The staff was really friendly and helpful. In the mornings, they served a generous, typical Moroccan breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day and everything was clean. The accommodation is also recommended with children. The Riad is easily accessible by taxi. Jemaa el-Fna Square is a comfortable 30-minute walk away. The area is quiet and safe. Riad semplicemente ECCELLENTE! La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, con un comodo letto matrimoniale, due armadi capienti e una finestra affacciata sulla corte interna. Anche il bagno era ampio e ben attrezzato, con wc, bidet, doccia e prodotti come shampoo e bagnoschiuma. La pulizia è impeccabile: la stanza veniva riordinata ogni giorno e gli asciugamani cambiati regolarmente. La colazione, servita dalle 8:30 alle 10:30, è abbondante e di ottima qualità. Abbiamo apprezzato la grande flessibilità: per due giorni ci è stata servita alle 8:00 per permetterci di partire per le escursioni, e l’ultima mattina ci hanno preparato una colazione da portar via per il check-out alle 7:00. Il riad offre numerosi servizi extra a buon prezzo che rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole: navetta da e per l’aeroporto, gite giornaliere con partenza/ritorno al riad, possibilità di pranzare o cenare con un menu di tre portate a soli 20€ a persona, hammam interno e una terrazza sul tetto aperta fino a mezzanotte. La posizione è ottima: a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, in una zona defilata e tranquilla che permette di godersi passeggiate tra i souk. Inoltre, si trova vicino a una porta della medina dove è sempre possibile trovare taxi, perfetto per chi preferisce spostarsi in auto. Un’ultima menzione speciale va ad Ahmed, l’host: parla inglese fluentemente, è sempre disponibile e fa di tutto per farvi sentire come a casa. Quando torneremo a Marrakech, non avremo dubbi: sceglieremo di nuovo questo riad!

A szállásadó elképesztően kedves és segítőkész, folyamatosan kommunikált és jó tanácsokkal látott el minket. A Medina szélén van a Riád, ez elsőre kicsit ijesztő lehet, de biztonságosnak éreztük a környéket, semmi kellemetlenség nem ért minket még éjjel sem. Kisboltok vannak a közelben, éttermek és kifőzdék szintén közel. Kicsit messze van a főbb látványosságoktól, de séta távolságra. Egy igazi gyémánt a nyüzsgő Medinában ahova imádtunk visszahúzódni, a csendbe, és élvezni ezt a mérhetetlen vendégszeretetet. Ha nem itt kezdtük volna a marokkói utunkat nem biztos, hogy pozitív a megélés, szívesen visszajönnék egy következő út alkalmával.

Cons: La posizione.non è comodo e sicura di notte il taxi non ti porta davanti al Riad e si no conosce ti lascia arrangiarti da sola con la gente pericolosa in giro.l Hoste non ci ha aiutato e neanche ascoltato quando abbiamo avuto problemi al esterno del Riad. Ci ha pure acusate di avere fatto troppo casino. Quindi dopo la prima notte di spavento.siamo andati via verso 1 zona più turistica e soprattutto più sicura.

Our stay was made truly seamless thanks to Manager Ahmed and his wonderful team. Ahmed was incredibly communicative, reaching out via WhatsApp even before our arrival to ensure everything was in place. The cooking and cleaning staff were warm, efficient, and served up a delicious breakfast each morning, complete with traditional black tea refills that added a lovely touch of local hospitality. The rooms were kept spotless, and our clothes were regularly organized—such thoughtful attention to detail. Ahmed went above and beyond by printing our boarding passes, which was essential for Menara Airport’s paper-only policy. Even after checkout, he graciously stored our luggage and invited us to relax in the living room and recharge our phones before heading to the airport. It was a genuinely welcoming experience from start to finish.
Cons: The location was ideal for exploring Marrakech’s historic sites, with Jama el-Fna, the souks, and Koutoubia Mosque all just a short walk away. Being so close to the old town made it easy to dive into the city’s vibrant culture and traditions. However, it’s worth noting that the area just outside the old city walls wasn’t as well maintained as one might expect from a tourist hotspot. The streets were often crowded, making it difficult for taxis to get through, and at times, the air carried an unpleasant smell—possibly due to poor sanitation or people relieving themselves in public. Dust was also quite noticeable, which may be uncomfortable for some travelers. Still, the authentic atmosphere and proximity to key attractions made it a memorable experience overall.

La posizione é molto centrale e facile da raggiungere. Si può arrivare con la macchina non distante dalla Riad, cosa non sempre comune. Colazione abbondante e buona. Il ragazzo che ci ha assistito è stato molto disponibile in tutto. La struttura era pulita e tranquilla. La zona è buona soprattutto se si vogliono fare escursioni (si trova vicino una porta delle mure esterne, quindi ottima per essere presi e riportati). In 7 minuti si arriva in una via turistica, in 15-20 minuti nella zona più centrale della medina, in 10 min a piedi si arriva ai giardini Majorelle. L’arredamento è tipico, all’interno della struttura è possibile fare anche cena, pranzo e servizio lavanderia. Le stanze vengono pulite e rassettate ogni giorno. Le foto che hanno pubblicato corrispondono a ciò che troverete.

