Cons: UNE HONTE !!! Nous sommes traitĂ©s comme des clients de seconde zone car la prioritĂ© est faite Ă un groupe de confession juive qui vient feter pĂąques ici. Je n'ai aucun souci avec ça. Leur presence comme celle des autres clients d'ailleurs de toutes origines, ne me derange pas. Ce sont les privileges qui posent problĂšme. Quand le personnel dit "les rĂšgles ne sont pas les mĂȘmes pour les juifs (car cest comme ça qu'ils les appellent)" et que tous les transat sont mobilisĂ©s pour eux toute la journĂ©e et dĂšs 9h du matin qu'ils soient prĂ©sents ou pas, ce n'est pas acceptable. Pour nous autres clients lambda et habituĂ©s, les transat c'est pas avant 10h30 et il faut s'inscrire sur un cahier et il est interdit de laisser une serviette sans etre prĂ©sent. Chose qui.nest pas demandĂ©e au groupe. De toute façon quelle que soit l'heure d'arrivĂ©e tout est rĂ©servĂ©, des serviettes partout et personne dessus. C'est infernal !!! Encore plus quand on considere le tarif de la prestation en cette pĂ©riode de pĂąques. Nous sommes nombreux Ă penser que nous ne reviedrons plus. C'est dommage.

Pareil pour le départ ou un départ tardif a été non négociable sauf soudoiement du personnel qui a fait du zel. Le mode de rĂ©servation incomprĂ©hensible avec des nuits qui varient de 90⏠à 790⏠suivant le jour et le taux dâoccupation On avait rĂ©servĂ© 1 nuit Ă 130⏠et souhaitions rester, il y avait de la disponibilitĂ© ( rĂ©servation uniquement via booking) mais la chambre Ă©taient Ă 750⏠câĂ©tait le prix dâun palace. Nous sommes donc allĂ© passer 1 nuit dans un autre hĂŽtel puis sommes revenu pour 120âŹâŠ Le cadre et lâhĂŽtel sont top mais il y a de petites choses dans la gestion de lâhĂŽtel qui pourraient ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©es

Cons: It is clearly tired and you can tell it is a 30+ year old, ventilation is not working well, decoration is dated. Breakfast buffet was quite bare bones for the price of the hotel. Outdoor pool is not really "heated", was too cold to use in April. Only warm pool is indoor and you have to pay extra to access... They had booked part of the hotel to a group during our stay and turned the conference center into a night club one night, making it impossible for us to sleep, which is not acceptable. Nothing was done to address that despite our multiple complaints. The gym belongs to the 90s, totally useless. All in all, it is not a 5 stars, more a 4 stars really

There was lots of choice at breakfast. The freshly made doughnuts were a big hit with the kids! The pool was really nice, and I enjoyed the free yoga sessions. It was about a half hour walk to the main square which at this time of year when not too hot was easy to do. The grounds were lovely.
Cons: The pillows were a bit uncomfortable but they sent us different ones. The pool did get really busy in the afternoon.

Kenzi Hotel was good overall, but the surrounding area felt a bit dull. There is only Menara Mall nearby, so you are mostly dependent on taxis to get around. The hotel itself is decent, with good breakfast and facilities.
Cons: I would personally prefer staying somewhere more cozy and lively. This hotel is better suited for relaxation and quiet evening walks rather than a vibrant atmosphere.

Unser Zimmer war wirklich gross. Die Betten waren sauber und bequem. Wir hatten zwei grosse Doppelbetten das war super. Vorteil wenn du französisch sprichst, englisch versteht man auch mal mehr oder weniger gut. Konnten auch frĂŒher einchecken, dass war toll. Lage 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi (5O Dirham) zum Gaukler Platz. ZurĂŒck sind wir mit dem lokalen Bus Nummer 12 (4 Dirham) der bis zur Merana Mall fĂ€hrt und dann noch ein ca. 8 Min. zu Fuss. Buffet war ok. Menare Mall zu Fuss 5 Minuten. Kaffe war gut. Personal war zum teil freundlich und weniger freundlich. Poolbereich schön, liegen bequem.

Very pretty hotel located in a quiet part of the city but close enough to Jema el-Fnaa square and the Medina of Marrakech. The rooms were spacious , comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were welcoming and courteous.

