Pool and its staff were good.

Cons: Rooms needed serious updating, we even had to change rooms due to a dangerous air conditioning unit. Couldn't really use the terrace as there were always pigeons, because of these birds the balconies were therefore filthy and uninviting. Couldn't always guarentee hot water in the shower. The staff seemed helpful but we always needed to ask at least twice !!!! With all the problems we encountered, we felt undervalued like we had paid for the hotel and therefore didn't really care.

la gentillesse du personnel

Cons: - les équipements des chambres sont vraiment très anciens et mal entretenus : salle de bain et toilettes avec des égratignures/ éclats et traces de moisissures, très vieux mobilier, placard quasiment inutilisable tellement il y avait peu de rangements, un tapis absolument dégoutant de saleté (il vaut mieux ne rien avoir, que ça...), terrasse de la chambre très sale avec des crottes de pigeons partout et meubles extérieurs sales et plein de crottes d'oiseaux. - extérieur: chaises longues autour de la piscine d'un autre âge et très sales. - petit déjeuner: trop simple en terme de choix, tables souvent pas faites, pas nettoyées et linge de table troué, peu de produits frais (fruits...)

Cet hôtel est bien situé, et il y a une belle piscine. Le petit déjeuner est bon et il y a vraiment du choix dans leur buffet.

Cons: J'ai trouvé des fourmis sur les draps du lit la première nuit que j'ai passé. Heureusement que dès que je l'ai signalé, ils sont venus changer les draps. L'institut SPA de cet hôtel est vraiment cher.

Cons: Violation grave de sécurité – expérience inacceptable Je tiens à signaler un incident extrêmement grave survenu lors de mon séjour. Après mon arrivée, une chambre m’a été attribuée dans laquelle j’ai laissé mes affaires avant de sortir dîner. À mon retour, j’ai découvert un paquet qui ne m’appartenait pas, posé sur le lit, encore chaud. Cela signifie qu’une personne étrangère est entrée dans ma chambre en mon absence, alors que toutes mes affaires personnelles s’y trouvaient. Après réclamation, la réception m’a indiqué qu’ils avaient donné ma clé par erreur à un autre client. Il s’agit d’un manquement majeur aux règles élémentaires de sécurité. J’ai demandé à consulter les caméras de surveillance afin de comprendre ce qu’il s’était réellement passé. J’ai attendu plus de deux heures, de 1h du matin à 3h du matin, sans obtenir de réponse ni de retour concret de leur part. Face à ce manque total de transparence et ne me sentant absolument plus en sécurité, j’ai été contrainte de quitter l’hôtel à 3h du matin. Ce type de situation est extrêmement grave et inacceptable. La sécurité des clients n’est clairement pas assurée. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

Cons: Secador de cabelo não tinha ar quente, logo, não funciona para secar o cabelo. O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava e o quarto era frio. Não tínhamos toalha de rosto e mãos na casa se banho quando chegámos. O pequeno almoço a partir das 9h00 já havia muito pouca oferta, e as mesas tínhamos que ser nós a tratar dos talheres e guardanapos e afins. A qualidade do pequeno almoço deixa também a desejar para um hotel coma hóspedes internacionais.

Cons: WiFi is rubbish and only works downstairs. Had huge problems trying to book things online due to poor WiFi..Had problems with the allocated room, room fan not working & remote broken, batteries exposed. TV not working and remote broken. Room safe, not operating and no instructions to set up. Bathroom was dirty and bath had dirt in it. No towels, toiletries, iron or tea making facilities. Room was changed after we complained to staff at reception. No apology. New room was better as things worked, but problems with the safe again. Balcony furniture is uncomfortable and plauged with pigeons that poop everywhere. Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. Towels were really bad quality and getting extra was a slow process which was very inconvenient. Hotel is very dated and needs updating. Well below a 4 star ...closer to a 2/3. star. Pool was okay, but very deep. Sun loungers and general pool furniture was in very bad condition. Games facilities by the pool were also in bad condition. Service from staff around pool is generally rude and rubbish. If you order or ask for something, it took ages to arrive or did not turn up. Breakfast was the same every morning. Egg station hit and miss depending on the staff member. Hot drinks are from machines which don't always work. Hot water from the water urn was not hot. Would not stay here or recommend anyone else to.

