My partner and I really enjoyed this hotel in Marrakech , very nice and relaxing place to stay very nice getaway. The staff was always super friendly especially Mouad who upgraded our room on our last night which was so nice of them to do! All in all a very nice place with taxi service quick and easy to contact from the reception. I do Recommend this hotel to anyone going Marrakech.

Cons: Dezamăgitor serviciul la recepție ceea ce a creat diverse neplăceri. Atât check-in-ul cât si check-out-ul haotic, cu multe greșeli care au generat disconfort ulterior. La plecare cel care părea sa fie un fel de manager ( cred) trata clientii diferit si nu a intervenit in nici un fel in discuția mea cu persoana de la recepție ( nu intru aici in detalii) . De asemenea , starea de mentenanță a camerei si băii, lasă de dorit pentru un hotel care se dorește a fi 5 stele.

We booked here last minute having found out our original, more central hotel was under construction. The distance from the souls etc is no problem at all and Ubers are around £4.50 and only a short wait. Th rooms are huge, quiet and everything you would need though not modern. Pool area is big (but cold…. Which is welcome on a hot day!). Breakfast ample.
Cons: Terrible rock solid pillows. Check your bill at the end as mini bar was added it’s slightly dated but for the price you really complain. Very good value!

Séjour exceptionnel au Kenzi Menara Palace ! Je tiens à partager mon expérience plus que positive dans cet hôtel. Tout le personnel est absolument au top : accueillant, professionnel et toujours aux petits soins. On se sent vraiment privilégié du début à la fin. Les chambres sont magnifiques, très spacieuses, confortables et parfaitement entretenues — un vrai plaisir d’y séjourner. Un énorme big up à Mouad, avec qui je garde encore contact, une personne en or ! Merci aussi à Adil, Elyas et Nada pour leur bonne humeur… même si je les ai battus aux fléchettes 😄 Un grand merci également pour la délicate attention des pétales de rose sur le lit, qui a énormément réjoui ma femme — un geste vraiment apprécié ! The staff are exceptionally friendly, especially Mouad, the Public Relations Manager, who thoughtfully organised a birthday surprise for us. I would rate him 10/10 for his attentiveness and strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Cons: Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a couple of things worth mentioning. The shower tends to leak water, which creates quite a mess in the bathroom and could use some maintenance. Additionally, during checkout, we were mistakenly charged 60MAD for bottled water we didn’t consume. We decided not to contest the charge and treated it as a small tip for the hotel staff.

Un grand merci à Taoufik à la réception, très à l’écoute et d’une grande gentillesse, notamment pour son aide précieuse avec le taxi pour le dernier jour de mon séjour je le remercie personnellement Mouad a été exceptionnel : toujours souriant, attentionné et présent pour s’assurer que tout se passait parfaitement durant notre séjour. Adil, l’animateur, est tout simplement incroyable — un vrai champion ! Il a su mettre une ambiance formidable et nous faire passer des moments inoubliables. Ayoub et Fadila à la réception ont également été au top, toujours accueillants et souriants. Khalid, le serveur à la piscine, a été parfait, très professionnel et agréable. Et pour finir, un grand merci à David, le concierge (Chérif), pour sa gentillesse, son sourire et sa disponibilité. Une équipe au top du début à la fin — je reviendrai sans hésiter !

All inclusive package excellent food is faultless very tasty meals, lots of options and dietary requirements catered for. The hotel facilities pool, outdoor pool and spa are very good. Rooms are spacious even the basic premium ones. The staff and service are excellent and really make the hotel.
Cons: Rooms / the beds are very hard quite uncomfortable Noise level from hotel and surrounding area is high until late not ideal for relaxation - our room faced the pool and we could sometimes hear loud music until 1am Rooms needed some upgrades e.g our bath hot tap didn’t work and some attention to detail on furnishings as there were a lot of marks & dirt.

We have stayed in a number of all-inclusive resorts across Europe and Africa. This is by far the best all-inclusive resort we've ever stayed at. The food was exceptional. The staff were really welcoming. I'm also a travel agent, so we'll be recommending this resort to other people.
Cons: Whilst we had no issues at all, it would be nice if the resort had a non-alcoholic beer option in the all inclusive.

We had an amazing time at Kenzi Menara. The room was luxurious and bigger than it looked on the booking site. The food was very good at every meal. All the staff were super professional and friendly. We want to thank Mr Sherif in particular who was incredible - he helped us plan days out, booked activities for us, answered any question at all, essentially made the holiday what it was. 100% recommend to others and we hope to be back before too long.

The hotel is set in a garden campus just outside central Marrakech (10-15 mins by taxi). Gardens are well maintained, and the poolside area was spotless. The main pool is huge with walk-in steps along the front and a shallower section at the other (bar) end. Beside the bar is another smaller pool which is a bit warmer (we were there in March!). No problem getting sunbeds. Rooms are in blocks set back from the pool area. All seem to have balcony/outside areas and are no more that a couple of minutes walk to reception. Rooms at the far ends of the blocks are probably premium as they would have views to the Atlas Mountains. Numerous lifts available so no accessibility issues. Staff were, without exception, brilliant, friendly and efficient. There was a wide range of food available in the buffet restaurant, so no complaints there either. The actual rooms are huge with super-king sized beds and plenty of wardrobe and storage space. Also plenty of sockets for charging phones etc. The bathroom was also big, with sinks, bath, separate shower and a separate toilet and bidet. Rooms were swiftly and efficiently serviced each day - no complaints there either. Be aware that the 'all inclusive' arrangement is not like most other hotel chains - there are three set periods for meals in the restaurant, plus a strange one hour window when snacks are free at the pool. The two on site restaurants (Moroccan and Italian) are not part of the all-inclusive deal, likewise all of the spa facilities.

