The hotel is perfectly located near the train station and not far from the Medina. Unlike the Moroccan riads in Medina, the amateur has a more European bias here. Good service, delicious varied breakfasts. The restaurant is very nice, tasty and inexpensive to have dinner. A cool small rooftop pool with a gorgeous view of the city. Very relevant in the local heat! If we come back here again, we will choose only this option.

Nous voulions explorer la Ville nouvelle pour nos deux dernier jour au Maroc avant le retour en Belgique et nous avons choisi cet hôtel en dernière minute. C'était l'étape parfaite pour finir notre voyage. Nous avons visité deux types de chambres avant de choisir la chambre supérieure (la normale était un peu petite et donnait sur la rue). Nous avions un lit gigantesque, la chambre était très confortable, l'air co fonctionnait parfaitement et le débit de la douche était parfait. Franchement, rien à dire. Nous avons passé 2 super nuits. La localisation est top avec beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours et le Jardin Majorelle est à distance à pied. Le personnel est adorable, je recommande !

Cons: La salle de bain pas au top. Les chambres et l'équipement pas top. En termes de rapport qualité c'est pas du tout bon. Payer une chambre comme ca a plis de 100 euros je trouve ça abusé. On est presque sur le meme level que les auberges.

The property is perfectly located with many restaurants and shops behind. The breakfast buffet was adequate, it included breads, jams, pastries and scrambled eggs as well as cereals

Cons: Unfortunately the bathroom had the most horrific smell, I assume this is because of guttering issues. This seemed to be worse at night. It was really off putting to go in the bathroom and sometimes the smell would come out into the room. The mattress of the bed was huge but was super firm and hard so only suitable if you like this, personally I didn’t. The pools are smaller than they appear on the pictures.

Cons: Les chambres sont très petites , les salles de bain basiques , la clim qui fonctionne mais qui est très sale et ne donne pas trop envie de la mettre en marche. C’est un hôtel le long de la route donc assez bruyant ( les fenêtres sont pas très insonorisantes ) Nous y étions sur le week-end donc pas trop de bruits de Travaux, mais par contre soyez vigilants cela se co strait tout autour et je pense que la semaine en journée cela doit être très bruyant. Un bâtiment se construit d’ailleurs contre l’hôtel.

The hotel was nice and modern. Also the staff was very nice and accommodating. There is a lovely restaurant downstairs and you can order room service to your room.

Cons: While checking out someone had used my room number to buy a drink and they were going to charge me for it even when I didnt get it. They didnt have me pay thankfully as I told them I never got any drink. Also, leaving the hotel in the evening I would be harassed out side multiple times.

We had fresh towels each day which was unexpected but lovely! The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff (except for one male at check in) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was peaceful and clean. Great location, close to shops and restaurants.

J’avais réservé pour une nuit et finalement je suis restée 3 nuits tellement j’étais contente et je m’y suis sentie super bien.😊 La propreté est impeccable et l’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Medina, la parte antica della città, la camera è molto comoda e pulita anche se il bagno è un po’ piccolo, il personale è sempre presente, disponibile e molto educato. La colazione variegata e servita in una sala molto accogliente.

Cons: Purtroppo, dispiace farlo notare ma la connessione Wi-Fi era scarsa nelle aree comuni e quasi inesistente nella nostra camera al 4° piano.

Het hotel is op loopafstand van de medina en de oude stad en op korte loopafstand van de restaurants en winkels in het moderne centrum. Een fijn hotel met heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Heel goed en uitgebreid ontbijt met superlekker brood. Geweldige prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Als we nog eens naar Marrakesh komen zullen we zeker in dit hotel verblijven.

Cons: We hadden gehoopt om het zwembad te kunnen gebruiken, dit was spijtig genoeg nog niet open. De badkamer was klein en basic en het duurde 's morgens heel lang vooraleer het water in de douche warm werd. De kamers zijn nogal gehorig.

Une odeur d’urine remontait parfois dans la salle de bain ce n’était vraiment pas agréable.. Présence de moisissures dans la douche équipement viellot. Une meilleure attention à la propreté améliorerait nettement l’expérience De plus le ménage n’était pas toujours fait une salle de bain pas nettoyé je l’ai constaté c’est dommage.. Absence d’une brosse à toilette Pas de tapis de salle de bain risque de glissade Heureusement que c’était que pour deux nuits !