I really enjoyed my stay at Riad Dar Tuscia! I had a knee trauma while kitesurfing in Essaouira and wasn't able to put weight on the leg. Ahmed really helped my out where possible! The Diar is situated at the border of the Medina, only a 50 meter walk after drop off with a taxi. The riad and central hall are really beautiful. The rooms are clean and have airconditioning. The breakfast was amazing. Relaxing terrace on top of the riad. This riad provides an excellent stay to explore Marrakesh!

O nosso host Ahmed, foi gentil, prestavel, atencioso e de uma generosidade e simpatia enormes. Sempre disponível para esclarecer e ajudar. A localização do Riad fica a 2 min a pé de uma das entradas da medina, tem um terraço fantastico. Os quartos sao confortáveis e espacocos. Wc limpo e agua quente, trocas de toalhas diárias. Pequeno almoco é um misto de marroquino com continental e em quantidade suficiente.

This is a cute and comfortable little gem of a riad! We chose it because of its location close to the medina walls and it was the perfect spot for us to be collected for our three day trip to the desert - the walk to the taxi was only two minutes away from the riad. Upon our arrival at the riad, we were greeted with a warm smile and a warm welcome. They even kindly packed us a breakfast that we could take away with us as we left very early the next morning. The room was cosy with nice little touches and we had very comfortable beds - we know this as we slept very well! If you want a warm welcome and a cute and cosy stay then this is your place!

Buon Riad, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera come da descrizione, pulita, cambio asciugamani quotidiano, ogni giorno saponi per il bagno. Aria condizionata funzionante, letti comodi, WiFi ottimo. Buona colazione marocchina con vari tipi di pane tradizionale, croissant, uova, burro, miele, marmellata spremuta d'arancia, caffè e latte. Ahmed il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile a dare indicazioni su ogni nostra richiesta. La zona il cui si trova il Riad è molto tranquilla e si può vivere pienamente l'atmosfera della gente del posto. A pochi minuti a piedi ci sono alcuni ristoranti.
Cons: Se proprio devo trovare un appunto, il Riad è posizionato vicino alle mura della médina. Poco male, in 15 minuti a piedi attraverso i caratteristici Souk, si raggiunge la piazza principale.

The property was decorated nicely and I enjoyed the feel of the riad. It was a very nice and quiet little place on the outskirts of town and don’t expect to meet anybody because I only ever saw the person that checked me in.
Cons: The spa is cash only which isn’t an issue as I understand most places only accept cash, just wish they advertised that beforehand. The location isn’t great as it’s on the outskirts but it’s still pretty walkable, just a bit far and sketchy towards the night time. Also, I scheduled a taxi through the riad who at least showed up at the exact time to take me to the airport which was great, but upon leaving I was unable to find anybody to check out with. I ended up having to leave as I would miss my flight otherwise. I tried contacting them through WhatsApp, booking.com, went through every room that was open, and even yelled a little bit to see if anyone was around, but no one so unsure what the reason was as they knew I was checking out at that time since I literally scheduled my taxi to the airport around that time through them.

Lovely coming back for the third time - I think that says enough in itself ! Only remark is towards the breakfast ... a bit too little fruit available. They are really nice and genuine and will accept all the difficulties with a smile.
Cons: Nothing much, just be aware that you need to be quiet, it's not a hostel. We slept on the ground floor and some guests really got a bit loud in the courtyard, involuntarily - they don't know how the sound carries if there are no actual windows ...

Praticamente tutto, lo abbiamo scelto per la posizione leggermente decentrata e poi ci siamo trovati in un riad delizioso..Unico suggerimento che darei al proprietario è di offrire agli ospiti per la colazione una spremuta vera di arancio, anziché succo industriale. Il mercato è a 150 metri, e le arance marocchine sono buonissime. Riad assolutamente consigliato. Arredamento carinissimo, colazione buona, trattamento di hammam e massaggio molto piacevoli. Ci torneremo certamente
Cons: Il gatto che vive nel riad ha miagolato alle 5 del mattino per un periodo davvero un po' troppo lungo, alla fine non siamo più riusciti a riaddormentarci, è stato un peccato perché per il resto il riad è carinissimo. La nostra stanza, la 211, ha il letto molto vicino alla porta di ingresso quindi abbiamo sbattuto il malleolo per almeno tre volte, purtroppo mentre di entra a volte ci si dimentica di fare attenzione...a parte ciò, la stanza è bella, ampia, ed il letto comodo. Il bagno e piccolino (ma molto carino. Adoro i rivestimenti delle pareti e le maioliche dei pavimenti.)

