Cons: Run down hotel , key cards did not work for all six days and our room was on the 5th floor, leaking plumbing, broken telephone in room not replaced. Cooking heater had to be repaired. Staff tried but were overwhelmed. The owners should go in for major overhaul or sell the place. Don't stay here

Swimming pool is good and feel safe the mini shop got what you need that's a bonus but the breakfast is a bit poor could do better compare what you pay mum dad and child cost 210 dirham 70 dirham each no even a fried eggs. Cons: Die Küche macht keinen Sinn. 2 Teller, 2 Gläser, 2 Löffel. Ein Topf, eine Herdplatte, die nicht funktioniert für ein 6 Personen Appartement. Ein kleines Badezimmer. Appartement lieblos eingerichtet ohne jeglichen Charme. Die Flugzeuge sind laut( aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts) Jemand fing Sonntagmorgen um 9.00 an zu hämmern... Die Eingangstür ging nur mit Gewalt zu. Die Türen waren sehr nachlässig gestrichen mit einem merkwürdigen Dekor.

Cons: Equipement tres tres anciens et tres inconfrtables. Un lit qui date de plusieurs annnées au point qu'il est loin de l'appeler un lit pour un 4etoiles. Douche froide durant les 2 jours. Asceneurs petit et un seul qui fonctionne pour 5 etages contenant bcp de chamnres et appart. On nous a confirmé lors de la reservation que le lit de bébe est dispo 2 jours d'attente en vain. Les interupteurs ne fonctionnent pas. Pas de couettes mais plutot des anciennes couvertures manaquant de propreté Bref je ne le recommande pas et je ne pourrai pas me classer 4etoiles

Cons: La réclamation a déjà était faites, mais un vulgaire remboursement de 10euros sur un week end a plus de 500euros a était fait, car l’hôtel ne veux apparemment rien savoir, le pire dans cette histoire c’est votre partenariat avec un hôtel pareil, c’est inadmissible et inacceptable compte tenu du séjour que vous avons endurer. Et je ne vais pas en rester là, car c’est inacceptable surtout avec les photos a l’appui.

Cons: Il faisait très froid. J’ai trouvé ça dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de de climatisation. La chambre n’était pas propre et dans les draps et couvertures il y avait une odeur très désagréable. De plus à notre arrivée on a vu un Monsieur à qui on a demandé si on pouvait laisser nos affaires la journée car on avait une excursion, il nous a dit pas de soucis. À notre retour ils nous ont facturé le fait d’avoir garder les sacs.

Cons: Avevamo prenotato una stanza che doveva essere x3 persone quindi ci aspettavamo di trovare tre letti fatti al nostro arrivo. Invece abbiamo trovato una camera con due singoli che era ok e pero il terzo letto non esisteva. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere un letto che non ci è stato fornito ma ci sono state fornite delle lenzuola da mettere suopra uno dei divani del salotto. C'est la deuxième fois que je reviens dans cet hôtel. Je remercie le personnel pour son accueil,sa gentillesse. J ai eu la chambre 320 vue sur la piscine. La boutique dans l'hôtel est un vrai plus. Un grand merci pour la deuxième fois à la dame de ménage pour sa gentillesse et pour son service irréprochable ( en été la même dame s'était occupée de ma chambre).

As we were road tripping in a rental car through Morrocco, we needed something close to the airport on our last night as we had an early flight and this hotel fitted the bill, we added an extra night to our booking as we had over allocated time in Casablanca. This is a hotel that is ripe for redevelopment, tired is the best way I can explain it. The room was spacious with a large, clean comfortable double bed, a single bed and a comfortable sofa. There is a nice big balcony with two chairs and a table. The kitchen units are old, there is no cooker, kettle or anything like delph, cutlery etc etc but there is a fridge, it would be better if the kitchen was ripped out and put in the bin. The bathroom was large with a 1980’s shower unit with plastic curtain BUT had good hot water and good clean towels. The Wifi was excellent and we could watch TV on our tablet perfectly. There is a good little shop in the complex and we got take away coffee to have with our shop bought biscuits. There is plenty of free parking and both the reception staff and porters are very nice and helpful. It is withing a short walk of Menara Shopping Centre, shops are not great but it has good value restaurants.

De kamer was heel slecht, gelukkig heb ik snel een kamer mogen krijgen, maar het was heel koud in de kamer, daarna hebben ze een kachel geïnstalleerd.
Cons: De douche stinkt heel erg, het is een oude douche, de keuken was gewoon een blok met oude hout. Alles was kapot. De ontbijt was heel beperkt.

La proximité, le personnel souriant et accueillant ,le chauffage dans la chambre.
Cons: La restauration reste à améliorer ( petit déjeuner en dessous de la moyenne, fast food aussi tres basique), je vous conseille de passer des commandes ailleurs que de manger au restaurant. Pas d’équipement de cuisine, des placards vides, même pas de cuillères pour manger. Chaudière qui ne marche jamais, leau est glacial.

Cons: Pas d’eau chaude, donc impossible de prendre une douche. Aucun équipement de base (pas d’assiettes, pas de verres). Aucun changement depuis ma visite de 2019 : les placards sont toujours très vieux. Dans l’ensemble, je n’ai pas apprécié mon séjour et je ne pense pas revenir.

It's generally hard to get along with the staff. I was just 2x extra bed linen and on booking I indicated that there would be 4 people. The location is very quiet. The view is unfortunately poor on the empty square behind the hotel. parking under the hotel.

Good location, not far from airport and main tourist objects. Spacious apartment. Comfortable couch. Free parking in front of the hotel.
Cons: The bed was too soft (old?) that I should have been sleeping in the hole. So I slept on comfortable couch. Hotel was not very soundproof. And we had to wait quite long time and waste the water to wash ourselves with warm water.

Cons: Apparenza tanta, sostanza poca. Angolo cucina non attrezzato. Doccia scadente, manca asciuga capelli. Finestra scorrevole della camera difficilissima da aprire. Porta del frigorifero mancante di supporti per bottiglie. Tanti piccoli difetti che sommati indicano un po' di trascuratezza: a vederlo ti aspettersti di più . Cena in hotel a buffet davvero scadente, pochissima scelta e qualità non ottima, pietanze che dovrebbero essere calde invece sono quasi fredde.

Cons: Air condition was not working when I request them to fix it, they said open windows and get fresh air from outside and I opened and lot of mosquito and ants came to the room my children Bathroom was very dirty and very tiny as you sit in toilet seat you can't put feet. You can see your picture broken shower no bread and egg in breakfast. Very disappointed my family was eating outside and the money was nonrefundable and very rude.
