The staff was kind , polite and extremely helpful. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed every moment . I was very comfortable and was not far from the major square. It was close to a lot of places to eat. I don’t remember his name but the gentleman who checked in when we arrived , was spot on every time we needed help. We got lost and when the taxi driver spoke with him , he was waiting for us at the drop off location to walk us back to the Riad . Can’t put a price on this level of customer service. Thank you for making our stay a beautiful, pleasant experience. Can’t wait to come back.

La struttura nel complesso è carina, con qualche tocco gradevole, ma nulla che colpisca in modo particolare. Purtroppo la camera che ci è stata assegnata si trovava al primo piano e presentava diversi problemi che hanno reso il soggiorno tutt’altro che confortevole. Il bagno era “in camera”, separato solo da una porta sottile: zero privacy. La notte è stato praticamente impossibile dormire a causa dei continui rumori provenienti dal Riad — persone che entravano e uscivano, porte che sbattevano, voci nel corridoio… un via vai costante. La colazione veniva servita quasi davanti alla porta della nostra stanza, con odori della cucina che entravano direttamente in camera. Per avere un minimo di riservatezza abbiamo dovuto chiedere delle tende, rendendo però l’ambiente completamente buio. Il bagno, inoltre, era davvero minuscolo e poco pratico. La colazione in sé era modesta, nulla di eccezionale, piuttosto basica. Abbiamo richiesto di cambiare stanza, ma la nostra richiesta non è stata accolta. Ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto specificare già in anticipo di non volere una camera al primo piano — una risposta sinceramente fuori luogo, considerato che l’assegnazione di una camera adeguata dovrebbe essere una normale attenzione verso gli ospiti. A tutto questo si aggiungono ulteriori rumori provenienti dall’esterno, che aumentavano la sensazione generale di disordine e mancanza di tranquillità. Nel complesso, l’esperienza non è stata soddisfacente e certamente non all’altezza delle aspettative.

Das Personal, besonders Anas und Mustapha, war außergewöhnlich freundlich und herzlich. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, Teil einer Familie zu sein. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage des Riads ist perfekt – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Atmosphäre.

Une énorme merci aux personnels, Ayoub et Zakaria, deux hommes très sympathiques et attentionnés, mais aussi les femmes de chambre! Mention spécial à Ayoub, qui avait un très beau style et une très belle énergie, il a vraiment été aux petits soins. La tranquilité, le rooftop, le déjeuner, la chambre et la salle de bain. Nous avons eu un séjour incroyable.
Cons: Seulement faire attention aux prix cachés, comme le thé ou les frais de bienvenues. Ils prennent uniquement l'euros!

People there were really nice and were willing to help us with everything. They asked us if we needed anything several times and when we needed something they tried to help us as much as possible. Zakaria and Ayoub were especially kind to us, and they offered us a lot of help. I genuinely appreciate their kindness.

I spent one night at the riad and had a really lovely time! Mustafa and Zakaria made my stay even more enjoyable with their hospitability, the nice dishes for dinner and arranging my airport transfer as well. They truly looked out for all guests, I wish I could have stayed longer! The riad has a perfect location, the room was really pretty and clean, breakfast and dinner were truly amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, especially Abdul. The rooftop is nice and peacefull. The breakfast was ok, but not very special. If we needed an early breakfast, a breakfast pack was provided for us. We found this very pleasant. We also had dinner here and that was definitely okay.
Cons: When we booked this stay, it wasn't clear to us that we were staying at the second location of Riad 7 Saints. This one is also beautiful, but a bit simpler and smaller than the main building. It would be helpful if this were explicitly mentioned on booking.com or it would be helpful if they gave this riad a different name. However, it was no problem at all to provide a table in the courtyard of the main building at our request for dinner. Our room was small, but we got the room that we booked. The cleanliness was okay, but not excellent. In comparison with another riad where we stayed, we found the price-quality slightly lower.

Die Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super (innerhalb der Medina aber dennoch in der Nähe eines zentralen Parkplatzes mit Taxis etc.). Das Personal, insbesondere Mustafa, waren sehr freundlich und haben sich dich ganze Zeit sehr bemüht und sich gut um uns gekümmert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker!

I definitely recommend staying in Riad 7 Saints. The room is very clean and quiet - you can relax from the busy life of Marrakesh here. The staff is truly helpful and supportive. I would love to thank especially Zakaria and Mustafa for all their good heart. The breakfast was delicious and eaten in a lovely atmosphere with the birds singing in the morning.

The staff went above and beyond for us. Intissar was so kind to us and helped us with whatver needed from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out. Felt very very safe here as well. Intissar even accompanied us on our first night on to the Main Street to get our taxi to make sure we were okay. Top class!

Egy csoda az a hely. Ahogy beléptünk az utcáról, mintha egy másik világba csöppentünk volna. Meseszép, stílusos, autentikus, kényelmes és egyszerűen annyira megfogott minket, hogy egészen biztosan vissza fogunk menni. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. A reggeli tökéletes volt. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido el personal, Abdlghani fue súper amable con nosotras. Nos preparó el desayuno antes de tiempo para que pudiéramos irnos a las excursiones, se encargó de reservarnos el transfer, cualquiera cosa que necesitaramos, él nos la solucionaba. Nos hizo la estancia súper amena.
Cons: Lo único que no nos gustó es que desde fuera se ve la habitación ya que las cortinas no son opacas y se puede ver dentro.

The best part of my stay at Riad Seven Saints was without a doubt the amazing staff. Abdel Ghani and Mustafa were absolutely perfect ,kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made my stay special.
Cons: Upon arrival, I found out that I was not staying at the riad shown in the pictures on Booking.com, and that there are actually two different riads. I was placed in the smaller one, which was nice but simpler. It would be helpful if the information and photos were clearer ,and the price should fairly match the riad you’re actually staying in.

We really enjoyed our time in Marrakech at Riad 7 Saints. The two Mustaphas were very pleasant hosts. Extremely friendly and always there if we needed help or had questions. The Riad has a beautiful rooftop to relax after a long day in the souks of Marrakech or to enjoy the breakfast on. The room we had was beautiful and very clean. The location was close to all the souks, Medina and sights (15-30min walking, depending on where you want to go). Lots of corner shops around to buy water and other drinks as well which was convenient.
Cons: Be aware that the room (at least the one we got) didn’t have a full length/closed wall to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. It was open on the top, so there’s no real privacy since everything happening in the bathroom could he heard in the bedroom. This made waking up in the morning a bit hard. Turning on the light in the bathroom, lit up the whole bedroom as well. Be also aware that riads usually only have windows to the court. So it’s usually dark when the blinds are closed and you hear people talking. That wasn’t an issue for us though. The streets felt for us two girls in their mid twenties a bit unsafe/uncomfortable after it got dark. So we made sure to always be back by a reasonable time. During the day everything was fine.

