Je n'ai rien aimé, Hôtel inadmissible, une horreur, heureusement pour moi je n'ai pris que 2 nuits qui était très difficile, une saleté des murs, tapis, ascenseur, une odeur, climatisation défectueuse, serviettes de salle de bain vielles et trouées, pas de sèche cheveux, cuvette de toilette cassé, placard puant, , pas de WiFi dans les chambres uniquement dans le hall, petit déjeuner, pains de la veille, café en thermos avec marre infecte, beurre confiture gluant, pas de plateaux, tasses sur un plateau collant, un verre de jus d'orange plus d'eau et de sucre que d'orange déposé par le serveur quand on se met à table avec une vache qui rit, toutes les photos sur booking ne sont pas du tout la réalité, je ne comprends même pas comment booking peut le mettre en ligne de plus en 3 étoiles il faudrait mettre -3 étoiles hôtel qui ne vaut rien, je suis resté plus longtemps a Agadir mais j'ai changé d'hôtel le Hamilton 3 étoiles, le jour et la nuit je respire enfin. En le gardant en ligne booking ce rend complice de cette supercherie . 100 € pour moi sont volés, je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel pareil, mériterait un remboursement, ça c'est sûr, car je fais confiance à booking.

I did not like anything, there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel. It is not reasonable.
Cons: A very poor hotel. The only nice thing about it are the staff in the restaurant or reception. We were surprised at first by a very poor room. The toilet didn't work and there was no charger at all. If you wanted to charge your phone, you had to move the bed. One person charged it and the other waited. I asked to change the room. They understood my situation and changed it. At breakfast time, it was completely unacceptable. They made fun of people with canned orange juice. The biggest disaster was that I found a worm in the soup and took a picture of it. I warn people not to lose their money here because the owner of this hotel doesn't care about anything.

Cons: Mon séjour à cet hôtel a été très décevant. Les serviettes étaient sales, avec des cheveux et une odeur désagréable. J'ai également trouvé des cheveux sur les draps et les oreillers, qui avaient des traces noires, probablement du mascara de la personne précédente. De plus, il y avait des cafards dans la chambre. La seule chose positive à noter est la gentillesse du personnel et la bonne localisation de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, ces aspects ne compensent pas les problèmes d'hygiène rencontrés. Pour ceux qui disent que pour le prix, cela vaut le coup, je ne suis pas d'accord. On peut faire des compromis sur les équipements, mais pas sur l'hygiène, qui est essentielle. En plus, pour le même prix, on peut trouver des Airbnb plus propres, même s'ils ne sont pas situés dans le même secteur.

Je dirai que c est un 2 étoiles max car piscine... mer un peu loin à pied, en passant par la vallée des oiseaux, c 15 minimum, car il y a la place et toute le sable à traverser avant d arriver à l eau... Tv ne marche pas.

Very convenient location to access beach and good restaurants in the area. A huge hotel so you have good chance to always get a room even without reservation.
Cons: Included breakfast is rather boring (many types of bread - but little else), room with balcony offers sea-view but the parking-lot below and night-movements are well audible. Cleanlyness has potential for improvement (while entering the room we were not really convinced that the bed-sheets were changed...). No WiFi in the rooms - you have to sit at the reception area for very slow erratic connection

Great if you want to have a vintage themed stay. Housekeeping staff would clean room offer tissue, clean towels and bedsheets daily. I tipped cleaners well, and they really kept the room and sheets clean. They also mopped the tiled floor and bathroom every day and did well to keep a tired looking room in a comfortable condition for me. 10/10 the cleaning team are keeping rooms in a habitable condition. Great budget choice with a pool and bar. Decent simple shower and toilet facilities and really appreciated the bidet spray for hygiene. There are several cafes next to the hotel. It was good to see some families staying with young babies. But I would not opt for this for my family .
Cons: Carpet in Hallway from felt like it was faded n from 1960's ut smelled bad in corridor. Felts like The Adam's Family's haunted house. It was musty & faded. No WiFi in rooms. Please step in to 2024. Does not cost that much! Decor is old, with tired furniture. Breakfast was simple and bland, I used the cafés along the road daily. Worst bed & mattress ever. Apart from the cleaning team found the rest of the other staff were miserable looking.

Cons: La propreté des lieux communs, la chambre petite et sans air conditionné en plein mois d'août, le petit déjeuner très simpliste et pas bon du tout. Pas de jus d'orange frais, et ça c'est inadmissible au Maroc. On ne peut pas mettre les extras sur la chambre et pour 20 DH ( 1,85 euros ) que l'on demande à payer le lendemain, ( parce que bien sûr il faut tout payer tout de suite en arrivant ) c'est la fin du monde, on a vraiment l'impression que la personne de la réception va y perdre la vie. Et celle qui vous emmène dans votre chambre, vous répète bien en sortant : N'oubliez pas les 20 DH !!! Bref pas du tout respectueux.

Le personnel est très disponible et sympathique, l emplacement de l hôtel est bien situé pour accéder à la cote, ainsi qu aux taxis pour se rendre à la médina.
Cons: L'état général des chambres et des espaces sont mal entretenues, les parties communes dans le hall sont trop sombres pour un hotel, seul lieu où le Wi-Fi est disponible, c est dommage. Lors du petit déjeuner, quelle déception lorsque le jus d'orange, servi par un serveur très gentil, avait le goût du jus industriel alors qu un jus d oranges frais pressé aurait été de mise.

