Chambres spartiates, sans aucun charme, linges de bain usagés et effilochés, odeur de cigarette sur le linge de lit, pas de climatisation, très mauvaise insonorisation (bruits trafic et chambres voisines), pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, personnel lent voire incompétent(sauf une dame au restaurant). Je déconseille fortement.

Qui a prétendu que cet hôtel soit disant de luxe méritait 5 étoiles? j'attends de booking une aide auprès de la direction pour obtenir un remboursement pour les 6 nuits de fin de mon séjour. J'ai adressé un mel à la direction pour obtenir ce geste commercial justifié par le fait qu'il serait attaquable de me faire payer plus que je dois en fonction du service fourni. J'ai déjà effectué un séjour dans cet hôtel en 2025. J'avais fait part de toutes mes remarques auprès du responsable. J'ai trouvé dans les chambres du linge de salle de bains très usagé....
Cons: Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site booking pas de dispositif d'aide aux personnes handicapées. J'ai apporté un tapis anti glisse pour la douche car le carrelage mouillé est très glissant. Pas de barre d'appui dans la douche et les wc; La cuvette des wc est trop basse . Pas moyen de faire comprendre au service client que je voyage avec un aidant qui a besoin d'un lit et pas d'un couchage d'appoint. La suite impériale chère est trop bruyante la nuit car elle donne sur la rue. J'ai donc changé de chambre pour une suite donnant sur la piscine moins chère. Merci de m'adresser un accusé de réception pour ce courrier

Le personnel au petit déjeuner et du nettoyage des chambres étaient très sympathique. Bien que le petit déjeuner n’était pas trop complet et m’a rendu malade dès le premier jour . Attention leurs jus de fruits ne sont jamais au frais … Le petit déjeuner est bon mais se limite par le choix À savoir que j’ai vu un oiseau manger le pain directement sur le buffet … je n’ai rien contre la présence d’un petit oiseau néanmoins pas avec une conséquence direct sur la nourriture .
Cons: En 1 semaine des traces de pattes de chat sur le meuble du buffet de petit déjeuner n’ont jamais été nettoyés… j’adore les animaux mais pas dans les plats … et de la poussière Avant la réservation je pensais en vue des commentaires que les personnes abusaient sur l’aspect vieillot de l’hôtel mais non vous arrivez vraiment dans un hôtel qui avait tout l’air luxueux mais … il y a plus de 20 ans … tout est beau mais quand on s’approche rien ne va. Notre baignoire était fissuré à plusieurs endroits (je n’aurais rien dit si c’était de simples rayures ) mais la non le premier jour j’ai posé le pied dans la baignoire , le sol de la baignoire s’est affaissé et de par la fissure est apparu un liquide marron … donc les premiers jours nous avons du éviter ses fissures ouvertes en nous douchant puis vient le moment où on nous propose de changer de chambre … on test en marchant dans la baignoire RAS on accepte le changement. On s’aperçoit très vite que rien ne va dans la chambre ; porte des toilettes qui restent coincé si on veut la fermer donc super on ne peut pas faire nos besoins sans pouvoir la fermer , le pommeau de douche fuit à tout va ( il nous reste un petit filet d’eau pour se doucher à travers le pommeau ) , un morceau de la table de chevet est tombé sur le pied de mon amie ( un matin au réveil c’est tombé sans que l’on fasse quoi que ce soit ) Je ne parle pas de la literie qui est horriblement dure dans les 2 chambres et pourtant nous avons toute deux avec mon amie voyager dans plusieurs pays . Il est noté une salle de sport … les 3/4 des équipements ne fonctionnent pas et sont sales ou vétustes impossible de faire du sport, à côté une salle de jeu mais rien ne fonctionne aussi et ces deux salles sentent mauvais le tabac ; d’ailleurs il y a même des mégots au sol … La piscine est non chauffée, nous avons pu mettre qu’une main dedans car gelée on nous a mis dans une chambre communicante où on entendait les pets des voisins, odeur de cigarette et conversation…

