Cons: Hatten eine Suite gebucht und Bescheid gegeben das wir eine Stunde vor normalem Check in da sein würden, mussten 2 Stunden auf unser Zimmer warten und waren da nicht die einzigen. In unserem Zimmer war es trotz Klima total kalt und wir wurden krank. In meinem Bett habe ich Haare gefunden, mit der Badewanne fange ich garnicht erst an. Für 60€ die Nacht wäre das okay gewesen, aber nicht für 160!

Loads of good Hotels in Marrakech but this was an eyesore. If there is anything below zero? That is what this place deserves.

Cons: We had no electricity or hot water, tv didn’t work, staff was unable to accommodate to fix these issues. Paid full price as they refused a refund. Front desk staff walked away in the middle of helping us with lack of electricity to help a young attractive woman that came down. Long wait time to check in. Front desk staff did not have a pleasant attitude.

The location of this hotel is excellent, which is why I have stayed here several times before. Unfortunately, this last stay was a major disappointment. Marrakech was unusually cold, yet the hotel refused to give me the remote control for the heater. I spent my first night freezing and unable to sleep. To make matters worse, my room was on the first floor and extremely noisy. When I reported this to the night receptionist, there was no real effort to help or even show concern. But when you go to the lobby they have these huge heaters near reception to keep the receptionist warm! Whereas the clients are deprived for sleep at the rooms!!! As a regular customer, I expected much better. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and sadly it will be my last stay at this property.

L'emplacement était super bien
Cons: Nous avons séjourné dans votre hôtel à l’occasion de notre nuit de noce information qui avait été clairement précisée lors de la réservation accompagnée d’une demande de surclassement et de late check-out. À notre arrivée, après notre fête de mariage, vers 5h–6h du matin, l’accueil a été très décevant. La première remarque faite par le réceptionniste a été : « Normalement le check-in était avant » ce qui était totalement déplacé. Une chambre étant bien réservée, il n’appartient en aucun cas à la réception de juger ou d’imposer l’heure d’arrivée du client. Ensuite, on nous a demandé de choisir entre deux chambres : la première était impossible à occuper à cause d’une forte odeur de cigarette, la seconde, que nous avons finalement acceptée, était sale, avec de la poussière visible, aucune grande serviette ni peignoir, et aucune amenities déposée. De plus, malgré le fait que notre séjour pour une nuit de noce était bien mentionné (j’ai moi-même vu la confirmation imprimée avec nos demandes à la réception), aucune attention particulière n’a été faite, ce qui est très loin des standards attendus d’un hôtel de ce niveau. Le late check-out nous a été accordé jusqu’à 14h, mais au vu de cette mauvaise expérience, nous avons quitté l’hôtel bien plus tôt vers 11h–11h30. Cette expérience a été extrêmement décevante, marquant pour nous une première et dernière visite dans votre établissement. Le manque de professionnalisme et l’absence totale de sens de la satisfaction client ne correspondent absolument pas à la réputation d’un hôtel de ce standing. Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.

Las habitaciones son muy limpias. con buenas vistas a la piscina. Las duchas funcionan perfectamente. La zona del lobby y de la recepción es preciosa con una decoración muy autóctona. La piscina es maravillosa.
Cons: El desayuno bufet es bastante limitado. Había mucha gente esperando y había que hacer bastante cola para coger ciertas cosas. El zumo es un batido con pulpa y toda la cáscara de las naranjas, no tiene nada que ver con los zumos reales tan típicos en Marruecos. Las cenas bufet son muy muy pobres. Por el precio que valen son de lo peor que he visto.

