Cons: 我的房间浴室地面倾斜度有问题（应该在装修时有一个肉眼不可观测的倾斜度，让水流向排水处），洗澡时会导致水流到房间。只靠挡水的浴帘是不起作用的。除此之外都很好，性价比很高

Cons: Une très grande déception. Cet hôtel accuse le poids des années et nécessite d'urgence une rénovation complète de ses installations. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée est exiguë, laissant peu d'espace pour circuler ou poser ses affaires convenablement (c'était une chambre twin). Quant à la salle de bains, elle se trouve dans un état tout simplement déplorable (vétuste, équipements fatigués). La déception s'est confirmée au moment du petit-déjeuner, qui s'est avéré particulièrement décevant : des crêpes datant manifestement de plusieurs jours, des crêpes marocaines (rwefeq et baghrir) froids, et un jus de fruits de piètre qualité. En somme, un établissement à fuir dans son état actuel, qui ne correspond pas aux standards attendus.

The hotel is in a great location, with the CTM bus station within walking distance. There is an excellent Lebanese shawarma restaurant, a well-stocked supermarket, and plenty of useful shops nearby. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. Bathroom shower was good.
Cons: The air conditioning did not cool the room properly because the window was broken. Although the breakfast selection was excellent, there were flies in the dining area. The reception staff also need to improve their communication, as they were not very helpful when I called before arrival, despite speaking in both English and Arabic. It would also be appreciated if complimentary water were provided in the room on arrival, and enough towels were supplied for all guests—we had only one towel despite the room being booked for three people.

Satisfaite de l'ensemble, l'hotel est trés beau et agréable. Le patio avec la piscine, un havre de paix et bien utile en période de forte canicule. Le roof top est un vrai plus et permet de passer de bons moments. Les 3 restaurants permettent de ne pas avoir à chercher ou a bouger en arrivant notamment. L'hotel est insonorisé et calme.
Cons: Trés dommage que la clim ne fonctionne absolument pas. Nous avons passé 2 jours sans clim c'est insupportable. A minuit j'étais encore en train de descendre à l'accueil pour le signaler (on m'a proposé une autre chambre c'était pareil). L'équipe à beau "réparer" ou faire intervenir une entreprise, ça ne fonctionne pas (surement de matériel sous dimensionné ou de mauvaise qualité du coup). Je regrette l'attitude de la personne à l'accueil concernant notre départ qui semble estimer que nous pouvons nous faire excroquer par les taxis sans rien dire. Bref c'est une pratique à Marrakech, il faut s'y attendre.

We stayed one night en route to the Sahara desert and the Amani delivered exactly what we needed. The location is ideal for anyone connecting through Marrakech being so close to the airport, with restaurants within walking distance that were open late. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel staff were quick to respond and arranging airport transfers in both directions was effortless. Not a sightseeing base, but that’s not what it’s for. For a clean, comfortable, good-value overnight stop in Marrakech, this is the right choice.

Abbiamo scelto Amani Hotel per la posizione comoda e per la tranquillità che prometteva: piscina, camere insonorizzate... Peccato che in piscina c'erano solo sedie scomode con cuscini di stoffa, tutte accatastate e totalmente inadatte. Abbiamo fatto richiesta per 2 sdraio, ci è stato detto che avrebbero provveduto ma nessuno si è mai più fatto vivo.. Così siamo tornati in camera. Camera che avrebbe dovuto essere silenziosa ma invece si sentiva ogni singolo rumore. Porte che hanno continuato a sbattere ogni 10 minuti tutta la notte, e musica altissima che proveniva dal loro bar (2 piani più giù, giusto per far capire il volume..) andare avanti fino a notte fonda. Ben poco rispettoso. Poi la doccia non ha bordo e allaga tutto il bagno, e in dotazione c'è un solo asciugamano a persona per fare viso, corpo e parti intime. Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte....in bianco. Non consigliato!

