The staff were lovely, and very helpful; he even showed us how to make morrocan tea. The locations was great because it is in the center of the Medina, near major attractions and the souk, yet on a calm street. It was also easy to find (which cna be a problem at some Riads). The room was sufficient in size. The breakfast was good and a basic morrocan breakfast with mesemen, jam, cheese and tea.

Cons: For Janurary it was quite cold and the heating did not work in one of the rooms were booked. The bed felt old and not very comfortable. The shower was also slow to drain. So in some ways I was expecting better given other reviews.

Amazing breakfast with an authentic Moroccan touch. The receptionist was wonderful, super sweet, welcoming, and very helpful. The location deserves a 10/10, right in the city center and close to everything. The room felt very homey and was kept clean throughout my stay.

Cons: A few things were missing in my room: there was no hairdryer and no TV. Occasionally, there was also a strong smell in the room, even though it was on an upper floor and far from any sewage area. Still, a very pleasant stay with great hospitality.

Locatie foarte buna, aproape de o strada principala intens circulata, plina de magazine unde gasesti orice, de la haine la mancare si dulciuri, strada care duce la piata centrala. Un mare plus, pentru ca faci 10 min pe jos pana la autobuz, cu care poti ajunge oriunde. Riad-ul este curat, camera este dotata cu aer conditionat, apa calda, tv, etc. Personalul deosebit de politicos si prietenos.

Great location near to tourist attractions but no street noise in the riad. Breakfast was delicious and they served it early to accommodate our tour which was very helpful. The room was large, comfortable and very beautifully decorated.

Cons: You don't have a key to the door to the riad so we had a little bit of difficulty getting in when we came back later at night.

L’emplacement est idéal, à 5mn de la Place. Riad très propre. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Bon rapport qualité /prix.

Cons: La chambre double (mur vert turquoise) qui donne à la fois sur la rue et sur l’intérieur du Riad est à éviter car double exposition au bruit. De plus la salle de bain n’est pas à la hauteur (petit lavabo, rien pour poser ses affaires, rideau de douche trop petit et complètement usé). Les autres chambres ont l’air parfaites en revanche!

What’s not to like about this riad? The location is perfect, right in the medina and within walking distance of Jemaa el-Fna and the souks. The riad itself is beautiful, very clean, and decorated with great taste. But what really made our stay special was Khalid. We were celebrating our anniversary and were surprised to find our room beautifully decorated, with a bouquet of roses waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful touch and really meant a lot to us. The room was comfortable, warm (we visited in winter), and spotless. Khalid was an incredible host, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. He gave us great tips, made us feel at home, and even kept our luggage while we continued our road trip around Morocco. You can really tell he loves what he does. We hadn’t planned to stay here for our last days in Marrakesh, but we ended up booking an extra night. We’d come back without hesitation. Super vriendelijk personeel. Ze zijn er dag en nacht en helpen je steeds verder. Het dakterras is super fijne en rustig plek. De locatie is uitstekend, je zit vlakbij de souks en het grote plein, maar net in een rustig (en niet te verlaten) zijstraatje! Het ontbijt was ook fijn en gezellig.

Cons: De bedden zijn vrij hard. Het putje van onze douche rook ook soms, maar dat schilde van dag tot dag. Je kan niet zelf de riad binnen, je moet telkens aanbellen, maar er is altijd iemand binnen de minuut, dus geen issue! Maar doordat het een open binnenkoer heeft en dus telkens mensen bellen als ze aankomen, kan je dat 's avonds ook wel regelmatig horen, maar voor ons nu niet overheersend (aangezien we zo moe waren van de stad).

Nuestra estancia en el Riad Lamzia fue más que un acierto. Para empezar, la ubicación del Riad es inmejorable, a menos de cinco minutos de Jema el Fna y en pleno zoco. Además de ser un Riad precioso, la habitación era amplia, limpia y muy cómoda. La cama era enorme y el colchón super cómodo. A mayores, los desayunos fueron otro punto a resaltar. Mención especial a Khalid, que hizo nuestra estancia todavía más agradable, e incluso nos dejó el desayuno listo para llevar en un par de ocasiones en que teníamos excursiones y tuvimos que salir muy pronto del Riad.

