Location convenient. Big room and balcony was nice to sit outside. Big window with view of mosque and ocean. Front desk staff friendly but took 3 requests ti get an iron even though they said they would bring one to my room. Eventually, I went down and collected one myself.
Cons: This is a hotel that deals in high volume tour groups and conferences. This limited options for my individual travel experience. The ground floor restaurant was à la carte but most options on menu unavailable. Tables were not consistently set for lunch or dinner due to conferences in the space- a very strange experience. Breakfast buffet ok and plenty of choice - good hot food and lots of pastries - great coffee - thank you😁 Again - only seem to consider large groups as all table configurations of 6! It would have been nice to have my own table and some personal attention. The hotel room was extremely dirty - tv remote, coffee tray, phone and bathroom very grubby and in need of a good clean. This is probably due to high turnover of groups - I was there for 4 nights and had clean towels and bed made but nothing cleaned at all. Staff are all lovely - especially the very attentive and welcoming doormen.

Personnel sympathique, courtois, souriant et disponible. C'est très agréable. Grande chambre, propre, la tv était de bonne taille, belle salle de bain (avec une grande douche). Le lit double était bien large aussi. Hôtel proche du vrai centre ville, bel emplacement pour visiter la medina par exemple (accessible à pied).
Cons: Wifi très mauvais. C'est donc difficile de travailler ou d'appeler dès que vous bougez du lit. C'est dommage, ça pénalise un peu. Petit-déjeuner: des explications sur les plats proposés serait utiles. Sinon qualité correcte de ce que j'ai mangé. L'état général: l'hôtel aurait besoin d'une vraie rénovation. La fenêtre de ma chambre par exemple était difficile à fermer et ouvrir. Le robinet de l'évier était viellot. Rapport qualité-prix: moyen.

Cons: The hotel is very run down and my room had mildew/mold growing on the walls. I informed the staff and showed them my photos. They only took photos of my photos. I went outside the hotel and asked the staff if the constant water dripping down the exterior facade of the hotel could be pipes leaking and causing the mildew/mold growing on the interior of my room. They said no, that they thought the dripping water was from staff cleaning balconies, but the water dripping was constantly present, even late at night so their explanation did not make sense to me. I noticed in our second of two rooms we booked the wall had been painted recently so I wonder if the hotel just continues to cover up the mildew/mold growing on the walls.

Cons: Nous avons dû changer de chambre à l’arrivée en raison d’un problème de propreté : le ménage n’avait clairement pas été fait correctement (cheveux, traces dans la douche, serviettes sales), une hygiène inacceptable. Petit déjeuner décevant : pas de tables, buffet vide (pas d’œufs, pas de croissants), produits congelés, présence de mouches, sol et tables sales. Vu le prix, ce n’est pas normal.

Ich hatte am Tag der Anreise Geburtstag. Ich bekam eines der besten Zimmer mit einer schönen Aussicht zur Moschee und dem Hafen. Ca 30 Minuten nach dem Zimmerbezug klopfte es an der Tür, als ich diese überrascht öffnete, Stand geschätzt das halbe Personal inkl. Chefs mit einem Servier-Wagen vor der Tür mit Torte, Kerzen, Drinks Wasser alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Alle haben von Herzen gesungen. Was mich sehr berührt hat!

It was a wonderful experience! The service is neat , all the rooms are clean and the dining lounge is quite nice. The staff are also very friendly and cheerful, especially the security guard Abd el Aziz. All in all, the hotel deserves a high rating and I'm definitely going back next time.

Cons: The look , lots of flies, smell of mold and feet in the room and on the level floor. The breakfast was cold and there was no where to sit. We had to eat our cold breakfast by the elevators. They are understaffed and the guest suffered. Our shower leaked and we were met with push back when we asked about more towels to soak up the flooding bathroom. The AC kept kicking off due a fuse issue so we decided not to bother. Good thing i was exhausted from travel and passed out because the rom was noisy from the outside and inside the hallways.

