus très bien situé, à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la place Jemaa el Fna, du souk et des taxis.
Cons: L'odeur de la salle de bain, mais c'est visiblement un problème dans toute la médina puisque j'ai senti la même odeur dans tous les WC.

Cons: PESIMO! El trato con el recepcionista fue pésimo. Se enfado conmigo porque no encontraba mi nombre en SU lista. Me habló muy mal. Las instalaciones FATAL. La ducha se atascaba y es muy asqueroso duchar de esa manera más si somos dos personas. Luego teníamos una excursión a las 7:30 y el desayuno empieza a las 8h, y por media hora no quisieron prepararnos el desayuno (cuando he estado en más riads en Marrakech y te lo preparan hasta 1 hora antes). Luego les pedimos que nos impriman las tarjetas de embarque nos pidieron 1€ a la hoja, les dijimos que sí. Les enviamos las tarjetas por WhatssAPP y nos dijeron que no tienen impresora ahí pero que una persona nos las traerá a las 18h. A las 20h no estaban impresas y la persona que tenia que traerlas no contestaba. NI me pidieron disculpas y casi perdimos el vuelo por su falta de seriedad. Gracias al riad del al lado que se llama Maribel, que me trataron super bien, y me las imprimieron GRATIS. TOTAL ni volveré ni lo recomiendo!

La ubicacion es perfecta y no esta en el bullicio, perfecta para estar moviendote por varias zonas en el centro de Marrakech.
Cons: El desayuno termina a las 10, quizás podria estar justo una hora más. La piscina al ser abajo cubierta es bastante fria y tienes que subir hasta arriba para secarte, o tomar algo de sol, es mas bien para relajarte en terapia de agua fria y relajado, mas que una piscina, aunque no estaba mal.

The staff were amazing, our flight was at 7pm and they allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk and let us come to rearrange our suitcase before we left- which we appreciated a lot. The location is great, perfect for spending 1-2 nights if you want to be close to Jemaa El Fnaa plaza or the wall of Marrakesh or the street with the clubs. The inside of the room was cute decorated and clean but the bathroom smell was a little bit funny (but with the door closed it was okay)
Cons: The receptionist asked us when we were going out at what time are we going to come back. Since it was our only night in Marrakech, we told him we don’t have a fix hour to get at home but he was very furious and said that he goes to sleep and has to know the exact time. Pb avec le flexible de la douche ( changement des mon signalement mais pas de douche possible le 1 et soir,) robinetterie pas bien fixée au mur, toilettes pas vraiment fixés au sol, bouteille d’eau avec savon pour se laver, terrasse un peu à l’abandon, c’est dommage.

Very comfortable and quiet Riad with kind and friendly staff. Great location off a pedestrian street where you can buy souvenirs and food/drink, or go to a restaurant. Peaceful and very clean, while also being close to everything. The breakfast was delicious, especially the tea and cakes. We enjoyed watching the small birds visit the courtyard and meeting the friendly cat on the roof terrace. In the afternoon it gets quite hot in Marrakech so I appreciated the option of air-conditioning in the room and there is also a small pool of cool water on the ground floor. There is a 5 minute walk to the riad from where you can be dropped off by car, but It's not difficult to find.

Very nice and hospitable service and love the traditional riad environment. We also had upper floor all to ourselves and had lovely views on top.
Cons: Location - it’s central yes but the taxi can only stop you at the nearest round about and you will need to walk into the alley. The building has no lift for luggage so if you stay on the top floor you need to consider that. The room was also very small and for the price I think they are better options around it.

Si pudiera valorar este Riad y a Youssef, le daría un 1000/1000. El Riad es precioso, con una ubicación ideal y una habitación en el patio interior que transmite mucha tranquilidad. Todo estaba impecable y preparado para nuestra llegada. Desde el primer momento, Youssef fue increíble. Nos recibió con unos entrantes y zumos, y durante toda la estancia estuvo atento a cualquier necesidad. Como teníamos un vuelo muy temprano y no podíamos disfrutar del desayuno, nos lo dejó preparado la noche anterior para llevar. También nos ayudó a gestionar el taxi y nos acompañó hasta el final. La experiencia ha sido excelente, tanto por el alojamiento como por la atención recibida. Sin duda, una elección totalmente recomendable y, la próxima vez que vuelva a Marrakech, repetiré sin ninguna duda.

The location was ideal for everything. The two chaps who ran it were so helpful and always had a smile, even during their Ramadan period. The riad had everything we required.
Cons: I little difficult to find. The taxi dropped us off on the main road and pointed us down a busy pedestrian street. Couldn't find it, but a kind doorman took us to the riad. Could I suggest a sign on the main walk way. But that's it really.

