The most horrible hotel have seen in my life, it should be shut for renovation, it is dilapidated, very dirty and unfriendly staff, terrible hotel I had to leave the place ASAP, the bathroom is horrible. Booking.com should remove from list of hotels.

I like the staff’s, the location and the facilities are good
Cons: There was no bath in the room I was given, the shower colour doesn’t looks clean as expected but the shower works very well and I believe the rooms needs renovation generally. There was no heater for my wife and I to use for the five days and it does get cold in the midnight, when I requested for heater I was told they don’t have. It would have been better if the floor is rugged to reduce the cold. After that nothing else we really enjoyed ourselves staying at the hotel. The staffs are really helpful and welcoming.

Petit déjeuner médiocre, pas de fromages ni yaourts ni fromage blanc pourtant des céréales à disposition !!!! … personnel gentil mais non réactif !!!!

Au début, j’ai été choquée de trouver des fourmis et une forte odeur de cigarettes dans la chambre. Cependant, après avoir contacté le personnel, la chambre a été immédiatement changée pour une autre, propre et nette. 💡Ce n’est pas la première fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel ; j’y reviens toujours pour la propreté et la qualité de l’accueil.

Cons: contre plusieurs déceptions : 1/ Literie catastrophique : vielle , Densité des lits trop faible ( on se noie dedans) , les supports des lits tombent sortent de leurs places . 2/ Pas de serviettes de visage, uniquement des douches. 3/ Ambiance morose , on se sent dans un lieu abandonné , triste , 4/ Odeur de la cigarette envahit la chambre et les espaces communs. 5/ Buffet Petit déjeunera le minimum syndical: peu de variétés, pas de cuillerées, manque de lait dans un distributeur de café, manque de papiers pour s'essuier, manque du personnel au niveau du buffet pour demander des choses . 6/ Télé génération vielle . 7 Parking petit. 8/ Le bois du sol décollé au niveau de la chambre et au niveau de l'ascendeur . En résumé , expérience à ne pas renouveler et hôtels que je ne recommanderai pas , plutôt à éviter .

Cons: Ibis is not the best nor worst hotel..but Ibis Palmeraie is the worst ever...inflated prices cos of Afcon, understandable but deflated services, not acceptable..our room was not swept, it was dusty too and too noisy. The hallway was so dirty. My husband usually would sleep till around 11am.. he was up and ready to go by 7am. He just wanted to leave. I don't know if Ibis in general has reduced the standard we know them for or it is just this location. We have decided to avoid Ibis.

Le bon petit déjeuner dans la salle dédiée avec vue sur la piscine et les montagnes enneigées au loin, c'était très bien. Le wifi aussi est correct. la proximité avec la nationale et le centre ville aussi rend l'accès facile.
Cons: Contrairement à toutes mes belles expériences chez Ibis au Maroc depuis des années, cette fois ci, la chambre 256 qui m'a été donnée était très mal entretenue avec : - Le mobilier cassé (le bois gaté sur le lit, les supports, même - La clim qui fait du bruit énorme quand je tourne au chauffage - Une des deux lumières du lit qui ne donne pas - La porte principale qui ne se ferme pas à clé - La porte des toilettes était gatée - Les couvertures trop petites. Aux toilettes, l'eau sort de la salle de bain pour entrer dans la douche. - Le parking était trop petit et on a du payer un parking externe

Cons: L'état déplorable de l'hotêl. Le personnel froid, non avenant. L'hotêl est une ruine sans nom. Des odeurs de renfermé, la tapisserie sale, les portes sans verrous, les portes de salle de bain qui ne se ferment pas (nous avions deux chambres communicantes), la douche vieillotte, sale. La literie moyenne, pas propre. Le mobilier cassé. L'ascenseur qui fait des bruits inquiétants, les plinthes dans les couloirs manquantes, les portes de chambres abimés. Je n'invente absolument rien, nous avons été client de cet hotêl durant des années, mais c'est à se demander si Accor est toujours aux commandes.

The bar area was a pleasant surprise — despite being told it was closing, we found it open and enjoyed a couple of beers. The barman was friendly, engaging, and made the experience very positive. The pool area also looked inviting; although we didn’t have time for a swim, it was beautifully lit and created a relaxing atmosphere in the evening. Overall, for the price we paid, it represented excellent value.
Cons: The downside was the initial welcome — the greeting felt a little abrupt, and the information provided was sparse and disjointed. Our room smelled strongly of smoke, and the door handle came off in my hand, which was a bit unsettling. A warmer reception and a bit more attention to detail would have made all the difference.

La deuxième nuit je n'ai pas trouvé le sommeil à cause des motards malveillants insolents qui fesait du rallye sur cette avenue avec un bruit strident dérangeant, à partir de minuit. Il faut trouver une solution immédiate à ce problème, sinon personnellement je ne conseille pas de booker dans cet établissement si ce problème persiste. Malgré tous les avantages que j'ai énuméré plus haut. Désolé, il faut porter plainte auprès de la police pour cesser ces actes irresponsables causés par des délinquants mal éduqués

Nothing likeable about it.
Cons: I had reserved one night here and two nights at the more central location (availability issue). I only received the confirmation for the first reservation so I was concerned there was an issue with the second one. Upon arrival, I explained this to the man who checked us in, and asked him to contact their sister hotel to clarify the situation. He said no. "If you didn't get a confirmation, you don't have a reservation". Nevermind that I completed all booking steps online and PAID for both reservations. He just didn't want to help. Later, I asked a different person at reception for a second bath towel, as we were two people. He said no. "This is our standard, you get one hand towel and one bath towel." When we checked out, a different person at reception asked that I leave a review, so here it is : your accommodations are miserable and your service is terrible. Do better.

La personne à l’accueil qui a accepté que je change mon séjour de 2 nuitées à 1 nuitée, ça m’a permit de fuir cet établissement
Cons: Hôtel très vieux et délabré. Chambre qui sent la moisissure, lit inconfortable, sdb sale et sans savon, les meubles on dirait ils datent des années 90, chasse d’eau défectueuse, fourmis au sol. Bruit constant, aucun équipement (pas de sèche-cheveux, pas même de brosse WC), parking minuscule sans places disponibles. À fuir absolument.
