Desayuno espectacular. Mariam nos trató de lujo. Amable como pocas personas que haya conocido. Da gusto una atención así. La ubicación es buena y con todos los servicios y un montón de restaurantes muy cerca, y que además no te puedes perder. Centro comercial también muy próximo. No está demasiado cerca de la Medina, aproximadamente 15 o 20 minutos caminando, aunque tienes servicio de taxis continuamente.
Cons: La habitación podría estar más limpia y la ducha no tenía el tapón de desagüe, con el peligro sobre todo para los niños de hacerse daño al meter el pie por accidente (el hueco era grande). Además la mampara estaba rota.

Cons: Było bardzo zimno, AC nie wiało żadnym ciepłym powietrzem na żadnych możliwych ustawieniach. Wieczorem pod prysznicem nie było gorącej wody, tylko letnia, a na ścianie był zauważalny grzyb. Śniadanie było bardzo słabe. Do tego obsługa klienta - dzwonienie na whatsappie i pisanie miliona wiadomości i znaków zapytania pod rząd jeśli nie odpisze im się w ciągu sekundy - zarówno przed jak i po wymeldowaniu. Pierwszy raz spotykam się z takim nagabywaniem żeby wystawić nieprawdziwą zawyżoną ocenę. Bardzo nieprofesjonalne.

Tantopiù avevo già pagato € 350,00 ed ho chiesti di poter andare via e di riavere indietro i miei soldi visto che il posto non rispettava affatto le foto e le aspettative, ma mi veniva detto che se fossi andato via avrei perso tutto e io nonostante la cifra pagata ho preferito perdere tutto che stare in un porcile del genere (fortuna che è intervenuto Booking con un rimborso totale visto che il posto non è quello sulla piattaforma

De kamer was erg groot en had een extra groot salon. De slaapkamer lag aan de achterzijde in een zijstraat en was daardoor erg rustig. Het bed was zeer comfortabel, en de kamer had alle faciliteiten (koelkast, kleerkast, televisie, airco/verwarming, ...). Het ontbijt was heerlijk.
Cons: Het is duidelijk dat de badkamer aan vernieuwing toe was: het water stroomde niet goed door, er ontbraken douchewanden en er waren enkele schimmelplekken en algeheel verval. Voor de prijs die wordt aangerekend zou dit eigenlijk niet mogen. Bovendien werd ik voor mijn verblijf om 2u 's nachts drie keer opgebeld door het hotel om te vragen om hoe laat ik zou inchecken - dit was een beetje ongepast.

Die Lage des Appartements war relativ gut - man konnte in 20-30 Minuten die Medina zu Fuß erreichen. In der Umgebung gab es zahlreiche Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Auch war die Wohnung mit einem Wohn- und einem Schlafzimmer und eine eigenem kleinen Innenhof sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Die Möbel machten eine durchaus wertigen Eindruck. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend - das marokkanische Frühstück - immer mit gebratenen Eiern - war sehr gut.
Cons: Die Wohnung ist für einen Aufenthalt im Sommer wahrscheinlich perfekt - kühl und schattig. In Winter ist sie jedoch zu kalt (das Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht beheizen), die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer hatte nicht die ausreichende Leistung. Vor allem ist die Wohnung im Winter feucht. Die Handtücher und auch die Kleidung war durchweg feucht/klamm. Frühstück wurde auf der Terrasse angeboten, die im freien lag und am morgen einfach zu kalt war. Allerdings wurde das Frühstück auf Nachfrage dann ins Zimmer gebracht.

C’est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant. Les chambres sont jolies. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. L’hôtel est situé dans une ruelle calme dans le quartier Gueliz à proximité de tous les magasins et restaurants et à 25 minutes de marche de la Médina. Il y a une box de Crossfit juste en face pour les adeptes et d’autres salles de fitness à proximité

While the stay was comfortable and staff were all very kind and welcoming, I feel like the facilities were not worth 100€ a night. Reading light was broken, and the shower leaked through the tiles into the toilet.