Most of the staff is friendly and the hotel in general is lovely but we had a big problem with the reception and the laundry. And the balcony was all covered in pigeon shit and we had a big cockroach in our bathroom. But both of those things are fine, we're not too fussy, but what we absolutely hate is when somebody tries to scam you and rip you off. And this is what happened here.
Cons: We are most dissatisfied and most angry by far on this whole trip!!! What your staff did is most scandalous and shameful and untransparent by far on any of my journeys and I've traveled half of the world. To be charged 140 euros for two mid sized shopping bags not even full of clothes that needed to be washed. Mainly socks, underpants and a few tshirts and 3 pants. And my girlfriend is small so her clothes are even less specious. In general one full load of laundry machine that wasn't heavily dirty, just needed regular wash and you charge it 140 euros! Are you fu.k...g crazy!! In wich universe does that cost that much!?!? Not even in Norway where I work, which is one of the most expensive countries in the world. This is a total ripoff and a scandalous untransparent scam! And best part is that I've asked for the price of service twice, once at the reception and once when I made the call to the laundry service and non of the times they gave me an answer about the price. And your reception clerk told me today that we have it in our room which we don't. And we most definitely looked everything in the room, both of us. This is an absolute disgrace! If this is a proper way to treat a guest than you should be ashamed! And you advertise 5 star service. Our whole stay for 3 nights was 300 euro, and we payed half of that only for one load of laundry washing and ironing. Where is that normal?! How is that normal, please tell me!? And your country isn't even that expensive. An absolute outrage! If we knew it cost that much we wouldn't even use it, or maybe just for a few items and that's it. And I asked for the price, twice! You should have at least warrend me that it's expensive. If you have any honesty and honor, you will at least reimburse half of the cleaning bill, and even that will still be super expensive. Unbelievable and scandalous. And I will report this everywhere!

Cons: Nous avions réservé une suite pour quatre personnes, deux adultes et deux enfants, telle que décrite sur votre site. Or, à notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la chambre ne correspondait absolument pas à la description : elle était vétuste et totalement inadaptée pour accueillir une famille de quatre personnes. Au lieu de lits conformes, nous avons dû dormir sur des lits d’appoint, ce qui est inacceptable pour une suite réservée et payée à ce tarif. À la réception, il nous a été indiqué que d’autres lits nous seraient apportés. Cependant, à 21h, alors que je me trouvais au restaurant de l’hôtel et souhaitais simplement monter dans la chambre pour récupérer un chargeur, le réceptionniste m’a informé que nous n’aurions finalement pas d’autre lit, sans solution alternative ni excuse. De plus, nous étions quatre personnes, dont deux enfants, avec une seule couette. J’ai demandé à plusieurs reprises deux couettes supplémentaires afin que chacun puisse dormir correctement. Malgré nos relances, aucune couette ne nous a été apportée, même après minuit. Après un long voyage particulièrement fatigant, notamment pour les enfants, nous espérions pouvoir nous reposer dans de bonnes conditions, ce qui n’a pas été le cas. Pour aggraver la situation, nous ne disposions même pas de serviettes propres, nous empêchant de prendre une douche correctement. L’ensemble de ces manquements (non-conformité de la chambre, absence de literie adéquate, manque de linge, absence de prise en charge par la réception) constitue une expérience très décevante, bien en deçà des standards attendus dans votre établissement, d’autant plus lorsqu’il s’agit d’un séjour en famille.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'accueil et des nombreux échanges chaleureux que nous avons eu avec l'ensemble du personnel et en particulier avec : Le Directeur Mr SAAD, toujours disponible et à l' écoute de nos besoins. La responsable de la restauration Mme SOUAD d'un grand professionnalisme. De plus nous recommandons la prise du petit déjeuner traditionnel assuré par ZAHIRA. Autre atout et non des moindres le niveau de maîtrise culinaire du Chef cuisinier qui a enchanté nos papilles . Sans oublier le personnel de la réception souriant et parfaitement trilingue. Enfin, le plus de cet hôtel c'est son immense et magnifique piscine permettant vraiment de nager. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Un séjour exceptionnel du début à la fin ! Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable dans cet hôtel. L’élégance et le charme de cet endroit n’est autre que l’histoire de la richesse marocaine présente depuis des siècles. L’accueil a été chaleureux, le personnel incroyablement professionnel, attentionné et toujours souriant (mention spéciale à Saad le directeur, un monsieur en or) La chambre était impeccable, spacieuse, décorée avec goût et d’un confort absolu. Digne des plus grands palaces ! Les équipements (piscine, spa, salle de sport) étaient impeccablement entretenus et ont largement contribué à la détente de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette parenthèse parfaite !