I stayed at Kenzi Rose Garden for the second time, about 10 years after my first visit. Back then, my impression was significantly better â the hotel felt fresher, the service more consistent, and the overall atmosphere more pleasant and well maintained. This time, however, the experience was mixed. On the positive side, the grounds are still beautiful and green, the location is convenient, and the staff generally tries to be friendly and helpful. But overall quality has clearly declined. This is especially noticeable when it comes to dinner â the food is now much simpler and less interesting compared to what I remember from my first stay. Another important point is that I stayed in two different buildings during this trip â two nights in one and three nights in another. The difference between them was quite significant. The buildings vary a lot in terms of renovation level, room size, and overall condition, which creates a very uneven experience.
Cons: Overall, the hotel is still an acceptable option, but the price-to-quality ratio is no longer convincing. If possible, I would recommend paying a bit extra and choosing TUI Blue Medina Garden instead â it offers a noticeably higher level of cleanliness, more consistent service, and significantly better restaurant quality.

Cons: Breakfast was congested with hundreds of guests. There's not enough elevator for guest volume especially at peak hours. A staff at reception failed to tend to the customers who had arrived first. Maybe the hotel should put more staff at the reception or put a supervisor there because some staff were acting like they didn't need customers. We paid the taxes upon check-in but were asked to pay again at the check out. We had to insist that they check the system carefully before the receptionist staff admitted that it had indeed been paid.

We had an unplanned 6 night stay due to disrupted travel plans. In fact what initially seemed a disaster turned out to be huge gift. This hotel is superb. Lovely rooms. Clean and classy with stunning gardens, beautiful swimming pools and stretch classes and aquafit amongst other things on offer. Thereâs a fabulous spa onsite and so reasonably priced. (An hourâs massage for ÂŁ48.) There are several restaurants on site to choose from. However Iâd advise only booking B&B because the hotel is very conveniently located for nearby excellent restaurants. The staff are so kind and helpful. There were a few who really stood out: Ibrahim, Siham and Rachid in the âanimationâ shed. They played great music all day around the pool and went out of their way to share music links with me. Their presence and music added a lovely, relaxing ambience and vibe. Just the loveliest people you could ever wish to meet, going over and above to do a brilliant job. There was also Hansae at reception who was incredibly helpful. Overall we thought the price band was good value, being near the airport itâs a great place for a last minute trip for some sunshine and chill time.

The Breakfast was good, the dining area got very busy and chaotic in between 9-10, so having breakfast early was important. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but a bit dated and worn. The staff are friendly. Ther pool is fantastic. We tried both onsite restaurants, the Italian one has good service and food, while the Moroccan style food was OK, it took a long time for the food to arrive and it wasn't very filling, the menu could be better.
Cons: The onsite food during the day lacks value for money. It would have been good if the kids club playground could be accessed earlier for the kids, since the gates are locked in the morning.

Nous avons effectuĂ© deux rĂ©servations identiques dans cet hĂŽtel Ă quelques jours dâintervalle (chambre avec trĂšs grand lit double). Lors de notre premier sĂ©jour, tout Ă©tait conforme. En revanche, lors du second sĂ©jour, la chambre disposait dâun lit double standard et non dâun trĂšs grand lit comme rĂ©servĂ©. Câest un point qui mĂ©riterait dâĂȘtre vĂ©rifiĂ© afin que les prestations correspondent bien aux rĂ©servations. A nice hotel, spacious room, comfy sofa in the room near window looking out to the nice view of the pool. Had a lovely massage at the spa. Breakfast was available until 10am so didn't have to get up too early for it. Check out was at 12pm also a good time so no rushing in the morning. Reasonable cost for 5 nights at a 5 star hotel.
Cons: We arrived when it was dark, it wasn't clear where our room was as didn't know there are other buildings, our room was on the other side, pass the pool, 5th floor, out of the lift, up the ramp and right at the end of the corridor so quite a trek from reception. We were stuck in the lift one day, everything stopped working even the alarm in it, no speaker to speak to anyone for help, heard people outside and shouted out, my husband managed to pull the lift door open with the help of a lady on the outside, tried calling the reception back in the room but nothing there telling me what number to press on the phone, on the way out told someone at reception about it, don't think we got an apology, at first when asked to speak with the manager we were told they weren't there that day so we asked if they could contact us the next day, felt this was important that it didn't happen again and to anyone else, it was quite a frightening situation, not something we expect from a 5 star hotel, they agreed that they will ask the manger to contact us but no one got back to us, didn't feel the seriousness of the situation was acknowledged and felt like they didn't care.

