The hotel is located in a really nice area. Everyone who works at the hotel is simply nice and helpful! They are all lovely! The pool is also lovely.

Cons: The room was not clean at all, giving an uncomfortable feeling as most things were dirty, especially the bathroom hair in the sink and dirt on the floor. On top of that, there was barely any water pressure most of the time, neither in the shower nor in the sink. It was quite disappointing. Overall, the room itself is very nice, but it isn't clean enough, and on top of that, you can't take a shower, wash up, or brush your teeth... disappointing. One last thing: there was construction noise that wasn't mentioned in advance or at check-in. They are building something on the 6th floor, and since we were on the 5th floor, we couldn't rest in the room during the afternoon.

l'hotel est très mignon, très bien situé en plein Gueliz, on peut accéder à la place à pied et aux taxis pour aller plus loin très rapidement. Les chambres sont petites mais propres et agréables avec clim. La piscine est très sympa pour un petit plouf mais un peu moins pour de la bronzette. Mais le mieux de tout c'était le service et le personnel. Tous adorables, gentils, attentionnés, serviables et qui ne donnent qu'une envie c'est d'y retourner !

Cons: les lits pas très confortables, les tapis au sol parfois un peu poussiéreux, mais franchement dans l'ensemble c'était top !

Cons: On est arrivés tard dans la nuit, la rue où se trouve l'hôtel est peu recommandable la nuit. Le réceptionniste ne trouvait pas notre réservation pourtant payée d'avance. On est restés à attendre qu'il contacte plusieurs personnes avant de se décider à nous donner une chambre. Ladite chambre est vétuste, on y entend le bruit sourd et continu d'une climatisation avoisinante et le bruit de l'ascenseur. Literie non confortable.

Cons: Très déçu par la politique discriminatoire de cet hôtel. Sur Booking.com, il est clairement indiqué que deux étrangers peuvent séjourner ensemble sans certificat de mariage. Pourtant, à la réception, on m’a expliqué qu’un couple européen pouvait partager une chambre, mais que ce n’était pas autorisé dès lors que l’un des deux était Africain. On m’a alors demandé de réserver une deuxième chambre. Une telle différence de traitement fondée sur l’origine est incompréhensible et inacceptable.

Al met al was onze ervaring teleurstellend en kwam de accommodatie niet overeen met de verwachtingen die door de foto's en beschrijving waren gewekt.

Cons: La lista de cosas que no me gustaron es interminable: la atención recibida por el personaje de la recepción (tipo prepotente, sin ninguna orientación al cliente). Las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver con las fotos que hay en Booking. La piscina..no es una piscina, es una charca en la que más de 3-4 personas estorban. Ce fut un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. Tres bien situé , il ya une épicerie pour acheter ce dont vous avez besoin en premières nécessités (recharge téléphonie, eau, gâteau shampoing etc… et a moindre coût ! Le petit déjeuner est très varié et le personnel aux petits soins. L’hôtel est très beau avec de jolies ameublements et décoration . À l’accueil vous êtes bien renseigné et une navette est à votre disposition pour vous emmener à l’aéroport pour 130 dirhams ! Dans l’hôtel vous avez un bar, un restaurant et une jolie piscine pas très grande. C’est sur je réserverai à nouveau ! Très satisfaite de cet hôtel 😊

Could be a good hotel if they tried. The Receptionist was great and that is where it ended! The pool water was dirty and you had to walk through the restaurant and it was quite small. The automatic lights had a mind of their own, the hotel was very dark and we had some bumps because of lighting issues. The worst being the breakfast level which did not work at all. The bathtub/shower was very high and caused difficulty getting in and out. Dark bedroom with not enough light available. Fridge was not very cold. There was a wooden frame inside the door that was hard to see in the bad light and we caught it a few times with our heads. The only plug by the bed was hidden and you had to move the bed to be able to use it. A lot of these problems could have been avoided, at least it was cheap.

Great location, very central to most amenities, easily attained by foot however the locals / a division of staff are very unwelcoming and rude which is a total letdown to a vacation when the area relies on the tourist industry which is written in black and white, a fact and not my own perception on same. I say this because I was told by a local frequenting the same establishment that Marrakech does not rely on the tourist industry and that someone coming to their country should have the respect to learn Arabic to communicate. I find this communication very worrying and perhaps would immediately feel a sense of hidden bubbling discontent/ anger towards those helping to contribute to a society as a whole by visiting and trying to embrace other cultures. I can tell you if you examine other reviews connected with my choice of stay in great depth you will find my concern one which is not isolated. My ill treatment commenced without validation initially and then post a challenge on poor service which I have photographic evidence of, it’s very alarming how things/ behaviour of others can turn sour so quickly and how intimidating situations can become. I would not recommend much post my disappointing stay and would perhaps urge others to think twice about where they would like to spend their money, as we embrace climate change as a world as a whole there are much more choices out there if sun and culture is what you’re looking for in a vacation/ holiday.

