Stayed for 4 nights. Smooth check in as had prepaid on booking. Reception area etc very smart and clean. I can only speak for my room…. The room was very “tired”. In desperate need of refurbishment. No shower curtain, heavily stained toilet and sink, painted woodwork chipped and worn. Couldn’t completely close windows so lots of traffic noise through the night. The room itself was clean but just in need of update. For a short stay it was acceptable but if I’d been staying any longer would have probably moved. On my last visit I stayed in a lower starred, cheaper hotel which in my opinion was better

Generally really good value for money, lovely room, fantastic and cheap for what you get buffet,(lunch and dinner). Only issue was reception could be quite slow, and also despite arriving about hour and a half after the earliest check in room was still not ready for half an hour.

Very good evening meal + restaurant staff. Room cleaned perfectly - the cleaners would even do the clean later on if you were occupying the room. Great security staff. Brilliant value for half board. Lifts an absolute nighmare + the only big negative was too many Brits ;-)

The property is a beautiful place to stay but the room i stayed was outdated and the tv chanels are in arabic except 1 chanel in french. The swimming pool and jacuzzi waters are very cold. I attempted to swim but the water was so cold making not enjoyable swimming.

The staff was great. The hotel not so much. Tired looking rooms of need of a refurbishment, however the beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok but chaotic. The dining room opened at 6am but on our leaving day we were hoping for breakfast at 6.45 and I couldn't even get a glass of water!!! The last evening of our stay we wanted to get a drink free m the bar but was told it was not possible as the whole of the restaurant, bar and outside facilities were closed due to a wedding taking place. We went to bed. Not a hotel that u will be returning to.... ever!

unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. Despite paying for a superior room & being promised a superior room with a balcony, I was allocated a standard room without any outdoor space. Additionally, the broken shower head and lack of thorough cleaning by the staff were major disappointments. The stained bed sheets that weren't changed even after multiple requests further added to the unsatisfactory stay. I believe the hotel needs to address these issues promptly to enhance the quality of their service for future guests.

Séjour relativement moyen. Personnels à la réception très gentils mais à la restauration moyens qui nous parlent de manière très hautaine en particulier un homme. Il faudrait redescendre de sa planète monsieur. Femme de ménage qui ne passait pas tous les jours dans la chambre, mais lors de leur passage, le ménage était bien fait. Chasse d’eau qui ne cessait de couler. Douche mal-faite. Wifi très très très médiocre. Le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas bon.

Je ne sais pas Par où commencer, chambres très salles ( cafard, saleté, cheveux, mouche mortes..) personnelles pas du tout réactif on appelle la réception pour un souci 2h plus tard toujours aucune nouvelles. Femme de ménage qui rentre dans les chambres plusieurs fois sans frapper. Il prennent les serviettes et te ne les remplace pas jusqu’au soir donc pour prendre ta douche il faut attendre 18h. Madame RACHIDA responsable du House keeping une femme méchante, mal élevée qui parle très mal au clients y compris moi même je ne comprend pas comment on peux attribuer un poste pareil à une femme pareil, vraiment c’est très grave. Aucun effort je lui ai demander des serviettes pour moi et ma femme elle m’as dit vous avez qu’à sécher en bas il fait beau !!!! Heureusement on m’as éduquer à bien parler au personnes plus âgées sinon je l’aurai insulter, 4 nuits horrible la Clim qui marche pas voici quelques les photos que j’ai pris.

I changed rooms 3 times and then eventually got a good room. No one willingness by to help you. Maryam at the receiptionist was the only person who helped with the rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if you are wanting 4*

From check in some of the staff are rude .. the reception staff are not overly helpful and we would be stood waiting for a while before being helped. The breakfast food is not good, very limited options if you don’t want salad. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are looking for somewhere with good food. However our room was great, we had a premium with sea view and the balcony was nice, comfy bed. The cleanliness was okay although I don’t think much more was done than cleaning the floors and replacing toiletries. Even though the sun was out there is a breeze by the pool, probably because the hotel is on a hill.