The gym is poorly equipped and could so easily be improved. The sauna and wellness is too expensive to justify use. We had three rooms and all three had lots of little problems that could so easily be fixed like broken doors, broken furnishings, no bedside lights, electric sockets and lights not working, fridges either freezing or not cold, balcony doors hard or impossible to open and close, bathtub plugs missing.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. My overall experience was excellent and the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The area is safe and there are plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, modern and perfectly clean, with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful city view. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The staff were always friendly, professional and ready to help with any request. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with fresh fruit, pastries and several hot options. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would happily return in the future.🌟

Great location and hotel concierge was delightful as well as room attendant and receptionist. The staff really made the difference and were flexible for a slightly later checkout at 12 rather than 11 The concierge organised for me to have the door code to use the gym before opening time .Lovely big gym with good range of equipment and lovely pool area. Bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast.
Cons: It is a bit of a building site at present which I did not see advertised with quite a lot of noise during the day. The WiFi was very patchy and got thrown out of a Teams meeting several times which was not ideal. It is very dark in the foyer early morning and had to use phone flash light to get to the gym which is in the garden area.

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle au Royal Mirage Deluxe Marrakech. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Mustafa dans le magnifique hall de l’hôtel, avec un délicieux thé marocain qui nous a immédiatement mis dans l’ambiance. Le personnel, tout comme le directeur adjoint, ont été d’une gentillesse remarquable et toujours aux petits soins. Leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme ont vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable : varié, généreux et d’une qualité irréprochable. On y trouve aussi bien un petit-déjeuner européen complet qu’un petit-déjeuner marocain traditionnel, le tout préparé maison, accompagné d’une large gamme de jus frais. Le restaurant marocain de l’hôtel est également excellent, avec des plats authentiques et savoureux. L’hôtel en lui-même est magnifique, avec une architecture superbe et une atmosphère élégante. Les suites sont splendides, spacieuses, propres et décorées avec beaucoup de goût — véritablement à couper le souffle. Un immense merci au directeur et à tout le personnel pour la superbe surprise d’anniversaire organisée pour les 30 ans de ma femme : un excellent gâteau, accompagné de musique et de tambours. Un moment inoubliable qui nous a profondément touchés. En résumé, un séjour parfait du début à la fin. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

I stayed at the Royal Mirage Deluxe from November 3rd to 9th, 2025, and we specifically chose this hotel because Booking.com advertises a modern, well-equipped fitness center. This was the main reason we eliminated other hotels in the area. When we arrived, the reality was completely different: • The gym was in an obviously neglected state, with dust built up everywhere. • Out of five treadmills, two were not working, and another had constant malfunctions. • The weight machines were rusty or unusable, and the entire area felt abandoned. This does not match the photos or the description shown on the booking platforms. It feels misleading. During our stay, we raised the issue several times. At least five staff members were involved, including the new general manager. While everyone was polite, no one offered a concrete solution or any form of compensation for the lack of the advertised service. The only person who showed genuine empathy and willingness to help was Malak, who handled the situation with professionalism, but even with her support, the hotel did not provide any resolution or follow-up. In summary: The hotel does not deliver what it advertises, does not offer alternatives when a key service is unavailable, and did not respond to our formal complaint email after our stay. For the price charged, the experience was far below expectations.

Картите за отключване и ток не работиха, трябваше да ги сменят на 2 пъти 4. До стая 321 се извършва ремонт на цялото крило, за което не бяхме предупредени, в 8.30ч започват ремонтните дейности , а мръсотията и праха, които излизат правят всичко в стаята мръсно и непоносимо за стоене 5. Няма кош за тоалетна в тоалетната 6. Няма дори по 1 шише вода за пиене като Welcome , за град, в който водата не се пие и туриста се запознава с това 7. Мебелите са изключително стари 8. Има някакъв постоянен шум от 11 вечерта до сутринта, нещо като генератор, който се чува на затворени врати.