Everything was perfect for me and my family. We were a big group and our stay at the hotel was great! Hamza helped us a lot on the first night, especially with separating the double beds into single beds which we preferred and overall all staff were really helpful and lovely The breakfast was really yummy, we had so much variety! The location was great it was only 15 minute walk from the menara mall and not too far from the Marrakesh markets too! We were all so happy with our stay

L’hôtel est bien situé et pratique pour se déplacer à pied vers plusieurs lieux incontournables. Il est possible de rejoindre le Jardin Majorelle et le Musée Yves Saint Laurent en environ 35 minutes, et la place Jemaa el-Fna en une cinquantaine de minutes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et de bonne qualité, avec des nouveautés proposées chaque jour.
Cons: L’hôtel est assez bruyant en raison d’une mauvaise isolation, ce qui nuit au confort. De plus, le ménage manque de rigueur. Le service de navette annoncé est en réalité un taxi local, relativement cher pour un trajet de moins de 10 minutes jusqu’à l’aéroport. Par ailleurs, le véhicule prend plusieurs groupes en même temps sans que cela soit précisé à l’avance, alors que le service est présenté comme privatif. Concernant le spa, celui-ci n’est pas directement situé dans l’hôtel, ce qui n’est pas clairement indiqué. De plus, il n’est pas possible de réaliser les prestations en même temps, sans information préalable, et l’accueil sur place laisse à désirer. Enfin, les tarifs pratiqués sont globalement plus élevés que dans de nombreux autres établissements à Marrakech pour des prestations similaires.

Πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό τρένων (2 τετράγωνα) και σε λεωφορεία που σε πάνε σε σημεία της πόλης με τουριστικό ενδιαφέρον με μόνο 0,40€ το εισιτήριο. Επίσης το λεωφορείο με αριθμό 19 από το αεροδρόμιο Μεναρα στο σταθμό των τρένων είναι μόνο 3€ και είναι πολύ εύκολο από εκεί στο ξενοδοχείο. Εμείς είχαμε τρεις βαλίτσες και δύο τσάντες ώμου (δύο άτομα). Το πρωινό είναι ικανοποιητικό, αν και γενικά δεν μας άρεσε το φαγητό στο Μαρόκο. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καθαρό (χωρίς τρίχες στο μπάνιο ή στο πάτωμα) και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό και στην υποδοχή και στο εστιατόριο και το προσωπικό καθαριότητας. Την πισίνα την ανακαλύψαμε την δεύτερη φορά που ήρθαμε. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι είναι ωραία. Απ' ότι κατάλαβα, γενικά είναι πολύ καλύτερα από ένα Ριάντ μέσα στην μεδίνα.

Not ideal for facilities with children, okay enough for couples. We moved rooms the following day which was nicer and we’re grateful but had no bidet which is important or us, the not so good room had one. Once moved and settled they started crazy renovation park of some sort right next door and so as a result, we had continuous banging in the afternoon which was exceptionally loud which disturbed our toddlers nap. Lift is also very tight so was a struggle with a pushchair, we had to angle it.

Very good stay,very nice and friendly staff,everyone was very helpful with any requests. Breakfast is very good and the stay is very good positioned if you dont want to stay very close to the medina. If you plan any excursions,the bus or van will pick you right outside of the hotel. There is also a shop and farmacy nearby if needed. Besides, has balcony and a pool!! Very good value for money!would recommend this stay to everyone.

Alles was man braucht in einem Hotel: großes Zimmer, kleiner Balkon mit Aussicht auf das Atlas Gebirge, Badezimmer, Kleiderschrank, Klimaanlage. Personal war sehr nett zu uns, Hamza an der Rezeption konnte uns gut weiter helfen und war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel an sich hatte auch einen spa Bereich sowie verschiedene Restaurants und auch eine Dachterrasse. Frühstück war 10/10 Wenn man mit dem Zug oder Bus ankommt bzw. wie wir am nächsten Morgen früh damit weiter reist ist es perfekt, da man zu Fuß nur 10min entfernt ist. Wenn man viel in der Medina unterwegs sein möchte eher ungeeignet, da mit zu weit weg ist zu Fuß und mit dem Auto durch Verkehr schon etwa 20-30min braucht.