The property amenities are really nice such as the pool and restaurants. Great location, Staff was very friendly and polite.

Cons: It is a high price for the type of accommodations, bed was too hard, the AC looked like it was never replaced the filter. Once I turned on my bed was full of accumulated dust. They definitely should improve a little bit for the price charged.

Cons: Wifi médiocre, hôtel vieillissant, les équipements tel que tapis/descentes de lits, têtes de lits sont à revoir. Les baignoires sont écaillées et les serviettes usées sont retirées mais pas remplacées ?! Il faut à chaque fois signaler l'absence de serviettes qui sont toutes rêches d'ailleurs... L'eau sur place est chère et on vous interdit clairement de faire les courses... Pour ce prix, on mérite mieux ! Le préposé à la cuisson des oeufs au buffet du petit déjeuner est désagréable, malpoli et acariâtre. Peut-être faudrait-il qu'il fasse un autre métier ou alors sans contact avec les clients !!!

La ubicación está muy bien, en el barrio del Hivernage, cerca de la medina, a donde se puede llegar fácilmente caminando desde el hotel, pero en una zona más tranquila. El desayuno estuvo bien.

Cons: Habitación: mobiliario antiguo y en mal estado en baños. Necesidad de reforma. Estado insuficiente para un hotel de esta categoría y precio. Conozco otros más económicos y mejor preparados en Marrakech. Relación calidad precio bastante mejorable. Habitaciones no cuidadas.

Bloquearam meu acesso ao quarto porque eu paguei taxas extras para a equipe do dia e a equipe da noite não sabia, não se deram ao trabalho de checar meu cadastro. Simplesmente bloquearam o meu cartão de acesso ao quarto e quando desci para resolver, me trataram de forma ríspida como se eu estivesse tentando enganá-los, tive que esperar conferirem manualmente os pagamentos efetuados no dia para encontrar o meu comprovante, e ainda houve comentários impróprios a respeito da minha vida privada. Foi agoniante porque perdi acesso à meus pertences e ao meu passaporte que estava dentro do quarto. Poderiam simplesmente ter checado as informações e telefonado para o meu quarto caso encontrassem alguma inconsistência, mas preferiram me expor publicamente por algo que não fiz. Outros hóspedes ficaram olhando. É um hotel bom, dá pra entender porque as diárias são baratas para o padrão. O staff é ruim e mal gerenciado.

The lobby had great Moroccan esthetics and the view from the room with pool view was nice once they changed our room.

Cons: The internet connection was VERY weak! Barely got any connection. The staff initially put us in a room with street view instead of pool view. The food on our first day was horrible. We were not able to eat what they served. The second day it was a bit better, but not many options were offered. Would not choose this hotel again.

Nice relaxing pool. Great location (away from the chaos but only a 20min walk to the centre, €4-€5 taxi ride). Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Booked one night, but liked it so much that after a 2 day tour we came back and stayed again. All the staff were helpful and happy. Overall great value for money.

Cons: Although I didn't visit the gym, from the CCTV camera at the reception it looked very basic & limited. The changing rooms by the pool could do with a revamp, but you could get away with not using them once you're checked in.

The Hotel El Andalous is located between the Airport and the Medina, easy to access, the neighborhood is nice and quite, there is a big mall in 5 min walking distance with grocery shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good selection for breakfast, even our very picky 7 yr old son could find something every day. The room was quite cramped for a family of 3, not much space to unpack our stuff. The furniture and the equipment was a bit outdated. The garden and the heated pool was really nice, we could enjoy the swimming even in March. Overall good price / value ratio.

Nous avons passé un séjour impeccable à l'Hôtel Andalous. Ce qui fait la force de cet établissement, c'est avant tout son côté humain : nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme à la maison. ​Un immense merci à Mr el safi, Abd el Wahed, Mustapha et Youssef pour leur service irréprochable, leur gentillesse et leur attention de chaque instant. Toute l'équipe, sans exception, est d'une amabilité exemplaire. ​Nous tenons également à adresser un remerciement tout particulier au Chef de cuisine. Nous avons eu le plaisir de le rencontrer : c'est une personne d'une grande gentillesse et très aimable. Ses plats étaient tout simplement délicieux, un vrai régal à chaque repas ! ​Côté chambre, rien à dire sur la propreté, c'était parfaitement clean.

