I rented a suite and o. Hotel.com it shows checkin at 2 ...i areive at 345 and my roo..was not ready .Not obly that the Samir at desk was rude The phone in The suite didnt work .tit took at least 15 minutes for hot water to.come.in .Honest i cant even thi k about recomendi this place

I do NOT recommend this hotel. Staff was very rude. They will try and scam you for more money. Room was tiny. Sink was broken. Worst part is if you plan on sleeping before 2am then you’re out of luck. You will hear people arguing, screaming, and cars honking till 2-3am because of Skybar located in the hotel.

Delicious and chic restaurants.(cafes/bar/lounges) with amazing food and scenery in super nice hotel by ocean. I will.say there was a fire on the roof, flames right outside our window while we were there, scary. Everything was ok. No fire alarm rang and no one was evacuated which was extremely strange. We obviously evacuated outselves for.a couple of hours. All fine.

The hotel was nicely located and has nice restaurants. But the rooms are little run down and there is no iron, coffee maker, a bath robe nor a safe in the room which was very unsafe and disappointing.

The owners of the property are much more interested in running a disco than a hotel, because they have literally building-shaking techno blaring 4 nights a week until 3 am. Needless to say, sleep is difficult to impossible. The rooms also smell smoky, so don’t expect to feel fresh after a long flight. If you’re looking for an alternative to the Four Seasons next door, this isn’t it.

The hotel is well situated on the sea front and our room had a balcony which gave us really nice views of the sea and sunset. Unfortunately the hotel does seem to have a number of nights when they have events with a disco. Our room was right above the location of the events and on two nights loud music was noticeable till about 3am in the morning. The first night was the worst as it seemed somebody was holding a Halloween Party. The hotel apologised when I complained but their offer of a move to a lower grade room was not acceptable, I felt.

Good little hotel with short distance to the beach, many restaurant, night life, and shopping center. Staff is nice and helpful. However, at night the hotel runs an outside bar/night club which can get quite noisy in the rooms until 4am.

The worst hotel we ever stayed. We checked-in on time and was told the suit we booked was given away. We were given a standard room, the AC leaking water. When we returned from dinner at 11pm, the hotel front was guarded by 4 club security guard filtering guests for the night club on the first floor lobby and bar area. It was chaos and loud as hell. The extremely loud and earth shaking DJ music last till 3am, no matter how we complaint to the front desk. Expedia had to re-book us another hotel after they called in and found out how loud the music and club activities were held in the public area of the hotel. The room facility is damp, lack of maintenance, the service staff had little ability to accommodate the guests. The worst hotel or hotel management ever!!!

For the one night that we stayed in Casablanca, we enjoyed the location within one block of the beach and several great restaurants within walking distance -highly recommend La Cascade. The room was comfortable with modern aesthetic. We got great service at the front desk, with assistance calling a taxi to the train station.

Excellent staff and rooms were very spacious, but as the other have commented in the past the noise from the club underneath the hotel is just unbearable. Even on the third floor with ear plugs it made sleeping very challenging (and this was on a Wednesday & Thursday.) Location was walking distance to the main attractions of casa Blanca. After staying, it is easy to say the main attraction is the vibrant night life, if that is what you are looking for.

Receptionist Achraf was great. He was professional, friendly, and accommodating. He gave us great recommendations about the city and was always smiling. However, the facility is very noisy at night due to the adjacent nightclub. I had my 10-year-old son with me, and the environment was not family-friendly. The rooms were not very clean, and some doorknobs were unhinged. Expedia stated that my check-out time was 3 PM, and I scheduled my last day based on this information. However, the hotel insisted that checkout is at 12 noon, and this contradiction in information caused unnecessary argument at the reception area.

Super cute cafe patio out back. Highly recommend chilling in tbe mornining for a relaxed breakfast. If youre in to the club scene, make sure to make reservations at Sky Bar. The party doesnt stop until 3am!! If youre looking for sleep before 3am, ask for a quiet room as the sound does travel in the hotel.

The hotel was really the nicest place in Casablanca. The rooms were quite nice .. but the atmosphere and the restaurant along with the club on ground floor were the best in town . Very cool and helpful receptionist Achraf who was always ready to help and assist in a friendly manner ..he tried his best to make this weekend unforgettable. Would definitely recommend.

I really liked my stay at this hotel. Reception, room service and breakfasts were excellent. I feel like they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Spa was okay except one accident when they just left me in the table between procedures (hammam and massage) and decided to have lunch. Itself massage and hammam were good.