The entire property is weathered, outdated, and poorly maintained. Our room was unsafe. The hair dryer had brittle, broken wiring, posing a serious electrocution risk. I have photos to prove this, but unfortunately there is no option to upload them here. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and poorly trained. When they didn’t know how to resolve an issue, they simply ignored us. I made multiple complaints in person and online about the room, all of which were completely disregarded. Both reception and room service take an unacceptably long time to answer the phone—if they answer at all. The level of hospitality is extremely low. If you are vegetarian or pescatarian, do not stay here. Staff clearly do not understand dietary requirements and cross-contaminate food. We were served a “vegetarian” salad with chicken. When we pointed this out, instead of replacing the dish, they simply removed the chicken and served it back to us. We know this because they missed a piece of chicken that was still on the plate. Breakfast was equally disappointing, with very limited options for vegetarians and pescatarians. We stopped eating breakfast at the hotel altogether and went to Costa every morning instead. The gym is also substandard—it looks like a poorly equipped home gym rather than a hotel facility. This hotel is massively overpriced and does not deserve a 4-star rating. At best, it is a 2-star property. To make matters worse, I never received a refund, and my emails have been completely ignored. Le seul point positif est l’excellent emplacement de l’hôtel vraiment il est très bien placé à proximité du Menara mall de l’hivernage de la place jemaa el fna et le personnel par contre de l’hôtel sont tous très très sympathique de la réception au femme de ménage au personnel au petit déjeuner

Et le petit déjeuner une CATASTROPHE je vous en supplie faite un effort là dessus je l’ai signaler sur place mais rien a changer très peu de chose à manger et le peu qu’on a et très mauvais vraiment le jus d’orange une horreur le msemen trop dur franchement c tellement dommage quand on voit où est placé cet hôtel il devrait vraiment l’améliorer

The staff is very helpful and friendly, I think is the best bit of the hotel. It takes about 30 minutes walk to the old town, and there is also a shopping centre on the near.
Cons: The hotel furniture could certainly be improved. The facilities are quite old and they need care. However I'd like return to this place if needed because the location and value for money is good.

Cons: They double charged me and taking mote than two weeks to return my money. The reception manager was very nice but the young staff was very rude and disrespected the manager infront of us. This place is very outdated over priced cold air conditioning disgustingly dirty and dirty carpets. Very old place and food was cheap like the coffee no baby facilities or food. This is not a 4 start more a 2 star the least. Very scary wall paintings of people feel like something is watching you. Awful experience and no parking had to park off street all night so very disappointed just hyped up for nothing.

Cons: Pas de place où s’asseoir pour petit déjeuner. Pas de bouteille d’eau ni bouilloire dans ma chambre, je l’ai demandé deux fois sans qu’on me la ramène. À 20h quelqu’un toque à ma porte. Je n’ai pas répondu et il s’est permis de rentrer. Les murs sont troués, porte impossible à fermer à clé, équipements mal entretenus… Pas de place de parking, il faut stationner dans la rue en dehors de l’établissement.

Très bon accueil du personnel, chaleureux et professionnel. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, à proximité de tout. La chambre était très spacieuse, avec un lit confortable.
Cons: Les équipements dans la chambre sont assez anciens. Une cafetière dans la chambre serait appréciable. Petit-déjeuner très décevant : peu de choix et pas du tout varié. L’attente pour les œufs est beaucoup trop longue, surtout avec l’affluence. En haute saison, il serait vraiment nécessaire de renforcer le personnel au petit-déjeuner. Face à l’attente, j’ai finalement préféré ne pas prendre d’œufs au plat.

The location was pleasant and peaceful and only 25 minute walk from the bustling Jemaa-el-Fna Square. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff courteous, smiley and helpful.
Cons: My room was a little cold at the start with it being a trip in the winter and it took a day of keeping the heating on to get the room temperature comfortable and cosy.

The availability of a fitness center was one of the primary reasons I selected this property over other options in Marrakech, particularly since I also needed to be close to the train station. Had I known that the fitness center would incur additional charges, I would have chosen a different, more affordable accommodation closer to my destination. De ligging is uitstekend
Cons: Zeer verouderde kamers die grondig aan renovatie toe zijn. Ligging van het hotel is een 10 waard maar het hotel zelf is nog geen 2 sterren waard. Ontbijt hebben we na de eerste dag maar overgeslagen. Was zeer slecht. Kamers zeer vies en in vervallen staat. Personeel is wel vriendelijk.