Cons: Après avoir passé un séjour merveilleux l'année dernière, nous étions enchantés de revenir dans ce qu'on pensait être notre petit paradis... Mais déception ! L'an dernier accueillis par un Ismaël solaire et son thé à la menthe, cette année un accueil banal, pas de cadenas sur la chambre, pas de possibilité d'avoir un second oreiller la première nuit, une douche bouchée, un petit déjeuner qui a baissé en qualité et cerise sur le gâteau, la facture présentée au départ alors que déjà réglée ! On a du batailler pour se faire entendre et ne payer que la taxe de séjour. Bref grosse déception !

A localização era ótima bastante perto da praça El Fnam. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, tendo organizado os nossos transfers de e para o aeroporto. O pequeno almoço era típico marroquino e de elevada qualidade.

Cons: O caminho para o hotel passa pela principal rua de street food de Marraquexe, sendo que à noite fica praticamente intransitavel dada a elevada quantidade de pessoas e motas. Não é propriamente um ponto negativo mas algo a ter em conta.

El riad está muy bien ubicado a solo 5 minutos de la plaza Jemaa el Fna y es muy fácil de encontrar. La habitación muy cómoda y amplia con TV y cama extra grande. El colchón un poco duro pero cómodo. El desayuno típico marroquí con alguna pequeña variación cada día. El personal muy muy amable. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Da dove partire ? Struttura bellissima, si sentiva sempre un buon profumo di pulito. Colazione marocchina top, ogni giorno con lieviti diversi. La stanza era bellissima e confortevole, abbiamo adorato le porte in legno. Ci ha accolto il ragazzo con un fantastico the alla menta e dei biscottini. Un giorno abbiamo fatto un’escursione presto e ci ha fatto trovare delle box per la colazione. Tutto favoloso ! C’è anche la piscina sulla terrazza.

Cons: Nulla. Tutto ottimo! Unica cosa per chi ha il sonno leggero non è consigliabile la stanza al piano terra perché si sentono i rumori della colazione, ma per noi che abbiamo il sonno pesante nessun problema !

The building is small but very well kept. It is within the Medina which made exploring the area very easy. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and hospitable. When Khalid found out I couldn't eat gluten he went kilometers (literally) out of his way to find a bakery that had GF breads. I didn't tell them before I got there b/c I was being too Canadian and didn't want to be a bother. That clashed with his Moroccan kindness and hospitality and he said he felt bad I didn't have more food and found me fantastic GF bread that day. SO kind. My room was small but clean, brightly decorated, and very comfortable. It was on the rooftop terrace, so it would have been very hot in the summer, but in October it was warm in the evenings but it cooled down. There was also A/C if I needed it. Most times, I had the whole terrace and the unheated plunge pool to myself which was a treat.

Cons: I liked everything. As a notice to other travellers it is a small, quiet space which may not be to your taste but you will be comfortable and well looked after. They can't change your money for you but they recommended a great place nearby that was fast, fair and friendly. Let them know the day before if you need dinner or there won't be food for you. Confirm with the hotel if the transfer from the airport includes a luggage porter to help you thru the Medina. I didn't know to ask, and maybe they didn't know that the taxi driver was going to arrange it, but I had help with my bags and then at the door the porter asked for a tip. I gave him 4£ b/c I had no small Dh yet. He was disappointed, and I was annoyed. It may just have been the taxi driver's plan but ask so you can plan ahead. Just sharing as an FYI.

Personalul este super drăguț, tare primitori, locația este chiar în Centrul vechi, perfect pentru cine iubește aglomerația, și experientele tari! Perfect pt a înțelege cultura, însă poate fi foarte obositor moral să stai pe parcursul a mai multor zile în zonă.