The main purpose of staying in a hotel is is to sleep, but that is not possible at this hotel because there is a nightclub on the ground floor. The reverberation through our room, which was three floors above the nightclub, were unsettling. And the club is open until 4 am. The room was very nice, the food in the Parisian restaurant was amazing and the staff was all extremely helpful. However, this doesn’t make up for the complete disregard for guests who do not wish to spend their night listening to the dj.

I always stay in this hotel when travel to Casablanca, nice restaurants and outdoor terrace are available. Good sea views are reasonable price. The negatives is the useless spa and the receptionist that don't provide with currency exchange to force you to take the hotel taxi service.

The room was really small, fitting the bed and one chair. Smoking is allowed in the hotel. So despite picking a non smoking room, there was a constant smell of incense or air purifier/perfume. The breakfast area was great and the bar area was nice. Good for cocktails but don’t expect to find a decent wine by the glass. The staff was polite and professional but the some part of the organization could be better: long wait before someone ask for order, mistake in order.

Things just kept going wrong at this hotel. First I was in a room above a disco where every beat came through the floorboards from midnight til 3am. Next I shifted to another room on a higher floor which I quite liked. I had just hung up all my clothes and started work at the desk when Reception rang and said I had to change rooms due to a "technical difficulty" and I had to do so immediately. I never found out what the problem was but, for the rest of my stay, that room was completely sealed (with duct tape over all surfaces between the door and its frame). I then had a choice of a much smaller room overlooking the ocean or a truly immense room (with 2 King Size beds) overlooking a building site. I chose the larger, though wishing I still had the sealed-off room. I gave some clothes for washing and the staff tried to deliver this at 10pm after I had gone to bed. For reasons which they claim were associated with this, 2 staff entered my locked room at half past midnight using an open laptop to light their way. I yelled at them to get out and the next day to apologise they sent a bowl of fruit which I rejected. A truly bizarre experience.

Totally enjoyed this hotel. Our flight landed at 7am and we were allowed to check in when we arrived at 9. The staff was extremely friendly and the manager checked in to make sure we were happy . I ate breakfast there daily but my best meal was the Italian restaurant on site . The beach is literally across the street and we were also able to walk to the Hassan mosque. The only negative would be the noise from the club at night . Saturday night in particular was extremely loud. Lots of yelling and horn honking from the club patrons . But I loved the hotel overall

The room was old, it was not clean enough. The AC had a sound that would not allow me to sleep. Food is average, room service food was below average. The only good point is that the guest relations manager was extremely welcoming and showed me around once i arrived. she also made sure i am well attended to during breakfast.

Great location near the beach. The room was wonderfully spacious and the hotel had lots of amenities. The construction and decor of the rooms was of cheaper materials and not great craftsmanship, but cumfortable all the same.

Hotel Was not up to expectations, rooms quality was way lower than last year, bathroom maintenance was very bad, shower glass shield missing its silicon shaft splashing water all over , bidet wasn't working properly, room wasn't prepared for double residents,missing amenities and providing only 1 water bottle & sometimes not at all, awful smell as if Sewage coming from Ac , room was not cleaned on the last day claiming that it's check out day however it's rightful to stay in a clean neat room till noon

The hotel is by the Ocean , where you can enjoy ocean view & fresh air from your room , or from the different restaurants of the hotel. The breakfast is OK , more Cheese and cold cut selection would be better. the Spa is very nice and masseuse are super nice. the hotel Staff are friendly. Don't miss the french Restaurant.

The hotel is by the sea , including 2 excellent restaurants ( french restaurant is super) . SPA is small , but massage was great. you will cross the street and you will be walking by the sea walk. s shopping mall is around 10-15 min walking on your left side as well as big supermarket in the mall.

there is now way that you can enjoy freely the bar because you have to reserve a seat even there is available table , there is very roud security personal you have to pay them to get in. I don't like the Hotel because you can not do anything there only sleeping.

My reservation was for a "superior double, sea view". When I got to the hotel, that room type was not available. According to the front desk, they had closed the first and third floor for Ramadan. So begrudgingly I accepted a standard room in hopes that the hotel management would issue a refund for the difference. The hotel staff LIED to Hotels.com customer service saying I checked out at 3pm. The time stamp on my credit card receipt says 12:51, and they never discussed additional fees at checkout! Offensively dishonest!!

