Fuimos por un congreso y el lugar estuvo cerca ideal para nosotros. Nos movilizamos con buses varias lineas salen del centro para ahí. El desayuno buffet fue genial, tenía variedad, y sus croissants esta buenisimos junto con las mermeladas y el resto de comida. Puedes repetir cuantas veces quieras y el te de menta fue delicioso. La habitación limpia y ordenada. Sabah estuvo a cargo de la limpieza de la habitación y lo hizo excelente; y siempre ella muy amable. El restaurante sus pizzas muy buenas.
Cons: La pisicna aunque bonita, el agua muy fria, estoy segura que en verano que hace calor es refrescante pero ahora el agua muy fria, quiza a futuro deberian poner que sea temperada. En la habitación solo nos dieron agua el primer día. El resto de día nada, creo que por el precio que se pagó debieron poner diaramente una botella, aunque estemos dos personas en la habitación

the staff was amazing! very friendly and helpful. everyone from the doorman (OmarZine) to the front desk staff, and cleaning staff (Zahara) were happy to share about the neighborhood as well as life experinces. The rooms were small from an American perspective, but the central location of the hotel, paired with amazing staff made it a great experience. Having a bar, nightclub, convienence store, and restraunts on the same block made it a great place to start our trip.

It was located near the city center, we can get taxi easily. Atmosphere was real Moroccan I like that. Our room supposed to be a double bed but before checking out online it asked for extra £150 to have a double room instead of two single bed in a room which was disappointing. The hotel was old and somehow not clean perfectly. The blankets and towels were very old. Breakfast was buffet but with simple options. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Our rooms refrigerator was out of order, there was any iron in the room but they accept dry cleaning for a cheap price but it takes one day to be prepared.

Avoid the Barbour/Hairdressers at the Hotel at all costs! Terrible experience for a man's haircut, the guy could not be bothered, just wanted you out as quick as possible, an awful cut and wasn't interested if i was happy with the cut or the customer service. Loads of Barbours and Hairdressers local to the hotel, I advise to use these.

Lo que más me gustó fue la limpieza de la camarera de piso, las camas y las almohadas y el director nos ayudó con las excursiones mucho y fue amable y nos recomendó muy bien.
Cons: No me gusto el buffet, es bastante limitado el pan era duro y está orientado solo a turista francés, yo como española desayuno con embutidos mantequilla y yo tomo leche sin lactosa y no tenían ni dieron solución le falta bastante cosas pero no está mal, lo peor todo fue la última excursión que fuimos a montar en globo y dejamos nuestros bolsos y teníamos dinero dentro y el chofer que nos llevó nos robó.

Cons: I paid extra to book a specific room, but when I arrived the hotel gave me a very small room that was not what I had booked. After I complained, they changed the room, but it was still not the correct one. Only after complaining again did they finally give me the room I had originally paid for, and that was the next day around 13:00. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment during my stay. I wanted to contact Booking.com to request a refund, but unfortunately I couldn’t communicate at the time due to network issues.

The old style is kept and maintained very well, so even though it is only 3 stars, but very good quality of the building.
Cons: TV had only 4 channels and all of them only for locals. Air conditioner was not working either. The spa they put in the name was shut and no hammam or massahes were available.

The staff are mostly ignorant and rude. Only the chambermaids are friendly and efficient. As I needed a boarding pass printed for my flight home, I asked at reception if they could do this. I was told to come back in one hour as he was busy. I returned later to be asked to come back later yet again! When I refused, the surly receptionist threw a paper at me containing an e mail address and told me to email the document. Her attitude was disgraceful. Another problem here is the flies. They are everywhere and it's not even the peak season yet. The bar, the spa, the rooms. They're everywhere. Avoid at all cost!

Don’t stay at the Oudaya, the rooms are tired and in need of some serious updating. Our pillows were rock hard and there were no mattress protecters on the mattresses. The toilet cysteine was just perched on top of the toilet and I simply don’t have words to describe the bath. The breakfast had a very limited choice, only 1 cereal, only plain yogurt and not a piece of fruit in sight unless you include the watery strawberry jam and the marmalade. The staff really let the place down, the only staff to smile during our stay were the housekeeper and the doorman. We only used this as a base but wished we had spent that little more.