This place is a bit far from the main Medina area of Marrakech, and while the neighbourhood was quiet, it wasn’t particularly nice. It takes about 15 to 30 minutes on foot to reach the busy Medina. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and full of hospitality. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with a lovely, typical Moroccan breakfast that varied slightly each day.

Un grand merci pour ce séjour dans un Riyad très agréable, où tout est réuni pour passer un moment réussi à Marrakech. Le lieu est calme, authentique, joliment décoré, et idéalement situé. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins : toujours souriant, disponible, attentif, tout en restant discret. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, copieux et varié, servi avec beaucoup d’attention. Je recommande fortement ce Riyad à toute personne souhaitant vivre une belle expérience dans la médina. Ce que j’ai particulièrement aimé, c’est l’ambiance chaleureuse qui se dégage du lieu : on s’y sent bien dès les premières minutes. Le confort des chambres, la propreté irréprochable, la terrasse agréable et le service toujours attentionné ont vraiment marqué mon séjour. Chaque détail semble pensé pour offrir une vraie parenthèse de sérénité. Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil.

Cons: A chegada foi traumática pq ficamos sem Internet e a medina é praticamente um labirinto. Tivemos q pedir ajuda a um local pra achar o Riad ele nos pediu bastt dinheiro, demos 5 dolares ele ficou reclamando. Recomendo que acertar o transfer assim nao terão esse problema. Depois o anfitrião nos deu um mapa e conseguimos andar sozinhos sem problemas, inclusive a noite.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal – besonders praktisch, wenn man an Touren teilnimmt, da wir nur zwei Gehminuten von einem Treffpunkt entfernt abgeholt wurden. In etwa 15–20 Minuten erreichten wir den Hauptplatz, was perfekt war: Auf dem Weg dorthin konnten wir viel von entdecken und das bunte Treiben der Stadt erleben. Außerdem war es am Abend ruhig und man hat nichts von den Straßen gehört, was in den anderen Riads der Fall war. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet – frisch, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll zubereitet. Für unsere frühen Ausflüge wurde uns sogar ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen angeboten, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Am Abend konnten wir den Tag wunderbar auf der traumhaften Dachterrasse ausklingen lassen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gleich zu Beginn erhielten wir eine Karte und viele wertvolle Informationen zur Umgebung. Bei Fragen oder Wünschen wurde uns jederzeit schnell und herzlich geholfen. Ahmad war stets aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl und absolut sicher gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft kann ich aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal – ihr wart wirklich großartig! :)

Good little place to stay not too far from all the sites and places of interest in Marrakech. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the Medina. The long road feels a bit never ending after a day of exploring though! We felt uneasy at first later at night but all the locals are friendly. No noise at night which is good. Decor is very nice and traditional. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and good clean bathroom. Fresh towels daily. Lovely upstairs terrace with some furry little friends. The hosts are wonderful, I would stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Marrakech.
Cons: Breakfast was quite carb heavy, slightly different each day but just a lot of pastries and bread. More fruit and yogurt would have been nice, I’m sure we would have got this if we asked though. Rooms would benefit from a small fridge for keeping water in. Genuinely nothing else I didn’t like.

L'edificio dall'architettura tipica del luogo, le pareti a stucco, la stanza ampia con finestra sulla corte interna, il terrazzo in cui rilassarsi tra una passeggiata e l'altra. E poi la colazione molto varia e lo staff discreto e gentile. Lo raccomando vivamente.

Located just inside the walls of the City, the Riad is an easy walk to the main Souks, shopping, dining and attractions Marrakech has to offer. 15 mins drive from the airport. The hosts (Ahmed and Sabrina) are delightful and extremely helpful. Daily breakfast was plentiful. Nothing at all too much trouble for the hosts. Would happily stay again.

Les petits déjeuners changent un peu tous les jours mais restent traditionnels et très bons. Nous avons aussi testé les soins du corps qui ont été topissimes. Un petit bemol concernant la Localisation dans un quartier peu rassurant de la Medina si vous n'avez pas l'habitude. Également, notre chambre très correcte au demeurant donnait sur la rue un peu bruyante le soir. Rien de redhibitoire en tous cas, notre sejour a Marrakech au Riad Dar Tuschia a été super!

Cons: After leaving a review, I was personally texted and messaged through Booking with appalled statements about our review. No acknowledgement of our experience was given, which only added to the bad taste in our mouth. As such, here's a more detailed overview: - The beds are uncomfortable, they cave into the middle. The synthetic blankets and pillows add little comfort, as well. One of us was left with irritation marks after two nights. Upon raising this we were told "not to blame allergies from outside on our cleanliness". - The rooms do not lock from the inside. This gives an unsafe feeling, especially when at night there was repeated loud knocking/bonking on the front door of the establishment. - It is noisy. Both from street level and inside. - the breakfast was the least tasty of our 9 day Morocco trip.

