Amazingly good value for the money! Very nice restaurant and 2 bars with a pleasant atmosphere. We were supposed to move to another bar, but we both had a great evening and stayed in the hotel bar.

The hotel is very cosy, with an excellent breakfast and polite, very attentive and friendly staff. The room is clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The hotel is located close to the city centre but away from the busy streets, so it was quiet and peaceful. I would recommend it for both short stays and longer stays.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We booked and fully paid for 2 rooms, but upon arrival at Le Caspien Hotel, we were told only 1 room was available and the hotel was fully booked. This is not a small mistake — this is a complete failure to honor a confirmed reservation. Instead of resolving the issue properly, the staff (Mr Abdelboset) tried to send us to a separate service apartment, which is clearly NOT what we paid for. It felt like a downgrade and completely unacceptable. We had no choice but to leave and urgently book another hotel at our own expense. The most shocking part: the hotel later claimed that we had “used the room as booked” — which is completely false. We never checked in, never stayed, and no proof has been provided. Until today, the hotel has not responded at all to our complaint. No accountability, no apology, nothing. This experience was extremely misleading and unprofessional. If you value reliability and honesty, do not risk booking here

Cons: Extremely noisy at night and cigarette smoke came in from the hallway into our room, it was really hard to get rid of the smell. The pillows were hard and lumpy. A disappointing breakfast on a tray, would expect a buffet breakfast for the price. The swimming pool is tiny and surrounded by tables, not as described. Very expensive transfers to the airport and other places, would definitely book them online or just get a taxi outside.

My (Intrepid Travel) tour group dined here on the first and last nights of our trip; my lady and I having discovered Taberna12 (part of the setup nextdoor) on our first night. On both occasions dinner was excellent: staff constantly in attendance, willing and courteous. Meals delivered promptly and satisfying. Huge drinks selection and .....draught beer! Recommended for groups, couples, solo travellers without reservation.

We stayed here one night as part of an Intrepid tour and so far it has been the best hotel we have had but hotels are not really what the tour is about. Huge,good breakfast, also probably the best we have had so far. There is a small swimming pool and lounging area but we didn't venture in!. Staff are really lovely and helpful. Restaurant looked lovely but again we didn't get to try it as we ate in the Medina at Mabrouka Rooftop and Sky bar. We are here again at the end of our tour for another 3 nights so hopefully will live ipto expectations.

This hotel is located to new city, with very restaurants close by. The rooms are normal size with clean linen, bedsheets. In general the hotel is clean but needs upgrades in the bathroom as there was rust in some spots. The breakfast is very good, and fresh. The personnel seemed indifferent. Overall it is a good choice if you wish to stay in this area of Marrakesh.

Cons: Das Hotel hat seine "Boutique" Zeiten schon lange hinter sich. Überall sind die Spuren der Zeit deutlich zu sehen. Es sind aber die Kleinigkeiten, an denen man sieht, dass das Hotel seine Orientierung verloren hat. Auf die Frage, ob man ein Taxi bekommen kann, hieß es: "Gehen sie einfach die Straße runter, da sind dann Taxis". Beim Frühstück wird dem Gast ein gefülltes Tablett hingestellt - wie in einer Kantine. Das Hotel erfüllt seinen Zweck, mehr aber auch nicht.

Stayed here for four nights in room 203! The bedroom was okay and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom could do with updating but it was all clean. I would recommend asking for a room at the back of the hotel though, as my room was very noisy at night with traffic, people and horns until 2.00 am every night!!!! Not sure whether there may be a night club nearby???!!! Certainly not good if you're a light sleeper! Breakfast was plentiful. Each guest gets a tray consisting of three Danish pastries, a glass of orange juice, a piece of fruit (orange or mandarin), a plate of salad, a pancake, French bread, jams and honey, as well as a hot drink. You can also have an omelette or boiled eggs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ate in the Bistro one night, which was good. The hotel is quite a way out from the Medina but there are plenty of taxis around. They will haggle the price but don't pay any more than 50 dirhams (about £4.50).