Cons: Al mio arrivo purtroppo non c'era nessuno che parlava inglese ed ho dovuto aspettare un po (sono stati gentili ad offrirmi tea e dolci do benvenuto), per poi però essere spostato in un altro riad (stesso nome) a 100 metri da li, ma un po meno carino. Ho avuto una spiacevole disavventura al rientro notturno, in quanto i vicoletti della Medina nei dintorni sono piuttosto stretti e bui e molto poco frequentati dopo una certa ora, perciò sono stato avvicinato da un malintenzionato: consiglio per quanto riguarda la notte di non girare da soli.

tutto perfetto durante il nostro soggiorno al Riad, dalla pulizia della camera, alla colazione (sia dolce che salata), ma anche per la posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il personale inoltre è sempre stato molto attento e gentile, in particolare Abdulghani che ci ha suggerito quali posti visitare, si è reso sempre disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire le benvenute. Ho viaggiato con mia figlia e ho soggiornato solo una notte. Dall' arrivo alla partenza siamo stati accolti e seguiti in maniera perfetta.colazione tipica del luogo e preparata al momento buonissima. Avevamo bisogno di stampare i biglietti del volo (che era la sera) e di lasciare i bagagli per gli ultimi acquisti. Hanno pensato a tutto loro senza problemi.Tutto perfetto. Dinner kann optional dazu gebucht werden und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das gesamte Team ist sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt - Stadtführungen etc. können von den Mitarbeitern organisiert werden.

They always interact with us and make sure we are doing fine. Breakfast is really really good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend the place. Cons: La location. Non conosco bene Marrakech ma la zona in cui si trova questo Riad non è affatto turistica. Credo sia principalmente abitata da locali il che però la rende una zona con pochi servizi e bar/ristoranti. Riad was beautiful, and staff on the most part very friendly. Like many others our room was in a different riad but it was practically across the street and equally as lovely. Mustafa was very friendly and helpful and made it possible we could stay an extra night.
Cons: Unfortunately there were two occasions were a male staff member followed/talked to us down the dead end lane to the riad with good intention to let us in, but since we were not acquainted with them and they didn't introduce themselves we (two girls alone) felt uncomfortable. Thankfully when I brought this to the attention to Mustafa he assured me it wouldn't happen and gave his apologies. Overall very happy with our stay and staffs helpful attitude.

The Riad was too beautiful, everything very comfortable, the decoration makes you feel immersed in the destination, its location is super good, close to taxis and shops, but without a doubt the best thing about the Riad are its receptionists... Mustafa and Sacarías were too special with us, even before arriving at our destination, I completely felt their support, they gave us the necessary instructions for us to have an unforgettable stay, which clearly ended up being so.

Great stay in the heart of the marrakech medina. The 7 saints has 2 different riads one close to the other both very cozy and nice. The breakfast was very good, and the staff amazing and super friendly. Chouaib is the best, responsive, kind and professional. Recommended place to stay in Marrakech, clean, quiet and central.
Cons: Our room was not very big for 3 people, no privacy in the bathroom as it's in the middle of the room and half of the wall due to his decoration is open.

My stay at riad 7 saints was exceptional.Chouaib my host ensured that l was comfortable through the 4nights that l stayed there.He even went out of his way to help buy a Sim for me as l did not have internet connection. In terms of location the riad is like 20minutes walk from the square. I would highly recommend a stay at the riad.

Good location as it was accessible to our tour buses/guides. It was also very close to amazing local restaurants that were to die for just a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was great and the common/lounge area was beautiful.

We we're welcomed as soon as we arrived by very friendly staff, led by Mustafa at the front desk. Each one of our needs we're met and they were very helpful getting us around the city and exploring restaurants, massage options and day trips. Would recommend anyone staying in Marrakesh to stay here.

Das Riad ist super gelegen, um die gängigen Attraktionen in max. 30min zu erlaufen. Ein nächtlicher Check-in war kein Problem. Die Zimmer waren wirklich überaus sauber. In der ersten Nacht haben wir ein sehr kleines Zimmer bekommen ohne viel Komfort, durften dann aber in ein wunderschönes und größeres Zimmer umziehen. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Das Personal war höflich und hat uns bei unserem Aufenthalt unterstützt. Die Klimanlage ist hervorragend, nahezu geräuschlos und lässt sich sehr gut und angenehm regulieren.
Cons: Das Frühstück war eher mittelmäßig im Vergleich zu unseren anderen Marokko-Aufenthalten. Dennoch reicht es allemale um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Uns wurde auch versichert, dass wir unser Frühstück / Lunch to go mitnehmen könnten. Das ist hilfsbereit.

The Riad is beautiful and well maintained, the aesthetics are gorgeous and the overall vibe is very peaceful. The location is perfect, the souks/markets are quite close and the main market square is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed for two nights and felt like it wasn't enough. The breakfast was quite good and filling, and the staff is absolutely lovely. Zenib, who checked us in and Saeed, who looked after the property at night are very helpful and friendly and a very special thank you to Mustafa, for his outstanding and incredible hospitality. He communicated with me and made me feel welcome and comfortable way before I even landed in Morocco. Thank you guys!
Cons: Everything was fine, the only thing that could have improved was the air conditioning. It was weak and quite frankly, ineffective at times. I realize that it was 46 degrees on our first day here but a stronger AC would have made the experience a 10/10 for us.

The property is very cozy and climatic. The riad itself is very beautiful and the staff very friendly. Mustafa and Said are taking care of the guests carefully to make sure every request is fulfilled. It's the good value for money we really enjoyed the stay. The Riad has rooftop with the view and space to chill and rest. The room we’ve got was a bit small but I was aware of that while booking.
Cons: I guess I just had bad luck. l've been charged double for my stay by mistake at Riad side. In the end it has been solved and I’ve got my money back however due to currency difference, the returned amount wasn’t same after eur conversion.

The riad is very beautiful and worth every euro/diham. Our room was very clean and they cleaned it every day. The staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. One evening we spontaneously wanted to eat something there and they made it possible for us, even though it was so short notice. The location is perfect to see the old town, but hard to find at first. We booked the airport shuttle from the hotel and were very happy with it. The breakfast was so delicious and every day there was something different to eat. We couldn't have imagined it better. Thank you Mustafa and the others for this perfekt stay.