- Emplacement plutôt correct. Dans une rue avec pas mal de restaurants, un centre commercial proche, pas mal de taxis à proximité. En revanche si c’est une première pour vous à Marrakech (comme moi) je vous conseille de vous rapprocher du souk et de la médina ! Tout y est concentré et cet hôtel est à 2-3 km de tout ça donc ça fait un bout de chemin à pied - Personnel assez sympathique
Cons: - Un petit-déjeuner plus que limite. Pas de fruits, pas de yaourt, aucune diversité, très peu de choix, peu goûteux. J’ai rarement eu un aussi mauvais petit-déjeuner dans un hôtel. - Une literie très inconfortable. Le lit était dur, le bruit omniprésent (bruit de la rue, ascenseurs, portes des chambres d’à côté). Cette semaine n’a pas du tout été reposante pour nous…. - Une chambre peu équipée, petite, pas de balcon, odeur de remontée d’égouts intense dès qu’on ouvrait le robinet, prise usb non fonctionnelle sur une des tables de chevet donc impossible de charger son téléphone etc - Une piscine que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser car non chauffée et à l’ombre toute la journée. Nous n’avons vu personne dedans d’ailleurs en l’espace d’une semaine, dommage car elle est très esthétique et donne envie.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très appréciable, à distance de la medina, mais dans un quartier vivant. Les nuits sont calmes. Les chambres, faites quotidiennement, sont très propres (merci Bouchra, pour les lits et les serviettes !). L'ensemble du personnel est très agréable.
Cons: Davantage de fruits au petit-déjeuner pourrait être un plus. Mais les crêpes marocaines sont un vrai délice le matin, ainsi que le traditionnel thé marocain. L'amplitude horaire du petit-déjeuner est pratique (6h30 - 10h30).

The unused large roof top had only 4 verydirty broken sunbeds on it for a hotel with over 100 rooms or more .. we were in room 57 ground floor and Couldnt sit out as many local workers painting the walls of the hotel with large sticks hanging out of windows from rooms above and wet paint everywhere… we had to keep the curtains shut as they were staring into the room… there was no plug socket for the tiny fridge so we had to put it by our bed ..

Overall I’m happy with my stay. It offers great value for money, with clean rooms and a good location outside the busy Medina. It’s easy to catch day trips, arrive late from the airport, or walk to the train station which is about 500 meters away. Breakfast was basic but fine. The real highlight of the stay was the cleaning lady, Zahra, honestly the best I’ve seen anywhere. Every day she decorated the room in a different creative way with towels, fixed small details, and was always friendly and warm.
Cons: The facilities are quite old and not so well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful but a bit distant. By the way there are limited spa facilities but all charged extra and rather higher priced.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant et attentionné. Je tiens à remercier sincèrement toute l’équipe de la cuisine — en particulier Madame Aïcha, la responsable — pour sa gentillesse et la qualité des repas. Un grand merci également à la femme de ménage pour son excellent travail et son sourire constant.
Cons: Cependant, j’ai été un peu déçue de constater que le standard répondait rarement au téléphone lorsque j’essayais d’appeler. Une amélioration à ce niveau rendrait l’expérience encore meilleure.

Cons: En revanche, la chambre était très sale!!, avec des coussins tachés (voir photos). Je suis allergique et cela a rendu le séjour insupportable. Cons: nous étions deux dans une petite chambre on avait plusieurs valise on était très serrer dans la chambre j’ai demandé un changement de chambre on m’a dit demain , le lendemain personne est revenu vers moi , et je souligne également les masseuse très désagréable hautaine.. Et dernier petit inconvénient le fait que le petit déjeuner soit que jusqu’à 10h30 en période estivale.

L’établissement est situé en plein cœur de gueliz, tous les commerces et restaurant sont autour et joignables en marchant. Le personnel est au petit soin, la chambre est toujours nickel à notre retour, je remercie enormement Nezha pour cela. J’ai aussi apprécié le professionnalisme et l’accueil que nous avons reçus par Oumaïma. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et reviendrai lors de mon prochain voyage à Marrakech 😊

Seulement le personnel (Zahra notre femme de ménage, un portier qui nous a bien conseillé et un réceptionniste toujours présent) et la localisation étaient biens !
Cons: La chaudière qui se coupe à minuit ne nous a pas été annoncée au check in. En sachant que nous rentrons après minuit, nos douches avant de dormir étaient froides ! Une de nous deux est ainsi tombé malade (surtout au vu du temps). Une fois, en nous réveillant à 12h, la douche était tiède ! Au vu du temps (encore une fois) cela était fortement désagréable ! Le dernier jour, un des réceptionnistes a été très désagréables et pas du tout aidant !! Heureusement que les autres membres du personnel ont été présents et conciliant !