Cons: Authentieke hotel met echt Marokkaanse stijl. Sommige faciliteiten wel verouderd. In de kamer tapijten aanwezig was wat stof aanwezig. Ik heb deze gerold zodat ik hier niet op zou stappen. Bij het rollen was het niet gestofzuigd onder de tapijten. Ik weet wel mocht ik dit hebben gevraagd aan de schoonmaaksters dat ze dit wel zeker hadden gedaan. Maar had liever dat het al schoon was. Ps super vriendelijke schoonmaaksters. En stonden klaar om aan al uw behoeften te voldoen.

( Didn't go on vacation to deal with this kind of issues) Tollet slow in bathroom, tiny bathroom difficult to move around room - the worst part. Room small in general, small skinny door to balcony difficult to pass through. Lighting is poor, room feels dark 🫤 If you're on a small budget, just do it - you'll survive ; else, spend more and get more comfort, space and quality

Good location, close to the Shopping Centre with a Carrefour supermarket. Also close to the Plaza Guilez. Original hotel, we stayed in a suite that offered a good size terrace/balcony. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff.
Cons: Only gripe was the taxi we organised through the hotel to and from the airport. When we arrived it cost 210dh, when we left it was 130dh. Not sure why it differed. But it saved the hassle of sorting our own out.

The staff were very friendly and the room and shared areas were clean and tidy. It is an older hotel but is well maintained. Our room was at the back of the hotel so no view as such but very quite. There was a small balcony as well.
Cons: Breakfast service was a bit strange. You are given a tray with a selection of croissant, jam, yogurt, spreading cheese and baguette on it. Coffee to order and omelette to order as well. I don't like croissant so there was too much food for me and it took up a lot of space on the table.. The omelettes were not prepared in the dining area so must be transported from somewhere else in the hotel. The food itself was good. It would seem better if they ran a buffet self selection in the dining area so you can take what you like and leave what you don't. Bardzo miła obsługa, dużo uśmiechu i serdeczności. Udało nam się sprawdzić dwa pokoje, obydwa w porządku. Jest to, czego potrzeba na kilka dni. W środku cicho, ledwie słychać miasto za oknem. Nie jest to najnowszy hotel czy wysokiej klasy, ale wystarczy. Duże wygodne łóżka, sejf. Smaczne śniadanie, obfite. Codziennie mała zmiana menu, mała, ale zawsze da się coś wybrać i najeść na pół dnia. Polecam.

The room was nice, comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a lovely pool view. I really appreciated coming back to a clean room every day after breakfast. The staff were very sweet to my baby, which meant a lot. The receptionist during our last two days was exceptional; professional, friendly, and very easy to talk to.
Cons: The room didn’t have a kettle, which was disappointing. Breakfast was excellent on the first day, but from the second day onward, it was mostly sugary pastries, sweet yoghurt, and eggs. I ended up eating eggs every day. Other tables were served items like veggie salad, which we weren’t offered. I only asked for it on the last day (which I proactively had to), as I didn’t want to make things awkward during our 4-day stay. Unfortunately, the overall attitude during breakfast felt unwelcoming and unprofessional, and at times, we felt treated differently. This made us quite uncomfortable and is unacceptable for a three-star hotel. Another guest we spoke to felt the staff were unprofessional as well. Overall, this really affected our experience and left us wondering how the hotel has so many positive reviews.

An excellent choice for the city of Marrakech in a relatively good area with shops, bars and restaurants nearby, while it is also relatively close to the old city of Medina (20 minutes). Very beautiful and relatively affordable traditional hotel. It has clean rooms that are cleaned properly every morning, a swimming pool for the summer months, a decent breakfast, a restaurant at the back for drinks and food and a beautiful bar downstairs, with very good music and good prices on wine and food!! I highly recommend it!! This is the opinion of three couples from Greece..