Location is within walking distance of the medina, about 20 mins . BIM supermarket around the corner furbsupplies and Carre Eden shopping centre within 10 mins walk. The hotel is excellent with clean rooms, nicely decorated. Staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and varied each day. Relaxed atmosphere, I would highly recommend this hotel and is my first choice for Marrakech.

This is our 2nd stay at the le Caspien Boutique. The location is excellent and easily can get to Medina, Mohammed V, Menara garden or mall. It’s all a short taxi ride away. Breakfast is excellent and varied. The staff are friendly and always helpful. The atmosphere is awesome and I always feel relaxed and comfortable when I stay here with family. This will be my 1st choice for hotels in Marrakesh.

Cons: La chambre et la salle de bain n’étaient pas très propres. Beaucoup de calcaire dans la salle de bain, et les draps étaient sales, on les a fait changer. El hotel es muy bonito, tiene esencia de Riad, decorado con muy buen gusto y habitaciones muy bien ambientadas. El desayuno no es amplio, es amplísimo, ningún día nos lo terminamos, pero estaba delicioso. La atención, especialmente del servicio de restaurante, espectacular. Hubo un camarero y una camarera que fueron muy atentos con nosotros y nuestra hija, nos llevamos un bonito recuerdo de ellos asi como del hotel.

Cons: Nada no nos gustó. La ubicación está a escasos metros de Av. Mohamed V, zona llena de tiendas y restaurantes, y a 10 min. de la Medina en taxi (si eres buen negociante por 50 dirham te llevan). Asi que la ubicación no fue un impedimento.

We switched here after our tour booked us into a poorly rated hotel down the street. It was the BEST choice! Staff was lovely, room was quiet and cool and clean. Comfiest bed on my whole trip and I am picky about my mattress! Se loved the small pool, both restaurants and the location. Staff was lovely and helpful every time.oh, the towels were also very nice :)

Breakfast and terrace. It's clean with a good location. They offered me a free transfer to the airport. The staff are kind and professional except the one who made the check-in that I found rude and a little careless about how important the "quality" of experience is. The other staff members were adorable and the manger was available and caring.

Cons: Noise, especially since there was renovation on the roof that the guy in the check-in didn't mention although I asked him to give me a calm room because I didn't feel well and wanted to wake up late. He gave me the worst choice. Later they changed after I complained and they apologized offering me a free transfer to the airport.

The hotel itself was absolutely spotless, and the rooms were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to help. A special shout out to the manager for running such an excellent hotel, and especially to the lovely waitress who looked after us every morning at breakfast — her kindness and attentiveness really made our stay extra special. Overall, an outstanding experience and we would definitely return in the future.

We managed to find on street parking outside at an additional 30MAD payable to a parking attendant (not connected to the hotel). Upon entering, we were greeted warmly and advised that we'd been upgraded to a junior suite. The Caspien has 2 restaurants on site however we chose to eat in one of the many alternatives in the neighborhood. Breakfast however was plentiful and very tasty! The staff, without exception were incredibly friendly and proficient in their roles. A great choice for a stop over and not a million miles (20 minutes) to walk to the Medina either.

Cons: We were not advised of the building work going on directly above the junior suite. Had we been staying longer than a night we would have asked for a different room with less noise disturbance.

We had a confirmed booking for 2 rooms at Le Caspien Hotel, but upon arrival were told only 1 room was available and the hotel was fully booked. We were offered a service apartment at another location, which was not comparable to what we had booked. As a result, we had to arrange alternative accommodation at our own expense. Avoid this hotel at all costs. We booked and fully paid for 2 rooms, but upon arrival at Le Caspien Hotel, we were told only 1 room was available and the hotel was fully booked. This is not a small mistake — this is a complete failure to honor a confirmed reservation. Instead of resolving the issue properly, the staff (Mr Abdelboset) tried to send us to a separate service apartment, which is clearly NOT what we paid for. It felt like a downgrade and completely unacceptable. We had no choice but to leave and urgently book another hotel at our own expense. The most shocking part: the hotel later claimed that we had “used the room as booked” — which is completely false. We never checked in, never stayed, and no proof has been provided. Until today, the hotel has not responded at all to our complaint. No accountability, no apology, nothing. This experience was extremely misleading and unprofessional. If you value reliability and honesty, do not risk booking here

