Cons: I was disappointed with this hotel. No rooms available at check in time. Then placed in a dirty room with adjoining wall being jackhammered for construction. Considerable negotiation required to be moved to a room that was actually usable. Worst breakfast I encountered on my trip to Morocco. I walked to a nearby cafe each morning instead. Staff were unhelpful and borderline rude.

Great location (around 12 minutes of walk from the train station), the room is pretty spacious and has a huge super comfortable bed, the AC is pretty good and relatively quiet, the breakfast was good and had a variety of options (served from 7:30 to 11). The hotel has a rooftop with a bar and a pool but we haven't had the time to check it out.

A nice hotel with a comfortable room and bed. The disabled shower was great for my mum. The staff were fantastic and really looked after my mum getting up and down the slope. We were greeted by welcome, this is our home and your home too. Lovely pool area on the roof and on the level was fine for my disabled mum. She managed to get into the pool. Breakfast was good.

Tahani était présente, souriante et soucieuse de mon confort ! et à chaque de mes passages à la réception elle me demandait si tout allait bien! L'hôtel est très bien situé à deux pas du Carré Eden et du Mc Do de Gueliz Tous le personnel de l'hôtel est sympa, serviable et souriant! Les chambres sont confortables, propres et bien équipées Le petit déjeuner est copieux, produits de qualités. C'était le 2iem fois que je visitais l'hôtel et j'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour!

La habitación tenía un buen tamaño y la cama y almohadas eran muy cómodas. El baño estaba muy bien equipado. La ubicación; tenía supermercados cerca. El hotel se encuentra 10mins del centro y un uber te saldrá siempre en 5€. Destacar la amabilidad del trabajador Abdeljalil, que nos trató con muchísimo cariño y era siempre un gusto que nos recibiera en la entrada.
Cons: En general, nos gustó todo. Solo quisieras comentar que descubrimos el último día de nuestra estancia, que en el buffet desayuno te pueden preparar otros platillos en cocina y nadie nos comentó ni nos ofreció este servicio.

Établissement à proximité de la rue commerçante du quartier Gueliz où on peut y être à pied en une minute Personnel très gentil L’intérieur de l’hôtel est propre et bien décoré.
Cons: Attention sur la photo on voit l’établissement seul mais il est en réalité collé à des bâtiments en construction, il y a donc des travaux toute la journée. Les salle de bains sont petites, il y a des problèmes de fuite et nous avons aussi retrouvé 2 petits cafards…. Le choix du petit déjeuner est vraiment léger et il n’y a jamais de nouveauté. La piscine est beaucoup plus petite que ce qu’elle paraît en photo, elle arrive au niveau des hanches, c’est plutôt un bain rafraîchissant, qui certes, n’est pas négligeable mais les photos sont trompeuses. Il manque également des parasols, sur le toit ça cogne….

Clean, friendly and no frills hotel located just off plaza Gueliz and a half hour walk into the Medina. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a decent breakfast. The rooftop pool is a great place to cool off in an afternoon.
Cons: The shower facilities in the room were dated and leaked a fair bit into the bathroom floor. No cause for concern or issues actually showering though.

The room was very tidy, towels were changed daily, mattresses were very comfortable, I slept on them like I was on a cloud. Length was enough for me who is two meters tall. The water pressure is good, there was always hot water. The hotel staff is fantastic, they are very welcoming, smiling and always ready to help. All the main attractions are within a 15 minute walk, and the street is accessible for vehicles if you want to be picked up for day trips in front of the hotel. The pools are clean. If I return to Marrakech, I will stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was great, there was plenty of choice for people who are fasting or vegan. Incredible value for a decent price.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of customer service throughout my visit.
Cons: I made my reservation on May 13, received a confirmation, paid an advance, and even exchanged emails with the hotel confirming a Twin Room. However, when I arrived for check-in, we were surprised to be informed by the receptionist that our reservation did not appear in the system, despite presenting the confirmation number and all documents proving its validity. To remedy this error, we were given a small double room that did not match the one we had booked and paid for in advance. Furthermore, the way we were treated was unprofessional and lacking in courtesy, which made the experience disappointing from the very moment we arrived. To get a room closer to what I had originally booked, I was obliged to pay an additional 222 MAD for a superior room. Even then, the room was still set up as a double room rather than the confirmed twin room. In addition, I had to wait around 35minutes at reception before receiving the room. Even we arrived at 4:35 PM, our room was not yet ready despite the confirmed reservation.