Cons: The hotel rooms had doors that didn’t lock, we (two females) had to push a table against the door. We had two rooms, the one downstairs had a door with a padlock which opened up through glass doors to the main reception/ lobby/ dining area. We were so concerned we decided to share the upstairs room instead of staying separately. In addition, the entire stay whilst very friendly, felt haphazard. During the 30 minute check in process we were told multiple times the room had been paid for, when it hadn’t. We weren’t offered a refund for the room we didn’t use due to safety concerns, even though that same room was then used for the massage we booked. We also booked a traditional Hammam but instead of this being a bath as expected we were taken to a small heated concrete room where we were exfoliated and had buckets of water repeatedly thrown over us.

The location was great although down a few alleys which at first don’t seem safe but are fine. The man at night was great, very friendly and helpful. The property is very pretty.
Cons: Dinner was not worth the money, we did not get the starters or the dessert. The man that says he was the manager was quite rude and unhelpful. The bathroom was small and the shower did not drain properly. No soap or shampoo. The bed had definitely seen better days, it was very firm but had been used so much that the side of the bed dipped so you needed to sleep in the middle so you didn’t dip as well.

El recepcionista no quiso imprimirme los embarques, me cobro 20 euros por un taxi y no me quiso preparar el desayuno para llevarmelo ya que volabamos pronto (lei en otros comentarios que lo hacia y es una de las razones por lo que escogi el riad) 2. No es como en las fotos, demasiado caro para lo que hay. 3. Esta ubicado en la medina pero tienes que callejear y pasar por un tunel que telita. 4. La cama y las sabanas estaban sucias con manchas.

For the budget, this place fits it. Staff were courteous and polite. One of the front desks staff even suggested places to go around the area. The property is easier to locate and also comes with a simple moroccan breakfast and tea/coffee per request. They have a roofdeck that has glorious sunrise & sunset. I was lucky enough that my room was just on the top floor.
Cons: No heated shower and limited basic amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste and soap) if youre going to book this property, please be mindful of the size of the luggage you’ll carry with you because the Riad, as a traditional moroccan house, doesnt come with a lift. I was given a cute room which, from what the previous posts here, used to be their masseuse area for their guests. No complains on that, as it the bed was comfortable.

It's a great location in terms of staying in the Medina, just like other Riads I have stayed in on previous trips, can be down intimidating dark alleys to get there.
Cons: Was my 3rd trip to Marrakech and I was there to sleep and relax - my bed was like a rock (some people like a hard mattress, but I couldn't sleep), NO window in my room and right outside it was the breakfast area so it was difficult (the ad says "Deluxe Patio" lol) If it's your first trip, it's a great location near the Medina. Didn't tip the staff as the manager "walked" me to the taxi for the airport but left me struggle with my bag and just waited. Also there are NO bathrobes or the other the extras on the booking.

L'emplacement était super bien à 10 minutes de la place jemaa el fna et et à 5 minutes d'une autre place où on peut vous récupérer si vous faites des excursions. La clim fonctionne très très bien tout était très propre serviette propre tous les jours. Petit déjeuner très copieux et changeant jamais le même. L'eau de la piscine est fraîche ça fait extrêmement du bien quand il fait 45 degrés. Endroit généralement très calme.
Cons: C'est pas que j'ai pas apprécié mais si elle aurait eu un petit frigo en plus pour avoir des boissons fraîches ou des fruits ça aurait été vraiment au top.

L'emplacement très proche de la place Jemaa El Fna. Le petit déjeuner.
Cons: Une odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre tout au long du séjour. Pour y remédier, il nous a été prêté un désodorisant automatique lors de notre arrivée. Le soir même, le personnel était rentré dans notre chambre pour le récupérer, sans nous avertir. Je suis allée à l'accueil pour faire part de mon mécontentement (qu'on vienne pour faire le ménage dans la chambre, d'accord, mais en dehors de cela ce n'est pas normal). La personne à l'accueil a nié, a fini par appeler le gérant par téléphone, qui a reconnu mais a dit que ce n'était pas grave de rentrer comme cela dans la chambre sans nous avertir. L'absence de produits d'hygiène dans la chambre, qu'il a fallu réclamer.

We mainly booked this Riad due to the location, as it is walking distance to everything there is to see in downtown Marrakesh. Pictures prior to booking made it look fantastic but upon arrival it was rather different and there were no toiletries except for a clear plastic bottle with some soap in the bath. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. A/C did work without issues. Breakfast was small and simple, and one morning the young man preparing it served the crepes, coffee and milk cold so it was thoroughly disappointing even if it is a complimentary breakfast. Had lot of issues paying for the stay as the machine the owner used only accepted up to 3,000 dh (about 300 euros) in a card transaction and so I had to obtain cash in a bank in the street to pay the difference, so be aware of this issue and bring cash on hand to pay for the stay.