Cons: Cependant, nous tenons à signaler quelques points techniques à améliorer pour le confort des clients : les serviettes étaient trop usées, le pommeau de douche était cassé et l'évacuation bouchée. De plus, l'air passait par la porte vitrée, ce qui rafraîchissait trop la chambre. Nous avons sollicité la réception à deux reprises à ce sujet, mais malheureusement rien n'a été fait malgré leurs promesses. C'est dommage car, ayant payé pour notre confort, nous attendions un suivi plus efficace.

Bra med uppvärmd pool och bra poolområde med poolbar och service. Bra/prisvärt spa. Frukosten var ok men skulle kunna förbättras med t ex ost eller annat pålägg, samt bättre kaffe. Automaten som gjorde kaffet gjorde att det mer smakade varm choklad, knappt drickbart. Riktigt bra läge med gångavstånd, ca 20 min promenad till stan och 5 min promenad till Menara mall och restauranger.

Cons: Dåligt wifi som gick upp och ner hela tiden. Man betalade en deposition om 100 dirham/handdduk vilket kändes lite fånigt även om man fick tillbaka dem. Mer rimligt om det var 100 dirham/rum eller inget alls. Frukosten skulle kunna förbättras. Ett hotell som har sett sina bästa dagar och skulle behöva en uppfräschning men man får det man betalar för.

Lovely deep warm outdoor pool. Simple but tasty breakfast . Arrived at 11.45 am and hotel staff were kind to let us check in early and give us the room . Really comfort beds and nice bath and shower with separate toilet .Great views of Atlas Mountains from bedroom . Great value for price

The food at this hotel is very poor and the arrangements throughout are never explained. We could orderpoolside snacks and drinks with a credit card - but in the buffet restaurant you had to pay the waiters in local cash and no one ever warned us of this. They claim also to do airport transfers -- this is untrue. You have to out on the street and arrange you own. Nice pool. OLur room - a suite - was large but although there was a capsule coffee maching there were no capsules. This is a budget hotel for groups, really

Absolument tout ! C’était mon deuxième séjour au sein de l’hôtel. Très bien situé : vous pouvez tout faire à pieds + dans le quartier de l’hivernage, au calme. Un grand merci au personnel qui s’est montré extrêmement accueillant et gentil. La nourriture est variée et bonne. La grande piscine est très agréable. Bonne literie et gros point positifs : les rideaux occultants, merci !! Je recommande à 10000%

Cons: Very disappointing stay due to poor service Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, mainly due to the service. At reception, staff were rude and unfriendly, and they even refused to provide change after we paid the city charges. Room service was a constant issue — every night we tried to order food, no one answered the phones at reception or the room service number. When an order was finally taken, it was forgotten entirely, and we had to call back after waiting over an hour. When the food eventually arrived, items were missing, and we were asked to pay extra when they brought the missing items, which was unacceptable. The room itself lacked very basic facilities such as a kettle, water, or cups. Housekeeping was also careless — used plates and cutlery from the previous day were never cleared and remained in the room until we checked out. When we asked the hotel to arrange an airport taxi, we were simply told to go outside and find one ourselves. We were also overcharged for an excursion activity, paying much more than the price available outside the hotel. Additionally, during reservation the booking stated “pay at property,” but we were forced by Booking.com to pay two days before the trip in order to keep the booking, which was frustrating and misleading. Due to all these issues, we were very unhappy and ended up leaving the hotel one day early. Overall, this hotel did not meet basic hospitality standards, and we would not recommend it.

The location in Hivernage is great, but it depends on what you plan to do in Marrakech. Pool is great. Wifi was quick. Staff was very helpful. Good value for money. Great view from some rooms.

Cons: The hotel has needed a renovations for many years now. It is dated and needs an overhaul. Breakfast is bland. Balconies are in need of renovations.

Bon étage avec super piscine. Idéal pour profiter de l’extérieur. Bon rapport qualité prix. Espaces communs très agréables et bien entretenus. Chambre spacieuse et literie de bonne qualité.

Cons: Hôtel un peu défraîchi, plus dans les normes d’un 4 étoiles. Sanitaires un peu vieux et qui mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Idem pour les transats autour de la magnifique piscine. Situation un peu éloignée de la médina et de l’animation. Peu de restaurants dans les parages hormis les autres grands hôtels.

