Cons: la chambre pas assez grande pour 4 personnes un lit dépliant pour 2 personnes pas pratiques pour ne pas déranger l'autre personnes. pas assez de rangements pour les affaires, pas ou accrocher les serviettes oblige de les mettre sur les toilettes ou par terre. la vasque très petite et haute . petit déjeuner correcte par contre pas de bouteilles d'eau il fallait les payer une fois les autres fini.

Hotel liegt in einer guten Umgebung von Marrakesh mit anderen Hotels, daher gutes gastronomisches Angebot. Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung, ohne dass das Hotel irgendwie heraussticht.

Cons: Wir haben eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht, mussten aber gegen 7 Uhr am Flughafen sein. Uns wurde für 2€ pro Person angeboten, dass wir ein Lunchpaket mitbekommen. Das Lunchpaket bestand aus übereinander gelegten Brot- und Kuchenscheiben. Irgendwie wirkte es lieblos.

L’hôtel est bien situé et pratique pour se déplacer à pied vers plusieurs lieux incontournables. Il est possible de rejoindre le Jardin Majorelle et le Musée Yves Saint Laurent en environ 35 minutes, et la place Jemaa el-Fna en une cinquantaine de minutes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et de bonne qualité, avec des nouveautés proposées chaque jour.

Cons: L’hôtel est assez bruyant en raison d’une mauvaise isolation, ce qui nuit au confort. De plus, le ménage manque de rigueur. Le service de navette annoncé est en réalité un taxi local, relativement cher pour un trajet de moins de 10 minutes jusqu’à l’aéroport. Par ailleurs, le véhicule prend plusieurs groupes en même temps sans que cela soit précisé à l’avance, alors que le service est présenté comme privatif. Concernant le spa, celui-ci n’est pas directement situé dans l’hôtel, ce qui n’est pas clairement indiqué. De plus, il n’est pas possible de réaliser les prestations en même temps, sans information préalable, et l’accueil sur place laisse à désirer. Enfin, les tarifs pratiqués sont globalement plus élevés que dans de nombreux autres établissements à Marrakech pour des prestations similaires.

Πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό τρένων (2 τετράγωνα) και σε λεωφορεία που σε πάνε σε σημεία της πόλης με τουριστικό ενδιαφέρον με μόνο 0,40€ το εισιτήριο. Επίσης το λεωφορείο με αριθμό 19 από το αεροδρόμιο Μεναρα στο σταθμό των τρένων είναι μόνο 3€ και είναι πολύ εύκολο από εκεί στο ξενοδοχείο. Εμείς είχαμε τρεις βαλίτσες και δύο τσάντες ώμου (δύο άτομα). Το πρωινό είναι ικανοποιητικό, αν και γενικά δεν μας άρεσε το φαγητό στο Μαρόκο. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καθαρό (χωρίς τρίχες στο μπάνιο ή στο πάτωμα) και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό και στην υποδοχή και στο εστιατόριο και το προσωπικό καθαριότητας. Την πισίνα την ανακαλύψαμε την δεύτερη φορά που ήρθαμε. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι είναι ωραία. Απ' ότι κατάλαβα, γενικά είναι πολύ καλύτερα από ένα Ριάντ μέσα στην μεδίνα.

Cons: Θα ήθελα στο πρωινό οι πιτούλες οι τηγανίτες και κάποια φαγητά να είναι ζεστά, κάτι που δεν είναι μόνο σ' αυτό το ξενοδοχείο, αλλά μια πρακτική που υιοθετήθηκε παντού.

Cons: Broken amenities, given room that was not what we paid for. Water wouldn’t go down in shower, no bathroom hooks or place to ur toiletries. Not ideal for facilities with children, okay enough for couples. We moved rooms the following day which was nicer and we’re grateful but had no bidet which is important or us, the not so good room had one. Once moved and settled they started crazy renovation park of some sort right next door and so as a result, we had continuous banging in the afternoon which was exceptionally loud which disturbed our toddlers nap. Lift is also very tight so was a struggle with a pushchair, we had to angle it.