Check in was quick and efficient and the staff were helpful with local tea was offered whilst we waited. The hotel is in out of the city surrounded by nice gardens, though it is on the flight path for the airport. Its quite big with nice painting and sculptures. We choose a pool view room which was on the 3 rd floor which from the balcony gave a nice view of the pool and the Atlas Mountains, plus a sun set in the evening. The room was a good size. Nice bathroom, bath and shower. Robes included and a complementary bottles of water each day. There was also a small mini bar. There was tea and coffee making facilities but no milk but this was not an issue for us. As we were there primarily to play golf we did have to carry our club up and down to the room everyday, though there was a lift, its something to think about if you want to ask for a ground floor room as there was nowhere obvious to store our golf clubs apart from our bedroom. We ate in the main restaurant, buffet style. There was a good choice of food for each meal with a counter for things like homemade omelettes for breakfast. We didn’t try the two al la carte restaurants which came at a supplement. An observation was that food was sometimes warm rather than hot. Drink was included but trying to play an order for wine / water was often challenging with not enough staff to serve the number of customers. As we were out most days, we didn’t eat at the hotel but sometimes visited the pool bar when we returned for a drink. Overall, I would say all the staff were polite and friendly, particularly those working in the hotel bar. The exception to this was the guy working at the pool bar. He was always miserable and did not seem to enjoy his work at all. As for the pool its huge with a smaller pool too. Given the time of year both were a little chilly for us. Pool towels were available but you needed to give a deposit at reception. There were nice day beds surrounding the pool area to relax in. along with traditional sun loungers. My wife used the Spa and thoroughly enjoyed her foot treatment. Overall a nice comfortable stay.

This review could easily have been given 5 stars but… I loved the hotel, very typically ‘Marrakechan’ terracotta walls, lots of indoor plants and beautiful gardens. The area surrounding the main pool was clean and blissfully quiet… but it was out of season and I think many chose to go out and about. We had a suite which was huge! A king sized bed, sofa, coffee table, plenty of storage, sockets, mirrors and complimentary slippers. Great view overlooking both pools and a large balcony/terrace. There were tea/coffee/sugar sachets, a kettle and cups/saucers. Jack and Jill sinks, a large bath and separate shower; the toilet and bidet were in a room within the bathroom. The entire room was cleaned everyday and towels and bathrobes were replaced when needed. Not massively into entertainment but the nightly female singer was excellent and Illyass and Pitcho were both friendly and entertaining during the day and night. They clearly enjoy what they do and this is lovely to watch. Now for the less than 5 stars. This was not as all inclusive as other hotels I have been to including Morocco. All others have provided outdoor restaurants/barbecues as part of the package. This was not the case here. The bar area was also home to ordering food all of which came at an extra cost. There was very little in the way of afternoon snacks. Most hotels have ice cream parlours, freshly cooked doughnuts and other pastries during the afternoons… not here. This would have been most welcomed by myself and my partner as we couldn’t be bothered to change from the pool to go in for lunch. Having said that, I’m not sure that lunch would have been any hotter than the food served at dinner. The warming trays do not keep the food hot and this is quite off putting. I was also surprised at how bland/unseasoned a lot of the food was. The breakfast food was much better for taste and variety. You can’t go wrong with cereals, pastries, lovely rolls and decent coffee. I just wish I could have had this at night too! Not all drinks were part of the all inclusive. As an example, a Baileys would have been an extra cost. This came as a shock to both us and the very large group of Irish golfers who were there for a few days. They were comparing their trip with one in Turkey the year before… I doubt they’ll be back. Lastly, I was shocked by how easy it was for people to change their pool towels everyday! My partner and I took a towel each away with us and used it by the pool everyday. It was perfectly adequate. The hotel needs to give out a towel for the week. The waste of water, detergent and energy is astounding and this didn’t sit well with me. I know not all guests would have taken advantage of this, just the ones lacking in sustainability values but the hotel should not be providing this. There was a lot to like about the hotel but for me, my holiday was made by the weather, other guests and a few very friendly staff members. Food has never been my motivation to say whether a holiday is good or not, but I just felt that on this occasion, ‘I got by and made do.’

This hotel is very impressive for hospitable and friendly staff with very large bedroom maintained and cleaned extremely well - full credit go to the 2 ladies who cleaned my room every day with a smile - 218 was the room with a large balcony - although directly under the flight path there was hardly any noise nuisance at nights when everything was really quiet Upon arriving at the hotel I was greeted very warmly by Fadila who explained all the riveted and allocated my excellent room - she was most helpful at all times during my stay The food at the main restaurant was also excellent with good choices all round at breakfast lunch and dinner - the dinner with some lovely red wine was always tasty and my table wine served by El Bahri Fouad with a smile was enlightening Although it’s early march the heated swimming pool was a blessing with the main pool cold Some if the hotel areas could do with some refurbishment but this didn’t detract from a very pleasant stay The only let down was the spa facilities were not up to the 5 star you would expect - a cold spa pool and a payment required for both the sauna and steam room?!!! A very good hotel with lively gardens, food and staff

The hotel on the whole was very nice. Lots of sunloungers around the pool and also a nice heated pool which was unexpected. The rooms could do with a makeover as previously mentioned by other guests as they look a bit tired but they were large and clean and the air conditioning worked well (for heat). The food was very nice and lots to choose from. The only thing we didnt like and this probably will stop us from coming back is that they allowed smoking in the hotel foyer and bar. I also sent a message asking if they had an iron and ironing board to use and never received a reply (they do,incase you need to know) and also i asked for a high room with 2 single beds which they agreed to but got given ground floor and 1 bed! We were also not told about the free bus going into town.

Our experience at Kenzi Menara Palace was fantastic. The entertainment team was very good and created a fun atmosphere every day. A special mention to Soussou, who is very kind, very welcoming, and an amazing dancer. In the evening we danced together and really enjoyed the night. Her energy and positivity made the atmosphere so lively and unforgettable. We truly had a great time!