The riad and our room was aesthetically beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing compared to the hustle of Marrakesh. You feel like you're in a whole different world and I didn't want to leave. The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond, even making us tea when we came in from a long day of exploring. Rooftop was also equally relaxing and the location was just outside enough of the busy parts of the medina to feel a sense of calm. I would definitely stay here again and would even go as far as saying I would go to Marrakesh again just to stay in this beautiful riad. Two nights was not enough.

The layout, decor, warmth and furnishings of the Riad are exceptional. Ms Siham and Mr Mustapha are so very attentive to all the needs of the guests. The personal touch and care is very much evident. They went out of their way to guide us on places to visit, keeping our belongings safe etc. The breakfast was excellent and served with great warmth and affection. I must mention especially that they left no stone unturned when our taxi back to the airport left us stranded, they reacted promptly and got us another one. And this after we had checked out. Thanks a lot and hope to be back sometime soon.

Cons: The room we were in was quite small. It was also in the street side so there was a lot of noise at night. It didn't quiet down until 12pm every night. Following that we were awoken early (7am) by staff moving furniture around on the roof terrace above. The bathroom facilities were just acceptable. Not a proper working shower, had to hold the shower head to use it.

Parlo della struttura in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi, che penso sia nuova e rispetto a foto del Riad non corrisponde quindi immagini ci sia lì vicino un'altra Riad della stessa compagnia. Mi dispiace scrivere queste ma è solo per fare migliorare.

I can confidently say that this Riad was the perfect choice! Beyond the beautiful setting and warm hospitality, we had the best tajine we tasted in Marrakech. I highly recommend having at least one meal here—it’s absolutely worth it. The breakfast was also fabulous, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The location is excellent and safe, making it easy to explore the city without worries. A special thanks for Said that was always there for anything we need and for being so nice to us. Everything was great<3 After our quad accident in the desert, Rokia, the owner of the riad, kindly assisted us with a first aid kit and even went to the pharmacy to get a recovery cream for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture—thank you again, Rokia! Siham, the manager of the riad, greeted us every morning with a warm smile and made sure all our needs were met. Taha, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful with city information and the check-in/check-out process, always with a friendly and cheerful attitude. Yassin, the receptionist, welcomed us back every night by opening the riad’s door with a warm and hospitable approach. A huge thank you to all of guys! Hope to see you in Türkiye soon 🤍

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riad 7 saints, firstly the location was great, only 10 minute walk away from the souks and city centre, so was easy to access the city from the Riad. The Riad itself was lovely, it is a beautiful building and the room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast supplied was also very tasty, and it felt very homely having our breakfast in the courtyard every morning. But the main thing to praise is the staff, they are a credit to Riad 7 Saints! We felt very at home from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Yassine welcomed us to the Riad and gave us some brilliant recommendations for places to go and things to do whilst in Marrakech, and was very welcoming and accommodating throughout. He also was only ever a message away if we had any questions. The housekeeper Fatih was also brilliant, he made us a delicious breakfast every morning and was always very friendly whenever answering the door, whatever the time! Thank you both for making our stay so amazing ! I would highly recommend Riad 7 Saints to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Beautiful place and ambience. Workers are really welcoming and will always serve as you some free Moroccan tee. Location is good you are located 20 min walk from the medina main square.
Cons: The rooms were a little bit dark no outside windows. The first room where we were staying was a little dirty just some dust on the floor but overall its great. We had a little problem with the closed doors at night as the property doesn’t give you the outside door key and they open the door to you if you know but the worker failed asleep so i had to wait 5 min for him to open the door after my wsp call.

So beautiful. A lovely place to relax away from the business of the medina and souks. The staff here are incredible and did everything they could to help us. The staff organised transfers to and from the airport for us which was so handy. We were able to check into our room early at no extra charge as it happened to be ready for us when we arrived. The hospitality in the Riad is next level. We also had the most lovely meal (the best tagine we had the whole time we were in Marrakesh ) in the Riad.

Mindig akadt hozzánk egy-két kedves szavuk mosolyogva, javaslatot adtak mit érdemes meglátogatnunk a környéken. Bár a reggeli első nap kevésnek tűnt 4 főre, de kérésünket követően másnaptól a személyzet igyekezett minden napunkat jobbá tenni. Nekik köszönhetően a vendégfogadás szívélyes volt.

Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Ci hanno proposto di cenare all’interno e la cena è stata al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Colazione abbondante ed ottima. La seconda sera abbiamo chiesto se ci potessero preparare la cena scegliendo noi cosa più ci andata ed anche in questo caso si sono superati. Nulla da aggiungere, lo consiglierei a chiunque e se ma mai tornassi qui tornerei da loro!

Location is good. It is in the old town (Medina) but not in the hectic center. Walking distance to everywhere inside the Medina walls. Also 15 minutes walk to the famous Jardin Majorelle which is located outside of the Medina. Staff is amazing, Yassin and the other guys Shahaf and Ridvan and also the housekeeping lady,all of them were friendly, helpful, kind and smiley. Thanks to all for their amazing hospitality! Naturally the riads are rather old, renovated local houses and do not expect a five star experience. An inside courtyard surrounded by rooms at two floors which have their own bathrooms. To have a comfortable local experience stay in a riad. And 7 Saints is one of the nice ones with the comfortable beds, nice furniture, clean rooms, nice breakfast and wonderful staff. Breakfast is fine, delicious, local and traditional. Of course do not expect a Turkish breakfast in anywhere in the city. So as a local breakfast pastries, breads, cakes jam, honey, olive, eggs, orange juice and coffee is nice, organic and delicious.
Cons: Everything was as expected, no surprises, it was a nice experience.

This was a great place to stay for our week in Marrakech. It's a short walk from the bulk of the markets which means it's slightly quieter which can be great to give some space from the energy and busyness of the markets. The accomodation itself was great and all of the staff were always happy to help out or give advice with ideas for where to go and how to get there.

