WiFi was terrible constant drop out Small things that show this is not a 5 star establishment like lack of care to provide towels consistently in gym area , cheap basic toiletries in bathrooms Overall it was ok and we had a nice tome - If they address these issues it could be a nice place to stay

Cons: La camera era bella e spaziosa, 2 cose negative per me son state in primis la puzza in camera, era sui tessuti delle tende presumo, tutta la stanza aveva un odore fastidioso. Lâaltra nota negativa il balconcino non aveva una copertura superiore e avendo molto piovuto era tutto fradicio.

Beautiful arrival lobby, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and nice linens and towels. The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, despite our special request for a quiet room, we were initially placed on a corridor with a schoolclass of loud teenagers who used the hallway like a running track and the rooms as a disco. Fortunately, after asking, we were moved to another room. Even then, despite the improvement, the rooms were still quite noisy. Airplanes fly overhead loudly during the day, but not often and thankfully not at night, which was a relief.

Cons: Wij hadden dit hotel speciaal geboekt vanwege het indoor zwembad omdat het weer slecht was en te koud om buiten te zwemmen. Ter plekke werden we onaangenaam verrast met de mededeling dat het zwembad apart betaald moet worden (100dh/âŹ10 pp p/u!!!) Ă©n dat het pas vanaf 14 jaar toegankelijk is. Alle kinderen zijn onder de 14 jaar oud en mochten dus niet het zwembad in. Bovendien is een dagje aqua park goedkoper gezien de prijs die het hotel hanteert. Als ik dit eerder had geweten had ik wel een ander hotel geboekt, zonder binnenzwembad.

La propretĂ© est irrĂ©prochable dans tout lâĂ©tablissement, des chambres aux espaces communs. DĂšs lâarrivĂ©e, on se sent accueilli avec le cĆur. Un immense merci Ă tout le personnel, dâune gentillesse et dâun professionnalisme remarquables. Mention toute particuliĂšre aux filles de lâaccueil, toujours souriantes, attentionnĂ©es et disponibles, qui rendent le sĂ©jour exceptionnel. Et un remerciement spĂ©cial Ă la jeune femme brune, trĂšs sympathique et aux petits soins, dont le bureau se situe entre lâascenseur et le salon de thĂ© : sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ont rendu notre sĂ©jour encore plus agrĂ©able, tout en soulignant lâexcellent accueil de toute lâĂ©quipe. La nourriture est dĂ©licieuse, variĂ©e et de grande qualitĂ©. LâhĂŽtel est dĂ©licatement parfumĂ© Ă la fleur dâoranger, un vĂ©ritable voyage des sens. Enfin, jâai fait un brushing, rĂ©alisĂ© par un homme trĂšs professionnel, attentif et dĂ©licat. Mes cheveux ont Ă©tĂ© parfaitement choyĂ©s, avec dâexcellents conseils pour les entretenir. Cons: The property is old and in a deteriorated condition. There was an unpleasant odour in both the room and the corridor. The corridor leading from the entrance to my room was long and poorly lit, with the lights switched off at night, which made the area feel scary. In addition, there was no hot water available in the bathroom.

Cons: Le personnel, chaque fois que l'on commandais un taxi il prenait une commission dans notre dos. Un soir un ami est rentré avec une fille rencontré dans une boite de nuit, arrivé à l'hÎtel le réceptionniste réclamait 600 dirhams pour que la fille puisse rentrer. Ce qu'on à refusé donc la fille n'a pas pu rentrée. Le personnel est en plus en liaisons avec des prostitué et ils prennent des commissions si les filles montent avec des clients. J'ai jamais vu ca, c'était scandaleux.