We liked deep pool and surrounding area (feels like botanical garden). Taxi always available on site or can be called through the porter. Horse carriage available on a next street. Main city attractions in a walking distance.
Cons: Attention! Renovation works in progress! High noise levels. To accommodate guests next to renovation works is a pure disrespect because we came for the peace and quiet (at least till 10:00 AM). Hotel`s room are really outdated but match the price. Balcony never cleaned and it is a pity because it is nice to have a seat and enjoy the sunset. I advise the management to pay more attention to excursions, must be advertised more.

L’accueil et le service se limitent au strict minimum. Le petit-déjeuner a été particulièrement décevant : un matin à 7 heures, ayant signalé que les œufs brouillés étaient froids, on nous a répondu qu’il n’y avait personne en cuisine à cette heure-là et que les œufs étaient préparés la veille. La piscine, le petit déjeuner, la gentillesse de Fatima la femme de ménage ( des chambres) et l'emplacement de l'hôtel sont les vrais côtés positifs. Cela permet d'être au centre de Marrakech en moins 20 minutes à pied avec des enfants, de défouler les enfants dans la très grande piscine de l'hôtel et la salle de sport. Buffet pour le petit déjeuner très copieux avec un stand extérieur pour faire des omelettes, oeufs au plat, ou pour réchauffer des crêpes marocaines ou françaises. Jus d'orange frais excellent. Le portier était très sympathique aussi
Cons: Le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas très arrangeant, et malgré notre remontée d'information sur la saleté de la cage d'escalier, rien n'a été fait pendant 4 jours. La seule réponse que nous avons eue a été : " pourquoi, vous ne prenez pas l'ascenseur ?!" Dans les chambres, les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnent pas toujours et le mobilier est un peu vieillissant. Ces points sont les bémols de cet hôtel indiqué ****

The best thing about this hotel is its location. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: The room’s inside needs maintenance and some renovation. Many doors were very old to the point that you can’t open or close them(like toilet door!). Hair dryer wasn’t working. And although the room size was huge as it was a suit, but there was only one electric socket to charge the phone which is far away from the bed. For this price I would expected a more comfortable room at least in the terms of the basic needs.

Cons: The room had seen better days. Not enough power outlets by the bed(had to remove a floor lamp socket to charge phone). And you couldn't carry water bottles or food inside unless it was covered in a bag.

The manager Mr Saad was very welcoming and courteous. The location was very good in Hivernage and the free parking just outside made it easy. The staff was mixed with the ladies at the reception having a poor attitude while the doorman and parking attendant along with the restaurant staff and manager Mr Saad were effusive.
Cons: The hotel is in a great location and well appointed but tired and needs more maintenance and needs to be spruced up both from a staff and facilities perspective.

The hotel has a fabulous ambience. Situated quite close to many restaurants and cafe's. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A great hotel if you are planning a trip to Marrakech. Value for money. Enjoyed our stay.

Très bien situé : à environ 15 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna, 9 minutes des restaurants et fast-foods, dans un quartier calme et sécurisé, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. La piscine est très agréable, parfaite pour se détendre. Le petit déjeuner est varié, copieux et de qualité. J’ai également utilisé le service de laverie, qui était rapide et efficace. La chambre était spacieuse, bien décorée, confortable, et très propre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour à Marrakech, et je reviendrai sans hésiter !

The only good thing is that the staff are very polite, kind, and friendly, but sadly completely untrained for this type of hotel.
Cons: Very generous four. And this is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but the experience was far from it. We tried to book the spa twice, but the staff there didn’t speak a single word of English — not even the simplest phrases. We eventually gave up, as I’m pregnant and had many questions about whether the traditional hammam would be safe for me. Housekeeping enters the rooms immediately after knocking, without waiting for an answer. Once, it happened while I was in the shower — thankfully, my husband managed to stop the lady just before she came in. There were cockroaches in the room. When we told the front desk, their response was literally: “No worries!” The air conditioning didn’t work, and despite several calls, no one came to check it during our entire 4-night stay. Restaurant staff don’t speak English at all — they just say “yes” to everything. Our food order was wrong on the first day. The next day, we ordered spring rolls and Coke while relaxing by the pool. After 30 minutes, the waiter said they didn’t have those spring rolls but could bring “different ones.” We agreed. Another 30 minutes later, the food finally arrived — together with the drinks, after a full hour. The bill came 30 minutes after that, but the waiter realized he didn’t have enough change, so we waited another 15 minutes. Tip: When a guest is lying by the pool, it’s the perfect opportunity to offer and sell drinks or snacks — but here, you have to chase the staff yourself, and even then, it’s a struggle. Many items from the menu were unavailable, and since the staff didn’t understand English, ordering was a nightmare. Being pregnant, I have strict dietary restrictions, but it was impossible to explain anything. We understand it’s a hotel, but we were even stopped when trying to order food from outside — for the reasons mentioned above.

