Excellent, very large luxurious suite, available 2hrs before announced check-in. Tea and sweets on arrival, fruit and flowers in the room. Good breakfast served at the table,very good baguette. Very nice rooftop facilities we didnt have the chance to enjoy.

Cons: Compared to all the other places we stayed at during our trip to Morocco, it was very impersonal, lacking the “Moroccan” touch. Last minute we booked a New Year’s Eve dinner which was very nice but as impersonal and missing Moroccan touch as the rest. Breakfast at the beautiful rooftop bar would have made a huge difference but it was inside in the dining room with quarrelling staff in the background. Not the memorable stay I imagined. Inspite of the luxury no make up mirror with good lights in the bathroom. All easy fixes…

Ein wirklich wunderbares Riad: elegant, hell und modern. Schon beim Betreten empfängt einen ein angenehmer Duft, der sofort eine entspannte Atmosphäre schafft. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, die Betten unglaublich bequem und die große, elegante Dusche ein Highlight. Besonders gefallen haben mir auch die frischen Blumen im Zimmer – eine liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war lecker und ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Ich kann dieses Riad zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gern wieder!

Cons: -Both pools take forever to take your order (it was not busy) - Food poisoning, nothing to make up for it - Value for the Price is not ok Edit: Mohammed now contacted me multiple times on WhatsApp to change my review assistance the hotel is not a societ it with the Japanese restaurant with in the facility. Although the manager on the reception desk herself she promised the compensation we never received anything. Instead I have no Mohammed in my DM's messaging me if I could change my review quote: "as quick as possible" Dear Muhammad I will now tell you how manager of a hotel in this price category should handle this: - You should say that you are very sorry about what happened and offer me a compensation and ask if I could kindly revise my review. And not pushing me to do it. Your staff is very lazy, slow and can not handle Problems well.

The place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and modern, yet located in a charming historical area. The service and cleanliness were excellent, and the room was very spacious. Everything was lovely, and the staff were kind and helpful.

Cons: One minor downside is that the hotel entrance is about 20 meters from the main street where you park the car — but the staff kindly helped carry our luggage inside. The only other suggestion I’d make is to add a bidet in the bathroom. Overall, everything was excellent and exceeded expectations!

Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by Mohammed and served traditional Moroccan tea and sweet cakes. The hotel had arranged our transfer from the airport and the taxi driver was in the waiting area immediately as we walked out of the airport and before the very busy section where every other taxi was, so we had been relieved he was easy to find. The hotel is in an excellent location, we found if you turn left out of the hotel and then right, you enter the perfect street to lead you down into the medina. We were close to restaurants to have dinner at night and felt safe walking in the immediate area. Mohammed was extremely helpful, one night he walked us to a restaurant around the corner, he arranged taxis for us and arranged a pool day at another hotel. The breakfast was pleasant and served fruit, yogurt, traditional Moroccan pancakes and eggs cooked to your liking. The room was very clean and the temperature was to our liking. We liked being in town and being able to walk straight into the medina from the hotel.

Cons: The only thing we found disappointing was the lovely loungers on the rooftop did not get any direct sun when we were there in February. Whilst this is not the hotels fault, it meant we couldn’t come back to the hotel and sunbathe in the afternoons. We did however sit on the sofas in the sun on the rooftop and the staff didn’t seem to mind. We booked a pool day pass at one of the larger out of town hotels to get our sun fix. We were also surprised to realise the hotel did not serve any alcohol, this did not bother us too much but might be a disappointment for others.

Superb hotel with 6 rooms. In the style of a riad. A pool and hot tub on the ground floor and roof top bar (no alcohol) The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, shower pressure was low but acceptable. Restaurant is on the ground floor and seats 12 people. We had one evening meal and it was excellent. Although they do not sell alcohol you are permitted to bring your own and they will supply glasses , ice and pour for you. Breakfast was served in the same room. Lovely pastries, cheeses and cold meats eggs cooked to order. Excellent coffee. The staff are superb, they provide exceptional service. From Mr Mohammed the Manager to Mustafa the trainee, all are exceptional.

Fabulous location, beautifully clean and the staff were incredible. Mohammed was the perfect host and manager. We had a couples Hammam which was superb and to be recommended. Room quality was to a very high standard also, and despite the noise of the city, was silent and we slept well. Breakfast also to an excellent standard - pastries, preserves, eggs and pancakes.

