Sabir war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns Tipps fĂŒrs Essen gegeben. Sonst war auch alles Gut, es war ordentlich und sauber. Das Riad ist klein und sehr entspannend und hat eine schöne AtmosphĂ€re. Es gibt 2 Riads und wir waren im Nebenriad welches den Pool hatte. Die Dachterrasse war auch sehr toll

The building (Riad Fontaine) and accommodation was lovely, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The best part was the staff. Sabir and Yeness were very kind and helpful. We really felt at home. Zouhair is not working here any more but was a very helpful guide, sharing his local knowledge. Sabir got up early to make us a breakfast for our tour. We wanted to return but it was full. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The operations across the Riad were incredibly smooth and well organised, with genuine attention to detail throughout. A special thank you to Cherif for managing everything so professionally, as well as Soufiane, Hanane and Zouhair for their hospitality and attentiveness during the stay. Cleanliness was consistently outstanding and the whole team made the experience feel effortless. The spa and hammam experience were also excellent and added greatly to the overall experience. Highly recommended whether travelling solo or as a group. What stood out most is that the quality of service feels consistently strong across their different Riad, which is rare to find.
Cons: Privacy is slightly limited for the ground floor double room in the annex.

Riad 7 Saints was a wonderful place to stay during our 3 night visit to Marrakech. The staff were excellent from the start, reaching out well ahead of time to ask about any additional requirements or requests and ensuring these were accommodated as much as possible. The staff, particularly Mustafa and Younes, were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We were welcomed by Mustafa with a lovely mint tea, biscuits and even some birthday cake for my wife! We booked the superior double room and had booked breakfast. The room itself was a good size, with a comfy bed, cupboard and large bathroom. The bathroom was slightly dark at night however this would be an easy fix with brighter bulbs for the light fittings. The room was cleaned very well every day. Breakfast itself was excellent, with the team providing a varied menu of traditional Moroccan food every day, and plenty of it! Location was also good, with the markets only a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Drop Off and pick up point was also only a 30 second walk, which is much easier than some of the other Riads located right in the middle of the souq! There are good restaurants around the area, and the Riad itself offers meals though we sadly were short on time to try this for lunch or dinner. Most tourist attractions were only a 15 minute walk, and the Jemaa el-Fnaa market and El Badi palace were slightly further at 25 minutes. You do however get distracted in the markets on the way down so this could be longer or shorter!
Cons: Bathroom could be a little dark when shutters are closed and at night time. Shower head was leaking slightly however this did not affect the good water flow. Otherwise it was perfect!

Cons: La posizione: il riad Ăš a 20 minuti a piedi dalla piazza jema-el-fna. Nessuno ci ha infastiditi rientrando di sera, ma se si ha paura meglio rientrare in taxi per fare a piedi solo l'ultimo tratto. Forse lo sconsiglierei a delle donne che viaggiano da sole, o ai timorosi.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, dafĂŒr sehr authentisch und wunderschön dekoriert. Das Riad selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles was man nach einem Tag in Marrakesh braucht. Aufgrund der sehr guten Lage (ca 5min Laufdistanz vom wilden Treiben der Suks entfernt) wĂŒrden wir das Riad jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Speziell hervorheben möchten wir Mustapha und Younes!! Ein grosses Dankeschön an die beiden und ihre warm-herzliche FĂŒhrsorge fĂŒr die GĂ€ste! Younes hat uns bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich Willkommen geheissen und sich Zeit genommen, uns auf einem Stadtplan alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und Wege dahin zu erklĂ€ren. Younes war dann jeweils von Abend bis Morgen da und hat uns mit einem sehr leckeren FrĂŒhstĂŒck nach dem Aufstehen begrĂŒsst. Die beiden haben unseren Marrakesch-Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir haben viel mit Ihnen gesprochen, Tipps erhalten und uns jederzeit Willkommen (fast wie zuhause) gefĂŒhlt.

It was an incredibly lovely place where we truly felt at home! Especially Younis and Mustafa were amazing to us and contributed greatly to our wonderful stay. They were attentive, kind, and helped us with everything we needed. Everything was clean and beautiful, the room was authentic, and the riad itself was absolutely stunning. We only had breakfast on our last day since we had been a bit skeptical about hotel breakfasts due to previous experiencesâbut this breakfast was truly outstanding. Everything was fresh and delicious, and we highly recommend this accommodation. We also noticed that many riads are located deep inside narrow alleys, but this one was only about 10 meters into an alley from the main road where taxis can drop you off, which felt very safe and convenient.