Friendly reception. Extremely palatial property. Allowed early check in, paid for late check out but very amenable and open to late check out. Good pool. Safe area and entrance to access by walking and excellent location in Hivernage. Ten minutes from La Mamouniya and Royal Mansour. Excellent location, spacious rooms. Excellent washrooms, proper tiling and good clean tiled washrooms. Got to stay late in the lobby, welcoming staff, dining options were good and were reasonable. The look of the property was quite local which was refreshing.
Cons: Building needed slight refurbishment, and there was no kettle in the room. Some buttons in the lift were difficult to press, sheets needed a little more deep cleaning but were workable. Should have offered toothpaste rather than having to call room service. Security guard promised to negotiate taxi prices when hailing a cab but the taxi drivers then came up with different amounts, some communication or collusion, not sure.

J’ai toujours pas compris le but ou l’effet recherché !!!!!!!! On peut pas faire le chekout la veille même si on part a 4 h du mat . Il y avait des travaux , l’après midi ,effectivement un panneau avertissant les travaux était sur le bar de la réception,mais il faut comprendre que quant on chek une chambre sur internet les travaux ne sont pas avertis bien sur . Donc on est courant une fois la réservation faite et mis au fait accomplis une fois devant la réception. J’ai envoyé un mail apres avoir fait ma réservation j’attend toujours la réponse. Nous avons passé un séjour dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles, avec un accueil irréprochable. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier M. Zineddine à la réception, d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. Grâce à lui, l’expérience côté service a vraiment été à la hauteur d’un établissement de ce standing.
Cons: En revanche, la chambre présidentielle n’a pas répondu à nos attentes pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Certes très spacieuse, mais la décoration est vétuste, l’aménagement ancien, et plusieurs dysfonctionnements (voir photos) ont terni le confort attendu. Pour le prix demandé, nous espérions un niveau de modernité et de raffinement supérieur. On voit bien que l’équipe fait son maximum avec les moyens disponibles, et cela force le respect. Avec davantage d’investissements dans la rénovation et la mise à niveau des chambres, cet hôtel pourrait vraiment refléter pleinement les standards d’un 5 étoiles.

Cons: The only thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the floor of the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower room, separate toilet room and a massive area with a bath and sink. The bathroom is the size of rooms in some other hotels hence despite such amazing things about the bathroom the floor needs to be scrubbed thoroughly to remove dirt marks and just make it really really clean that would make this hotel a 10/10.

Cons: For me, there was no respect for the check-in time. When we arrived, the rooms were not ready, and we had to wait for about three hours. The problem is that I was with my parents, and we were tired from the trip; I was not expecting such a long wait. As for the gym, none of the machines were working. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve five stars — I don’t know who granted them this rating. As for the service, it is quite ordinary, Gym material not working,extra charge for Taxes😏

I faced some difficulties at the beginning of my stay at the hotel, my husband, and my son, because the room I was directed to did not have the features I requested, but the intervention of an official named Mr. Saad solved the problem immediately, and throughout our stay at the hotel he was present day and night to answer all our questions. We really appreciate his services to us, which he provided with all humility and simplicity. What I really liked is that he personally went and brought a child’s chair for my son and took care to provide all the means of comfort for us. From here I thank him and confirm that it is good to have a responsible person like him in the hotel.