Op korte loopafstand van de medina en de highlights. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt (elke dag weer een beetje anders). Veilige omgeving ook 's avonds in het donker. Aanrader: buggytour, foodtour en zeker een fietstocht (GreenWheels) boeken met Nederlandstalige gids (goede fietsen en o.a. dwars door de medina en stukje van de nieuwe stad, al met al heel goed te doen). We hebben genoten en zouden bij een volgend bezoek zeker weer kiezen voor deze riad.

Located in the north of the medina , the street is relatively quiet but of course there is some hustle going around because the Medina is a busy area that never sleeps.

We loved everything about Dar Tuscia - Since the hosts who were absolutely amazing, to the cozy clean ambiance and the incredible moroccan breakfast. Also here we had best tajine in Marrakech. The room is clean everyday and the bath towels are changed daily. They were super attentive and always worried about our well being. We recomend 100%.

Dar Tuscia is a very friendly boutique hotel. Location and the service is all great. Above all, I do appreciate for two staff members who take care of me as family members. They are very promptly responding to any questions and request and serve as a home. Also they have good knowledge about Marrakesh, however they themselves have not experienced the tour programs in the menu, thus their explanation is good but sometimes away from the reality. They had better be experienced with tour programs so that they can give more detailed information when guests are consulting with them.
Cons: As a whole, auto bikes on the streets outside are quite loud and make bad smoke in most Marrakesh.

The breakfast was nice and different variation everyday. Nice and clean bedroom and bathroom. Azis, Ahmad and Samira are very friendly and really helpful. They always ready to assist us from the first time we came until we checkout from riad. It' s a really beautiful experience staying staying at riad Dar Tucsia. The location is easy to centre. Very recommended accomodation if you visit Marrakech. Thank you so much !

We could not recommend this highly enough because of the warmth and hospitality of our hosts. They made us feel so welcome, helped us with our queries and organized transfers from the airport and anything else we needed. The breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere lovely with a tranquil little courtyard and relaxing roof terrace. The decor was traditional and beautiful, the rooms and beds comfortable. It was a perfect location for us - about a 30 min walk through the alleyways to the main square - so near little shops and the exit of the Medina (easy walk to the Majorelle Gardens). Away from the hustle and bustle and some of the noise and chaos but easy to get to everything.

Riad molto carino, non troppo vicino al centro della Medina. Lo svantaggio è che bisogna camminare 15 minuti per arrivare alla piazza principale; il vantaggio è che si è in una zona tranquilla. Camera pulita, colazione ottima, staff gentilissimo. C'è anche una bella terrazza. Abbiamo anche cenato qui una sera e il cibo era ottimo.
Cons: I letti non erano troppo confortevoli per via dei materassi e del fatto che il letto matrimoniale erano 2 singoli uniti insieme.

Cons: Not a like/dislike, but you’re near the edge of the Medina. It makes it nice and quiet and easy to get your luggage to, but is a little bit more of a walk into the souk.

We had such a wonderful stay, the best breakfast we've had in Marrakech and the whole atmosphere of Dar Tuscis was incredible. We really liked having the roof terrace to relax on and to catch some sunshine and the room we stayed in was beautiful. One of the biggest positives was how friendly and helpful everyone working there was, we are so grateful for their kind hospitality and helpfulness.

Our stay was amazing, 10/10, very attentive hosts (thank you ahmed and his colleague) that provided us a amazing experience. The breakfast is delicious and massive portions, a lot of variety! The rooms were extremely clean, and everyday someone would come tidy up. Location is perfect, really quiet area before u walk 15 min to the busy souks. Honestly couldnt recommend enough!!!! This was one of the best stays we ever had. This riad is a lovely and comfortable place to stay. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood and within a 15min walk to the more central places. It was very easy to find, when we got there but also getting back after a long day exploring outside.The room was lovely and super clean, very comfortable beds and great air con. There’s also a lovely terrace in which you can relax and spend some time away from the bustling Medina. The hosts of this riad are truly incredible, we were looked after by Ahmed and Mourad, two lovely gentleman, so polite and kind. They were always there to help and answer any questions without invading our privacy. They also kindly arranged some excursions and taxis for us. We had freshly made breakfasts every morning for us, which were delicious,especially the coffee. I would definitely recommend this riad to anyone, we had an amazing time and we truly felt like home, the hosts here really welcome you with open arms and offer you the best hospitality, thank you so much, we will be back :)

Een prachtig dakterras en fijne sfeer in de riad. Vanuit hier kan je natuurlijk te voet de medina in, maar je bent ook zo in het nieuwe deel van Marrakech. Verder zijn de gastheren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zorgden elke dag voor een heerlijk ontbijt. De accomodatie is hygiënisch, wij verbleven 9 nachten en troffen na elke lange dag onze kamer helemaal schoon aan.
Cons: De kamer zelf is niet echt gezellig ingericht.