Cons: Extremely noisy at night and cigarette smoke came in from the hallway into our room, it was really hard to get rid of the smell. The pillows were hard and lumpy. A disappointing breakfast on a tray, would expect a buffet breakfast for the price. The swimming pool is tiny and surrounded by tables, not as described. Very expensive transfers to the airport and other places, would definitely book them online or just get a taxi outside.

We stayed here one night as part of an Intrepid tour and so far it has been the best hotel we have had but hotels are not really what the tour is about. Huge,good breakfast, also probably the best we have had so far. There is a small swimming pool and lounging area but we didn't venture in!. Staff are really lovely and helpful. Restaurant looked lovely but again we didn't get to try it as we ate in the Medina at Mabrouka Rooftop and Sky bar. We are here again at the end of our tour for another 3 nights so hopefully will live ipto expectations.

This hotel is located to new city, with very restaurants close by. The rooms are normal size with clean linen, bedsheets. In general the hotel is clean but needs upgrades in the bathroom as there was rust in some spots. The breakfast is very good, and fresh. The personnel seemed indifferent. Overall it is a good choice if you wish to stay in this area of Marrakesh.

Cons: Das Hotel hat seine "Boutique" Zeiten schon lange hinter sich. Überall sind die Spuren der Zeit deutlich zu sehen. Es sind aber die Kleinigkeiten, an denen man sieht, dass das Hotel seine Orientierung verloren hat. Auf die Frage, ob man ein Taxi bekommen kann, hieß es: "Gehen sie einfach die Straße runter, da sind dann Taxis". Beim Frühstück wird dem Gast ein gefülltes Tablett hingestellt - wie in einer Kantine. Das Hotel erfüllt seinen Zweck, mehr aber auch nicht.

Stayed here for four nights in room 203! The bedroom was okay and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom could do with updating but it was all clean. I would recommend asking for a room at the back of the hotel though, as my room was very noisy at night with traffic, people and horns until 2.00 am every night!!!! Not sure whether there may be a night club nearby???!!! Certainly not good if you're a light sleeper! Breakfast was plentiful. Each guest gets a tray consisting of three Danish pastries, a glass of orange juice, a piece of fruit (orange or mandarin), a plate of salad, a pancake, French bread, jams and honey, as well as a hot drink. You can also have an omelette or boiled eggs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ate in the Bistro one night, which was good. The hotel is quite a way out from the Medina but there are plenty of taxis around. They will haggle the price but don't pay any more than 50 dirhams (about £4.50).

Super vriendelijk personeel. Bij uitchecken geen tijd gehad voor ontbijt. Alles is voor mij heel netjes verpakt geweest zodat ik dit onderweg kon eten. Er werd aan alles gedacht. Dat vond ik echt super lief. Ontbijt was dagelijks op een plateau. De croissant waren echt super lekker. Locatie zeer goed. Supermarkt en bars in de straat.

Cons: Authentieke hotel met echt Marokkaanse stijl. Sommige faciliteiten wel verouderd. In de kamer tapijten aanwezig was wat stof aanwezig. Ik heb deze gerold zodat ik hier niet op zou stappen. Bij het rollen was het niet gestofzuigd onder de tapijten. Ik weet wel mocht ik dit hebben gevraagd aan de schoonmaaksters dat ze dit wel zeker hadden gedaan. Maar had liever dat het al schoon was. Ps super vriendelijke schoonmaaksters. En stonden klaar om aan al uw behoeften te voldoen.

LOW PRICE . Location in Guilez is good. 30 m safe walk to Medina, Starbucks 5 m walk , ample restaurants and an excellent hammam nearby ( Le Bain Blanc) All staff, very friendly.

Cons: Breakfast is monotonous and lacks variety and flavor. Electrical problems in room solved fairly quickly. ( Didn't go on vacation to deal with this kind of issues) Tollet slow in bathroom, tiny bathroom difficult to move around room - the worst part. Room small in general, small skinny door to balcony difficult to pass through. Lighting is poor, room feels dark 🫤 If you're on a small budget, just do it - you'll survive ; else, spend more and get more comfort, space and quality

The restaurant, lobby and common areas were fine. Breakfast was amazing! Big portions and many options integrated as a Moroccan breakfast. Also, we exchange money in front desk which it was very convenient.

