In case of early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged. Please note that when booking more than 7 rooms, additional charges, different cancelation policies and different payment methods may apply. We would like to inform our Muslim guests that during the month of Ramadan, the included breakfast will automatically be replaced by "Sehour" as compensation and not by "Ftour". A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the Half Board rate for the 31st of December . The rates of the Gala Dinner are based on room type and occupancy (guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately). Most of the staff is friendly and the hotel in general is lovely but we had a big problem with the reception and the laundry. And the balcony was all covered in pigeon shit and we had a big cockroach in our bathroom. But both of those things are fine, we're not too fussy, but what we absolutely hate is when somebody tries to scam you and rip you off. And this is what happened here.
Cons: We are most dissatisfied and most angry by far on this whole trip!!! What your staff did is most scandalous and shameful and untransparent by far on any of my journeys and I've traveled half of the world. To be charged 140 euros for two mid sized shopping bags not even full of clothes that needed to be washed. Mainly socks, underpants and a few tshirts and 3 pants. And my girlfriend is small so her clothes are even less specious. In general one full load of laundry machine that wasn't heavily dirty, just needed regular wash and you charge it 140 euros! Are you fu.k...g crazy!! In wich universe does that cost that much!?!? Not even in Norway where I work, which is one of the most expensive countries in the world. This is a total ripoff and a scandalous untransparent scam! And best part is that I've asked for the price of service twice, once at the reception and once when I made the call to the laundry service and non of the times they gave me an answer about the price. And your reception clerk told me today that we have it in our room which we don't. And we most definitely looked everything in the room, both of us. This is an absolute disgrace! If this is a proper way to treat a guest than you should be ashamed! And you advertise 5 star service. Our whole stay for 3 nights was 300 euro, and we payed half of that only for one load of laundry washing and ironing. Where is that normal?! How is that normal, please tell me!? And your country isn't even that expensive. An absolute outrage! If we knew it cost that much we wouldn't even use it, or maybe just for a few items and that's it. And I asked for the price, twice! You should have at least warrend me that it's expensive. If you have any honesty and honor, you will at least reimburse half of the cleaning bill, and even that will still be super expensive. Unbelievable and scandalous. And I will report this everywhere!

Au lieu de lits conformes, nous avons dĂ» dormir sur des lits dâappoint, ce qui est inacceptable pour une suite rĂ©servĂ©e et payĂ©e Ă ce tarif. Ă la rĂ©ception, il nous a Ă©tĂ© indiquĂ© que dâautres lits nous seraient apportĂ©s. Cependant, Ă 21h, alors que je me trouvais au restaurant de lâhĂŽtel et souhaitais simplement monter dans la chambre pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer un chargeur, le rĂ©ceptionniste mâa informĂ© que nous nâaurions finalement pas dâautre lit, sans solution alternative ni excuse. De plus, nous Ă©tions quatre personnes, dont deux enfants, avec une seule couette. Jâai demandĂ© Ă plusieurs reprises deux couettes supplĂ©mentaires afin que chacun puisse dormir correctement. MalgrĂ© nos relances, aucune couette ne nous a Ă©tĂ© apportĂ©e, mĂȘme aprĂšs minuit. AprĂšs un long voyage particuliĂšrement fatigant, notamment pour les enfants, nous espĂ©rions pouvoir nous reposer dans de bonnes conditions, ce qui nâa pas Ă©tĂ© le cas. Pour aggraver la situation, nous ne disposions mĂȘme pas de serviettes propres, nous empĂȘchant de prendre une douche correctement. Lâensemble de ces manquements (non-conformitĂ© de la chambre, absence de literie adĂ©quate, manque de linge, absence de prise en charge par la rĂ©ception) constitue une expĂ©rience trĂšs dĂ©cevante, bien en deçà des standards attendus dans votre Ă©tablissement, dâautant plus lorsquâil sâagit dâun sĂ©jour en famille.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'accueil et des nombreux échanges chaleureux que nous avons eu avec l'ensemble du personnel et en particulier avec : Le Directeur Mr SAAD, toujours disponible et à l' écoute de nos besoins. La responsable de la restauration Mme SOUAD d'un grand professionnalisme. De plus nous recommandons la prise du petit déjeuner traditionnel assuré par ZAHIRA. Autre atout et non des moindres le niveau de maßtrise culinaire du Chef cuisinier qui a enchanté nos papilles . Sans oublier le personnel de la réception souriant et parfaitement trilingue. Enfin, le plus de cet hÎtel c'est son immense et magnifique piscine permettant vraiment de nager. Merci à toute l'équipe.