Nous ne devions rester qu'une nuit mais nous avons prolongĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Le point nĂ©gatif est que le Burkini est interdit pas top pour un pays musulman... Heureusement que nous Ă©tions en hiver donc pas l'idĂ©al pour nager. La chambre Ă©tait bien chauffĂ© Ă notre guise, il est vrai qu'on entend le bruit des avions car proximitĂ© avec l'aĂ©roport mais ça nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ© plus que ça. Pour le prix 90⏠la nuit c'Ă©tait plus que bien. J'appuie sur le point du burkini car je trouve ça inadmissible dans un pays musulman de forcer les gens Ă se dĂ©nuder pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine...

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, great buffet breakfast and made to order omelettes, the beach bar had good international food and a nice vibe. This is a nice Moroccan hotel with a local and down to earth feeling. Location great! In international standards I would rate this as a nice 3+ to 4 star hotel. I did spa treatments (Hammam, wax and mani/pedi), everyone was nice and professional, once again this is a local and down to earth feeling. Reading peopleâs comments, if you want to stay at a true 5 star hotel than you go to Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental, and those that know, know that!

Die Ausstattung ist sehr luxuriös, der Poolbereich ist sehr groĂzĂŒgig. Die Bar bietet jeden Abend live-Musik und eine ausgezeichnete GetrĂ€nkeauswahl. Hier speziellen Dank fĂŒr das Service-Team!! Die Silvester-Party war gut organisiert, das MenĂŒ hervorragend. Die Programmpunkte abwechslungsreich, allerdings waren keine Pausen dazwischen. Der Spa Bereich ist top, das Hamam und Massage uneingeschrĂ€nkt zu empfehlen. Kleinere MĂ€ngel im Zimmer wurden innerhalb weniger Minuten behoben.
Cons: Der Speisebereich ist sehr laut, hat etwas von Kantine, die Auswahl der Gerichte ist durchschnittlich, sowohl beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck als auch beim Abendbuffet. FĂŒr den Preis hĂ€tten wir etwas mehr erwartet. Obwohl sich viele GĂ€ste ĂŒber die LautstĂ€rke auf der Silvesterfeier beschwerten war es teilweise so laut dass man den Raum verlassen musste. Speziell wĂ€hrend des Essens wĂ€re ruhigeres Ambiente schön gewesen. Unterhaltung am Tisch war zu keiner Zeit möglich. Der Indoor Pool ist recht schön, allerdings ist es ein Unding, dass man dafĂŒr pro Paar 300 Dirham zusĂ€tzlich bezahlen muss. (100 fĂŒr die Blubberblasen in einer Ecke des Pools). Sollte in so einem Resort kostenlos sein.

Das Hotel ist ein angenehmer Ausgleich zur lebhaften Medina und gut mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Der gepflegte Hotelgarten lĂ€d zum chillen ein. Hervorzuheben ist die ĂŒberaus freundliche und aufmerksame Dame am Customer-Desk neben dem Lift.
Cons: Es gibt Zimmer direkt ĂŒber einem Maschinenraum, dauerhaft hörbares brummen im Zimmer ist die Folge. Der Wechsel des Zimmers war jedoch unproblematisch möglich. Die AtmosphĂ€re im Hotel ist kĂŒhl, das Servicepersonal und / oder Handwerker in den Etagenfluren störend laut. Nicht zu empfehlen ist das fĂŒr ⏠25 p.P. angebotene Bufett am Abend zu spĂ€terer Stunde. Ohnehin ist das âRestaurantâ eher ein einfacher Speisesaal. FĂŒr den Room-Service bedurfte es erst einer Nachfrage an der Rezeption. Fazit: Das Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis ist nicht angemessen. Der Service war in sĂ€mtlichen der von uns besuchten Riads deutlich besser.