Die Lage in Guéliz ist praktisch, wenn man in der Nähe des Bahnhofs bleiben möchte; es gibt auch viel Gastronomie im Viertel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und ich konnte schon etwas früher einchecken. Bequem war auch das große Bett.
Cons: Unter einem „Riad“ stellen sich die meisten Besucher sicher etwas anderes vor, hier handelt es sich eher um ein kleines Hotel in der Neustadt. Die gute Bewertung kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Leider war die Bettdecke , die bei der Ankunft im Schrank lag, nicht frisch gewaschen und musste dann am späten Abend noch gewechselt werden. Im Badezimmer sind die Armaturen (Hahn und Ablage in der Dusche) rostig/ in die Jahre gekommen, es gab auch keinen Handtuchhalter oder Haken. Mein Zimmer hatte nur eine einzige Deckenlampe; zumindest eine Nachttischlampe wäre nett. Zum (durchschnittlichen) Frühstück gab es nur die Variante Terrasse (bei 4 Grad am Morgen) oder Zimmer, es gibt keinen Gemeinschaftsraum.

This was a last minute booking for one of my clients who decided to join us a week before departure, I needed a nearby hotel as the hotel I had booked was full and this Riad was 30 seconds walk from our hotel and had good reviews. And this was the best surprise of our trip, everything was absolutely fantastic. As we arrived, we were greated by the loveliest man in the little office on the right, he was very helpful, very smilly and very genuine unlike the people in the hotel I was in. He gave us this welcoming and trustworthy vibe. He spoke both a very good English and a very good French. Check in took less than 5 minutes. He helped us filling the forms and showed my client to her room. The room, actually the suite, was magnifiscent, modern and clean. It was large, it had its own little yard, a modern tv with I think Amazon or something like that and a living room that could accomodate a few people. The street was a minute walk from the main boulevard but as it was in a small side street, had no noise whatoever and my client was delighted. They went above and beyond, we had to leave early one day and they let her have breakfast 30 minutes early. There was also a very lovely young man who seemed to be guarding the entrance who was also the most welcoming every time I would pick my client up. He was sat at the table outside the main door most of the time. Sorry I forgot their names, both of them were an absolute delight, and I am picky... I will definitely go back with my clients on my next visit to Marrakesh. I have to apologise as I wanted to leave a tip on the last day but I did not have time to go back as we had a busy schedule so I will need to leave a larger tip on my next visit. If you do not know where to stay, do not hesitate to book this Riad, I travel for a living and this is one of the greatest hotels I have had on my worldwide trips. My client also mentioned the cleaners and breakfast lady who were an absolute delight! Thank you so much everyone

He made me pay 25 Dirhams for a room tax. There was no airport shuttle. I had to pay a taxi. There was no elevator. I am 73 years old and I had to walk up the stairs on the 2nd floor. A couple of hours after I settled into the room there was a knock on the door. There were 2 men who told me that I was in the wrong room. They showed me a room thar was another level up with a queen size bed ( I booked a king size bed ). They hustled my luggage out to the new room despite my plea that it was too many steps (counted 50 stairs )

Cons: Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es roch muffig aus dem Abfluss. Das Sofa war fleckig und nicht sauber. Rezeption war quasi nie besetzt und die Kommunikation via WhatsApp hat zwar funktioniert, allerdings merkte man deutlich, dass die Nachrichten nur über einen Übersetzer gingen und daher Details oft verloren gingen. Auch das Frühstück war okay aber ganz bestimmt nichts besonderes.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is a typical Moroccan one lots of pastries, bread, and sweets. But if you ask, they’ll happily make you porridge, eggs, or yogurt. The staff are very friendly and responsive, communication was excellent. The hotel is in a great location close to everything, yet very quiet. Good soundproofing. Wi-Fi was stable, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
Cons: If your room is on the top floor, keep in mind that the terrace where breakfast is served is right outside your window, and the staff start preparing around 7:30 a.m. Some minor things could use a bit of maintenance like the wardrobe, the shower door, and the towel hook, but it didn’t bother us much. It’s quite typical for Morocco.