Accoglienza con thè alla menta. Il ragazzo è stato molto cordiale e gentile. Una mattina saremmo dovuti partire presto e ci ha fornito una colazione al sacco da portarci. Disponibilissimo. Le pareti del bagno non sono completamente chiuse dal resto della camera, quindi lascia poca privacy con chi la condivide. E' l'unico dettaglio negativo riscontrato visto che nel complesso la struttura è ottima.

Nuestra experiencia en este riad fue simplemente espectacular. Pasamos tres días maravillosos en un oasis de tranquilidad en medio del bullicio de Marrakech. La atención al detalle y el ambiente acogedor hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Desde el momento en que llegamos, fuimos recibidas con una cálida hospitalidad que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Todo el personal fue excepcional, pero hay que destacar a Ismael, quien se convirtió en nuestro ángel de la guarda durante toda la estancia. Su amabilidad y atención fueron inigualables. Ismael no solo nos ayudó con nuestras maletas, sino que también se aseguró de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, desde recomendaciones para explorar la ciudad hasta consejos sobre dónde comer los mejores platos locales. ¡Fue simplemente increíble!

El trato y Ismael que es el encargado nos a ayudado en todo momento, muy amable si le pedías algo no te decía que no ni ponía pegas, se levantaba los días que teníamos excursiónes a prepararnos el desayuno antes del tiempo que tienen marcado. Las chicas también muy amables atendían a todo y cada día nos limpiaban la habitación y la dejaban preparada. Sin duda volvería.

Cons: lo que no me gustó es que tenga que dejar el alojamiento y dejar esa amabilidad y compresión de ismael y las chicas.

L'emplacement du Riad, l'amabilité du personnel, la propreté de la chambre, le petit déjeuner copieux, la possibilité d'avoir des serviettes supplémentaires pour se baigner, on a également pu mettre de l'eau au frigo pour avoir notre bouteille fraîche, c'était parfait ! Les filles présentes en journée sont discrètes et agréables, Ismael présent le soir est très sympathique.

De room was clean. The breakfast was great and the staff friendly.

Cons: The AC was working but it didn’t blew cold air. That day it had been 38 degrees. I went to the reception but no one was there. The front door was open and my personal information, which I wrote down during check in hours before, was laying on the desk. Everyone who stepped in the riad would have seen my private info. After ringing the bell and searching around for a staff member I gave up and slept on a bed outside, next to the pool. Because the room wasn’t cooling down anytime soon. Talking about the Pool; the water was really dirty. The level of dirty that it wasn’t swimmable.

I had the single room on the top as a solo traveler for the first time I was so happy . It was so clean and just what I needed . It was hard to navigate and needed internet to guide you to the road which took about 7 minutes but once you're there you can't get lost . It was right in the medina and the location was perfect for the souk party life and transport . But as soon as you walked in the riad you were transported to a different world , peace and beautiful surroundings.

Soggiorno perfetto in questo meraviglioso riad! La colazione è stata semplicemente eccezionale, ricca, varia e curata nei minimi dettagli — una delle migliori che abbia mai provato. La camera, anche se non grandissima, era davvero incantevole: pulitissima, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il vero punto di forza, però, è stato il personale: impeccabile, estremamente gentile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Un gesto che ci ha colpiti particolarmente è stato quando, dovendo partire molto presto la mattina, ci hanno preparato una deliziosa colazione al sacco da portar via. Un’attenzione che fa davvero la differenza!

The riad is gorgeous and clean. We had the bottom floor queen room, and you are stepping out to the breakfast area. Breakfast was good. You can ask for eggs, we didn’t know this till last day. I had asked the hotel to pick us up from the airport. Lovely driver greeted us and brought us to the medina where he said someone would then come to walk us to the riad. When leaving the van, the driver began asking for money. We told the driver that the payment will be with the hotel they told us and that we had not got cash as we had just arrived. He accepted this. The guy that walked us to the riad, he demanded money. Again we said he didn’t have cash, he said I can take card, euros, anything that you have. It was late at night and dark and we had just arrived and it became very overwhelming. He would not leave the door of the riad without payment, to which we thought was all the one payment with the hotel that I had arranged for collection. Overall, I would recommend the riad.

