We visited the Sky Bar recently during our stay in Marrakech and loved this place. We were made to feel very welcome by Ismail (I apologise if I have your name incorrect but wanted to comment here so that the hotel knows what an asset he is). It was a family visit - 2 adults and 2 12 year old children and we were made to feel at home from the start and we had a lovely view of the Koutoubia Minaret as the sun was setting, playing cards and eating tapas. We loved the bar so much that we returned for a second evening. Thank you for a lovely welcome.

Cons: My daughters were first put in a room that smelt very damp and found insects on bags / clothing the following morning. I had to ask for a change of room which happened the following day. We were pleased with the room change. However I was quite disappointed the room was even open to guests.

It was a wonderful stay, thanks especially to the hotel staff and the beauty and great location of the hotel. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the Medina. The staff were incredibly kind, the room was very spacious, and the pool and spa were great. The room was spotless, and being able to spend a few hours by the pool or on the rooftop enjoying an aperitif really completed the experience. We also tried the hammam and a massage—the massage was truly excellent. The French restaurant is definitely worth trying at least once. If I return to Marrakech, I would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The breakfast could be improved, and the hammam staff seemed a bit rushed and were talking among themselves while asking us to relax.

We booked this hotel because of its location and the fact that it is a traditional riad. A great choice as it was perfect. A lovely welcome when we checked in from friendly, professional staff at reception. They upgraded us to a suite. What a delight; 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 flat screen tv's and traditional, comfortable decor. We had 3 nights here after a week in Agadir. Wish we could have stayed longer. it was calm and relaxing. After visiting the souk and the beautiful gardens of the area, we relaxed on the pretty rooftop area. A lovely pool, plenty of loungers and a variety of eating options. The service was spot on, thoroughly clean and spotless and the bonus of views to the nearby Minaret of the Koutoubia Mosque. The sky bar was perfect for a drink and snacks and watch the sun go down. Fabulous service from Pierre and a nice chat about this home town of Toulouse (which we know well). The bar near reception was lavish and comfortable; again, great service. The location to the souk and main square was just right, and being close to the minaret, we always found our way back. We would definitely stay here again and for longer next time.

Cons: το πρωινό και το βασικότερο το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν και της πόρτας. Στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν από αδιάφοροι έως αγενείς!!! Στην πόρτα δεν εξυπηρετούσαν με ταξί, και πετύχαμε και μέρες με βροχή οπίτε πιο δύσκολο. Υπήρχε αυτοκινητάκι για τοτς πελάτες και τα πράγματα σαν golf cart αλλά δεν μας πήγαιναν, τα κουβαλήσαμε στα χέρια. Και την τελευταία μέρα που το ζητήσαμε επίμονα γιατί ήμασταν με πολλές μεγάλες βαλιτσες(κσι να σκεφτείτε ότι ήμασταν 6 γυναίκες πελάτες) , το έκαναν, τους δώσαμε tip μεγάλο και μας ζητιάνευαν επίμονα κι άλλα χρήματα έξω από το van. Φριχτοί! Σς αντίθεση με τις καμαριέρες και όλα τα παιδιά του room service που ήταν εξαιρετικά. Χαμογελαστά, πρόθυμα, επαγγελματίες

As you walked into the hotel there is a peaceful and confortable reception area, with lovely smells and a general feeling of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Made you feel at home. The hotel has a lovely courtyard with pool and several restaurants which are all very good. It has a very traditional flavour to it and just a stones throw away from the main Media square of Jeema el Fnaa.

Cons: I guess coming from a country where smoking is banned inside restaurants and bars, I guess this is the only criticism as smoking is allowed in inside areas.

Had a lovely four-night stay here. There's a lot to like: excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, a real sense of history in a hotel that (I think) has been converted from an old palace. We'd booked a patio view room and were upgraded to a mini-suite (without asking) when we checked in, which was very welcome. However, I had a few niggles that mean it wasn't quite a 5-star experience: 1) There was a leak somewhere in the toilet/bathroom area, which meant there were puddles of water on the marble floor every morning. 2) The reception area has a tired and frayed old carpet which doesn't exactly scream Five Star, meaning your first impressions of the place are underwhelming. 3) There are no USB charging points in the room and only a few plug outlets; understandable for such an old hotel, I guess, but again not something you expect in a 5 star hotel. 4) The hotel's two main restaurants, an Indian one and a fine dining one called Relais de paris, both missed the mark. The food in Relais, especially, was really bad. 5) Overall, I thought the hotel wasn't good value for money, and the rates are too high for what you get. BUT ... having said all that, we still had a great time, and I'd recommend Les Jardins. Just be aware that this is not your usual five star experience...

