There were both pro's and con's to this hotel, overall i think it was over prized compared to the condition. Pro's: 1. Most of the waiters was awesome, very kind, polite and smiling. 2. House keeping (cleaning) was great. 3. Food and bar was good. 4. SPA workers was wonderful. 5. Young man serving tea was fantastic. Con's 1. The ATM was not working properly and the two male receptionist was very unfriendly and not very helpful. 2. The room was filled with ants and nothing was done about this. 3. The shampoo etc. looked like it was re-filled (used by other guest), which is fine and good for the environment, but should be informed about. 4. The bell-boy (man) was quiet aggressive and would not take a no for an answer, it was unpleasent. 5. I was looked out of my room as they cancelled my keycard before the actual check out time. 6. I asked about late check-out (for payment ofc), he didn't even check, just said no. It was the no which was the problem, it was how it was handle. I would not recommend this hotel, there are plenty other hotels closer to the center which you can get more for your money.

From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff stood out—everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The hospitality throughout our stay was nothing short of top-notch. Entertainment was a highlight of the experience, brilliantly coordinated by Mamado, whose energy and leadership brought everything to life. Special recognition goes to Marie Joe, the choreographer behind the vibrant Senegalese African music, as well as the talented Indian choreographer and the entire entertainment team. Their performances were captivating, culturally rich, and beautifully executed—each one a testament to their passion and skill. While the overall experience was outstanding, there was a minor shortcoming in the housekeeping department. Although the rooms were kept clean and tidy, the staff unfortunately overlooked changing the bedsheets during our stay. It’s a small detail, but worth noting for future improvement. Overall, Eden Andalou offers a wonderful blend of relaxation, culture, and joyful entertainment. We left with great memories and deep appreciation for the team that made it all possible.

Stayed August 31st with my family (2 adults, 2 kids) in a family room booked through Expedia. Unfortunately, several serious issues made this an unpleasant experience despite some positive aspects. Major Concerns: Food poisoning on our last night - All four family members experienced vomiting and diarrhea after eating at the buffet. The hotel nurse tried to dismiss it as unrelated to the food, which was unprofessional given that our entire family was affected. Persistent AC noise - Loud air conditioning kept us awake despite calling reception for assistance. The issue was never resolved. Overpriced for quality - At $450/night, this does not deliver 5-star value or experience. Poor hallway maintenance - Guests were hanging wet clothes and towels on hallway railings to dry, creating an unprofessional appearance that management seemed to ignore. What we liked: Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful Good variety of food options at the buffet We spoke with management during our stay, but the core issues weren't adequately addressed. The hotel has potential, but significant improvements are needed in food safety protocols, room maintenance, and matching pricing to actual quality delivered. Would I recommend? Not at this price point. For a family vacation, there are better value options that prioritize guest health and comfort.

Booked this place as it was the only one left that had a water park. The property was dated. The food was very much basic cafeteria food. The waterpark was also run down. The service was good. Definitely not what we expected for the amount paid. Next time the kids stay home 😆

On arrival transportation for our transfer had not been confirme, this was sorted very swiftly, on arrival the concierge were polite and helpful, a representative called Bushra was very friendly and welcoming. Room was very big/spacious, had aircon. Downside to the room was there was no tea/coffee facilities in our room. The bathroom door was a bit catchy and I scraped my arm numerous times against a sharp handle. A bug bare for me was the room key switch for the electrics was rather low so my children kept playing with the keys. Cleaners sometimes don't get around to cleaning your room till late in the afternoon. We had all inclusive when it came to our board basis however, drinks are served by the waiters ( water/milk/ bottled 7up/Pepsi/ apple juice ) you have to ask for refills.Humza was exceptionally good and new what we would ask for on every sitting. We did tip him a few times. Food can get a bit boring as its mainly the same dishes being served, maybe 1/2 dishes may be different at dinner time. There wasn't much variety with desserts either and ice cream was not readily available all the time which was annoying as the children would want ice cream at lunch and dinner but they only served it at lunch time. Food is served up until around 22:30 and drinks until 2300. I loved having fresh omelettes, pancakes and spaghetti bolenaise. Waterpark was good. If your travelling with young children you are not allowed to go down the waterslide with them which I found strange.

