Staff was excellent. Stayed here twice so far! Both times very pleasant experiences. I had a small issue with my room the first time and Amin took care of it right away. Abdelhakim and Ouissal at the reception took great care of me. I had an early morning flight and Abdelhakim made sure there was a taxi waiting for me at 5am and packed me breakfast to go. Will definitely be coming back here!

Je tiens à souligner la qualité de l’accueil durant mon séjour. Un grand merci à Youssef (Duty Manager), Abdelhakim et Ouissal à la réception, qui ont été particulièrement sympathiques, souriants et toujours aux petits soins. La chambre était propre, bien entretenue, et la literie très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, avec un large choix. Je suis entièrement satisfaite de mon séjour et je n’ai rien de particulier à signaler. Je recommande sans hésitation cet établissement !

Mixed experience here. Stayed for a 4 night break with hubby. Beautiful hotel - if a little tired in parts. Arranged pick up from airport - never arrived so took local taxi instead. First bedroom - one light not working and air con broken. No shampoo (only shower gel provided). Room had balcony on the street. Lights! Noise all night! Requested a room change. Unpleasant exchange with reception over this ‘You didn’t enjoy the lights?’. ‘No, I was trying to sleep!’. Referred to manager who asked me to first smile so he could ‘fix this.’ Second room had a smashed TV screen - we reported but not changed. Bath tub was peeling. Still no shampoo. Only one towel - they resolved quickly. For the 3 remaining days we had to validate our room key daily as it would not work (annoying daily inconvenience). Pool was lovely and plenty of loungers. Although on the last day we were asked to show our guest pass for the towels (not been asked before). Reception were meant to give this to us on day 1. We collected on the last day as wouldn’t give towels without this. He then handed it back to us when we handed in our towels to give back to reception. Bit of a nonsense really even though we explained we had checked out already. Breakfast was very good.

Had a bad start the room we were shown was really awful back dated - cracked sink - worn out bathroom - we were very uncomfortable and unhappy. We were itching as soon as we were there for few minutes. We went to reception to ask for change. Reception staff were not helpful and adamant that they were full 100% capacity. We then complained to booking agent Agoda who took our comments and told to wait. In the meantime Yusuf the. Guest relations manager and deputy manager told us to wait and see what he can do. He returned and said they were cleaning another room for us. When we were shown that room we were so happy it was modern very clean and tastefully decorated on 5th floor. At reception the lady with red jumper and glasses ‘Ouissal ‘ was very rude and told me you think we should give you a delux room and give someone else standard? ‘ She needs to be trained to speak to guests nicely. Didn’t like her attitude. Best people there were YUsuf who understood our unhappiness and sorted everything out for us Mariem who was going out of her way to ensure we were happy Hanah our room cleaner always with a smile and good positive attitude hard working The tea lady Racida made us feel welcome. And the director of the hotel ‘ I forgot name’ Kept asking if we were ok and if we need anything. Ouissal in salon did a wonderful treatment. Would we return ? Yes but only in a good room and better staff attitude. Yusuf was very kind and sent milk and English breakfast tea bags to our room. Thank you By the way there’s 2 private taxi drivers outside hotel daily. Avoid them at all cost. Their prices are so inflated. We didn’t accept their price for the airport one way. And we arranged with ‘In Drive’ which is like uber there. So when the old man came with his taxi they started shouting at him and approached him almost threatening him. They should not be allowed to stand there to intimidate guests and other drivers. It really spoilt it for us. Building work on going outside near pool. Noisy. Breakfast ok.

Cons: Lors du petit déjeuner, nous étions installés en terrasse avec notre bébé de 1 an et demi. Des clients se sont installés à côté de nous et ont commencé à fumer, ce qui est particulièrement inadapté dans ce contexte, encore plus avec un enfant en bas âge. J’ai donc signalé la situation au responsable présent. Sa réponse a été très décevante : il m’a clairement indiqué qu’il ne pouvait rien faire. Cette absence totale de prise en charge est difficile à comprendre, et remet en question l’utilité même du service et de l’encadrement dans l’établissement.

Upon arriving the foyer looks impressive, the gift shop was also great. Initially the reception person we spoke to was welcoming, I think he was a manager and offered us to sit down with a tea while the team checked us in etc. Felt nice and carefree.

Cons: However, the other reception staff were rude, unhelpful and not very efficient. They couldnt find our booking and left us hanging around for more than 1 hour, then the Key cards didn't work, and continued to have issues the whole time we stayed. Booking a taxi to the airport was difficult and the lady was very rude. The balconies were dirty and furniture was old. Our balcony door was warped and couldn't shut. My father's bedroom floor was sticky and not cleaned. Restaurant is buffet only! Construction works by the pool in nearby building! All felt a bit like faulty towers after such an impressive foyer.