The check in was warm & efficient. Miss Meena & Mgr Mr. Mabrouk ( unsure on spellings ) were excellent. Junior Suites (3) that we were booked by TA best travel morocco need refurbishing. The upholstery, bed & linen need to be addressed urgently. Pillows were uncomfortable. Staines sheet. Cockroach in the room, housekeeping very poor with unwashed basins even after the room is cleaned. Breakfast is decent & especially the senior manager was service personified. The staff were poorly behaved with attitude. But the manager would come to our table & even clear the tables that the stewards ( many in number ) but lazy & inattentive would not do. We ordered cake for a celebratory event which was poorly made & frozen. The worst behaved person was a manager at Reception by name of Lateef who was supercilious, rude & inattentive. He is best working in the back office. All the rest of the staff including concierge were well mannered & attentive. Piano bar & especially the playing of the piano was very nice. Do avoid the Indian restaurant as the fare was dismal & my husband had to take medication for a bad stomach for 4 days. All in all a good property, poorly managed in certain areas & definitely in need of refurbishment.

Such a great hotel in every single was. Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. Souks, main square, palaces etc etc. service was exceptional. Rooms were beau and pretty spacious. Top room Sky bar with great views on medina. Roof top Indian restaurant was exceptional also with lunch menu around the top roof pool with great views. Another 2 restaurant. International and moroccon. Breakfast was superb. Just right start of the day. The o my issue we had booking medina tour that arrived late and was very very poor. Just took us around the soul and his friends shops trying to g to sell us stuff we didn’t want. The other tour we books to altars mountain was good. Did not include lunch but we paid for lunch separately.

Отличное расположение, хороший завтрак, не очень разнообразно, но качественно. Очень зелено и уютно на территории, номер просторный, красивый, был украшен цветами к нашему приезду, мило и приятно.

Cons: Сервис не соответствует 5 звездам. Недаром звездочки, висящие на стенах, почти отваливаются. На входе не встречают, багаж не забирают ни на входе, ни при сопровождении в номер. При заселении стояла у стойки с несколькими сотрудниками минут 5 , при этом никого из туристов не было, на нас просто не обращали внимания демонстративно. Спа дороговат, вероятно поэтому пустой. В номере нет кофемашины, для 5 звезд это недопустимо. На завтраке кофе невкусный. В общем, незабываемых впечатлений отель не оставил.

A lovely hotel. Close to the hustle and bustle of Jeema El Fnaa and the Souks but calm and cool inside. Wherever you are in the city if you can see Koutoubia Minaret then you can quickly find your way back to hotel. Downside is you will hear the early morning call for prayers but we quickly got used to it and it adds to the experience. We had two mini suites, very nice, balcony with retractable roof, twin beds for grown up kids, big walk in showers, cleaned promptly and well every day. Breakfast was very good, nice to sit outside in the garden next to the big courtyard pool. Upstairs pool (also heated) was busy but we managed to get loungers when we wanted them, snack menu at lunch and poolside service good. We looked around the Spa which was lovely. We ate at the rooftop indian restaurant, service excellent, food good , venue excellent. The rooftop bar is also very good, cool lighting, music, water features and views over city and of course of Koutoubia. Close to some cool bars. If we ever go to Marrakech again we will definitely stay here

The hotel is situated in the Medina is close to the square souks and Koutoubia Mosque. Check in was very smooth good information given and we were offered the opportunity to have a guided tour the following day for £35 which we accepted. The tour guide was local and knowledgeable but I did find the emphasis was on spending money at various places he took us to. Having said that it was an interesting tour. Our room was lovely and had fresh rose petals and roses left everyday. Shower was good bed by comfortable. We dined in the Indian restaurant on 2 occasions both were fantastic meals on the rooftop. We also had lunch in the Sky bar which was lovely and ate at the pool bar as well. The hotel was like an oasis of calm the minute you walked through the door and I would highly recommend it. Every member of staff I met was excellent! We had a charge on the bill when we checked out that had been added by mistake. When we pointed this out it was resolved quickly.