Nice traditional riad, very nice room decor, you get the riad vibe; nice dining area, a bit outside medina but really close to it.
Cons: A bit outside medina in a small narrow street (at night there are some lights in the street though), but not a problem to find it with google maps. The breakfast was rather modest which was a bit disappointing, only sweet stuff. Late check-in- they said the room might be ready earlier but of course it was not.

Cons: Avrei preferito sapere fin da subito che le strutture sono due e noi siamo finiti in quella che di fatto Ăš la dependance carina ma meno bella del Riad principale. Altra criticitĂ Ăš stata lâumiditĂ nella stanza ed il freddo visto che lo split non funzionava molto bene e la nostra camera, essendo allâultimo piano, era molto fredda visto il tempo non bellissimo.

All the staff I had looking after me during our time at the riad were so nice kind and welcoming, Younes actually went out of his way to bring an item I had left at the riad to me at my next hotel so I didnât leave Marrakech without itâŠthe man who did the night shift Mustafa was so lovely he serve us a lovely dinner and was still around at breakfast too he was very friendly⊠Mohamed welcomed us into the riad on our arrival and settled us in great.

Such a beautiful Riad!! The interiors felt so authentic. We were welcomed with tea on arrival which was a lovely touch. Mustafa and Yonas were super friendly and made us feel at home straight away. The room was a good size for 2, slightly tight with our suitcase but that was mainly because we had 2 single beds. The guys also gave us great tips for exploring the city which super helpful. We had a traditional Moroccan breakfast in the morning and more tea during our stay which we loved. Overall such a warm and welcoming experience, would 100% recommend. Also, th rooftop was stunning in the sun.

Lo staff Ăš stato gentilissimo e super disponibile, i nostri host principali, Said e Mustafa, sono delle persone deliziose, sempre col sorriso e pronte ad ascoltare le nostre esigenze. La colazione servita Ăš magnifica, abbondante e gustosissima! La camera aveva tutti i confort necessari, ottima pulizia generale. La nostra accoglienza Ăš stata meravigliosa, Said in particolare ci ha servito dello yogurt e dolci marocchini accompagnati dal loro tĂš verde, per poi mostrarci sulla mappa tutti i punti salienti della cittĂ e vari suggerimenti. Infine ci hanno pure concesso di lasciare i bagagli presso la struttura, sia allâarrivo sia alla partenza, per permetterci di girare la cittĂ comodamente nei momenti in cui non avevamo a disposizione la camera. Il Riad si trova a nord della Medina, vicino ad una stazione per i taxi, e a pochi minuti a piedi dai souks.

The Riad is very clean and bright and is filled with a nice scent of orange. Our room was very spacious and beautifully prepared. The decor of the bed changed from day to day and all our toiletry items were nicely arranged when we came back to our room on day 2. You can tell that they put a lot of effort into the little details. A big thank you to the staff who prepared and cleaned our rooms: your attention to detail is inspiring. The hosts Younes and Moustapha were very kind, warm, and helpful. Younes welcomed us into the Riad on day 1, prepared delicious tea for us, listened to us and gave us useful information about the city. Moustapha, who served the night shift served us a delicious breakfast in the morning. I wish we had more time to talk with him, he was very empathetic and welcoming. Saying goodbye to him was an emotional moment for both of us. On our last day, Younes was very helpful and accompanied us to a taxi and made sure we got a fair rate. To the entire staff including those who worked in the background and we never got to see: thank you for this wonderful gem of a Riad. I encourage everyone to also book a stay with them.