Cons: Wir hatten die Superior Suite für 2 Nächte für 3 Personen gebucht, mussten aber aufgrund eines Buchungsfehlers des Hotels die erste Nacht in 2 Doppelzimmern verbringen. Besonders im Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war die Luft sehr stickig und feucht (kein richtiges Fenster bzw. lies es sich nicht ohne Weiteres öffnen). Beim Umzug in die Suite war unerklärlicherweise das dritte Bett nicht hergerichtet. Auf Nachfrage wurde das Schlafsofa dann zwar sofort mit einem Bettlaken versehen, das Kopfkissen wurde allerdings ohne Bezug übergeben und es gab kein Laken zum Zudecken. Zum Glück konnten wir uns selbst behelfen. Darüber hinaus sind die Zimmer eigentlich nicht schlecht in Größe und Ausstattung und scheinbar noch nicht so alt, jedoch ist der Erhaltungszustand extrem schlecht und schmuddelig, viel Rost und Schimmel in den Duschen, schmutzige Möbel, Bettwäsche zum Teil fleckig (in allen drei Zimmern, die wir genutzt haben). Das marokkanische Frühstück hatte den üblichen Umfang aber hat extrem schlecht geschmeckt. Wir haben am zweiten Tag darauf verzichtet. Insgesamt kann ich die vielen guten Bewertungen hier überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen.

Cons: Uma questão na comunicação nos frustrou um pouquinho: nos disseram que o café podia ser servido no quarto ou no terraço, então pedimos no quarto, nos confirmaram que havia sido pedido e depois de muita espera nos informaram que precisava ir ao terraço solicitar no quarto (depois de esperar a manhã inteira e quase perder a hora do café) Acho que servir o café no quarto é uma opção extremamente cômoda e teria sido ótimo comer nossa varanda mas nem pensaríamos nessa opção se não nos oferecessem. Então se isso não é uma opção que você pode fazer na recepção, sugiro que não ofereçam pq não faz sentido ir até o terraço pra descer e esperar, melhor comer por lá.

From the moment I arrived at Riad Douirtna, I felt completely welcomed. The staff were warm, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and richly decorated — a wonderful blend of Moroccan character and modern comfort. The bed was soft, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the little details (like fresh bath amenities) made all the difference. Breakfast on the rooftop was one of the highlights: fresh, generous, and delicious, with a lovely view that set the tone for each morning. The riad is located in a peaceful nook in Gueliz — close enough to shops, cafés, and transport, but calm enough to really rest. For the price, the value is excellent. Unkomplizierte Anreise mitten in der Nacht in dem kleinen süßen Riad mit äußerst freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal am Empfang, das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel - man hat alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war simpel, typisch marokkanisch, sehr lecker und auch der Service war hervorragend. Nachts hat man in den Straßen neben an noch was leckeres Essen können. Rundum perfekt, gerne wieder :)

Cons: Abbiamo prenotato la camera più grande per tre giorni ,arrivati lì però ci hanno detto che l'ultima notte dovevano cambiare stanza .Al cambio stanza non c'erano asciugamani grandi ma solo quelli del viso , glieli abbiamo richiesti e non c'è li hanno forniti forse non ci avranno capito !?? Non lo so ... Per il resto tutto ok avevamo bisogno di fare colazione in un altro orario sono stati in questo caso disponibili.

La ubicacion en el barrio nuevo de Marrakech es perfecta, muy cerca de la estacion lo que lo convierte en un buen hotel de paso. La limpieza y el alojamiento en si esta genial.
Cons: Nos tocó la habitacion de la ultima planta, al lado de la terraza, el calor era insoportable en agosto y el aire acondicionado no era suficiente para enfriar la habitacion, entiendo que en otra habitacion la estancia hubiera sido mejor. Pedimos un ventilador para poder aligerar el calor pero no nos lo pudieron faciltar. El baño estaba tupido y la ducha se echarcaba.