- Decent room size and the big bed. - I try to order room service and it was dificult to comunicate, but they came to my room with the menu and show the chicken when I actualy wanted beek steak. Good thing that they show me otherwise I would pay for something that I didn't want ( by the way the portion was big)

Stanza sporca e impolverata, nessuna bottiglia d’acqua disponibile nel frigobar e nemmeno una gratuita in camera. Ormai tutti gli hotel danno almeno una bottiglia d’acqua. Costo 50 centesimi!! Una vergogna. La sera per prendere una bottiglia sono dovuto uscire perché il bar era chiuso. La colazione è praticamente scarsa e le poche cose che ci sono sono buttate lì come se si dovessero dare ai maiali. Tovaglie sporche tutto sporco. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero assurdo. Con 100€ a notte si può scegliere un Riad in centro Medina. Hotel da chiudere e da rinnovare. Sopratutto bisognerebbe fare una formazione al personale davvero maleducato e privo di professionalità e gentilezza.

Lovely, authentic Moroccan hotel which is located within walking distance from the main attractions such as the Koutobia Mosque. Traditional decor throughout. Large pool which we saw being cleaned every morning. Food was delicious and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Staff in the restaurant were helpful as were the reception staff who helped us book several excursions easily. Hassan in the restaurant was particularly attentive and greeted us warmly every morning. I would definitely return.

Mais était vraiment déçue.il y avait des arbres qui gênaient la vue et au lieu de la piscine il y avait des toitures de taule qui servaient de toit pour le snack piscine. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Was part of a large travel group and within an hour of arrival everyone wanted to leave and go elsewhere. The rooms are outdated and dirty, no kettles or amenities. Our door locks were broken and never attended to. The safe didn’t work, the hairdryer was faulty. Housekeeping forgot to give us towels on 3 occasions and we didn’t get fresh rolls of toilet paper ( we eventually got some from a local store). The staff were uninterested in guests unless you were flashing cash to get their attention. The food on the buffet was identical at each meal. A huge red flag was when the waiter hand wrote our bill on a scrap piece of paper…. No description, just amounts. And then he got abusive when we pointed out that there were errors on the “bill”. The price of a bottle of wine changed nightly, even though exactly the same bottle was ordered and drunk each evening. Drinks were ordered and paid for that never arrived. Just a horrible, never to be repeated experience. Definitely not 4 star accommodation

Les chambres étaient vieilles le mobilier vétuste, il n’y avait même pas un savon pour se laver les mains pas une boîte de mouchoirs pas une bouteille d’eau franchement à part le personnel qui est agréable et la piscine qui est Jolie tout le reste est vieilli. C’est bien dommage, le confort et la qualité ne colle pas avec le nom de l’hôtel.

I think it is a very valuable property, well located among the int'l hotels, close to center, good layout, large number of rooms. Reception staff were helpful, housekeeping was great.
Cons: But there are some issues that I could not understand. Crossiant was a precious commodity for example, when it is finished it is not replaced for some time and one day it was not replaced at all. So if you are late to go down ( even at 9 oclock ) to the breakfast you may not be able to get the original variety. The hotel needs some refurbishment ( and as I could see they have already started at one corner of the hotel ) but the breakfast issue is more important and easier to be improved I guess. Pool water was very cold. I was not able to swim but my sons were. Pool staff asked for a deposit to give a pool towel which I believe is a procedure not expected in a 4 star hotel.

Überall roch es stark nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel, die Möbel sind extrem alt (wahrscheinlich seit 20 Jahren oder länger nicht erneuert), und die Ausstattung wirkt völlig veraltet. Das Zimmer war ungemütlich, es gab kein Wasser zu trinken , und der Service war sehr schlecht. Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht, konnten aber nur eine Nacht bleiben, weil es wirklich unangenehm war. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sofort am nächsten Tag storniert.

The hotel. does a poor job of maintaining facilities, e.g. we tried 6 times to get someone to get the safe to work, on the third occasion, we got it working, but then we had to move rooms because the house phone did not work. We tried an additional three times to get the safe to work, and no one came. Also, the lock stopped working at one point. The staff was pleasant always but when it came to fixing anything they were ineffectual.

La literie était beaucoup trop dure, j’ai eu mal au dos durant tout le séjour. Le frigo faisait du bruit toute la nuit, rendant le sommeil presque impossible. Et le petit déjeuner était vraiment décevant : très peu de choix, je n’ai jamais vu un déjeuner aussi pauvre au Maroc. Franchement, c’est dommage, car le lieu pourrait être bien mieux avec un peu plus de considération pour les clients.