Le parc et l'espace piscine est splendide, avec vue sur l'atlas. Le buffet était de bonne qualité. Les animateurs très sympathiques. Nous avons été surclassés dans une très grande suite de 110 mètres carrés. La navette gratuite vers le centre est très appréciable.
Cons: Dommage que le spa, accès piscine intérieure et hammam soit payant, alors que quasiment tous les hôtels le comprennent dans le prix de la chambre. Il manquait un peu de choix au niveau buffet (plats principaux notamment) mais il était de bonne qualité. La décoration est un peu vieillissante. Oreillers peu confortables et lit d'appoint compliqué pour un ado.

Очень дорогой мини бар, пиво маленькое 9 евро, ужин без напитков - 40.

Excellent upscale property with spacious clean rooms and nice bathrooms, wonderful quiet setting on a large secure/fenced lot with space for walks, very good breakfast with early start (important for early tours), two excellent reasonably priced restaurants with great service. Staff accommodating and welcoming. Competitively priced.
Cons: Location a bit away from the center, many tours do not pick up/drop off or for extra charge only. Not much around. Walk from room to restaurants or spa not fully inside, chilly in winter. Hotel pool small and not free.

The staff at the hotel are wonderful. So helpful and welcoming. The public areas of the hotel are really well presented and the garden and pool areas are stunning. Our room was a great size for my mum and I and the large bathroom with two sinks, a bath and walk in shower and the WC in it’s on cubicle within the bathroom is well appointed so it provides privacy away from the bedroom. Tea & coffee making facilities, bottled water provided daily and a mini bar. Iron and board was provided on request. The food served in the buffet restaurant in the evening was excellent. We had B&B and went out to restaurants but tried the onsite Moroccan restaurant which was really nice with live music and we tried the buffet restaurant one evening and could quite happily go there every night because the food was so good. We had a view of the pool and gardens, which was lovely but the room is dated and needs a refurb. I found the beds hard and the pillows like bolders but beds are a person choice. Great singer in the evening with pianist in the bar area and very good cocktails. All in all, we had a great time, very relaxing and once again, the staff were amazing. Ps hairdryer in bathroom very awkward to use.

We had a fabulous stay. We opted for the all inclusive option which was exceptional value. The food and drinks were excellent. Special thanks to the barman, who really made our holiday. Also thanks to Mouad and Asma at reception. The pool was fantastic and we loved the fact you could always get clean towels. Thanks, we will be back next year.

Prachtige schone kamers met unieke uitzicht op de atlasbergen en de tuinen en t zwembad. Heerlijk bed. Heerlijk eten, gezellige bar met proffesioneel personeel. Heerlijk kunnen ontspannen hier. De Spa mogelijkheden zijn super. Erg dank aan receptiepersoneel Chaimae, en de man mr.Mouad die mij super hebben verwelkomt. De barpersoneel die heerlijke drankjes tot aan t zwembad met een glimlach brachten. Dankje wel, Nourdin en Abdellah. Heerlijke omgeving, en een toohotel die zeker 5 sterren waard is. Ik kom zeer zeker terug.

Les espaces communs de cet hôtel sont particulièrement grands et joliment agencés. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Possibilité de se restaurer dans plusieurs restaurants, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et le bar intérieur très agréable pour un cocktail en fin de journée. Les chambres sont très spacieuses mais un peu vieillissantes, comme la literie.
Cons: La réception : impossible de les joindre au téléphone pour des réservations complémentaires avant notre arrivée, idem pour le spa. Dommage nous aurions aimé passer la soirée du nouvel an sur place mais faute d'informations, il nous a fallu trouvé un plan B. Le nettoyage des chambres est très superficiel.

The sliding window doors in the room are not sealed and let in a lot of cold air, meanwhile the heating was hardly working. The gym was a joke, unlike what they made it out to be on the website. Basically, a treadmill and two mats on the floor. I had gone to have lunch at the hotel restaurant and was told to go and take a seat. The restaurants served a buffet style lunch, but when I went to the buffet area i noticed most items were finished and were not being renewed. 10 minutes later I was told they were closing and brought me a bill for a lunch i hardly had.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la décoration de l’hôtel, très soignée et agréable. Les repas étaient vraiment très bons, avec beaucoup de choix, et une mention spéciale pour la soirée marocaine qui était excellente. Les chambres sont très grandes, très bien agencées, propres et offrent un réel espace, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous tenons surtout à souligner la sympathie et le professionnalisme des serveurs, aussi bien au restaurant qu’au bar : des personnes souriantes, attentionnées et vraiment extraordinaires. Les cuisiniers méritent également d’être mis en avant pour la qualité de leur travail.
Cons: Malheureusement, notre expérience a été ternie par l’attitude de la direction et d’une partie du personnel de la réception. L’accueil est chaleureux tant que tout se passe bien ou tant que l’on consomme, mais dès qu’un souci survient, on se sent ignoré. Nous étions inscrits pour la soirée du 31 décembre, que nous n’avons pas du tout appréciée (musique beaucoup trop forte, repas décevant). Après avoir quitté la soirée, nous avons clairement ressenti un changement d’attitude : moins de sourires, voire de l’indifférence de la part de certains responsables. Même chose avec le concierge, très aimable au départ, mais devenu distant dès que nous avons indiqué avoir déjà réservé nos excursions. À la réception, l’accueil a été particulièrement décevant (à l’exception d’une personne dont nous n’avons malheureusement pas retenu le prénom). Certaines employées se sont montrées antipathiques, allant jusqu’à se moquer de notre manière de prononcer les nombres du fait que nous soyons Suisses. Nous avons également rencontré de nombreux problèmes de clés magnétiques. Étant logés à l’extrémité de l’hôtel, nous devions régulièrement retourner à la réception, sans jamais recevoir la moindre compassion ou excuse, ce qui donnait l’impression que cela leur était totalement égal. En résumé, c’est un hôtel avec de très beaux atouts matériels et un personnel de service exceptionnel (serveurs et cuisiniers), mais une attitude des responsables et de la réception qui nous a profondément déçus et qui a gâché une partie de notre séjour.