Son comportement est inadmissible dans un hôtel, elle nous a très mal traité, à cause de cet incident nous partons dans de mauvaises conditions, nous avons essayé de lui expliquer le problème mais elle nous parler très mal et ne nous écouter pas quand on lui parler Nous avons dû appeler un responsable, heureusement que le reste du personnel a su être compréhensif et gentil concernant notre problème.

Cons: Hatten eine Suite gebucht und Bescheid gegeben das wir eine Stunde vor normalem Check in da sein würden, mussten 2 Stunden auf unser Zimmer warten und waren da nicht die einzigen. In unserem Zimmer war es trotz Klima total kalt und wir wurden krank. In meinem Bett habe ich Haare gefunden, mit der Badewanne fange ich garnicht erst an. Für 60€ die Nacht wäre das okay gewesen, aber nicht für 160!

Cons: We had no electricity or hot water, tv didn’t work, staff was unable to accommodate to fix these issues. Paid full price as they refused a refund. Front desk staff walked away in the middle of helping us with lack of electricity to help a young attractive woman that came down. Long wait time to check in. The location of this hotel is excellent, which is why I have stayed here several times before. Unfortunately, this last stay was a major disappointment. Marrakech was unusually cold, yet the hotel refused to give me the remote control for the heater. I spent my first night freezing and unable to sleep. To make matters worse, my room was on the first floor and extremely noisy. When I reported this to the night receptionist, there was no real effort to help or even show concern. But when you go to the lobby they have these huge heaters near reception to keep the receptionist warm! Whereas the clients are deprived for sleep at the rooms!!! As a regular customer, I expected much better. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and sadly it will be my last stay at this property.

L'emplacement était super bien

Cons: Nous avons séjourné dans votre hôtel à l’occasion de notre nuit de noce information qui avait été clairement précisée lors de la réservation accompagnée d’une demande de surclassement et de late check-out. À notre arrivée, après notre fête de mariage, vers 5h–6h du matin, l’accueil a été très décevant. La première remarque faite par le réceptionniste a été : « Normalement le check-in était avant » ce qui était totalement déplacé. Une chambre étant bien réservée, il n’appartient en aucun cas à la réception de juger ou d’imposer l’heure d’arrivée du client. Ensuite, on nous a demandé de choisir entre deux chambres : la première était impossible à occuper à cause d’une forte odeur de cigarette, la seconde, que nous avons finalement acceptée, était sale, avec de la poussière visible, aucune grande serviette ni peignoir, et aucune amenities déposée. De plus, malgré le fait que notre séjour pour une nuit de noce était bien mentionné (j’ai moi-même vu la confirmation imprimée avec nos demandes à la réception), aucune attention particulière n’a été faite, ce qui est très loin des standards attendus d’un hôtel de ce niveau. Le late check-out nous a été accordé jusqu’à 14h, mais au vu de cette mauvaise expérience, nous avons quitté l’hôtel bien plus tôt vers 11h–11h30. Cette expérience a été extrêmement décevante, marquant pour nous une première et dernière visite dans votre établissement. Le manque de professionnalisme et l’absence totale de sens de la satisfaction client ne correspondent absolument pas à la réputation d’un hôtel de ce standing. Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.

Decent value for money. Reasonable rooms. Location between both old and new town so travel isn’t too difficult.

Cons: Hôtel looks dated. Staff are not rude however, the customer service is nonexistent. If you ask for anything they will simply say ok we will sort it out and proceed to do nothing. No kettle, no water provided though it is listed in amenities. Our toilet was broken from day 1 and they didn’t fix until day 5 our last night.

Las habitaciones son muy limpias. con buenas vistas a la piscina. Las duchas funcionan perfectamente. La zona del lobby y de la recepción es preciosa con una decoración muy autóctona. La piscina es maravillosa.

Cons: El desayuno bufet es bastante limitado. Había mucha gente esperando y había que hacer bastante cola para coger ciertas cosas. El zumo es un batido con pulpa y toda la cáscara de las naranjas, no tiene nada que ver con los zumos reales tan típicos en Marruecos. Las cenas bufet son muy muy pobres. Por el precio que valen son de lo peor que he visto.