La variété et la qualité du buffet, les serveurs au restaurant. Le personnel et leur serviabilité. L'infrastructure de l'hotel est moderne. Tout est top, aucune critique à emettre. Le seul petit inconvenient est que le bar ferme à 23h. Sinon j'ai vraiment rien à repprocher à cet hotel. Toute la famille a apprecié le sejour.

The property made our honeymoon special by greeting us with rose petals and roses upon entry to our rooms at the Hotel. They accommodated us free of charge with early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff save and except the attendants at the “boutique” who were piggish with nasty attitudes. They ought to be changed or fired immediately as they brought down the general management and pleasantness of the otherwise perfect experience. Will recommend anyone to visit but stay away from the gift shop masking as a boutique with terrible staff and service.

We were very fortunate to finally stay at Eden Andalou for 12 nights Jun/Jul after having to cancel our holiday in 2023 due to the earthquake. The location of the hotel only 9.5km from airport is perfect and only 10.5km to the centre of Marrakesh. We booked through Hotels.com and booked our flights directly with EasyJet. We emailed the hotel regarding room allocation and airport transfer and in all instances they were very responsive resulting in a very efficient transfer from airport and two rooms allocated to us which were next immediately adjacent. The hotel itself is lovely and well laid out and in our opinion is not 5 star but would rate it 4 star due to the finish & some areas could def do with some refurb and the carpet outside our room was torn and tatty and not a gd look. Everything was always so clean and the bed & pillows were so comfortable although our son didn’t like the additional bed which he found uncomfortable but just a little tlc is required and things like no hand drier in the ladies and no towels to dry your hands was little things that have ob been overlooked. What makes it 5*+ for us is the staff, who in the majority go above and beyond to make sure that you are treated like royalty and they are so hard working, attentive, friendly, helpful and are a credit to company. The other thing that makes this hotel stand out is the food and restaurant set up, first class and in all the holidays we have enjoyed, this hotel was outstanding with such a f

We checked in at 3.30pm We checked out at 12. They wouldnt allow check out later. And they cut our all inclusive bands. The manager bushra seems nice but is very stingy l, she said we are only allowed to access facilities until 3pm. Nothing else after this time, so was she expexting us to sit on the street with 2 kids! Very frustrating. At check in we also waited half hour for someone to.show us our room. Staff at food areas are amazing, kids club and the entertainment is great. Not happy with the manager

Séjour très agréable, personnel vraiment sympathique et réactif pour toute demande. Chambre confortable et spacieuse, plutôt propre même si tout n'est pas niquel. L'espace aquatique est super, mais dommage que le bassin de tout petit ne soit pas chauffé. Heureusement d'autre bassins sont chauffés. Le buffet est plutôt varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts et celui-ci varié tous les jours. Attention néanmoins, la formulation concernant la navette aéroport est trompeuse, en effet seul le trajet aller est offert... Sinon la navette pour la médina est très pratique ! Attention à bien réserver :)

le check in était super long environ une 1h d’attente et il y avait pas bcp de gens en avant de nous 2 ou 3. Aussi j’ai demandé un lit supplémentaire plusieurs fois 2 fois en appelant et 3 fois en me déplaçant à la réception sans nouvelles et à chaque fois on me disait c’est bon on a fait la demande ça va être fait pour qu’à la fin la veille de notre départ on ne dise ce n’ai pas possible avec la catégorie de chambre que j’avais même si en leur montrant sur l’app hôtel.com la capacité de ma chambre qui était 5 ils ont continué à argumenter que c’était seulement 4. à part ça c’était bien le service aux table excellent et la nourriture était bonne aussi

The resort is really nice however a bit outdated for a marriott 5 star property. Also there was not much entertainment for teenagers. You could consider a pooltable, or gaming arcade, hangout for teenagers, activities, etc. The taps in the bathroom nearly came off the wall and inconvenient standing in the bathtub and having to hold the shower in your hand. Otherwise food was great! Lovely staff, and overall great location. Oh yes and 1 more remark, the music at the pool was really too loud during the day. Sometimes you just want to chill and relax on a relaxchair and read a book. Was impossible.