The breakfast was prefect for my requirements. From eggs, bread and also fruit and pastries. Was even asked if I would like omelettes. The location was perfect for me and if I were to go back to Marrakesh at any time I will be using them again. The room was clean and was cleaned everyday. Due to me booking for two and my other person could not make it they still upgraded me and even concerned themselves about the bed being made into a Double. Top service, from staff and main guy at the desk Abdul Rashid.
Cons: Honestly there is a lot of small picky things others would pick on like the toilet not being secure or slightly rattling. For me its nothing as it was clean and that was what mattered to me.

L'espace piscine a dû faire l'objet de travaux de rénovation récents car il ne ressemble plus à la photo. Bon petit déjeuner, complet. Très bon rapport qualité / prix.
Cons: La salle d'eau est un peu petite en comparaison de la taille de la chambre. L'insonorisation pourrait être revue. Notre chambre était au 6ème étage, juste sous l'espace piscine, et nous avons entendu divers bruits de meubles déplacés (probablement lié au ménage de l'espace piscine). Nous avons été surpris car la femme de ménage a voulu faire la chambre à 9h25 du matin alors que nous étions présents, que nous n?étions là que pour une nuit et que nous devions rendre la chambre pour midi. Nous lui avons donc demandé de repasser plus tard.

I liked the furniture and the apartment layout considering the price.
Cons: The receptionist girl was unfriendly and her attitude was uncomfortable, because the tenant usually arrives tired and exhausted and expects a warm welcome. Excellent Stay — Highly Recommended We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is great — a quiet area yet still close to the city center, so it’s easy to get around. One of the highlights is the rooftop area with a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The food was also very good, with affordable prices that made dining on-site a great option.
Cons: The only downside was that we couldn’t locate any place to wash our hands after eating in the ground‑floor restaurant. If there is one, it wasn’t easy to find, so clearer directions or a more visible setup would be appreciated.

Je tiens particulièrement à remercier la personne au comptoir, grande au cheveux noir très long, elle est d’une gentillesse inouïe, elle m’a conseillé tous les bons coins à côté et a été de très bon conseil. Très attentive à que tout se passe bien pour moi. L’hôtel est propre, bien fréquentée, j’étais seule (femme) vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Le major d’homme est une personne d’une gentillesse inouïe et tellement serviable. Toujours au petit soin. La literie était parfaite pour moi, j’y ai très bien dormi. La dimension de la chambre également parfaite. Possibilité d’aller à pied à plusieurs endroits clés de Marrakech. À 10 minutes il y a un brunch où j’ai été qui s’appelle « chez lyne cofee » je vous le conseille, c’est nouveau et extrêmement bon. J’ai tout simplement adoré mon petit séjour, cet hôtel restera mon adresse pour Marrakech.

Osoblje je preljubazno 😊 Lokacija je super i do trga Jemma je 20 minuta, a u drugom smjeru, u blizini hotela, moderni restorani, kafići i dućani kvarta Gueliz. 🤩 Krevet je jako udoban i super smo spavali. Doručak je ukusan, ali nedostaje slane hrane, dok je previše peciva.

The hotel is perfectly located near the train station and not far from the Medina. Unlike the Moroccan riads in Medina, the amateur has a more European bias here. Good service, delicious varied breakfasts. The restaurant is very nice, tasty and inexpensive to have dinner. A cool small rooftop pool with a gorgeous view of the city. Very relevant in the local heat! If we come back here again, we will choose only this option.

Nous voulions explorer la Ville nouvelle pour nos deux dernier jour au Maroc avant le retour en Belgique et nous avons choisi cet hôtel en dernière minute. C'était l'étape parfaite pour finir notre voyage. Nous avons visité deux types de chambres avant de choisir la chambre supérieure (la normale était un peu petite et donnait sur la rue). Nous avions un lit gigantesque, la chambre était très confortable, l'air co fonctionnait parfaitement et le débit de la douche était parfait. Franchement, rien à dire. Nous avons passé 2 super nuits. La localisation est top avec beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours et le Jardin Majorelle est à distance à pied. Le personnel est adorable, je recommande !