J’ai récemment séjourné à l’hôtel Menara Palace à Marrakech et tout a été parfait du début à la fin. L’établissement est magnifique, bien situé, très propre, avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Le cadre est paisible et idéal pour se détendre. Mais ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus exceptionnel, c’est l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, en particulier Mme FADILA à la réception. Elle a été incroyablement attentionnée, toujours souriante, disponible et d’une grande aide. Elle a vraiment marqué notre séjour par son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance. Un grand merci à elle !

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel, toujours professionnel, souriant et attentif, qui contribue réellement à rendre le séjour exceptionnel. I don’t want exclude any names! - a special shout out to the restaurant staff and chefs, your ability to remember details and be so diligent was so appreciated. The bar staff, thank you for all the juice! World class standard in remembering orders and customer engagement. Reception staff, always attentive and friendly. The event team, wow! We spent New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day at the Kenzi Menara. Staff at the front desk are wonderful, but the hotel lacks character and could be anywhere in the world. The location is inconvenient to visit Marrakech: it takes a minimum of 20 minutes by taxi—stuck in traffic—to get to the charming Marrakech Medina that was the reason of our visit. We praise the staff for a spectacular and delicious New Year’s Eve dinner with entertainment and truly amazing food. They impeccably served a few hundred people in a beautiful outdoor pavilion assembled for the occasion. On the other hand, the breakfast tables were not cleaned up between shifts of guests, the room was a bit dusty, there was no shower (just a hand-held one inside a bath tub), and towels were clean but worn up. Not a 5 star Marrakech hotel, but a resort where one can relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and gardens for a couple of days with friends and family.

However, I was surprised that the hotel allows smoking in its beautiful halls/lounges. And more so, there were children around, yet there are other enclosed rooms that could be uses for smoking. The shuttle bus to the medina is very convenient but could be more frequent.

The hotel is well located - close to the airport and 10-15 min to Marrakech Medina. It has nice facilities such as a few swimming pools, nice lobby.
Cons: It used to be a very good hotel when I came first time 10 years ago. But the level went down significantly since then. 1. The service is not what you're expecting from 5 star hotel, most likely there is a management issue. The personal is not attentive and friendly (e.g. at the reception the ladies were always in their smartphones and not paying attention when we came up with certain requests, they even looked annoyed that you're disturbing them; almost none of the personnel was saying Hello when you're approaching them etc.). 2. Quality of the breakfast was very questionable - specifically the service. There was a situation when only 1 coffee / tea machine was working for a big hotel of that size - you can imaging the line to have a morning coffee. It took 10 min to get your omelette and you had to wait in a line to get it. There were not enough of mugs / glasses / spoons. We were offered to sit at the table that was still not clean after previous guests (the table cover was completely stained and no one was going to change it). There was no personnel to take a dirty plates from our table so I had to do it myself. Again, you don't expect this level of service from 5-star hotel. 3. Quality of the sport facilities. Tennis rackets were awful - the rackets themselves (half of them were just broken) and the grips were almost non-existent (my hands were completely dirty after holding a racket for a few min). The grip costs 50c or less, and I believe the hotel is able to change it regularly if they offer them. The balls were not playable too - very very old. If you want to play tennis you'd better have your own equipment. Table tennis was not good too - tables made out of stones with poor quality rackets / balls. 4. Quality of the rooms - in general the rooms are fine, we had a very spacious one. But the rooms are quite old and probably were not renovated since opening.

The hotel is nice overall, apart from a few minor issues. The biggest flaw is the mould in the shower, which is quite unpleasant. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and the shower was also partly broken. The floors were dirty (my white socks not white after this visit…). We requested a toddler bed in advance, but still had to ask for it again after arrival. They didn’t have a smaller pillow for a child, so not quite child friendly. Unfortunately, the service does not live up to the hotel’s star rating. The staff does not seem to understand basic English. Examples: • “Without sugar” apparently means more sugar. • “Separately” seems to mean “additionally” - we ordered pasta separately from the sauce and still received extra sauce. • When we asked if there was a commission for exchanging currency, the staff member didn’t understand the word “commission” and explained instead that it was done “cash by cash.” You also have to pay a €30 deposit for a towel, which is quite unreasonable. We ordered room service, and the food arrived cold. When we pointed this out, the staff member simply said it wasn’t her fault because she only brings the food. No apologies. Also, when we arrived, we were asked to pay the city tax. At first, the lady told us it was 1,000 dirhams. Instead of paying it directly, we were told that it could be covered by the deposit. The staff member then entered 5,000 dirhams into the card machine, and when the card didn’t go through, she changed it to 4,000 dirhams. After I asked again how much the city tax actually was, the amount suddenly changed to around 100 dirhams. We therefore paid the city tax in cash. It is still unclear what this €500 deposit was supposed to be for, or whether the staff member might have been attempting something dishonest. This could again be explained by the staff’s limited language skills, but situations like this simply should not happen.