The hotel Caspien is a very nice hotel located a 35 minute walk away from jemaa el fnaa but if you walk straight up from the hotel to the main high street you'll find the petite taxis it cost between 40 and 50 dirham and took 10 minutes. The hotel is in a good location right next to the main high street with all the shops you recognise and 15 minutes taxi ride to the airport the staff were all friendly it's was clean and changed every day there's finishing touches that weren't great but didn't spoil my experience.

Pedimos una pizza que estaba muy normalita y una pasta carbonara que no tenía sabor ninguno a carbonara, estaba un poco insípida y creo que se confundieron y sabia solo un poco a… champiñones ??? Y el desayuno estaba rico pero faltaba proteína, no entiendo el sentido de ponerte 4 o 5 pasteles que nadie se come enteros y no poner un poco de pollo o pavo… En fin, el hotel es demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen, nos esperábamos más :(

This hotel is by far the best city hotel I've stayed in,it's so very welcoming as you enter the reception area,the staff are so very polite and courteous. Our room was to say the least large especially for a city hotel,the huge bed was to die for so so comfortable,a great night's sleep to be had. The breakfast are was pristine and very sociable with opportunities to talk with other guests in a friendly manner. The restaurant was so lovely it was like a Michelin style setting for an intimate meal and the menu on offer was on par with high end restaurants. The outside are by the pool was so very accommodating and felt like it was a personal dining experience. Every staff member from the chamber maids to the manager/owner could not have been more courteous and friendly from fluffing pillows to to giving us a better seat . I cannot fault this hotel at all even on the price it was so very inexpensive and worth a lot more for our holiday. At reception when I had a few days to spare they arranged a few trips for us at a very modest price and included taxis and shuttle service for us at no extra cost . The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and you could literally eat you dinner off the floor it was so clean I have absolutely no idea why it's rates as 3 stars it should be at the very least 4 stars . The facilities were modern and spacious. The room included a small balcony which whilst not having a view per say provided a larger rest area for me to enjoy. The restaurant whilst pricey provided an excellent array of options for food. The quality of the food and drinks were great. The location was in the modern area of Marrakech and the area was safe to walk around and enjoy the various shops, restaurants and facilities around.

L’hôtel propose des excursions organisé environ 3x le prix de ce qu’on a payé en passant sur Getyourguide, ou avec des locaux dans les commerces touristiques !

The hotel is good value when everything working. Got locked out of my room for 40 minutes. House Staff are friendly and helpful. Food service is a different matter. Excellent restaurant food and the room balconies are a bonus. Front desk is very helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated and have air conditioning, closet space, and mini fridge. The murals on each level of this riad style hotel are beautiful. There is a small outdoor pool if desired.
Cons: The breakfast they serve is wasteful; too many items given to each person and we only eat a third of it. Makes more sense to have a checklist of what each person wants and just bring those items on the tray. Rooms are quite small compared to the photo angles online that appear much larger than they are. There were a few sketchy people wandering or just sitting on sidewalks in the neighborhood.

Very nice size room for two people, comfortable and nicely decorated hotel. The breakfasts were very nice and tasty. Though not located in the central Medina area it was a decent walk, and you can find lovely parks along the way. The restaurant downstairs was nice, food was also good.

The staff, especially at reception, was very friendly, polite and welcoming. The location of the hotel was good, in a safe area, and you can easily reach sights in both Gueliz (such as the Jardin Majorelle and YSL museum) and the medina on foot. Breakfast was okay, with a selection of cold salads that changed daily, pastries and eggs.
Cons: The building itself is a little tired and room cleanliness could be improved. Hot water in the shower was lukewarm, but in the heat of Marrakech this was not a problem.

Cons: Stench of sewage emanating from the bathroom when I went to bed. I realised now why the plugs were in the sink and bathroom. Aircon was ancient and made so much noise all night that it was hard to get a decent sleep. Everything is just “dated”, I can imagine it was quite the place in its day, but those days are long gone.