We booked a British Airways holiday to Marrakesh and chose the Les Jardins de la Koutoubia as part of the package. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short walk (less than 100 meters) into the Medina. It is a short taxi ride from airport, (where you can easily grab a cab without booking a ride in advance). We chose the half-board option and afterwards agreed that this was by far the best choice. A good selection of food is available from a choice of three restaurants (Moroccan, International and Indian), all without the need to book in advance. The Moroccan appeared to have limited vegetarian options, but we dined very well at the other two. We booked a luxurious mini apartment, which had a lovely balcony to sit out on. Arrival into the room was a real surprise with a lovely plate of fruit and Moroccan treats awaiting us, along with a presentation of rose petals on the bed and in the bathroom. The suite had a large bathroom with a walk in shower and separate tub. The living room had a comfortable sofa and chair. There was a minibar, safe, coffee pod machine, two TV’s and decent WiFi in the room. On arrival the front desk we were arranged a private two hour walking tour for us the following day. At £35 each it was an easy option. There are two outside pools, both pools have nice bars (serving food during the day). The upstairs Skybar has good views and is a great place to watch the evening arrive whilst enjoying a drink. This is also next to the in-house Indian restaurant which was excellent and along with the breakfast buffet, really made our stay so enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our only problem occurred whilst checking out, when the hotel tried to charge us for all our dinner cost, even though we were booked half-board. So allow time to check your bill when leaving.

Cons: Ο εσωτερικός χώρος του πρωινού δεν είχε καλό εξαερισμό με αποτελεσμά να μυρίζουν τα ρουχα και τα μαλλιά μας φαγητό ειδικά αν καθόμασταν δίπλα σε live stand με pancakes ή με αυγά.

From check in to check out reception staff all very knowledgeable and informative. Plus could not do enough to help. Rooms all very good and kept to a high standard by the lovely housekeeping department. Breakfast was lovely as was the rest of the meals. Cons: I am writing this to tell future travellers that the wifi at the hotel is very bad. I had a few meetings during the stay and were unable to conduct them. To be honest the wifi was the worst we had in Marocco. Be careful if you would need it. The other thing that is not pleasant that you have to pay to use the spa, which I didnt know, which I have not seen in a 5 star hotel.

Within 30 seconds of leaving the front door you can be inside the first undercover souk, yet you can't hear a trace of the hustle and bustle from inside the hotel. The facilities available were excellent. We did not try the spa or gym, but the choice of restaurants and the quality of the food and service were exceptional. We were also greeted warmly each time we visited the bars and the bartenders remembered our orders. We really enjoyed the pool to cool off in the middle of the day and thought the sun loungers were good quality. They were also always available even though it was a busy hotel.

Delighted to have found this gem. Room was spacious and spotless, bed comfortable, large room (105) even though I am sure it was probably one of lower priced rooms. Could not fault it. The pool and communal areas inside and out are very relaxing, please remember to look up in reception at the ceiling….quite impressive. Breakfast was fab, lots of choice with excellent attentive staff. Nothing was a problem. The biggest plus were the staff, though I would say it goes for all the Moroccan people we met, friendly and courteous to a fault. I would highly recommend this hotel and a visit to Marrakech.

Beautiful hotel with lovely bedrooms and great location. We loved the bedroom and the view of the mosque. The location of the hotel was also excellent and we could walk to the souks directly. Breakfast was lovely and we had both lunch and room service dinner during our stay and both were excellent. It was my birthday during our visit and the hotel left a cake in our room which was a lovely touch! It was extremely hot during our stay and the AC in the bedroom was ice cold for which we were most grateful. We didn’t use the pool as it was simply too hot and we had a busy schedule but it looked lovely.

It's everything you could imagine a dream hotel should be. A magical place in a magical location. The restaurants are all excellent, the spa is amazing and each of its three pools has a unique twist. Rooms are all exceptional, even the most 'basic', which anything but basic and almost every room is unique and like the best room you'd find in other hotels. The mini suites are exceptional. Staff will move mountains for you and breakfast is good, particularly taken on the poolside terrace. We have been a few times now and it keeps getting better (we always pop in to potential alternatives in Marrakesh, but none make the grade). We will return.