Cons: Le nettoyage n'était pas optimal dans la salle de bain lors de notre arrivée. Mais ce qu'il y avait de plus dérangeant était sans aucun doute le bruit. En effet, notre chambre donnant sur la cours intérieur, il y avait un nombre important de ventilation produisant un bruit de fond particulièrement fort dans la chambre absolument tout le temps.

A szállás elhelyezkedése egyértelműen nagyon jó volt, több üzlet és bevásárlóközpont is könnyen elérhető a közelben. Számomra különösen pozitívum volt a csomagmegőrző lehetősége, amelynek köszönhetően a hazautazás napján is gond nélkül tudtunk még programokat tervezni a repülőútig – ez mindenképpen plusz pont. A személyzet nagy része kifejezetten kedves és segítőkész volt, ugyanakkor akadt olyan munkatárs is, aki csak kérdés vagy kérés esetén mutatott udvariasságot. Amint a beszélgetés véget ért, érezhetően megváltozott a hozzáállása, ami sajnos minden nap tapasztalható volt. Pozitívumként említeném még, hogy a medence és a bár összességében elfogadható volt, megfelelő lehetőséget biztosít a kikapcsolódásra.
Cons: A negatívumok közül elsősorban a hotellel való kapcsolattartást emelném ki. Saját hibámból véletlenül két különálló ággyal rendeltem meg a szobát, amit csak a fizetés utáni visszaigazoláson vettem észre. Azonnal megpróbáltam felvenni a kapcsolatot a hotellel, hogy egy franciaágyas szobát kérjek, azonban ez sajnos nem járt sikerrel. Három különböző e-mail címre is írtam – többek között arra is, amely a saját weboldalukon van feltüntetve, de semmilyen választ nem kaptam, így végül két külön ágyas szobát biztosítottak számunkra. A Bookingon található képek sajnos nem teljesen tükrözik a valóságot. Kívülről valóban megegyezik a hotel, belülről azonban a látvány köszönőviszonyban sincs a feltöltött fotókkal, amelyeket véleményem szerint frissíteni kellene. A képek között nincs olyan szoba, mint amit mi kaptunk, a „kilátás” pedig a valóságban két kicsi ablakot jelentett, ahonnan kizárólag a szemben lévő szobákba lehetett belátni. A fürdőszoba állapota kifejezetten kellemetlen volt: több helyen rozsdás elemek, letört zuhanyrózsa és erősen összekarcolt fürdőkád fogadott minket. Az ingyenes pipereholmik is minimálisak voltak, mindössze két darab szappan és egy fertőtlenítő illatú tusfürdőre emlékeztető készítmény állt rendelkezésre. Az étkezéssel kapcsolatban szintén csalódás ért minket. A kínálat egyáltalán nem egyezett az előzetesen hirdetettel, a választék jóval szűkebb volt, és az ételek inkább a francia konyhára épültek. Bár svédasztalos vacsorára számítottunk, és az is volt feltüntetve, a helyszínen már menürendszerű étkezést vezettek be, arra hivatkozva, hogy kevés vendég rendelt vacsorát. A takarításra alapvetően odafigyelnek, ezzel kapcsolatban nem volt kifogásunk, azonban a takarítónő gyakorlatilag reggeltől késő délutánig folyamatosan csörgött-zörgött a folyosón. Mivel az ajtók egyáltalán nem hangszigeteltek, így délelőtt sem volt nyugalom, és délután, egy-egy program után sem tudtunk pihenni a szobában.

Cons: Malheureusement, notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été une très mauvaise expérience. L’hôtel était très sale, avec une odeur désagréable et persistante dans plusieurs espaces. De plus, l’ascenseur tombait souvent en panne, ce qui était très gênant et inacceptable. À cela s’ajoute le fait que les photos présentées sur le site ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité, ce qui est très décevant et trompeur. Le pire, c’est que malgré tous ces problèmes, les prix sont excessivement chers par rapport à la qualité du service et de l’hygiène. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerai plus.

