This is a pleasant place, and I think good value for your money. I was interested in the spa facilities, and they did not disappoint. The place is a bit dated, but still quite a place. You will not get thermal water in your room. Room Pleasant and clean. Could have been bigger...a large nicely tiled bathroom though Service Generally pleasant. A good front desk. Food Breakfast was average to good and what one would expect. Buffets are buffets. The dining room food was just very average and pricey....I would not recommend eating dinner there. Spa facilities Clean, and many different pools to choose from. It is quite an establishment. Very rehabilitation like. Do not have too high expectations that will not be met. But you will like the water....you will like the water.

Zimmer bzw die Suite hat sehr gestunken. War auch sehr Altbacken… ist aber nicht so schlimm da nur 1 Nacht. Lange gelüftet.. beim gehen der Rezeption gesagt .. das Zimmer ist länger nicht benutzt worden. Bitte Bettwäsche wenigstens wechseln, wurde versprochen. Nix passiert .. alternativ wurde uns.. ein anderes Zimmer angeboten..nach der Ankunft um 23 Uhr. Zu spät zum umziehen da Kinder im stehen schon schliefen…bei offenem Fenster geschlafen.. lieber kalt als Gestank. Beschwere mich selten wenn ich sehe es wird geholfen..oder geben sich wenigstens Mühe und wechseln wenigstens die Bettwäsche..Positiv: anderes Zimmer angeboten, Parkplatz, Terrassentür ging nicht abzuschließen wurde aber behoben. Sorry, nicht mein Hotel.

Hôtel à déconseiller ppur un séjour de repos. Réservé plutôt aux malades pour les soins. Chambre sans confort, à peine 25 cm de chaque côté du lit. Pas de place pour poser les valises. Douche qui fuit, chambre sale, ne pas regarder sous le lit ou le meuble (poussières par paquet). Rien n'est aux normes, prises de courant qui risquent de prendre feu. On dirait un vieux gîte dans un endroit perdu. Très très décevant pour un hôtel assez cher

Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt, muss eigentlich renoviert werden. Ich gehe seitJahren hin und als Frau alleine ist man gut aufgehoben.Ich war auch öfters mit meinem Mann dort. Ich bevorzuge das Hotel wegen dem Termalbad, weil es mir gut tut. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und man kann zu Fuß in die Kaufhäuser. Das Essen könnte etwas besser werden, ist leider nicht mehr so vielfältig wie früher.

1 günlük konaklama için kaldık,. Merkezi, ağaçlar içinde yemyeşil aynı zamanda termal otel. Güzel termal havuzları var. Otel bölümü oda banyosı biraz eskimiş. Yine de güler yüzlü personeli, konumu, otoparkı, şahane ormanı,yemekleri ile her zaman tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Tam olarak fiyat performans oteliydi. Resepsiyon ilgiliydi bize aile evinde gibi hissettirdi. Restorandaki yemekler lezzetliydi. Restoran bölümündeki Yunus bey'in ilgisi ve güler yüzlülüğü ile yemekler daha keyifli geçti. Eksi olarak söyleyebileceğim şeyler ise odalarda sıvı sabun yoktu, ütü sadece tek bir katta vardı, havuza ulaşabilmek içinde 3-4 dk yürümek gerekiyordu.