Cons: мне было очень сложно найти гостиницу. она находится в переулке медины, и моя офлайн карта не могла указать мне расположение. местные жители оказались не очень приветливы, пришлось воспользоваться услугой проводника, и моей купюре в 20 дирхам он оказался не очень рад... белье на посиели было грязным и мятым, с присохшим пятном чего-то. бррр. спала в одежде. без кондиционера спать было нереально, а он дул прямо на голову мне, как бы я ни лежала на кровати. пришлось спускать матрасы на пол и спать в углу комнаты. соседи были не слишком уважающие покой, имейте в виду, что слышимость в гостинице этого типа на мексималках

Our stay at Dar Tuscia was amazing. The hosts were incredibly pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Our room and the building itself were beautiful. The balcony is also really nice for relaxing after a day of walking around Marrakech. The building is situated in a quieter part of the medina so its good for sleeping. The hosts are on hand for anything you need - they printed off our boarding passes for example. Could not have asked for a better place to stay and was really good value for money.
Cons: There is nothing that I did not like. The one thing I would point out is that it is a little far from the Souks and the main square so if you have mobility issues this place may not be for you. However, its location means it is nice and quiet at night so it depends what you want.

First of all it is a very charming traditional marrocan riad. It is a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful place. Secondly, it’s run by 2 young men who are extremely polite and kind. Then the breakfast : generous, freshly home made! the room is quite small but enough for 2 and with all you need.
Cons: The location is great if you want to stay in heart of medina, however it might be a bit creepy when walking at night. Medina is like labirynth hence make sure you have local seem and internet!

Our room was as described and shown in the photos prior to booking, we found it spacious, comfortable and clean. Both the room and the property are decorated with taste, Moroccan style. The breakfast was excellent, tasty and abundant. Most of all, the service and attention provided by the property host was outstanding; they communicated prior to our arrival and ever since until the time we left they were promptly available to our needs. I highly recommend staying at this property.

De locatie is aan de rand van de Medina. Dit betekent dat het rustig is, makkelijk te bereiken met een taxi van buitenaf. Het is een rustige Riad, met grote kamers, voorzien van alle gemakken. Heerlijke douche en goede bedden, alles even schoon. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk en de manager dacht met alles mee, niets was te gek. Sprak goed zijn talen. Het ontbijt en avondeten waren super, met veel aandacht verzorgd en heel gevarieerd. Heerlijk gegeten. bij onze 2 daagse trip naar de desert kregen we een lekker ontbijt mee. We voelden ons hier helemaal zen in een drukke stad en na 4 nachten was het een echt "thuis" komen.

Великолепный риад! Очень чистый, комфортный, красивый. Молодые люди, которые там работают, всегда помогали. Мы останавливались на три ночи. И каждый раз завтрак был разный. Очень вкусно! Есть только маленький минус. Это подушки. Как ватой набиты. Сменить подушки и будет просто идеально. Тк, повторюсь, чистота и комфорт на высоте! Окна выходят во внутрь риада, поэтому никаких звуков с улицы в медине не слышно. Кондиционеры работают. Напор воды отличный. Терраса на крыше просто супер! Обязательно там останавливайтесь. И пусть не пугает, что до плошади около 20-25 минут идти. Зато тихо и спокойно спать и отдыхать.

Además, nada más llegar, no solo nos solucionó que el taxi que teníamos reservado nos dejará tirados, mandándonos otro a altas horas y en un día festivo. Sino que, nos dio un mapa, dándonos recomendaciones. Fue la mejor de las elecciones. Nos sentimos como en casa.

Sin duda alguna, lo que mas nos gustó fue el trato del personal. Ahmed fue un anfitrión maravilloso. Estuvo siempre atento para ayudarnos en lo que necesitaramos. El recibimiento con un téde menta delicioso fue un "puntazo". El desayuno es impresionante tanto en calidad como en cantidad. Eso, unido a la amabilidad de la chica de la cocina, no tiene precio. La limpieza es perfecta y las camas son cómodas. La relación calidad precio es de primera. Aconsejo que incluyais el Taxi desde el aeropuerto con Dar Tuscia y os ahorrais el susto de llegar de noche y tener que contratar un trasfer por vuestra cuenta dado que los taxis no entran a todos los sitios de la Medina. Este Riad está muy cerca de una de las puertas de la Medina lo cual facilita también la recogida cuando contratais excursiones.

Dar Tuscia is absolutely incredible. The building, the rooms, the staff, everything was over and above. The breakfast was so beautiful, authentic, and Moroccon, with such an area of food choices. Ahmed is absolutely amazing. What a wonderful soul I was cared for and made sure that everything was perfect throughout my stay. Taxis arranged for arrival and departure. Ahmed was always on hand with anything that i needed help with. The room was just superb, located close to the main attractions, and a beautiful walk. I absolutely loved everything about this stay, and I can't recommend this riad enough. Leo the kitten is just the perfect addition💚 This accommodation is a must it made my trip. Thank you so much I cannot wait to return.