My “brothers” Fahd and Yassine were absolutely mind blowing, kind people always worried about giving us an extra something to make us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety every day with some Moroccan delicacies with a lot of flavour. The room was spotless every day we arrived and smelled so so nice. We will come back for shure and we will definitely stay at the 7 Saints Riad again. Thanks again to my beautiful friends Fahd and Yassine for everything and also to Charaf despite of not spending much time with him he was really nice too. See you next time brothers!!! The riad is very pretty with a gorgeous inner courtyard. The room and the bed was super comfy with lots of cushions and our room had a window which looked into the courtyard so we could see and hear little birds flying around when laying on the bed. But mostly it was the staff which made the Riad great. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late but we were still served the dinner we booked even though we were eating at 11pm. The staff were very friendly and would do anything to help and make our stay as pleasant as they could. We were there in January so we didn't spend any time on the roof top but it would be great place to spend some time if staying there in the warmer months
Cons: There were a few light bulbs that needed changing in the bathroom which would have made getting ready much easier, but otherwise all was good

L’emplacement du Riad est parfait, tout le personnel est particulièrement attentionné, merci encore à Sharif pour le magnifique petit déjeuner qu’il nous a servi sur le rooftop du Riad avec beaucoup de soin. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, l’ensemble est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, nous avons tout simplement adoré ! Tout est très propre et en 25 minutes à pieds on est aux jardins majorelle. Après plusieurs séjours au Maroc, c’est l’un des meilleurs Riad où nous avons séjourné !

Er hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und war extrem hilfsbereit, wie auch der Rest des Personals. Wir würden das Riad in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen!

We stayed across the Riyad 7 which is new rooms belong to the hotel and they were so nice. Fahed was the person was taking care of us and he was excelent.
Cons: The organisation has a problem. We booked the rooms 1 month ago for 3 nights. After the booking Nebia who is resbonsible for the booking wrote to me that 3rd day is booked and we have to move to other hotel which she told us in a similar hotel type. We accepted! When we arrived to the hotel another person who told us that she is the manager, her name is Sihem I think. She told us that we will not move to the other hotel finally and we will stay 3 nights here. We opened all the luggages because of 3 night staying. We were 4 families with 4 kids total. We arranged new year eve dinner and order specific foods for the kids cause they don't eat everything. Finally food was wrong for the kids and they didn't eat anything and the next day Nebia came and told us that we have to change the hotel for the 3rd night. Other lady made a mistake etc. We packed again and we moved the other hotel and the the other hotel was not good. Biggest problem was all the rooms had only 1 double beds instead of 1 double + 1 sing bed for the kids. We tried to reach Nebia and the hotel to fix the problem but couldn't reach after 10 trials.And the hotel that we stayed was far and out of somewhere, they said we are not responsible, you paid to Riad 7 and talk with them etc. And the breakfast was not good as well. So finally beautiful Riad 7 hotel lost the value for us because of bad organisation. We recommend the place still but you must be careful for the organisation.

Das Riad ist Teil eines Konzerns mit 2 Häusern, unseres lag in einer Sackgasse. Relativ ruhig. Betten gut, Dusche schön, aber der Duschschlauch hatte ein Leck, henu. Fahed hat sich Mühe gegeben, den Start wett zu machen.
Cons: Es gab eine unschöne Ankunft. Ein Reiseunternehmer hat sich uns aufgedrängt, und ich habe ihm angeboten, uns seine Bedürfnisse darzulegen, nachdem wir eingecheckt haben. Er hat sich vorgedrängt, und mit dem überforderten Gastgeber auf arabisch kausiert, diesem Anweisungen gegeben, und der hat das irgendwie geschluckt und uns etwas links liegen gelassen.. Ich musste auf den Tisch klopfen und Fahed sagen, dass wir die zahlenden Gäste sind, und nicht der Reiseaufdringling. Das hat uns die Stimmung gründlich verdorben.

Cons: Wir waren drei Nächte in der Riad. Leider waren wir relativ zu Beginn sehr enttäuscht, dass wir nicht in dem Riad untegebracht wurden, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Wenn man das Zimmer Bucht, welches wir hatten, (und einige weitere), wird man in einem anderen Riad untergebracht, welches leider nicht so ansprechend war. Leider hat uns auch das Frühstück in diesem (anderen) Riad enttäuscht. Es gab fast nur süßes (2 Gläser verschiedene Marmeladen, 1 Glas Honig, süßes Brot). Die servierten Oliven lösten sich bereits auf und schmeckten modrig. Daher haben wir diese nicht mehr gegessen. In Marrakesh gibt es fast überall frischen Orangensaft, deswegen hat es uns etwas enttäuscht, dass der Saft hier nicht zu 100% frisch war. Insgesamt war das Frühstück rudimentär aber ok.

Yassine nous a très bien accueilli, il parle un très bon français et nous a donné beaucoup de conseils dès notre arrivée et tout au long de notre séjour de 7 jours. Il a fait preuve un professionnalisme exemplaire. La personne que nous avons le plus côtoyé a été Charaf, le veilleur de nuit. Toujours présent pour nous accueillir après nos sorties nocturnes. Dès le matin, il nous sert le petit déjeuner avec sourire, bonne humeur et savoir faire. Latifa, la femme de ménage est discrète et efficace. Notre chambre bien que petite (12m² tout au plus) était toujours impeccable.
Cons: Le prix! Trop cher en période de Noël pour une chambre trop petite. 960€ pour 6 nuits dans 12m²...

Riad 7 Saints was in a great central location, very easy to walk to most local spots (such as the Medina) or to pick up a taxi for farther destinations. The staff was very kind and so helpful, with somebody constantly at the desk and willing to assist with anything. They all went out of their way to ensure a lovely trip for us. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was amazing. Overall we had a great trip and felt very comfortable!

On a super bien été accueilli par Yassine avec un thé. Nous avons séjourné dans la nouvelle annexe du Riad, c’est magnifique et très bien décoré. On était logé dans une chambre familiale avec nos 2 ados et ça c’est rare dans un Riad. Fahad a été au petit soin avec nous, souriant, bienveillant, une belle personne généreuse. Le petit déjeuner était fait maison et très bon, la cuisinière agréable et discrète en même temps. Riad bien situé, il est à proximité de plusieurs sites intéressants. Et un grand merci à Siham, la responsable, qui prend le temps d’échanger avec les clients, très sympathique.

We spent 8 night in riad 7 Saints and our stay was amazing! Yassine welcomed us with a typical Moroccan tea with biscuits and made everything to make us feel at home. Our room was very nice and clean, the bed very comfortable and we loved the view onto the inner courtyard! Breakfast is very generous and at night there is a lovely atmosphere, is quiet and you can relax after a noisy day in the markets. The location was great for us, in the medina but far from the caos of souks! And I recommend the excursion into the Ourika valley and Atlas mountains, we had the chance to meet a berber guy who lead us through a trekking in the area and we had an amazing lunch on the river!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce rhiad. La localisation est très bien et les chambres sont comme dans les photos. Les toilettes et douche sont propres et sans souci. C’est surtout le personnel qui a été très aimable et arrangeant, spécialement Yassin la journée et achraff la nuit, trop gentils et bienveillants. Merci beaucoup !!