Hmm. Da kann ich leider nicht viel aufzählen. Die Lage war ganz okay, die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut.
Cons: Hier ist die Liste lang😅 Das WLAN funktionierte nur in der Empfangshalle gut, im 6. Stock war es quasi nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Fenster sind nicht schalldicht, weshalb man auch im 6. Stock den Straßenlärm sehr gut hören konnte. Im Bad, in der Dusche, befand sich Schimmel. Generell war das gesamte Hotel doch sehr renovierungsbedürftig: überall abgeplatztes Holz, sehr alt, dreckige Wände, Fahrstuhl-Türen quietschen, gelbe Toilettenbrille, dreckige Handtücher, schwarze Flecken (Schimmel?) auf der Bettwäsche,… wirklich nicht zum Wohlfühlen. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es leider kein Obst. Immerhin eine braune Banane, eine Kiwi und eine Birne auf dem Zimmer. Yeah. Das Hotelschild von außen am Gebäude leuchtete auch nur zur Hälfte, falls das für jemandem von Interesse ist 😉 Alles zusammen für ein sogenanntes 4-Sterne Hotel absolut nicht gerechtfertigt und inakzeptabel. Das Hotel hat nichtmal einen Stern verdient…

J'ai été surclassée en chambre avec vue sur la mosquée Hassan II au 7eme étage. Et quelle vue !! La chambre était grande et bien aménagée avec de nombreux placards et un grand bureau. Literie très confortable et salle de bain pratique. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux, avec des produits européens et marocains. Juste dommage que le nom des plats ne soit pas indiqué, ça m'aurait évité de découvrir que le jus de raisin était en fait du jus de betterave ! 😅 Personnel adorable qui se soucie du bien être des clients. Merci à Hamza et Karima et à tous les portiers qui me saluaient toujours quand je rentrais, partais ou même seulement passais devant l'hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal, à 15 minutes à pied de la gare Casa-Port, entre la vieille médina et la place Mohamed V. Beaucoup de transports (tramway, bus dont celui de l'aéroport) à 2 ou 3 minutes à pied.

We booked three rooms for our family, and unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. The rooms were dirty, smelled musty, and felt poorly maintained. On one occasion, believe it or not we were given a key to a room only to find another family resting in bed when we opened the door and when we told the staff they were so cool and ignorant about it. The breakfast area is large, but the service and organization were chaotic and nothing looks clean. I waited at the front desk for clean towels for 15 minutes, and two staff members did not acknowledge us at all. When one staff member finally got off the phone, he walked away without asking how he could help. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The service, cleanliness, and management fell far below expectations.

From the reception to the buffet, everything was excellent. The staff welcomed us warmly and made the whole experience smooth. A special thanks to Abid, the buffet attendant, who guided us with kindness and professionalism—his support really stood out. I also want to thank the gentleman at the door who helped us with parking; he was polite and attentive, and he made our arrival easy. I also want to thank the hospitable cleaning lady who welcomed us with fresh fruit, making our stay truly memorable. Altogether, the entire team provided wonderful service that made our stay truly enjoyable.

Stayed in this four stars hotel for two nights in different rooms. The first room is a bit dusty. If you used a tissue to clean up the lamps, it contained dust afterward. In Africa, you will get two single beds in the hotel room. Bell Boys were eagerly helping out on deliver your luggage to your room, the expected tips amount seems higher than some other countries focus on tourism in general. In terms of breakfast, mainly bakery products, eggs and fruits. Could be crowded in the restaurant during morning and enjoy fresh air into the area. The residence buildings around the hotel were classics and interesting. It is North Africa and that is what you come for a tour, right? Stay away from the modern world of stress and pressure, and step into a more nature and unique settings. Morocco's spending for tourists is close to North America's cost, such as meal cost and admission tickets to tourism spots.

I arrived at the reception and discovered my reservation was wrong, It was my mistake. The staff was very very kind and professional and helped me to change the reservation. The general manager accepted to change my reservation without any charge. The reserved a taxi to the Airport at 4am and have a night desk. So you feel that somebody is taking care of you h24. The hotel is very nice, big and clean, perfectly located near Place des Nation-Unies. And then, they suggested to us a very good Marocaine restaurant close to them, Le Cuistrot.

The position was great between the media and the new city. Fantastic view over the mosque. The car park man was great, always happy and service minded. I think his name were Abdulraizm(?) .
Cons: The breakfast was poor. We came 30 min before closing, and a lot of plates were empty. The restaurant where the breakfast was served was simple and not very nice. There was a bar, but very expensive drinks.