Nous sommes rentrés à l'hôtel en bonne santé, et nous sommes sortis tous malades.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. They upgraded is on arrival to a suite which was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. All the staff were incredibly attentive, polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast was always well presented and covered every possible food group, gave us the opportunity to try delicious Moroccan food as well as fruit, yogurt, bakery and cooked food. The singer at night was very entertaining, loved his voice and choice of music (although it is the same guy each night!) Aquarobics made me do a bit of exercise, when I wasn't lying on a sunbed with a drink from pool bar! Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Spreken meerdere talen en zijn oprecht behulpzaam om je met vragen en klachten te helpen. Dit hotel en standaard voldoet oprecht niet aan de kwaliteit van het personeel, zij zijn te goed voor het niveau van wat dit hotel brengt.
Cons: Dit is geen 5 sterren hotel en is misleidend hoe het wordt weergegeven. Hygiëne is helaas niet volgens standaard, niet eens van een 4 sterrenhotel. Tijdens ontbijt vielen bestek in de buffet ruimte op de grond en deze werden weer naast de schalen gelegd. Kamer zelf: Dekbed met vlek moeten laten vervangen, terwijl de kamer schoon bij ontvangst zou moeten zijn opgeleverd. Bed is zeer oncomfortabel, badkamer en toilet gedateerd en is niet goed bijgehouden. Schoonmaak was paar keer merkbaar dat het niet grondig werd schoongemaakt, zoals vlekken op badmeubels, stof op de grond en duidelijk niet altijd goed letten op de "vernieuwde" bedlinnen.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : les chambres, la propreté et surtout le personnel, qui est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. tout était impeccable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !
Cons: Le seul point négatif concerne l’agent de sécurité : il m’a interdit d’entrer avec de la nourriture et ne s’exprimait pas très bien, ce qui a rendu la situation un peu désagréable.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Marrakech et ses alentours. Personnel au top, notamment Mouad qui a été adorable avec nous et très professionnel. Les extérieurs, notamment la piscine sont magnifiques. Petit déjeuner très bien.
Cons: C'est la 3eme fois que nous venons et les tarifs ont augmenté, notamment pour dîner et le snack à la piscine. C'est un peu dommage car la qualité des plats n'est pas forcément haut de gamme.

Cons: Le manque d'entretien, des fils nus qui pendent, des cuillères en plastique au restaurant, la mauvaise connexion wifi dans les chambre, pas d'eau chaude dès 1800 durant les 2 jours....etc. Facturation excessive des repas pour les invités extérieurs : 40 euros pour un buffet (bon, mais pas exceptionnel).....avec le vin en supplément !!! On danse sur la tête. Cet établissement mériterai 3 étoiles pas plus. J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel une dizaine de fois depuis son ouverture en 2009 dont ma dernière visite remonte à 2019 et je constate une baisse des prestations notable. Dommage que la satisfaction des clients ne soit plus leur priorité.

The food, pool, cleaness and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, fresh orange juice, amazing omelettes, mermen, and many recently done Marrakesh pastries. Plenty of salty and sweet options and lot of fruits. I have also gluten free bread ready every morning. We only had dinner once and it was a really yummy barbecue. I am very surprised of the bad reviews I could read about the hotel, none of them are true or at least we did not experience them. No queus for eating and it all went very good. Waiters were always smiling and very helpful. We used the fitness room and it was very well equipped. The pool was always clean and towels were provided everyday. Aqua gym was fun. My toddlers have plenty of fun and made many friends. We did not use the kid club but the girl seemed to be very nice. Playground included a trampoline and was super fun for them. Mouad supported us with every issue and the staff at the reception were always nice. Also the person who helped us to bring the suitcases to the room. Water is provided everyday in the room. They upgraded us to a pool view room for free which was a nice gesture. We will definetely go back next time we are in Marrakesh.
Cons: We did not take full board option (because we were doing excursions every day). Having dinner at the buffet was 40 euros per adult that we found a bit excessive. We only had it once and the food quality was very good. For lunch, the pool restaurant was a perfect option, affordable, fast and delicious. And for dinner we were taking the free bus to the medina to enjoy the evening there. As well some restaurants around the hotel were a very good option.

Rooms are large and very comfortable beds. Rooms are a bit tired, particularly the bathrooms, but were overall OK. Restaurant was OK'ish. Quickly got bored of the similar dishes the whole time. There is a small grill area that did sushi, 'carvery style' joints, to order omelettes etc and the servings were quite generous. Nice range of salads that occasionally featured a whole salmon that you could help yourelf to. We particularly liked the linen on the tables in the restaurant. That was a nice touch. The wholly laughable aspect was the dire shortage of spoons. When asked for a spoon the waiting staff simply directed you to a bowl of very small plastic spoons, smaller than the average teaspoon. This was given to you to eat breakfast cereal for example. Totally ridiculous and not what would be expected of a 5 star hotel. On one occasion we saw a poor guest trying to eat cornflakes with a fork!! All inclusive drinks package wasn't very good. Very few 'cocktails' range. The pool bar was woefully understaffed with queues exceeding 20 minutes sometimes. Pool snacks were very limited too - small pieces of pizza, some sort of fried dough wth sugar coating - a bit like doughnuts and that was your lot. The animation team was perhaps the laziest we have ever encountered on holiday. Just sat there and played far too loud music for hours on end and in the 10 days were were there, they did 4 aquacise classes. Evening entertainment was also almost non-existent. A piano and singer duo most evenings that sang the same songs night after night and a TV with football on it. That was the full extent of the 'evening entertainment'. A few plus points now. The overall hotel was kept impeccably clean and the staff were always courteous and helpful. So, all in all, would we return? No. Would we recommend - maybe. What would be our top tip? Pack your own spoon. :)

Stayed here with 10 colleagues on a work trip celebrating a birthday. We chose the hotel because of its large rooms and comfort, and the all inclusive option, all of which were exactly what we needed. The rooms are huge, modern. What made the stay special was the staff. Mouad and the team gave us a warm welcome and looked after us exceptionally throughout the stay. He was always checking in with us to ensure we were happy. Chaima at reception ensured we got the room set up we needed eventually. Thank you also to Abdel at the door for his amazing energy, smile and great vibes. Will be back!
Cons: Although the food was good, it wasn’t quite the level you’d expect at a 5 star hotel. However the service more than made up for it, and it didn’t detract from our experience. Also, it’s 10 mins from the main square, if that’s important. However, only a short taxi ride or free shuttle (although that doesn’t go so often).