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Ibn Battuta en Marrakech fue excelente. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy buena, céntrica y segura, cerca del mall y con numerosos restaurantes alrededor. Todo está relativamente cerca y se puede llegar andando, algo que se agradece mucho en Marrakech. Sin duda, la ubicación es un punto fuerte del hotel. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y muy limpia, lo que hizo nuestra estancia muy agradable. Todo estaba bien cuidado y en perfectas condiciones. El personal fue excepcional: muy amable, educado y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, lo que marca realmente la diferencia. Sin duda, si volvemos a Marrakech, repetiríamos este hotel y lo recomendamos totalmente a cualquiera que quiera alojarse en una buena zona y disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y tranquila.

L’emplacement est incroyable, il y a beaucoup de choses à proximité que vous pouvez faire à pieds. Y’a tout à coter incroyables !!!! Gros courage et bisous à Ayoub qui c’est occuper de nous comme un Papa du début à la fin du séjour

Cons: Our shower leaked out into the room and unfortunately became very slippery onto the tiles. The rooftop is currently undergoing building works, perhaps this could have been communicated to us when booking. Otherwise not much to not like!

Hôtel très bien situé, à 20 min à pied de la gare ferroviaire, et au centre du quartier Guéliz de Marrakech. Grande chambre bien équipée, propre avec grande une salle d'eau et une belle douche. Personnel très sympathique, room service et restauration disponible.

Cons: L'isolation sonore est à améliorer, surtout pour les gens à sommeil léger comme moi, notamment par rapport aux bruits de la circulation, le quartier étant très animé, mais aussi dans les couloirs de l'hôtel.

Cons: At first, I was given a room that did not match the photos of the booking page. I booked a standard room, but the standard room I was given was different and much smaller than advertised on the booking page. It didn’t have a chair at the desk and was much smaller. After complaining, I received a better room, that was probably a superior room. To avoid the surprise, book the superior room, and not the standard room. The superior room was good.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien pour ceux qui aiment le shopping avec les chaînes de magasin connues en Europe. On s'y rend à pied ! Pour se rendre sur la place Jemma El Fna les taxis passent au coun de la rue. Surtout négocier la course !!! N'hésitez pas à visiter La Mamounia, l'hôtel emblématique de Marrakech !!!

El sitio que más me ha decepcionado de todo mi viaje a Marruecos. pague 2 veces más de lo que estoy acostumbrada para llegar al aeropuerto cómoda y con más lujo, todo lo contario, habitación pequeña , cuarto de baño ; aún más pequeño, obras en los edificios conlindantes. Lo único positivo, es su ubicación, no quería estar en la medina y el hotel estaba en la zona nueva pero a un paseo de la medina. El desayuno tipo bufete estaba muy bien, al igual que los chicos que trabajan en el bufete miy sinpaticos.

O hotel é numa zona muito central, rodeado de restaurantes e perto de tudo. Fizeram-nos um upgrade de quarto de forma gratuita. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. O hotel estava sempre muito limpo, as zonas das piscinas são muito agradáveis e com música ambiente, ideal para relaxar.

Cons: As únicas coisas menos boas foram o facto de apesar do quarto estar limpo, o WC cheirava mal. A internet também não era muito boa e o pequeno almoço não era muito variado, era básico.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights early November 25. The hotel was in walking distance to the new town and the Medina. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was OK but it took a long time to get delivered. We used the airport shuttle via the hotel which worked great. I will not stay in the hotel again when we return to Marrakesh.

Cons: The area around the hotel was under major construction so there was a continuous noise of construction.Our hotel room was OK but we had a problem with our shower which leaked water all over the bathroom floor, this was reported two days running but nothing was done till my wife slipped in the bathroom. The breakfast was very disappointing with virtually no choice.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, de ligging is goed voor een citytrip. Leuk zwembad op het bovenste verdiep.

Cons: De kamers zien er prachtig uit op foto, de realiteit is iets minder. Oppervlakte stemt overeen, maar er zijn duidelijk nog wat minder opgefriste kamers in gebruik. Misleidend op beeld, maar zeker nog ok voor die prijs. Ontbijt is goed maar steekt wat tegen na 3 dagen, er is weinig variatie.