Cons: It’s not a 5-star hotel - the rooms feel more like a regular motel and seem to have been renovated decades ago. There’s no coffee machine in the room, just a cheap instant coffee stick. The curtains are dirty and torn, like many other parts of the room. The breakfast is okay, but one concern is that sparrows land on the food and eat alongside the guests. Overall, if you’re staying for just one night, it’s almost acceptable for the price. However, don’t expect anything close to 5-star quality — this is more like a solid 2-star hotel.

I have really mixed feelings about this hotel. It says it's 5-star but felt more like 3. On the plus side, I was given access early to my room which was appreciated, and the bath tub was glorious! I also very much enjoyed the breakfast which was a delightful spread and delicious. The pool area was lovely too and I wish I'd had more time to enjoy that. The reception also organised a very nice transfer to take me to the airport so the stress was taken out of that part of my journey - thank you.

Cons: The entrance lobby and downstairs rooms are beautifully decorated but the rest of the hotel felt dated and shabby. I asked for a quiet room but was on the road side - the road which never sleeps! These rooms definitely need double-glazing to keep the sound out. Luckily, I had ear plugs in order to sleep but I wasn't happy to be put in this very noisy room. The bed itself was comfy but the pillows were monstrously large. But the worst thing was the long, dark hairs I found all over the bath towels and counter in the bathroom - please see photos. Not nice!

Cons: El trato de las de recepción a los que se encargaban de subir la maletas, cuáles utilizan una campanita para llamarles y que vengan a por las maletas, ni que fueran perros, cuando ellos ha sido los más nobles y majos del establecimiento. También a la hora de hacer el check-in tuvimos nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar 1 hora para entrar a la habitación, pero al de 20 minutos fuimos a preguntar y tuvo que venir la encargada a gestionar la situación y darnos la habitación. Las encargadas no sabían muy bien inglés dificultando la comunicación

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the property is beautifully maintained, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere is both welcoming and relaxing. What truly made our experience stand out, however, was the exceptional service. A special mention must go to Yousef, the guest liaison, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us, always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. His professionalism and warm approach made a real difference and added a personal touch to our visit. Overall, this is a great hotel with outstanding service. Cons: Υποτίθεται πως το δωμάτιο ήταν Pool View αλλά το δωμάτιό μας πρέπει να ήταν το μοναδικό που δεν είχε καμία επαφή με την πισίνα (βλέπε φωτό). Επειδή ξαναμείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο αλλά στον 5ο όροφο και όχι στον 2ο, τα δωμάτια έχουν εμφανείς διαφορές σε ανακαινισμένα ή μη, του 5ου είναι σαφώς καλύτερα. Αυτό βέβαια δεν αναιρεί ότι το ξενοδοχείο είναι άριστο.

I am so disappointed in this hotel. It does not deserve its 5 star rating. There is no bar, no alcohol served. While the breakfast is acceptable the dinner is pathetic. Choice of two main courses only. There is building work, another hotel right beside the pool. It’s extremely noisy and the workers are overlooking the pool. There is an indoor pool but you have to pay extra to visit. The room we are in is road facing and it’s on a very busy boulevard. Even with all windows closed the traffic is noisy. The sink in the bathroom did not empty we had to call the reception also the tap moves when touched same with the bedside lamps. There was no hangers in the closet. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is located in walking distance of the medina and the main square. The entrance area is beautifully decorated. The room was spacious with a large and very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and attentive. Best thing: the breakfast buffet - very impressive, and really delicious.

