Staff is the most important factor Kamal and Mouad for their excellent and warm hospitality. I got upgraded to junior suite that means a lot to a solo single traveller !! Kawthar was amazing and always do warm and bright at the desk… Location .. 25 minutes walkable distance from the souk .. opposite exchange safe neighbourhood on the main road but very quiet. The food is beyond expectation !

This hotel was great for a stay in Marrakesh. Very close to the train station, extremely friendly staff fluent in English, complimentary breakfast, and multiple restaurants in the same building. It has a nice pool and spa area. The rooms are spacious and clean, low noise level. The atmosphere is relaxed with a tea station always available and the value for the location is unbeatable. Staying in the Medina at first sounds great, but staying outside becomes more convenient as uber cannot go into the city walls. Here, we’re central enough to everything (20min walk to the large mosque) and multiple restaurants and corner stores to grab water bottles and snacks. Zineb was very helpful during our stay and check in on us frequently to make sure everything was perfect!

Location is good, it’s not inside the medina so you avoid the hectic and dangerous scooter traffic and Crowds

Cons: Noises were heard loudly throughout the whole night. It sounded like something was moved, banging occurred that had me waking up several times. The rooms seem to be badly isolated for sound. Also the bathroom was in a worn out state, the pressure of the water was low, the water was not getting hot and we did find some mold and unclean bathtub. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and not suitable for a couple - there was a “gap” between the mattresses.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most amazing stay at Dellarosa Hotel Suites & Spa – from the moment we walked through the doors to the moment we sadly had to leave, every single member of staff was incredible. The service, warmth, and attention to detail truly made this trip unforgettable. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better base. The breakfast each morning was great, and the location is perfect for exploring Marrakech – everything is so accessible. A huge thank you to Zineb, who went above and beyond for us. Your recommendations were absolutely spot on from Les Jardin Du Lotus to Safran by Koya and Dar Dar, every place we visited was amazing. You really made our experience so special. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool this time due to the weather, but it honestly gave us the perfect excuse to get out and fully experience Marrakech. We packed so much in quad biking and camel riding in the Agafay Desert, perfume making in the Medina, exploring the souks, and just getting lost in the magic of it all. The spa also looked beautiful and is definitely something we’ll be back to enjoy next time! Marrakech, you have completely stolen our hearts. If you’re looking for a hotel with an incredible team, perfect location, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, I couldn’t recommend Dellarosa enough. We will absolutely be back. See you soon!

My friend called and asked if I'd like to meet her in Morocco after her family's National Geographic tour. The cost was 150 a night, which was more than listed on Trip Advisor, but she already had the room so that worked. (Reservation under Patty O'Banion.) She asked if it was the same price. Yes. Then when I got there an $8 a night charge had been added. Then over a week later, we were preparing to leave, and they added approximately $40 more a night for a second guest. This was way more than advertised, and each advertisement was for 2 persons and 1 room. They were insistent on this, although I showed them three of their own advertisements. Now we are paying right under $200 a night, and when I asked to get a copy of the bill, I was charged $40 more, didn't get a copy, and was told I couldn't leave until I paid the extra charge. They were completely dishonest and unfair. I have traveled all over and stayed in many hotels, this was a first. The hot tub advertised? That's $12.00 if you use it. My friend had to miss her first night, due to airline delays, and she still had to pay the full charge. We are older women, and I felt we were taken advantage of. I would never recommend this hotel. We also thought someone had come in our room one night, and we were both yelling for each other thinking it was the other one, and it wasn't. Also this same receptionist/night manager? that insisted I pay the extra charge, was going to exchange money for me for much more than the rate posted right next to the desk. As I (small, thin, over 70, recovering from a serious illness) was leaving and bringing two large suitcases up the stairs he just watched me. This is the first bad review I have ever written, but I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Truly a horrible experience. I never did get a copy of the bill, but my friend was scared, so she paid the forty dollars.

We stayed here as a football team of 14 people, and the experience was top-notch. The staff is incredibly welcoming and handled our large group perfectly. A special shout-out to Younes, who provided excellent service to the whole team. Every time he helped us, he did it "avec grand plaisir," which made our trip even better. The hotel has a stunning rooftop and a great vibe. The location is ideal: a 15-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and just 5 minutes from the nightlife, which was perfect for our group. S/O from the Villiers-le-Mahieu team!

I had a wonderful experience. The food was very tasty, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. What made the experience even better was the excellent service. Special thanks to Fouad and Aziz, who were extremely kind and always attentive to every detail. They even shared some Moroccan traditions and recommended great places to visit in Marrakech, which truly made us feel welcome and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel and hope to come back again.

Cons: I had a TERRIBLE experience. In summary: This hotel staff (mainly Kamal but no one else was doing anything about it) was very rude, discriminatory (they treat you well if you talk in english only!!) and grossly unprofessional! In detail: I had a valid, confirmed Booking.com reservation (paid 2 weeks in advance, with receipt and confirmation). I had a very good discount when I booked. When I arrived, they acknowledged my booking and told me to wait till they get the room ready. After 1.5 hours, a staff member named Kamal told me I had to leave or pay about 400 euros for two nights because they “don’t accept discounted bookings” and that it was a mistake. Which was clearly not my fault that they put wrong price because the hotel confirmed my reservation when I booked. He even said at first that the booking was “not in the system” so I pointed out that he had it printed on the desk, so clearly it existed in their system because i didn’t share the booking pdf. Not only was Kamal lying about the reservation not being in their records, he was also extremely disrespectful. He spoke to me in Arabic in a rude tone, saying things like “this is your problem not my problem” and raising his voice. The moment I switched to English, his attitude completely changed and suddenly he was polite and even offered me the room, clearly because his targeted customers (Europeans/Americans) could now understand the conversation. He even said he was only offering it because I’m a girl and have no place to go. They wasted 3 hours of my time. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I ended up leaving and requesting a refund after finding another hotel. The sales manager tried apologizing after but it was honestly too late for that.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our experience! The property is very clean, and the location is excellent, easily reachable from the Medina. The room was always tidy and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially Zineb, who was incredibly sweet and always available to assist us with anything we needed. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with tea, which was a lovely touch, and we were offered tea again when we returned to the hotel. After check-out, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage so we could continue exploring without any worries—such a convenient service. My friends and I had a great time, we highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely come back!