Petit balcon donnant sur le jardin trÚs agréable et déco parfaite sans luxe ostentatoire en toute sobriété. Le lobby, la piscine et l'ensemble de l'hÎtel sont également trÚs agréables. This hotel was a great find. - Area: It was in a very safe & quiet area. Ideal for those who would like a break from the hustle & bustle of the town centre. It was approx 30 minute walk to the Media. - Room: We were impressed with the room. It was a huge twin room and we had double beds which was a lovely surprise. The room was well equipped with fridge, an easy to use safe, great shower, and robes & slippers. - Cleanliness: The room, the pool, the restaurant & throughout the hotel were all very clean. The rooms was serviced daily which we didn't expect. The cleaning staff were lovely. - Staff: We came across great service across most parts of the hotel. They were very warm & accommodating - from the lady who served mint tea at reception, to the restaurant staff & the cleaning staff. They couldn't do enough for us. - Food: Dinner & Breakfast was decent and had a good choice. I am gluten intolerant & on asking they brought me gluten free bread (which was much appreciated). On the last day we had to leave at 5.40am & they kindly suggested we come down at 5.30am (well before breakfast started) - which was very accommodating & kind. - There were two adult pools (one warmer & one cooler) & a kids pool outdoor. The pool area was well appointed, and was a lovely environment to chill out. - Value: We got a discount on this hotel via Booking.com, and felt that it was well worth what we paid. - Rating: The hotel is more like a 4.5 star than a 5 star. But we had read that in the reviews ahead of time and were happy to try it out. it was great value for what we received. Would highly recommend it. We will definitely return.
Cons: - Room Cards: The room access cards never worked in the evening time after we came back from our day outings. Reception said it was because we stored the cards side by side in our handbags - but it happened regardless of where we placed them. - Reception staff: Although almost all staff across the hotel gave exceptional service, some of the Reception staff could have been friendlier / more helpful at times. To my last point, we were expected to queue every evening to re-activate the room card (as if that was normal) despite the fact they were always engaged with other guests / it was time consuming. Another said they couldn't give me a brochure or pricelist for the spa - which seemed like a very basic request. - Breakfast was very busy in the mornings and queues would build for the omelette & pancake station. Might be worth having more staff on during peak times, if possible.

Eine rundum gelungene Unterkunft, kaum sind wir aus unserem Taxi ausgestiegen kam bereits der Concierge und nahm uns die Koffer ab, diese wurden uns auch aufs Zimmer gebracht. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich perfekt, die bestellten Uber/Abholdienste fahren bis vor die TĂŒr, was sehr angenehm ist. Des Weiteren kann man fuĂlĂ€ufig den Menara Garden und Menara Mall erreichen, falls man Wasser oĂ€. einkaufen möchte. FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Abendessen waren auch immer mehr als ausreichend und sehr lecker, aus diesem Grund kann ich die negativen Bewertungen hier nicht verstehen aber man kann ja in jeder Suppe ein Haar finden, wenn man möchte.... anmerken möchte ich noch, dass es eine sehr ruhige Gegend ist, hier kann man wirklich entspannen!

Cons: La struttura in Italia avrebbe 3 stesse, pulizia davvero insufficiente, arredi vecchi e logori, non rispecchia un hotel a 5 stelle. Appena arrivati in camera, abbiamo riscontrato la scarsa qualitĂ delle pulizie effettuate,: negli angoli vi erano polvere e âbriciolineânel bagno il sanitario era leggermente sporco e presentava capelli a terra. Zona buffet colazione poco pulita, piatti macchiati, erogatori di succo sempre sporchi (una volta una tazza risultava perfino sporca di colla esternamente). Gli stessi servizi dellâhotel sono scadenti. Personale alla reception non accogliente. La struttura Ăš organizzata a villaggio, la hall (unica parte curata della struttura) risulta moderna ma staccata dagli edifici con le camere che invece si trovano in strutture adiacenti allâedificio principale, ogniqualvolta bisognava percorrere lâintero giardino+ zona con piscine per tornare allâedificio con la camera (e con bambino piccolo eâ veramente scomodo).