La chambre, d’une superficie généreuse de 55 m², composée d'une terrasse avec vue sur la piscine, est fort bien équipée : télévision connectée grand écran diffusant des chaînes françaises, peignoirs + chaussons, toilettes avec téléphone 😁, minibar, coffre-fort et lit (super) King size de 2 mètres sur 2. La restauration, servie sous forme de buffet, se révèle à la fois savoureuse et diversifiée. Que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner, chaque repas propose une sélection de mets savamment préparés, capables de satisfaire les plus exigeants ! Les mercredis et vendredis, les dîners en plein air, autour d’un imposant barbecue, constituent des moments d’exception où la gastronomie et l’ambiance (chanteur) se marient à la perfection. La piscine principale est très grande et les sunbed ombragés sont appréciables et confortables. Chaque recoins de l’hôtel abrite des salons intimes, propices à la détente. L’accueil et le service, incarnés par une équipe aux petits soins, se caractérisent par une bienveillance et une disponibilité remarquables. Une mention particulière revient à Mouad, en charge des relations clients, ainsi qu’à Soufiane au service ; leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse ont contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Bref, une expérience inoubliable… à renouveler sans hésitation ! 👍🏼

Cons: La chambre sale et pas contrôlée le mitigeur de la baignoire était cassé donc pas d'eau avec des bêtes noires dans cette baignoire, dans les toilettes un important nid de fourmies. Nous nous en sommes aperçus le soir tard après le retour du restaurant, le matin la réception n'a pas fait de geste "il fallait le dire la veille" ils s'en foutaient royalement et nous avons été surclassé ....prix de la chambre plus de 250,00€. Un soit-disant palace...choisi pour son emplacement proche de l'aéroport.

We were on a week’s Golf Breaks holiday at the Kenzi Menara Palace. The hotel was very comfortable. We were upgraded to a very spacious and well equipped suite. The pool was very large with plenty of loungers and parasols. The food was good with plenty of choice, but not exceptional and certainly the breakfasts were average. The staff were very helpful and every evening at dinner we were very well looked after by Soufiane.

We spent three nights at the hotel and found the room to be spacious and very comfortable. Although the breakfast and dinner buffets offered many selections, overall the food was average. Our room was located near the garden and an extremely loud nightclub that played music until 1:00 am. Realizing that the hotel isn't responsible for the nightclub's hours, we would have appreciated knowing this upfront. The staff at the reception desk were not welcoming or helpful. The checkout process was awkward as we were told to wait so a staff member physically could verify that we did not use any item from the minibar. I suppose the staff's attitude was our primary reason for the low rating.

Cons: Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, on nous a informé que l'hotel était overbooké et qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible malgré notre réservation. On nous a alors envoyé dans leur deuxième hôtel "club" (moins cher, mais sans nous rembourser la différence évidemment) en nous offrant en échange le "all inclusive" (sans interêt pour nous a la base, puisque nous avions prévu de manger dehors et ne buvons pas d'alcool) même si nous n'étions pas satisfait de ce "deal". Une fois arriver dans cet hôtel "club", ca n'allait pas du tout, la piscine était pleine de monde, de la musique a fond, des "activités" qui faisaient énormément de bruit... Nous avons demandé a être remboursés pour pouvoir aller dans un autre hotel, ce qu'on nous a refusé puisque une chambre dans l'hotel d'origine s'était apparement miraculeusement libéré entre temps. On nous a donc re-transferé. Au total, nous avons perdu une après midi complète avec cette histoire. Une fois dans notre nouvelle chambre, la chambre en elle même sentait fort la cigarette, il y avait encore des cendres dans la douche, et était vieillotte. Il y avait la aussi de la musique a la piscine bien qu'un peu moins forte (si encore il s'agissait d'une musique d'ambiance sympa pourquoi pas, mais 50 cent?!). Je met quand même un 2 parce que le manager a été sympathique malgré tout et que la nourriture au buffet était bien, mais je ne reviendrais clairement jamais dans cet hotel, en dehors du souci que nous avons eu, le prix est totalement injustifié au vu de la vétusté des chambres.

Cons: Es wird mit glutenfreien Speisen geworben - allerdings kennt sich niemand wirklich damit aus! Ich hatte große Schwierigkeiten mit der Ernährung vor Ort. Generell war der Service schwierig. Entweder komplette Ignoranz oder man wurde einfach vergessen. Sehr lange Wartezeiten auch an der Rezeption - wegen egal welchem Anliegen. Alles sehr umständlich und langwierig. Amateuren in den Zimmern komplett verkalkt. Ich würde mich nicht mehr für dieses Hotel entscheiden!

Unfortunately, this hotel is not worthy of been classified as a 5 star property but probably deserves to be a 3.5 star hotel. The rooms are dated with paint peeling off, bathroom tiles cracked, with a constant sewage smell and therefore needs renovation as a matter of urgency. I have never ever been to a 5 star hotel which expects you to make your own hot drinks from a coffee machine! The toaster used at breakfast times belongs to an antique shop! The Italian restaurant is more like a school canteen with no character at all. The staff, who served us whilst we were there, were absolutely brilliant. This includes the reception, pool bar, Italian restaurant, buffet breakfast venue, spa, bell boys, concierge, housekeeping etc. These members of staff actually deserve to be working in an actual 5 star hotel. The hotel grounds are immaculately maintained and the hotel is also kept immaculately clean. The dire states of the rooms actually do a disservice to the members of the hardworking staff. The management need desperately to stay in these rooms for a few nights to appreciate the lack of disrespect they probably cause to their hardworking employees. The CEO of Kenzi Group of Hotels should be ashamed of this particular venue and obviously needs to visit it as a matter of urgency.