We loved this accommodation so much that we rebooked it for an extra night after our trip to the desert. To our surprise and delight we were given an upgrade and the room was even nicer than the first. The staff were really friendly, and if you’re worried about the heat the air conditioner is great. El desayuno muy sabroso, abundante y variado, muy amable la señora de la cocina aunque no hablemos el mismo idioma. Fácil acceso al centro caminando, muy bien ubicado. Hermosa la ducha y la ambientación de la habitación.

We had an incredible experience at Riad Douirtna. The location is ideal – right in the heart of the New Town, but still just a short ride away from the Old Town. It’s peaceful, safe, and surrounded by great cafés and local spots. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated in Moroccan style, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious traditional breakfast – fresh bread, olives, fruits, eggs, and amazing Moroccan tea. A perfect way to start the day. But what really made our stay special was the amazing service. Everyone was kind and helpful, and we especially want to thank Willy, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything – from local tips to organizing trips and activities. Thanks to him, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort, style, and authentic hospitality in Marrakech!

Nous avons pris des arrangements sur place pour un taxi pour l’aéroport tôt le matin. Service ponctuel.
Cons: Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude pour la douche en soirée ainsi que le matin. Le petit déjeuner était inclus. On nous avait confirmé la veille la possibilité d’avoir un petit déjeuner d’appoint pour apporter, ce que nous avions confirmer vouloir, vu notre départ très tôt. Malheureusement, cette demande a été oubliée sans disponibilité d’un fruit ou d’un autre produit d’appoint avant de quitter.

This Riad was a perfect place in Marrakech of our mini honey moon. The manager/owner was super helpful and his hospitality was top notch. When we arrived he arranged airport pick up and the suite was decorated romantically with flowers and rose leaves everywhere. Love swan towels on the bed, just beautiful. A perfect warm welcome. It’s a nice Riad not far from the airport and near enough to main sightseeing attractions. We were only there for four days, but they made sure we had a comfortable stay. Even organized a roof top dinner on the day we arrived. There on the roof top we had a very nice breakfast everyday. If you wanted something, they made sure to get it for you. The manager arranged trips for us with a private chauffeur to the Agafay desert, with camel ride, quad ride, pool time, dinner and fire show. Very cool. Another day he arranged a trip to the mountains, see a waterfall, lunch at a river and meet Berber craftsmen. The manager and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms with airco, which you appreciate when it’s really hot outside. In short we recommend this place. Good price quality balance. Thank you for making us feel welcome and comfortable.

De gastvrijheid van de eigenaren en medewerkers. Buiten dat de kamers helemaal in orde zijn en het eten heel goed is, zijn de eigenaren je ook op elk gewenst moment van dienst. Ze geven een warm welkom en denken mee om jouw verblijf en reis zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

I really enjoyed my stay at this riad . The staff was super friendly throughout our visit, always attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. One thing we truly appreciated was that they picked us up directly from the train station, which made our arrival so much easier. They also kindly gave us a very spacious room, which was a thoughtful gesture. The location is great too, especially being close to the train station, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place!

Walid (el dueño del riad) nos recibió a mi y a mi novia como a parte de su familia y estuvo pendiente de que nos faltará nada de principio a fin , nos hizo sentir como en casa. Las encargadas del desayuno y de limpiar fueron súper amables con nosotros y cualquier cosa que necesitábamos nos lo solucionaban , si necesitábamos lavar algo , plancharlo o calentar alguna comida nunca había un no por respuesta 🙌🏼 El riad estana bien ubicado , la habitación estaba impecable y tenía buena conexión WiFi y el desayuno que te incluye el alojamiento es estupendo , muchas gracias a todos del Riad Dourtina por tan acogedora estancia. 💯