The riad itself is full of charm, and its location is fantastic—close to local parking areas and just a short walk from the beautiful Bahia Palace, one of the must-visit spots in Marrakech. La propreté est irréprochable , la chambre est faite chaque jour avec changement de serviettes . Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et varie chaque jours et le personnel est adorable , un accueil digne d’un 5 étoile !! Vraiment le meilleur Riad que nous ayons fais je pense .. El hotel esta bien en general y es bonito, tiene muy buena localización. El personal agradable, atento y servicial. El te que nos prepararon estaba muy bueno.
Cons: En general nada grave y todo correcto pero no es para considerarse como una suit, si como habitación familiar para 4 personas, ya que no ponían ni jabón ni ningún servicio premium propio de una suit. En España por 60-70€ por noche tienes mucho más confort. El colchón duro y deformado y la ducha no se vaciaba y acababa siendo una piscina, pero se ve que intentan dar el mejor servicio. Hubiera agradecido una explicación sobre recomendaciones de tiendas, restaurantes y productos locales para conocer mejor lo sitios donde hacer buenas compras y comidas. El desayuno es un poco escaso (pan, te/café, mermelada/mantequilla)necesitan incluir algo de proteína como el huevo, algo salado y el zumo se notaba de polvos. El desayuno que nos prepararon para llevar a la excursión ya que salimos antes las 7, fue una botella de agua pequeña reutilizada, llena de zumo de polvo y dos trozos de bizcocho. Una decepción.

La gentilezza e la cortesia sono di casa. Comoda la posizione del Riad. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nella stanza all' ultimo piano, molto particolare. Ci hanno offerto un servizio di taxi dall' aeroporto molto comodo e diretto visto il nostro arrivo in tarda serata ad un ottimo prezzo. Colazione spettacolare e abbondante con prodotti di buonissima qualità. Abbiamo anche approfittato di una squisita cena a base di tajine di pollo al limone cucinato molto bene. Grazie di tutto!!

The location was excellent and the only member of staff we saw was lovely. It was his first ever night working there and he was so nice. He provided us with a lovely evening meal, however breakfast was poor compared to other stays in riads close by.

Il riad è in una posizione magnifica, molto vicino a Jmal Fna, ma comunque in una zona tranquilla. Il riad è bello e caratteristico, senza nulla da invidiare ad altri della città.
Cons: La signora che lavora nel riad è gentilissima e molto cortese. Il resto del personale piuttosto deludente. In camera c'era cattivo odore, forse di fognatura. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio stanza, inizialmente concordato, poi invece negato. Ci hanno detto di aver sigillato dove serviva per risolvere il problema, ma l'odore è rimasto. Molto costosa l'unica cena avuta lì. Non torneremo sicuramente.

Os funcionários eram extremamente educados e simpáticos, sempre prontos a ajudar, desde recomendações de restaurantes, guardarem-nos as mochilas antes da hora do check in e depois do check out sem qualquer custo. O rececionista por volta da meia noite, que foi quando chegámos, ainda teve a amabilidade de nos ir mostrar o quarto, o terraço responder a todas as perguntas e buscar um saco de gelo para uma amiga que estava magoada. Relativamente à localização não podia ser melhor, pelo menos para nós, não fica dentro da medina o que para nós foi essencial por causa da confusão, mas mesmo assim fica muito perto.

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención del personal. Todos eran muy atentos y serviciales. Servían un desayuno casero completo. La ubicación es buena, a solo 10 minutos de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna.
Cons: Nos tocó una habitación en la planta baja que daba directamente al patio. No podíamos abrir la ventana ni los portones porque nos veían así que teníamos que estar sin luz natural durante el día y al estar cerrados era un poco claustrofóbico. Además, todos los ruidos del patio se oían perfectamente. La cama era muy antigua y estaba deformada, había un lado que era muy incómodo y te hundías. La ducha estaba separada por una cortina y la luz estaba fundida, daba sensación de humedad y suciedad. El último día también se fundió la luz del lavamanos.