O atendimento foi incrível e o quarto era maravilhoso. Foram super atenciosos e até prepararam um café da manhã para viagem, já que tínhamos que sair bem cedo de manhã. A localização não poderia ser melhor, bem no meio do souk e perto de tudo.

Magnifique riad avec une chambre spacieuse et un lit grand et confortable. La salle de bain était également spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel a été très accueillant, chaleureux et très arrangeant car nous devions partir a l'aéroport avant le service du petit déjeuner et nous avons pu avoir un petit déjeuner à emporter !

Cons: Il y a eu quiproquo sur le transfert du riad vers l'aéroport mais nous avons eu un taxi facilement finalement.

We had a lovely time at Riad Lamzia. The location was excellent as we could walk to all the main sites of Marrakech. Ismail was very friendly and welcoming. He printed off our boarding passes and provided us with a packed breakfast when requested. Additionally, the breakfast was wonderful and traditional. We had a great time in Marrakech and if we ever return, we will stay at this Riad again.

Cons: Aunque en forma general me gusto todo hay algunos detalles que se podrían mejorar. La cama no era todo lo cómoda que esperaba y la cortina de ducha necesitaría un cambio. Aún así son pequeños detalles, que no impides que disfrutes tu estancia.

Отзывчивые и при этом совершенно не навязчивые, как это часто встречается в других отелях и риадах Марокко. При бронировании казалось, что данный риад дороговат, но он определенно превзошел ожидания. Поэтому настоятельно рекомендую его к выбору. Еще раз спасибо за наше пребывание в Марракеле, жаль, что мы остановились в нем всего одну ночь.

The Riad was in a superb location, very central yet felt really peaceful and calm. The place, bedroom, bathrooms were so clean and smelt so beautiful! Everyday the room was cleaned, and fresh towels were given. The breakfast was delicious. The staff are super attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was beautiful and as a solo traveller I felt really safe.

Cabe destacar la amabilidad de Mohammed, siempre pendiente de que no te faltara nada y de preguntarte qué tal te fue el día. Es más, le pedimos si uno de los días podía ponernos el desayuno (el cuál estaba buenísimo) para llevar debido a que teníamos que salir muy pronto por una excursión y él se ofreció a servirlo en mesa pese a que eso implicaba que tuviera que madrugar mucho más La ubicación es PERFECTA a 5 min andando de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna. Il Riad è molto centrale e permette di raggiungere la maggior parte delle località turistiche di Marrakech anche a piedi! Essendo un Riad non grandissimo non c'è molta insonorizzazione tra le stanze e la hall. Purtroppo per questo può capitare come a noi di venire svegliati da altri ospiti maleducati a ore tardive (dalle 22 in poi). Questa però è una cosa che non dipende da loro. L'host Ismael è stato molto gentile e paziente, ci salutava e ci riaccoglieva sempre chiedendoci com'era andata, ci forniva informazioni e veniva incontro anche ai nostri bisogni. Insomma, un senso dell'accoglienza che va veramente riconosciuto e apprezzato e per questo lo consiglio vivamente! Addirittura ci ha aiutati una sera quando per una nostra svista con lo scolo della doccia abbiamo allagato la stanza :/

First of all, the position of riad it's very good, in Medina, very close to the main square (3 min walk). Otherwise, the area it's quite quiet. The staff is very kind, warm, friendly, smiling and willing to help you at any time (especial Ismail). We had warm water anytime without any issues. The breakfast was enough. The cleanliness in the room was very good, the towels and bed lines as well. I recommend this riad for a real Moroccan experience

Très bon accueil d'Ismaël qui est serviable et dévoué tout au long du séjour

Cons: Le riad est tout petit riquiqui et possiblement assez bruyant suivant où vous êtes situé. Personnellement, j'étais sur la terrasse et il y avait des personnes qui parlaient assez fort, mais le pire doit être les chambres du rdc accolées à la salle du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est trop sucré, jamais d'oeuf (sauf 1 fois), pas de fruits frais et sans variété, c'était vraiment décevant. Ma chambre était très petite et la literie rudimentaire et de mauvaise qualité, avec une décoration pas en lien avec l'art marocain. Je pense que cette chambre doit être extrêmement chaude l'été. Bref, j'ai trouvé que le rapport qualité/prix n'était pas au rdv et que l'on peut trouver facilement mieux et moins cher à Marrakech.