Cons: If I was to be really picky, the check-in takes a while, but you are seated in the shade and offered Moroccan tea and petits fours.

An amazing hotel in the middle of the busy Madina. Few minutes walk to the madina, for street food and lovely streets of bustling shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was so lovely to get an upgrade to a suite which was simply amazing. The Indian restaurant on the rooftop had some of the best Indian food we’ve had, specially the biryani. Overall we were very happy with this hotel. The mini suite room was spacious with a large balcony. The pool areas are both great , although we mainly used the rooftop pool. Loved the fact that this pool had Indian and Asian options for lunch and food was lovely. Staff overall extremely friendly and professional. Special call out to the sunbed pool guy who really looked after us. Location of the hotel is perfect for market/souk and main square - surprisingly we got zero hassle from traders in the souks which was very refreshing and made just wandering around easy. Outside hotel we enjoyed great food at Cafe Arabe which had a lovely rooftop vibe and Cafe Des Épices for lunch and did a superb food tour. Room wise- our mini suite was in a different block (above the spa/meeting rooms) from the building around pool . We were on first floor which gave us a pool wall view although could see the top of the Koutoubia tower. I think if you asked for a higher floor you would have a much better view. Areas for improvement? Around the pool , the drinks service was erratic and it was difficult to get the waiters attention which was irritating. At breakfast - they have the SLOWEST toaster I have ever encountered, so set aside an extra 10 minutes waiting time .. the bacon was often undercooked.. But overall an exceptional hotel and we would return !

Les efforts des encadrants pour rendre le séjour agréable. Aussi bien au restaurant indien qu'à la réception ou le chef concierge KHANJARI Abdessadeq trouve une solution magique à tout. Merci à lui c'est la deuxième fois que je viens et c'est la deuxième fois qu'il règle les problèmes de main de maître. Le décor est raffiné, le personnel est gentil . Le rooftop avec sa piscine est magnifique et la maitresse de maison toujours souriante. Je ne vais plus ailleurs.

It looks ordinary from outside but it is a completely different story inside with the pool, garden, rooftop and nice lighting. The rooms are also very nice. It has a Moroccan charm for which you would go back there again even though the cappuccino in the bar was bad. The Indian restaurant had bad food but with good service and nice rooftop setting. Breakfast was better.

This is a great hotel in the heart of Marrakech with a great range of facilities and beautiful gardens. We booked a mini suite and we were delighted with it, especially its location overlooking the gardens. We arrived early as we were not informed of the checking in times by our holiday provider but this was no problem for the hotel. We were made very welcome by the reception staff and treated to mint tea and pastries in a shaded area by the pool until our room was ready. The room was exceptional, beautifully presented and in a wonderful location. One point though, the walk to and from the room involved a flight of about 4 or 5 steps outside the French restaurant and these really need better lighting as my wife nearly tripped going down them in the dark one evening. A central handrail would also be helpful, especially for older guests. We stayed for four nights and wished it could be longer. Breakfasts were buffet style with a wide selection of cooked and continental style foods. We had an evening meal on two of the evenings of our stay. The Moroccan style restaurant was marvellous with a good selection of tagines and other foods, but we felt the food presented in the Asian/Indian style restaurant lacked authentic Indian flavours. However, the staff in both restaurants were wonderful and provided a great service. My wife treated herself to a massage and hammam in the hotel spa and felt totally rejuvenated afterwards The hotel is centrally located so it was just a short walk to the souks and the Katoubia Mosque, or a short taxi ride to Bahia Palace, the Jardin Majorelle and other tourist attractions. Reception helped us with a taxi on one occasion while on other days we grabbed our own taxis. We only had one minor glitch and that was when we had to cancel a pre-booked trip due to medical reasons which made one of the receptionists seem a bit annoyed. Otherwise all the staff - the receptionists, the morning and evening restaurant staff, the chambermaids, the porters, the security and the spa staff - were all great, providing a five star service with a smile and relaxed attitude. We are looking forward to a return stay.

So we first came to this hotel 21 years ago! During the intervening years we occasionally stay elsewhere (when we have been in a large group we’ve had a riad) but we always come back to this hotel because it is just so comfortable: the rooms are so spacious; the pool area is so spacious; the location is perfect and the staff are lovely - some of them have been at the hotel since we first came! Oh, and the hammam - divine…and the harira soup, love that soup (can I have the recipe please?)