Della Rossa , Marrakesh is a top notch hotel for a weeks stay . Ghizlane met us at reception. Delightful polite lady with a lovely smile, understood English and helped us with queries throughout the week , including a late check out request We stayed bed n breakfast; Breakfast was fresh each day. The girl cooking omelette each morning was very engaging and by day3 , knew our daily order. Simple but tasty. Breakfast was consistent ; yoghurt, dried fruit, pastries , cheeses and freshly baked bread Younis was definitely in charge of the restaurant, commander of the ship. Very efficient, slightly ocd maybe but there’s nothing wrong with wanting everything neat, tidy and organised. Cleared plates and cups immediately and brought over fresh cups of coffee on request…Tarik was very helpful also. The room we had was a junior suite. Very spacious, two tvs ( one in the bedroom) but only one remote control (?) Only complaint is there was no outside balcony to catch the sun , and the views ( of the city) were somewhat limited. My advice is venture to the sun top terrace on floor 6. A little sanctuary where there is sun and shade, to watch the world go by. Be ready for the regular “ call to prayer “ from the local mosque “ ( it was Eid ) . All in all loved it, the hotel was a perfect place for navigating the Medina, train station, airport and with lots of restaurants nearby if needed.

Hotel Staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Great facilities - room very large, bed good, pool great but would be cold for some. Towels were changed everyday - no option to stop this and use again. Cups/tea in our room not refreshed at all during our stay. Lots of areas to sit and relax in, decor very pleasing and relaxing. We didn't eat in the hotel - I'm not sure if it was due to Ramadan but only buffet style food for breakfast and dinner was available, and we found it quite expensive - much cheaper places to eat within a 5 min walk. We did report a broken safe on arrival but this didn't get fixed during our stay. We would stay again, and with a few little tweaks could be better.

Cons: The Spa - Unfortunately not a great, but an expensive, experience. X2persons. On booking (Sahara package 30min hammam,45 min massage) we asked what to wear and was told “we provide” - we were provided 1 robe each, so please wear something for your modesty as disposable items (underwear) are not provided. We were also both given used, broken footwear (sandal/flipflops) to wear. We were guided into hammam together, which was warm but not hot, washed, scrubbed and rinsed by one person - in total 25 mins for both of us (not each as per package), asked to put robes on soaking wet and walked through to massage room - very cold spa area, particularly as we were wet. The broken flip flops left in hamman so walked barefoot for rest of experience. Into room with x2 tables with 2 massagers, this room also not very warm. Both massages were good but not amazing, nice polite ladies though. Left for 5 minutes at the end, put back in our wet robes and then guided back to the changing room. Not offered any mint tea/drink or to sit in the relaxation area. Felt cold throughout the whole time. Total time for both of us from getting changed to dressing again 1hr and charged the full 1200dh.

Cons: There was no sun in the pool area. The spa was cold. The hammam was cold, we should have been sweating, instead we were shivering. The jacuzzi (which we paid 24$ for 30 min) was lukewarm… we got out after an uncomfortable 10 minutes and we’re still charged. The robes provided were stained and threadbare. It was even quite chilly during the massages. Communication was difficult about these issues (our fault because we only speak English.) The prices for drinks and food were very high. The menus we were given at the rooftop bar were filthy and falling apart.. we were also surprised that we were only given coffee/tea supplies for one night of our 4-day stay. We paid a similar price to stay here for what we paid for a riad in the Medina and felt we got the better value there. The staff was very sweet though.

I had a really lovely stay here during my time in Marrakech. The place is comfortable, relaxing, and the staff make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A special mention to Fouad, one of the waiters, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. He spent some time chatting with us and sharing interesting stories about Marrakech and Moroccan culture, which made the experience feel much more personal and authentic. It’s always the people who make a place memorable, and thanks to him and the rest of the team, our stay was truly enjoyable. I would definitely love to come back.

Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Younis (hopefully spelt right) in the restaurant at breakfast. He was so helpful and efficient the younger waiters could learn from him. Mona from spa was excellent therapist . Only criticism was that there were no clear instructions on spa use. Also some of evening meals were buffet, it would have been helpful if each item was named. The pool is small and shaded, so not a hotel for sunbathing.

This is not a 4 star hotel more like 3 star, a fridge but no mini bar, room was tired, no desk. I was part of a group of solo travellers, the phone did not work in my room and I felt vulnerable at night, being a woman, the H&S certificate showed dialling 9 from your room in case of a fire! I complained every day and was told that they have problems with the phones....! The shower floor was very slippery, the showers itself was a hand held with a hook, so that it hung down, a ledge was inside the shower, therefore water dripped all over the floor outside the shower, the glass was fixed. Tile missing, a lot of limescale inside and outside the shower. We had one meal as part of our stay, it was cold, we didn't eat there again. Breakfast was fine, the staff friendly and amenable. I would not recommend this hotel and nor would I stay here again.