I liked: The staff and food and beverage facilities were very good. Breakfast was excellent. The pool area was very good and the gardens.
Cons: I didn't like: The hotel is a bit run down but there are lots of issues that need simnple maintenance and cleaning. The stairs aren't cleaned. The gym is poorly equipped and could so easily be improved. The sauna and wellness is too expensive to justify use. We had three rooms and all three had lots of little problems that could so easily be fixed like broken doors, broken furnishings, no bedside lights, electric sockets and lights not working, fridges either freezing or not cold, balcony doors hard or impossible to open and close, bathtub plugs missing.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. My overall experience was excellent and the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The area is safe and there are plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, modern and perfectly clean, with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful city view. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The staff were always friendly, professional and ready to help with any request. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with fresh fruit, pastries and several hot options. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would happily return in the future.đ

e hotel, although quite old, is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming, making us feel truly at home from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond by organizing a beautiful celebration for our wedding anniversary and warmly welcoming our children. Their attention and kindness made our stay unforgettable.

Great location and hotel concierge was delightful as well as room attendant and receptionist. The staff really made the difference and were flexible for a slightly later checkout at 12 rather than 11 The concierge organised for me to have the door code to use the gym before opening time .Lovely big gym with good range of equipment and lovely pool area. Bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast.
Cons: It is a bit of a building site at present which I did not see advertised with quite a lot of noise during the day. The WiFi was very patchy and got thrown out of a Teams meeting several times which was not ideal. It is very dark in the foyer early morning and had to use phone flash light to get to the gym which is in the garden area.

Cons: I do not recommend this hotel if having a functional gym is important to your stay. I stayed at the Royal Mirage Deluxe from November 3rd to 9th, 2025, and we specifically chose this hotel because Booking.com advertises a modern, well-equipped fitness center. This was the main reason we eliminated other hotels in the area. When we arrived, the reality was completely different: âą The gym was in an obviously neglected state, with dust built up everywhere. âą Out of five treadmills, two were not working, and another had constant malfunctions. âą The weight machines were rusty or unusable, and the entire area felt abandoned. This does not match the photos or the description shown on the booking platforms. It feels misleading. During our stay, we raised the issue several times. At least five staff members were involved, including the new general manager. While everyone was polite, no one offered a concrete solution or any form of compensation for the lack of the advertised service. The only person who showed genuine empathy and willingness to help was Malak, who handled the situation with professionalism, but even with her support, the hotel did not provide any resolution or follow-up. In summary: The hotel does not deliver what it advertises, does not offer alternatives when a key service is unavailable, and did not respond to our formal complaint email after our stay. For the price charged, the experience was far below expectations.

Door porters and reception were extremely polite and saved this hotel from negative review. One request was not done in a timely manner but it is what it is. We liked deep pool and surrounding area (feels like botanical garden). Taxi always available on site or can be called through the porter. Horse carriage available on a next street. Main city attractions in a walking distance.
Cons: Attention! Renovation works in progress! High noise levels. To accommodate guests next to renovation works is a pure disrespect because we came for the peace and quiet (at least till 10:00 AM). Hotel`s room are really outdated but match the price. Balcony never cleaned and it is a pity because it is nice to have a seat and enjoy the sunset. I advise the management to pay more attention to excursions, must be advertised more.