I liked the small pool area and dining. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The decor was pleasing. The staff were helpful.
Cons: I am a light sleeper unfortunately if you had a room over the pool you had air-conditioning noise even with your own off. If you had a front room maybe the street below is quiet most of the week bit I was there Saturday evening and it was noisy. Music and restaurant goers below and cars honking as they left.

The room we had was very spacious, well equipped and cozy. We even had a little terrace. The location was nice for someone who doesn't want to stay in the medina, close to some nice restaurants and a bit more modern.
Cons: The breakfast was bad in my opinion and could be improved. They throw a few sticky supermarket pastries on a plate, give you a sugary yoghurt and serve that with store bought orange juice, marmalade and honey. It's cheap and just bad quality. For the price we paid, I expected more, especially since we had better experiences in cheaper riads in the country. Apart from that, perhaps because we were in the 5th floor, the water pressure in the shower was low.

All started well with a friendly greeting from the hotel manager ,but then it was just down hill .The hotel is in desperate need of redecoration and the rooms are very small with a balcony that is not big enough for two people to sit on. All of the above would have been acceptable for a short stay except for the appalling attitude of the male waiting staff. They were rude arrogant and downright disrespectful to my wife and myself .The 2 waitresses Dunya and Iman were and absolute delight and made the breakfast time a pleasure . Well done girls but as for the rest of the staff they need seriously shaking up.

Удобная кровать, кондиционер, фен, чистые полотенца в наличии холодильник и сейф. Большой плюс двойные стёкла, поэтому улицу не слышно совершенно. Балкон с приятным видом. Завтрак континентальный, но обильный. Я даже не доедала всё.

L'hôtel est défraîchi, avec de gros coussins non déhoussables sur le lit et de gros tapis partout au sol qui, à mon avis, ne doivent pas être nettoyés régulièrement. Donc tout le monde marche dessus, bonjour les microbes, pas hygiénique du tout. La banquette marocaine est jolie, mais même principe, pas nettoyée donc pas propre. J'ai eu la peau qui me grattait... Les draps sont rêches, très durs, j'avais l'impression de dormir dans du carton. Pas de wifi de 15h au lendemain 11h. Nous sommes quand même dans un pays étranger, nous avons besoin d'être joints et de joindre nos proches. Je me retrouve avec 40 euros de frais pour avoir utilisé ma puce française pour une soirée. J'ai demandé un fer à repasser à 18h, il n'y en avait qu'un seul pour tout l'hôtel. Après avoir réclamé, cela a agacé, et on m'en a apporté un à 21h45, cassé. J'ai repassé mes vêtements mouillés, une catastrophe. Alors si vous n'avez pas les moyens, c'est ok, mais ne vous attendez pas à quelque chose de sympa. Si vous êtes en galère et que c'est le dernier choix, oui, mais autrement, il y a mieux au même prix ailleurs. Le prix n'est pas justifié, je suis désolé, il y a mieux pour le même prix.

Hôtel de bon rapport qualité /prix par rapport à l’emplacement et le petit déjeuner top.
Cons: Accueil laborieux, pas professionnel par un jeune homme à lunettes. Il me demande de payer 3 nuits car j’arrive le 23 et repart le 25, il faut lui expliquer que le 25 on quitte le matin 😂 . Ensuite il croit que le montant total de la facture booking qu’il a imprimée, est pour une nuit et multiplie par deux ! Je dois prendre du temps pour lui prouver qu’il s’agit du total des 2 nuits et pour finir nous payons en dirhams par carte, il ne sait pas utiliser le terminal, appelle de l’aide, et convertit avec un taux qui n’est pas celui du jour affiché au comptoir et évidemment moins avantageux pour nous.Nous demandons le taux actuel !! Il a corrigé, le cumul de toutes ces erreurs laissent une mauvaise impression dès l’arrivée

Cons: Расположен далеко от туристических троп, в старый центр по жаре только на такси. Отель обветшалый, старая сантехника, кондиционер, кровать короткая, завтраки порционные, в основном выпечка, оказалось что можно заказать омлет, но по умолчанию его не предлагали.