Petit déjeuner correct L’emplacement est parfait à 5 minutes à pied de la plage Le point de rassemblement autour de la piscine est agréable mais la piscine est très froide et même le jacuzzi est froid aussi et personne ne se baignait à la piscine, il faut qu’elle soit chauffée sinon ça ne sert à rien de mettre une piscine Personnel à l’accueil hautain et se contente de compléter les formalités

Nous avions demandé une chambre avec 1 grand lit, nous avons eu 2 petits lits. La salle de bain était sale à notre arrivée, traces de café sur le lavabo. Nous avons commandé une assiette de frites pour le midi = 10 frites dans l'assiette... et 1 bière, et la serveuse à oublié de venir nous l'apporter. Le ménage de la chambre n'était jamais fait avant 18 heures. La piscine n'était pas chauffée, et la musique autour de la piscine beaucoup trop forte. En positif, bon emplacement de l'hôtel Le personnel est très agréable

Et eldre hotell som trenger oppussing, både på rom og i restaurant. Bassengområdet er flott og rommet hadde nydelig utsikt. Til å ha 4 stjerner på hotels levde hotellet ikke til forventningene. Servicen i restauranten var liten. Vi fant frem bestikk og servietter selv. De fulgte ikke med. Første gang jeg har fått plastkopper til frokosten på et hotell… Maten var begrenset utvalg, men de hadde en omelettkø og pannekakekø… her må du like å stå i kø ☺️ Rengjøringspersonalet hadde god service! Smilende og hjelpsomme og du så de jobbet for å få gjort alt. Utsikt og basseng er det beste ned hotellet.

Overall very good value for the affordable price. Room matched the expectations from the pictures. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also great including omelette- and pancake bar. One of the elevators was not in use and the two remaining didn't work in sync, so bit of frustration and waiting due to that. Pool area was cozy but the water quite freezing. Fitness room was also very rudimentary.

I was originally hesitant in booking this hotel, but I was pleasantly happy that I booked here. The location is near the beach and local restaurant. Also, it is close to the main road, so its easy to catch a taxi (side note make sure the meter is running and not turned off). I was on the 8th floor with a view of the mountain, the room came with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was good, it had a good selection of items to pick from. The pool was very cold for me and so was the hot tub. There is no iron in the room, only pressing service is available. I have to comment on once thing, there was a group of guest who where mentally disabled, and the staff were so good with them and helpful. this made me so happy to see that everyone is accommodated, no matter who you are. Having a son with a disability as well, made me feel happy to know that a hotel and staff like this exist. If I every have to return, I will pick this hotel again. Side note, there is renovations happening at the hotel. The other floors did seem dated. Also if you find an honest taxi driver, try and get their contact info, so you can use them for other trips. All in all a good hotel.

In the site Check in at 2pm, We arrived at 3:30pm i do check in but we get the room after 1h45 min bad management and there is no communication between reception and house keeping to make the room is ready to the guest. On this time too many complaints from another guest the same problem.

Das Hotel befindet sich zwar nicht direkt am Meer, man hat aber dennoch eine tolle Aussicht, da es etwas erhöht liegt. Das Zimmer war in einer der oberen Etagen und der seitliche weitreichende Meerblick war genial. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich FATIMA, die das Zimmer gesäubert hat und außerordentlich nett war. Aber auch der Restaurantchef mit dem schwarzen Anzug war sehr freundlich aber auch an der Rezeption das Oersonal war hilfsbereit und nett. Das Essen war m.E. gut und ausreichend. Es gab von meiner Seite her nichts auszusetzen. Ich hatte nur Halbpension, aber da wir nicht zum Baden da waren und viele Ausflüge gemacht haben, war alles in unserem Sinne. Ich finde, das Hotel ist gut geeignet, wenn man auf Rundreise ist, Ausflüge oder andere eigene Aktivitäten macht. Zu unserer Zeit gab es keine Animation, kein Sport- oder Abendprogramm. Für uns war das vollkommen ok, da wir sehr viel unterwegs waren. Falls man allerdings Wert legt auf Animation usw. und die ganze Zeit im Hotel verbringen möchte, kann man sich ein entsprechendes Hotel mit All Inklusive, Animation usw. heraussuchen, je nachdem, was man möchte, was aber in unserem Falle aber nicht notwendig war, da wir eh viel unterwegs waren. Und die restliche Zeit im Hotelzimmer relaxen konnte. Ich weiß nicht, ob die Matratzen im Hotel alle gleich sind, aber ich hatte eine super bequeme Matratze (in anderen Hotels hatte ich oft Rückenschmerzen von der Matratze).

