La piscine, grand lit, le double vitrage, la propreté, le petit déjeuner très varié, m’smen frais cuits à la demande, repas sur la terrasse, produits douche et mains, miroir grossissant, les plaques au mur qui rappellent qu’il faut éviter le gaspillage

Cons: Température de la piscine un peu fraîche (normal raison écologique), dans la salle de bain il manque de quoi accrocher ou sécher les serviettes humides (il faudrait fixer de gros crochets ou barres porte serviettes), le mécanisme de la fermeture de la porte de la salle de bain à graisser car grippé, insonorisation au niveau des couloirs des chambres , la musique un peu forte par moments.

Hotel seemed to be in a spacious new build area of area of Marrakesh. Room was clean as was bed linen. Food on roof top terrace was nice & staff very attentive. Breakfast was extensive. Taxi booked via reception was punctual, driver pleasant & helpful, vehicle of good standard.

Cons: Kettle in bedroom did not work. Wi-fi in room worked for about 30mins on check in, then not at all. Taxi booked via reception was 250MAD which seemed expensive for very short journey. Had to pay cash for taxi & local hotel taxes would have preferred credit card. No hot water and black tea bags at breakfast.

Even though we were disappointed in the service, the staff where nice when talking to.

Cons: Very loud, you could hear everything through the walls. Made it feel more like a hostel. Service disappointing due to never picking up the phone, and canceling our stay even though we had informed them that we would be arriving late, and they had accepted that. Spots on the bedsheets, lamps that didn't work, toilet didn't flush properly and weird smells. Overall a bit outdated.

The breakfast was so good! It was a buffet with a blend of south european and traditional moroccan breakfast items. They changed the items a little bit each day so we never got tired of it. The hotel itself was beautiful and perfect for our stay - close to the train station and not in a touristy area so we were able to experience a serene and authentic vacation. It is the perfect middleground between a riad and a hotel since it's family owned. It was a short walk to get in to either the medina or the modern area of town. We especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant where we ate morrocan food and the Karma Spa where I got an absolutetly wonderful hammam experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had.

Cons: I honestly have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

В ресторанчике можно заказать и ужин, посидеть на улице. На пятом этаже находится терраса с баром (безалкогольным, так как это халяльный отель) с красивыми видами на город Недалеко от основных достопримечательностей и в хорошем районе. The hotel was pleasant, a little tired, but reasonable for the budget. Staff are helpful. The location is good, not too close to the airport and close enough to the town centre so you can either walk in or take a short taxi ride. The terrace bar on the roof was a nice place to meet and have a drink at the end of the day.

Cons: We booked 4 rooms and some of our party had rooms on the top floor, underneath the rooftop bar. The noise from chairs being moved above the rooms travels straight through. If you plan to stay here try to avoid rooms on the 4th floor. The rooms are clean and comfortable but in need a bit of TLC, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, remotes controls needed batteries, shower heads don't fit in the holders. No huge red flags though. My main issue was our check out. We had a late evening flight and enquired when we booked about a late check out and had been offered a fee of €20 to keep one of the rooms on until 6pm. We had confirm that we would keep on our suite as it had 2 bathrooms and plenty of space for our party of 6 to refresh and change after a day exploring the Souks before we travelled back to the UK. After I had checked out and paid my bill. I was then told that the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't keep the room; we hadn't paid for it and there was nothing they could do (I had just paid the bill and was just given a total to pay so whether or not they included the €20 I can't say). The couldn't accept that they had agreed and confirmed we could keep the room. Claiming it wasn't them who had agreed it - it must have been someone at Booking.com. (It was clearly them it was agreed in direct messaging with the hotel) they wouldn't accept that they had made a mistake and just said the room was needed and there was nothing they could do. Eventually they allowed us access to a single room that one of our party had been using. This ruined the end of what had been an enjoyable trip to Marrakech.

C’est mon 2e séjour, c’est vraiment un super endroit, 2 restos à disposition, menus variés, nourriture excellente, le personnel est très très très gentil, disponible, accommodant, la piscine et les espaces pour travailler sont vraiment nombreux et très agréables, manger, relaxer autour, c’est vraiment super. L’accès au wifi dans tout l’établissement aussi est vraiment un must pour moi qui arrive de l’extérieur du pays. La clim aussi est très utile, et à la fois pas trop intense, juste ce qu’il faut. Merci à toute L’équipe qui travaille discrètement jour et nuit, et merci à Rachid, le proprio, tellement gentil.

