It was really good value for money, the hosts were very helpful and polite, it wasn’t that hard to find the property.

Cons: L’accueil était très mal, déjà j’arrive je reste 30 à 40 min devant la porte à sonner alors que le réceptionniste était sur son téléphone dans un des appartements. Je lui ai dit comme doit sortir souvent je fais comment puisque tu n’es pas souvent la, il me dit non qu il est à la réception 24h. Du coup à chaque fois que je fais une petite sortie j’attends 20 à 30 min devant la porte à sonner c’était aberrant. Et à mon retour j’avais un vol à 5h j’étais coincé à l’intérieur parceque la porte de sortie était fermée à clé et je savais pas où était le réceptionniste, j’ai stressé à mort . Et limite tu loue un appartement tu n’a pas le droit de recevoir de la visite pourtant c’était une visite de courtoisie d’une fille qui vit là-bas que je connais. Dès qu’elle arrive on lui demande son passeport comme si c’était elle qui séjournait là-bas . C’était plus que gênant.

Cons: Trop peu d'équipements/accessoires cuisine et aucun produit d'hygiène Bruit incessant : soit votre appartement est situé en façade et bruit incesssant de la route, des commerces et des travaux de construction d'un immeuble de logement situé juste en face , soit a l'arrière ce qui était notre cas et vous subissez le bruit incessant jour et nuit des équipements techniques (climatisation et extracteur du restaurant accolé) donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres et obligation d'utiliser la climatisation de l'appartement pour ne pas étouffer.

Cons: De persoon aan de balie onderaan verpest het hele verblijf. Zeer klantonvriendelijk, zeer onbeschoft. Je krijgt geen sleutel van de voordeur dus je moet aanbellen. Als je aanbelt opent de persoon aan de balie na 5 min pas na 5 keer aan te bellen en met een boos gezicht alsof je hem net wakker hebt gemaakt en hij heeft 3 weken niet geslapen Zeer onprofessioneel en onbeschoft.

10 sur 10 à tous les niveaux. Rue en construction avec poussière mais ce ne fut pas un problème. Remettre une clé d'entrée aux clients serait un plus car il faut sonner et attendre plus ou moins longtemps avant qu'on nous ouvre la porte

Great place to save money on. Cheap, accommodating and clean, but it’s way off the city center. If you enjoy walking, it’s not a big deal but count on at least 4km each way to and from the gates of the Medina. As for the apartment, Wi-Fi was spotty and best and inexistent at worse, so don’t count on using it if you’re staying in the third floor. The balcony was excellent and the rooftop looks to be a great place to spend a few minutes watching the city afar. The kitchenette has everything one needs for a quick meal or breakfast so no complaints. The staff is super friendly and helpful, so thanks! No card payment though, only cash - cash is king in Morocco after all.

Cons: Il y avait pas de machine à laver, il y avait pas de quoi faire la cuisine juste une petite plaque électrique pas De casseroles de poêle à la préparation. Il y avait un seul seul couteau pas de balai, pas de pelle, pas de serpillière, pas de seauvpour faire un petit ménage ou trempé une paire de chaussettes ou un slip il y avait pas une seule chaise pour prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse pas de table. Pour la terrasse on a fait un petit peu de lessive il y avait rien pour étendre le linge vraiment très très moyen à améliorer au niveau de la télé il y avait que deux chaînes françaises en plus le quartier était en travaux donc très brouillant les fenêtres très mal isolé.

Omar was very helpful and welcoming and tried his best to respond to our requests. The rooms were fairly modern and cheap. 24 hour reception

Cons: Location wasn’t great, on a dodgy street and hard to find the first time. Our room had a strong smell but we were given another room which was better. Stated that breakfast was available for a charge at the hotel however this was not the case. Our balcony door didn’t lock but we were assured it would be ok, luckily everything was ok. Our room light didn’t work but again Omar was very helpful and got someone out the same night to fix it. They don’t provide any shower gels or shampoo so be prepared to bring your own or buy some.

La taille de la chambre, la propreté, le confort Je suis arrivée tard après une très mauvaise expérience, j'ai trouvé là un très bon réconfort.

Cons: Des fenêtres qui laissent passer le froid et le bruit. Chambre au 1er étage qui donne sur un chantier. Dommage également que la photo de la façade soit inexacte, cela rend l'hôtel difficile à trouver.

Cons: No tenía sabanas ni funda de almohada. Directamente edredón y cojín a juego, que evidentemente no se lava a diario. Pedimos las sábanas y nos las entregaron directamente del tendedero, sin planchar ni doblar. Nos tuvimos que hacer nosotros las camas. En el baño habían pelos y, el papel higiénico casi acabado, sin repuesto. También tuvimos que pedir. Creo que nuestra habitación no se había terminado de acondicionar

Location is good, a busy neighbourhood with lots of cafes, restaurants around. The apartment was a good size and comfortable. The shower was great, always had hot water with good pressure. Terrace was lovely but could do with some furniture. Young man at reception was lovely, well mannered and helpful. Would definitely stay again when returning to marrakech.

Cons: Really need to put better curtains up and put some chairs in the terrace, that would really make the apartment more great 👍🏻

Pokój był przestronny. Łóżka były wygodne. Recepcja całodobowa.

Cons: Klimatyzacja w pokoju nie działała. W sypialni nie było oświetlania. Okna nie dało się utworzyć, gdyż wychodzi ono na wyloty z klimatyzacji restauracji i bardzo śmierdzi olejem. Z toalety leciała woda. Ciężko znaleźć hotel, nie ma żadnego szyldu.