Die Authenzität des Riads sowie die Gastfreundlichlekeits des Besitzers (Willy) und des Personals. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern aber trotzdem noch mit einem traditionellen Touch. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage war perfekt, um am Abend was trinken und essen zu gehen, da es sich im neuerem Viertel befindet. ABER wir empfehlen sehr direkt beim Riad zu essen - sie bereiten die Gerichte mit sehr viel Liebe! Willy hat uns tolle Attraktionen organisiert und witklich zu einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhätlnis. The room was stunning and HUGE! and had its own private terrace which was a lovely surprise. The bed was so comfortable, the best sleep we had during our stay. Well located to explore Marrakech new town, plenty of restaurants and shops a short walk away. Breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely, ample food. Please note the staff do not speak English (only French) but this was not a problem, we got by absolutely fine with Google Translate!

I was pleasantly surprised how well designed my suite was. In addition it was spacious, comfortable, and stocked with a variety of treats. The location is at the heart of downtown where the nightlife goes until 5am. The management was exceptional, going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Although the city is active my room was quiet! This is a hidden gem and I highly recommend it!

El hotel estaba en el barrio de Gueliz, está a unos 30-40 minutos caminando al centro, pero es un barrio más tranquilo que la medina, y tienes muchos restaurantes, McDonald's, tiendas tipo zara, centro comercial con Carrefour. La habitación era amplia y tenía de todo, minibar, TV con pantalla grande con Netflix y más aplicaciones, wifi funcionaba perfectamente, y lo mejor era el trato del personal como en casa, muy amables con todo, el desayuno muy casero lo hacían en el momento, tortilla, zumo, café, una especia de torta riquísima.

Riad situato in un’ottima posizione, nella parte nuova di Marrakesh, a circa 1 km dalla stazione centrale. La camera era molto spaziosa, con lounge con divani e TV separati dalla camera da letto, ma purtroppo il condizionatore non funzionava e tutto gli ambienti erano abbastanza freddi. Bagno abbastanza spartano. Buona la colazione.

The property was well located if you do not want to be in the busy area.
Cons: the facilities looked overall clean, however our bathroom needed some extra clean, and we stayed for a week and the lineen was not changed once. Breakfast was Marrocon style, the staff was nice but barely spoke English.

Le Riad est dans une rue calme , très jolie avec une terrasse. La chambre a un très grand lit ! Le gardien est adorable. Le petit déjeune est servi à 8h nous avons demandé d’être servi à 7h car nous prenions l’avion . Le gardien nous l’a servi en chambre c’était super gentil. Le service taxi du Riad est parfait et pas cher.

This stay was totally fine. Nothing exceptional, nothing terrible. Friendly and attentive staff, fine location in Gueliz. I just stayed for a night.
Cons: The room was a bit musty and needed some dehumidifying, so I honestly couldn't have stayed more because it just made me a little stuffy (I'm sensitive to this.)

Posizione ottima per visitare la città nuova, stanza ampia con entrata e salotto totalmente ristrutturata ad esclusione del bagno che meriterebbe della manutenzione. Correttezza della direzione che avendoci promesso una stanza al primo piano ma avendolo poi dimenticato, ci ha dato un upgrade al secondo piano a pari prezzo.
Cons: Ad inizio febbraio fa freddo, i sistemi di riscaldamento a pompa di calore se vecchi, sono estremamente rumorosi, impossibile tenerli attivi. Un ulteriore aspetto da considerare è che le colazioni nei riad , vengono servite all'esterno nelle terrazze. Dura mangiare a 7..10 gradi . Dovrebbero offrire soluzioni magari in strutture prossime ma al chiuso.