Alles was man braucht in einem Hotel: großes Zimmer, kleiner Balkon mit Aussicht auf das Atlas Gebirge, Badezimmer, Kleiderschrank, Klimaanlage. Personal war sehr nett zu uns, Hamza an der Rezeption konnte uns gut weiter helfen und war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel an sich hatte auch einen spa Bereich sowie verschiedene Restaurants und auch eine Dachterrasse. Frühstück war 10/10 Wenn man mit dem Zug oder Bus ankommt bzw. wie wir am nächsten Morgen früh damit weiter reist ist es perfekt, da man zu Fuß nur 10min entfernt ist. Wenn man viel in der Medina unterwegs sein möchte eher ungeeignet, da mit zu weit weg ist zu Fuß und mit dem Auto durch Verkehr schon etwa 20-30min braucht.

Das Amani-Hotel war ein Highlight unserer Reise und so stimmig, dass wir es eine Woche später wieder gebucht haben. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war absolut vielfältig und schön angerichtet. Abends waren wir ein paar Male bei dem Dinner-Buffet, was zu empfehlen ist. Die komplette Atmosphäre ist total stimmig und die Menschen von Rezeption bis hin zum Service sehr hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Wir kommen wieder :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Amani à Marrakech. Je voyageais seule avec ma fille de 9 ans et toute l’équipe a été extrêmement attentionnée avec nous. Ma fille a été véritablement chouchoutée pendant tout le séjour. Malgré le fait que l’hôtel était bien occupé, Rachid nous a trouvé une chambre très calme avec vue sur la piscine et un petit balcon, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Adil nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour découvrir les spécialités marocaines et a toujours eu une attention particulière pour ma fille au restaurant. Les jus préparés par Khadija sont devenus ses préférés ! Et le chat Fifi était la petite cerise sur le gâteau 😊 Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs. Tatiana

L’équipement des chambres est peut-être un peu ancien par endroits et le système d’éclairage demande de passer par plusieurs interrupteurs. Nous l’avions oublié la première fois et certaines lumières étaient restées allumées. Mais cela reste un détail au regard de la qualité de l’accueil et du séjour.

Hotel seemed to be in a spacious new build area of area of Marrakesh. Room was clean as was bed linen. Food on roof top terrace was nice & staff very attentive. Breakfast was extensive. Taxi booked via reception was punctual, driver pleasant & helpful, vehicle of good standard.

Cons: Kettle in bedroom did not work. Wi-fi in room worked for about 30mins on check in, then not at all. Taxi booked via reception was 250MAD which seemed expensive for very short journey. Had to pay cash for taxi & local hotel taxes would have preferred credit card. No hot water and black tea bags at breakfast.

Service disappointing due to never picking up the phone, and canceling our stay even though we had informed them that we would be arriving late, and they had accepted that. The breakfast was so good! It was a buffet with a blend of south european and traditional moroccan breakfast items. They changed the items a little bit each day so we never got tired of it. The hotel itself was beautiful and perfect for our stay - close to the train station and not in a touristy area so we were able to experience a serene and authentic vacation. It is the perfect middleground between a riad and a hotel since it's family owned. It was a short walk to get in to either the medina or the modern area of town. We especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant where we ate morrocan food and the Karma Spa where I got an absolutetly wonderful hammam experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had.

The hotel was pleasant, a little tired, but reasonable for the budget. Staff are helpful. The location is good, not too close to the airport and close enough to the town centre so you can either walk in or take a short taxi ride. The terrace bar on the roof was a nice place to meet and have a drink at the end of the day.