Absolutely loved the Hot thermal waters. That is why I booked this hotel. They have 9 pools with temperatures ranging from 34 to 38 degrees Celsius. There is one big pool outside with fairly warm water and 8 pools indoors. Pools are open from 07:00 to 19:00 hours daily. Only thing was not happy with was the early closing for the pools. They could at least till 21:00 hours as I usually want to immerse myself before bed after a day of sight seeing and shopping! Spent a week there and it is walking distance from the centre. It is also accessible to other neighbouring localities via metro, buses. There is a bus terminus near the entrance to Balcova Termal Hotel. Breakfast buffet was sort of ok; Not much variety. Not at the standard of what we are used to at other Turkish hotels. I don’t know about dinner as always are out at different restaurants. Staff were kind and courteous. But the fact that almost all did not speak English affected the level of customer service I think. They moved me to another room when I could not get Wi-Fi in the original room. The hotel may have been a 4* in its former life, but now it does feel like a 3*. Looking a bit dated now. The hotel surroundings are great. It’s like in a forest with the mountain backdrop. Crickets chirping in the trees all the time. However, there can be a lot of noise (loud music) from the neighbouring Kaya Thermal Hotel when there is an event. Das Zimmer alt und ungemütlich das Bett ist eine Katastrophe statt Lattenrost Holzbret unterm Matratzen bekam starke Rückenschmerzen schlafen war unmöglich da bei jeder Bewegung klapperte das holzbret unter der Matratze Zimmer Telefon war ausserbetrieb ebenfalls Wifi hatte keine Funktion tropfgeräusche aus dem Badezimmer bei geschlossenen Tür war stark störend Hunde Gebell (eins vor meinem Balkon) Schwarze Hund einzige positive ist die grüne alles andere kann und werde ich nicht weiter empfehlen

It is a normal hotel which is located where the thermal water pools are and at the middle of the huge beautiful garden. I enjoyed Beautiful nice free thermal pools , moist and dry saunas and other free facilities , physiotherapy and massage therapy are not free and I highly recommend them. mostly you see guests with physical problems who come there for treatments like physiotherapy and special care and need . the restaurant the food was good I loved the outdoor restaurant very much . the receptionists are very nice but not very helpful and friendly a bit ignorant. Something I suggest the hotel to put more lights in the rooms night time very dark very difficult to read books or do something , I asked for the bedside lamp and they said they don't have it Loved thermal pools

Yan bloktaki temizlik elemanı, yer sildiği kovayı,1.kattan bahçeye boca etti. Olacak iş değil. Rezervasyona not; geceleme yanlışlıkla oluşan fiyattan fazla etmez. Hafta sonları düğünlerin daha erken bitirlmesi lazım.

Hangi havuz ne işe yarıyor veya nereye tam olarak nasıl gidersin kısımları kafa karıştırıcı. Odalar sessiz değil. Yalıtım asla yok. Dışarıdan da çok ses geliyor.

Yıllardan beri, kaplıca spa bölümü saat 20:00 de kapanıyor; müşteriler bu otelde sadece kaplıca amaçlı kaldığı halde. Normal bir otelin spası en erken akşam 10 -11 sen önce kapanmaz. Şimdi Covid bahanesi ile, 18:30 gibi kapatıyoruz demeye başlıyorlar. 18:45’de terk etmek zorunda kalıyoruz. Keyfe göre yapılan işletmeciliğin, bu sadece bir örneği. Bunun gibi kendi çalışma düzenini ayarlayan; başıbozuk bir işletme sistemi hakim.

Yıllardan beri, ne zaman bu otele gitsem; wi-fi var deniyor, fakat hiç bir iş yapılamayacak kadar; fonksiyonsuz. Yani, otelde İnternet var dendiği halde; hiç kullanamadım.

If you are not speaking turkish don’t waste your time here as no one can speak english! You need body language. Terrible attitude in reception! Health and safety is a joke in this hotel! Old and dirty furniture, very very old bathroom and shower, old furniture in the restaurant and staffs are not friendly. Same breakfast everyday! Same food warmup from day before specially fries! We booked for garden view room but they send us to room with block view instead and had to ask and challenge to get what we booked in first place! We dont mind dog or cat but not plying in our table or plate every time. I have lot to say but I just wonder how they got 4 star?!!! Dont pay to get to my experience just use my experience!

Beautiful resort, surrounded by awesome nature and have several kind of Termal pools no matter what is the weather situation! The food was delicious and fair enough for breakfast and dinner. I had a beautiful 6 days with awesome memories! I am definitely going back to this place.