Cons: We initially had a larger room, but ended up switching due to the limited privacy in the bathroom. While this might not be an issue for some couples, I didn’t feel entirely comfortable with it. Adding more privacy in the bathrooms of the larger rooms is something the hotel may want to consider.

It is a beautiful, modern luxurious take on a Moroccan Riad. The room was lovely, clean and had everything you would need. The staff were also really friendly and helpful in organising our excursions!

Cons: We wished the air con was a bit stronger in the room and that the pool and jacuzzi areas were heated, but these are minor comments really!

This stay over exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was great, the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was a perfect distance. We were able to walk to a lot of the locations we wanted to go. Coming from the US, id recommend this place. Cant wait to return.

La Brillante was a long time expected sunny breakaway in the middle of our winter. We came to have peace and comfort while enjoying the vibrant Marrakech. Spot on. We had a lovely time with a good level of comfort in this renovated riad. Nothing left from the traditional place expect the concept but it was very good. It offers functionalty and comfort: a great breakfast, a pool, a spa, a hammam, a restaurant, with flavory dishes and a bar. We have been wonderfully cocooned by Mariam, Kahoula, Youssef, and all the staff greatly orchestrated by Mohamed. Shukran. The location is ideal to stroll around the medina and great advice and support have been given to us to organise the tours we wanted. We had a wonderful Valentine's week. بارك الله فيك. La Brillante

Beautiful small luxury riad with an amazing suite to match. Perfect for our romantic getaway. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond for us and our needs. Helping us to source all the products which we wanted to buy from the room. The bath products and creams, rose water etc were amazing quality. Food was amazing and 5 star restaurant quality. The menu is small but perfectly executed with beautifully prepared food which was aethestically beautiful, tasted amazing and was locally sourced fresh produce. Probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in. The hammam and massage were second to none and really competitively priced.

Simply perfect. The staff were super welcoming,kind and helpful. Our suite "Le Blanche" was wonderful, spacious and the extra king size bed very comfortable. This new riad is welcoming, clean and there is a constant smell of fresh roses. The terrace is very relaxing and the spa is absolutely worth trying. I highly recommend this property. An oasis of peace and relaxation in busy Marrakech.

Everything was outstanding! The rooms were stunning and we had seperate sink areas which were great for getting ready. We opted to have lunch in the hotel rooftop and the food was delicious better than most of the restaurants we tried. The location was perfect and we were central to everthing. Everything was walking distance.

Cons: My only negative for this property is the swimming pool was freezing cold so unfortunatley we could not make use of it durign our stay. The team should invest in a heater so this can be used by guests as its located in the shade at the bottom of the Riad.

the riad is very modern without losing the Morocco touch. the staff is super friendly and the location is very convenient - next door tontge Bahia Palace and 5 minutes waking to the main square

O T T I M O Difetti nella struttura e nel servizio non ne abbiamo trovati. Ogni angolo è stato curato con attenzione nel particolare. Posizione ottima, vicino alle principali attrazioni ma avvolto nel silenzio. Quando si apre il portone d'ingresso sei avvolto da una luce paradisiaca. P ulizia perfetta, cordialità ineccepibile da parte di tutto lo staff "capitanato" da Mohammed, sorridente e capace, buoni i massaggi così come la colazione. Propongono anche tour e servizio navetta con mezzi e autisti di livello. Cena gourmet molto interessante con prodotti eccellenti. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati sotto ogni aspetto. Lo definirei un boutique hotel di lusso. Consiglio vivamente !!!!!

La Brillante is the perfect location to stay in Marrakesh. It’s not only super clean, it’s also very beautiful and peaceful. The pictures look quite cold but in reality it is the perfect combination of modern living and an oriental-spa decoration. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds super comfy. Breakfast was brilliant! Cocktails are awesome, too! The staff is very helpful, competent and lovingly friendly. In other riads that we stayed in, you heard the Muezzin crazily loud in the mornings, here we were lucky.

very clean, the staff was amazing and super helpful. The position is wonderful because a little out of the noisy part of Medina, but really in the city center.

Cons: nothing. the propoerty is amazing, a really amazing experience.

wonderful venue. very good design and everything so clean! staff was very open to help. breakfast was very very good and position is perfect. you have a nice view from the terrace.

Cons: airport transfer price offered by the hotel was suddenly changed one day prior to my arrival, costing 3 x than what was communicated when I confirmed the service. I finally have decided to go for normal taxi, paying 3 times less. There were no slipper, phone and tv in the room. Lighting buttons system a bit hard to understand in the room.