Heureusement, le responsable a rapidement corrigé la situation en nous surclassant dans une suite confortable . Our family recently stayed at this hotel for a week. The rooms were okay, though a bit worn out, but the housekeeping staff, especially Jamila, truly made our stay special. We did face some challenges with the reception team, who were not as friendly as the restaurant and housekeeping staff. We also had to organize our own tours, as the hotel did not assist with this. Despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the efforts of the dedicated staff. Cons: Pratiquez abusive – À éviter absolument - NESSABA ! Cet établissement utilise l’option non-présentation pour facturer des nuits alors que les clients n’y logent pas réellement afin de vider la chambre pour d’autre arrivant et de doubler son chiffre. Le jour de mon arrivée, j’ai appelé la réception pour prévenir que j’avais eu un accident sur l’autoroute en venant de Casablanca. Une dame à la réception m’a clairement indiqué que ce n’était pas grave et que les dates seraient modifiées à mon arrivée, en prenant en compte le lendemain comme jour de check-in. À mon arrivée, changement total de discours : la réservation avait été marquée en non-présentation, refus d’enregistrement, et obligation de contacter Booking. Le service réservation refuse ensuite toute solution en indiquant que les nuits ont déjà été facturées. Sachant que booking me dit qu’il sont très bien la main d’annuler ou encore moins de faire simplement un geste commercial par exemple 50% dans ce cas ils essaye de nous faire croire que c’est trop tard sachant que je suis host aussi. Aucune aide, aucune considération, aucun respect du client MAROCAIN ! malgré un avertissement donné le jour même. Ce type de pratique est d’autant plus choquant lorsqu’elle est appliquée à des citoyens marocains, laissés sans assistance face à une situation déjà difficile en profitant d’une option sur booking !!!!!!!Je déconseille fortement cet établissement et invite les voyageurs à être extrêmement vigilants!!!!!!!!!! En plus l’hôtel est très sal !! —- Abusive – Absolutely to Avoid – SCAM! This establishment uses the “no-show” option to charge for nights even though guests do not actually stay, in order to free up the room for other arrivals and double their revenue. On the day of my arrival, I called the reception to inform them that I had an accident on the highway coming from Casablanca.

I liked the ambience and traditional feel of the hotel, the aesthetics, and the facilities. Staff were also friendly, helpful, and polite.

Cons: I didn't like the scent around the hotel and in the room, as it made me feel uncomfortable (although it's nice and traditional, but not comfortable for me). I also did not like the fact that it was difficult to find a socket to charge my devices, as the sockets in the room are not very accessible. My restaurant experience during breakfast was also unpleasant as i saw a bird perching on the pastries, i also found bird dung on the chair I initially wanted to sit. This made me question the level of hygiene/attention to little details.

Beautiful property well located. Great breakfast buffet. Very popular infact a bit crowded even in off season.

Cons: The staff were overwhelmed with a marathon race weekend and our check in was one of the worst experiences. First they made us wait beyond the check in time then gave us a key to an occupied room then a key to a room with road view rather than pool. In the end we were upgraded to as double suite so they did make it right with us.

Cons: - Lumières très tamisées dans les couloirs de l’hôtel et dans les chambres - Porte fenêtre accès balcon mal isolée et mal insonorisée - Quelques équipements mal entretenus (pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas, lampe murale qui tombe littéralement, porte serviette au bord du lavabo arraché, plan de travail lavabo cassé) - Service ménage moyen : pas de nouveaux rouleaux de papier toilette obligé de demander à la réception, pas de nouvelle boîte de mouchoir, une seule grande serviette de changer, tapis de bain retiré sans remplacement,… - Accès piscine intérieure payant : pour une personne = 150 dirhams (environ 15€) pour 1h30 et 200 dirhams (20€) pour 2h - Propreté piscine intérieure : inexistante !!!! Une trentaine de cafards de la taille d’un doigt ont été retrouvés autour de la piscine ainsi que dans les cabines de massage et au niveau des sanitaires

Cons: Bien que l'emplacement soit très facile d'accès les nombreux travaux aux alentours gâchent le charme de l'hôtel....et le calme est restreint à cause du bruit de ces derniers, c'est dommage. De plus le seul bémol pour nous aura été la restauration proposé sur place.

I can deal with the noisy road, I can deal with the room service being ridiculously expensive, but not the pool situation. I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and sauna in the rainy weather. When I go down to the spa it turns out they charge £15 to use the pool, then ANOTHER £15 if I want to use the sauna (which is right next to it) !!!!! This is a shameful rip off and I will not be returning nor will I recommend to friends. Blatant money grabbing.

Cons: Plusieurs aspects m’ont déçu au regard du standing affiché par l’hôtel. Le serveur de la piscine a refusé de rendre la monnaie, ce qui m’a obligé à la réclamer à plusieurs reprises. Le personnel à l’entrée critiquait ouvertement les clients en arabe, pensant qu’ils ne comprenaient pas la langue, ce qui est inacceptable. De plus, le manager n’a pas souhaité écouter mes demandes lorsqu’elles ne correspondaient pas à son point de vue, notamment concernant la prolongation de la chambre. Globalement, le service du personnel était très en dessous des attentes pour un hôtel de ce niveau.