A very nice hotel! Convenient location for stop off between tours, good for bus and plane connections and close to many services. Great welcome and excellent service by reception. Nice and cosy room, comfy bed, spacious bathroom, clean and working air conditioning made it a very comfortable stay. Good breakfast buffet.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning lady named Badhi, who was working in the area where my room was located, was particularly helpful and did a great job to ensure my room was tidy. I also like the staff who worked at reception who were very helpful and spoke good english. The breakfast was nice also

Cons: Dès notre arrivée, l’hôtel était dans un état de saleté choquant : poussière partout, odeurs désagréables, et je m’étouffais même à cause de la poussière dès la première nuit. La douche était en très mauvais état, extrêmement sale, avec un pommeau couvert de calcaire. Les oreillers et le couvre-lit étaient sales, et la chambre montrait un manque total d’entretien. Tous les recoins de l’hôtel couloirs, escaliers, parties communes étaient négligés, sales et mal nettoyés. Nous avons dû changer de chambre dès le premier jour, mais la seconde n’était pas mieux. Il n’y avait pas de frigo dans la chambre, et nous n’en avons obtenu un qu’après quatre jours. Aucun fer à repasser n’était disponible, ce qui n’était mentionné nulle part sur le site de l’hôtel. À notre arrivée, nous avons demandé un fer à repasser à la réception, mais personne ne nous a précisé qu’il fallait payer pour un service de repassage. Ce manque total de transparence a causé un contretemps désagréable avec la manager, qui s’est encore une fois montrée arrogante et peu professionnelle. La clé magnétique se démagnétisait plusieurs fois par jour, ce qui était extrêmement pénible. Et pour couronner le tout, il y avait constamment du bruit, comme si des meubles étaient déplacés en permanence. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience a été extrêmement mauvaise, très loin de ce que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel. Je ne recommande à personne de séjourner dans cet établissement.

This hotel was the finishing point for my @GAdventures tour (Highlights of Morocco). It is a large hotel set across 3 building, so can easily accommodate a number of tour groups at a time and is therefore a logical choice for tour companies. The hotel has basic rooms with the necessary amenities and there are a number of food options in the area. However, it is quite a distance from the medina and the main attractions of Marrakech and a cab ride is suggested especially in 30+ degree weather. The breakfast could be improved, as there were minimal options beside a small selection of cereal, bread and pastries. Some fresh fruit and a few local dishes would have gone a long way here!

The room was comfortable. The house keeper Nadia was excellent. The management lied as its first point of resort. I ordered a French onion soup what came was a thin pumpkin soup. In order to make my point I had to deal with the hotel manager, the restaurant manager, the chef, the waiter and a front of house manager. It took 15 minutes of argument to get them to admit they lied.

A special thank you to Mme. Khaoula for her exceptional room service and attention to detail. She arranged a baby cot for our little one so beautifully that it looked like something out of a dream. The room itself was spotless, stunningly clean, tidy, and arranged with such taste and care. We also want to thank Mr. Hicham at the reception for his professionalism and kindness during check-in. He made us feel immediately at home and ensured we had a perfect room for our family. Although we don’t know the names of everyone, every single member of the staff contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We felt genuinely cared for throughout. Cons: We were given the wrong room upon arrival. This was eventually fixed by the lovely girl at the front desk, but she only fixed it upon a promise of me giving a good review on booking.com. The breakfast buffet was extensive, but the food was always cold, no matter how early we arrived. Towels for the pool had to be fetched from the front desk and a deposit paid, a bit inconvenient. There are two lobbies, and it seemed that no matter what you needed, you always had to go to the one you weren't at, and they were not close together. Bit of a strange system.

This hotel is stunning. It has the most gorgeous pool area, its own gift shop, a restaurant and bar, staff that would do anything for you and comfortable room, which have a lovely Moroccan feel. The location is out of the old town, but it is perfectly placed to jump in a taxi easily, get cash and shop. I’ve stayed here twice and have enjoyed both times

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich gereinigt, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Außerdem ist es im Hotel sehr ruhig – man kann wunderbar ohne Störungen schlafen. Die Lage ist perfekt – ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, sodass man alles bequem erreichen kann. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Herrn Hicham an der Rezeption, der immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war, sowie an Frau Aicha, die für das Frühstück verantwortlich ist – sie ist stets gut gelaunt, lächelt und achtet darauf, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Das Frühstück war zudem sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Mein Zimmer war im Batiment C, sehr ruhig. Ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Matratze sehr bequem. Poolbereich sehr schön, habe des öfteren noch die Terrasse benutzt (4. Stock). Frühstück war sehr gut. Beim nächsten Marrakesch Aufenthalt werde ich das Oudaya erneut buchen.

Don’t stay here. Staff are unhelpful, rooms are basic and the hotel can’t provide basic equipment like irons and toilet roll. We were told to give our clothing items which needed ironing to housekeeping and to wait a day for it to be delivered back to us because they have to iron everyone’s clothes at the hotel.