Läget boendet ligger på är perfekt. Närhet till allt man behöver och man känner sig trygg. Personalen är trevlig och gav oss ett bra bemötande vid ankomst och löste en situation vi hade snyggt.
Cons: Det fanns ingen bra belysning i rummet. Vi hade inga uttag i ena rummet med extra bädd som vi kunde nå förutom ett i badrummet vilket inte är optimalt. Inget uttag för att ladda telefon exempelvis. Extrasängen i rummet var så nära väggen att de smutsiga gardinerna hängde över sängen. Det andra rummet vi fick saknade fungerande AC.

Location was good for being close to the train station. The lovely female receptionist was awesome, funny, friendly, helpful and spoke good English - she’s an asset to this hotel. The swimming pool was a welcome facility during our exceedingly hot visit. The rooms were dark and small and not that clean on arrival. The beds were rock hard, pillows too high. Key card randomly didn’t work and on one occasion delayed our departure for a meeting point due to them not being able to remedy the situation - luckily there was a helpful maid who let us in, albeit a bit late. The free breakfast was disappointing. Food was rubbery, dry and tasteless.

Hotel situato nella zona nuova di Marrakech, dove a soli 5 minuti a piedi troverete un moderno centro commerciale con Carrefour Market e Place Gueliz piena di negozi, bar e ristoranti. Noi avevamo un'ampia camera matrimonia dotata di TV, aria condizionata, frigobar, armadio, balconcino e bagno privato. Abbiamo provato la piscina per tutti gli ospiti, consigliata dopo una giornata in giro per Marrakech. Pulizia ottima, ogni giorno veniva rifatta la stanza e pulita. L'hotel dispone anche di un bar e ristorante. Alla reception si possono stampare le carte d'imbarco per l'aereoporto e cambia denaro contante. Possibilità di spostarsi per il centro città con taxi o autobus (fermata più vicina a 8 minuti a piedi).
Cons: La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una maggiore manutenzione.

This was a lovely hotel with soft mattresses and pillows, clean and spacious rooms, and well-appointed rooms with air conditioning. Our tour through northern Morocco ended here and we were able to have a wonderful restful night before departing on our journey back home. The hotel is in a great location, close to the main things you’d want to see in Marrakech. Would highly recommend!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay … the staff are very friendly and we want to give a special thank you to the lady on reception Marwa and Dina (apologies if I spelt the name incorrectly) who were very welcoming and attentive - you made us feel at home 🥰 our room was kept very clean for the duration of our stay and the location was perfect xx

Your perception of this hôtel could dépend upon the price you paid. Rooms are rather gaudy.. Bathroom very small . But for a price of 60 euro per night you cannot expect much more. Breakfast is OK.

Location is good for Majorelle Gardens (10min walk), and ok for the Medina - bit of a long walk (approx 30 mins to main square) in the heat but an easy taxi ride. Food for breakfast was a bit wasteful, as they bring an entire tray of food for each person - far more than we wanted for breakfast, so we just asked them to take some things straight back so they weren't wasted. A buffet may be a better idea, or personalised order. Food in the main restaurant in the evening was exceptional. And the cocktails were also very good.
Cons: The small pool is located through the restaurant and there are tables close around it - so I can't imagine that anyone uses it as a pool, as you would be very self-conscious. The roof top terrace was closed, which was a shame as it would have been nice to have an area just for a drink rather than sitting in the restaurant.

Cons: The room was quite shabby (ie. sockets coming out of the wall). The pool is nice, but right outside the restaurant and not very private as there are tables for diners set up right next to it.

Location is excellent, and the stay was great value for money. Overall it was a wonderful hotel for the price, helpful staff, safe, convenient place to stay. And it has everything you need, pool, bar, restaurants on site.
Cons: There were little things that could be better, the bathrooms are small, the breakfast area furniture should be reupholstered.