Cons: Au total sur 8 nuits passées dans cet hôtel 2 sans télé, 3 avec uniquement des chaînes arabes et 3 avec deux chaînes françaises avec chaque jour une excuse différente… un personnel qui ne peut rien faire de plus que manifestement subir les choix de sa direction. Deux chaînes françaises c’est le maximum qu’on puisse avoir… quand elles fonctionnement. Ce n’est pas normal à ce prix là…. Heureusement que la gentillesse du personnel aide à faire passer la pilule… la direction a de la chance d’avoir des clients adaptables et un personnel professionnel

Cons: Nous arrivons sur place et on nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de chambre double libre, seulement des suites. Or, sur Booking, il y avait des chambres doubles libres. Je dis quand même ok pour la suite qu'on nous propose à 90€ alors que 70€ sur Booking. Je passe donc via Booking à la réception ! Le personnel n'avait pas du tout l'hospitalité à laquelle nous nous étions habitués. La chambre était mal insonorisée et des personnes crient, font un bruit fou la nuit dans les couloirs alors qu'il y a un gardien pour cadrer tout ça. Bref, nuit blanche...Le petit déjeuner était particulièrement de faible qualité par rapport au " standing" prétendu par l'hôtel. C'était pour nous une nuit d'étape pour se reposer avant de rejoindre Rabat, je déconseille....

Un accueil chaleureux par la réceptionniste qui vous fait sentir chez vous. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est souriant, adorable et professionnel à votre disposition pour vous écouter et vous conseiller si besoin. L'hôtel est bien situé, à 5 minute à pieds de la gare et prêt de tout, à proximité de nombreux restaurants et de commerces. J'avais réservé une chambre double et j'étais logé dans une suite spacieuse avec mini bar, bouilloire ainsi que des bouteilles d'eau fraiche. Propreté impeccable, petit déjeuner excellent mode buffet avec beaucoup de choix. J'ai aimé les fruits frais tels que, melons, pastèques, oranges, bananes, pommes & poires ainsi que quelques fruits secs. J'ai adoré le thé à la menthe ainsi que leur pâtisserie. Logés au deuxième étage, vraiment au calme avec vue sur la piscine, je me suis bien reposé. J'ai apprécié l'entretien de la chambre durant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cette adresse et j'y reviendrai sans la moindre hésitation.

J'ai passé trois jours très agréables dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci à Hamza, l'hôte d'accueil, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité; il a vraiment contribué à rendre le séjour plaisant. L’endroit était impeccablement propre, un grand bravo aux femmes de ménage pour leur travail irréprochable. L’emplacement est également un vrai atout : bien situé, à proximité de nombreux de restaurants, de la gare etc... ce qui est très pratique.

Cons: Seul bémol, la literie était un peu moyenne, ce qui a légèrement impacté la qualité du sommeil. Mais dans l’ensemble, une belle expérience que je recommande.

Had an excellent stay at Hotel Amani. My luggage was lost and delayed in arriving. The front desk staff was very helpful in helping me secure emergency items, including a plug adapter to charge my North American devices in European outlets. Hamza at the front desk was especially calming and resourceful. He later proved as knowlegeable as he was amicable. Thumbs up! Also, you get to enjoy 2 restaurants on the ground floor, one Asian and the other Moroccan fusion. Both were excellent. Breakfast was included and excellent and convenient as well. This is a very well located hotel: 30 mins walk to the medina, 20 to Guéliz, 5mins to the train station. 👍

Hotel was wel mooi, lift, ruime suite met balkon, grote badkamer met bad, zwembad. Fijn dat er een café aan het hotel zit voor een hapje en drankje. Taxi naar het vliegveld kunnen regelen.

Cons: Nous avons été accusées à deux reprises : une fois d’avoir abîmé une serviette (qui s’est finalement avérée parfaitement lavable), puis d’en avoir volé une. J’ai dû payer pour une serviette prétendument irrécupérable, puis demander un remboursement après avoir prouvé le contraire. Le lendemain, nouvelle accusation injustifiée : la serviette « manquante » était simplement posée sur le canapé. Aucune excuse réelle malgré ces incidents. Un vrai manque de professionnalisme. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

This is our third or fourth stay at this hotel. We like the location on the main boulevard, which is very close to the train station and the airport. Medina is a 20-minute walk away. The breakfast is nice, and the restaurant is great for a quick lunch or dinner. This time we got a much bigger room and we really enjoyed our stay as we had to stay 2 days before our flight back home.

Cet hôtel est situé dans un quartier sans charme car en construction. Les travaux du rooftop/ terrasse sont bruyants et nous ont empêché de nous reposer l'après-midi. La piscine est en fait un bassin et l'eau y est froide. La salle de bain de notre suite junior était très petite. Le wc touchait le bac à douche aux joints sales. L'odeur des cuisines du restaurant entraient dans la salle de bain. Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est l'heure du petit déjeuner dès 7h et les bonnes viennoiseries.