Nice location and decent service but definitely be wary of which floor you book your room. If you book a room with a sea view like I did, there will be quite a bit of disturbance at night as there is a club located just next to the lobby. We had no idea and had a very difficult time getting sleep as the music was ridiculously loud and obtrusive from 11pm through past 1am in the morning. The hotel rooms also didn't provide a coffee maker or water boiler which I found very odd - this is the first hotel that did not provide this. When we requested an ironing board and iron, the hotel brought a very tattered and dirty ironing board to our room. The room itself is old and the bathroom was broken with tiles displaying in certain places.

The hotel is great for a group of friend (over thirties? this place isn't for you!:), great bar and socialising with the local club goer. Unfortunately, this hotel isn't for business traveler or couple, the loud music from the club would keep you awake until the wee hours of the morning. Overall a good location, cigarette smoky smell rooms, overrated French restaurant, very friendly staff.

The hotel is quite lovely and the room large, clean, and comfortable. The service, however, leaves much to be desired: Hotel staff is smug and uncommunicative. If you are into the Eurotrash nightlife scene, this hotel is for you. Otherwise, don't be seduced by the promises of the Boulevard de la Corniche: It is not an upscale beach neighborhood, but an impoverished beach where bored Emirates drink mint schnapps in their Lamborghinis. Dinner at the French restaurant at the hotel was Ok in terms of menu offerings and atmosphere, but the oysters, for instance, were too salty to be edible, and the steak, ("steak") would not qualify as steak elsewhere in the world. Nevertheless, if you have your heart set on this neighborhood (or Casablanca in general) there are surely better options (ones with pools, no less) in the area.

The Hotel is one of the better ones in Casablanca. Modern rooms that are comfortable. However, the staff are poorly trained, somewhat rude, and the service is not really up to the expectation of the Western traveler. The staff seemed to do things on their own time, not when you needed to have them done. For example, towels I called to be brought to my room after housekeeping didn't leave any after cleaning my room were brought up 3 hours after I had called and had gone to the front desk. Also, the staff mostly speak French and there are only two English speakers in the hotel.

We stayed at Villa Blanca for 3 nights in a Sea View room on the third floor. If you came to party with friends its a good hotel choice, but if you are easily disturbed you should stay somewhere else since on Friday and Saturday night the music blasts until 3 am and you can hear it all the way to the room. The room was ok for a 4 star hotel, clean but a bit small. The bathroom door was very badly designed and did not open properly only half way since the bidet was located right behind the Bathroom door. The breakfast in the hotel was good. Reception service a bit slow. Good party in Sky Bar on the weekend. Service in general friendly, sometimes a bit slow. Only about half of the hotel staff spoke English.

the first room we were allocated was small and had a disappointing "sea view" across a busy road, the Mc Donald and a couple of crates. We asked for another room and finally stayed in a large room with a terrace and a "real" sea view. The staff has been very helpful and friendly, good massages at the Spa.

Fabulous hotel with incredible service. Directly across the street from the beach - not on it. Not a warm and cozy hotel - very modern motif. Staff are wonderfully friendly, helpful. Great for hanging on the beach. Very close to the Commercial Centre mall on the beach. King Hassan II mosque is walking distance. Short taxi to Rick's Café. Stayed on the 2nd floor opposite the beach side - away from the club and music. It was fine - could hear the music a bit but wasn't disturbing - on that side of the hotel and the 2nd floor. The desk had us on first floor but easily changed it on request. They can book a car to the airport 400 MAD. They will charge it so don't give them cash until you go over it with the desk. The room - a standard double - was fabulous. Incredibly comfortable - lots of room.

This is merely a big nightclub with a few hotelrooms on top. The heavy night club music lasted untill 04 in the mornings, and it was so strong that it gave vibrations in my stomach while lying in bed trying to sleep. I did not manage to fall asleep until after 04 three nights in a rwo. The room internet did not function. The room cleaning was very bad. Just unclean bathroom and main room according to normal hotel standards. The SPA did not contain fitness room, nor sauna nor pool. As the beach is not well fitted for swimming, the hotel really is missing some kind of pool. There were rebuilding and maintenance all over the hotel with drilling and noise during daytime. There are much nicer and newer hotels close by in the same area.

We arrived completely shattered from our trip in the Sahra. There was music playing super loud in the lobby or in one of the restaurants or bars, not sure, I was tired. It's a very hip place. I obviously freaked out thinking I won't be able to sleep with such loud music, the receptionist upgraded us to a very nice suite. You could still hear the music but it was not as loud anymore.