The hosts were the best part of the stay, they made us feel like we were staying at a friend's house, always concerned about making sure everything was going well and very attentive, Mustafa welcomed us very well with tea and traditional biscuits, while Yassine was also always very friendly and attentive.
Cons: The location although it was close to the beginning of the markets, until you got there there were a few hidden streets. Breakfast disappointed a little in relation to the expectation from what we saw in the photos in terms of variety, but the quality was good. The mattresses were too hard.

We had a lovely few days at Riad 7-Saints. The location was perfect for us - equal distance to the main square, Gueliz and the Jardin Marjorelle. They've done a great job of creating a really calm, tranquil spot and the birds in the courtyard are a real treat! The staff were great and a big shout out to our host Yassine, who always greeted us warmly with a smile, gave us great tips and was really nice to chat too. Additional thanks to our cleaner also, the room was spotless and perfectly laid out for us after each day. She did an amazing job. Breakfast was really good here, a lovely mix of traditional Moroccan foods. Left us full of energy for our adventures around the Medina.

Everything was amazing. Yassine and Moustafa were so accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed. Organized tours, organized Hammam spa, prepared breakfast to go for us on our early check out date. We couldn’t have had a better experience without those staff members. Siamo arrivati al 7saints in tarda notte con il taxi prenotato tramite il riad stesso. Ad accoglierci con un delizioso tè alla menta tipico, c'era il gentilissimo Mustapha che, oltre a darci tutte le informazioni utili sia in inglese che in francese, ci ha preparato la cena che avevamo prenotato, nonostante la tarda ora. Il Riad è in una posizione ottimale per chi vuole evitare il trambusto della medina e della piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa, ed è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal souq centrale. Gli abitanti del quartiere e le caratteristiche vie della zona, vi faranno entrare da subito nell'atmosfera marocchina. Nonostante le dimensioni della stanza siano contenute ,la struttura è molto caratteristica e ben curata e la terrazza all'ultimo piano è ideale per rilassarsi alla fine della giornata. Il vero fiore all'occhiello di questa sistemazione però, è il servizio accogliente e familiare di Mustapha e Yassine. Con due padroni di casa così il soggiorno assume davvero tutto un altro sapore! Saranno sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni richiesta facendovi venire voglia di rimanere. Grazie ragazzi per aver contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile! Marco e Fiammetta

Our stay here was amazing! The Riad is lovely and location is perfect, just tucked away but about 2 minute walk from restaurants, shops, etc. But the best part of our stay was the hospitality. Everyone here was so kind and attentive and we loved chatting to everyone. But the highlight of our stay was Mustapha! He was amazing from helping us settle asap after our late flight to packing us a takeaway breakfast on our last day when we had to leave very early. And on top of that we loved chatting to and getting to know him so much! Love from the UK - Rob & Autumn!

So, where to start... It's our first time in Marrakesh. Everything was unknown, new - I personally was really anxious, but then we found Riad 7 Saints! A lovely gentleman picked us up from the airport. We were exhausted after a long wait in the queue. He welcomed us nicely and we felt safe instantly. It was 2 am so the streets were empty, but we got all the assistance and were brought straight to the doors. Another LOVELY gentleman welcomed us! (He was a superstar but we forgot his name as we were really tired.) The room was so unique, clean, and comfortable! In the morning, the manager, Siham, arrived! She reassured us that we were so welcome!Gave as all the info about Marrakesh! In minutes we were able to reach Medina by foot! The breakfast was exceptional! In the evening when we came back from Medina we met MUSTAFA! I could not thank him enough! He is an absolutely amazing person! We wish you all the best MUSTAFA, you are one in a million! He ordered food for us (from the best local kebab shop), and always checked on us! He is a great English speaker! He gave us all the best we could wish for. Best of luck in business! And if any anxious first time tourist is reading this - it's the best place for you! Enjoy your lives!

Yassine è stato di una gentilezza infinita (mi hanno anche preparato una tisana alle erbe perché non stavo bene), camera al mattino sempre pulita, zona tranquilla e comoda anche per prendere i taxi. La ubicación genial, es muy fácil llegar a pesar de las calles que hay perdidas. Es un sitio precioso que transmite mucha paz. Los desayunos están muy bieny variados, siempre que salíamos muy temprano a alguna excursión nos los preparaban para llevar. Pero lo mejor sin duda su gente tanto las chicas ,como Yassine y Mustapha fueron encantadores, estuvieron super pendientes de nosotros y nos ayudaron en todo para que nuestro viaje fuera perfecto, incluyendo el Transfer al aeropuerto e imprimirlos las tarjetas de embarque. Les estamos muy agradecidos y les esperamos en España.

Wir waren insgesamt zweimal in diesem Riad, einmal vor und einmal nach unserer Wüstensafari. Das Riad liegt sehr ruhig und sicher als auch zentral gelegen, und es gibt eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption. An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich besonders bei Yassine (Manager) und Mustapha für die herzliche Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts bedanken. Yassine war bei allen Anliegen rund um das Zimmer sehr hilfsbereit, kümmerte sich um die Verpflegung (Tee, als es mir nicht gut ging, sowie das Abendessen) und war stets ein verlässlicher Ansprechpartner. Alle Angestellten waren zuverlässig und ausgesprochen warmherzig, es ist eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, sauber und verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen!

The best we’ve had in Marrakech but I have to stand out the exceptional staff that was all so helpful and kind. Special thank you for Mustapha that went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
Cons: The only thing we didn’t enjoy as much was the room. It was on the ground floor right next to the door, so there was a little bit of noise. Thankfully we are heavy sleepers so it didn’t bother us as much. The WiFi was also not very good in the room.

The Riad is a quiet heaven perfect to take a break from the hectic and hot alleys of Marrakesh. We had a very peaceful stay and the stuff made a great job making sure we were happy. Apenas doy malas reseñas, siempre le saco la parte positiva a todo, pero esta vez hay un pero… y es que reserve una habitación de estilo marroquí en este Riad y cuando llegue me dijeron que por un fallo en booking la habitación la habían reservado dos personas a la vez. Así que me llevaron a otro lugar de la misma cadena. Donde las habitaciones eran de un valor similar. Para nosotros fue una pena porque elegimos este lugar por el estilo marroquí y donde acabamos pues ya no era lo mismo. Mi mujer no quería aceptar el cambio, pero yo al haber reservado con la Targeta no quería líos la acabé convenciendo, tuvieron el detalle de invitarnos a cenar por las molestias, pero esto fue para mi lo más decepcionante, la cena que nos pusieron. Un poco de verduras y 6 mini kefta (almondigas) y una macedonia. En la calle por menos de 10€ comes como un reí, y en el hotel… desastroso. Por lo demás el hotel en el que estuvimos estaba bien y el staff muy majos.