This is perfectly situated to access different points of visit( souks, gardens, palaces, etc), not even mentioning access to a variety of food options just around the corner. As a female solo traveller, i felt safe in the area even at night. The staff is so helpful and welcoming bringing warmth to your stay. The place is also very convivial.

Le seul "petit" point négatif c'est qu'à cette période (décembre) il fait un peu froid dans la salle où nous prenons le petit déjeuner.

Cons: Para empezar si no pagas en euros te aplican el cambio ellos a 11 DH cuando está a 10,20 DH. Me cobraban 15 euros de más. Si pagas en tarjetas te cobran 3,5 % de más. Si por la noche estás los huéspedes en el patio de charlas en voz alta y de risas. Nadie los controla y así fue hasta la 1 de la mañana oyendo risas y carcajadas y sin poder dormir. A las 7 de la mañana, 7:15 y 7:30 suena una alarma de un iPhone, imagino q será del trabajador q está de noche. Si llaman a la puerta del Riad de noche o madrugada, suenan dos timbrazos seguidos en todo el Riad. Si no les abren pronto, se respire dicha música celestial. No es un Riad barato, y debería tener unos mínimos para q sus huéspedes puedan descansar cuando están de vacaciones. Y aquí en 3 noches no he pegado ojo. NO VOLVERÉ

Cons: Ho richiesto il transfer dall’aeroporto alla struttura, servizio propostomi dalla struttura stessa. Una volta arrivata all’aeroporto non trovando il driver ho contattato la struttura e mi è stato detto che non avevano una macchina per me; nonostante i messaggi sulla chat Booking di qualche ora prima in cui mi confermavano il transfer. In seguito durante il check out i proprietari hanno tentato di fregarmi affermando che io avessi usufruito del transfer e invitandomi a pagare 22 euro. Per fortuna avevo preso alla fine un taxi all’aeroporto (servizio che funziona molto bene!), pagando con carta mi è stato fatto uno scontrino che ho potuto esibire come prova in reception. Ovviamente critica contro i proprietari del Riad e del driver che ha tentato di fare il furbo, nulla contro il ragazzo della reception che era molto gentile. PS il transfer proposto dal Riad costa 22 euro, il taxi 15 NON PRENDETE IL TRANSFER!!!

The best Riad you can find in Medina in Maracchech in perfect location.The room was extremely nice and very clean with great decoration. There is also breakfast which was delicious and healthy. El recibimiento por parte de Laifa fue muy bueno y estuvo atento en todo momento a lo que necesitábamos. Al tener excursiones temprano, se preocuparon en prepararnos un pequeño desayuno para llevar, algo que agradecimos. La habitación está equipada con todo lo necesario y lo mejor del Riad es su ubicación, se encuentra a tan solo 5 min caminando de la plaza Jemma el Fna y a unos minutos del Soko. Hay muchas tiendas y puestos de comida de camino al Riad por lo que la ubicación es muy buena y está muy céntrico.

Cons: La puerta de la habitación está separada de la pared, de manera que se escucha ruido cada vez que alguien toca para entrar al Riad y también de las demás habitaciones, además de que entra claridad por la noche. Allí hay mucha vida nocturna y a veces hay niños jugando en la calle hasta tarde, lo que dificulta el descanso.

El desayuno está muy bueno. Te guardan las mochilas después de tu salida y te imprimen los billetes de avión. La chica y el chico que están siempre allí son un encanto. Muy recomendable por la calidad-precio.