Me and my friend visited this hotel after hiking in Sahara. Our room was spaceious, but that was all. The bed was really hard, the shower was not cleaned up, really bad smell and low water pressure! The buffet dinner was horrible! Not many choises and the food-trays were not refilled! We also visited the wellness spa. We did book royal hamam, 50min. We got a therapist to share and the treatment did only last for 40min. Our therapist was strickt to us, so we did not relax at all. In the midle of our treatment she took herself a shower with all her cloths o!n! Really strange! And also strange that we had to share one therapist! We did complain after our treatment! Will not visit this place again and will NOT recommand it at all!

Modern and 30 mn walk from downtown

Cons: We had requested a disabled room for my husband. It was located in the basement, dark and small. After 6 days I asked for a better room and got one with a walk in shower which was lovely, on the 4th floor (with elevator), with lots of space and light. We had chosen the hotel as it boasted a heated swimming pool and a gym. The pool was very cold and it was closed after 2 days for repair. The gym was basic and the treadmill old and malfunctioning! Very disappointing!

Nah am Flughafen, fußläufig ist die Medina gut erreichbar oder auch günstig mit Taxi oder Kutsche, ist so die Grenze zwischen Neustadt und Altstadt zu einem absolut gutem Preis, Hammam im Hotel, nebenan ein Mini Markt und mehrere Möglichkeiten gut auswärts zu essen zu günstigen Preisen. Auch das Frühstück und essen im Hotel sind gut! Wir haben bevorzugt rauszugehen ist oft etwas günstiger und es gibt überall was zu entdecken. Das Personal ist stets sehr bemüht und freundlich. Wer am Abend gerne ein Gläschen trinkt kann das in der Hübschen Bar oder auf der Terrasse im Innenhof am Pool machen. Dies geht draußen in den Restaurants oder in einem Riad nicht (ausser man kauft sich was im Geschäft) Preis Leistung ist hier In Ordnung!

Cons: Das Badezimmer war soweit völlig ausreichend aber doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aussicht Innenhof man sieht die umliegende Hausmauer mit genügend Luft dazwischen um sich nicht eingeengt zu fühlen auch das war vollkommen in Ordnung.

Rooms are basic with all facilities but just a window no balconies in main rooms No tea facilities so bring a kettle. Spa is very good with its own Hamman and therapists. Staff are exceptionally friendly ( not false friendly) and helpful.There is a rooftop bar which is a sun trap. The hotel sells alcohol which some dont. Food is fine but can take a long time to be served at dinner!! Good value

Am fost placut impresionata de personalul amabil, ospitalier si profesional. Micul dejun este variat, gustos cu preparate atent selectate, iar gradul de curatenie a fost resimtit in tot hotelul. The receptionists were really helpful when we asked late check-out. Every evening we got some small cookies put in our room. When we arrived there was prepaired a fruit basket and a bottle of red vine in the room as a welcoming gift.

Cons: According to the description of the room it should contain minibar and safety deposit, but it was not true. The most disturbing was the extremly weak lightning, there was not enough light to read anything even directly under the bulbs (excepting the bathroom). We had a master suit, but in its two rooms the total lightning capacity was not more than probably 15 watts. If we were looking for something we had to use the torch of our phones. There was few really old furniture making authentatic mood, but these had an unpleasent old smell.

The staff were very helpful, the hardy didn’t work and it was replaced quickly. Other questions about wifi and airport connections were addressed quickly. The pool looked nice but it was too cold to use it.

Cons: The gym had good equipment but not items to wipe down equipment and it was in the basement, not that pleasant. The area outside the ‘window’ could have plants that would make the space nicer. The rooms were very small and not well appointed. No kettle or cups. Plugs at bedside had lamps plugged ins o you had to choose. Bathroom had one body wash and two little bottles of moisturizer, no real shampoo or conditioner.

L’établissement est très bien décoré, avec un accueil chaleureux de la part de toute l’équipe de l’hôtel. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d’être surclassés, et lorsque la première chambre ne correspondait pas tout à fait à nos attentes, le changement s’est fait rapidement et sans difficulté. Le rooftop apporte un vrai plus à l’expérience : un cadre agréable et une équipe au top par ailleurs un grand merci à toute l’équipe du rooftop pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme !!! 🤗

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, mit frisch und individuell zubereiteten Eiergerichten. Das Personal extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Restaurant und die Hotel(snack)bar hatte sehr gutes Essen.

Cons: We were on the second floor, and our room was next door to the air conditioning fans, so at night there was a fairly loud fan noise. The mini fridge was also quite noisy, which could be a bit annoying, unless you’re someone who enjoys white noise. Unfortunately, we did struggle with this on some nights. It’s also worth noting that the spa is not included for all guests and requires an additional fee to use some of the common facilities. During our stay, we also had a few small issues with ants and flies in the room. Additionally, the reception area occasionally had an unpleasant sewage smell. Overall, there were positives to the stay, especially the staff and location, but a few comfort and maintenance issues affected our experience.

But it felt slightly dilapidated, as if no one had been in it for some time. It was a bit spartan with no rugs or anything to make it feel cosy. It was disappointing for the price - it was quite a bit more expensive than two standard rooms that we could’ve had. It’s a shame because the staff were ever so hospitable so I feel a bit bad writing this - but the room really needs a refurb.