The rooftop pool was nice but water quite cold. The rooftop restaurant was great to have a snack by the pool.

Hotel in zona tranquilla ma vicino alle zone di interesse e centro, raggiungibili a piedi. Struttura molto carni, pulita e con ottimi servizi. Il ristorante all' interno è ottimo. Camera bella, spaziosa con letto super gigante, pulita con bel bagno e enorme doccia. La camera viene rifatta tutti i giorni e gli asciugamani cambiati sempre. Ottima la colazione, variegata. Meraviglioso lo spazio sul tetto con piccola piscina e lettini comodi con bar dove puoi pranzare o gustarti un buon aperitivo. Lo consiglio a chi vuole trascorrere dei giorni a Marrakesh

Cons: Vicino all' hotel ci sono lavori per la costruzione di un albergo. Un po' rumoroso ma la notte con le finestre chiuse i rumori non danno fastidio.

Perfekte Lage alles gut erreichbar. Das Personal ( besonders die Dame an der Rezeption und das Sichheitspersonal Mustafa) einfach 5 sterne Service. Sehr saubere Anlage, Zimmer. Frühstück war OK. Rooftopbar ein super Ausgleich zur verrückten Stadt. Ein Tipp für die Taxifahrten in Marrakesch die App: Indrive. Lässt euch nicht abziehen eine Fahrt kostet 20-30 MAD.

El hotel está impecable. La habitación con cama muy grande y cómoda. Si basis andando son 15’ la vuelta nosotros la hacíamos en taxi aunque es relativamente cerca pero acabas cansado de todo el día caminando.

Cons: El ruido por la mañana. Dos obras, una a cada lado del edificio. A las 8 ya estaban con ruidos. La llamada al rezo de la mezquita que está enfrente se escucha mucho… Suena de madrugada.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The room was big and confortable. The restaurant of the hotel serves nice meals at a reasonable price. The pool is a nice extra to relax after a long walking day.

Cons: The sound isolation isn't the best but we could still get some rest. The bathroom had some signs of mold and the wi-fi signal in the pool wasn't the best.

Le personnel est aimable, souriant et prend de vos nouvelles régulièrement. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et de qualité (et sur une longue plage horaire 7h30-11h30). La climatisation dans la chambre est vraiment un plus. La literie est de bonne qualité. Bon emplacement par rapport aux activités que nous souhaitions faire (prévoir 20/30 min de marche pour aller à la médina)

Cons: L’hôtel est situé à côté d’un chantier avec des gros travaux bruyants qui commencent dès 8h le matin… nous avions eu une première chambre avec vue directe sur ces travaux (voir photo), nous avons demandé un geste commercial car il était tout simplement impossible de se reposer. Une réduction financière nous a été refusée mais nous avons pu changer de chambre. Celle-ci était plus éloignée des travaux mais ces derniers nous ont quand même dérangé, sans compter que l’hôtel n’est absolument pas isolé… cet hôtel peut convenir pour un court séjour ou si vous êtes de passage mais si vous souhaitez vous reposer, passez votre chemin. De plus d’autres bémols sont à améliorer : télé et frigo qui ne fonctionnaient pas dans les deux chambres, serviettes de douches trouées, très peu d’eau chaude dans la première chambre, sol de la piscine du rooftop pas très propre, transats troués.

Mijn gezin en ik hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Hotel Ibn Battouta. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd bij aankomst, wat direct zorgde voor een warme en prettige sfeer. Bij binnenkomst in onze kamer bleek deze helaas niet geschikt te zijn voor mijn vrouw, die een fysieke beperking heeft. Nadat ik dit had aangegeven bij de receptie, werd er direct actie ondernomen. Zonder aarzeling werd er een andere, meer toegankelijke kamer voor ons geregeld. Deze snelle en begripvolle service waarderen wij enorm. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we volop kunnen genieten. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, groette ons altijd beleefd en stond altijd klaar om te helpen. Ook de beveiligers waren behulpzaam en betrokken. Kortom: geen minpunten. Wij hebben het geweldig gehad en komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Een absolute aanrader!