Good location, easy to find. I was assigned the room on the terrasse, and it was a very good experience. The staff is friendly. If you're looking to spend most of the day out, this is a good option for a good price.

L’emplacement est bien, parking le plus proche est à 15min à pieds minimum. Chambre spacieuse mais problème de débit et de température d’eau de douche. Le personnel très sympathique.

Cons: L’insonorisation est inexistante et le personnel n’aide pas à éviter les bruits des autres visiteurs ( même quand ils partagent leurs vies intimes avec nous par bruit sonore) Nous nous sommes faits arnaqués : nous avons payé en dirhams et malgré ça, nous avons payé 10€!!!!! De frais car nous payons par carte. Nous payons toujours par carte les hôtels, c’est logique et le prix booking est supposé être le prix payé et même en euro et non en dirhams. Nous nous sommes sentis arnaqués et sommes partis sur une très TRÈS mauvaise note. Ce n’est pas correct.

Está muy bien ubicado, zona céntrica a 5 minutos de la plaza de Jemma el-Fna. Muchos puestos de comida y souvenirs cerca. Zona bastante concurrida pero segura. Ofrece excursiones y transfer al aeropuerto. Habitación muy amplia, zona tranquila sin ruidos. El jacuzzi de la azotea se agradece muchísimo para relajarse tras un día ajetreado en la ciudad. El personal muy amable, nos han ofrecido limpiar la habitación a diario. Tiene secador.

Cons: El alcantarillado de nuestra habitación tenía un olor peculiar (entendemos que se debe a la zona). El agua caliente tarda un poquito en salir, por tener que poner algo ‘negativo’, sin embargo tras dejarla correr 10 minutitos sale caliente.

L'emplacement était au top. Juste à coté de la place Jemaa el Fna et pourtant aucun bruit dans le riad. Idéalement placé pour faire toutes sortes d'excursions. Vraiment au top. Attention tout de même lorsque vous arrivez et que vous êtes un peu perdu (google map sur le téléphone) à ne pas suivre les rabatteurs. Ils veulent juste que vous leur donniez des sous et ne vous indique pas forcément le bon endroit. Faites confiance à google map ça vous amène juste devant ! Le riad est très propre, il y a la clim, la connexion wifi est parfaite et le personnel vraiment très gentil, on nous a donné pleins de conseils et une carte des endroits à visiter. Toujours disponibles et souriants. Je le recommande à 100%

Cons: Le riad est une grosse maison donc comme dans toute maison lorsque quelqu'un fait du bruit on l'entend. Le personnel quant à lui est discret. On entend aussi très bien l'appel à la prière très tôt le matin. Il y a peu de pression dans la douche.

In dem Riad war alles gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Unser Zimmer war nicht das größte aber hatte alles, was man brauchte. Wir haben den Transfer vom Flughafen genutzt, was gut geklappt hat, obwohl unser Flug Verspätung hatte. Das Bett war bequem und das Bad war gut. Das Personal war sehr nett - vor allem Ismael: danke für alles! Die dachterasse war auch schön aber man könnte das Becken besser pflegen, sodass man es auch nutzen kann.

Había de todo y los trabajadores estaban pendientes en todo momento de lo que necesitábamos. Me puse mala y me hicieron arroz blanco. Ismail, el chico que está siempre en recepción, nos trató como a su familia. Siempre pendiente y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo. Una noche quisimos salir a comprar comida y nos acompañó porque era muy tarde. El Riad tenía unas vistas increíbles, una pequeña piscina que se agradece a más no poder y el desayuno riquísimo con algo diferente cada día. Nos limpiaron la habitación y nos proporcionaron de todo todos los días. Hasta nos dejaron poner una lavadora. He ido muchas veces a Marruecos y cuando vuelva se que será mi Riad de confianza. Hasta pronto.

Anytime of the day there is always someone to help you and give you information and directions. I'll be back for sure!!! Ismael always smilling as his colleagues and even the cleaning staff always smile and are nice to you. In this riad you got family treatment even knowing that we are not blood family. The terrace was the place to spend the evening and to cool down on the pool. It wasn't just us feeling this way, all the guests.were always smiling and enjoying their time there! The breakfast is so goooood!!!