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at Dellarosa Hotel and couldn’t fault it. Every single member of staff was brilliant — genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and even the scent throughout the building stood out so much that I asked about it; the team kindly told me the company and location that supplies it, which says a lot about their attention to detail. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which had a large living area, a separate bedroom, and a balcony — plenty of space to relax after long days exploring. We had a late flight on departure day, and the staff were incredibly accommodating with our request — a special mention to Kamal, who was absolutely lovely and made everything so easy for us. Location-wise, it’s the perfect base: close enough to walk and explore Marrakech, yet far enough from the chaos of the souks to properly rest and relax. Breakfast was great every morning, and once again, all the staff were just so welcoming. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Dellarosa Hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Cons: Trotz täglicher Reinigung war es nie ganz sauber. Die Geräte im Fitnessraum sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und leider fanden auf unserer Etage Renovierungsarbeiten statt. Wir mussten um die Leitern und Farbeimer herumlaufen und leise war das leider auch nicht. Das war nicht ideal.

Nous vous recommandons vivement cet hôtel qui est un bijou dans son écrin. Cet endroit enchanté est chic, calme et offre aux voyageurs l’alliance du raffinement et du charme à la marocaine. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Le spa est top et les massages sont formidables Il est très bien situé car vous pouvez aussi bien en 10 a 15 min de marche à pied aller a jamaa el fna ou au Menara mall ou a gueliz. Heel lieve medewerkers bij het hotel en de spa. Goede locatie, net buiten het (drukke) oude centrum. Voor €3 ben je met de taxi in het centrum, terug is altijd maar de vraag hoeveel je moet betalen. Als ze je (buiten het hotel) kunnen oplichten, doen ze dat met liefde.

Cons: Bedden zijn erg hard. Badkamer vonden wij niet erg hygiënisch, voegen die loslaten en waar schimmel in zit.

Ik heb in veel riads geslapen in Marrakesh en omgeving maar vond dit qua prijs totaal niet in verhouding staan. De lobby was prachtig, maar de kamers zeer verouderd, met schimmel op de badkamers. Het was een grote kamer maar vond het de prijs echt niet waard, wat mij betreft kun je die 120 euro veel beter besteden! (En dan krijg je er op andere plekken ook nog eens ontbijt bij) helaas werd ook niet bij het uitchecken gevraagd of alles naar wens was geweest anders had ik het uiteraard persoonlijk verteld in plaats van deze review.

Cons: Prijs kwaliteit totaal niet in verhouding, verouderde kamers, schimmel in de badkamer, koude/lauwe douche, ontbijt zou wat mij betreft wel echt bij de prijs inbegrepen mogen zitten.

Le service est toujours incroyable au dellarosa. Nous avons une suite junior avec le bain et la douche intégrés mais nous préférions avoir la douche séparée. Nous avons souligné cette préférence à la réception et en moins de deux nous nous installions dans une autre chambre avec la douche séparée. Propre, spacieux, lits très confortable, super rooftop, joli coin bar/piscine, cet endroit est charmant et c'est pourquoi j'y demeure à chaque visite de Marrakech.

Évitez l’option « petits déjeuner compris » ! Petit déjeuner sans grand intérêt : peu de choix et des plats fades. Mieux vaut aller au restaurant juste à côté, leurs petits déjeuners sont bien supérieurs.

Cons: Une immense DÉCEPTION pour un établissement censé être un 4 étoiles ! ( qui en mériterait seulement 2) Dès notre arrivée, nous avons découvert dans notre chambre une véritable fourmilière circulant sous le lit et jusque dans nos affaires. Aucune pression d’eau dans la salle de bain, impossible de tirer la chasse correctement, et les savons étaient vides ou cassés. Il a fallu insister pour obtenir un changement de chambre. Mais même après cela, les problèmes ont continué dans la nouvelle chambre rebelote : CAFARDS dans la salle de bain, et le « lit double » n’était en réalité que deux lits simples collés… Résultat, en pleine nuit, les lits se séparent et on finit coincés entre les deux ! À cela s’ajoute un vrai problème de sécurité : dès que l’on branche quelque chose, la prise se détache du mur avec le cache. Un danger évident d’électrocution !!!! Pour ne rien arranger, des tasses sales traînent dans les couloirs pendant plusieurs jours, ce qui en dit long sur le manque d’entretien et de propreté. De plus, l’emplacement est loin d’être pratique, vous êtes à une bonne grosse trentaine de minutes à pied du centre et des principaux points d’intérêts… mais c’est tout de même faisable .. Franchement, je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Une expérience très décevante du début à la fin.

Staff were very professional and friendly. hotel is beautiful and modern. Rooms comfy. very accommodating when we requested a late check out on our departure date. Medina is approximately 20 minute walk. Breakfast was perfect amd plentiful.

Cons: Pool unfortunately does not.catch the sun at all its in the centre courtyard so shadded all day. . Not the hotels fault just the design. I found the price of drinks VERY expensive We went to some very upmarket restaurants during our stay and their drinks were much cheaper.

Cons: Le lenteur du service au bar, que ce soit pour boire un verre ou payer la note, c'est très, très long même quand il n'y a personne. Et 2H d'attente pour avoir une serviette pour la douche. Le repas servi en salle (self) le soir, les plats sont tièdes ou froids. Le petit déjeuner est toujours le même et les crêpes, viennoiseries ou pancakes sont secs, j'aurais apprécié du vrai jus d'orange. La décoration des chambres pourrait être améliorée (plus gaie).