Ahmed nos acogió desde el minuto 1, con el servicio de Taxi gestionado y esperando en el Riad con un rico té. El Riad es muy bonito, con unas habitaciones súper acogedoras y limpias, con mención especial a las camas que son super cómodas. Tienen unos desayunos increíbles, incluidos con la reserva. El alojamiento no es muy céntrico, sin embargo el barrio (aunque parezca lo contrario a primera vista) es super seguro y tiene su esencia con las tiendas de alrededor. Andando hasta la Medina hay unos 25-30 minutos, que se hacen nada ya que por el camino hay muchos mercados y vida. (En Taxi son unos 7 minutos) Ah, y tienen un gatito (Leo) que te acompañará en el Riad:)

Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Riad, sehr freundliche und liebe Gastgeber. Die Riad ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und bietet alles was man braucht. Und obwohl es direkt in der Medina ist, war es dort sehr ruhig und wir konnten super gut schlafen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichlich. Eine wie ich finde absolute Empfehlung 😊👍🏼

We loved our stay at Dar Tuscia! The staff took such good care of us, making sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The riad was also well located near lots of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend staying here!
Cons: We missed the opportunity to try the lunch because we didn't book in advance. Next time we'll be sure to account for that ahead of time. Nothing really bad to say about the property. It was a lovely stay.

El trato en el alojamiento ha sido fantástico, es un lugar muy acogedor y tranquilo. Perfecto para descansar en las noches y las tardes después de pasear toda la mañana por la medina. Los desayunos muy completos no pasarás 😋 Volverías repetir.

Cons: The medina can be noisy at night, so I couldn't sleep with my window open. But the AC worked well for providing a comfortable night's sleep. And it was quiet once the window was closed.

Achmed som tog imod os var venlig, hjælpsom og smilende og det var han hele tiden uanset på hvilket tidspunkt af dagen vi mødtes eller havde brug for hans hjælp. Amina som stod for morgenmad og rengøring var på samme måde imødekommende og alt var hele tiden super ordentlig, rent og fint!! Selve Riaten er så fin, indrettet på en smuk og autentisk måde. Der er hjemligt og roligt.....her føler man sig virkelig godt tilpas 🤗 Vil anbefale dette sted til alle!! Og vil helt sikkert vælge det igen👍🤩

Traditional, quiet, and the staff were helpful and very nice. I loved the breakfast. Different breads every day, eggs and fresh fruit and yogurt. The coffee was delightful too. We had a lovely meal here in the evening. Delicious Tagine. The place was our little haven to return to after wander 10 miles a day around the centre. We ventured beyond the wall a lot as we were there for 5 days and the Medina gets overwhelming. It’s not for the faint hearted as the gate (bab) is on the non touristic side when you leave the medina. Super cheap restaurants can be found i.e Granada and an off licence is 10 minutes away. We found it difficult to get a beer as we don’t eat in 5 star restaurants but there is a bar called Le Salama sky bar off one of the streets from Jemaa el-Fna square. My tip would be buy a local SIM card we paid 90 MAD for 6GB. Didn’t shop about but we managed not to get lost. Watch out for the young guys telling you streets are closed for the mosque and must respect this. They are trying to lead you else where. Do not go with them. Go back or if you know where you’re going continue confidently and ignore them. They are up to no good.

Dar Tuscia has an unpretentious charm! It's a quiet Riad with a very kind host. All our needs were met and we loved our cozy, clean and comfortable room. The rooftop terrace is great for sunrise/sunset and even has mountain views! 20 minutes walking to the main square but only 10 minutes walking to some of the Medina souks and action. This was the perfect quiet retreat after the chaos of the central Medina.

Le personnel accueuillant, Ahmed est d'une grande gentillese, abordable, patient. Aux petits soins avec ses clients Les chambres sont propres avec des belles grosses serviettes pour le corps. Honnêtement, je n'hésiterai pas à retourner à ce Riad et encore moins à référer quelqu'un. C'est comme se sentir chez soi!

The Riad was stunning, clean and comfortable. Peaceful location away from the bustling centre medina and yet at easy reach. The manager Ahmed was attentive, helpful and super nice which made my stay very comfortable. I did a few excursions booked directly with Ahmed which turned out were better value than if I booked with other agencies. I had dinner at the riad one night and it was home made, fresh and delicious, 3 course fir 18 euros. Breakfast was also yummy, every morning a bit different but always freshly made. My room was big, tastefully decorated and the bed super comfy. . If I could give it 11 points, I would.