Her service and attitude were excellent; she truly cared about guest satisfaction and went out of her way to meet guestsâ needs. This stood in clear contrast to her manager, whose behavior was unprofessional

Cons: Une expĂ©rience tout simplement rĂ©voltante. MalgrĂ© un sĂ©jour correct au dĂ©part, la fin a Ă©tĂ© catastrophique et indigne. Le personnel sâest permis de nous accuser de vol et de nous faire ouvrir nos bagages pour une fouille, sans la moindre preuve, comme si nous Ă©tions des dĂ©linquants. Cette scĂšne a Ă©tĂ© profondĂ©ment humiliante et totalement injustifiĂ©e. Ăvidemment, rien nâa Ă©tĂ© trouvĂ©. Ce genre de comportement est inacceptable et honteux pour un hĂŽtel qui se prĂ©tend de ce niveau. Manque total de respect, de professionnalisme et de considĂ©ration pour les clients. Une telle attitude suffit Ă ruiner tout le sĂ©jour. Nous repartons avec une image dĂ©plorable de cet Ă©tablissement, que nous dĂ©conseillons fortement.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, especially the team near the pool and the gentleman from the Oasis restaurant â they were always smiling and helpful. The food was very good, and the breakfast had a nice variety.
Cons: The only small issue I noticed was that the housekeeping sometimes forgot to replace shower amenities and tissues, so I had to call a few times to ask for them. Other than that, everything was great, and I had a very pleasant experience overall.

Cons: Our stay at the Palm Plaza Hotel in Marrakech was far from what you'd expect from a 5-star establishment. There were multiple areas where the hotel failed to meet even basic expectations, and unfortunately, we left quite disappointed. To begin with, the restaurant service was unprofessional. We witnessed servers having verbal arguments in front of guests, right in the middle of the dining area â a clear sign of poor management and lack of training. In a hotel of this supposed caliber, staff should remain calm, respectful, and attentive in front of clients. Another noticeable issue was how international guests received preferential treatment, while local Moroccan travelers were largely ignored or served slowly. Given that the majority of the clientele appeared to be local, this kind of discriminatory service is not only disappointing, it raises serious concerns about the hotelâs values and customer service strategy. The hygiene standards in the restaurant were also lacking. Coffee mugs, plates, and cutlery were often not fully clean â we had to sort through several items just to find a usable one. This is simply not acceptable in any hotel, let alone a 5-star. Food was repetitive and of mediocre quality, with an unusual taste â at times it felt like soda had been used in the cooking process. Outside of the buffet, it also took a long time for servers to respond unless you were ordering a paid extra. As for the rooms, while they were cleaned daily, towels were not always fresh, and bathroom products like shampoo were not restocked in a sufficient amount unless requested â and having to ask for them every day became quite frustrating. The pool area also had its problems. It was enjoyable in the morning but became dirty by midday. Whatâs worse, parts of the pool floor were damaged, and sharp edges from broken tiles posed a risk of injury. At night, the area was poorly lit, making it uncomfortable for a peaceful evening with family.

Cons: Le personnel de la rĂ©ception jâai passer un long sĂ©jours , plusieurs fois, je les ai relancĂ© pour le wi-fi dans la chambre la tĂ©lĂ© qui marchait pas, ils ont jamais rĂ©pondu Ă ma demande, ils mâont envoyĂ© chier lâordre de mes appels Ă la rĂ©ception, je leur ai bien dit que jâallais faire ce quâil faut un personnel trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able, alors que je suis Client. Et aussi le parking jamais de place alors que jâai fait exprĂšs de prendre cette hĂŽtel parce que il dispose dâun parking les gardiens gardent des places pour Client quâils aiment bien ou quâil les soudoie âŠ. Via indrive app en greentaxi is dat wel goedgekomen. Zwembad was fijn. Animatie was leuk voor de kleintjes. Ontbijt was uitgebreid. Buffet daar kunnen niet gasten mee omgaan.

De kamers waren naast elkaar met een deur ertussen waardoor mijn kinderen makkelijk naar ons toe konden komen. Het zwembad was schoon en er waren sportieve activiteieten in het zwembad. Het hotel gaf ons echt een gevoel van rust. Tevens was het ontbijt goed uitgebereid.
Cons: Enig punt waar er aan gewerkt kan worden zijn de gangenvloer op de eerste verdieping. Het vloerkleed zag er niet schoon uit.

