Um excelente hotel, bom para descansar e aproveitar tudo de bom que o Marraquexe pode oferecer. O chefe da receção foi muito gentil e nos deu o quarto antes do horário do check-in, o que foi fantástico porque pegamos o voo muito cedo em Lisboa e estávamos exaustos.

Cons: Tive a oportunidade de ir ao ginásio e acho que deveriam dar um pouco mais de atenção as máquinas ali disponível.

Nagyon szép, autentikus. Rendkívül tiszta. Kényelmes ágyak. Szép környezet. Elhelyezkedése pont jó, elég távola belváros zajától, de nem volt nagyon kint. Éttermek, vásárlási lehetőségek a közelben. A személyzet nagyon kedves es segítőkész, mindegy milyen nemzetiségű vagy.

Cons: A hűtő nem működött és az ajtónyitó kártyát minden nap újra kellett aktíváltatni. A spaban mindenért külön fizetni kellett még a medence használatért is.

The breakfast was really great, and the facilities are very nice, if slightly dated. However, everything is very beautiful, so it more than makes up for it. I loved the pools too. It is also at a great location if you need to take the train or are taking the bus from the airport.

The location is good. Not far away from gueliz and the Medina in a calm area. The staff was always so super friendly and helpful! Pool is nice, breakfast as well. Rooms have a good size.

Cons: It was noisy in the room, you could hear the street& other rooms. The rooms were not super clean, but it was okay. The hotel is luxurious, but a few years old which you can see in the rooms.

Cons: Lors de notre arrivée, une réceptionniste a volontairement donné notre chambre à un autre couple arrivé en même temps que nous. Heureusement, le responsable a rapidement corrigé la situation en nous surclassant dans une suite confortable . La suite était agréable et spacieuse, hélas les sanitaires ne sont pas modernisés et certains équipements ne fonctionnaient pas. Le tapis de la pièce n’était pas très propre. En revanche, la cuisine et le petit-déjeuner étaient très bien. Espérons que les points négatifs seront améliorés.

L'hôtel est bien situé à moins de 30mn à pied de la Place Principale JEMAA El Fna. La chambre est spacieuse, agréable, très belle salle de bain avec douche italienne, peignoir à disposition, balcon. Les transats autour de la piscine permet de se poser tranquillement au soleil après une bonne journée. Petit déjeuner plus que copieux autant sucré que salé..... Personnel disponible et attentionné, à l'écoute. J'ai eu un soucis de télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas et le problème a été résolu très rapidement. Merci

O pequeno almoço tinha muita variedade e qualidade. Os funcionários, muito simpáticos, sempre disponíveis para ajudar, nomeadamente a apanhar táxi e a contatar guias para passeios e excursões. Os quartos são ótimos, espaçosos e confortáveis. O Hotel está localizado numa rua movimentada, com várias opções de restauração. Na mesma rua, a cerca de 7 minutos a pé, há um centro comercial com um supermercado. Esta unidade hoteleira, é de deixar qualquer um maravilhado com a sua linda decoração. Fiquei inspirada! Irei voltar sem dúvida!

Cons: Gostaria apenas de salientar que a piscina interior e o ginásio têm um custo à parte. Considero que, sendo um Hotel de 5 estrelas, estes serviços, deveriam estar incluídos no valor da estadia.

Cons: La piscine intérieure est payante alors que ça n'est pas indiqué sur l'annonce ni à la réception. Environ 15 euros pour 1h30 par personne: rédhibitoire avec des enfants. La fenêtre du balcon de la chambre donnant sur une avenue très passante est du simple vitrage, et ne ferme pas bien: espace de 2 à 3 cm entre le sol et le bas de la fenêtre : assez bruyant.

Our family recently stayed at this hotel for a week. The rooms were okay, though a bit worn out, but the housekeeping staff, especially Jamila, truly made our stay special. She was not only professional but also incredibly kind and attentive, taking great care of our room throughout our stay. The pool restaurant staff, particularly Mustapha, was fantastic—friendly and attentive, which added to our overall experience. Our son and husband enjoyed daily pool time, and we had a wonderful hammam spa, which was a relaxing highlight of our trip. The team members overall were great, and their warm hospitality made us feel welcome. However, the hotel could benefit from some refurbishment to improve the overall ambiance and facilities. We did face some challenges with the reception team, who were not as friendly as the restaurant and housekeeping staff. Additionally, guest relations did not follow up on our requests despite promising to do so, which was a bit disappointing. We also had to organize our own tours, as the hotel did not assist with this. Despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the efforts of the dedicated staff. With some improvements, this hotel could be an even better destination for families seeking a relaxing getaway.

L’emplacement super et le petit déjeuner.