A mí me gustó todo. La habitación en terraza es un top! Fue un acierto sin saberlo. El personal impecable. Muy simpáticos y nos dejaron desayuno para irnos a la tour que teníamos a las 7h00. La piscina limpia y bueno solo estábamos nosotros así que es el tamaño suficiente para refrescarse después de un día caminando por la medina. Localización lo mejor. Magnifique riad, nous y avons séjourner 5j avec mon mari pour notre voyage de noce, c'était très propre, très bon petit déjeuner. Merci beaucoup à Youssef et le reste de son équipe pour leurs accueil, ainsi que toutes ses petites attentions pour nous, ses bons conseils, endroit tres calme... et j'en passe. C'était fantastique. Tolle Lage nur 5 Gehminuten vom Djema El Fna und leicht zu finden. Sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück. Das Riad hat nur geschätzt 6 Zimmer, alles sehr familiär. Die Senior Suite war angenehm groß, 2 Zimmer und ein großes Bad. Klimaanlage und WLAN funktionierten sehr gut. Die letzte Nacht mussten wir in ein Doppelzimmer umziehen (Nr. 4) und auch das war groß und schön. Hier gab es auch einen kostenlosen Safe.
Cons: Alles nur Kleinigkeiten: Im Badezimmer der Senior Suite müffelte es etwas in der Dusche aus dem Siffon aber das verschwand während des Duschens. Ein Safe in der Senior Suite wäre auch schön gewesen. Wenn die Gäste im Patio sich laut unterhalten, hört man das auch in den umliegenden Zimmern, das ist evening einem Innenhof / Patio so. War aber alles erträglich 👍

La struttura è una dimora antica molto tipica e ben tenuta , la posizione è ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza Jamal. Gli host sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili.La colazione è dolce con Pancake e frutta di stagione e la pulizia ed il cambio biancheria erano quotidiani.La reception è disponibile H24. Aria condizionata e acqua calda efficienti Consigliatissimo!
Cons: L'odore proveniente dalle tubazioni potrebbe risultare fastidioso. La TV era disponibile solo nell'area comune.Nel bagno c'era solo il sapone per le mani e sarebbe stato utile nella doccia un ripiano per poggiare i prodotti.

El Riad Diana está muy bien ubicado, a unos pocos minutos caminando de la plaza Jemaa. La gente que trabaja en él son serviciales y atentos en todo momento. El desayuno es correcto, no le falta nada. La habitación siempre limpia y espaciosa con aire acondicionado funcional. Relación precio - calidad correcta.

Dopo la posizione (a 10 Min a piedi dalla piazza principale) la cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è stato lo staff sempre disponibile a rispondere a ogni nostro dubbio/esigenza. Colazione buona e da fare qualche escursione/esperienza proposta da loro (super consigliati massaggio ed hammam!)

J'ai aimé le personnel qui a été très accueillant. Je nomme Boujemah, Youssef, Imene et Rachida qui ont ete a notre service.
Cons: Le riad doit être rafraîchi car sur les photos et à notre arrivée rien à voir. La peinture à refaire, les rideaux et les lampes sont à changer.. Sur la terrasse le tissu est à changer car sont blanc et sale et pas à l'image de vouloir s'asseoir dessus. Quel dommage Les transats sont à changer sur la terrasse. Du rafraîchissement sinon le reste reste correct. Merci à vous pour ce séjour.

Nos encantó todo en general, los desayunos buenísimos (café, té, zumos, creppes, tortitas,pan, mantequilla,mermelada y fruta), la piscina con el agua bien fresquita (en pleno mes de agosto se agradece un rinconcito así) y la amabilidad y el trato por parte del personal ha sido estupenda. Llegamos de madrugada y nos permitieron descansar en cuanto llegamos y nos permitieron rellenar los documentos para la tasa turística al día siguiente. Teníamos que imprimir las tarjetas de embarque y se encargaron ellos de todo (pagamos 1€ por cada una y ellos se encargaron de llevarlas a imprimir y de dejarlas en nuestro dormitorio). Ha sido todo un acierto encontrar este lugar, tenemos pensado volver y repetiremos el mismo Riad si hay disponibilidad ☺️
Cons: Las almohadas son altas y nosotros estamos acostumbrados a las bajas, pero para gustos colores!

Cons: Es war sehr schmutzig. Die Lage ist katastrophal. Man kommt an und wird direkt von Menschen verfolgt die Geld haben wollen. Die bleiben vor der Unterkunft stehen und bestehen darauf. Die Unterkunft ist in einer engen Gasse. Nachts da alleine lang zu gehen ist sehr gefährlich. Wir können es echt nicht weiterempfehlen. Es sieht nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist in echt deutlich schlimmer.

Brilliant stay, brilliant friendly staff, traditional accommodation, location is awesome and close to a lot of the attractions and main markets! Loved the pool to cool off even at 11pm, room was clean, tidy but again staff were brilliant.
Cons: Only negative point I can say is the air con could’ve worked better in my room but apart from that brilliant stay!

Très sympa comme Riad , assez bien situé, pas loin à pied de la place Jamaa El Fna etc… À 3 minutes de la place Mellah (ferblantier) pour les taxi à toute heures et point de rendez-vous excursion . Merci à Youssef pour les petit déjeuné le matin 😀