Cela permet d'ĂȘtre au centre de Marrakech en moins 20 minutes Ă pied avec des enfants, de dĂ©fouler les enfants dans la trĂšs grande piscine de l'hĂŽtel et la salle de sport. Buffet pour le petit dĂ©jeuner trĂšs copieux avec un stand extĂ©rieur pour faire des omelettes, oeufs au plat, ou pour rĂ©chauffer des crĂȘpes marocaines ou françaises. Jus d'orange frais excellent. Le portier Ă©tait trĂšs sympathique aussi
Cons: Le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas trÚs arrangeant, et malgré notre remontée d'information sur la saleté de la cage d'escalier, rien n'a été fait pendant 4 jours. La seule réponse que nous avons eue a été : " pourquoi, vous ne prenez pas l'ascenseur ?!" Dans les chambres, les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnent pas toujours et le mobilier est un peu vieillissant. The best thing about this hotel is its location. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: The roomâs inside needs maintenance and some renovation. Many doors were very old to the point that you canât open or close them(like toilet door!). Hair dryer wasnât working. And although the room size was huge as it was a suit, but there was only one electric socket to charge the phone which is far away from the bed. For this price I would expected a more comfortable room at least in the terms of the basic needs.

The manager Mr Saad was very welcoming and courteous. The location was very good in Hivernage and the free parking just outside made it easy. The staff was mixed with the ladies at the reception having a poor attitude while the doorman and parking attendant along with the restaurant staff and manager Mr Saad were effusive.

The only good thing is that the staff are very polite, kind, and friendly, but sadly completely untrained for this type of hotel.
Cons: Very generous four. And this is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but the experience was far from it. We tried to book the spa twice, but the staff there didnât speak a single word of English â not even the simplest phrases. We eventually gave up, as Iâm pregnant and had many questions about whether the traditional hammam would be safe for me. Housekeeping enters the rooms immediately after knocking, without waiting for an answer. Once, it happened while I was in the shower â thankfully, my husband managed to stop the lady just before she came in. There were cockroaches in the room. When we told the front desk, their response was literally: âNo worries!â The air conditioning didnât work, and despite several calls, no one came to check it during our entire 4-night stay. Restaurant staff donât speak English at all â they just say âyesâ to everything. Our food order was wrong on the first day. The next day, we ordered spring rolls and Coke while relaxing by the pool. After 30 minutes, the waiter said they didnât have those spring rolls but could bring âdifferent ones.â We agreed. Another 30 minutes later, the food finally arrived â together with the drinks, after a full hour. The bill came 30 minutes after that, but the waiter realized he didnât have enough change, so we waited another 15 minutes. Tip: When a guest is lying by the pool, itâs the perfect opportunity to offer and sell drinks or snacks â but here, you have to chase the staff yourself, and even then, itâs a struggle. Many items from the menu were unavailable, and since the staff didnât understand English, ordering was a nightmare. Being pregnant, I have strict dietary restrictions, but it was impossible to explain anything. We understand itâs a hotel, but we were even stopped when trying to order food from outside â for the reasons mentioned above.

Friendly reception. Extremely palatial property. Allowed early check in, paid for late check out but very amenable and open to late check out. Good pool. Safe area and entrance to access by walking and excellent location in Hivernage. Ten minutes from La Mamouniya and Royal Mansour. Excellent location, spacious rooms. Excellent washrooms, proper tiling and good clean tiled washrooms. Got to stay late in the lobby, welcoming staff, dining options were good and were reasonable. The look of the property was quite local which was refreshing.
Cons: Building needed slight refurbishment, and there was no kettle in the room. Some buttons in the lift were difficult to press, sheets needed a little more deep cleaning but were workable. Should have offered toothpaste rather than having to call room service. Security guard promised to negotiate taxi prices when hailing a cab but the taxi drivers then came up with different amounts, some communication or collusion, not sure.