Nous avons payé 2650 dh la nuit pour une chambre double avec deux enfants, soit 5300 dh pour deux nuits, alors que d’habitude nous payons environ 800 dh par nuit dans d’autres hôtels de bien meilleure qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est médiocre, la literie est inconfortable (toute la famille a eu mal au dos), et aucun produit de base comme le shampooing ou le gel douche n’est fourni. Les toilettes et la salle de bain sont pleines de rouille, la literie aussi, ce qui donne une impression d’insalubrité. De plus, la télévision ne fonctionne pas du tout, aucune chaîne ne marche. Pour un hôtel à ce prix-là, c’est inadmissible. Le rapport qualité-prix est zéro. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

I honestly cannot believe how this place is still operating. The room was in a shocking condition. The shower water would not drain and the water pressure was basically nonexistent, making it impossible to wash properly. The room was not cleaned at all, the carpet was covered in dust and the floor was damaged everywhere. To make things worse, my friend got food poisoning after breakfast at the hotel. As if that was not enough, we even found cockroaches in the bed. This is absolutely unacceptable. The overall state of the hotel is filthy, neglected and completely run down. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Save yourself the trouble and choose literally any other place.

Cons: Concernant la réservation, j'ai eu la confirmation via Booking avec confirmation et j'ai reçu une annulation par mail. J'ai contacté l'hôtel pour confirmer ma réservation et une personne de l'hôtel m'a confirmé que ma réservation est bien prise en compte. Lorsque je suis arrivée à l'hôtel, la réservation était bien annulée et j'ai du la refaire avec une augmentation de 1000 DH via Booking. Quand j'ai voulu passer par l'hôtel et refaire ma réservation, j'ai demandé le maintien du pris initial, il ont refusé avec un prix proposé au double de ma réservation.

I stayed here one week as a solo female traveller & felt very safe. The hotel itself is quite beautiful and aesthetic. The pool is great, big enough to hold crowds of people and clean. The food is yummy, I stayed with breakfast included and there is something for everyone. I was always greeted with smiles and warmth anywhere I go in the hotel which just makes the experience for me. The staff are so lovely and funny. Mustapha is the most attentive, he is always happy and friendly and more than happy to assist you in whatever you need - I thank him for making my pool days a little brighter :) would 10/10 recommend to any traveller solo or group. Thank you for having me and making my Morocco experience that much more authentic! 🫶🏼 (p.s the sun is in the pool area alllll day so it’s the perfect spot to tan and relax)

Reluctantly rating this hotel 4 stars — though it barely earns it. This is a family-friendly hotel that covers only the bare essentials. While advertised as a 4-star hotel, the offerings felt more basic and limited. 🔹 Inclusions & Amenities: • “Fully inclusive” only covers breakfast and dinner — drinks are not included throughout the day, which is quite misleading. • Even with breakfast, water is not provided — only juice and tea. A 4-star hotel should at least offer bottled water to guests. • No iron provided in rooms (you’ll need to bring your own). • Pool towels must be hired for 100 dirhams deposit each. • Outside food is only allowed in your room — not elsewhere in the hotel. ⚠️ Poor Service Experiences: • Air conditioning leaked in my room — something I later discovered had also happened to other guests based on reviews. I reported it to reception, but it was never resolved. • Room service was inconsistent — one day, both of my rooms weren’t cleaned. When I raised this, the same receptionist claimed it was because I didn’t put the room service card out — which wasn’t true. I’ve traveled widely and understand how hotel housekeeping works, so this felt like a poor excuse. • Towel requests were ignored — despite asking for fresh towels after a full day out with my children, we received nothing. My kids had to use their used towels again before bed. • The receptionist in question was uncooperative, dismissive, and repeatedly failed to follow through on promises. He refused to give his name, which was concerning. • Similarly, the poolside bar staff (particularly a tall man) was arrogant and rude — he even made comments in his language assuming I wouldn’t understand. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. These two male staff members seriously undermined the hotel experience. Their attitudes were a stark contrast to the warmth of Moroccan hospitality and the other staff members. ✅ Positives: • Restaurant staff were fantastic — polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. • Breakfast was okay, though a bit repetitive. • The excursion coordinator (Women) at the reception desk was friendly, respectful, and extremely helpful — she gave me excellent day-by-day guidance for excursions. Much appreciated! ✨ Final Thoughts: While my time in Marrakesh overall was lovely thanks to the welcoming nature of Moroccan people, this hotel needs serious improvement in staff training and basic service delivery. I’ve tried to be fair — singling out the two problematic individuals rather than generalising the entire team. If you choose to stay here, come with patience and low expectations — and bring your own water, iron, and towels.