Cons: J’ai réservé une chambre avec climatisation et sur place une des personnes de l’accueil du soir nous dit que la clim ne marche pas dans tout l’hôtel pendant l’hiver. Le lendemain une autre personne à qui on a signalé le même problème nous envoie un technicien dans la chambre mais la clim ne marchait toujours pas. Je ne sais pas si la première personne disait la vérité ou pas mais dans tous les cas c’est inadmissible de ne pas avoir la prestation pour laquelle on a payé.

Cons: Pratiquez abusive – À éviter absolument - NESSABA ! Cet établissement utilise l’option non-présentation pour facturer des nuits alors que les clients n’y logent pas réellement afin de vider la chambre pour d’autre arrivant et de doubler son chiffre. Le jour de mon arrivée, j’ai appelé la réception pour prévenir que j’avais eu un accident sur l’autoroute en venant de Casablanca. Une dame à la réception m’a clairement indiqué que ce n’était pas grave et que les dates seraient modifiées à mon arrivée, en prenant en compte le lendemain comme jour de check-in. À mon arrivée, changement total de discours : la réservation avait été marquée en non-présentation, refus d’enregistrement, et obligation de contacter Booking. Le service réservation refuse ensuite toute solution en indiquant que les nuits ont déjà été facturées. Sachant que booking me dit qu’il sont très bien la main d’annuler ou encore moins de faire simplement un geste commercial par exemple 50% dans ce cas ils essaye de nous faire croire que c’est trop tard sachant que je suis host aussi. Aucune aide, aucune considération, aucun respect du client MAROCAIN ! malgré un avertissement donné le jour même. Ce type de pratique est d’autant plus choquant lorsqu’elle est appliquée à des citoyens marocains, laissés sans assistance face à une situation déjà difficile en profitant d’une option sur booking !!!!!!!Je déconseille fortement cet établissement et invite les voyageurs à être extrêmement vigilants!!!!!!!!!! En plus l’hôtel est très sal !! —- Abusive – Absolutely to Avoid – SCAM! This establishment uses the “no-show” option to charge for nights even though guests do not actually stay, in order to free up the room for other arrivals and double their revenue. On the day of my arrival, I called the reception to inform them that I had an accident on the highway coming from Casablanca.

I liked the ambience and traditional feel of the hotel, the aesthetics, and the facilities. Staff were also friendly, helpful, and polite.

Cons: I didn't like the scent around the hotel and in the room, as it made me feel uncomfortable (although it's nice and traditional, but not comfortable for me). I also did not like the fact that it was difficult to find a socket to charge my devices, as the sockets in the room are not very accessible. My restaurant experience during breakfast was also unpleasant as i saw a bird perching on the pastries, i also found bird dung on the chair I initially wanted to sit. This made me question the level of hygiene/attention to little details.

First they made us wait beyond the check in time then gave us a key to an occupied room then a key to a room with road view rather than pool. Cons: - Lumières très tamisées dans les couloirs de l’hôtel et dans les chambres - Porte fenêtre accès balcon mal isolée et mal insonorisée - Quelques équipements mal entretenus (pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas, lampe murale qui tombe littéralement, porte serviette au bord du lavabo arraché, plan de travail lavabo cassé) - Service ménage moyen : pas de nouveaux rouleaux de papier toilette obligé de demander à la réception, pas de nouvelle boîte de mouchoir, une seule grande serviette de changer, tapis de bain retiré sans remplacement,… - Accès piscine intérieure payant : pour une personne = 150 dirhams (environ 15€) pour 1h30 et 200 dirhams (20€) pour 2h - Propreté piscine intérieure : inexistante !!!! Une trentaine de cafards de la taille d’un doigt ont été retrouvés autour de la piscine ainsi que dans les cabines de massage et au niveau des sanitaires

Le lieu en lui même est magnifique, agréable, spacieux et confortable. La piscine bien que fraîche étant donné la température extérieur est très agréable, tout comme les services spa supplémentaire.

Cons: Bien que l'emplacement soit très facile d'accès les nombreux travaux aux alentours gâchent le charme de l'hôtel....et le calme est restreint à cause du bruit de ces derniers, c'est dommage. De plus le seul bémol pour nous aura été la restauration proposé sur place.

I can deal with the noisy road, I can deal with the room service being ridiculously expensive, but not the pool situation. I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and sauna in the rainy weather. When I go down to the spa it turns out they charge £15 to use the pool, then ANOTHER £15 if I want to use the sauna (which is right next to it) !!!!! This is a shameful rip off and I will not be returning nor will I recommend to friends. Blatant money grabbing.

Cons: Plusieurs aspects m’ont déçu au regard du standing affiché par l’hôtel. Le serveur de la piscine a refusé de rendre la monnaie, ce qui m’a obligé à la réclamer à plusieurs reprises. Le personnel à l’entrée critiquait ouvertement les clients en arabe, pensant qu’ils ne comprenaient pas la langue, ce qui est inacceptable. De plus, le manager n’a pas souhaité écouter mes demandes lorsqu’elles ne correspondaient pas à son point de vue, notamment concernant la prolongation de la chambre. Globalement, le service du personnel était très en dessous des attentes pour un hôtel de ce niveau.