Cons: En revanche, la chambre prĂ©sidentielle nâa pas rĂ©pondu Ă nos attentes pour un hĂŽtel 5 Ă©toiles. Certes trĂšs spacieuse, mais la dĂ©coration est vĂ©tuste, lâamĂ©nagement ancien, et plusieurs dysfonctionnements (voir photos) ont terni le confort attendu. Pour le prix demandĂ©, nous espĂ©rions un niveau de modernitĂ© et de raffinement supĂ©rieur. On voit bien que lâĂ©quipe fait son maximum avec les moyens disponibles, et cela force le respect. Really nicely decorated hotel, pool was good too. Staff were really nice, rooms were massive and clean. Very scenic location, not too far from the attractions in Marrakesh.
Cons: The only thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the floor of the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower room, separate toilet room and a massive area with a bath and sink. The bathroom is the size of rooms in some other hotels hence despite such amazing things about the bathroom the floor needs to be scrubbed thoroughly to remove dirt marks and just make it really really clean that would make this hotel a 10/10.

I faced some difficulties at the beginning of my stay at the hotel, my husband, and my son, because the room I was directed to did not have the features I requested, but the intervention of an official named Mr. Saad solved the problem immediately, and throughout our stay at the hotel he was present day and night to answer all our questions. We really appreciate his services to us, which he provided with all humility and simplicity. What I really liked is that he personally went and brought a childâs chair for my son and took care to provide all the means of comfort for us. From here I thank him and confirm that it is good to have a responsible person like him in the hotel.

The only positive was the breakfast and the friendly staff. Other than that, there are not very many positives.
Cons: Didn't give the basics that you would expect from a five-star. No kettles, no slippers, and when asked, we were simply told these basic facilities does not come with a deluxe room. Our sockets in our room exploded so we had no access to tv, fridge or to charge our phones. We asked many times to have the problem fixed but no-one bothered. We were also charged some city tax which was not mentioned in the website. Really disappointed with the experience. I made several requests through booking.com to have an extra bed for my daughter. They did not acknowledge any of the requests. I had to pay significantly extra to accommodate my daughter. I will neither be using booking.com ever again or stay in this dreadful hotel .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and the manager, Mr. Saad, who was incredibly kind and attentive. The security guard and the gentleman serving tea were also very friendly and made us feel at home. We are a family with a young child, and we truly appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious â a great variety of international options. Everything was perfect â 10/10! Weâre already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Cons: Le personnel fait de son mieux avec les moyens du bord. LâhĂŽtel, quant Ă lui, est vieillissant et aurait bien besoin dâun rafraĂźchissement. Les installations datent des annĂ©es 2000, ce qui laisse clairement Ă dĂ©sirer. Je nâai mĂȘme pas tirĂ© les rideaux de ma chambre, la vue donnant directement sur les blocs de climatisation de lâhĂŽtel. Heureusement, je nây ai passĂ© que deux nuits. SĂ©jour sans intĂ©rĂȘt.

Der Aufenthalt ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist super nicht weit vom Zentrum Super viele schöne Restaurants in der Gegend und auch das Hotel Restaurant selbst ist gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Director Saad war super zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Er hat uns mit der Reservierung schnell das Problem gelöst, die Preise waren sehr gĂŒnstiger mit vergleichen mit anderen Aufhalten Toller Pool und gutes FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet. Nur zu empfehlen

Cons: Restaurant didnt allow us to receive uber eats or any food from outside , had to only eat food from the resort which was unfair, we ordered McDonaldâs from uber eats for the family and little children, we had to eat outside in the scorching heat with a 5 year old and 3 year old the worker was rude and showing with his facial expressions that he didnât care even though we didnât know and were not aware of it