The property & room allocated were exactly as advertised. Airport transfer we booked through the Riad was great. The whole team of staff (Youness, Mustapha ,Feziya & Naima & more) were incredibly friendly & welcoming, very informative on Marrakesh and what we could do there. Our room was just perfect, comfortable with everything we needed and it smelt amazing, also housekeeping kept it perfect for all of our stay. Breakfast was varied daily, with different bread and pastry, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, orange juice, Moroccan tea or coffee all enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Riad in Marrakesch war einfach wunderschön. Schon beim Betreten spĂŒrt man die besondere AtmosphĂ€re: ein ruhiger Innenhof, liebevoll gestaltete Details und eine traditionelle Architektur, die sofort das GefĂŒhl vermittelt, in einer kleinen Oase mitten in der Stadt zu sein. Die Zimmer waren sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gemĂŒtlich. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Kombination aus traditionellem marokkanischem Design und modernem Komfort. Auch die Dachterrasse war ein Highlight â perfekt, um morgens zu frĂŒhstĂŒcken oder abends den Sonnenuntergang ĂŒber Marrakesch zu genieĂen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Man fĂŒhlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Auch das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich mit frischen lokalen SpezialitĂ€ten. Insgesamt war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Wer Marrakesch besucht und eine authentische, ruhige und wunderschöne Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Lâunica parte con la porta era il wc⊠Stanza piccolissima. La posizione. Era in un vicolo buio e con puzza di pipĂŹ di gatto, sembrava di entrare in casa di qualcuno. Non lo consiglio. A 15 min a piedi circa siete in centro. Trovate posto migliori e piĂč vicini.

Cons: There are 2 different houses with rooms. I assume both are beautiful but it would have been good to know because most of the pictures are of the house we did not stay in, which did confuse us at first. Every room is directed towards the inner court. This makes for a beautiful setting but can be noisy at times. No regrets though, we would definitely come back to the lovely hosts!

The location is very strategic & the breakfast was yummy although it was the same each day. The staff were always attentive & made sure I had a good stay.
Cons: The only downside is that the room is not soundproof. My room was near the reception, so I could hear almost everything. However, both Ismail & Mustafa did their best to keep the noise down, which I really appreciate.

Great atmosphere with the charm of a traditional riad. The staff were super friendly, especially Younes and Mustafa. Younes shared helpful tips about Marrakech at check-in, and Mustafa was always kind and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I liked that the staff are very welcoming and generally nice people. They were happy to give us direction to any place we were visiting ,any request we made was attended to immediately. I got an issue with my card and they were open to other methods of payment that I suggested. Ismail was very kind and understanding. Honestly everyone was. So yeah.. what I like most was the customer service and the aesthetics of the Riad. I also love the location Its not very far like the other Riads.

Das Riad ist super gelegen, um die gĂ€ngigen Attraktionen in max. 30min zu erlaufen. Ein nĂ€chtlicher Check-in war kein Problem. Die Zimmer waren wirklich ĂŒberaus sauber. In der ersten Nacht haben wir ein sehr kleines Zimmer bekommen ohne viel Komfort, durften dann aber in ein wunderschönes und gröĂeres Zimmer umziehen. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Das Personal war höflich und hat uns bei unserem Aufenthalt unterstĂŒtzt. Die Klimanlage ist hervorragend, nahezu gerĂ€uschlos und lĂ€sst sich sehr gut und angenehm regulieren.
Cons: Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war eher mittelmĂ€Ăig im Vergleich zu unseren anderen Marokko-Aufenthalten. Dennoch reicht es allemale um gestĂ€rkt in den Tag zu starten. Uns wurde auch versichert, dass wir unser FrĂŒhstĂŒck / Lunch to go mitnehmen könnten. Das ist hilfsbereit.

Cons: Listing: there are two riads, just a half block from one another. Pictures show both riads, hard to find either on your own. We live in Morocco and even struggled to find the front door. Price: very expensive for what it is. We visit Marrakech frequently and found that this stay was not worth the price. There are more beautiful and cheaper riads and apartments in the area. Safety: we were on the top floor and our traditional style door did not close, so we could not lock the door when we were out of the riad. No safe in the room for valuables. Noise: around 8AM the staff began dragging around the patio furniture for breakfast, so we were not able to sleep in.

This riad is very beautiful and welcoming. When we arrived, Younas welcomed us with tea and biscuits. He showed us a map of Marrakech and suggested some activities. We had a tour at 2 p.m., so he allowed us to check into our room earlier so we could get ready. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable for the price. The area is quiet, so we slept well. In the evening, we were welcomed by Mustafa, who was also friendly and helpful. We had to leave early for our train the next day, and Mustafa helped us get a taxi in the morning at a very reasonable price. We have recommended this riad to our friends

We had a beautiful and secluded room with shutters opening onto a terrace. The furnishings were lovely and the room was very comfortable. The common spaces worked well and we enjoyed eating breakfast and having tea in the evenings there. Zakaria personally helped us solve some major issues we were facing upon arrival, even travelling outside of the Riad with us to sort it out. Aiou provided great service and was very kind and accommodating. We loved staying here and would highly recommend!