Pas de renouvellement de draps de bain et serviettes dans les chambres sous prétexte de contribuer à une démarche écologique. Pas de produits de bain renouvelés chaque matin sous prétexte que ce sont des produits chimiques nocifs pour l environnement, le tout affiché dans une pancarte collée à la vitre de la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner immangeable : viennoiseries complètement desséchées, omelettes faites à la va vite avec risque pour le préparateur de se tromper de commande tout en s excusant... jus in buvables (on dirait que les fruits pressés avaient été découpés avec un couteau mal lavé ou réutilisé), pas beaucoup de choix, charcuterie "cheap". La décoration que ce soit dans les chambres ou dans le hall fait "viellot" à rafraîchir. Le personnel de service au niveau de la piscine était condescendant, mauvaise communication, prix à côté de la piscine limite inabordable. Les transats même en nombre plus que suffisants étaient hors du temps il semblent dater de plusieurs années et ils ne sont pas nettoyés le soir après le passages des utilisateurs de sorte qu on les retrouve dans le même état de la veille. Carrelage à côté de la piscine mériterait d être révisité.

Le petit déjeuner j’ai aimé il y avait du choix. Le personnel est très positif avenant et fait au mieux. Les volumes sont dépaysants avec une déco locale.
Cons: C’est un bel établissement vieillissant qui manque d’entretien carreaux de la piscine cassés , transat vétuste ou impossible à redonner son lustre avec les années (plastique abîmés par le soleil peut-être) Angle des sols en marbre des Chambres manque de polissage nettoyage à fond. Les plafonds un peu abîmé, les joints de la salle de bain défectueux. Je n’ai pas aimé l’ambiance de certains touristes qui semblaient parler la langue du pays et qui manquaient de respect au personnel ou qui faisaient énormément de bruit dans les Couloirs au-delà de minuit.

emplacement idéal, personnel gentil et agréable. Propreté rien à dire.
Cons: étage 4: la wifi fonctionnait très mal je ne captais rien. la clim fonctionnait mal on m’a changé de chambre mais pas top non plus. Le petit dejeuné n’est pas varié, toujours pareil, je suis venu l’an dernier c’était pareil, le personnel était souvent débordé, pas assez de msmen et de thé.

Cons: I sent several emails requesting a cancellation, but never got a reply. I also called by phone, and it’s always the same excuse: “the manager is not here.” Apparently, he’s been absent for two months… quite an outdated excuse. The breakfast is not up to standard: there are always missing spoons, napkins, or glasses, and you constantly have to ask because there aren’t enough. A four-season blanket in August in Marrakech, while it’s 48°C outside 😂. There was also an issue with the phone ringing every 30 minutes, so I had to unplug it. And finally, the pool doesn’t have enough space. You need to wake up at 7 a.m. just to reserve a spot.

The hotel is one of the worst i have ever been to, nobody mentioned that they charge for all their drinks including water which should be included in the meals! The hotel is very unclean towels are very old with stains on them and bedsheets never get washed! Overall it is a 1* hotel please do not waste your money or time also there is very limited food options only salad and chicken thats it there is no buffet option which they claim! For the price they charge its awful!

Mooi hotel, verouderd! Authentiek. Personnel van de receptie mogen weg, grote corruptie en ze bestelen je waar je bij staat, dus de receptie medewerkers mogen weg. Dieven en als je er wat vanzegt zijn ze boos.
Cons: Mensen van de receptie zijn dieven en onbeleefd en denken maar iedereen te kunnen bestelen. Ook als je geld wil wisselen houden ze geld achter en zeggen je kom later terug. Moment dat ik een factuur vroeg krijg ik ruim 40 euro terug. Boeven zijn het vind het zeer kwalijk dat er zulke mensen bij de receptie zitten.