L’hôtel est vraiment à proximité de tout. On a pu faire énormément de choses à pied. Les lits étaient confortables. La nourriture au restaurant près de la piscine était bonne. Enfin, la femme de chambre était très gentille et aux petits soins.

Cons: Dès notre arrivée nous avons trouvé des insectes dans nos lits. Nous avons averti le réceptionniste qui nous a attribué une autre chambre mais dont une lampe ne fonctionnait pas et un cheveu se trouvait sur mon lit. On nous a promis une compensation que nous n’avons jamais reçu.. L’établissement est globalement vieillot et mériterait des rénovations, tant au niveau des chambres que dans les parties communes. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais le personnel présent sur place s’est montré peu aimable, notamment le personnel féminin qui était désagréable et nous dévisageait constamment mon amie et moi. Le wifi fonctionnait très mal, la piscine était froide, et l’insonorisation des chambres est quasi inexistante. L’éclairage dans la chambre était également insuffisant. Mais le pire a été mon expérience au spa. Lors de ma pédicure, l’esthéticienne a été extrêmement brusque, au point de me faire saigner des pieds. Elle m’a même dit que je faisais « lfchouch » (des caprices), ce qui m’a profondément dérangée. Je me demande sincèrement si ce commentaire aurait été fait si je n’étais pas marocaine.. À ma sortie, je l’ai entendue parler de moi à ses collègues sur un ton moqueur. Un comportement inacceptable et totalement non professionnel. Ce soin, censé être un moment de détente, a été tout sauf agréable. En résumé, nous avons été très déçus : cet établissement ne mérite clairement pas ses 5 étoiles! Ayant séjourné l’an dernier dans un autre hôtel 5 étoiles du même quartier, je sais parfaitement à quoi m’attendre pour ce niveau de standing et malheureusement, celui-ci en est très loin..

Beautiful Ouissal at the front desk helped us check in my mother in law who has never stayed at a hotel. We wanted her to have a grand experience. She was very happy. My mother in law is a traditional Moroccan and it was important to us that she felt safe and welcomed. We had been traveling from Paris, to Barcelona and landed in Marrakech. We were greeted by Ouissal at the front desk and said you are welcome 🤗 We have stayed here before. Spacious rooms and I would recommend the upgrade and pool views. Breakfast is very nice, parking, easy walking to other restaurants, shops and the exchange 💱 is next door. Beautiful people ❤️

Cons: J’ai quitté cet hôtel de manière anticipée alors que j'avais réservé 6 nuits car je ne m’y sentais absolument plus en sécurité étant une femme et voyageant seule. Durant mon séjour, j’ai personnellement surpris un employé de l’établissement dans ma chambre, en train de fouiller dans mes effets personnels, à l’intérieur de mon sac (ce dernier n'avait pas remarqué ma présence dans la chambre). Je l’ai vu moi-même, directement, et sans ambiguïté. Cet événement a provoqué une rupture immédiate de confiance et un fort sentiment d’insécurité. Suite à cela, j’ai informé la réception et demandé à quitter l’hôtel. La réaction du personnel a été profondément décevante et non professionnelle : au lieu de traiter la situation avec sérieux et empathie, j’ai eu le sentiment que plusieurs membres du personnel se sont ligués contre moi, minimisant les faits me disant que si je qualifiais un employé de voleur c'est comme si je les qualifiais tous de voleurs et me laissant seule face à la situation. J'ai voyagé dans de nombreux hôtel de qualité prémium et je n'ai jamais eu à faire face à ce manque de professionnalisme. Au-delà du confort, la sécurité, le respect de l’intimité et le professionnalisme du personnel sont des éléments fondamentaux dans un hôtel. Malheureusement, ces conditions n’étaient plus réunies. J'ai finalement après avoir bataillé et perdu 3 jours de mon séjour réussi à obtenir le remboursement de quelques nuits alors que je n'ai séjourné aucune nuit dans l'hôtel. J'ai trouvé inadmissible que la totalité ne me soit pas remboursée. Je partage cet avis afin d’alerter les futurs voyageurs, en particulier les personnes voyageant seules, à faire preuve de la plus grande vigilance. Pour ma part, cette expérience a été très anxiogène et je ne recommanderais absolument pas cet établissement.

Great entrance, beautiful, wonderful pool. We stayed there in two oportunities, the second time for 2 nights in the 5th floor, beautiful and very clean room. The first for 1 night in the 3rd floor not so good, the room and hall need better cleaning and renovation. Expensive.

Cons: We had a bad experience in the front desk and restaurant, they made us feel that it was more important we paid (towels, restaurant, taxes) than haveing a good experience.