The property is perfectly located with many restaurants and shops behind. The breakfast buffet was adequate, it included breads, jams, pastries and scrambled eggs as well as cereals
Cons: Unfortunately the bathroom had the most horrific smell, I assume this is because of guttering issues. This seemed to be worse at night. It was really off putting to go in the bathroom and sometimes the smell would come out into the room. The mattress of the bed was huge but was super firm and hard so only suitable if you like this, personally I didn’t. The pools are smaller than they appear on the pictures.

C’est un hôtel le long de la route donc assez bruyant ( les fenêtres sont pas très insonorisantes ) Nous y étions sur le week-end donc pas trop de bruits de Travaux, mais par contre soyez vigilants cela se co strait tout autour et je pense que la semaine en journée cela doit être très bruyant. Un bâtiment se construit d’ailleurs contre l’hôtel.

Cons: While checking out someone had used my room number to buy a drink and they were going to charge me for it even when I didnt get it. They didnt have me pay thankfully as I told them I never got any drink. Also, leaving the hotel in the evening I would be harassed out side multiple times.

We had fresh towels each day which was unexpected but lovely! The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff (except for one male at check in) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was peaceful and clean. Great location, close to shops and restaurants.

J’avais réservé pour une nuit et finalement je suis restée 3 nuits tellement j’étais contente et je m’y suis sentie super bien.😊 La propreté est impeccable et l’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout. Le service est excellent, avec un accueil chaleureux et une équipe formidable, très professionnelle. Un grand merci à Ayoub ainsi qu’à toutes les filles qui étaient formidables, serviables et toujours souriantes. Sans oublier l’équipe d’entretien et les serveures Je reviendrai sans aucune hésitation. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ❤️

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Medina, la parte antica della città, la camera è molto comoda e pulita anche se il bagno è un po’ piccolo, il personale è sempre presente, disponibile e molto educato. La colazione variegata e servita in una sala molto accogliente.
Cons: Purtroppo, dispiace farlo notare ma la connessione Wi-Fi era scarsa nelle aree comuni e quasi inesistente nella nostra camera al 4° piano.

Het hotel is op loopafstand van de medina en de oude stad en op korte loopafstand van de restaurants en winkels in het moderne centrum. Een fijn hotel met heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Heel goed en uitgebreid ontbijt met superlekker brood. Geweldige prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Als we nog eens naar Marrakesh komen zullen we zeker in dit hotel verblijven.
Cons: We hadden gehoopt om het zwembad te kunnen gebruiken, dit was spijtig genoeg nog niet open. De badkamer was klein en basic en het duurde 's morgens heel lang vooraleer het water in de douche warm werd. De kamers zijn nogal gehorig.

Une odeur d’urine remontait parfois dans la salle de bain ce n’était vraiment pas agréable.. Présence de moisissures dans la douche équipement viellot. Une meilleure attention à la propreté améliorerait nettement l’expérience De plus le ménage n’était pas toujours fait une salle de bain pas nettoyé je l’ai constaté c’est dommage.. Absence d’une brosse à toilette Pas de tapis de salle de bain risque de glissade Heureusement que c’était que pour deux nuits !

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Ibn Battuta en Marrakech fue excelente. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy buena, céntrica y segura, cerca del mall y con numerosos restaurantes alrededor. Todo está relativamente cerca y se puede llegar andando, algo que se agradece mucho en Marrakech. Sin duda, la ubicación es un punto fuerte del hotel. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y muy limpia, lo que hizo nuestra estancia muy agradable. Todo estaba bien cuidado y en perfectas condiciones. El personal fue excepcional: muy amable, educado y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, lo que marca realmente la diferencia. Sin duda, si volvemos a Marrakech, repetiríamos este hotel y lo recomendamos totalmente a cualquiera que quiera alojarse en una buena zona y disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y tranquila.