Cons: Our room was sketchy :( balcony doors didn’t close, bathroom outdated and carpet in the room very dusty. Room were not maintained in good condition and we felt uncomfortable (we just booked 1 night here and I wouldn’t book it again 😓)

Good location, close to the Shopping Centre with a Carrefour supermarket. Also close to the Plaza Guilez. Original hotel, we stayed in a suite that offered a good size terrace/balcony. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff.

Cons: Only gripe was the taxi we organised through the hotel to and from the airport. When we arrived it cost 210dh, when we left it was 130dh. Not sure why it differed. But it saved the hassle of sorting our own out.

The rooms are spotless and very well maintained, breakfast is nice but the waitataff are very hard to get hold off to order coffee or changes to the set menu. Close to restaurants, shopping and only 20min walking distance to the Medina.

The staff were very friendly and the room and shared areas were clean and tidy. It is an older hotel but is well maintained. Our room was at the back of the hotel so no view as such but very quite. There was a small balcony as well.

Cons: Breakfast service was a bit strange. You are given a tray with a selection of croissant, jam, yogurt, spreading cheese and baguette on it. Coffee to order and omelette to order as well. I don't like croissant so there was too much food for me and it took up a lot of space on the table.. The omelettes were not prepared in the dining area so must be transported from somewhere else in the hotel. The food itself was good. It would seem better if they ran a buffet self selection in the dining area so you can take what you like and leave what you don't. Maybe even have someone cooking the omelettes to order in the dining room might be an feature.. Not a big deal, just my thoughts.

Nie jest to najnowszy hotel czy wysokiej klasy, ale wystarczy. Duże wygodne łóżka, sejf. Smaczne śniadanie, obfite. Codziennie mała zmiana menu, mała, ale zawsze da się coś wybrać i najeść na pół dnia. Polecam.

The room was nice, comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a lovely pool view. I really appreciated coming back to a clean room every day after breakfast. The staff were very sweet to my baby, which meant a lot. The receptionist during our last two days was exceptional; professional, friendly, and very easy to talk to.

Cons: The room didn’t have a kettle, which was disappointing. Breakfast was excellent on the first day, but from the second day onward, it was mostly sugary pastries, sweet yoghurt, and eggs. I ended up eating eggs every day. Other tables were served items like veggie salad, which we weren’t offered. I only asked for it on the last day (which I proactively had to), as I didn’t want to make things awkward during our 4-day stay. Unfortunately, the overall attitude during breakfast felt unwelcoming and unprofessional, and at times, we felt treated differently. This made us quite uncomfortable and is unacceptable for a three-star hotel. Another guest we spoke to felt the staff were unprofessional as well. Overall, this really affected our experience and left us wondering how the hotel has so many positive reviews.

An excellent choice for the city of Marrakech in a relatively good area with shops, bars and restaurants nearby, while it is also relatively close to the old city of Medina (20 minutes). Very beautiful and relatively affordable traditional hotel. It has clean rooms that are cleaned properly every morning, a swimming pool for the summer months, a decent breakfast, a restaurant at the back for drinks and food and a beautiful bar downstairs, with very good music and good prices on wine and food!! I highly recommend it!! This is the opinion of three couples from Greece..

Very welcoming. Comfortable room. Relatively easy walking distance to city centre and all main attractions. In a quiet(ish) side street with a number of restaurants nearby as well as an excellent restaurant adjacent to the hotel serving tapas.

Cons: Unfortunately the fumes from the kitchen extractor do tend to pervade the rest of the hotel.

The hotel Caspien is a very nice hotel located a 35 minute walk away from jemaa el fnaa but if you walk straight up from the hotel to the main high street you'll find the petite taxis it cost between 40 and 50 dirham and took 10 minutes. The hotel is in a good location right next to the main high street with all the shops you recognise and 15 minutes taxi ride to the airport the staff were all friendly it's was clean and changed every day there's finishing touches that weren't great but didn't spoil my experience.