Although we stayed in the annexe building (the nextdoor ex Riad Khalti), we loved everything about our stay. We occupied 4 of the 5 rooms, so almost a private experience. Zakariya, Samya and Ayoub made our stay memorable wih their warmth and care. The rooms were very charming and cosy. The breakfast was de-li-cious. The location was perfect: reachable by car, close to everything yet away from the hustle and bustle.

Last week we stayed at the Riad 7 Saints and the heart of Marrakesh medina for 2 nights with my husband and our 4 y old child. The Riad looked exactly like the pictures! Nice cozy warm with cheerful and chatty staff. Zakaria was super helpful and kind before and during our stay in with recommendations and instructions. The team was very polite and extremely careful and attentive to the child. The riad was super clean! Breakfast was fast fresh and nicely served everyday by requested time till 10am. And overall use of the Riad such as lounge area and terrace was excellent. With a few minutes of walking u hit either the marketplace or main area which also has a few restaurants and shops. Its easy to walk to places so well located! Overall good experience would recommend!

Cons: We were told that we could come and go and someone would be at the door and guests would be let in but someone was knocking on the door between 2am and 3am and no one answered. The Riad is much closer to Jemaa el-Fnaa than Google saysâit's only about a 10-minute walk. The rooms are exactly as they look in the photos: beautiful and well-kept, with very comfortable mattresses. The staff is excellent; they are truly kind people doing a great job. Highly recommended! I had a lovely stay at the Riad. Itâs very charming and divided into several properties; the one I stayed in was in a quiet area, yet only a 10â15 minute walk from the souks. The Riad was extremely clean, with daily room service, and breakfast was abundant and enjoyable. A special thank you to Ayoub, Zakaria, and Fatiha for making me feel at home. Ayoub, in particular, has exceptional emotional intelligence with guests and creates a truly welcoming atmosphere a very pleasant stay that I would recommend.
Cons: The only area for improvement would be the spa service. Although the staff were very kind, the organization could be better â especially moving between areas after the hammam and the massage room was improvises Space felt cold and not private I say this as constructive feedback from a professional spa therapist

It was close to a lot of places to eat. I donât remember his name but the gentleman who checked in when we arrived , was spot on every time we needed help. We got lost and when the taxi driver spoke with him , he was waiting for us at the drop off location to walk us back to the Riad . Canât put a price on this level of customer service. La struttura nel complesso Ăš carina, con qualche tocco gradevole, ma nulla che colpisca in modo particolare. Purtroppo la camera che ci Ăš stata assegnata si trovava al primo piano e presentava diversi problemi che hanno reso il soggiorno tuttâaltro che confortevole. Il bagno era âin cameraâ, separato solo da una porta sottile: zero privacy. La notte Ăš stato praticamente impossibile dormire a causa dei continui rumori provenienti dal Riad â persone che entravano e uscivano, porte che sbattevano, voci nel corridoio⊠un via vai costante. La colazione veniva servita quasi davanti alla porta della nostra stanza, con odori della cucina che entravano direttamente in camera. Per avere un minimo di riservatezza abbiamo dovuto chiedere delle tende, rendendo perĂČ lâambiente completamente buio. Il bagno, inoltre, era davvero minuscolo e poco pratico. La colazione in sĂ© era modesta, nulla di eccezionale, piuttosto basica. Abbiamo richiesto di cambiare stanza, ma la nostra richiesta non Ăš stata accolta. Ci Ăš stato detto che avremmo dovuto specificare giĂ in anticipo di non volere una camera al primo piano â una risposta sinceramente fuori luogo, considerato che lâassegnazione di una camera adeguata dovrebbe essere una normale attenzione verso gli ospiti. A tutto questo si aggiungono ulteriori rumori provenienti dallâesterno, che aumentavano la sensazione generale di disordine e mancanza di tranquillitĂ . Nel complesso, lâesperienza non Ăš stata soddisfacente e certamente non allâaltezza delle aspettative.

Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war jeden Tag sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage des Riads ist perfekt â zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Insgesamt eine wunderbare AtmosphĂ€re.

People there were really nice and were willing to help us with everything. They asked us if we needed anything several times and when we needed something they tried to help us as much as possible. Zakaria and Ayoub were especially kind to us, and they offered us a lot of help. I genuinely appreciate their kindness.

I spent one night at the riad and had a really lovely time! Mustafa and Zakaria made my stay even more enjoyable with their hospitability, the nice dishes for dinner and arranging my airport transfer as well. They truly looked out for all guests, I wish I could have stayed longer! The riad has a perfect location, the room was really pretty and clean, breakfast and dinner were truly amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, especially Abdul. The rooftop is nice and peacefull. The breakfast was ok, but not very special. If we needed an early breakfast, a breakfast pack was provided for us. We found this very pleasant. We also had dinner here and that was definitely okay.
Cons: When we booked this stay, it wasn't clear to us that we were staying at the second location of Riad 7 Saints. This one is also beautiful, but a bit simpler and smaller than the main building. It would be helpful if this were explicitly mentioned on booking.com or it would be helpful if they gave this riad a different name. However, it was no problem at all to provide a table in the courtyard of the main building at our request for dinner. Our room was small, but we got the room that we booked. The cleanliness was okay, but not excellent. In comparison with another riad where we stayed, we found the price-quality slightly lower.

The best part of my stay at Riad Seven Saints was without a doubt the amazing staff. Abdel Ghani and Mustafa were absolutely perfect ,kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made my stay special.
Cons: Upon arrival, I found out that I was not staying at the riad shown in the pictures on Booking.com, and that there are actually two different riads. I was placed in the smaller one, which was nice but simpler. It would be helpful if the information and photos were clearer ,and the price should fairly match the riad youâre actually staying in.

We really enjoyed our time in Marrakech at Riad 7 Saints. The two Mustaphas were very pleasant hosts. Extremely friendly and always there if we needed help or had questions. The Riad has a beautiful rooftop to relax after a long day in the souks of Marrakech or to enjoy the breakfast on. The room we had was beautiful and very clean. The location was close to all the souks, Medina and sights (15-30min walking, depending on where you want to go). Lots of corner shops around to buy water and other drinks as well which was convenient.
Cons: Be aware that the room (at least the one we got) didnât have a full length/closed wall to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. It was open on the top, so thereâs no real privacy since everything happening in the bathroom could he heard in the bedroom. This made waking up in the morning a bit hard. Turning on the light in the bathroom, lit up the whole bedroom as well. Be also aware that riads usually only have windows to the court. So itâs usually dark when the blinds are closed and you hear people talking. That wasnât an issue for us though. The streets felt for us two girls in their mid twenties a bit unsafe/uncomfortable after it got dark. So we made sure to always be back by a reasonable time. During the day everything was fine.

Ho avuto una spiacevole disavventura al rientro notturno, in quanto i vicoletti della Medina nei dintorni sono piuttosto stretti e bui e molto poco frequentati dopo una certa ora, perciĂČ sono stato avvicinato da un malintenzionato: consiglio per quanto riguarda la notte di non girare da soli.

Riad was beautiful, and staff on the most part very friendly. Like many others our room was in a different riad but it was practically across the street and equally as lovely. Mustafa was very friendly and helpful and made it possible we could stay an extra night.
Cons: Unfortunately there were two occasions were a male staff member followed/talked to us down the dead end lane to the riad with good intention to let us in, but since we were not acquainted with them and they didn't introduce themselves we (two girls alone) felt uncomfortable. Thankfully when I brought this to the attention to Mustafa he assured me it wouldn't happen and gave his apologies. Overall very happy with our stay and staffs helpful attitude.