magnifique bùtiment historique , grands chambres et grand sdb (nous étions en junior suite) , petit dejeuner copieux et préparé sur place - une adorable dame s occupe des crepes et des omelettes. Grande piscine , chaises longues et parasol récents et en bonne état, linge de piscine disponible sur place de qualité. TrÚs beau et propre dans le halle d entrée .
Cons: Dans les chambres beaucoup de choses sont rafistolĂ©s, les sdb sont sales, les joints entre carrelage non existant, les joints silicone moisies, jaune et bruns - les murs et le sol n ont pas Ă©tait nettoyĂ© ni poli depuis des mois, les linges de bains sont gris. Les WC n etait pas propres Ă l arrivĂ©e . Les draps du grand lits Ă©taient propre mais pas repassĂ©es! Dans la chambre, la tringle de rideaux a l air de tomber une minute Ă l autre, les rideaux ne coulissent pas, les voiles sont dĂ©chirĂ©es , les fenĂȘtres ont simples vitrage et les joints Ă©tanchĂ©itĂ©s sont manquantes, du coup il y a Ă©normĂ©ment de bruit qui passe 24/24 car proche du grand boulevard . Les meubles ont besoin de reparations, les pied de chaises, les accoudoirs se sont dĂ©collĂ©. On a changĂ© 3x de junior suite pour trouvĂ© une qui Ă©tait utilisable. La salle petit dejeuner - les tables ne sont pas lavĂ© entre les clients, sur les set de table et coussin de siĂšge collent les miettes depuis des jours......tres moyes si on considĂšre la quantitĂ© importants des employĂ©s qui s y trouvent et qui discutent ensemble - on ne sent pas qu ils veulent faire bien les choses - c'est dommage. Le barman trĂšs sympa , mais petite carte et souvent seul Ă gĂ©rer le tout. Dommage avec trĂšs peu d effort l hotel pourrait faire la petite formation de leurs Ă©quipes et l entretien necessaire afin de maintenir un certain standing de ce palais de l epoque et le rendre attrayant pour une clientele internationale. trop cher pour la qualitĂ© actuelle de l Ă©tablissement .

Nous decidons de changer d hotel car trop vieillot et nous en avons vu assez . D autres personnes se plaignent que certains tombent malades nous entendons cela et partons. Ils nous disent d abord qu ils acceptent de rembourser le sejour puis nous nous deplacons 2 fois pour au final nous dire non car booking est non remboursable . Ils ont egalement refusé de rembourser notre petit dej que nous avons deja reglé pour 5 jours puisque nous annulons. Des voleurs..... hotel vraiment a bannir c est meme pas un 2 etoiles. Nous avons trouvé un 4 etoiles cent fois mieux et moins cher. Bon courage pour ceux qui vont reserver la . Nous allons 2fois par an au maroc je n ai encore jamais vu ca dans un sois disant 5 etoiles. Cons: Bonjour, Je souhaite porter une rĂ©clamation : demande de remboursement totale ou partielle du sĂ©jour et non une demande dâannulation. Je souhaite porter Ă votre attention les sĂ©rieux problĂšmes rencontrĂ©s lors de mon sĂ©jour Ă lâhĂŽtel Royal Mirage de Luxe Ă Marrakech, du samedi 3 mai au jeudi 8 mai 2025. PremiĂšrement, Ă notre arrivĂ©e, la chambre rĂ©servĂ©e via Booking nâĂ©tait pas disponible. On nous a attribuĂ© une autre chambre en nous disant que ce serait temporaire, ce qui est inacceptable puisque jâavais payĂ© pour une chambre spĂ©cifique. DeuxiĂšmement, la chambre attribuĂ©e ne respectait pas les normes de propretĂ© et de sĂ©curitĂ©. Ma femme est restĂ©e coincĂ©e pendant une heure et demie dans la salle de bain Ă cause dâune poignĂ©e cassĂ©e. Un tel incident aurait pu ĂȘtre catastrophique en cas dâurgence notamment en cas dâincendie et/ou de tremblement de terre. A ce titre, un tremblement de terre de magnitude 4.5 sur lâĂ©chelle de Richter a Ă©tĂ© observĂ© dans la rĂ©gion de Marrakech. Câest un scandale. La salle de jâai. Ătait dans un Ă©tat dĂ©plorable (photo 1 Ă lâappui). Il y avait un pigeon mort sur le balcon (photo 2 Ă lâappui). TroisiĂšmement, lâĂ©tablissement Ă©tait en travaux sans dĂ©limitation claire, ce qui a entraĂźnĂ© des dangers et nuisances, comme la blessure Ă ma main dans la salle de sport. Les travaux Ă©taient fait durant le petit dĂ©jeuner, les ouvriers laissaient des dalles de la piscine ouverte durant le petit dĂ©jeuner des clients ce qui est extrĂȘmement grave (photo numĂ©ro 3). MalgrĂ© nos signalements Ă la direction, aucune action nâa Ă©tĂ© entreprise. Je demande donc un remboursement total ou partiel de notre sĂ©jour. Je vous remercie de prendre ces points en considĂ©ration et attends votre retour.

