Parece mentira un hotel de 4 estrellas no puedan imprimir (cobrando , por supuesto) la tarjeta de embarque .El personal no muy amable y les veo clasistas. Nassim hotel is an excellent hotel at a great location. The staff is very friendly, the service is perfect, the beds are so comfortable and clean. There is no noise and offers great privacy. I had the best experience. Please disregard all negative comments and do consider staying at nassim hotel. I would definitely like to stay there again.

Cons: abusé que pour un hôtel quatre étoiles, nous n’avions pas de parking alors que c’est indiqué qu’il était disponible sur Booking et au final une fois arrivées devant, qu’on me dise que le parking est pleins et au final on me dit mais finalement il n’est pas disponible donc on a dû payer un parking à l’extérieur en plus les équipements étaient à désirés. L’eau était presque noir, il y avait une serviette pour deux personnes jusqu’à ce qu’on réclame pas de papier toilette, le savon a été pris le deuxième jour.

The room was sparkling clean, especially the bathroom. No hair or dirt, floor was clean and bath tub was clean too. Comfortable bed. Clean linen Breakfast was good, just didn’t have something meaty but it was good still. Doorman was very nice, he helped us get a taxi.

Cons: Alles. Kamers waren niet gereed bij aankomst. Bleek dat er geen ruimte was voor 1 persoon van ons gezelschap. Werd ons gezegd zullen we een kleed op de vloer leggen als slaapplek!!! Heb dat absoluut niet gepikt. Daarna een andere kamer gekregen waar de airco het niet deed. Was niet vol te houden, in de nacht kwam de technische dienst langs die concludeerde dat de airco stuk was. Werden midden in de nacht verplaatst naar een andere kamer. Daarnaast werden wij continu gebeld ook laat op de avond waar mijn man bleef! De brutaliteit! Meer dan 6x gebeld daarover, terwijl ze al zijn gegevens al hadden gekregen van mij. Toen hij aan kwam was het een en al excuses vanuit hun kant. Belachelijk hotel. Slechte Kamers en nooit meer. De locatie is goed maar er zijn 100den andere hotels in de buurt die veel beter zijn.

Grande chambre, avec un lit très confortable. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous venons et à chaque fois nous nous réveillons en pleine forme grâce à la literie de qualité. Rien à dire sur cet hôtel, que nous choisissons à chaque fois que nous venons à Marrakech. Très bien situé et rapport qualité-prix intéressant.
Cons: Les voisins de chambre étaient assez bruyants, mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel.

Le personnel et la situation géographique sont les seules choses qui réhausse un peu le niveau de cet hôtel qui ne mérite clairement pas 4 étoiles (standing des chambres et petit-déjeuner pas à la hauteur, équipements vétustes, places de Parking insuffisantes et politique tarifaire scandaleuse) .
Cons: Cet hôtel VOLE ses clients ! Soyez extrêmement vigilant lors de votre paiement sur place car vous risquez de payer plus cher que ce qui est indiqué sur votre réservation Booking ! La direction de cet hôtel applique, avec grande discrétion, des taux plus élevés que ceux des banques/bureaux de change et l'assume parfaitement. Quand j'ai confronté une représentante de la direction elle m'a répondu "Si vous ne voulez pas qu'on applique nos taux il suffit de le dire à l'accueil avant le paiement et on appliquera un taux normal" autrement dit : "Si vous ne voulez pas que notre hôtel vole votre argent merci de prévenir l'accueil sinon on ne se gênera pas pour le faire". Et même en reconnaissant les faits, l'hôtel refuse de rembourser, il propose seulement un avoir. Et si cette "solution" ne vous convient pas il vous invite à vous "débrouiller" avec Booking. Je regrette de ne pas avoir mieux lu les commentaires de cet hôtel avant mon voyage, car je me suis aperçue après coup que d'autres clients avaient malheureusement vécu la même expérience que moi.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, gute Restaurants und Bäckereien nebenan und man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen, wie z.B Koutobia und Jamea Lefna.
Cons: Service ist schlecht, wir waren zwei Frauen in einem Zimmer, waren nachts tief am schlafen und es hat sich angehört ob jemand unsere Zimmertür aufmachen wollte( hatten von innen abgeschlossen) sind beide gleichzeitig wach geworden und zur Tür gegangen, es war keiner im Flur und eine Stunde davor das gleiche an der Verbindungstür zum Zimmer nebenan. Wir sind zur Rezeption gegangen und haben dem Mitarbeiter die Situation geschildert, er hat uns nicht ernst genommen und wollte uns die Kamera-Aufnahmen nicht zeigen, da er angeblich keinen Zugriff darauf hat, erst am nächsten Tag wollte man drüber schauen, wir haben sie mit einer Anzeige gedroht, wollten die Polizei anrufen, haben meinen Bruder, der in Marakesh wohnt gerufen, er hat denen klar gemacht, dass wenn uns etwas passiert, sie die Verantwortung dafür tragen und weitere rechtliche Drohungen... Zwei Tage später hieß es, es war der Gepäckträger, der sich vertan hat, es ist unseriös und unplausibel, wenn es so wäre, wäre er nicht blitzschnell verschwunden. Wir haben zwei Nächte schlecht und kaum geschlafen. Nassim Hotel ist nicht zu weiterempfehlen meiner Meinung nach.