The Riad was too beautiful, everything very comfortable, the decoration makes you feel immersed in the destination, its location is super good, close to taxis and shops, but without a doubt the best thing about the Riad are its receptionists... The Riad is beautiful and well maintained, the aesthetics are gorgeous and the overall vibe is very peaceful. The location is perfect, the souks/markets are quite close and the main market square is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed for two nights and felt like it wasn't enough. The breakfast was quite good and filling, and the staff is absolutely lovely. Zenib, who checked us in and Saeed, who looked after the property at night are very helpful and friendly and a very special thank you to Mustafa, for his outstanding and incredible hospitality. He communicated with me and made me feel welcome and comfortable way before I even landed in Morocco. Thank you guys!
Cons: Everything was fine, the only thing that could have improved was the air conditioning. It was weak and quite frankly, ineffective at times. I realize that it was 46 degrees on our first day here but a stronger AC would have made the experience a 10/10 for us.

Cons: The final decision was made at the time of booking, based on the breakfast. For our part, we think the adjective fabulous is a bit of an exaggeration. It was varied but carbohydrate focused.

The location is a little further from the tourist center which is great because it gives you the opportunity to see a more authentic part of the Medina. The riad is really well kept, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, very friendly staff.

The property is very cozy and climatic. The riad itself is very beautiful and the staff very friendly. Mustafa and Said are taking care of the guests carefully to make sure every request is fulfilled. It's the good value for money we really enjoyed the stay. The Riad has rooftop with the view and space to chill and rest. The room weâve got was a bit small but I was aware of that while booking.
Cons: I guess I just had bad luck. l've been charged double for my stay by mistake at Riad side. In the end it has been solved and Iâve got my money back however due to currency difference, the returned amount wasnât same after eur conversion.

The riad is very beautiful and worth every euro/diham. Our room was very clean and they cleaned it every day. The staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. One evening we spontaneously wanted to eat something there and they made it possible for us, even though it was so short notice. The location is perfect to see the old town, but hard to find at first. We booked the airport shuttle from the hotel and were very happy with it. The breakfast was so delicious and every day there was something different to eat. We couldn't have imagined it better. Thank you Mustafa and the others for this perfekt stay.

The riad and our room was aesthetically beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing compared to the hustle of Marrakesh. You feel like you're in a whole different world and I didn't want to leave. The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond, even making us tea when we came in from a long day of exploring. Rooftop was also equally relaxing and the location was just outside enough of the busy parts of the medina to feel a sense of calm. I would definitely stay here again and would even go as far as saying I would go to Marrakesh again just to stay in this beautiful riad. Two nights was not enough.

Breakfast was really nice and the courtyard is truly beautiful. Most of the staff is kind and helpful: they even ironed my suit and shirt free of charge. A good experience in general.
Cons: We booked a taxi through the Riad twice and both times it was a bad experience. It was either super late or didn't arrive at all (and they kept the money).

The layout, decor, warmth and furnishings of the Riad are exceptional. Ms Siham and Mr Mustapha are so very attentive to all the needs of the guests. The personal touch and care is very much evident. They went out of their way to guide us on places to visit, keeping our belongings safe etc. The breakfast was excellent and served with great warmth and affection. I must mention especially that they left no stone unturned when our taxi back to the airport left us stranded, they reacted promptly and got us another one. And this after we had checked out. Thanks a lot and hope to be back sometime soon.

The Riad was nice, very clean with someone always on hand to answer any questions (or via WhatsApp). Enjoyed breakfast.
Cons: The room we were in was quite small. It was also in the street side so there was a lot of noise at night. It didn't quiet down until 12pm every night. Following that we were awoken early (7am) by staff moving furniture around on the roof terrace above. The bathroom facilities were just acceptable. Not a proper working shower, had to hold the shower head to use it.

Everything was just fine. The room was as on the photo. Clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious. I also had a dinner there and it is also was very good. The owner and the staff were helpful and caring. It was a little noisy at night but it is Medina so you should be prepared for it.

The property was in a great location, easy to access great food, cafes and souks, as well tourists destinations. We loved our stay as the riad was very beautiful with a stunning rooftop, where we could have breakfast. Food options were fantastic, with an offer for a traditional dinner. The best part of the stay was the staff, they were all very kind and welcoming, making the stay extra special!

Cons: Dalla piazza principale al Riad bisogna considerare di fare una passeggiata di una ventina di minuti...di notte si passa per zone dove Ăš meglio prestare attenzione.