What a fabulous hotel . Rooms are spacious , well equipped and clean . Food was superb - huge range of choices across breakfast lunch and dinner . We also enjoyed the traditional Morrocco theme evening and the BBQ evening — again superb . Bar service was brilliant and the common theme throughout were the wonderful polite , friendly and helpful staff . Pools and longers/ Bali beds plentiful and good quality Grounds of the hotel lovely and well maintained . Easy place to navigate around . A traditional hotel will authentic feel and finish — not your overly modern bling feel .

I have just returned from a 5 night stay at this lovely hotel. I am suprised at all the negative reviews as our stay was perfect. There are areas in the hotel that are a little tired but nothing to complain about. The rooms are big and the beds are huge. Pillows were firm but housekeeping changed for softer ones. Request for more hangers was met immediately. We ate in the Moroccan restaurant on the first night and were blown away how good and cheap it was. Hospitality there was so good and friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and fresh towels every day. It is a quiet hotel but we found it suited us perfectly. No rush for sunbeds at any time. I don’t know why anybody would restrict themselves to all inclusive when there are so many amazing restaurants and bars around Marrakesh. We stayed bed and breakfast and it was a perfect relaxing haven to return to after the amazing hustle bustle that is Marrakesh.

Very loud music from the roof top bar across from my room and also the doors from the patio do not close properly hence you may as well be sitting outside as there is no sound proofing. Tired room and could be updated definitely not 5 star experience.

The outdoor swimming pools are exceptionally clean and they are very large, and beautiful. The open areas are nice and very large, not crowded, but quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, with a smile and their face at all times. The room was large and nice, well equipped and perhaps required a tiny bit of renovation, but we felt almost like at home.
Cons: The cocktail bar was a bit short on options, and some of them were not stellar. The best, in my opinion, was the Mojito.The breakfast was good. Not the best breakfast I have ever had, to be honest, but good enough. The coffee wasn't great either, and we usually had coffee in a shopping mall close by to the hotel.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel à l’hôtel Kenzi Menara Palace. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par le cadre magnifique, l’ambiance accueillante et la qualité irréprochable du service. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et offrent un confort parfait pour des vacances réussies. Les restaurants proposent une cuisine variée et raffinée, avec des saveurs qui ravissent aussi bien les petits que les grands Un immense merci à Mouad, une personne d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant, attentif et prêt à mettre l’ambiance. Grâce à lui, les moments d’animation et les activités comme l’aquagym sont devenus de vrais souvenirs mémorables. Avec le DJ Jimmy, ils forment un duo formidable qui apporte une énergie et une bonne humeur contagieuses à tout l’hôtel. This is definitely not 5 star. We hear the hotel is shortly having a refurbishment and it definitely needs it. Roadside rooms can be a little noisy during the night. Toilet seat was loose and you would expect the daily room cleaner would report this to Maintenance. Hotel staff lovely but pool staff off hand and rude at times. Food put out between 4.30 and 5.30 for all inclusive guests at the pool bar were competition for the sparrows! All inclusive drinks package included basic house red or white wine with no other choice, spirits low quality not acceptable for 5star. Rooms were large spacious with large bathrooms, toiletries provided but no milk for tea/coffee. Sherif the concierge was superb, he spoke perfect English and organised our day trip to Marrakesh with transport and guide. Good price.

A very quite hotel if you looking to just relax there is no daytime activities and for the evening there is a singer with a keyboard player she sings the same songs every evening for about 2hrs, The food is very repetitive same food for breakfast same for lunch and no matter what time you attend the food is cold. Considering we were all inclusive the current dining times are 7am-10am, 12pm -3pm 7.30-10pm outside of these hours there are no alternatives but a trio bowl containing a handful of almonds, cassava crisp and olives which you have to ask for so you are left with no alternative but to buy snacks with little variety and at very expensive prices from the pool bar. Drinks selection is limited 4 cocktails on the menu that are poorly mixed and flavourless, Not exactly all inclusive when you have to pay daily for sensible food and drink outside of the complex. I paid extra for a premium kingsize room that came with rusty toiletry holders and a dodgy door everytime I left the room I had to get the key card reset (room 110). At the pool area the seating were dirty and despite being all inclusive you have to provide reception with a 300dh payment to obain a beach towel which is only refundable if you have returned the towels something I have never experienced in an all inclusive hotel before. The toilets in the evening were dirty toilet paper all over the floor a broken towel dispenser barely hanging on the wall. I witness cleaning staff cleaning the room they did not provide fresh linen or towels on a daily basis. I noticed that my used towels and dressing gown were just refolded and put back. My opinion is that kenzi Menara Palace should not be listed as a 5 star hotel.

This is definitely not worthy of being a 5* hotel. Room was outdated, the mini bar was warm and we were told by reception “it’s not a fridge!” I gave been to many hotels over the years to know that the mini bar is kept cool and after nimbus phone calls to reception it was never dealt with. The safe wasn’t working on arrival. Food was very much the same for lunch and dinner and seemed to cater for locals rather than an international hotel. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom most days as well. The pool area and gardens were lovely although difficult to get down the steps without a handrail as my friend and I had slight mobility issues. Entertainment should be varied as it was virtually the same every night. Special thanks to Khalid at the pool who ensured we had our sun beds with towels on them every morning and ice bucket with water. Please pass on my thanks and good wishes to him for his help always with a smile. There definitely is room for improvement at this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the swimming pool was impressively large. On top of that, I loved the delicious virgin cocktail I received upon arrival.
Cons: What I didn’t like was that the hotel advertised free water and coffee in the room, but at check-out we were charged €4.50 per Nespresso capsule. The location was also quite far from the medina, and the hotel itself felt a bit outdated and in need of some renovation.