Eden Andelou was just OK. Not a place for couples. All-inclusive dribks were nice, but food was meh. It's a shame they didnt include more traditional morcoccan meals in restaurant. It wasnt hard to get a sunbed which is good. But food made the getaway bland. We only stayed for 3 days... i dont know how people spend a week or longer here? Not a couples resort. I guess its good value if you're a family on a budget who just wants sun. The airport transfer was quick and easy - cost two people about 16 pounds. It is not a 5* hotel, but i feel like that is obvious with price. Overall, the stay was fine.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est au top. Les buffets sont variés et bons, il y en a pour tous les goûts ( du petit déjeuner au diner) . L'aqua park est excellent pour les petits et les grands. Le service de navette gratuite est vraiment un plus. Le personnel est réactif, nous avons eu un petit souci dans notre chambre le soir, la direction nous a tout de suite surclassé et changé de chambre. Au top, je recommande.

Hotel très sympa, bien équipé avec personnel aux petits soins. La nourriture aux buffets est variées et de qualités. Nous avons super bien mangé. Les cocktails sont également très bons. Piscines Aqua Park vraiment top pour les enfants. Animations chaque soir & disco kids etc. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Navette gratuite qui vous emmène au centre ville de Marrakech chaque jour depuis l’hôtel (il faut réserver très tôt le jour d’avant pour avoir le créneaux le lendemain). La plus petite piscine est chauffée ce qui est absolument nécessaire à l’entre saison (nous y étions en avril). Dommage que la grande et les piscines à l’Aqua Park ne le soient pas il faut du courage pour se baigner. Juste celle en bas des gros toboggan l’est, c’est déjà ça. Nous avons rencontré un problème de bruits la nuit (boules quies obligatoire) si vous êtes au dessus des cuisine. Apparement ailleurs pas de problème donc ne pas hésiter à demander une chambre éloignée des cuisines. Massages proposés au spa, superbe. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, nous avons passé un super séjour !

Overall, the trip was okay. The Check staff and the staff in the restaurant were amazing and nothing was too much for them where the hotel was lacking was the checks done prior to against moving into a room. This was headed by a manager called Mr younes. The main issues were a non-functioning leaky shower and a blocked bidet. although problems can arise during your stay which should be dealt with promptly by maintenance you should not be moving into a room with pre-existing problems. The main issue was that it took a day and a half for reception to be contacted and once contacted the problems were resolved quickly. The manager claimed that there was six lines to be able to reach reception yet most of the time on six separate occasions this line was either engaged or a non-functioning tone was emitted. This is something the hotel needs to rectify first of all make sure that all your checks include the amenities in the room so that everything is working before the guest arrives and secondly, if there is a problem reception or maintenance needs to be contactable in a timely . The manager offered various solutions like an upgrade to the room, but due to the family having already settled in, we preferred them to send maintenance to fix the amenities amenities which they did in these types of situations where a guest has been an inconvenience the hotel also needs a better resolution policy so rather than simply asking the customer to contact Marriott or the corporate office.

My wife and I had an excellent 7 night stay at Eden Andalou. The hotel truly is a wonderful oasis within easy reach to both the airport and the medina. The staff really do take time to make you feel welcome and go out of their way to provide first class survey. Cleanliness was top notch, rooms spacious and couldn't wish for anything more. Addressing some concerns that I have read in other views: Food - amazing! Lots of variety and all expertly prepared. If you cannot find something at every meal to suit your palette, you really do need to up your preparedness for culinary adventure! Drinks - above expectation! Ok, so you're not going to get Guiness, but the larger is cold and refreshing. The cocktail choices have hearty measures. My wife, who is a walking vat, says the wines are tasty and managed to make her fall over more than once! Pools - very clean and excellent to just hang out Staff - all polite, friendly and helpful. Make it a mission to try and get Peaky Blinders - the night security guard - to smile. It can be done! The sun in Morocco is very different to the British sun :-) So don't forget the sunscreen!