This was a fantastic hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakech but once within its walls it was so peaceful and quiet it was hard to believe you were in a bustling city. This hotel is very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The guest room was very spacious and comfortable. It was a nice surprise to see rose petals strewn about the bed and all around the bathroom. We were disappointed that the hotel charges way too much for breakfast - 250 MAD (USD 25) for a continental and 290 MAD (USD 29) for American, so we opted to go someplace else to have breakfast. Otherwise, this place is conveniently located and transportation is easily accessible.

This was a total oasis away from the hustle & bustle of the Medina. As soon as we walked through the door we felt relaxed. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. We had lunch most days by the roof top pool which was amazing. Our pool view patio room was very quiet and clean, giving us three very peaceful nights sleep only to be awakened by bird song. Breakfast was very good, great selection to choose from and again good service. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying near the Medina.

Terrible front desk staff. We stayed at the hotel from Aug 2nd to Aug 6th, and we wanted to complain about one of your hotel front desk staff Mr. Abgl. Mr. Abgl was terrible and rude, at the last day when we checked out. He asked us whether we took any drinks from the mini bar, and we said yes, 2 cokes, one sparkling water, and one Sprite. He doesn’t trust us and called the house keeper and insisted that we took one Coke Zero but we never drink Coke Zero because we don’t like artificial sweeteners. He charged us 185 for all drinks and I asked him the price for each drink but he didn’t answer. This guy wasted our time for around 15 minutes just because he doesn’t trust us, if you don’t trust us then why you asked, you should just make sure your mini bar checking system is correct or don’t provide mini bar. .

Our stay was incredible. We had requested a room in a quieter area, and the team provided us with an amazing suite in a very peaceful part of the hotel. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was very spacious. All the staff were extremely kind and attentive. We were unwell during our stay, and they prepared a suitable dish for us. The hotel has a beautiful architectural design. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to rest and relax while still being close to the Medina.

Cons: Consider replacing the cushions on the sun loungers. Having a first-aid kit with a contactless infrared thermometer and a blood pressure monitor would be useful to quickly check for any discomfort when a guest is not feeling well. These are small improvement sugestions. We really liked everything in the hotel :)

There are amzing rooftop bars and restaurants close by plus the hustle of the SOUK. We went in Aug. It was scorchio - so beware that. But it was our first time in Marrakech and we definitely want to go back, and to explore more of Morocco.

We have just had five nights at this wonderful hotel. A special anniversary for us and we were upgraded on arrival-thank you. The room was very spacious with a superb bathroom and balcony and the daily flowers and petals such a lovely touch. Ibrahim who welcomed us was superb, as were all the staff-by the pool, reception, on the doors and in the bars. We were so comfortable in our room and the pools are a dream. We watched the sunset and sunrise and had the most memorable and magical time at the hotel. Centrally located we were seconds/minutes from everything but once in the hotel it really felt like an oasis. Both pools were superb with ample sun beds which are padded too. The rooftop pool was our favourite, especially later in the day. Sky bar affords wonderful views too! We will have to go back and miss it already. Such a beautiful hotel and authentic with a touch of class and luxury. Definitely 5 stars and worth every penny. Breakfast was excellent too! Cannot recommend this place more highly. Thank you and hope to be back very soon!

Breakfast was very good, with super friendly service from the lovely ladies making omelettes and pancakes (Moroccan - yum) to order. Plenty of fresh fruit too, nicely made pastries and other hot breakfast nibbles if they are your thing. I stuck to fruit, yoghurt, omelettes and / or pancakes which meant I didn't need lunch. Great. Everything, the Architecture of the building; which is an Authentic Moroccan Riad Style. Location; by the entrance of sook, and a busy/vibrant famous Djmaa Alfena Square and yet once inside, you find yourself in a quite oasis (except of sound of lot of very beautiful birds); lot of trees & variety of very beautiful colourful flowers and plants. Friendly staff. Delicious variety of food 😋, French restaurant, Indienne restaurant and Sky Bar. Breakfast for all tastes.