Cons: Os funcionários eram pouco sorridentes, cordiais mas pouco simpáticos. O pequeno-almoço era um pouco fraco: havia uma única fruta: toranja, mas super amarga e nem havia um garfo, nem nada para a servir! Tive que perdir à funcionária, que apenas me trouxe uma colher… Os os ovos mexidos estavam cheios de água, as panquecas e os 3 únicos crepes que existiam (e que nunca repuseram), estavam frios e o chá de mente estava cheio de açúcar! Pode haver pessoas diabéticas que não possam beber um chá com açúcar, pelo que deveriam ter as duas soluções: com e sem açúcar. Em resumo, o pequeno-almoço foi o que mais desiludiu. O quarto, sim, era ótimo, mas ouvia-se algum barulho durante a noite.

I got to the hotel late at night and the front desk workers were so kind and told me how I could order food and even changed my money for me. When I had to leave they also found me a taxi to take me to the airport. Ayoub and Korim (I believe was his name) were AMAZING!

Cons: Front desk personnel very average. The female wasn’t too bad, but the male was not friendly. BOTH scammed me when I bought bottled water from them. I bought 1 large and one small bottle. The large bottle was $3 (ridiculous) and the small bottle? $2.75! $3 for the big one was a ripoff, but $2.75 for a small one?? And even so, why not tell me that I should buy 2 big ones for almost exactly the same price as 1 big and 1 small? Scam. Plus, the Booking.com price was supposed to include all taxes. When I arrived, they told me I had to pay a “city tax”. They said, and you need to pay NOW. I said can I pay at the end of my stay (only 1 night, thank goodness)? They reluctantly said ok. Scam.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vooral Yassine, Hicham en Abdelaziz. Er is een parkeerplaats tegenover het hotel. De kamer is zeer ruim en hygiënisch en het bed is lekker groot. Gelegen vlakbij de souk (markt) en ongeveer 30 minuten van het vliegveld.
Cons: Doordat het hotel aan een drukke straat ligt zou je wat geluidsoverlast kunnen ervaren. Hier hebben wij geen last van gehad. Men had wat meer de ontbijtzaal kunnen opruimen.

Excellent location! Walking distance from the Medina (market - about 10mins), and the Hassan II mosque (about 20mins). The hotel is clean and well kept. Staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast (included with some room rate) is served from 7:00-10:00am and includes a generous selection of pastries, juices, eggs, meat, vegetables, salads, yogurt, cereal, etc.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful — I really appreciated their kindness and warm attitude. However, during the night, it was a bit noisy as some guests were talking and shouting loudly, which made it hard to sleep. Also, there weren’t enough towels provided in the room, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was great — the hotel’s atmosphere is nice, and I enjoyed my stay overall. I hope they can improve sound management and provide more towels to make the experience even better.

The receptionist got my last name confused with a similar one but was quick to fix the issue. The hotel porter also helped me get a special charger since they have different outlets. The only bad things that I found in my room was a weird white powder in the folder under the tv and ants that suddenly appeared after I finished taking a shower. Overall, I had a pleasant sleep and a delicious breakfast.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Sicherer Parkplatz mit Gepäckservice. Zur Moschee ans Meer kann man gut zu Fuß gehen. Abends im Restaurant konnte man Ala carte oder am Buffet essen. Wir haben uns für das Buffet entschieden und es war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Man hat uns auch Tipps gegeben, insbesondere Hanane , Hicham und Karima möchten wir gerne persönlich danken, ganz toller Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Übrigens als Tipp für andere mit Auto oder Motorrad Reisende, entweder vor 08.00 oder nach 21.00 Uhr an oder abreisen. Wir kamen gegen 17.00 Uhr an, das möchte man nicht noch einmal, echt krass. Morgens waren wir um 08.00 aus der Stadt Richtung Marrakech verschwunden.

Reception staff, cleaning staff were efficient and friendly. We had 7th floor room with balcony looking towards Hassan 11 mosque and medina. Room and bathroom were spacious. Kettle with limited tea and coffee sachets. Water each day Safe box on cupboard. TV. Was good with some channels with English subtitles. Location is 5-10 mins walk from United Nations square and medina. Bus stop 139 nearby to mosque. Patisserie on the corner in the same street as Bim supermarket

Good location about 5-10 mins walk from United Nations Square. Hyatt Regency on the side of the square. good room size with walk in shower. Kettle with tea bag and coffee sachets. Balcony looked towards the mosque and medina. We were on the 7th floor. Reception staff were efficient, maid was also. Breakfast room on the 1st floor. Moroccan food, hot dishes, breads, pastries, cold meat, salads. A good selection. Patisserie on the nearest corner, BIM supermarket in the same street further down.