We booked at the last minute and found this modest yet clean and comfortable hotel. Located at a tiny alley in the new Medina. We were not expecting a lot since we only need a place to stay after our flight got delayed overnight. Although we were taken by surprise on how modern the room looked compared to the other Riads in the area. The staff of the hotel is very accommodating! He tried his very best to communicate with us even if it’s difficult for him to speak English. The room itself is amazingly comfortable and the water flow in the shower is just amazing! Breakfast is pretty basic and light. Overall, we’re really satisfied with our stay and will be happy to refer to friends and families! :)

I stayed at Riad Douirtna for three nights. It is located on a relatively quiet street away from the Marrakesh Medina, a little more than one kilometer from the Marrakesh Railway Station. I arrived late in the night, however the check-in process was smooth. I got a room on the 3rd floor and had to use the staircase to reach the floor. The room was clean, spacious & the bed was large. The room was equipped with a couch, a couple of bedside tables, a couple of chairs, an air conditioner & a wardrobe. The bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower area. But it was clean and hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap & amenities were available. Room service was available throughout the stay. Breakfast was also served on the same floor. It was a basic Moroccan breakfast, but adequate to survive the day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Riad Douirtna.
Cons: The upper floors were not accessible through an elevator, hence if you bring large luggage, it will be a tiresome activity to carry them upstairs.

The location is very central. You can just go by foot and experience so much! Also, as two young women, we were feeling very safe. There’s 24/7 helpful staff at the Riad, everyone is nice and the property is clean. We had the ground floor suite with the patio, it’s nice and private.

Приветливый персонал. Очень чисто, удобная кровать, большое теплое одеяло, просторный номер. Расположен в хорошем районе с отелями и магазинами. Не страшно гулять вечером. Можно пешком дойти до жд вокзала. Недалеко сады.
Cons: Номер на верхнем этаже окнами выходит на веранду с завтраком. Завтрак начинается в 8 утра, его слышно. Завтрак накрывается на веранде, но зимой в восемь утра на улице три градуса тепла, не очень комфортно. Завтрак скудный, но так везде. Не Европа)

Cons: Descriptif sur Booking devrait être remis à jour. Certains articles dans la suite ne sont pas présent. Mais bon rien de bien embêtant pr le séjour car le personnel est très réceptif aux demandes.

Located in Gueliz, good location if you want to explore the new town or you want to stay out of the chaos of the Medina. The room was well equipped and clean, and everything looked new and tastefully furnished. We arrived late at night and It wasn't a problem, staff was very polite and welcoming. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely, too. Highly recommend!

Escogimos el hotel en el centro de Gueliz ya que al día siguiente nos íbamos al aeropuerto. Relación calidad precio muy bien. Nos permitieron adelantar el desayuno debido a nuestro vuelo. Quiero destacar a la chica de recepción que fue muy amable, nos ayudó en todo y nos recomendó un restaurante por el barrio que se ajustase a lo que estábamos buscando

The location is close to everything that travellers would need, there’s a mini grocery, a food shop that serves tasty meals. Although quite far from the Medina and other tourist spot, you can easily grab taxis which would only cost you 20 Dirhams during the day. The Riad is beautifully decorated, it’s massive especially the living room. The bed is surely comfortable. Special mention to the kind lady who serves different kinds of Morrocan breads which were all tasty, although there is no other food to choose from, you would be definitely be leaving with full stomach ☺️. They also cleaned the room everyday which is a plus on our side. The receptionist upon arrival was welcoming enough, he also attended to our needs. He also stays right in front of the gate or someone else, I think it’s to make sure that no outsiders would enter the premises which made us feel safe. Though overall the location itself is safe, we were able to go back to the Riad at late night, plus you cannot hear the noises from the outside establishments. The staffs are all kind and welcoming, the same goes to the lady receptionist who has a very welcoming smile.
Cons: Although the bathroom looks cleaned, it smells bad (not from the gutter definitely) I just could not figure out where the smell comes from but I think if they would give it a good clean with bleach, this would make a difference I think. The small bin does not have plastic bag inside plus it does not open well so you have to open the lid manually. Both AC looks old and needs cleaning from the inside, both are noisy as well when turned on, although, we still managed to sleep well enough for each day’s activities. Carpets need more cleaning as well.