Check in was a disaster. The front desk was managed by the incompetent trio of Asma, Chaima & Kawtar. They could not allocate rooms. Were rude. Maybe the management didn’t train them well. I really don’t want to play the race/ nationality card. I was allotted a room after 4.30 when they say check in is at 3pm and I was there at 1.30 pm The hotel, although impressive is not well maintained. Rooms/ furniture/ fixtures are all dated. Breakfast is iffy. Service is simply non existent. ( may be the Taj/Oberoi/Marriot properties have spoiled me). Maybe I should have read the reviews before choosing this property. all in all not worth the money spent here.

Our first visit to the restaurant wasn't very pleasant. The food was nice, however, before we had finished our food our bill was placed on the table. When we went to pay for the food, we were followed to the desk where you would pay. We paid for our food and left. Later on that evening, we got a phone call to the room saying we hadn't paid for our food. The guy didn't really speak very good English but kept on saying we hadn't paid for our dinner. We hadn't had dinner, we had lunch and we had paid for it. When we went to make a complaint, it was very much brushed off and we were offered a bottle of water as an apology. They had found the receipt to show we had paid our bill, however they could not explain why somebody felt the need to call our room and say we hadn't paid a bill. The hotel has really poor air conditioning throughout. The rooms were very hot and on opening the shower door the smell of sewage was very strong.

La très belle et très grande piscine. L’extérieur et le grand jardin. Certains membres du personnel (les agents de sécurité et les bagagistes).
Cons: De l’extérieur c’est très beau et ça pourrait mériter 5 étoiles. Ménage moyennement fait à l’arrivé (beaucoup de poussières sous le lit, cheveux …) Très proche de l’aéroport donc on entend assez régulièrement les avions. Climatisation vielle et bruyante (bourdonnement la nuit assez désagréable). Les gens qui des l’ouverture de la piscine se permettent le droit de réserver un transat en posant une casquette ou une serviette dessus (même si il n’y passent que 10minutes dans la journée).. L’hôtel reste relativement agréable mais il est très cher pour les services proposés, le prix n’est pas du tout justifié.

Cons: Everything was a huge disappointment for everyone with me : service (despising staff, not of-help at all, complaining about their customers, understaffed). I have never seen this before. Food is a catastrophe, not fresh, as sways the same. Cleaning is partially made everywhere is the hotel. There’s no mood nor happiness in the hotel. The try to upsell you food and drinks in addition to the all-inclusive. They treat people differently according to which platform clients booked their vacation from (green bracelet from booking, orange from others), the way they speak to you and theirs services vary too. They debit you instead of using a classic caution system. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Apparently there has been to position updates lately in the management in this hotel, that make your experience really bad. Other customers have told me that they have not seen that in other Kenzi hotels at all. That might be right but I will never give it a try since my experience here was so bad, so was the experience of my family members and of my friends.

Le buffet du soir compris dans le all inclusive coûte environ 40€ pour les personnes n'ayant pas cette option. (Eau non comprise). Beaucoup trop chère pour ce que c'est. Vous l'aurez compris l'hôtel est très bien en all inclusive la nourriture et les boissons donnent une bonne expérience. Sans le all inclusive la nourriture et l'eau sont chères.

Le personnel n’a pas fait preuve du professionnalisme et de l’accueil que l’on espère dans ce type d’établissement, ce qui a rendu le séjour moins agréable. En ce qui concerne la restauration, la nourriture était convenable, mais sans véritable valeur ajoutée ni diversité. Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas satisfaisant et je pense qu’il y a beaucoup de points à améliorer pour offrir une meilleure expérience aux clients

Excellent emplacement. Hotel propre et confortable. Personnel incroyable et professionnel. Je tiens à remercier toutes les personnes travaillant à l'hôtel, en particulier Mme kawtar à la réception qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis et nous a offert un surclassement pour notre chambre.

Cons: Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt und muss dringend renoviert werden, insbesondere die Möbel. Das Zimmer hatte einen starken unangenehmen Geruch, der aus der Toilette kam. Das Frühstück war chaotisch, es war überfüllt, die meisten Tische waren schmutzig und einige der Kellner haben uns komplett ignoriert

Very nice property with beautiful gardens and large outdoor swimming pool. Free shuttle to Jema-al-Fna Square. The staff were all excellent and very friendly. The only negative for me was that my room was on the side of the hotel where there was music coming from a nightclub in a neighbouring property late at night. Also they could do with some soft pillows. But I would happily stay there again.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel, where every detail was well taken care of. Un séjour de trois jours inoubliable à l’hôtel, merci à Kawtar à la réception pour son accueil et son service remarquables. Le petit-déjeuner est un régal avec un large choix et des ingrédients de qualité. Le personnel du restaurant est aux petits soins et une attention particulière est portée à l'hygiène. Un grand merci à l'ensemble de l'équipe Kenzi pour avoir rendu notre séjour agréable et reposant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, inchaa Allah.

Cons: Un hôtel 5 etoile facturant une capsule de café posé à la chambre c inacceptable, je voyage plus de 20 ans et c lapremiere fois que c arrivé et le problème c gratuit aux hôtels de votre groupe et merci

The pool is huge , the location was very good .
Cons: The service at the pool was very slow . We were supposed to get our rooms at 2pm but at 4 pm we were still waiting for it . We finally got it at 4:30 pm

Uniquement la piscine et le personnel plutôt sympathique.
Cons: Un hôtel vieillot, des chambres vielles, des rideaux déchirés , très sales pleines de poussières, des salles de bains dégradées et surtout une climatisation inexistante alors que nous étions en pleine canicule !!!!!!! Et aucune service représentatif d’un hôtel 5 étoiles

Bon rapport qualité prix. Grande piscine:on avait choisi cet hôtel pour ce critère. Petit déjeuner complet avec spécialités marocaines. Grande chambre.
Cons: Insuffisance de transats et parasols à la piscine. Mobilier foncé et daté dans les chambres. Pas d eau à disposition, pas d après shampoing dans la douche, pas de body lotion. Quand même une petite trotte pour aller au centre et l offre de restaurants à proximite est limitée.