Cons: El servicio es pésimo,al llegar nos llevaron una suite diferente a la hemos hemos reservado,comentando que la nuestra está ocupada y que hasta el día siguiente no quedaba libre…al no aceptarla,llamaron a su gerente Saad que nos ofreció una alternativa de una suite presidencial,en verdad era un lujo de suite,el gerente ha sido muy rápido y eficaz pero no todos los trabajadores del hotel son iguales de eficaz,él estaba pendiente de todo,el servicio de las habitaciones es mejor no utilizarlo,después de pedir una tetera de té tres veces,m la subieron a las 00:00 y me la cobraron a 30€. La piscina es muy bonita pero el socorriste es un borde,nos han dicho que el horario es hasta las 20:00,a las 19:00 ya nos echaba de allí diciendo que en el hotel manda él.

The only positive was the breakfast and the friendly staff. Other than that, there are not very many positives.
Cons: Didn't give the basics that you would expect from a five-star. No kettles, no slippers, and when asked, we were simply told these basic facilities does not come with a deluxe room. Our sockets in our room exploded so we had no access to tv, fridge or to charge our phones. We asked many times to have the problem fixed but no-one bothered. We were also charged some city tax which was not mentioned in the website. Really disappointed with the experience. I made several requests through booking.com to have an extra bed for my daughter. They did not acknowledge any of the requests. I had to pay significantly extra to accommodate my daughter. I will neither be using booking.com ever again or stay in this dreadful hotel .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and the manager, Mr. Saad, who was incredibly kind and attentive. The security guard and the gentleman serving tea were also very friendly and made us feel at home. We are a family with a young child, and we truly appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious — a great variety of international options. Everything was perfect — 10/10! We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

L’emplacement dans la ville
Cons: Le personnel fait de son mieux avec les moyens du bord. L’hôtel, quant à lui, est vieillissant et aurait bien besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Les installations datent des années 2000, ce qui laisse clairement à désirer. Je n’ai même pas tiré les rideaux de ma chambre, la vue donnant directement sur les blocs de climatisation de l’hôtel. Heureusement, je n’y ai passé que deux nuits. Séjour sans intérêt.

Tuve necesidad de conectarme y me encjaron a una dirección como a más de 10 cuadras, sin conocer la ciudad, el lugar no era bueno y estaba cerrado por horario. Deberian tener más canales de Tv, aunque uno no va a ver Tv pero hay que estar informado, entonces tener un noticiero en varios idiomas es elemental.

Der Aufenthalt ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist super nicht weit vom Zentrum Super viele schöne Restaurants in der Gegend und auch das Hotel Restaurant selbst ist gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Director Saad war super zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Er hat uns mit der Reservierung schnell das Problem gelöst, die Preise waren sehr günstiger mit vergleichen mit anderen Aufhalten Toller Pool und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Nur zu empfehlen

Le personnel accueillant
Cons: On a demandé une chambre au calme . On a eu une chambre côté rue , qui donne sur une sortie de boîte de nuit . Donc impossible de dormir . Il y a un va et vient non stop et c’est épuisant. 2 nuits sans dormir !!!!!!! Et tous les clients de l’hôtel sont sur leur balcon depuis 4h du mat

Hotel was top, medewerkers waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En de locatie is top omdat het zo centraal ligt. We hebben veel lopend kunnen doen waardoor we veel van de stad hebben gezien.

Mon expérience à l’hôtel a été très bonne. Je vous recommande vivement ! Toute l’équipe est sympathique, et je remercie particulièrement la femme de ménage, très gentille et attentionnée. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, un vrai plaisir chaque matin. J’aimerais revenir une autre fois avec grand plaisir.
Cons: La seule remarque que je peux faire concerne la télévision, qui mériterait d’être remplacée par un modèle plus récent. Merci encore pour votre accueil !

Excellent emplacement à 15 min à pied de la place Jema el fna, le petit déjeuner très bon ainsi que le personnel très gentil. La piscine basique mais des transats toujours dispo dommage que l'eau était gelé !
Cons: Les services loin d'un 5 étoiles, j'ai demandé un fer à repasser jai attendu 2h on me l'a jamais ramené quand je suis descendu à l'accueil la dame a ete très hautaine et désagréable. La salle de bain aurait bien besoin d'être rafraîchi ! Mais à Marrakech on est plus souvent dehors que à l'hôtel donc le rapport qualité prix est bon.