Nous avons passé quatre nuits dans l’hôtel avec un enfant de deux ans. Chambre très propre personnel, très gentil. L’hôtel est bien placé à environ 10 minutes de l’aéroport et environ 10 minutes de la Médina. Nous avons pu faire des choses à pieds ( Mall Ménara ) proche de la Gare ( KFC / McDo ) à pieds 5 min. Je me suis fait coiffé dans le salon de coiffure de l’hôtel ! Top

Cons: When booking this, one of the main reasons was that it had a rooftop terrace/Bar which was advertised. The reason we stayed here is that we had previously been staying in Eassouria but had an early morning flight so wanted to be nearer the airport, and get some food on the terrace and drinks and early night. We were a little disappointed to find the rooftop terrace bar/restaurant was shut due to maintenance and therefore could not use it, we hadn't been told about this at all. We had to go further a field to get some food and drinks which was a big shame. Never mind one of those things, just would have been lovely to sit up there.

The hotel is in a great location next to a big boulevard. It is very easy to catch a taxi to the airport. The Medina is within walking distance of about 15-20 min walking. There is a restaurant under the hotel, which is convenient if you don't want to go out or are too tired after walking all day. We did like the breakfast with many varieties, also for vegetarians. The staff was very nice and polite.

Cons: We booked the junior suite as we were a group of three. The suite had two separate rooms, much smaller than what is seen in the photos. But what I really didn't like, was that the room was for three people with three beds, but there was no option to book it for three people. All booking options were only for two people. So when we arrived at the hotel they asked us to pay for the third person, even though the price for the room was much higher than the regular one for two. We were very tired and were late, so we paid that extra fee. We are traveling regularly to Marrakech and usually stay in a hotel nearby. This time we decided to try Amani Hotel, as it is closer to the main street, but I guess that was our first and last stay there. I am also not advising you to book a taxi through the reception, just walk to the boulevard and stop a taxi there. The price is much, much better.

This was our second stay in this hotel. The first time I had some troubleshooting with the hotel about our booking and the payment, but it is in a great location and we decided to give it another chance. Overall the hotel is outdated, but nice and clean. - The breakfast is nice. - It's on the main boulevard and it is really easy to get a taxi to the airport. - there is a restaurant downstairs with good food, also European-style / burgers. Based on our experience with that hotel and the price, we most probably will try another hotel next time we are traveling to/from Marrakech.

Cons: - Don't ask reception to arrange a taxi to the airport for you, the price is much higher. (unless your flight is very, very early and you don't want to risk it) - we booked the "Comfort room", which looked nice and specious in the photos, but we received a very small one. Our colleague who booked the same type of room got an identical (small) one too. Normally I wouldn't complain about the size of the room, even tho it looks very different in the photos, but we were traveling in Morocco for a few weeks and all of us arrived with a looot of luggage.

Cons: La piscine mériterait un petit nettoyage (au niveau de l'échelle : quelques cheveux accrochés aux marches et quelques cheveux qui s'accrochent aux mains lorsque l'on nage. Sinon, le bassin en lui-même et les abords sont nickels.

Très joli hôtel à la décoration traditionnelle typique. Chambre très confortable. Propreté irréprochable. TOUT le personnel charmant, serviable et à l'écoute pour satisfaire moindre désir. Très bien situé entre Guéliz et Hivernage. Hôtel couplé avec un café littéraire où vient travailler et se reposer des étudiants d'où une ambiance très agréable. Beaucoup de livres et de bibliothèques (dans toutes les pièces et les couloirs), atypique et super sympa. Très beau roof top avec vue imprenable sur Marrakech. Très bonne table également alliant les plats traditionnels marocains et des plats européens pour des prix normaux et non exagérés.

Cons: Chambre au 4ème étage un peu bruyante à certaines heures à cause de l'accès au roof top. Manque un peu de diversité et/ou de qualité au buffet petit-déjeuner mais MANQUE UN PEU seulement.

Personels très à l'écoute. La piscine intérieure est très intéressante lorsqu'il fait plus chaud. Le rooftop apporte un plus à l'hôtel et permet de se détendre dans un cadre charmant. Malgré une carte pour les repas, il est possible de faire une demande particulière (reasonable).

Cons: Le seul bémol est que le fer à repasser ne soit disponible que pour les employés.