We arrived at the hotel at 10pm due to easyJet flight delays, The Hotel staff where very nice, and rushed us through so we could have our evening meal. Our bags where taken up to room 405, we asked for a twin room, but got a double.. overall the room was dissapointing, the wall sockets where loose, the air con control buttons warn out, the room safe was broken, all the buttons you press to enter your code where pushed out of the frame. the shower room taps on the basin was loose, the wardrobe had only 3 hangers.. also no kettle in the room as promised, as it was late, we told the night manager, who promised it would be sorted the next morning.. after an early morning wake up from the mosque loud speakers, we went to reception and they offered us a new room, and took us up to preview.. room 011. this was an excellent room, with larger bathroom and a balcony. still only 3 hangers, but the staff brought more, they supplied the kettle as well, but there are no cups or supplies of tea / coffee present. the room was on the opposite side to the mosque, so the sound wasnt noticeable. if your into watching TV, you have maybe 10 choices CNN news, in english, the rest, in Arabic. The hotel porter moved our luggage to our new room, and all was well. The Staff all over the hotel where lovely, very happy bunch, and cant do enough for you. as a hotel, it has a small pool, which looks nice, the pool is in the shade all day so its no good for you sun bathers. the condition of the hotel is good, probably in need of a refurb. the restaurant food was dissapointing in my opinion, the Hot food selection, was warm, or cold, the choice of items, was not to my taste. breakfast, wasnt inspiring, omelette / fried egg / scrambled..depending on the egg chef. there was local sausage and beans, vegtables, fruits, the usual cold meats, bread, butter, jams, corn flakes, cakes, juices, coffee. etc. it sounds stupid but dont expect a full english brecky, as we English tend to do, you will be very disappointed. the only Evening meal i had, that i actually finished was some rice, with beef and chicken on our last night out of 4. i needed to diet anyway so this hotel was ideal for this. i'm sure some people enjoyed the food but for me i'd only give it 3 out of ten. Luckily i could buy some beer or wine at the table to take my attention away from the lack of edible menu items. all in all, the staff great 10 out of 10, everyone of them. location good. 25 minute stroll to the market madness. at Jemaa el fnaa, just watch yourself crossing the roads, its like wacky races. who dares wins. the traffic on the whole ignore crossings, green lights and red lights dont mean anything. there is a small supermarket next door, for most items to get you by, and a larger Carrefour supermarket about 7 minutes walk. The hotel does not exchange money, but a 3 minute walk to the right of the main door is a exchange place. Would i return, to Marrakesh.. i dont think so. but i cant falt the people, very nice staff indeed.

Goede ligging in het nieuwe centrum, buiten de medina. Winkeltje naast het hotel. Aardig en gezellig personeel welke bereid is om je te helpen. Leuke bar op de rooftop.

Cons: Er is geen zon bij het zwembad omdat dit tussen alle hoge gebouwen ligt. Er zijn ook weinig ligbedjes. De kamers worden niet goed gecontroleerd. Wij moesten vaak om dingen vragen bij de balie, zoals: wc rollen, handdoek om de handen mee af te drogen, een badmatje/handdoekje. Er lag nog een gebruikt zeepje van de vorige gast op een muurtje bij de douche. De airco werkte helaas niet goed in de gekregen kamer. We vroegen na het zien van de kamer om een kamer met douche, omdat we standaard een baddouche combinatie hadden. Dit was geen probleem, personeel dacht snel en goed mee en de volgende dag kregen we een nieuwe kamer met douche. Tot onze spijt was de doucheslang kapot in deze kamer. Toen we dit aangaven bij de balie werd er wel meteen een monteur heen gestuurd de kraan te repareren. Uiteindelijk lekt hij nog steeds wel iets. Veel kleine dingetjes die we aan moesten geven, maar we voelde ons hierdoor toch ook wel wat bezwaard.

Wife and I just come back from a week at this hotel, like most reviews say that staff go above expectations for friendliness, and helpfulness, the pool is small buts like having your own private pool at times, breakfast not to my liking, but other seemed to enjoy it, alcoholic drinks are very expensive (£7.50 for small bottle of corona) (£7.50 for just under a pint of lager) cocktails don’t even bother if you are not loaded lol, there is an Indian restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, jus round the corner both are excellent ( they dont sell alcohol tho. Looks a bit weird people sitting with a bottle of water! On the whole a nice relaxing week, would we go back nah probably not✈️

Cons: Je viens de passer quelques jours dans cet hôtel et j'ai des sentiments mitigés. Malheureusement, l'hôtel lui-même était un peu décevant. Les chambres et les équipements étaient un peu vétustes. J'espère que l'hôtel prendra en compte les commentaires des clients pour améliorer ses installations. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. On peut se rendre sur la place Jemaa El Fna en 25mm à pieds. Il y a deux grands centres commerciaux à proximité ainsi qu'un Carrefour Market à 500m de l'hôtel. Nous avons eu une chambre magnifique, le personnel est disponible, très agréable et a toujours le sourire. Si je dois retourner un jour à Marrakech je ne réfléchis pas une seule seconde et je retourne au Dellarosa.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Dellarosa pour plusieurs raisons. L’hôtel lui-même était juste magnifique. Nous étions vraiment près de tout près du centre. Donc ça c’est un très bon critère. Nous pensions pas que nous étions aussi proche du centre. Le personnel était adorable. Toujours là pour répondre à nos attentes très réactif. Le Dellarosa à embellit nos vacances, je compte y retourner.

Cons: Si je devais faire une seule petite critique, ce serait le petit-déj’ que j’ai trouvé pas assez varié. Je trouve qu’il n’y avait pas assez de diversité dans les fruits. Je m’attendais à ce qu’il y ait des Msemens.. le petit-déj’ termine à 10h30. Mais quand tu arrives à 10h, il ne reste plus grand-chose. Et deuxième je dirais que la piscine ferme tôt elle ferme à 20h. Mise à part ça mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été juste incroyable et c’est juste des petites critiques car je compte bien y retourner.