Cons: We booked 4 rooms and some of our party had rooms on the top floor, underneath the rooftop bar. The noise from chairs being moved above the rooms travels straight through. If you plan to stay here try to avoid rooms on the 4th floor. The rooms are clean and comfortable but in need a bit of TLC, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, remotes controls needed batteries, shower heads don't fit in the holders. No huge red flags though. My main issue was our check out. We had a late evening flight and enquired when we booked about a late check out and had been offered a fee of €20 to keep one of the rooms on until 6pm. We had confirm that we would keep on our suite as it had 2 bathrooms and plenty of space for our party of 6 to refresh and change after a day exploring the Souks before we travelled back to the UK. After I had checked out and paid my bill. I was then told that the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't keep the room; we hadn't paid for it and there was nothing they could do (I had just paid the bill and was just given a total to pay so whether or not they included the €20 I can't say). The couldn't accept that they had agreed and confirmed we could keep the room. Claiming it wasn't them who had agreed it - it must have been someone at Booking.com. (It was clearly them it was agreed in direct messaging with the hotel) they wouldn't accept that they had made a mistake and just said the room was needed and there was nothing they could do. Eventually they allowed us access to a single room that one of our party had been using. This ruined the end of what had been an enjoyable trip to Marrakech.

Posso dire che l'hotel Amani è un struttura che rispecchia tutto quello che in vacanza si vuole ricevere. C’est mon 2e séjour, c’est vraiment un super endroit, 2 restos à disposition, menus variés, nourriture excellente, le personnel est très très très gentil, disponible, accommodant, la piscine et les espaces pour travailler sont vraiment nombreux et très agréables, manger, relaxer autour, c’est vraiment super. L’accès au wifi dans tout l’établissement aussi est vraiment un must pour moi qui arrive de l’extérieur du pays. La clim aussi est très utile, et à la fois pas trop intense, juste ce qu’il faut. Merci à toute L’équipe qui travaille discrètement jour et nuit, et merci à Rachid, le proprio, tellement gentil.

Deux chaînes françaises c’est le maximum qu’on puisse avoir… quand elles fonctionnement. Ce n’est pas normal à ce prix là…. Heureusement que la gentillesse du personnel aide à faire passer la pilule… la direction a de la chance d’avoir des clients adaptables et un personnel professionnel

Cons: Nous arrivons sur place et on nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de chambre double libre, seulement des suites. Or, sur Booking, il y avait des chambres doubles libres. Je dis quand même ok pour la suite qu'on nous propose à 90€ alors que 70€ sur Booking. Je passe donc via Booking à la réception ! Le personnel n'avait pas du tout l'hospitalité à laquelle nous nous étions habitués. La chambre était mal insonorisée et des personnes crient, font un bruit fou la nuit dans les couloirs alors qu'il y a un gardien pour cadrer tout ça. Bref, nuit blanche...Le petit déjeuner était particulièrement de faible qualité par rapport au " standing" prétendu par l'hôtel. C'était pour nous une nuit d'étape pour se reposer avant de rejoindre Rabat, je déconseille....

Un accueil chaleureux par la réceptionniste qui vous fait sentir chez vous. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est souriant, adorable et professionnel à votre disposition pour vous écouter et vous conseiller si besoin. L'hôtel est bien situé, à 5 minute à pieds de la gare et prêt de tout, à proximité de nombreux restaurants et de commerces. J'avais réservé une chambre double et j'étais logé dans une suite spacieuse avec mini bar, bouilloire ainsi que des bouteilles d'eau fraiche. Propreté impeccable, petit déjeuner excellent mode buffet avec beaucoup de choix. J'ai aimé les fruits frais tels que, melons, pastèques, oranges, bananes, pommes & poires ainsi que quelques fruits secs. J'ai adoré le thé à la menthe ainsi que leur pâtisserie. Logés au deuxième étage, vraiment au calme avec vue sur la piscine, je me suis bien reposé. J'ai apprécié l'entretien de la chambre durant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cette adresse et j'y reviendrai sans la moindre hésitation.

J'ai passé trois jours très agréables dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci à Hamza, l'hôte d'accueil, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité; il a vraiment contribué à rendre le séjour plaisant. L’endroit était impeccablement propre, un grand bravo aux femmes de ménage pour leur travail irréprochable. L’emplacement est également un vrai atout : bien situé, à proximité de nombreux de restaurants, de la gare etc... ce qui est très pratique.