There are so many things to say about this resort, and virtually everyone is incredibly positive. From the moment you pull up to the security entrance, you can't fail to be impressed by how stylish the resort appears. As you drive into the resort and arrive at reception, an opulent yet stylish area, you are greeted with warmth and smiles from possibly the nicest receptionists you're likely to meet at any hotel around the world. Their appearance is smart and professional, their conduct like relatives you haven't seen for a long while and who are excited to see you. The check-in process was simple and efficient, yet every detail covered in a more than satisfactory manner. Our room was large, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was huge, firm but very comfortable. We didn't have the best view, but it was far from poor. Bedding and towels changed everday. The buffest restaurant was great in terms of choice and service. The Fez restaurant was terrible with useless staff and poor service and cold food.

I was a bit worried due to mixed reviews but this place is honestly great. Was very affordable compared to other options. The free shuttle service was great however i recommend booking it in advance because it doesn’t fit too many. When we stayed it was very quiet due to it being off peak season and Ramadan so Marrakech itself wasn’t busy at all so we didn’t have any issues with the shuttle being fully booked. The staff are all lovely and work so hard making your experience good. The food is nice especially dinner and there are two restaurants. One buffet style and one Moroccan. This one however is at an extra charge but you get one night free there when you stay three or more nights. There is one big pool that isn’t heated and a smaller that is. The rooms are very big and comfortable. There’s an atm at the hotel and very helpful people in the office if you need any taxis or excursions booked. Highly recommend if you want a cheaper but nice place to stay b

From the moment we arrived at Eden Andalou we could not have felt MORE welcome. The reception staff were amazingly helpful and they changed our rooms immediately for us. ( as there was a slight mix up with room type) . The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean with enormous comfortable beds so we had no complaints at all. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels replaced and the bed linen linen changed at least twice a week. The food choices are excellent with loads of healthy Moroccan salads and plenty meat and fish choices in the evening. There is a lunchtime bbq every day too with plenty variety of other dishes to suit everyone pizza, pasta, tagines etc. The house wine and beer is also very good and plentiful. The service really was second to none on our 7 day visit. . Without exception every single member of staff was helpful and charming. Our breakfast and lunch waiter Ahmed was absolutely outstanding - he knew our names, what our coffee preferences were and where we preferred to sit and nothing was too much trouble for him, or indeed the bar staff too!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, its good if you want to lounge around and eat all day. We visited in February we had good weather in the week we stayed, so was surprised that the water in the pool was freezing. I was surprised at the limited pool space given the 5 star rating and the fact that the pool area was very basic looking. The hotel is located in a developing area, at the moment with limited surroundings as in not even a shop in walking distant, so you do have to commute. Its good that there is a shuttle available although availability can be limited. I like that there is 24 hour security at entrance. The room we stayed in was nice although it is showing signs of wear and tear especially in the bathroom. The buffets are ok, it does get repetitive. In terms of arranging excursions, you will be restricted as many online providers will not collect you from the hotel so you may have to pay extortionate fees for the hotel to arrange this. I hope the place improves as staff are friendly and makes you want tk return.

Room was large and comfortable, food was decent and varied (the different patisseries for dessert were amazing!). One heated pool and one heated waterslides area meant its worth a visit even in the cooler months. Loads of kids in half term, they had a great time. Contact the hotel early to book into the special restaurant, there was no availability for us for the 3 nights we were there. We were also too slow booking the free shuttle into town so had to pay for a taxi.

Stayed with teenagers and hotels water park kept them entertained. Food good and staff extremely helpful. The hotel is away from any other shops etc so you need to get a taxi everywhere. The hotel offers taxis at slightly more expensive prices which you would expect. You can use Morocco’s own Uber type app called In Drive which is a lot cheaper. However you have a bit of a gamble on the quality of the driver. Hotel had great entertainment staff. Khalil was very good and engaged with holiday makers to the correct level without being too much. Perhaps the itinerary of activities could be advertised a bit earlier as some days the evening entertainment was only announced that morning. All in all a good value hotel with multi national guests all of whom were polite and friendly.