Nous avons particuliÚrement apprécié le cadre agréable de l'hÎtel, avec une piscine trÚs bien entretenue et spacieuse, idéale pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. Le personnel était dans l'ensemble accueillant et souriant, surtout au niveau de la réception et du service au restaurant. La chambre familiale était propre et confortable, avec une belle vue sur le jardin. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, avec des options locales et internationales, ce qui a plu à toute la famille.
Cons: Le parking situĂ© Ă cĂŽtĂ© de lâhĂŽtel est constamment plein, ce qui rend le stationnement compliquĂ©. De plus, il y a un rĂ©el problĂšme autour de la piscine : certains clients rĂ©servent des transats dĂšs 8h du matin avec leurs serviettes, puis nây reviennent quâĂ 14h, voire pas du tout. Cela empĂȘche d'autres clients de profiter de ces espaces, ce qui est frustrant. Il serait utile que lâĂ©tablissement mette en place une rĂ©gulation plus stricte Ă ce niveau pour plus dâĂ©quitĂ©.

Cons: On nous a attribué une chambre qui n est pas faite. Et les clients précédent l avaient laissée dans un état lamentable, ce qui m a un peu rebuté. Et compliqué pour avoir des serviettes. Dommage. Les chambres auraient besoin d un rafraßchissement et surtout la moquette dans les couloirs.. Dommage que rien ne soit fait pour le gaspillage au petit déjeuner, pas la faute de l hotel.

Cons: Formal Complaint Regarding Our Stay at Palm I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with several aspects of our recent stay at the Palm Plaza Hotel Marrakech. Our family consists of two parents and three children aged 22, 16, and 14. We made a reservation through the Booking.com website for three rooms with breakfast included, following the rules and suggestions provided by the platform. We also made a specific request for the rooms to be next to each other, so we could remain close to our children. To our surprise, all three rooms were equipped with two double beds each, which made no sense for our family setup. As a result, we only used two rooms during our stay. Furthermore, the rooms were not adjacent, but rather separated by other rooms, and no effort was made to accommodate the parents in a room with a double bed, as would have been expected. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. At breakfast, the situation was consistently chaotic. There were no available tables, plates, or cutlery, and on one occasion I had to wait 10 minutes just to be seated. On August 8th, my wife even refused to come down for breakfast due to the disorder. At the pool area, towels were never available when we needed them. On August 7th, we went to the pool at 5 p.m., and on August 8th, at 3 p.m. â on both occasions, no towels were available. On August 8th, there were not even any free chairs by the pool. We ended up spending the entire time seated at the pool bar, which we used for lunch. It is worth mentioning that the bar service was pleasant and operated well. However, I must also express my disappointment regarding our dinner experience at the hotel restaurant on August 7th. Five members of our family dined there, and we paid 1400 MAD. While I have no complaint about the price, I must strongly criticize the quality of service and food, which did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The buffet was of extremely poor quality, both in variety.

The entire place is perfect for a family holiday. The staff were absolutely amazingâeverything we requested during our stay was provided with a warm smile. Wafa from customer relations was exceptionally kind, checking in with us every day to make sure everything was going well and offering help with anything we needed.

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a beautiful view of the pool. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the service was excellent. Pools are big and nice !
Cons: the fridge in our room wasnât working which made things a bit inconvenient especially it was hot and we like our drinks cold. Also the sink was clogged which was a bit annoying.

The hotel is good and clean and the service is good, but the reception is not good. There is no smile or welcome. The employee is not helpful at all. Our stay was ruined by how poorly we were treated. Problems with internet The staff member in charge was rude (her name is Intissar), no tag name, unhelpful, and didnât even try to solve our issue. We were forced to accept something we didnât book, and she acted like we could leave if we didnât like it. On top of that, she lied to us, saying we couldnât use the other pool because of high season and too many guests â yet the next day, everyone from the hotel had full access with no issue. Really unprofessional and disappointing experience overall. Not recommended especially youâre used to European standards