Slightly odd. Hotel was immaculate, always someone cleaning. Bar upstairs was good service-but be prepared as that barman has to serve the pool-from two floors up. Also, although there is a till upstairs, there is apparently one card reader for the hotel, which meant the poor bloke searching for it regularly- carry cash!!. Restaurant is not their best feature, we were directed outside despite no apparent reservations.. and our party needed a table for six-the only available one being indoors. Breakfast is continental style but not much in the way of cereal, just barley soup and one cereal (which i don't eat), no fresh fruit although there were a small number of dates available. Coffee and hot chocolate plentiful and there was a full salad bar! Breakfast-wise from outside restaurants, most do omelettes of various types and there are lots of fresh juices available. Rooms clean but basic and there appear to be some maintenance issues, aircon was an issue with one of our rooms, took a couple of days to get the room changed. Two of the rooms had illfitting windows. We also had a bit of a time getting into our rooms as they weren't ready, and then as we signed in the manager wanted us to be available to talk to a rep within half a hour.. at this point we'd all been awake for 24 hours+! That said- staff were really nice, hotel was clean and comfortable in public areas, central location for marrakech itself. Hotel was obviously grander in times past. Could do with a visit from Alex Polizzi!

We were amazed to find such a big and good hotel in such a perfect location. Upon arriving and during our stay we were treated so well. In our group we have some older people and some people afraid of the elevator and Mr Youssef and Mr Rachid were so accommodating and polite and helpful. Very nice to be treated so well. Also Mr Tariq and Mr Jawad who helped to let us feel so welcome. I want to thank everyone, the ones I mentioned and also the ones I didn't mention.

Un bar et un restaurant avec une carte variée sont accessibles. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très correct. Le rapport qualité/prix de cet hôtel est pour moi très bon.

I was coming to Marrakech after a very busy summer of work and was looking forward to resting and relaxing and I had a great opportunity to that at Hotel Oudaya. It is a nice hotel with a good complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds, and clean rooms and public spaces. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular I want to mention, Nezha, the housekeeper that cleaned my room. Nezha, was wonderful and kind and made sure my room was cleaned and had fresh towels everyday.
Cons: Overall I was happy with the facilities, but a work out room would be nice

Cons: Très mauvaise expérience à l’hôtel Oudaya (le 17/10/2025) C’était l’une des pires expériences que j’aie jamais eues. Le personnel était très désagréable et impoli. Nous avons reçu la chambre seulement à 19h, et malgré cela, ils nous ont forcés à quitter la chambre violemment, alors qu’on nous avait dit au départ que le check-out était à 14h. En plus, les chambres ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos publiées sur le site. Aucun professionnalisme, aucun respect pour les clients. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel ! 👎

The staff were wonderful and really helpful with getting us to the airport for our flight home! Pool facilities were great but could do with a few more sunbeds. Breakfast was good and the room met expectations with good ac and hot water.

Cons: We booked this hotel to have a room for an elderly lady to rest for a few hours during the day, as we were headed to the airport by 6 pm. We called the night before but the person at reception was rude. We arrived to the hotel at 12-13pm and asked for early check-in. They said no which is fine. They said check-in by 3 pm. We left and came back after 3 pm. There was a long line of people waiting to be checked in. They finally gave us the key to the room by 5 pm after almost 2 hours of waiting with an elderly lady. She used the room for just 1 hour to rest before leaving to the airport and the bathroom was broken. If we had known we would have just paid for the VIP lounge at the airport.

Le personnel de la réception est très sympathique et très réactif ! L accueil est très bien, j ai aimé l emplacement de cet hôtel, nôtre chambre très fonctionnelle et très calme, et propre. IL y a pleins de restaurants autour,l arrêt de bus est tout proche!
Cons: Rien à signaler, peut être un peu plus de choix au petit déjeuner, mais franchement rapport/qualité prix très bien.

Je suis venue le 26 septembre je voulais réserver et malheureusement il n’y avait plus de place j’ai fini dans l’hôtel à côté blue sea à qui j’ai donné 1/10 en plus j’ai payé 100 euros la nuit pour de m.. je n’ai pas du tout apprécié Du coup j’ai changé d’hôtel je suis allé à oudaya et là cette fois j’ai eu de la chance une chambre de disponible ça m’a sauvé mon voyage vraiment l’accueil est incroyable l’hôtel les chambres tout est incroyable en plus c’est moins cher je recommande à 100 %