Week-end d'anniversaire de ma compagne. Je commence par le positif. Un accueil sympathique, personnel assez attentionné. Le cadre est très beau et nous ne regrettons pas davoir choisi cet hotel. Les photos ne mentaient pas. Petit bémol, le petit dejeuner n'est pas sensationnel du tout. Et une chambre double (lit double demandé) avec 2 lits simples mais surtout 2 couettes et drap 1 place. Pas tres pratique pour dormir a 2. Sinon experience global, très satisfaisante !

First day, kept as waiting when the check in time was 15:00 , made as wait half hour till we got our room, when we asked why u taking to long the response was if you don't like waiting than go in a rude way . Once we gotbto the room the safe was not working, i complaint, they tried fixing it but they couldn't, in return they should've give me Alternative but no. There was lady doing breakfast making paratha, i ask to make me fresh hot paratha for me , she turned around started being rude , saying there is ready made one take those one very rudely, the bath tub was very dirty

Bad thing is they didn’t give us kitchen, they locked the kitchen door so we couldn’t access the kitchen. I had this same apartment last time and got the kitchen, now they said i have to pay more for kitchen which is stupid because online there was no option for kitchen or anything. I am very disappointed with this.

No Wi-Fi in the room and had to leave the room to get Wi-Fi signal. We were also promised Dinner on arrival when we booked, which was refused when we arrived. Strong drainage smell in room 1604. They also refused to provide us with an iron when we asked at reception. This hotel is located in the tourist area so must avoid if looking for quiet location. The only positive was spacious room.

Værelserne er alt for kolde, varmen virker ikke. Der laves ofte fejl i maden man bestiller via roomservice Forkerte oplysninger gives i receptionen vedr. billetter osv. Det virker ikke som om medarbejderne bliver ledet. Kvaliteten af maden i restauranten (buffet) er virkelig ringe. Wifi fungerer ikke på værelserne.

The hotel looks really good in the pictures but is in fact very misleading. The rooms are really dirty and has ingrowded dirt and stains on the floors and really bad smell in the bathroom. When I told the man in the reception about it he said they would clean it but they didn’t. The people working there are in general very rude and unprofessional, they ignore answering questions and act a little condescending against women. This hotel doesn’t care about the guests they just want your money. The pool looks good too but is in fact ice cold, and they gym is really small. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I’ll never stay here again. Only good things are the beds and that the man carrying the bags to the room is really nice, but that’s it.

Leuke en goed gelegen hotel. Aardig personeel. Eerste keer in Agadir en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar bij Anezi hotel!!

Hôtel à eviter !! une multitude de taxes s'ajoutent sans raison, de plus l'emplacement qui mène vers la côte reste assez dangereux ruelle tres sombre. Le service quant à lui n'est vraiment pas aimable..

J’ai regretté mon séjours dans l’hôtel le personnel nous accueille nous marocains avec froideur allors que les étrangers sont accueillis avec sourires nous payons les mêmes prix et nous n’ avons Pas le même traitement c’est navrant , le petit déjeuner est servi de 6 du matin à 10 heure sa ne vous laisse pas le temps de faire une grasse mat, pour les retardataires vous trouvez la porte fermée.nous sommes surveillés au petit déjeuner .j’ai du partir avant même la fin de mes vacances de l’hôtel c’et Trop ☹️

+ Accueil très bien Vue magnifique de la chambre Emplacement dans Agadir au top Petit déjeuner varié Piscine ouverte tard le soir très agréable Chambre spacieuse Au moins un Ascenseur toujours disponible malgré une arrivée en pleine saison - Ménage de la chambre tardif et minimal Animations journée absentes Très bruyant la nuit dans les couloirs et insonorisation des chambres quasi nulle Un très bon séjour

Our experience at this hotel was very good, the staff were very nice and a big shout out to Reda who made our stay even better. He helped us with any problems we had and went out of his way to ensure we have everything we may need in terms of things to do in agadir and reccomndations on where to get certain things from. Interacted with us very nicely and I can honestly say we are gonna miss Reda a lot.