This is a really nice hotel and very reasonable for the price. Room is large with a secluded (small) balcony overlooking trees and lawn, with comfortable bed and excellent linen. Also has a small fridge. Bathroom is large and well appointed. Staff were courteous and helpful and spoke some English. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice and is in the large airy dining room - only thing I didn't like was the coffee (Nescafe). Wifi is fast enough. Of course the cherry on the top is the free admission to the thermal pools including locker and towel - I found four of them and all were different. I liked the hotel so much that I have returned and have spent another three nights here.

This Hotel is the best that we have stayed in. All staff could not do enough for us. No matter what we asked they all done their very best. It is in a safe location of Balçova. The Hotel is all safe to walk around no matter what the time of Day it is. We are going back Here at the end of the Month. There is plenty to do and pass your Day. The People visiting were all Friendly too. All pools are fantastic and the Gym has great equipment even a few I have never used. Food is very good and the Breakfast has an outstanding variety to choose from. Well worth a visit and great value for Money. They only accept TL and EURO and all cards. They do not accept GBP not a problem as there is Foreign Exchange near by. The shops are near by and in Balçova there is Two big shopping centres In Agora and the One that includes Kipa Extra (Tesco). They are open till 10pm every Day. Only around 8TL for your Taxi and the Hotel will phone for you. The Taxis are 100% safe. Trust me I know. All Balçova is safe with Hourly passing of the Police (Polis). You will be looked after well in Balçova no matter where you go. Not far is Konak and there is also great shops there to. Basmane in Konak has the Allah Bazaar great prices. If you are Wedding shopping this is the area to go. There is many Bridal shops in this Area. What are you waiting for now just book this Hotel it will be worth every Penny you pay. I could not make the trip due to a death in the family but I know the hotel I know Izmir and I also know the area very well The hotel is situated in the perfect location to go anywhere at ease. It's a reputable hotel clean and friendly service. You can not go wrong with this hotel

I had a conference trip in Balcova. The hotel is just the right place to stay. It's close to the university. All facilities are fine at the price. There is a good swimming pool. You can easily take a public bus outside the hotel to city center and Konak square.

It is very private. You have access to a water park. It has an indoor pool, out door pools, hot tubs, and slides (They weren't running while we were there in April). The room was small and breakfast just okay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was nice and the food was very good. The resort is pretty far out of town and you can't walk to anyplace to eat or shop.

This hotel is a health clinic too, apparently! There is another facility with individual rooms for thermal baths and a common thermal pool. Massage on site. Tennis and outdoor heated pool. Several men were busy cleaning the empty cold pool which has slides (early April). They have doctors and treat rheumatism; there is a dental clinic and probably a whole lot more. Breakfast buffet was very good and came with the room. Dinner buffet cost extra and was also very good, large.

We were very dissapionted with the hotel, it was run down and the pool area was really very dirty looking and it obviuosly had not been maintained for many years and you had to walk quite a distance outside in the cold and wet to get to the thermal area not very healthy after a hot swim. The hotel owners have not spent any money on upkeep, it was a tired, rundown hotel and I would never recommend anyone to stay there. It is a hotel mainly used for convalecsing people, but I would have felt worse not better, it looked like an old style hospital. The food was edible, but not very special.

Because of the off season time I think the grounds were a little unkempt. The room was clean and the price included dinner and breakfast. Both were very good and the value of the stay was excellent.

Stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding. It is a spa hotel where medical treatment is available. It did have a clinical feel to the place.It is not in what you might class as a tourist area.We had no problems at all, friends with us did have a slight problem with thier room, that was not rectified. A large waterpark is within walking distance, a taxi is needed to get anywhere else. The grounds and gardens were very nice. Food was buffet style, plenty of choice.I would recommend this hotel if you had to visit this area of Izmir. Taxi from & too airport 40TYL