Ein überaus netter und höflicher Service schon beim leckeren Frühstück, welcher sich den gesamten Tag über fortsetzte. Era molt acollidor. Hi havia tot el que calia per estar-hi unes nits. L’esmorzar una locura i cada dia et donaven algo diferent (fet a mà!). Tot net i l’habitació sempre ben netejada quan tornavem. El personal del riad (el mustafa i el seu company) ens han brindat una hospitalitat genial sent molt propers però profesionals.
Cons: L’únic cosa que no m’agradat ha estat el fet que és un riad per no tornar en tot el dia. L’habitació no diposa de tele i no té piscina. Per tant, si et vols estar una tarda descansant alla acabaras volen sortir al carrer d’avorriment. (És una opinió personal i basada en la nostra experiéncia i ve relacionada amb com som i com viatgem)

My partner and I stayed at Riad 7 Saints for 5 days. Yassine, our gracious host, made us feel right at home and really looked after us. He is a really kind and gentle soul. The rooms were clean, comfortable and equipped with air conditioning— absolutely necessary in the Moroccan summer. The Riad’s is conveniently located near the souks which made it an ideal base for exploring. We were served a homemade Moroccan breakfast served each morning by the onsite cook. Pro tip: If you plan to shop (and trust me, you will!), consider multiple pitstops to the Riad to drop off your purchases so that you're not saddled with lugging it around in the humidity and congestion of the souks.

Todo! Tanto Hassan como Yassine hicieron que todo fuera perfecto. Fueron muy amables, estaban ahí para lo que necesitáramos y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Je ne met jamais d’avis mais ce Riad mérite d’être mis en valeur! Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans ce magnifique Riad super bien placé. Magnifiquement accueilli par Yassine et Mustapha avec qui vous êtes totalement entre de bonnes mains! Dès notre arrivé Yassine nous explique ce que l’ont peut faire et surtout de ne pas nous faire arnaquer au souk et cela prouve seulement 1% de leurs gentillesse, bienveillance, conseille, écoute et amour de leur pays ! Votre chambre est nettoyer tous les jours Des petits dej fait par une meilleure cuisinière qui sont très copieux Et un emplacement idéal Je ne peux que recommander !! Tellement bien accueilli que c’est le cœur lourd qu’on les quitte ….

Tout était vraiment chouette, très beau Riad et un accueil incroyable. Nous sommes arrivés avec 3 heures de retard et nous avons été accueillis par Moustafa vers22 h le gardien de nuit. Nous étions affamés et ils nous a servi un bon petit repas authentique simple mais très très bon . Nous sommes restés une seule nuit donc difficile d’en dire plus. Mais nous recommandons .

Le Manager incroyablement le traitement avec les invités , Abdul , très attentif. Le silence et le respect du personnel sont impeccables. La propreté extraordinaire. Aussi les transferts de là aux excursions et à l'aéroport très fiables et à l'heure. Lachen est un employé là-bas, !!! Merveilleux si attentif à tout. Excellente personne, très humaine. Aussi le petit-déjeuner parfait, et si vous commandez du thé à l'heure que vous voulez, ils vous servent où vous voulez, même sur la terrasse, vous pouvez dîner ou déjeuner. La decoración del alojamiento es preciosa, la ubicación muy buena, ya que a pocos metros se puede coger un taxi y el trato del personal excelente, y quiero dar las gracias en especial a Mustafá, recepcionista y cocinero. Atentísimo y nos puso una cena muy rica.
Cons: El riad no es muy grande y esto se nota en el espacio del patio interior, aunque es muy coqueto. La habitación la esperaba más grande ya que la reservé triple. La cama auxiliar de la tercera persona, era un sofá NO CAMA, a la que pusieron sábanas, pero sinceramente, muy dura para poder dormir. Tuvimos que hacerle sitio a mi hija de 23 años en nuestra cama de matrimonio de aproximadamente 150 cm. El baño es amplio, pero si te duchas, (en concreto nuestro baño, ya que reservamos otra habitación para mi padre y tenía bañera) todo el agua termina en el suelo del resto del habitáculo. Una pena, porque por lo demás es un sitio precioso.

Eine sympathische Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt. Kann man aus der Tür ist man im lebendigen Trubel von Marrakesch. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ein Ruhepol im lebendigen Trubel der Stadt. Besonders gut hat uns Mustapha ein Mitarbeiter gefallen. Ein sehr sympathischer, freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Man muss allerdings leben, dass das Leben auf der Gasse manchmal auch Geräusche in die Unterkunft dringen lässt. Kinder spielen auf der Gasse oder Motorräder fahren vorbei. Dies ist halt das Leben und die Nachbarschaft in der Riad zu finden ist. 2 Minuten Fußweg von hier könnten wir unser Auto abstellen. Allerdings wollte der selbst ernannte Parkplatz Wächter 160 Dirham für zwei Nächte hier empfiehlt sich außerhalb der Altstadt an der Straße zu parken.

È stato bello soggiornare in un tipico Riad Marocchino. La struttura è in un’ottima posizione rispetto alle varie attrazioni da dover visitare. Il personale è sempre disponibile e gentile ed un ringraziamento speciale va soprattutto a Mustapha per la sua bontà e per averci accolti sempre con il sorriso. Bellissima esperienza e tutto lo staff del Riad ha contribuito a farci sentire come “a casa”. Grazie

Cons: The second night we had a tourist trap, and once in the riad the guy, the receptionist, instead of helping us it seems was agree with the scammers. I ll explain what happened: me and my friend (2 girls) was going back to the Riad by walking at 10pm, the last part of the street was empty and there was just few local guys, 2 of them stopped us and say to us that we wasn’t allowed to continue in that way because of some stupid excuse, without asking they say we ll bring you, we didn’t want but they came in any case, once in the riad, the receptionist open the main door for us(there it works like this) this 2 guys start to ask money and what we had wasn’t enough for them, so they start to scream on us and become aggressive, we was scared and in all of this I was aspecting at least that the receptionist close the door for them, say to them To go, but he was just there watching this scammers making us scared. then we immediately went into ur bedroom, after few minutes the receptionist arrived asking us to go outside cause the scammers want to ask sorry for us, I was shocked from this request cause as receptionist u should proctect ur customer, not put them on danger more. After this (like 5 min later) he asked us the money for the taxes, he said that he didn’t have change that he ll go outside to find change, he never give us back the money and we think he went outside to give something to them. We re talking about few euros so is not about the money, is about the scam in general from him.