Cons: Seul bémol, la literie était un peu moyenne, ce qui a légèrement impacté la qualité du sommeil. Mais dans l’ensemble, une belle expérience que je recommande.

Had an excellent stay at Hotel Amani. My luggage was lost and delayed in arriving. The front desk staff was very helpful in helping me secure emergency items, including a plug adapter to charge my North American devices in European outlets. Hamza at the front desk was especially calming and resourceful. He later proved as knowlegeable as he was amicable. Thumbs up! Also, you get to enjoy 2 restaurants on the ground floor, one Asian and the other Moroccan fusion. Both were excellent. Breakfast was included and excellent and convenient as well. This is a very well located hotel: 30 mins walk to the medina, 20 to Guéliz, 5mins to the train station. 👍

1 nacht gebleven voordat we naar huis terug gingen. Eerder tijdens de reis in de medina geslapen, vonden we een fijnere locatie. Hotel was wel mooi, lift, ruime suite met balkon, grote badkamer met bad, zwembad. Fijn dat er een café aan het hotel zit voor een hapje en drankje. Taxi naar het vliegveld kunnen regelen.

Cons: Nous avons été accusées à deux reprises : une fois d’avoir abîmé une serviette (qui s’est finalement avérée parfaitement lavable), puis d’en avoir volé une. J’ai dû payer pour une serviette prétendument irrécupérable, puis demander un remboursement après avoir prouvé le contraire. Le lendemain, nouvelle accusation injustifiée : la serviette « manquante » était simplement posée sur le canapé. Aucune excuse réelle malgré ces incidents. Un vrai manque de professionnalisme. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

This is our third or fourth stay at this hotel. We like the location on the main boulevard, which is very close to the train station and the airport. Medina is a 20-minute walk away. The breakfast is nice, and the restaurant is great for a quick lunch or dinner. This time we got a much bigger room and we really enjoyed our stay as we had to stay 2 days before our flight back home.

Cons: Nothing. All was great for us.

Cons: La piscine est froide pour la saison mais pour cela l'hôtel ne peut rien faire.

Hôtel authentique et bien situé, à deux pas de la gare. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Coin piscine agréable. Le rooftop était fermé, mais très prometteur une fois que les rénovations seront terminées.

Cons: La salle de bain mériterait un rafraichissement (température de l'eau dans la douche très fluctuante, rendant la douche délicate !)

The staff was very hospitable especially Hassan in cafe and Zenab at reception. The location was great. The breakfast was decent. Beware

Cons: The bathroom was extremely small. The shower wasn't functioning well. They were extremely annoying about accusing us of soiled towel which turned out to be someone else's.

The location is great, close to the central train station. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was included and offered good variety. Double glazing windows kept us asleep.

Cons: The insulation of our door was not as good as the window, so i could hear the other guests opening or closing the rooms in the morning. There was no option for iron opportunity. Other than that, we had a great memorable stay in Amani Hotel.

Chambres non faites a 17h ! Taies d'oreillers et linge de toilette a installer soi même car déposés sur le lit sans etre mis à leur place ! Acceuil mediocre ! Relativement bruyant ! Petit dejeuner correct MAIS avec des patisseries rassies ! Les assiettes du petit dejeuner debarassées alors que vous etes encore en train de manger !!! Pas dautres commentaires...

Great stay for 3-4 nights, its about a 1 hour walk to the old Marrakesh market/centre… actually not too bad walking instead of taking an taxi, seems crazy here to get that.. hotel comes with breakfast and a small swimming pool; spa is on extra charge

Cet hôtel est situé dans un quartier sans charme car en construction. Les travaux du rooftop/ terrasse sont bruyants et nous ont empêché de nous reposer l'après-midi. La piscine est en fait un bassin et l'eau y est froide. La salle de bain de notre suite junior était très petite. Le wc touchait le bac à douche aux joints sales. L'odeur des cuisines du restaurant entraient dans la salle de bain. Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est l'heure du petit déjeuner dès 7h et les bonnes viennoiseries.