Il Riad dar Tuscia, nome per altro italiano, è stato sicuramente il miglior posto dove ho alloggiato in Marocco. È un Riad piccolo (che vi garantisco è la miglior cosa), molto intimo, curato e rilassante. Lo staff è estremamente gentile ed è stato di grande aiuto con il mio bambino di 2 anni e mezzo. La colazione è strepitosa, con varietà giornaliera e prodotti freschi, fino ad ora la migliore in Marocco. Anche il ristorante è gustosissimo. Ho anche usufruito del servizio Hammam ed è stato piacevole. Unica nota meno positiva, la posizione non è centralissima nella Medina e in un quartiere poco battuto dai turisti e quindi a tratti non proprio curato. È stata comunque un’ottima esperienza per una famiglia con un bambino piccolo.

Fantastic. Great place beautifully finished & very welcoming. A truly lovely Riad in the old town but just 5 mins from the entry point of the old town wall. Superb deco down to the smallest details. Highly recommended. In a genuine part of the old town rather than the very touristic areas.

Preis-Leistung wirklich perfekt!!Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr große schöne Zimmer, besonders sauber (Klopapier in Rosenform, Handtücher zu Schwänen gefalten). Auch eine sehr schöne Terrasse! Und gutes WLAN überall (außer auf der Terasse) und es hat sehr gut gerochen. Und deutlich ruhiger als andere Riads. Wirklich toll!!
Cons: Es war zwar Nahe beim Jardin Majorelle, aber die Lage hat mir sonst leider nicht so gut gefallen. Es gibt zwar eine große Straße, aber sonst eher kleine Gässchen und wenige Leute. Es ist dort sicher, aber ich fühle mich in der Nähe von vielen Menschen wohler

What a great place to stay! The bedroom is very comfortable and the breakfast was awesome! Everyday there was something different and delicious for us to try. Aziz is also very kind and made us feel comfortable during the whole stay. Very good value for money!
Cons: The Riad is situated about 25-30min walk from Jemaa el-Fna, which is fine during the day. But at night the way can get a little akward if you are not traveling with a man (you can feel sort of vunerable). My brother was with us the whole time, so it was ok. But keep in mind that is not a problem associated to the riad itself.

Location was great. Easy to get to by taxi and stores nearby. Breakfast was amazing and made for us every day and changed things we didn't like to others. Aziz was great and helped with everything (He speaks also English and little Spanish) . The Riad was super clean thanks to Samira and the girls. The walls are "thin", but there was no noise in the nights. It was raining one day and we got wet so they put us a fire and we could dry our clothes there and lend us an umbrella. We forgot a watch charger in the Riad and they were willing to send it to us in mail. Very good value for money.

This was our favourite riad in our stay in Morocco! Not very central, but in quiet spot (that is important as that city never sleeps), easy to reach from transports, close to everything. Aziz is very good host - calm, nice and friendly. By arriving gave us local map where marked all the must see spots (yes, we have google maps, but marked on paper it's always easier to see the whole picture). Breakfast was delicious and served next to nice fireplace. Aziz was serving very delicious amlou (sooo good and we never got it in other riads) - don't miss it. Room was nice and clean - all you need provided. Aziz also helped with booking trip to waterfalls and served us very good dinner on rooftop when we arrived late from trip. We also could leave our staff at riad when we left for 3 days to Essaouria. We will come back next time!

I liked everything about this place! We very friendly welcomed. The breakfast was amazing, it was definitely my favorite! Our room and the bathroom were very neatly designed. The bed was super cozy.

Precioso Riad , hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa. Muy limpio y el trato excelente. Hemos tenido alguna excursión temprano y se han asegurado o bien de tenernos el desayuno ya listo o prepararnos un desayuno para llevar.El desayuno buenísimo, espectacular y muy completo. Nuestro anfitrion Ahmed fue muy amable y pendiente todos los días de preguntarnos si estábamos bien o necesitábamos algo. El Riad está Alejado del centro de la plaza, aunos 20 minutos andando, para nosotros fue mucho mejor porque te alejas del caos del centro y estás en un sitio muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. El barrio impacta verlo al principio pero he de decir que la gente allí ha sido muy amables con nosotros y no nos hemos sentido inseguras en ningún momento. Recomiendo este alojamiento y si volvemos repetiremos sin duda. Gracias Ahmed por una estancia maravillosa!! Shukran!

Muy bien desayuno,, variado y delicioso, en una habitación con chimenea, que estaba siempre encendida por ser invierno. El riad está fuera de la zona turística, así que es una zona tranquila donde no te agobian por ser turista y puedes tener una imagen mas real de la vida en Marrakech. Ahmed es un anfitrión excelente, atento a todo y siempre dispuesto a ayudar pero sin agobiar. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas y la habitación bonita, muy bien decorada. La terraza es agradable y tranquila. Probamos el hammam y nos encantó. Da gusto que sean tan amables, te hacen sentir a gusto y bien acogidos

The host is great, had amazing breakfasts and he was very accommodating to our needs. We tried 3 different rooms as we stayed there at different points in time, the beds could be bigger but other than that everything else is perfect.