Excellent Riad located in Marrakech. We spent 2 nights here and we couldn't be more than happy to do it. The staff were very friendly and Mustafa took care of all our wishes, always very kind to help us. Rooms were very good size and clean as the all building. All the decorations are lovely and you feel like you are at home as it is very peaceful. Breakfast was very tasty, with all their traditional pastries and even they make you scrambled eggs to get some protein on the meal.

Nuestra estancia ha sido excepcional. Mustapha nos ha recibido y nos ha acompañado al Riad ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitábamos. Todo el personal es muy amable y servicial, sobre todo Mustapha. El Riad es precioso y las habitaciones son muy bonitas. Cuando llegas, las habitaciones están decoradas con pétalos de rosas y el Riad huele a rosas. El desayuno nos ha encantado. Lo sirven en el patio del Riad y está todo muy rico. Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Si volvemos a Marruecos no tendremos ninguna duda y nos alojaremos de nuevo en este precioso Riad.

Это прекрасный риад для посещения. Мы жили в улучшенном номере, он был просторным и чистым. На кровати были даже выложены лебеди из полотенец и лепестки роз. Нас угостили марокканским чаем при встрече и по нашей просьбе вечером. Есть терраса. Платная парковка(50 дирхам за 1 ночь) совсем рядом с этим риадом.
Cons: Как рекомендацию, хотела бы отметить, что помимо ссылки на карту, было бы очень здорово, если бы прислали подробную карту, как фото. Мы не с 1 раза нашли риад.

This Riad is absolutely perfect, so beautiful inside and the rooftop is extra bonus. The lociation is only a few minutes a walking from the city centre, so perfectly located. The staff is super super nice, friendly and helpful and they will make you feel like home. They are so kind. I can only recommend this Riad if you are in Marrakesh.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was perfect. The rooms were nice and the riad was very clean. A big thanks to the people who work here. They were always at your service with a smile and always willing to help us. A special thanks to Mustafa who gave us good tips, we had some nice chats and even called 5 restaurants to make dinner reservations. He really goes above and beyond! Unser Aufenthalt im Riad 7 Saints hätte nicht besser sein können: Wir wurden herzlich mit Tee empfangen und schon frühzeitig in unser Zimmer gelassen, das während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten wurde. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Genuss, insbesondere der leckere marokkanische Minztee hat es uns sehr angetan, den wir auf Nachfrage auch über den Tag hinweg oft zubereitet bekommen haben. Was uns am meisten überzeugt hat, war der freundliche und aufmerksame Service. Wir wurden bei jedem Anliegen unterstützt, die Organisation von Transfer vom/zum Flughafen, sowie eines Ausfluges nach Essaouira waren einfach perfekt. An dieser Stelle nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Mustafa, der uns größtenteils begleitet hat! Wir können dieses Riad nur empfehlen und würden es bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Marokko definitiv wieder buchen!

Il riad é molto bellino, accogliente, molto pulito e arredato in stile tradizionale sito nella Medina, 10-15 minuti a piedi rispetto alla maggior parte dei obiettivi principali da visitare. Ottima colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Excellent séjour au Riad. Nous avons réservé pour une semaine et nous avons été accueilli comme des rois. La gentillesse de toute l’équipe est remarquable Petit déjeuner varié qui change tout les jours. Calme, à proximité de tout. Nous remercions encore Lahcen pour son accueil, sa serviabilité, nous avons eu l’impression d’être chez nous. Hésitez pas à lui demander des conseils sur les trajets les visites il sera d’un aide précieux ! Nous reviendrons très vite séjourner chez vous !

At arrival we got a pleasant welcome by the staff and the owner, including a cup of Moroccan tea with biscuits. The room was ready upon arrival. The room was exactly the same as in the pictures, if not better in real life. The room has also an airconditioning/heating system to make the room at a comfortable temperature. Every morning we received a very big delicious breakfast, including fresh orange juice and coffee/tea. The breakfast was changing everyday, which made it very interesting. Earlier breakfast was also possible on request. The rooms were cleaned everyday, including towels and soaps. The staff is very friendly and professional, they would help you with everything. There is direct contact with the owner and he helped us with printing the boarding tickets for the plane (THIS IS MANDATORY IN MOROCCO!). The whole Riad is very cozy and beautiful. There is a roof terrace with a nice view over the medina. It is also possible to eat dinner at the Riad. If you want any recommendation in terms of food or trips, the staff and owner would gladly help! Also the Riad is very safe, since there is 24h staff present and no keys for the main entrance are given out, but the staff will always in a matter of seconds open the doors after knocking. The owner speaks good English, which makes the communication easy. WiFi was working well, strong enough to watch Netflix on our phone without issues. The location is also very pleasant. It’s on the edge of the medina and therefore cars can reach up to 50 meters, this is very convenient for the arrival by taxi or for daily trips. Overall we had an amazing stay and we would very much recommend this Riad!
Cons: Since it’s an older building, you can hear some sounds from outside of the room, but this is not bothering.

The best thing about the property is the staff. Hussain ( I hope I’m spelling his name right ) who checked us in , took good care of us . We were treated like family. Hussain gave us a brig about the things to do in the city , where could be forex our money and also suggested us to download offline maps and helped us with locations . I fell sick on the last day and he also assisted me to find out pharmacies that are open on my way to the next hotel . Marrakech has been a great trip because of good , kind hearted people like him ! Also to mention , the breakfast spread was beautiful and the property is very aesthetic ❤️
Cons: It’s not the Riads fault , but it does get pretty cold at night.

Unseren Aufenthalt hätten wir uns nicht besser vorstellen können, denn wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause. Mustapha, Lahcen und auch die Damen waren immer stets sehr hilfsbereit, fürsorglich und sehr freundlich. Wir erhielten auch immer wertvolle Tipps bezüglich Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Medina. Das Riad ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück hat unglaublich gut geschmeckt. Wir können dieses Riad aufgrund des tollen Personals und aufgrund der guten Ausstattung wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Nous avons passé une sublime semaine à Marrakech et dans ce Riad ! Tout était très propre, le Riad sent toujours bon, les draps de bain sont changés tous les jours. Nous nous sentions chez nous grâce à l’accueil de Lahcen, par sa gentillesse et sa serviabilité. Mustapha a également été un hôte parfait. Toujours le sourire, serviable, gentil, attentionné pour que tout soit parfait pour nos vacances. Les deux femmes Fuzila et Latifa extrêmement gentilles également. Bref toutes ces personnes nous ont réservé un accueil digne du Maroc, nous sommes vraiment ravis du séjour dans ce Riad. Situé dans un quartier calme, nous marchions dans les zouks pour arriver à la place en un quart d’heure. Très bien placé. Les petits déjeuners préparés par le personnel changent tous les jours et sont vraiment délicieux !!! Un immense Merci à toute l’équipe qui a fait de notre séjour, un vrai bonheur. Je recommande les yeux fermés

Nous avons adoré notre séjour : tout était parfait et magnifique. Le Riad était très joli, le petit déjeuner était excellent, et l'équipe était très gentille. Je le recommande à 100%. L'emplacement est également magnifique, situé juste à l'extérieur des souks, avec des emplacements de taxis à moins d'une minute à pied.

