The place looked run down and the staff would not work with us to return a list item or even send a receipt I requested multiple times. Stains on some linens and A/C didn’t work well in about 80% of the rooms.

I endend up not staying because the place was filthy. ask front desk to change the sheet and for them to clean the bathroom and instead he gave me another room which was worse than the first one. I would like my refund

The housekeeping and staff were friendly. Once I arrived at the property, I was advised that I did not have a reservation. The front desk clerk informed me that she could not find my reservation. The clerk insisted that I did not have a reservation under my name. I had to call and speak with an Orbitz agent to resolve the issue. I was on the phone for over an hour until the issue was resolved. The problem caused me additional time and money since I had to use my international plan unnecessarily, costing me the extra money I should not have had to incur.

Generally hotel needs a bit of love and renovation, but stayed in the suite so was super spacious. Breakfast is average. Good location though McDonald’s is around 2 minutes away and close to the centre

This hotel is cheap and for a reason. Lots of work outside so dont wear white shoes. Staff willntry their best to get as much money from you as possible. Language can be an issue. Sheets and towels have stains. Some toilets dont have locks and looks old.

Fungerade bra på hotellet och frukosten som ingick var mättande men basic. Rummet var ljust och relativt rymligt men kändes lite gammalt. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade bra. Det var bara när jag skulle hänta min väska, som dom hjälpt mig att förvara några timmar efter att jag checkat ut, som det blev lite segt. Fick vänta dryga 20 minuter för att få väskan utlämnad.

모로코 숙박 후기가 없어서 남깁니다. 새벽 비행기로 도착해서 공항에서 택시로 호텔까지 갔는데 300디르함 요구했는데(바가지) 이구요 현지인은 70디르함 이랍니다. 100디르함이면 될 것 같아요~ 호텔은.. 그냥 잠만 잘 곳이구요 조식도 기대없이.. 그냥.. 먹을 거 없어요...

We stayed in Hotel Washington for a period of three days. The rooms were not ''GREAT'' as per the advertised pics in the website. The breakfast was pathetic. To our dismay and surprise, the continental breakfast served was few cold (and stale) buns and the coffee was cold and terrible. Being the festival of Eid, there were absolutely no guests in the hotel. The air conditioning didnt work the first day and we were shifted to another room. However, the wifi was good and we managed to survive for the period we stayed there. The hotel staff charged 120 MAD as tax for 3 days stay but did not issue an invoice. This was something strange for us. The property deserves a single star.

L’esperienza é stata sufficientemente positiva ... le camere sono pulite, ma non altrettanto la sala della colazione. Wi-Fi inesistente e personale sufficientemente presente ... non hanno contatti con i petit taxi (quelli rossi), mentre ne hanno con quelli bianchi (che possono uscire dalla città) ... hotel da rivedere e riorganizzare, ma se é per pochi giorni potrebbe anche andare bene ...

Very central location, normal street noise. Friendly reception staff. Hallways & floors are a bit old-fashioned, but generally clean & well-maintained, as long as you don't look closely in the corners. Slightly musty smell in the bathroom, but okay. Comfy bed. The top floor has a bar with a nice view, but it's a smoking area.

I stayed at Hotel Washington twice within five days, and found big differences between my first and second stays. First time, I was put in a room on the fourth floor that was clean, but a bit dingy -- wallpaper was cracking, for instance, and the heating unit was not working on a very cold night. Second time, I was put in a bright, handsome room where everything worked. Apparently, the upper floors get less traffic and, as a result, less attention. Ask for a room on the lower floor.

The hotel was okay, with a buffet breakfast and free parking. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was cleanliness and the fact that my room smelled like cigarettes, but I guess smoking inside the rooms is considered normal in Arabic countries...