Cons: This is a point that really left a bad taste in my mouth and I believe the hotel should do something about it. I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport, the hotel states it has parking available (I had a hire car) but it doesn't it's street parking only, normally in Morocco you have people who help you park your car in tight places etc and you give a tip on your return of 3 - 5 DH basically whatever small change you have and they are happy. this applies to everywhere (Rabat, Casablanca, Fes, Meknes, Errachidia) with the exception of Marrakech so it would seem, I handed the guy 3dh as it's all i had in change (to be clear same situation would of occurred in the morning when I'm leaving hotel would of been another tip but I would of had change after paying bills in hotel), he handed it back and said I only take 2 euro, I asked why he would be expecting me to be carrying euro when I'm from Scotland and more so that I'm visiting Morocco who's currency is Moroccan Dirham I was so annoyed by this in principle I flat out asked him if he worked for the hotel which he then says his english isn't very good. I proceeded to check-in to the hotel and I asked them if they worked for the place, Was told no but to give them 20dh to keep them happy, I find this unacceptable it might be 2 euros in face value but I got a parking fine for not realising it was pay park in Rabat city center (the capital) where the fine was 40dh so in terms of it's worth these parking attendants are using extortion on people and I for one will not be flying anywhere near Marrakech again I'm absolutely disgusted by the behaviour. For clarity I've been to Morocco a few times and have friends who are from there locals even agree it's the capital of greed main reason I've always avoided the Medina on visits. Qu'est ce qui fait la différence dans une gamme de prix.....l'emplacement, la propreté, les équipements et bien entendu le personnel. Ici le personnel est vraiment pro et de bon conseil. Sur les autres critères tout est toujours améliorable mais c'est déjà très bien et on y trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour.

Cons: Cet hôtel évolu dans le bon sens et rénove ses chambres les unes après les autres et le défaut majeur c'est que sur Booking ils ne présentent en photos que les chambres rénovés. Vous pouvez donc avoir une chambre au confort en deçà en arrivant.

Die Bar und das Personal auf dem Dach war das einzige ansprechende an dem ganzen Gebäude.

Cons: Bei der Anreise und der Anmeldung musste der gesamte Buchungspreis für drei Nächte sofort bezahlt werden. Eine Besichtigung des Zimmers wurde nicht angeboten da der Aufzug defekt war. Zu Fuß im Zimmer angekommen war dies nicht das bei Booking gebuchte Zimmer mit Pool Blick sondern zur Straße( wobei der Pool im sehr sehr kleinen Innenhof mit Sicherheit von keinem erwachsenen Mensch genutzt wird weil er so winzig ist) aber ich habe deshalb Innenhof gebucht da kein Straßenverkehr zu hören sein sollte. Das Zimmer 444 ist und war definitiv nicht für zwei Personen eingerichtet. Ein Tisch ein Stuhl der Schrank nicht größer als ein Spint. Nur ein Stück billigste Seife und ein Duschgel sowie ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch. Es kam kaum Wasser aus dem Wasserhähnen. Ich habe bei der Rezeption die Mängel angesprochen und um einen Zimmerwechsel gebeten. Es wurde mir gesagt es gibt kein anderes Zimmer. Es wurden die Wasserhähne repariert und nach einer Stunde ein zweiter Satz Handtücher gebracht. Die Zimmer sind sehr laut und hellhörig. Da nützen auch die doppelten Scheiben nichts. Das Restaurant vom Hotel ist klein und unsauber und hat den Scharm eines Internet Kaffees. Das Personal dort ist unmotiviert. Das Frühstück mittelmäßig. Das gesamte Hotel ist für das was es bietet viel zu teuer. Und eins der schlechtesten in Marakesch was das Preis Leistungsverhältnis angeht. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist An der Rezeption angefragt ob wir den Preis für eine Nacht zurück bekommen wurde abgelehnt. Man solle sich an Booking wenden obwohl ich ja in bar bei der Ankunft zahlen musste. Hier wird äußerst unfair mit Gästen umgegangen. Wir sind drei Wochen in Marokko unterwegs aber dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Frechheit und verwunderlich das es bei Booking angeboten wird. When you arrive and register, the entire booking price for three nights had to be paid immediately. A viewing of the room was not offered because the elevator was broken.

Peaceful sanctuary in scenic Marrakesh. A wonderful location for walking and sightseeing outside of the tourist bustle. Bus station right nearby for trips deeper into Morocco. Staff is peaceful and helpful. The best hamam bathing of my life.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons: Lage ist für Hotspots fußläufig zu weit. Gerade wenn man Abends ins neue hivernage möchte ist man auf Taxi angewiesen und dort fahren zwar Taxen aber dauert bis jemand hält. Fußläufig ist nur Gueliz erreichbar die neue Mallstrasse M5Avenue. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig man bekommt alles mit. An Schlaf nicht zu denken. Das Frühstück ist Geschmackssache aber schön angerichtet ist anders. Die Dachterrasse ist erst ab 15 Uhr geöffnet was absolut unverständlich ist. Als Gast möchte ich selbst entscheiden ob ich auf der Dachterrasse mit schönen Ausblick meinen cafe genießen möchte oder sonstwo. Es ist tagsüber viel von Studenten besucht also fühlt man sich eher in einer Uni Kantine. Ich habe das Hotel vorzeitig verlassen und es kam kein entgegenkommen die restlichen Tage zu erlassen. Danke für nix.