Family of 4 including 6 and 9 year old girls. My thoughts: 1. Previous reviews about the hotel needing some updating are now out of date. It’s in very good condition following what looks like recent and ongoing refurbishments. 2. There are a LOT of staff and so always well looked after. Nearly all very nice, kind, helpful and friendly. Only exception is the booking office who weren’t great and at one point had a tether loud shouting saga (not sure what it was about). Rest were great and I’d rate highly. 3. Main restaurant (Atlas) was very good. Great choice of food for all ages and tasty. Normally had an extra bbq section most lunchtimes / dinners as well. Fez restaurant (where you normally get on free sitting a week) was actually a lot worse - food wasn’t great and some of it cold. 4. Entertainment was good. Fun nightly shows and ongoing activities for kids and adults alike. 5. Swimming pools. We went during February half term so conditions were never going to be wonderful but the smaller pool was nicely heated (great to stay in, harder to get out!). No one used the bigger pool as not heated but looks beautiful for the hotter months. 6. Water park was great. Again, felt like it had been through a recent renovation. About 8 slides were heated which helped during the cold period we were there. During hotter periods it would be even better. 7. Location - it’s about 15 mins to the airport and 20 minute cab into town that costs about 150 dirham. Overall rate it highly

Not a real All Inclusive hotel - many things which are extra cost (e.g. ice cream). Airport shuttle to hotel is free but not on the way back which is ridiculous! The people dealing with excursions & taxis from the hotel are VERY RUDE and not organised. Had the feeling they are just trying to take your money!

Clearly and not five star hotel, not even four. The list is too long, but we have already made a formal complaint with Expedia, which is being investigated. As an example, one of my children was called to one side by a security person in a remote part of the hotel, asking him for a coffee and a croissant. I only discovered this by chance, as I was walking in the area and saw my child carrying a hot coffee. One reported this to the management, they apologised but did not look like this was a big issue for them. Nobody seemed to care, the hotel was probably last updated 20 years ago and corrupt employees used every opportunity to sell services which were already included in an all-inclusive package. I cannot believe it is a Marriott. I know their standards, and this is not one of them.

A very peaceful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. There is a shuttle bus that takes us to and from the centre without extra charge which is very convenient. We enjoyed the aqua park, indoor jacuzzi & pool in addition to the spa facilities. lunch and dinner was delicious and varied. They had some tasty offerings. Breakfast was also great. Overall our experience was very positive and we left feeling invigorated. I highly recommend and would certainly stay again. Thalib at reception was very welcoming and friendly, we felt very cared for and looked after by the Eden staff. The view to the garden from our room was very picturesque and peaceful. Well done Eden !!

Not a 5 star experience... the food and staff in the restaurant was very good. The check in was slow and the staff was not very serviceminded. The hotel and waterpark could need a makeover. We also stayed at pickalbatros and if we go back we will choose that.

Entertainment was average but staff try their best. Water park is 5 minutes walk from rooms and is really good and quiet. 20 mins from the airport. Free pick up from the airport. Must pay the city tax if your child is 12 or above which we didn't know about. Free shuttle to the town, Jame Al Fanaa. Free shuttle one way from airport to the hotel.

It was very nice looking, a little small for a resort but very good service. We qualified to dine at the fancy restaurant Al Fez as we stayed for more than 3 nights, however the staff had forgotten to tell us this was closed on weekends. Therefore we were not able to adjust our schedules to dine there. Otherwise all staff were friendly, cleanliness was great, and food also tasted great. Would recommend.

Apart from the staff at the reception desk who were very dismissive and rude whenever we approached them and always seemed to have a “cant be bothered, just go away” attitude, our stay was very good. we had a big spacious room for a family of 4. Pools were great, aquapark was fun and all inclusive food selection was also great - always something to eat and big variety of choice. Special shoutout to the animation team (Brownie, Smiley, Bruno and the others) their energy was amazing! In the restaurant also Yasmine the omelette chef and Asiya at breakfast were always smiling and greeting me and my family. Idrees and Younus and pretty much all of the waitering team were always on hand to get anything we needed and made sure we were looked after on every visit. Overall would definitely reccomend, just dont expect any help from the reception staff as they were terrible.