Boutique style hotel on the edge of the centre. Plenty of restaurants and small shops for your needs in the local area, but a bit of a distance to the Medina or Gueliz central parts. Reasonable size room for my solo occupancy with a fridge and safe, air-conditioning struggled in the heatwave that averaged 45 degrees daily. Breakfast was reasonable as local hotels go and the bars were pleasant enough as were the staff. Small pool for cooling off but not big enough to swim. It was out of the sun and was pleasantly cold as a result. The only annoying thing was the button to summon the lift, but I will leave you to find that out yourself.

Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile: ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa fin dal primo momento. Una menzione speciale va a Kawtar, che è stata fantastica con noi! Sempre sorridente, attenta a ogni nostra esigenza e pronta ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento. Grazie a lei il nostro soggiorno è stato ancora più piacevole.

I honestly cannot stress enough how much we adored this hotel. Myself and a friend originally booked in here for 1 night of our trip and we instantly fell in love with everything about it. We ended up cancelling all other accommodation and spending all 4 nights here and honestly it wasn’t enough time. The staff were the number one reason we loved it so much from the kindest reception team, to the friendly bar staff, the most helpful concierge and the best manager who honestly I can’t thank him enough for helping us extend out stay. Our trip to Marrakech was unforgettable and staying at Dellarosa was the number one reason for this. We were genuinely sad leaving and are already planning our return here 🫶🏼

I really liked the hotel, the staff were great, food was lovely and the rooms were fab, I really couldn't fault it apart from one thing. We had a number of thefts from our room, at first it was my friends body oil - she is a tropic ambassador so she knew she had had it with her and I had seen it in the room as well. Next it was a very expensive belt from my shorts that were in the wardrobe, a chocolate pot from the fridge ( I hadn't brought a spoon so couldn't eat any) and a bottle of Eau de Papier by Diptyque, the belt was a gift from the friend I was travelling with, she was heart broken and the perfume a gift from my husband. I do get that wages might be low and things tight but I don't condone stealing from others. We raised it with a girl at the front desk who was sweet but didn't seem to know what to do. We did say we weren't really in the habit of making a fuss but they needed to know that this was happening in the rooms, it's letting what is actually a really lovely hotel down.

A guest was in critical condition — believed to be suffering a heart attack or stroke — and the response from the hotel was nothing short of negligent. There was: No staff trained in first aid No first aid kit No defibrillator No manager onsite No urgency from staff While guests performed CPR and searched for help in the breakfast hall and on the street, hotel staff remained passive — standing behind the reception desk, speaking casually on the phone, and offering no meaningful assistance. Urgent requests for an ambulance and help were met with blank looks, shrugs, and vague responses. When the ambulance eventually arrived (after roughly 40 minutes), it was clear the hotel had not properly briefed the paramedic on the seriousness of the situation, resulting in further delays. Tragically, the guest passed away in the hotel room. Afterwards, rather than showing care or taking responsibility, the hotel staff — along with the manager who arrived later — attempted to minimise the situation. Inappropriate and inaccurate comments were made about the circumstances, seemingly in an effort to shift blame for their lack of urgency and support during the incident. Their only gesture was sending a plate of fruit, pastries, and tea to the room where we were comforting the wife — a hollow act, given the total lack of action or compassion when it actually mattered. Staff later claimed that “protocol” prevented them from entering the room — but that does not excuse the complete absence of preparation, equipment, leadership, or basic human decency. If you or someone you love has any health condition — or if you expect even the minimum standard of emergency preparedness — please do not stay here. It is not worth losing a life. This was a horrifying, traumatic experience, made worse by a total failure of duty and care by Dellarosa Hotel Suites & Spa staff.

From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. The staff at this hotel are some of the friendliest and most genuine people I’ve encountered during my travels. Their hospitality truly set the tone for a wonderful stay in Marrakesh. Everyone, from the front desk team to the restaurant staff, was warm, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The cleaners and all other workers also did an exceptional job keeping everything spotless and running smoothly. The attention to detail and pride in their work really stood out. Overall, this hotel offered not just a place to sleep, but a feeling of being cared for. My family and I left with beautiful memories and would absolutely return. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the rooftop terrace is a real highlight — perfect for enjoying a drink or just relaxing with a nice view. The entire team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to the guest experience staff who gave me great advice throughout my stay. This is the first time I am visiting Marrakech and therefore the location of the hotel is perfect. I discovered the points of interest I had set for myself just by walking. I did not need any transport except for the airport. The staff is very helpful. I would like to mention Kamal who was a great help in advising me. There are quite a few restaurants around the hotel, among others I would recommend 'L'eau à la bouche'. The rooms are clean and as soon as we arrived, the scent that was dispersed transported us to a different world. I highly recommend it.

It was this hotel is beautiful designed with lots of different areas to relax including the pool area, spa and rooftop. All were amazing with exceptional service across the board so we felt so welcomed to Moroccan culture (even a free complimentary room upgrade and hand massage). Particular mention to ladies on reception and the rooftop bar staff. Even one of the doormen offered to walk us up to find a taxi during an football event that was happening during our stay. Would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again.