Cons: The room was dirty, especially the bed. We had to call the reception for a few times until someone actually came in the room. The housekeeper took some of the hairs that were I. The bed but left the same dirty sheets. Then we called again and he changed our pillow cases and the bed sheet but not the top one. The bathtub also has hairs and dirt which we didnât even bothered to use since the bedroom has also a shower box. AC was not working properly as well, very weak.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Always friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Superb staff let down by infrastructure in hotel.
Cons: Broken patio window frame in first room...fixed straight away. Then got upgraded without asking to a deluxe room. Toilet leaking there but fixed straight away. Air-conditioning blowing out hot air in whole block on final night...again fixed straight away.

Cons: Entretien des Ă©quipements ( telephone fixe, porte WC qui touche le sol et se coince, TV viellot bloquĂ© sur 2 chaines, sans aucune option, porte fenĂȘtre coulissante difficile Ăą ouvrir ( Quid de la sĂ©curitĂ© en cas d'incendie).

The staff at the restaurant and bar, as well as the security personnel, are very courteous.
Cons: The room is very old, and breakfast is the same every day. There is one staff member at the reception (who seems higher in rank )does not know how to smile. I believe it would be better if she stayed in her office instead of at the reception. đ€

Goede locatie op loopafstand van het centrum. Het ontbijt gemaakt door oude Marokkaanse vrouw was goed. Serveerster Bouchra was zeer vriendelijk!
Cons: Kakkerlak in het toilet die verblijf onaangenaam maakte. Helaas muffe geur in kamer en balkon deur was defect. IJskoude zwembad en terwijl ik lag te zonnen werd er verbouwd. Dus liepen er constant bouwvakkers naast me. En natuurlijk veel geluid van de bouw.

J'ai apprécié la piscine , trÚs agréable et pas surpeuplée. La gentillesse du personnel Le petit déjeuner était copieux et servi en mode buffet ce qui est pratique et rapide, l'heure d'ouverture (7h) est correcte L'emplacement de l'hÎtel au centre de Marrakech ( accÚs à la médina et place Jemaa el Fna à pied)
Cons: L'hotel et notamment les chambres ( j'avais une chambre double standard) mériteraient un rafraßchissement (parquet , meubles, rideaux et climatisation ). Ma chambre étant cÎté rue était relativement bruyante la nuit à cause de la boite de nuit à proximité.

La posizione eccellente nel lussuoso quartiere Hivernage a due passi dalla Medina, il personale molto gentile e premuroso, la zona piscina con lettini sempre disponibili. Utile il servizio in camera con cucina aperta h24. Ottima la pulizia della hall. Perfetta anche lâorganizzazione della gita nel deserto.
Cons: La pulizia carente nella zona colazione, dove non venivano né puliti né riapparecchiati i tavoli. Il buffet era scarno e non sufficientemente assortito per persone con intolleranze alimentari.

Cons: There was a massive leak in my room, literally a deluge of water. But no water to drink was provided. Anything requested from housekeeping took so long to come that I gave up. The rooms are old, the towels are old and base, furniture looks and feels dirty.