Cons: Les chambre ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. la chambre que nous avons réservé était très vielle avec des traces sur les mur et des finition qui laisse à désirer tout de même le personnel nous à changer de chambre et fait un geste commercial mais encore une fois déçu poussière sur les plante ,porte du balcon qui se ferme mal,EAU MARRON QUI SORT DU ROBINET... Superb Stop to visit Marrakech. As a regular for so many years, the hotel being through some renovation, very nice touches. Nice to see some familiar staff, still doing their best to accommodate. L’hôtel est vraiment à proximité de tout. On a pu faire énormément de choses à pied. Les lits étaient confortables. La nourriture au restaurant près de la piscine était bonne. Enfin, la femme de chambre était très gentille et aux petits soins.

Cons: Dès notre arrivée nous avons trouvé des insectes dans nos lits. Nous avons averti le réceptionniste qui nous a attribué une autre chambre mais dont une lampe ne fonctionnait pas et un cheveu se trouvait sur mon lit. On nous a promis une compensation que nous n’avons jamais reçu.. L’établissement est globalement vieillot et mériterait des rénovations, tant au niveau des chambres que dans les parties communes. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais le personnel présent sur place s’est montré peu aimable, notamment le personnel féminin qui était désagréable et nous dévisageait constamment mon amie et moi. Le wifi fonctionnait très mal, la piscine était froide, et l’insonorisation des chambres est quasi inexistante. L’éclairage dans la chambre était également insuffisant. Mais le pire a été mon expérience au spa. Lors de ma pédicure, l’esthéticienne a été extrêmement brusque, au point de me faire saigner des pieds. Elle m’a même dit que je faisais « lfchouch » (des caprices), ce qui m’a profondément dérangée. Je me demande sincèrement si ce commentaire aurait été fait si je n’étais pas marocaine.. À ma sortie, je l’ai entendue parler de moi à ses collègues sur un ton moqueur. Un comportement inacceptable et totalement non professionnel. Ce soin, censé être un moment de détente, a été tout sauf agréable. En résumé, nous avons été très déçus : cet établissement ne mérite clairement pas ses 5 étoiles! Ayant séjourné l’an dernier dans un autre hôtel 5 étoiles du même quartier, je sais parfaitement à quoi m’attendre pour ce niveau de standing et malheureusement, celui-ci en est très loin..

El desayuno es muy variado y el personal en el comedor muy atento. No puedo opinar sobre la piscina pues era invierno y no la utilicé. La habitación es muy amplia y la cama muy cómoda. El servicio de spa fue inmejorable.

Cons: La limpieza y la conservación de los muebles, ventanas, balcón, tapicería no eran malas pero podrían ser mejores. El primer día faltaba jabón en la ducha. Otro día se olvidaron un trapo de limpieza sucio encima de un mueble.

المكان نظيف جدًا والاثاث ممتاز لا اعلم لماذا كتب في التقييمات السابقة ان الاثاث قديم! خدمة الموظفون رائعة جدًا والسبا ممتاز كذلك لكن كانت فيه ريحة مجاري خفيفه لكنها مزعجة نوعًا ما داخل السبأ ، لا اعلم من نفس المدينة ام من الفندق لاني احسست بها خارج الفندق كذلك قليلًا لكن داخل الغرفة لم اشعر الا بالنظافة الفائقة والروائح الجميلة

Had an amazing time at this Hotel, with the help of MR Alami, i was able to figure out how things work.The buffet breakfast was amazing freshly cooked food.The room was big and spacious, amazing place will highly recommend.

I have stayed here multiple times. The staff is always so happy to help. Ouissal welcomed us by remembering us and making sure our stay was upgraded to our needs. Everything is close for walking, safe, parking, beautiful breakfast, exchange 💱 next door.

Beautiful Ouissal at the front desk helped us check in my mother in law who has never stayed at a hotel. We wanted her to have a grand experience. She was very happy. My mother in law is a traditional Moroccan and it was important to us that she felt safe and welcomed. They welcomed 🤗 her with traditional greetings like the Queen Mom should receive ❤️ Beautiful Room too!!

We had been traveling from Paris, to Barcelona and landed in Marrakech. We were greeted by Ouissal at the front desk and said you are welcome 🤗 We have stayed here before. Spacious rooms and I would recommend the upgrade and pool views. Breakfast is very nice, parking, easy walking to other restaurants, shops and the exchange 💱 is next door. Beautiful people ❤️

Cons: There is construction 🚧 on the back of the hotel, but honestly for the value of everything it wasn't an issue for us

Nice and clean hotel. Close to the superb. Room was superior, room service was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of food choices.