Nothing. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The reviews appear to be fake, and the hotel photos are extremely misleading. The entire property is weathered, outdated, and poorly maintained. Our room was unsafe. The hair dryer had brittle, broken wiring, posing a serious electrocution risk. I have photos to prove this, but unfortunately there is no option to upload them here. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and poorly trained. When they didn’t know how to resolve an issue, they simply ignored us. I made multiple complaints in person and online about the room, all of which were completely disregarded. Both reception and room service take an unacceptably long time to answer the phone—if they answer at all. The level of hospitality is extremely low. If you are vegetarian or pescatarian, do not stay here. Staff clearly do not understand dietary requirements and cross-contaminate food. We were served a “vegetarian” salad with chicken. When we pointed this out, instead of replacing the dish, they simply removed the chicken and served it back to us. We know this because they missed a piece of chicken that was still on the plate. Breakfast was equally disappointing, with very limited options for vegetarians and pescatarians. We stopped eating breakfast at the hotel altogether and went to Costa every morning instead. The gym is also substandard—it looks like a poorly equipped home gym rather than a hotel facility. This hotel is massively overpriced and does not deserve a 4-star rating. At best, it is a 2-star property. To make matters worse, I never received a refund, and my emails have been completely ignored. I wouldn’t be surprised if this review gets removed to protect their image. If you are reading this, please save yourself from the horrible experience we had and stay elsewhere.

When they didn’t know how to resolve an issue, they simply ignored us. I made multiple complaints in person and online about the room, all of which were completely disregarded. Both reception and room service take an unacceptably long time to answer the phone—if they answer at all. The level of hospitality is extremely low. If you are vegetarian or pescatarian, do not stay here. Staff clearly do not understand dietary requirements and cross-contaminate food. We were served a “vegetarian” salad with chicken. When we pointed this out, instead of replacing the dish, they simply removed the chicken and served it back to us. We know this because they missed a piece of chicken that was still on the plate. Breakfast was equally disappointing, with very limited options for vegetarians and pescatarians. We stopped eating breakfast at the hotel altogether and went to Costa every morning instead. The gym is also substandard—it looks like a poorly equipped home gym rather than a hotel facility. This hotel is massively overpriced and does not deserve a 4-star rating. At best, it is a 2-star property. To make matters worse, I never received a refund, and my emails have been completely ignored. I wouldn’t be surprised if this review gets removed to protect their image. If you are reading this, please save yourself from the horrible experience we had and stay elsewhere.

Location , staff and reasonably priced food. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Pool was maintained very well. It is quite dated but very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, and their restaurant has been very good an offer so much variety at not so expensive prices.

Le seul point positif est l’excellent emplacement de l’hôtel vraiment il est très bien placé à proximité du Menara mall de l’hivernage de la place jemaa el fna et le personnel par contre de l’hôtel sont tous très très sympathique de la réception au femme de ménage au personnel au petit déjeuner

Cons: L’hôtel a besoin d’un sacré coup de rafraîchissement les chambres sont trop vieillot les équipement aussi le chauffage chauffait très peu nous avions froid et la wifi pareil fonctionne très peu des travaux était en train de se faire à côté de ma chambre du bruit énorme il y’avais impossible de rester dans la chambre !! Et le petit déjeuner une CATASTROPHE je vous en supplie faite un effort là dessus je l’ai signaler sur place mais rien a changer très peu de chose à manger et le peu qu’on a et très mauvais vraiment le jus d’orange une horreur le msemen trop dur franchement c tellement dommage quand on voit où est placé cet hôtel il devrait vraiment l’améliorer

Albergo enorme ma non impersonale, i ricami del soffitto sono notevoli, e la location vicino allaeroporto molto utile; la grande piscina all'aperto (anche se noi siamo andati a dicembre e non l'abbiamo usata), la palestra, l'hammam e i 3 ristoranti in struttura sono un plus molto interessanti

Cons: Colazione piuttosto povera. La camera è piccola, eravamo in 3 e c'erano 2 letti a una piazza e mezza (la bimba era felice, io e mia moglie un po' meno), il bagno è diviso in 2 parti non comunicanti: in una il wc, nell'altra lavandino e vasca con doccia piuttosto datata.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, I think is the best bit of the hotel. It takes about 30 minutes walk to the old town, and there is also a shopping centre on the near.

Cons: The hotel furniture could certainly be improved. The facilities are quite old and they need care. However I'd like return to this place if needed because the location and value for money is good.