Le personnel était génial, très accueillant, très chaleureux, à l’écoute vraiment aucun soucis. Ils étaient très dévoué nous remercions Mustafa pour sa bienveillance et son accueil digne du Maroc. Merci également à Lahcen qui a été très gentil. La propreté du riad est impeccable. Nous étions à 20min à pied de la place Jemaa el Fna ce qui permet d’être un peu au calme le soir. Je recommande cet endroit !

Beautiful and traditional decor, relaxing atmosphere and delicious, fresh breakfast. Pleasant scent throughout the whole of the property. Staff were very helpful and communicative in both, English and French. General shops nearby as well car park with taxis at hand.
Cons: The door wasn’t very soundproof as we could hear the conversations of the people downstairs in the reception although windows seemed absolutely fine.

: At first, I was very hesitant about my stay at Riad 7 Saint purely due to the fact that I read no reviews. After making my reservation, I was immediately sent a message asking whether I needed a driver to pick me up (at an additional cost). This was truly a blessing because I ended up spending over 2 hrs at the airport, and the driver was so patient with me and helpful as well. Immediately we arrived at the Riad the manager met with us (myself and my daughter) who showed us around and since we were very hunger had the very nice lady at the kitchen (Fawzia, I might have spelled the name wrongly) prepare home-made pasta and sharwarma for us (additional cost). Breakfast was always the highlight of the day. Honestly, this was my favorite thing at the Riad. Fawzia always made sure we had something to eat before we left in the morning for our adventures. Mustapha, he works at the front desk was a God-sent. Helped with ordering food, arrangement of our tours, etc he was an all-around help. I am truly grateful for the help he rendered to myself and my daughter. The rooms were very comfortable, they were cleaned every day and the Riad is super clean. I also love the atmosphere, very royalty feeling. Jemma el-fnaa is about 15 minutes walk away from the Riad, and in my honest opinion, I was very safe. I initially planned on staying there for 4 days but ended up staying for 7 days. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families.

L accueil a été incroyable par un thé de bienvenu, gâteaux et des conseils précieux de lahcen. Le petit de déjeuner est différent, copieux et délicieux . Merci à la cuisinière fusila ( désolée pour l orthographe) de nous avoir régalé. Mustapha au service est d une gentillesse sans pareil , disponible, souriant et professionnel Sans compter la propreté de l établissement , des chambres et toutes les attentions. Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce Riad Encore merci à lahcen, fusilla, lassifa et Mustapha. À très bientôt 🥰

Séjour au top nous pouvions pas rêver mieux . Riad très propre , lumineux et la décoration est très belle . Nous avons apprécié l’accueil du personnel , l’amabilité et la gentillesse . Nous étions comme chez nous , nous nous sommes senties en sécurité grâce à la présence de Mustapha , sans parler de sa courtoisie . Le personnels ( les dames d’entretien, cuisinières et Mustapha ) sont un atout pour ce Riad ! Le petit dej un délice !! Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés.

Mustafa, Lahcen and the team were all really welcoming and helpful with everything from the landmarks of Marrakech to the tips and tricks. The breakfast was also copious and delicious. Everyone was super nice.
Cons: The room we had locked with a lock and not a key like you could have in a door. Also, the door wasn’t really sound proof, so you could hear everything happening in the riad AND the outside amplified. And finally, if you don’t like being off-center, this Riad is probably not for you because the Jemaa-el-fna place was 20 minutes away.

The atmosphere and decor was beautiful and authentic, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location was good for walking in Marakesh and there was parking nearby. Mustafa went above and beyond and stayed up late to welcome us and helped us find a food delivery service that was open.

Très beau séjour au riad 7 saints, il faut souligner la gentillesse du personnel (Mention pour Fouzia). La propreté du riad, la literie, une jolie décoration, un stah très bien entretenu. Un bon rapport qualité prix ! Les petits déjeuner sont variés.
Cons: L’emplacement est bien mais excentré. Ceci dit vous êtes à proximité du souk cela vous permet d’atteindre la place jema el fna en 20min tout en faisant les boutiques. Les petits déjeuner sont bons et copieux. en revanche, ce n’est jamais chaud (ni les cafés ni les accompagnements). Mais dans l’ensemble cela reste un très joli riad!!

Un tipico Riad con bella atmosfera. La camera nostra era piccola situata al piano terra e davanti al giardino quindi soggetta ai rumori degli ospiti. Personale favoloso. La location é un poco distante dal centro ma raggiungibile a piedi. Il taxi ti lascia a 100 metri.

TODO, no sabría por dónde empezar, desde el trato excepcional del personal en el cual me gustaría destacar a Mustafa, la limpieza impecable, la organización, atención personalizada por cada necesidad del cliente, la decoración de cada rincón del Riad, la comida casera tan maravillosa…te hacen sentir como en tu propia casa sin duda repetiremos. Destaco y agradezco mucho el tiempo que Mustafa nos ha dedicado para todo lo que necesitábamos en cada momento, nos acompañaba a todos los sitios que teníamos que ir. Por supuesto, sin olvidar a los dueños del Riad (Lahsen y Siham) por el acercamiento y trato que nos han dado y ayudándonos en todo momento. Sin duda ninguna, la mejor elección que hemos hecho mi amiga y yo.

I cannot describe how impressed I was by the services offered by this riad. People were always smiling, with an exceptional disposition and always willing to help you. We received tips and tricks that helped us, and everything we needed was at our disposal. These people have reached my heart and I warmly recommend spending the night in this riad. It was extraordinarily clean, with daily cleaning services and an extraordinarily familiar atmosphere. It was the best choice for us, a group of 9 people. The riad is located in the old city, from where you can quickly reach the main attractions. In the 4 days I visited the city, I didn't need a taxi, reaching everywhere on foot, the most distant attraction being 25-30 minutes away on foot. The beds are extremely large and comfortable, clean, and you have peace without the noise of the street. A week after the end of the stay, I am still very happy and I warmly recommend this riad.