Cons: Zero privacy. Suoni che si sentono da tutte le parti: acqua di tutta la casa, porte e infissi rumorosissimi. Sembra un ostello rispetto a certe cose. Per fortuna le persone che ci lavorano sono gentili. Parlo della struttura in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi, che penso sia nuova e rispetto a foto del Riad non corrisponde quindi immagini ci sia lĂŹ vicino un'altra Riad della stessa compagnia. Mi dispiace scrivere queste ma Ăš solo per fare migliorare.

Amazing Riad â Perfect Choice! Choosing the right Riad was not easy for usâwe wanted a place with a great location, a safe environment, a delicious breakfast, and, most importantly, cleanliness. I can confidently say that this Riad was the perfect choice! Beyond the beautiful setting and warm hospitality, we had the best tajine we tasted in Marrakech. I highly recommend having at least one meal hereâitâs absolutely worth it. The breakfast was also fabulous, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The location is excellent and safe, making it easy to explore the city without worries. A special thanks for Said that was always there for anything we need and for being so nice to us. Rokia, the owner, was also very kind always making sure that everything was alright for us with a smile! Highly recommend this Riadâ10/10!

Everything was great<3 After our quad accident in the desert, Rokia, the owner of the riad, kindly assisted us with a first aid kit and even went to the pharmacy to get a recovery cream for us. It was such a thoughtful gestureâthank you again, Rokia! Siham, the manager of the riad, greeted us every morning with a warm smile and made sure all our needs were met. Taha, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful with city information and the check-in/check-out process, always with a friendly and cheerful attitude. Yassin, the receptionist, welcomed us back every night by opening the riadâs door with a warm and hospitable approach. A huge thank you to all of guys! Hope to see you in TĂŒrkiye soon đ€

Cons: HabĂa mucha humedad en la habitaciĂłn, no daba al exterior, la Ășnica ventana daba al patio central del riad. Destacar que la habitaciĂłn estaba en otro edificio muy cerca, no en el principal con el patio rojo como se muestra en la foto.

Posizione molto comoda, a due passi da ogni attrazione di Marrakech. Yassim, molto gentile ci ha consigliato luoghi da visitare ed un'App molto comoda per girare la cittĂ . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riad 7 saints, firstly the location was great, only 10 minute walk away from the souks and city centre, so was easy to access the city from the Riad. The Riad itself was lovely, it is a beautiful building and the room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast supplied was also very tasty, and it felt very homely having our breakfast in the courtyard every morning. But the main thing to praise is the staff, they are a credit to Riad 7 Saints! We felt very at home from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Yassine welcomed us to the Riad and gave us some brilliant recommendations for places to go and things to do whilst in Marrakech, and was very welcoming and accommodating throughout. He also was only ever a message away if we had any questions. The housekeeper Fatih was also brilliant, he made us a delicious breakfast every morning and was always very friendly whenever answering the door, whatever the time! Thank you both for making our stay so amazing ! I would highly recommend Riad 7 Saints to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Beautiful place and ambience. Workers are really welcoming and will always serve as you some free Moroccan tee. Location is good you are located 20 min walk from the medina main square.
Cons: The rooms were a little bit dark no outside windows. The first room where we were staying was a little dirty just some dust on the floor but overall its great. We had a little problem with the closed doors at night as the property doesnât give you the outside door key and they open the door to you if you know but the worker failed asleep so i had to wait 5 min for him to open the door after my wsp call.

Cons: Desayuno bastante escaso, tuve la sensaciĂłn de que edtodo estaba reducido con agua (zumo miel leche) Por desgracia mi habitaciĂłn estaba directamente en la zona de desayuno y me despertaba con la primera persona q bajaba a desayunar Nos cobraron por eldesplazamiento al aeropuerto 186 mad, cuando la tarifa en todos los riads es de 150, y nos mandaron con 38 grados en un taxi đ regular amarillo sinn A/C al q le pagaron 70 mads. Muy feo. Se supone q habia un coche esperĂĄndonos pero all llegar 10 min tarde el coche no espero. Mala sensaciĂłn

So beautiful. A lovely place to relax away from the business of the medina and souks. The staff here are incredible and did everything they could to help us. The staff organised transfers to and from the airport for us which was so handy. We were able to check into our room early at no extra charge as it happened to be ready for us when we arrived. The hospitality in the Riad is next level. We also had the most lovely meal (the best tagine we had the whole time we were in Marrakesh ) in the Riad.