La struttura si trova in una via a 5 min. dalla piazza centrale. Tutte le stanze sono pulite e curate nel minimo dettaglio, compresa la zona comune e la terrazza attrezzata con piscina. Colazione tipica marocchina molto buona, preparata sul momento dallo staff. Quello che ho apprezzato di più è lo staff, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile (sono sempre presenti in struttura). El personal que atiende a los que allí estamos alojados, se desviven para que todo sea de nuestro agrado. La ubicación

Cons: Unos huéspedes que se alojaron con un perro, se marchaban y dejaban el perro en el Riad. El perro cada vez que se iban sus dueños lloraba, ladraba y arañaba la puerta. Lo hacía a cualquier hora del día, por la mañana, la tarde, de noche y hasta de madrugada. Los empleados del Riad continuamente nos pedían disculpas por lo que estaba sucediendo y se les veía desbordado, pero los dueños del perro no les importaba las quejas del resto de clientes. Me pareció una actitud poco respetuosa por parte de estos clientes, y a pesar del problema causado que duró unos 5 días, no apareció por el Riad ningún directivo para que hablara con los causantes del problema, he de decir que todos los allí alojados nos quejamos. El personal que allí trabaja, el Sr. Ismael y sus compañeros, se mostraron muy apenados por la situación que estábamos viviendo, y constantemente nos pedían disculpas, poco podían hacer ellos.

La terraza tiene unas vistas preciosas para ver el amanecer y mi habitación - ubicada en la azotea - estaba muy cuidada y delicadamente decorada. Ubicación perfecta a tan solo 5 minutos andando de la plaza. A pesar de encontrarse en pleno centro de la mediana, la calle es tranquila. Marrakech es súper seguro y me he sentido bienvenida en todo momento.

In generale la struttura è molto accogliente. Molto bella anche la terrazza con la jacuzzi, dove ti puoi rilassare. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato che, anche dopo il ceck out, nell'attesa di andare in aeroporto, hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli nella struttura e di utilizzare la terrazza e la piscina, grazie mille!

Cons: Essendo una struttura abbastanza piccola, a volte può risultare abbastanza rumorosa e dalla tua stanza senti un po' di rumori dalle altre stanze. Colazione buona, ma magari potrebbe essere un po' più varia e con più frutta fresca. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

A nossa experiência neste alojamento foi simplesmente maravilhosa. Desde o momento da chegada, fomos recebidos com uma calorosa hospitalidade. O host Ismael foi extremamente atencioso e prestativo, sempre disponível para nos fornecer informações e dicas locais. O quarto era impecável, limpo e muito confortável criando um ambiente acolhedor. A cama era incrivelmente confortável, garantindo noites de sono reparador após dias de exploração pela cidade. O pequeno almoço era delicioso e variado, com opções diferentes todos os dias. A localização do alojamento é outro ponto forte. Situado em uma área tranquila, mas de fácil acesso à Medina e a 7 min a pé da Praça Jemaa El Fna. Pudemos explorar a cidade com facilidade e voltar para um ambiente tranquilo e seguro no final do dia. Por fim, a relação custo-benefício é excelente. Recebemos muito mais do que esperávamos pelo valor pago. Recomendo este alojamento sem reservas e certamente voltarei em futuras visitas à cidade. Best riad in my trip in Morocco! Close to the square and the guy is very nice and friendly. Most importantly, they have AC in the room which will be a life saver if you can't bear with hot temperature!

Posizione ottima se vuoi vivere la vera esperienza marocchina di dormire nella parte vecchia della città. Colazione eccellente. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolti ha soddisfatto in ogni momento ogni nostra richiesta, come la colazione un pò prima dell'orario prestabilito e alla volte anche un pò più tardi, oppure, il fatto che abbiamo fatto check-in e check-out in orari improponibili. Il riad è meraviglioso e curato in ogni dettaglio.