Bonjour, j’ai séjourné à l’hôtel Nassim du 17 au 21/03/25. Les points positifs sont : l’emplacement en plein centre ville, proche des commerces, restaurants…proche de l’aéroport RAK, le personnel est gentil et le ménage est fait tous les jours. Les nuits sont calme et paisible dans la chambre que j’occupais. Les points négatifs : pas de prise près du lit, le mobilier est abîmé, pas de d’eau ou boissons dans le petit frigidaire pour accueillir le client, quelques difficultés pour déjeuner au restaurant de l’hôtel…

The worst hotel visited in the recent tour of Morocco. The carpet in the room was stain end most of the TV channels were really grainy, unwatchable. The bath gel and shampoo were a single pack of the size of a sample. The food that was disappointing. The breakfast was good. The hotel cleanliness was very good and the staff was nice and helpful

Ce qui reste incroyable de nos jours,nous avons dû les faire imprimer à l extérieur, en apprenant par la suite que cela été possible au 1er étage! Le petit déjeuner est basique.

Awful place. We were moved here on arrival as our originally booked hotel was overbooked ! The best thing about this hotel is the security guard on the door. The rest leave a lot to be desired. Rude staff, dirty restaurant with grim food and an awful room. The room was in dire need of a refurb, although we didn't expect the same quality as the UK in any way, shape or form, we also didn't expect broken tables, plug sockets and warm air con. The window was a sliding glass sheet and there was a door leading to the nextdoor room in the wall which we had to lock. The toilet seat was wonky and slipped every time we used it. The carpets has cigarette burns and stains and the pillows were lumpy and old and smelled a little musty. Breakfast was a joke. Dirty table cloths, miserable staff and grim food. The only saving grace was the Chesterfield Pub attached to the hotel which was a little gem with lovely local beers but don't sit inside or you'll choke on the cigarette smoke! It totally spoiled our holiday being put here and the evening receptionist didn't care one jot and was more concerned about swaggering about in his tight suit with his slicked back hair.

The waiters are extremely rude and watch you eat your breakfast. You feel like you’re a nuisance to them and hurry you out by taking away plates and cutlery when you’re still eating at the table. They treat guests differently too, one guest ordered a omelette which was served. I too ordered but was laughed in my face and the waiters were speaking in their language about me. The other guest was white French lady speaking Arabic/morrocan and I am south Asian, could that be why? I felt humiliated and Embarrassed.