The hotel is about a 10 minute journey from the airport which was great, upon arrival all staff members went above and beyond for me and my partner - taking our bags and checking us in swiftly, we even got our room upgraded to a suite. They were so helpful, anytime we asked any questions they offered advice and they even called us down a taxi on a few occasions. The room was pristine and was cleaned everyday providing new towels. The staff in the downstairs bar were always attentive and the rooftop bar / restaurant staff went above and beyond (thank you to the young man behind the rooftop bar who made us some very tasty margarita cocktails). The hotel is about a 15/20 minute walk to the souks, and is only about a 5/10 minute walk to the new town so the location is great. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Marrakech

Nous avions une suite avec un lit et un canapé lit, dans 2 pièces distinctes, ce qui nous a permis d'avoir chacun une chambre (voyage entre frère et sœur). Le buffet du petit déjeuner était bien achalandé et varié. Le service de pressing efficace. Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir eu le temps de profiter du spa

It features two restaurants, and there are small shops (and other dining options) in the area. The neighbour is quiet and relaxed. A good pick unless you prefer a riad in the city centre.

The staff were all lovely and helpful, especially the manager Hajar, who was always attentive to our needs. The balcony room we were provided was extremely spacious and comfortable, and the room service was excellent. The rooftop bar was also a nice place to relax after a long day out. The gym and spa services were also enjoyable.

Cons: The shower did not have much pressure at all, and the water was always cold. The hotel did provide an iron, however it would take a bit of time to arrive, and we weren’t allowed to keep it in the room.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été exceptionnel : le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable, et l’ambiance dans le hall est apaisante, avec une délicieuse odeur et un thé de bienvenue très apprécié. La chambre était spacieuse, impeccable, avec un petit salon cosy qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement exceptionnel : chaque jour, une belle variété de plats, des produits frais, et des œufs préparés à la demande, selon vos envies. Un vrai régal ! Mention spéciale également pour le restaurant de l’hôtel : le tajine était un pur délice, digne des meilleurs restaurants orientaux. Même le monsieur chargé de vous aider à trouver un taxi est d’une amabilité rare. En résumé, tout était parfait. C’est sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs hôtels dans lesquels j’ai séjourné. Je le recommande les yeux fermés !

We recently stayed at Dellarosa Boutique Hotel in a junior suite for several nights and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The ground floor and lobby are beautifully decorated and give a great first impression. The rooms themselves (we stayed in a junior suite) are functional but could definitely use a bit of refreshing, they’re not quite as polished or modern as the public spaces. That said, if you’re planning to stay inside the hotel most of the time, the rooms might leave you wanting more. But honestly, if (like us) you’re using the hotel as a base to sleep, shower, and rest before heading out for adventures all day, then it’s absolutely bang on, comfy, practical, and just what you need. Location-wise, the hotel is very well situated. You can walk to attractions like Majorelle Garden, Yves Saint Laurent Museum, Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, and Jemaa el-Fnaa in about 20–30 minutes. We ambitiously walked to Koutoubia Mosque and Bahia Palace one day, but with the Marrakesh heat, we honestly felt like we were going to melt into the pavement! After that, we wisely switched to the city’s cheap and plentiful taxis, which cost around 40–50 MAD (about £3–£4). Just a heads-up though: the taxi’s idea of air conditioning is basically cracking open the windows and hoping for the best — but trust me, it’s still miles better than trekking in the sun. Breakfast is simple but solid, cereals, an egg station, croissants, pastries, and basics. Nothing fancy, but it fills you up and sets you up nicely for the day. Overall, Dellarosa is a great-value hotel with an excellent location and truly fantastic staff. While the rooms could benefit from some updates, the warm service and convenience make it an easy recommendation, especially if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring Marrakesh.

This is a fantastic hotel within walking distance or a short taxi ride to the main attractions. The staff at the hotel are amazing. They really could do enough for us during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very friendly, professional and attentive at all times. Mohammed on the front desk went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and kindly arranged for a late check out at no extra charge because we had a late flight back home. This was my second stay here and I can’t wait to go back again! Highly recommended, don’t think twice book now!

A great location. Hotel public areas are lovely and renovated in a modern Moroccan style. The bedrooms are tired but very clean, with everything you need, including comfortable beds and choice of firm or soft pillows. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed the spa, the atmosphere, staff and treatments were fabulous. A great choice at breakfast to suit all, including choice of eggs, omelettes. A second coffee machine maybe needed at busy times and always to have Moroccan tea available. We only ate in the hotel on our arrival and were disappointed with the food. There were many restaurants locally with fabulous food and we were spoilt for choice.

Booked junior suite and was allocated a room (#103) on first floor which although large and clean was very tired and nothing like the renovated rooms on the photo’s. 2 windows didn’t lock and neither did the safe so called maintenance, they came quickly, repaired windows but safe had to be replaced. Safe wasn’t fixed so you can just pick it up and walk away with it! Went for drinks on rooftop top bar, waited well over an hour for a glass of wine (which was served warm) and another 15 minutes for my daughters mint tea. Eventually found staff to ask where our food was (order was placed the same time as drinks) and the order had never been placed. I spoke with the bar manager, Ilyias about this and he said they were very busy downstairs and had problems in the kitchen. None of this was conveyed to customers to manage our expectations. I never saw him carry any drinks or food or indeed do anything to help the situation. I told him it was unacceptable yet instead of apologising for the bad service he just blamed it on other members of staff. He even insisted we paid for the 2 drinks we’d waited forever for! We had been up since 2am that morning and wanted to go to bed so we ended up buying crisps and crackers from the grocery store downstairs for our first evening. Not the best first impression of hotel. The next morning Mehdi the F&B manager apologised for the bad service and agreed to waive the bill for the glass of wine and tea, he also said he would give us a drink on the house which we took the next evening but this was not honoured by him at check out and he refused to discuss. Again, not the service you would expect from a manager. Breakfast is equally unimpressive and chaotic. No labels on any of the food so everyone has to lift lids off hotplates to see what’s inside, this also doesn’t help anyone with allergies as you have to guess what you eating. Not enough service spoons, tongs etc so you have to borrow from other sections (again not good for guests with food allergies). Lots of staff about and some busy clearing tables, refilling coffee machines etc. Buffet didn’t seem to get replenished. In 4 mornings I only saw the egg station manned once. Every day I had to ask for plates, coffee cups etc. This is basic good practice as breakfast is usually the busiest time in any hotel. Surely the General Manager should be around at breakfast time as in most other well run hotels? We arrived back from the Atlas Mountains one day at 5:30pm to find our room hadn’t been cleaned, we just ended up asking for clean towels, one of those although clean was badly stained so we didn’t use it. Although there are a lot of negatives, the hotel itself is nice and clean and in a good location (about 20 minutes walk from the Medina). The staff were lovely, vey hard working and always had a smile. Hajar the guest relations manager was very good and did her very best to apologise and make amends for the inadequacies of the other managers.