Cons: Il posto è un pochino lontano dal primo posto in cui poter prendere un taxi ma niente di preoccupante dato che si passeggia volentieri all'interno dei vicoletti. Le camere non sono assolutamente insonorizzate, io sento l'esterno e l'esterno sente me ma vivere la vera esperienza marocchina vuol dire anche sapersi adattare.

Very nice riad, and the location is just perfect, if you wish to stay in the Medina and close to Djemaa-el-Fna. The breakfast was gvery good. Staff very friendly and always available. It has a nice roof terrace.

Cons: Like most of the riads, the house is rather noisy, due to its architecture. You can literally hear everything that's going on in the other rooms, like people talking, snoring, using the toilet, etc.

Staying at Riad Lamzia was an absolute delight! Firstly, the location couldn't have been better - nestled in the heart of the medina, it offered easy access to all the key attractions. The riad itself was impeccably clean, with charming traditional decor that really added to the authentic Moroccan experience. But what truly made our stay memorable was Ismael, who handles the bookings at the riad. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Ismael went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. We found ourselves craving Moroccan mint tea multiple times, and without hesitation, Ismael happily obliged, always with a smile. Moreover, we had booked tours during our stay, requiring us to depart early in the morning. Ismael kindly arranged for breakfast to be packed to-go on two separate occasions, allowing us to start our day with a delicious meal despite the early hour. His thoughtful gestures didn't stop there - he provided invaluable recommendations on what to see and do in the city, even handing us a map pinpointing must-visit spots. Overall, our experience at Riad Lamzia was made exceptional by Ismael's kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for his guests. We cannot recommend this riad highly enough, and we look forward to returning for another wonderful stay in the future. Thank you, Ismael and Riad Lamzia for making our time in Marrakech truly unforgettable!

J’ai tout aimé ! C’était ma première expérience dans un Riad et j’ai adoré. Le personnel était au petit soin et flexible. Les petits déjeuner variés et toujours delicieux. Le rooftop avec la petite piscine pour se rafraîchir est un vrai + ! Les dames travaillant dans le Riad sont très gentilles. Un grand merci à Ismail qui se démène pour tous les clients et qui n’hésite pas à accompagner les clientes la nuit au bout de la rue si elles ne sont pas à l’aise. Le Riad est très bien placé dans la médina, chambre Niquel. Merci encore pour ce merveilleux séjour !

Lovely staff, beautiful riad right off the main square! Ismael made us feel really welcome and helped us with places to go and see. We had to leave early on our last day and we were given a takeaway breakfast to take with us. Will definitely stay again :)

Il Riad è in una posizione ottimale, vicinissimo a jema El fna ma molto silenzioso. Molto grazioso nell'arredo. Lo staff meraviglioso, molto accogliente e gentile. Pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi esigenza. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare il Riad molto presto ma ci hanno preparato la colazione al sacco per non farcela saltare. Davvero meraviglioso.

Location was a 10/10 if you want to stay near the main square, as it is just a 5 minute walk away (which is actually perfect). The staff were also amazing, they would go the extra mile to make sure you are well prepared for your trip (breakfast cooked for you ad-hoc, also helping with travel plans). The rooftop area was great, ideal to relax inbetween your excursions. The room spaces (we stayed in superior) were also perfect, the air conditioning worked a treat. Rooms were cleaned after each day and left spotless with new towels.

Cons: The pool could do with a little refresh, although its useable in its current state.

Ótima localização, ao lado da principal artéria da medina. Tem um pátio charmoso e nota-se um cuidado a mais na decoração. Percebeu-se o uso de produtos de qualidade nos itens do café da manhã.

Cons: Tivemos um problema com a drenagem do ralo do banheiro, mas que foi resolvido ao chamar o funcionário. A piscina do terraço parecia não ser limpa ou com água tratada, pois cheirava mal quando a utilizei. Não percebi a famosa receptividade Marroquina, não só por não ter sido nos servido o chá de boas vindas, mas também no trato pessoal.