The staff was excellent, the lobby is nice. I wasn’t so happy with the room though: 1) the kettle was broken (the staff changed it quickly, so that speaks pretty highly of the good service) 2) the balcony door was broken and couldn’t lock (safety threat when sleeping). 3) wifi extremely weak 4) cups not super clean, one in a small storage next to the fridge wasn’t cleaned.

accoglienza molto cortese, personale molto disponibile nonostante la prenotazione di una sola notte. la stanza è molto ampia e questo dà modo di sentirsi a casa propria. molto confortevole anche il bagno che presenta il bidet. letto comodo, maggiore attenzione agli asciugamani che non mi sembravano sanificati a dovere. il punto di forza dell'hotel è la vicinanza alle stazioni. noi dovevamo raggiungere rabat ed è stato abbastanza semplice, in 10 minuti a piedi abbiamo raggiunto gare du port. un ringraziamento a Karima e yassine, gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni informazione.

Die Unterkunft war groß hell und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Bouchra sie hat sich darum gekümmert dass mein Zimmer sauber war und immer genug Kaffee, Tee und Wasser bereitstand. Hilham und Ayoub waren an der Rezeption und am Empfang tätig und haben wir mehrfach mit meinem Gepäck geholfen und mir schnell und unkompliziert Taxen gerufen wenn ich eins brauchte.

- Service from all staff - Housekeeper, Sadiya, was lovely - really prompt cleaning and did a great job. - Location was great in terms of walking distance and cheap taxis available for the other distances
Cons: - Poor breakfast selection which also had no labels to confirm what the food was (we didn’t go back after the first day) - Bathroom drain had a horrid smell (moved rooms once, 2nd we just purchased air freshener) - Did not have any extra amenities so make sure to pack them such as shower cap etc

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe du Kenzi Basma pour cet accueil chaleureux et rempli de bienveillance tout au long de mon séjour. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien situé, j'ai pu visiter beaucoup de choses à pieds. Les chambres vues sur la ville sont justes incroyables, très spacieuses et très propres. J'avais la chance d'apercevoir au loin la Mosquée Hassan II qui est vraiment à voir ! Le service du petit déjeuner est impeccable, on se sent presque chez soi et on regrette vite que le séjour touche à sa fin... Merci à Bouchra pour sa patience et son professionnalisme, et merci à Hicham et Adil pour votre gentillesse et votre dévouement tout au long de la semaine. Je recommande fortement, et je reviendrai avec plaisir, le plus rapidement possible. Mon premier voyage solo restera inoubliable ! A bientôt Casablanca, Prenez soin de vous. Maë.

We stayed 1 night. Convenient location. Spacious one bedroom studio with lounge area but no safe & no bottled water provided in room. BIM (supermarket) & a bottle shop, a 2 minute walk away. Souk and retail shops close by. There were insects flying around in the dining area where breakfast was served which was off-putting.

Cons: Accueil froid et pas chaleureux, un manque de propreté au niveau du petit déjeuner table pas nettoyé entre deux services et un buffet très moyen, au niveau des chambres le sol n’a pas été balayé sur les 7 jours de notre séjour. Et pour finir nous avons été déclassé d'un duplex à une chambre standard pour cause de forte odeur de cigarettes 🚬 sans aucune compensation de l'établissement.

Nice location: close to the Mohammed V square where a lots go on for the locals, and close to very authentic street markets (not soul) in the old medina. Comfortable bed and the little balcony is definitely a plus where you can breeze in the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot. They have a large choice of local and continental food, both savoury and sweet. We also enjoyed a beer in the lounge bar one night - and not overly priced for a hotel. The staffs are super nice and helpful, like most people in this city!
Cons: The bathroom of our room starts to show some signs of wear and tear. We do have a good view to the Hassen II mosque, but there is also an old building just in front which blocks a big part of the view.

For some reason, our breakfast was not included and Haffsa the IT manager very kindly offered 1 breakfast as gesture of goodwill. She was very polite and professional. Also housekeeping was excellent especially the lady Bauchra was particular about the cleanliness and kept the room spotless. Highly recommended. Will go there again

Despite being aware of the low rating, we proceeded with this booking due to a last-minute need for an overnight stay following a late-night arrival. Even with modest expectations, the experience was disappointing. The room felt unclean, especially the bed linen, which gave an unhygienic impression. There were no basic amenities provided—not even bottled water. When we requested an electric kettle for coffee, the one delivered posed a safety concern. The handle became extremely hot, and the kettle emitted a foul odor. Though it was replaced upon request, the initial experience was unsettling. Breakfast was very basic, offering minimal variety or quality. Overall, even for a short stay, this hotel fell below acceptable standards.