Popped into the hotel for relaxing drinks away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Shown through to the garden. Reasonably priced, a glass of Kir about £8. A good selection of drinks in a relaxed cool setting. Service was a little slow but friendly.

L’emplacement au cœur de la médina, la piscine chauffée en roof top avec vue sur la Koutoubia, le confort et l’élégance des chambres de ce lieu chargé d’histoire, la qualité et la diversité des restaurants et enfin l’attention et la prévenance de tout le staff. Tout est parfait.

Tolle Lage - wir haben einen kostenlosen Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit Sicht auf den Innenpool erhalten. Sehr komfortabel. Man kann die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Preis Taxi vom Flughafen zwei Personen 130.— Dinar - als Alternative fährt auch ein Bus für Dinar 30.— p.P.

Cons: Wir würden beim nächsten Mal eher außerhalb des Hotels essen. Sowohl im indischen Restaurant als auch im marokkanischen Restaurant stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Besonders die Küche hat unsere Erwartungen bei einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel leider nicht erfüllt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von der Qualität und dem Geschmack der Speisen, was den Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthalts etwas getrübt hat.

We booked a week’s holiday at the hotel through Jet2 City Breaks. What a magical experience it was? From our greeting at the front door to the friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff that we encountered at every place in the hotel. The food at the Indian restaurant, the international restaurant and breakfast, were all first class. Did I mention the staff? Fantastic! We shall definitely be re-visiting!

Cons: - Das Hotel ist sllgemein sehr heruntergekommen. - einer der Empfangsmitarbeiter war ein wenig aufdringlich. Wenn er uns vorbeilaufen sah, schrie er durch die ganze Eingangshalle ob wir nun die Touristentour buchen möchten. War nicht weiter schlimm, aber für ein 5* Hotel ist das eher ungewöhnlich. - Frühstück ist viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt (Qualität). - Zimmerservice: die gebrauchten Tassen wurden ungewaschen wieder an ihrem Platz gestellt

Best part is hotel staff all are very nice. Special mention to Abdelghani, very cordial, pleasant and always offer to help. Nice spa with indoor pool. Restaurants have Indian, International and local choices but dinner menu is limited. Overall facility can be updated. Located steps from the main square and Medina is easy within reach but does generate lots of foot traffic and noise.

This hotel was truly exceptional — the best we experienced during our trip to Morocco. The rooms are spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom absolutely stunning, featuring an enormous walk-in shower. The swimming pool and spa facilities are also outstanding, offering plenty of sunbeds across the two outdoor pools and a beautiful indoor pool. During my stay, I unfortunately fell ill. However, the reception team and housekeeping staff handled the situation flawlessly: they promptly arranged for a doctor to visit me in the hotel and organized special in-room meals according to the doctor's recommendations. While getting sick while traveling is never pleasant, the way this hotel managed the situation was truly impressive, demonstrating their ability to handle even the most unexpected challenges with care and efficiency. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Les Jardins De La Koutoubia for your incredible hospitality and support!

Great location, lovely rooms, pleasant outdoor space, friendly and helpful staff, choice of restaurants, good wine list.

Cons: Sky bar was insufficiently shaded and played trashy music when we would have preferred a more peaceful place. Sun lounger hogging around the pool! They should provide proper directions for people arriving by car (Google maps tries to take you through a souk and the other end of the road is marked no entry).

Top class authentic hotel, we loved it as soon as we walked in, the staff roundly do enough for you, as our flight had been brought forward our rooms were ready earlier. 3 restaurants to choose from, (Morrocon, Curry and international) there was also a snack bar, all food was excellent and reasonable priced. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and tasty. 2 swimming pools, one on ground floor and one roof top. Rooms were large, toiletries available along with a bottle of water each day. Hôtel is ideally situated for all sights within the Medina walls. I cannot recommend this hotel and the staff enough.

La proximité avec la Médina. L’ambiance Riad très cosy et intime. La mini suite très belle donnant sur une belle végétation.

Cons: Personnel de salle à manger qui fait beaucoup de bruit en débarrassant. Pas à la hauteur d’un 5* Rapport qualité/prix cher pour une mini suite avec un petit déjeuner même pas inclus 😳 Le restaurant indien avec ses tapis rouges un peu sales et tables pas bien dressées n’invite pas vraiment à s’y installer 🙁