Das Amani-Hotel war ein Highlight unserer Reise und so stimmig, dass wir es eine Woche später wieder gebucht haben. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war absolut vielfältig und schön angerichtet. Abends waren wir ein paar Male bei dem Dinner-Buffet, was zu empfehlen ist. Die komplette Atmosphäre ist total stimmig und die Menschen von Rezeption bis hin zum Service sehr hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Wir kommen wieder :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Amani à Marrakech. Je voyageais seule avec ma fille de 9 ans et toute l’équipe a été extrêmement attentionnée avec nous. Ma fille a été véritablement chouchoutée pendant tout le séjour. Malgré le fait que l’hôtel était bien occupé, Rachid nous a trouvé une chambre très calme avec vue sur la piscine et un petit balcon, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Adil nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour découvrir les spécialités marocaines et a toujours eu une attention particulière pour ma fille au restaurant. Les jus préparés par Khadija sont devenus ses préférés ! Et le chat Fifi était la petite cerise sur le gâteau 😊 Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs. Tatiana
Cons: Ce que nous avons moins aimé : Rien de vraiment important. L’équipement des chambres est peut-être un peu ancien par endroits et le système d’éclairage demande de passer par plusieurs interrupteurs. Nous l’avions oublié la première fois et certaines lumières étaient restées allumées. Mais cela reste un détail au regard de la qualité de l’accueil et du séjour.

Hotel seemed to be in a spacious new build area of area of Marrakesh. Room was clean as was bed linen. Food on roof top terrace was nice & staff very attentive. Breakfast was extensive. Taxi booked via reception was punctual, driver pleasant & helpful, vehicle of good standard.
Cons: Kettle in bedroom did not work. Wi-fi in room worked for about 30mins on check in, then not at all. Taxi booked via reception was 250MAD which seemed expensive for very short journey. Had to pay cash for taxi & local hotel taxes would have preferred credit card. No hot water and black tea bags at breakfast.

Service disappointing due to never picking up the phone, and canceling our stay even though we had informed them that we would be arriving late, and they had accepted that. The breakfast was so good! It was a buffet with a blend of south european and traditional moroccan breakfast items. They changed the items a little bit each day so we never got tired of it. The hotel itself was beautiful and perfect for our stay - close to the train station and not in a touristy area so we were able to experience a serene and authentic vacation. It is the perfect middleground between a riad and a hotel since it's family owned. It was a short walk to get in to either the medina or the modern area of town. We especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant where we ate morrocan food and the Karma Spa where I got an absolutetly wonderful hammam experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had.

Cons: No iron facilities (like many hotels in Morocco) but dry cleaners local and affordable.

Everything was great. Hamza from reception has very helpful, thank you again. Clean hotel, great location, great restaurants, nice and friendly staff. Can't put it in words how happy we were with our stay.

L'emplacement parfait pour aller à la gare/gare routière. Facile d'accès. Accepte les euros (pratique quand on vient d'arriver et qu'on n'a pas fait de change).
Cons: Les draps ne sentaient pas très bon... Sinon rien à redire.

Quarto e banheiros bons, com vista, ao longe, pra Kotubia. O bairro é bom e fica perto da estação de trem. O café da manhã é bem variado. Tem um bar simpático no térreo e dois restaurantes na cobertura.
Cons: A informação de que havia estacionamento no hotel, não corresponde à realidade. Nosso carro ficou parado na rua e há estacionamento público, pago, nos arredores, mas não do hotel!

Oda temiz ve rahattı, çalışanlar kibar ve güler yüzlüydü, check-in/check-out kolaydı, kahvaltıda (türkler için bile) yeterince çeşit vardı. Otele ulaşması oldukça kolay merkezi ve gara 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde

Отличный отель. Нам всё понравилось. Чисто, комфортно. Наш номер выходил во внутренний дворик, с видом на бассейн. Очень хорошее обслуживание, вкусные завтраки. В ресторанчике можно заказать и ужин, посидеть на улице. На пятом этаже находится терраса с баром (безалкогольным, так как это халяльный отель) с красивыми видами на город Недалеко от основных достопримечательностей и в хорошем районе. Нам очень понравилось.

Good location, peaceful neighbourhood with access to medina or nearby restaurants/ menara mall and M Avenue. Clean basic standard rooms. Good buffet breakfast with omelette lady. The hotel has nice rooftop bar (no alcohol). Great tapas restaurant right next door (live music).
Cons: If you want to spend time in medina, prepare to take taxi or walk ~30min. Hotel is bit dated but still clean.