When you first entire the hotel the smell of orange flowers hits you and pulls you in, letting you know that Fatiha and her team of excellent housekeeping staffers have prepared an lovely environment for you. Chaimaa and Yassin welcomed us at the front desk with kindness and warmth. The neighborhood is central, the balcony overlooks the ocean and mosque and there is a peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel.

We've booked rooms last minute on the same day and arrive late at night. The staff welcomed us and was absolutely lovely. We didn't try the breakfast so we have no opinion on that. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. There was A/C as well as heating. There was no problem with leaving our car at the private parking after check out. I would say it's a safe choice compared to what other places offer and how unprofessional other places can be. Special thanks to Fatiha, Hicham, and the gentleman on the front desk :)
Cons: Towels were clean but you could see that they were small stains from before. Still I wouldn't say it's a problem as they were clean :) Overall nothing to really complain about.

La posizione strategica vicina al Bazar, alla fermata del Tram, alla stazione treni di Casa Port e ai Taxy, là Moschea Hassan II. Penso sia il posto ideale per chi vuole raggiungere ogni quartiere tipico di Casablanca oppure rimanere in zona tra i ristoranti tipici della Medina e la fruibilità di tutti i servizi (banche, supermercati, negozi di abbigliamento e prodotti tipici). Lo staff è straordinario, ci ho soggiornato durante il Ramadan e la proposta del buffet era tipica della tradizione marocchina ma anche europea! Personale gentilissimo, dai camerieri, ai responsabili di sala e non ultimi per importanza la Reception, Chaimaa e Yassine gentilissimi!!! Sarà la mia base per ogni viaggio a Casablanca!

L'hotel si trova a circa 500 metri dall'Eglise du Sacré-Coeur; non è una struttura nuovissima ma è molto confortevole e offre tutti i servizi tipici dei grandi hotel: camere molto spaziose e confortevoli, ottima cena e ottima colazione a buffet. Parcheggio auto gratuito proprio davanti alla porta di ingresso. Personale molto gentile. Soggiorno perfetto.

The room was modern and comfortable with wonderful view to the Grand Mosque of Casablanca. The bed was very comfy. At Restaurant Abid was very helpful and did very good Service. At reception I was serviced very well by Chaimaa. Also kind service at the Bar during the later evening. The Bar has exceptionnel beautiful Videos of places on earth in combination with very beautiful relax music. A very nice place, also to have some Entertainment.
Cons: There was actually nothing I want to mention here. Everything was fine. :-)

Beautiful stay. Convenient location, close to lots of shopping and dining options and walkable to tourist sightseeing options. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our rooms were beautiful, very clean and smelled wonderful. Wish we had another day to spend here because the hotel was wonderful!

Great Location and nice view from the rooms however: - breakfast is pretty bad. No where to sit dirty cutlery and average food with poor service - shower terrible no pressure, flooded bathroom - sheets dirty Yes low price but you get what you pay for and a bit less.

The room was excellent, with a very comfortable bed. The location was great too. The wifi wasn't that great. I stayed for one day, and the hotel met my expectations. The staff members were wonderful, especially Amine and Madame Sadki (I hope I got their names right).

It was the first day we arrived in Casablanca. We got a room and then I found that there was a broken mirror on the clothset so I notified the staff and requested for a new room. Apparently, we have to wait for an hour for a new room and we are very tired from the traveling from the airport and needed to use the bathroom.

It was within walking distance of the Medina. Breakfast was similar to an American hotel so it was adequate.
Cons: Although our room was no smoking, the rest of the hotel was very smoky and reeked of perfume. For someone with asthma like me, it was a health risk.

The view from our room was great. It was easy to spend a night in Casa and go see the gorgeous mosque and the central market from this location.
Cons: I booked a room with two single beds and specified that but was given a king room- so the they brought a rollaway bed that barely fit in the room. Room was visibly dirty with hair in all the corners, big stain on the duvet, and grit you could feel on the floor. The entire hotel feels like it was awesome in days gone by but is now very dingy.