El restaurante carísimo en comparación con la calidad de la comida. Pedimos una pizza que estaba muy normalita y una pasta carbonara que no tenía sabor ninguno a carbonara, estaba un poco insípida y creo que se confundieron y sabia solo un poco a… champiñones ??? Y el desayuno estaba rico pero faltaba proteína, no entiendo el sentido de ponerte 4 o 5 pasteles que nadie se come enteros y no poner un poco de pollo o pavo… En fin, el hotel es demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen, nos esperábamos más :(

This hotel is by far the best city hotel I've stayed in,it's so very welcoming as you enter the reception area,the staff are so very polite and courteous. Our room was to say the least large especially for a city hotel,the huge bed was to die for so so comfortable,a great night's sleep to be had. The breakfast are was pristine and very sociable with opportunities to talk with other guests in a friendly manner. The restaurant was so lovely it was like a Michelin style setting for an intimate meal and the menu on offer was on par with high end restaurants. The outside are by the pool was so very accommodating and felt like it was a personal dining experience. Every staff member from the chamber maids to the manager/owner could not have been more courteous and friendly from fluffing pillows to to giving us a better seat . I cannot fault this hotel at all even on the price it was so very inexpensive and worth a lot more for our holiday. At reception when I had a few days to spare they arranged a few trips for us at a very modest price and included taxis and shuttle service for us at no extra cost . The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and you could literally eat you dinner off the floor it was so clean I have absolutely no idea why it's rates as 3 stars it should be at the very least 4 stars . alles in allem sehr gute Unterkunft, sauber, gemütlich, in der "neuen Stadt", sehr gute Lokalisation

Cons: das Frühstück an sich ist sehr gut, aber sie servieren so viel, dass man gar nicht alles essen kann. Viele Gäste aßen leider nur ein paar Bissen und haben den Rest stehen gelassen, ein Buffet wäre hier vielleicht besser. Schade um die wertvollen Lebensmittel.

Hôtel bien situé dans Gueliz. Personnel courtois, à votre écoute. Chambre un peu vieillotte mais charmante, lit confortable. Pas de parking, mais vous pouvez vous garer dans la rue.

Large room with balcony and beautiful handpainted furniture Excellent restaurant Walking distance to decor shops and department stores and 20 minute walk to YSL museum 24hr reception desk. We had an early 3am departure. They organised coffee and croissants for us to have in the lobby and a taxi to the airport, which we paid for.

L’hôtel est charmant et confortable, avec une bonne literie. Le balcon est un véritable atout. L’établissement offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix et bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal.

Cons: La connexion internet dans la chambre était mauvaise, ce qui rendait impossible la connexion de la télévision pour regarder autre chose que les chaînes arabes. Nous étions au premier étage, au dessus de la salle du petit-déjeuner et avec vue sur piscine, et le bruit des chaises au petit-déjeuner et sur la terrasse le matin était un peu gênant.

Location, value for money, and service were all excellent - we will definitely be back. We usually go to the same hotel when we go to Marrakesh, but we are so pleased to have found this little gem, and will definitely be adding this hotel to our favorites

Muy bonito todo limpio , destaco mucho el personal de recepción y el personal que nos ofreció el desayuno muy atentos muy amables , un desayuno espectacular muy muy completo

Cons: Quizá el ascensor , teníamos que dejar el hotel alas 12.00 pero bajamos 12:02 y ya no podíamos usar el ascensor bajamos todo el equipaje por las escaleras 😩

The facilities were modern and spacious. The room included a small balcony which whilst not having a view per say provided a larger rest area for me to enjoy. The restaurant whilst pricey provided an excellent array of options for food. The quality of the food and drinks were great. The location was in the modern area of Marrakech and the area was safe to walk around and enjoy the various shops, restaurants and facilities around.

The hotel was nice with good rooms and in a nice neighbourhood. Breakfast was a letdown, with no proper bread but three pieces of pastries instead. We got an omelette, but it wasn’t enough.

Cons: Le deuxième jour, notre chambre a été inondé suite à un problème technique de l’hôtel. Toutes nos affaires ont été trempé. Il a fallut descendre à la réception et insister à deux reprises avant qu’on nous change enfin de chambre. Personne ne nous a proposer de prendre nos affaires affaires pour les faire sécher plus rapidement. Personne ne s’est « excusé »pour le desagreament … Aucun geste, aucune aides, aucune excuse. L’hôtel propose des excursions organisé environ 3x le prix de ce qu’on a payé en passant sur Getyourguide, ou avec des locaux dans les commerces touristiques !

Location was good although it often required walks or cabs to the old town area. The included breakfast was a little unusual in that it was always 3 croissants, yogurt, and a cheese omelet whether you wanted it or not. The room was great, clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was excellent!

Cons: No options in the included breakfast was a minor issue. I understand that is probably done for efficiency. We often felt as though we were wasting food.