Bra hotell men badkaret var äckligt och ostädat. Golven i rummen var flötiga och det kändes bara smutsigt och oljigt hela tiden om fötterna men annars var det ett bra hotell med grym och fräsch frukost. Prisvärt!

We stayed for 7 days, the hotel was great. Extremely friendly staff all the way around, restaurant were in 5 minuets walking distance. The beach was clean, nice and relaxing

Room was great, however staff were poor. Poor customer service at all levels. The air conditioning did not work, and it took three days for them to send an engineer to make repairs. The engineers just changed the settings and claimed it was working, when it wasn't. Additionally there was no wifi in our room. We contacted the hotel to provide a booster agin they said they will but did not. furthermore the hotel has a facility for tourist to exchange their money, between 2-4. Everyday we would go ask to change but staff say they don't have no money from the bank. Staying for 6 days, all service were not provided adequately. Laundry has also taken more than 24 hours where we had to contact staff to receive our clothing. It's a shame I had to write this review because the rooms were lovely with lovely views. It's just unfortunate the staff were absolutely poor with the customer service side of views and getting things done.

Decent enough for the price, and close enough to the beach,breakfast buffet was below average lacks professionnalism in customer interactions (not sure if staff is trained. overall good hotel for the price .

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to the beach and some restaurants a short walk away. The food at the restaurant was nice and a lot to choose from.

It's about 60 steps from the beach so if you have people who can't cope with steps don't book if you want to go to the beach. The food is repetitive. Otherwise it's ok.

My experience in this hotel when can do I start first of all my premium room it was so dirty and not clean and the balcony as well.i have told the staff in the reception and they have told they will send the cleaner.when I went back me and my wife at night my bed sheets had mark of blood and next morning I thought they will change them and they didn't and I went back to the reception and I have told what I found, and they said they will send someone to change it and I went out by then and when I got back at night I was shocked to find out that they put blancket with cigarette holl in the blancket and I was so upset by then and I went downstairs to the reception around 1am and they send me 2 small blancket and they told me to speak to general manager in the morning and I did speak to him and he went to see what I was taking about in my room he was shocket and he was very nice to me and he did offer a free lunch for me and my wife and he did help me to check out late that day and he did say to me that he will follow my complaints

The hotel was ok, but not great. I would not stay here again. It was very busy with tourists and had two bachelor parties. People speaking in the corridors could be heard and was disruptive. Buffet breakfast was great. Wifi ok. Security great. Service ok. Room was clean but not comfortable.

The location of this hotel is the best among other hotels in agadir. the staff all spoke English very well and were extremily v helpful. the room was spacious and the few from the 8th floor was breath taking. if possible, ask for a room facing the kasbah, a hill that ulluminates at night like hollywood sign. Also, you can see the beach, marina and almost the whole city and surrounding mountains too. Although the Hotel has 70th feel, it has modern and Morrocan features. The hotel did not provide any shampoo or conditioners, only Savon (soab)!

Despite the excellent condition of the hotel, and the superb comfort, and cleanliness, our feelings are mixed for two reasons. Firstly the food was boreing and repetative; furthermore despite the excellent service of waiters, bar staff and cleaners, the hotel was let down by the laziness of the reception staff. Although some slack may be cut due the the fact that our stay conincided with Ramadan, it is fair to say that the reception staff let the hotel down. Two examples for this were that we wiated over an hour for towels to be sent tyo our room, and over a day for them to arrange to have a bathroom door stopped from sticking when shut. A good hotel let down by poor front of house satff.