Cons: Dit hotel is echt degoutant. De kamers zijn een asbak van sigarettengeur, je krijgt vieze handdoeken, er waren nog haren van de vorige gasten te zien. Het hele gebouw is vol vocht en alles wat je aanraakt plakt. Het ontbijt is precies de overschot van een week geleden. De kuisen de tafels af met een droog papiertje voor de volgende. Heel veel hangt los zoals onze wc bril waardoor we er telkens afvielen. De nachtlampen werkten ook niet. We hebben gereclameerd over de geur in de kamer maar hier hebben ze niets aan gedaan.

Cons: Al llegar al hotel nos hicieron coger otra habitación para poder dormir juntos a un precio altísimo y al irnos nos hicieron pagar de más ( recomiendo pedir un comprobante de pago o algo para que no os cobren de mas cuando os vayáis). Nos encontramos cucarachas en la habitación, el papel de una compresa en el baño, las almohadas y las sabanas estaban llenas de cabello de otros huéspedes y nos desaparecieron objetos personales (algo sospechoso). Por las noches dormir es misión imposible, huéspedes gritando por los pasillos, discoteca en la planta de a bajo hasta las 6 de la madrugada, entre otros ruidos que venían de afuera.. No os fiéis del personal de recepción, son unos estafadores. Nos querían estafar con el cambio de moneda (además hay un banco al lado dónde sale mas a cuenta y no nos dijeron nada) y nos querian hacer pagar de mas por una habitación que por internet vale 3 veces menos de lo que nos querian hacer pagar. La segunda habitación ni siquiera tenia luz ni toallas ni jabón. De jabón solo ponen una pastilla pequeña de mala calidad, sin champú ni nada. El grifo de la ducha suelta más agua fuera de la ducha que dentro, hasta el punto que parece que te hayas duchado fuera de la ducha. Solo hay un enchufe en toda la habitación, además reservamos una habitación con cama de matrimonio y eran dos camas pequeñas separadas (individuales). En conclusión, el peor hotel de mi vida y de Agadir. Los hoteles de los alrededores se ven mucho mejor y por el mismo precio. De verdad os ruego no ir para nada a ese hotel.

The front house man in the reception wearing glasses absolutely rude, customer service was very poor and rude. The hotel is outdated with mould and discoloured 1980’s carpets that have not been cleaned in decades. Don’t get me started with the room, as you walk in theirs a sense of foul body odour from the room, the bed sheets have stain’s and markings of residue, bed was uncomfortable every movement you make the bed starts making creaking noises. The bathroom absolutely disgusting, only one poxy towel to share between me and my wife. The mirror above the basin had mould and rust growing, the shower head was broken. They had one glass that should of been located on the table, however this glass was in the bathroom toilet. Bahia city hotel you deserve no stars in fact you need a hygiene inspection. Absolutely filth hotel, please everyone stay away from this hotel, as it’s absolute garbage. This hotel will ruin your holiday, trust me. Save the money and go elsewhere!

Cons: My wife and i arrived to this hotel to check in, and the receptionist made a big deal, about the marriage license. The man in charge of the hotel insisted, that we must show him our marriage license, in order for us to stay in their facility. We forgot to bring it with us, so he said, he made it an exception, for us, this time. The breakfast was very poor. The room didn't have a queen size bed, like I requested, and NO shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The hotel is located far away, from the beach, and it's not what they advertised. I will not go back to The Sud Bahia Hotel, and I will not recommend it to my family members and friends. I was disappointed 😥!!!

- Location : close to Marina beach - Staff : very nice down to earth people - Hygiene : rooms are cleaned everyday and towels are changed as well - Swimming Pool : nice and big but not thaat clean. For both children and grown ups. Its max depth is 3.5m for those who are curious :) - Free Wifi but only in the ground floor - Hot water available for shower
Cons: - Furniture : as already mentioned by previous reviewers, the furniture is seriously old and not that clean. My blanket had small holes in it and stains of mascara. The chairs and carpet just look old and sad :/ I'm starting to believe the furniture was not taken care of since 1976 - You only get one flat pillow which was a bit uncomfortable for me. - Our bathroom door had no handle - Only one electrical outlet in the room so we had to take turns to charge our phones :') - My bedside lamp did not work - All that's given are small pieces of soap and shower towels - NO WIFI ! - Last but not least the frikin BREAKFAST has very limited few options that you get sick and tired of since day 1. I mean there is no Mlawi no Haricha and no cheeze???

No me gusta nada de esta hôtel desde el desayuno hasta la instalación
Cons: Los muebles muy antiguos hasta las sábanas y mantas y el precio muy alto si tu comparado con otros hoteles cercanos y lojos

Cet hôtel est une horreur ! L'hygiène n'est pas respectée. Les aliments sont périmés. Le personnel est incompétent. Aucun calme ; du bruit du matin au soir. L'immeuble est très ancien et sent l'humidité. Arnaque dans le prix de la chambre et des repas. Arnaque dans les photos ; les photos ne représentent pas la réalité. Le petit déjeuner est une horreur. Les repas sont périmés ! Intoxication alimentaire ! Arnaque du matin au soir. Je déconseille cet hôtel et le personnel. Il ne faut absolument pas séjourner dans cet hôtel !!! Un manque de respect de la part du personnel : la réception et le responsable des activités qui collabore avec la réception. Un complot entre le personnel de la réception et le responsable des activités afin d'arnaquer les clients dans les prix ! L'emplacement est une horreur ; aucun lieu intéressant à côté. Du bruit dans la rue et dans l'hôtel. Aucun savoir vivre. Une plainte en cours !!! J'étais en enfer !!!

the manager was nice to give us a poolview room even if the receptionist (female) said there wasn’t any available on the property 😒
Cons: 😡😡 before checking out of the hotel while packing our things i found my new 130€ parfum open both of the lids outter and inner apart and emptied when i talked to the receptionist they told there is nothing we can do what’s done is done