Overall great holiday for a mix of family time and exploring Marrakesh. The hotel was clean and had plenty to offer with great friendly staff. The tour office in the hotel offers plenty of options to explore the area either with a driver or a driver and guide so can adjust to your requirements. As a family we really enjoyed the food on offer which was a mix of traditional local dishes and other stuff like fresh pizza/pasta. Few points to note, the free airport transfer is pickup only, you have to pay for the return trip (about £20). To arrange the pickup I had to call the hotel to get an email address off them which cost me £12 as they did not supply on booking or answer the hotels.com message. The gym only opens at strange times ie from 10 in the morning so cannot use before breakfast or later in the day. There is no ice cream as part of all inclusive if your kids are expecting it. And to buy they are £5 each. Free shuttle to/from Marrakesh runs until about 8pm so if you go at night you have to make your own way back which is easy via taxi for about £20.

Food was good except same style of food almost every day. What was disappointing was the water of the pools at the water park were too cold to enjoy. The two heated once were not warm enough for cold season. In all, it was good value for money.

This is not a five star property and this needs to be changed. It is unfair on guests to advertise this as five stars, this is what is resulting in negative reviews. If you are used to staying in 5 star hotels, do not book this, you will be wasting your money and will be needing another holiday after this. If you are used to staying in 3/4 star then this will be perfect for you.

Great location just 15 minutes from the airport, close to get transfer into town, or other site seeing places. The water park was a win for the kids! Food was outstanding every day. Good gym facilities and excellent massages on offer. Staff were brilliant- especially Raf, Mousse, Hind, Simo to name a few. Beds were super comfortable and rooms were large. Some quieter rooms some closer and busier which we chose to be close to the pool side. Excellent all around

Food ,so bad ,we spent 2 days in our room being ill. Management are just shocking dont care about the guest or evan their staff at all. Entertainment is so boring and nothing to do after 11 when drinks stop aswell. Hotel is very tired and needs a repaint,only reception is nice . Drinks are very limited and not good at all ,very cheap alcohol is used. This is far from a 5 star resort its a 3 star at best ,the only good thing about this resort is the bar staff are nice and waiters bit that is it ,please dont waste your money stay in a riad in the centre you will have a better time

We booked for my daughter's second Birthday. First day they gave us a room, where the bathroom didn't have a pleasant smell they refused to change our room only until my husband kicked up a fuss. We was given a room where there was no hot water! Only cold water dripping slowly.. called reception was told someone will come to fix it... No one came to fix it! My Husband had to go with soap all over his body and in a towel downstairs just for them to send a man upstairs with a screwdriver! We have a video with evidence they weren't interested!Asked for an iron was first told it will cost.. then when I said I've had no hot water and now you want to charge me for an iron?! I was told it will be with me within 10 minutes waited 30 minutes only to be told they can't give me an iron due to health and safety reason! I would avoid booking this hotel. The kids slides don't have enough water running through them my daughter was stuck inside my husband had to go inside to go get my petrified child! they say kid friendly but no life guard around! Staff on reception aren't helpful! The bar staff are lovely.

The rooms are nice as is the pool. There is a lot of illness, due I think to poor hygiene with most guests needing to stay close to the facilities. This site for no known reason says there are transfers to and from the hotel. These are only one way to the hotel. Oddly the hotel comes up with extra charges. Overall a nice stay but not all is right with the place

Check in was great. And the facility is beautiful. We received a free upgrade. The suite was great but they were doing renovations. So we walked through dark hallways, hallways were they were painting and we could hear lite construction in the room next door. The staff was friendly and waited on us hand and foot. The food was good, but tends to get repetitive. The amenities were great, but I wish all the pools were heated as it was impossible to use the ones that were not. I love that they have a theme park but once again it’s only partially heated. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from town and while they offer a shuttle there are only 17 seats. You have to reserve a spot to go and return, but they fill up quickly. They will provide you with the number for a taxi if there’s no more space on the shuttle. Overall the stay here was great and I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an all inclusive option.