We were on a tour, so not our pick of hotels. I've been to Barcelo in mexico, and also not my favorite, but I figured hopefully this would be different. The lobby, gorgeous. Loved the attention to detail. Loved the tea they brought us. Unfortunately, the room... first it started off when they checked us in, they thought we were supposed to have two separate beds. No? Second, you know when you have a table that wobbles, that was my bed, because oh yes, it seemed like they pushed two beds together. But yeah, wobbly bed. Then the aircon wouldn't stay on. Also, ran out of toilet paper, because not full rolls. Luckily our friends had double booked, so we stayed in their room with the unwobbly bed and working aircon. As for the staff, my husband had tripped in Rabat and badly hurt his foot. The staff was fantastic, and let me take a plate of breakfast food to the room because he was unable to walk. They also brought him some ice for his foot as well as checked in on him in case he needed anything while I was out.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de tout le personnel de l'hôtel. toujours souriants, toujours aimables, et toujours disponibles pour le moindre renseignement. Le Patron peut remercier ses employés car vraiment ils ont été tous sans exception aux petits soins. Il a une équipe au top, j'espère qu'il en est conscient. Merci beaucoup pour avoir contribué à rendre ce séjour magique. Malgré l'eau un peu fraîche notre fils s'est baigné dans la jolie piscine. Nous avons apprécié notre suite Dellarosa où nous avions une vue quasi à 180° de puis la terrasse. Les chambres étaient décorées dans les règles de l'art Marocain et l'hôtel en lui même était majestueux. Nous avons apprécié être en dehors du brouhaha de la Medina, tout en étant proche de la place Jemna ainsi que de pouvoir aller à différents restaus à pieds. De plus voyageant avec deux ados, nous avons apprécié nous sentir en sécurité dans ce quartier lorsque nous nous baladions le soir.

Cons: Ce qui va suivre est vraiment pour chipoter, car nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Ceux sont juste quelques petits points d'améliorations pour que tout soit parfait. Bien que l'entrée de l'hôtel et les parties communes soient vraiment majestueuses, notre chambre mérite de petits travaux concernant les carreaux cassés au sol. La chambre était propre par contre au niveau du sol nous sentions à des endroits des petits morceaux de carreaux qui faisaient comme des cailloux. Le dernier soir l'eau avait du mal à s'évacuer de la douche à l'italienne. Il n'y a pas de plateau bouilloire dans la suite, je trouve cela dommage, mais peut être que cela ne se fait pas au Maroc. Au niveau de la nourriture, le petit déjeuner était basique (merci tout de même pour l'ambiance avec le chanteur.) Nous avons diner le soir de notre arrivée sur place au buffet international et nous n'avons pas voulu réitérer l'expérience. Peut être sommes nous tombés sur un soir où nous n'avons pas eu de chance mais bon. Nous avons trouvé cela cher 22€/pers par rapport au contenu plus que basique. Cela nous a fait penser au restau flunch. De plus il n' avais ce jour là en tout cas, aucune spécialité Marocaine, ni plat, ni dessert. Je trouve cela vraiment dommage. Pour y gouter, il fallait reserver dans l'autre restaurant où ils ne faisaient que du Marocain. Pour les jours suivants, nous avons trouvé notre bonheur dans les différents restaurants autour de l'hôtel et avons fait des découvertes extra à des prix défiants toute concurrence.

Cons: We verbleven hier slechts één nacht voor onze terugvlucht, maar het hotel viel helaas wat tegen. De kamer was verrassend groot, eigenlijk zelfs te groot, waardoor het wat sfeer miste. De badkamer was oud en aan vervanging toe. Wat ons echt stoorde was de herrie in het hotel; slapen was daardoor nauwelijks mogelijk, wat vervelend was met een vroege vlucht voor de boeg.

This hotel is located in a good spot in Marrakesh Morocco, but it is a terrible tired and poorly maintained hotel that needs major renovations. I am a world traveler and I do not need anything fancy, but I want things to work and have a decent bed and pillows for a good nights rest. When I arrived at this room for three nights the bathroom smelled like sewage. By the third day the smell was still there and I had a sore throat any time I was in the room that disappeared once I left the room. They had a handheld shower that was so high up and facing the wall that I had to ask for somebody to adjust it as I was too short. To reach it. The refrigerator was broken, and they brought in a new refrigerator that froze all my water bottles to solid ice. The hairdryer was broken. The food for dinner was barely edible and fairly cold and not even warm. The breakfast was decent and the omelette was good. Whenever I requested help or assistance I had to ask 2 to 3 times before anybody followed through with any of my requests. The bed was OK and all their pillows were awful. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. Please remodel and make sure things work.