Das Hotel ist für seine Lage top. Aber uns hat die Lautstärke nachts sehr gestört. Trotzdem kann ich nichts schlechtes über das Hotel sagen. Sehr bequeme Betten die Kissen können ausgetauscht werden. Auch für Allergiker wäre es toll. Die Zimmerdame ist sehr nett gewesen und hat unsere wünsche erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nothing was special
Cons: The reception was terrible, with a rude older man who gave off a discriminatory vibe and clearly didn’t want us there. The hotel itself is very old, and I suspect its 4-star ranking isn’t legitimate—a 2-star rating would be more than enough.

Alles ist im Zimmer. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir kamen sehr spät an, aber das war kein Problem. Shuttle zum Flughafen wurde auch organisiert. Sehr viele Ablagemöglichkeiten und großer Schrank. Altes, aber sauberes und voll ausgestattetes Bad.
Cons: Ehemaliges Raucherzimmer. Das hat man am Teppich und an den Vorgängen gerochen

L'espace et l'amabilité du personnel
Cons: Vraiment dommage pour 3 minutes : Petit déjeuner nous arrivons a 10h03 on nous dit que c'est trop tard, bien dommage. Pour la seconde matinée nous arrivons donc a 9h30 et nous constatons qu'il commence a ranger a 9h55. Organisation très moyenne nous devons a chaque fois demander du sucre de l'eau des couverts bref pas top. Chambre ne chauffe pas. Mauvaise isolation et l'eau dans la douche coule très doucement difficile de se laver correctement avec le froid en plu s. Meuble vétuste ne reflètent pas les photos.

L'emplacement L'employé qui a prit en charge nos valises jusqu'à la chambre était très professionnel et accueillant. L'agent d'accueil au guichet était quant à lui très lent et très froid. Les chambres sont grandes Équipement : lit, télé et salle de bain Ok

Very clean, professional and friendly staff. Breakfast was good but could have done with a variety of juices rather than one juice only and maybe some brown sliced bread with a toaster. Overall I would stop here again.

Les Chambres sont spacieuses, nettoyés chaque jour pour passer une agréable nuit. L'accueil a été chaleureux de la part de l'ensemble de l'équipe de l'hôtel (réception, restauration,...) Malgré le tumulte nocturne, l'hôtel est bien situé et facilement trouvable.
Cons: Petit-déjeuner complet mais très copieux et pour prendre exemple sur le jus d'orange, celui-ci n'est pas frais et mélangé à l'eau (au goût). Le parking GRATUIT indiqué sur la liste est quasi inexistant, car l'hôtel dispose de seulement 2 places pour plus de 70 chambres. Parking donnant sur la voie publique. Donc obligé de faire le tour du pâté de maison pour trouver une place payante. Odeur de cigarette dans l'une des chambres réservée, dommage.

Bon rapport qualité prix! Cest pas très récent mais on peut pas avoir du foie gras au prix du paté , c'est propre et confortable le personnel est charmant à proximité de tout pratique pour ne pas avoir à utiliser les taxis à tout va.
Cons: Si vous aimez le calme c'est pas le bon endroit car donne sur une avenue très bruyante cest plus tranquille la nuit, je déconseille au personne avec des allergies car il y a de la moquette mon amie n'a pas arrêté d'éternuer

Hôtel très correct dans l'ensemble, accueil pro à l'arrivée, chambre de bonne taille, propre. Petit déjeuner assez varié, un self comme la plupart du temps dans cette gamme de prix.
Cons: La fenêtre ne fermait pas et comme notre chambre donnait sur le boulevard, elle était très bruyante. Et personne à la réception lors de notre départ pour en parler. Demander une chambre sur l'arrière.

Great location, near everything in walking distance. Good size room I had a suite so it was nice and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Good value for money.
Cons: I hate that it is classed as four star but refused to give an iron!! The laundry had closed as they close at 5 pm and yet they would not provide an iron and my clothes were all creased. So I was not happy I’ve never stayed in a hotel where an iron was not provided on request. The hotel was probably four star in its day but it is tired and needs a revamp. It doesn’t cost a lot to put a normal hairdryer in a room the old box style in bathroom should not be allowed any more.