Very disappointed with my stay here. Reception - always very busy, so hard to get information. Hotel facilities not described at registration. A map was available at porters desk. Room - grubby, no plug in the basin, squeeky bathroom door, patio door only opened 24", dirty patio furniture with black soot. Our 'garden view' room actually had a view of the car park and was near the entrance. Every day in the very early morning and late at night many coaches & taxis arrived and left and with the associated wheeled luggage, doors slamming etc was disturbing. Pool area - fantastic, well laid out and clean, but marred by loud thumping music from 9am - 5pm, with no areas to escape. There were not enough sun beds or towels when it was busy but staff tried to help. Breakfast - chaotic! To sit outside you had to be lucky to find a table and cutlery. The food provided generally good, fresh and varied but some things ran out (scrambled eggs, nuts). Also, surprisingly, no separate area for smokers, not pleasant! Pool bar - provided drinks and snacks throughout the day and was very good. Dinner - choice was either an expensive but great pizza Italian, a Moroccan with lovely food + service or, bizarrely, an eat-as-much-as-you-can cafeteria! Pool and restaurant staff - they were excellent and worked very, very hard, thank you to them all! Because they were so busy it felt chaotic at times and they looked quite stressed. I would say the ratio of staff to people was too low. I wanted a relaxing break by the pool with a book but spent a lot of time in the bedroom to escape the music. Reception staff were uninterested in my comments about incessant loud music. There was a 'suggestions' box in Reception but I saw no pen & paper. Location of the hotel - about 10-20minutes from the airport, a short taxi ride to town (or 20 minute walk) and in a pleasant area, with some restaurants nearby.

We got a very good deal with half board. Friendly staff everywhere, the room was large ( king size bed), and nice. Bathroom was a good size too but no bathtub only a quite large shower. The buffet was fine both for breakfast (very busy) and dinner. One of the pools were heated which was good as the second pool was too cold for us. The staff removed towels from sunbeds that were not used as no âreservation allowed â which was appreciated as there would not have been enough space for all if not done. We did a massage at the spa which was great, but close to European prices. Good location near the Menara mall and good area, no issue to walk around. All in all very happy with our stay, not a bling bling 5 star hotel but a good choice for us.

Cons: We had a room that stated âgarden viewâ but there is no such thing. We overlooked the front of the hotel, ie car park and road. It was ok but not what we expected. Also it is quite a walk into the main area which is ok during the day but not at night. You would need to get a taxi. There are not many places to eat nearby if you donât want to eat at the hotel.

Very nice hotel which was reasonably quiet for the time of the year. Friendly staff, good facilities and the food provided in the half-board option was plentiful and tasty. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the Medina - there are plenty of taxi options if you prefer not to walk.

Der pool, die sauberkeit, die putzfrauen haben sehr gute arbeit geleistet, die lage war zwar 2-3 km weg von Attraktionen oder lebendiger PlÀtze, aber war auch okay. Wir waren im grossen und ganzen sehr zu frieden!
Cons: Um 16 uhr war jeden tag kein handtuch mehr am pool, musste paar mal betteln, bis ich ein handtuch bekommen habe. Und einmal 1,5 stunden gewartet dafĂŒr⊠Und beim frĂŒhstĂŒck war es so, wenn man um 9:30 uhr frĂŒhstĂŒcken wollte, (um 10 uhr war ende), dann war meistens nicht viel auswahl da und das personal fing an aufzurĂ€umen anstatt nachzufĂŒllen. Auch kaffeeautomaten waren die meisten ausgeschalten bis auf zwei! Ich will dieses hotel nicht verschlechtern, damit wĂŒrde ich denen unrecht tuen, da dieses hotel auch sehr viele gute seiten hatte! Ich wollte nur ein kritik ausĂŒben, denn wenn diese sachen beachtet werden, wirds aus sehr gutem aufenthalt ein sehr perfektes aufenthalt! Trotz meiner kritik wĂŒrde ich nochmal dieses Hotel buch! Weil echt sehr vieles perfekt war!

Nous avons demandĂ© Ă changer de chambre pour le câbruit de la rue car obligĂ© d ouvrir la fenĂȘtre la nuit car pas de climatisation et pb de tĂ©lĂ©vision et chasse d eau depuis notre arrivĂ©e, Ă©tant donnĂ© que nous prolongions notre sĂ©jour de 2 nuit dans leur Ă©tablissement et ils nous ont prouvĂ©une chambre un Ă©tage plus bas donnant sur la mĂȘme rue?