The location is great. Its a 5 minute walk from M avenue and a 12 minute drive from the airport. The staff is kind enough to book you a taxi as well.

Cons: Its a very dimly lit hotel. The 4th floor especially lacks a lot of light. The room service and house cleaning extensions never picked up the phone throughout our stay. Didnt feel like a 5 star stay. We asked for a single double bed, but instead got two twin beds.

The size of the room was lovely. Having a separate toilet was very useful. There was ample space to put away our things. Really happy with having slippers to use. The towels. Cleaned to a high standard.

We liked the space for salah but couldn’t use it because there was a picture there. Provide a praying mat as only I took one. My husband forgot to take his. Milk for coffee. Should be an option. La même personne nous a dit que nous aurons un petit déjeuner avant de partir à l'aéroport et le serveur nous a dit le matin qu'elle nous a menti pour se débarrasser de nous.

Such a positive and relaxing atmosphere at this hotel and the warm and welcoming staff members was beyond my imagination!!! An awesome Moroccan scent in the lobby the second I stepped in, followed by warm greetings from the bellhops who ushered me to the front desk gentleman Mr. Zakaria, who made my check-in very smooth. The room was neat, simple yet tastefully decorated, the room service lady Mrs. Hasna is of a generous kindness that I havent seen before. The Hammam experience is must do in this hotel, modern facility, very clean and the staff is very welcoming and experienced. Last but not least, the buffet area, run and managed by Mr. EL Alami, a gentleman with an extreme kindness, all smile and energetic. His staff members are tuned to his energy and the way they welcomed me every morning and every time my mom and I had lunch or dinner over there made us feel home. It’s a such tailored and customized customer service. They would call my mom and I by our names and even though its a buffet, they would come check on us if we needed anything else. They would ask my mom what she wanted and go bring it to her so she does not bother walking around when it was busy (which basically was every day) Overall, if you’re looking for a home away from home to stay in, this is the place. Both Family and single people oriented, centrally located (15mn walk on the beautiful Mohamed 6 avenue to Gueliz neighborhood and about 8-10mn cab ride to Jamaa el fna) It has all the necessary amenities and personally what struck me the most was the consistency in terms of the customer service. The kindness and the hospitality spirit of the staff members of this hotel is hard to beat!!! I was blown away!

Cons: Pour le moment, il y a un immeuble en construction juste derrière la piscine. Il y a un bruit de grue, d'outils et cris d'ouvriers constant! Ils commencent à travailler vers 8h et s'arrêtent vers 19h. Quand vous êtes à la piscine la poussière vous tombe dessus! De quoi gâcher vos vacances. L'hôtel bien que confortable nécessite tout de même un coup de neuf. J'ai bien essayé d'en avertir booking malheureusement c'est une IA qui vous répond ou plutôt ne vous répond pas.

As I said, I loved the overall experience and hospitality. - The room service did make my bed every day but not sure of the floor was cleaned everyday. One day I left my slipper near my bed and had to walk out of the shower barefoot. To my surprise, by the time, I reached the bed from the shower my foot-sole was all dirty. This was a huge turn off as I had to again enter the shower. - Shower curtain was missing which kind of ensure that the bathroom floor was all splashy and wet after a shower - The bed lights needs attention as the fixture was weak. - The sofa set kept in the floor lobby (I was on second floor) needs attention, love and care as its worn out - There's lot of dust behind the bed side tables which I came across while searching for the pen which I dropped accidently

À la réception tous n ont pas le même degré d information (gestion serviette de plage) Niveau situation pas idéal à moins d aimer marcher. Pas grand chose d intéressant pour nous tout près à pied : le centre M n avait pour nous aucun intérêt et le centre commercial à proximité non plus. L'emplacement est top, le service aussi. Pour une nuit ça fait le job rapport qualité prix.

Cons: L'hôtel gagnerait à être rénové, trop vieillot, dépassé. Ce qui est choquant c'est qu'il n'ya pas de prise de courant à proximité du lit pour charger les smartphones il faut se déplacer de son lit pour trouver une prise !!!

Had a wonderful check-in experience with ibtissam and checkout with boutaina. Lovely ladies who helped us during our stay. The hotel room was okay it looked a bit old especially with the TV and its stand , but is was clean and the view was amazing as well as the breakfast and dinner service

Large rooms and a decent shower.

Cons: Sullen check in staff. Waited 3 hours to check in to find the room hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. Complimentary tea and coffee not replaced from previous guest. Brick dust and constant noise around the pool from the massive hotel being built next door. Pool bar service non existent. Constant traffic noise.

Great location and clean facilities

Cons: There was constant building works going on while we stayed and without my earplugs I struggled to nod off to sleep. Around the pool in the day the noise and dust was sometimes rather annoying.