La posizione del Dar è comoda perché a pochi passi da una delle porte della Medina dove è facile trovare un taxi per l’aeroporto. In alternativa si può richiedere il servizio direttamente al riad al costo di 15 euro. I bellissimi giardini Majorelle sono abbastanza vicini e la piazza Jemaa el fnaa dista 15 min a piedi. Le camere sono spaziose dotate di bagno interno e climatizzatore. Naima, persona molto gentile, si è sempre messa a disposizione per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Parla un francese perfetto, cosa assolutamente non scontata. Attenzione al pagamento col POS, la banca prende un sacco di soldi per la conversione in valuta estera (da 408 euro - prezzo del dar su booking - a 442 euro - importo prelevato da Intesa San Paolo)
Cons: La colazione sarebbe più gradevole in un ambiente riscaldato.

This was one of the best stays I ever had. The riad looks lovely, it is clean and the location is good, but the best part of it was the hosts. They were very nice, attentative and helpful, waited for us with traditonal Moroccan tea and sweets, gave us a map of Marrakech and explained where to go and not to go, what to do, what to watch out for. The breakfast was phenomenal and they even packed us breakfast on the last day because we were leaving early to the airport, which was very thoughtful. They organise day trips from the riad, airport shuttle and even have a private hammam in the riad where you can get massages, facials... After the hammam we got tea and cakes again. It just adds a very nice touch. Since I loved Marrakech I will be going back, and will definitely stay in riad Dar Tuscia again.

Ahmed is very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We are very thankful for his kind hospitality. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was really good too. The riad’s location is just nice, walking distance to most tourist attractions but not noisy. We had an amazing experience and would recommend the riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Tout le monde est au petit soin, c'est beau propre , le petit déjeuner est qualitatif et copieux, on peut même réserver le repas du soir
Cons: Pour moi manquait juste une cafetière expresso j'ai eu un thé menthe tous les jours à la demande parfait, un bémol pour la rue sur le côté un peu bruyante mais tous roulent à mobylette jusqu'à point d'heure.

Dar Tuscia was the perfekt Hotel for our stay in Marrakech. While the sourrounding area is a bit busy, the Riad is a nice place to calm down and relax. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: Since the Airport demands a printed boardingpass, printing service in the Hotel would be great ;)

Great hospitality by Aziz thank you a lot The place is easy to reach The place is very clean and the atmosphere is amazing Whatever you need they will help you arrange it I had to check out early to go on a trip and couldn't have breakfast in place, but they insisted and brought me breakfast to go and that was very kind of them. If I will come back again for sure. It was one of my best stays in Morroco not just marrakesh.

La amabilidad de Azid y resto de trabajadores!!! Todo estaba súper limpio!! Al llegar nos invitaron a un tee y unas pastas locales... Todo un detalle!! El desayuno estaba bastante rico!! La habitación era bastante amplia... Solo quedaba la doble superior y cumplió nuestras expectativas!! Y de ubicación perfecta!!! A parte tiene una terraza arriba... Que es muy agradable!

A nossa estadia foi ótima. O Ahmed foi buscar-nos e levou-nos diretamente para o Dar, onde o irmão Aziz prestou todas as informações necessárias sobre a cidade. O pequeno-almoço era sempre diversificado e saboroso. Jantamos uma noite no Dar e foi o melhor tajine que comemos em Marraquexe. A limpeza nos quartos era diária, e tinhas todas as comodidades necessárias. Iremos recomendar aos nossos amigos.

Riad caratteristico e ben curato. Attenzione ai dettagli e pulizia impeccabile. La camera viene ordinata e pulita ogni giorno. Nel bagno è presente il bidet e doccia grande. La colazione è ottima,varia ogni giorno. Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Aziz parla benissimo inglese ed è informato su tutto ciò che serve per vivere al meglio Marrakech. Esperienza super positiva,la migliore in Marocco. Per quanto riguarda la posizione non è proprio centrale,lontana dai souk e dalla piazza principale ma raggiungibile a piedi in una ventina di minuti. Ottima location se si cerca la tranquillità. Parcheggio disponile a pochi passi dal Riad 30DH al giorno.

Really beautiful place with everything you can need. Everything was more than clean, from the bedroom to the toilet and the shared areas as the patio and the terrace. Quiet and calm. Comfortable beds to get a good rest after getting lost in the Medina. Listen to Aziz and all the good advise they tell you. All the staff was fantastic, nice, polite and more than helpful. Fantastic breakfast including fruit, sweets and typical small dishes. Thanks for everything, we felt like being at home!)
Cons: Nothing really about the property. Just advise to future guests to listen and ask Aziz or his brother anything, we got lost a couple of days because we didn’t pay good attention to them. The Medina can be like a maze at the beginning, so do not hesitate to ask them.