The pictures don’t match the actual ones but still a decent place to stay for a few nights.. Close to all the main touristy highlights such as the ancient Medina, Ricks cafe, the shopping mall and the Hassan II mosque..also has a few restaurants and cafes around.. The breakfast was decent too..
Cons: The lighting in the bathroom is very low. Looks dark and dull.

O hotel dispõe de ótimas instalações, com quarto e banheiro bem espaçosos e funcionais e uma equipe atenciosa e solícita. O quarto com vista possibilita visualizar o belo minarete da mesquita Hassan II, que fica acessível a uns 20/25 minutos de caminhada ou a um curto itinerário de táxi. A localização é muito boa e centralizada, bem pertinho da entrada principal da medina e também próxima à estação de trem Casa Port.
Cons: Sugeriria oferecerem frutas frescas no café da manhã, que é bem variado.

Kindly we asked to change room but Mr. Eyub on reception, he couldn’t help us even didn’t see our bed. second time I had to argue and need to prove broken bed them as a guest!!!! Personnels très sympas et professionnels, notamment les bagagistes (Assif et Hicham), à la réception (Ayoub et Karima), les portiers / Securité exterieur qui étaient super helpfull et sympa pendant la semaine ou j'étais la bas. Bravo aussi au barman hyper agréable : ZAHRANE ABDELKADER L'hôtel est super, idéalement placé, très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande !

Breakfast was excellent with wide selection of cold and hot drinks and food -- wide selection of pastries, bread and cakes; salads, hard-boiled eggs, sausages, fruits like bananas and clementines. Walking distance from Place Des Nation Unies tramline stop.
Cons: Tiny black ants in the bathroom. Killed like 8 at one point. Sheets and pillow cases were OK. Pillow had yellow stains under the pillow case.

Cons: Mucha suciedad en la zona de desayuno. La silla para el bebé sucia, los tapetes que supuestamente nos pusieron nuevos, sucios... No repetiríamos hotel por este hecho. El baño tenía poca potencia y el agua se salía y encharcaba el baño.

The staff are always so friendly and our rooms were upgraded which was so special ! Thank you 🙏🏽 ! Special mention of Chaimaa- Karima ! Abid was great also ! And our special luggage treasure who wrapped my plates up for my luggage so they wouldn’t break !! Thank you !!

Very cooperative staff, nice comfortable room, housekeeping clean room daily. Walking distance to port, ancient Madina, shopping area, restaurants and even train station. It is mentioned on booking that property does not accept credit card however i paid via card.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had to date. From my bookings not being updated as requested to phone calls from staff after 1am to request proof of marriage (a practice that has since been abolished and either way was not acceptable to contact and wake clients at this time for anything other than an emergency). I am disgusted by how we have been treated, the lack of professionalism and management has been abhorrent. We will be formally complaining to the British consulate, and Kenzi Group, as well as sharing this experience online.

Cons: This was the worst stay we have had in our many months and many hotels & Riads over the last couple of years in Morocco. On arrival we were greeted by a desk manager with “you are early, check in is after 2pm. On the Booking web site it says 00:00 - 00:00. We prepaid for our booking but had to pay according to my booking on Booking.com 118.80 city taxes. On check in I was told it was 120 MAD. - it is not the extra amount but the rounding up and contempt when it was queried and the receipt requested. No receipt was given and when I queried it was told "that is the cost". When we parked our car I was told it could stay there for our 3 day duration. But the next day had to move it so you could allow large Mercedes cars to park outside. The WiFi was almost non existent in our room (6th floor). I pointed this out to 3 members of staff (management) at the front desk who said they would look into it - they never did or even get back to me. I needed good WIFI to upload some footage - not possible with your facilities. Your website says “high speed WiFi connection “ this is not the case or the customer service". We also asked and questioned the room differences in our booked room (Deluxe) and the upgrade (as we are Genius 3 level) we were told we had (Superior) but was told it was not possible apart from being given the key for a room directly above our room to see if the room/view was better - it was the same AND if we wanted it (which) we did not, we had to move our bags ourselves with no help or even an offer - once again not a 4* hotel standard. After the 1st nights stay all our towels (shower, 2 x hand, 2 bath) were taken to be replaced. After 3 hours I went looking for a member of staff to request some towels. Two members were on my floor, a man & a woman. The man had a clipboard and asked the female to get some towels. She could only find 1 bath towel but he said the others would be put in our room soon - this NEVER happened.
