Cet hôtel est idéalement situé, dans le quartier de santa cruz. Près des restaurants de tapas ou autres, où il faut arriver super tôt, sinon impossible de trouver une place pour manger. Heureusement, il y a une personne qui vient prendre votre voiture en charge car la rue est un peu étroite et l'entrée pour les voitures n'est pas évidente, mais c'est parfaitement faisable. Les personnes du service sont très agréables avec le sourire, et très serviables. Nous avons adoré

Da das Hotel mitten im Zentrum liegt, kann man zwischendurch einen kleinen Stopp einlegen und die wunderbare Roof-Terrasse mit Swimmingpool genießen. Auch Ideal für ein besonderes Abendessen inkl. toller Aussicht. Zum erwähnen auch das hervorragende Frühstück in Buffet-Form, wo es an nichts mangelt.

Lage Lage Lage! Besser geht es kaum - im schönen Bario Santa Cruz gelegen sind von diesem schönen Hotel aus die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen und man befindet sich mitten auf dem Spot für wundervolle Tapas Bars und vieles mehr. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Swimmingpool, den man auch Ende März bei perfektem Wetter sehr gut nutzen konnte. Das Zimmer war zwar eher schlicht, hatte aber ein sehr gutes Bett. Jederzeit wieder bei einem Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Stadt!

La chambre était spacieuse et agréable avec une très grande télévision, l'emplacement absolument parfait pour visiter la ville, le petit déjeuner présentait un très grand choix aussi bien salé que sucré, le hall d'accueil et les espaces communs sont magnifiques. le personnel à la réception est vraiment formidable, j'ai eu quelques petits problèmes personnels qu'ils m'ont aidé à résoudre avec gentillesse et efficacité. Si je retourne à Séville c'est ici que je séjournerai.

The location of the hotel (10 minute walk) from the cathedral in the centre of the old town in Seville was perfect. The breakfast was superb & the rooftop pool / bar area completely exceeded our expectations! Fantastic hotel in a very central location. Within easy walking distance of all the major parts to see of Seville. Check-in was really quick, the room was plenty big enough with a lovely balcony and very clean. The hotel had great roof terrace with a small pool, even in March we could enjoy the late afternoon sunshine. Breakfast here is so nice, plenty to choose from and excellent service. From the hotel there are plenty of little tapas bars and restaurants. All of the staff are a credit to the hotel, very helpful and friendly and answered all our questions with such a positive and helpful attitude. We would recommend this hotel and loved our stay here. Thank you to staff including Manuel on reception for amazing service.

The room was comfortable and kept clean everyday with everything we needed. It was good to have a fridge to use. The roof terrace was the special extra with amazing views over the rooftops where we could relax in late afternoon to soak up the sunshine after sightseeing. The buffet selection at breakfast was a lovely range of cereals, breads, cheese and ham if you like, fruit and cooked.
Cons: Nothing really. We did notice that the cleaners changed our towels everyday which wasn't necessary -- we left the towels hanging which mean there was no need to change them. A more comfortable chair in the room for my morning meditations would have been a nice extra but not essential.

Das Hotel erwartet den Besucher in bester Lage mit einer sehr schönen Lobby , welche den Gast ,durch Duftstoffe nach Sonne und Urlaub erwartet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar und es liegt direkt im jüdischen Viertel, der Altstadt. Das Frühstück für 19,-€ ist der Wahnsinn, alles was das Herz begehrt gibt es. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sehr großzügig geschnitten , mit allem Komfort. In den Betten, welche sehr groß sind fühlt man sich sehr wohl und kann gut schlafen. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen sehr großen Balkon und zur Begrüßung bzw. Dankeschön für die Buchung gibt es eine Flasche Cava auf Kosten des Hauses. Habe ich so auch noch nicht erlebt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um Sevilla zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, bieten alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und sind sehr sauber. Wer sich beim 5 * Frühstücksbuffet nicht zurückhalten konnte, kann sich auf dem Roof Top erholen und einige Runden im Swimming Pool drehen. Hervorzuheben ist vor allem aber auch das gesamte Personal. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft sucht seinesgleichen.

Fantastic hotel with helpful staff. Excellent clean and quiet room, with comfortable beds. Location is excellent within a short walk to all the main sites and numerous restaurants and bars. Would definitely return if come back to Seville. My only slight criticism would be that the coffee machines at breakfast were underwhelming and temperamental in the quality of brew that they produced.

Camere pulite e ben fatte. Un sentito apprezzamento alle addette alla pulizia delle camere, bravissime e gentilissime, da 5 stelle! La colazione abbondante, ma la qualità di certe cose andrebbe rivista, soprattutto nei dolci, come brioche ecc..., e le uova, tipo quelle fritte vengono lasciate all'aria su un piatto così si raffreddano, non proprio l'ideale, e quelle strapazzate non sono per niente buone. Ripeto, qualità media. Nota sicuramente positiva, la presenza apprezzatissima di jamon iberico, buono, e pane di tutti i tipi, anche quello molto buono. Ma può essere una buona idea fare colazione in giro nei localini all'aperto, se non amate le grandi colazioni continentali. Biancheria camera invece, soprattutto asciugamani e lenzuola, di buona qualità e letti molto molto comodi. Un suggerimento, siccome le camere sono dotate di televisioni molto grandi, ampliate magari l'offerta offrendo smart tv o quantomeno con netflix, sarebbe adatto al tipo di categoria di hitel e alle gigantesche televisioni messe nelle camere. Molto aporezzata la bottiglietta di acqua ogni giorno. I frigobar invece sono totalmente vuoti, forse anche quello potrebbe essere migliorato. Detto questo, ci si sta benissimo, hotel accogliente, ben tenuto e pulito, per cui lo consiglierei vivamente. La terrazza all'ultimo piano è bellissima e la vista merita. Di nuovo complimenti allo staff della reception e alle responsabili delle pulizie

Apesar destes problemas ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estadia no hotel

My biggest concern about the hotel is the AC ( or lack thereof in the winter months ) so we were there early March and no AC that’s only switched on in summer - thus should have been explained on the website or at the time of booking. Room hot . Open windows but was so noisy couldn’t sleep. Staff arranged fan for me and a bottle of bubbles to say sorry - offered to move me to another room but I didn’t see the point.

This hotel is perfectly situated so that you are nearby all the sights you’d like to see in this beautiful city of Sevilla. No car needed. No transportation at all if you’d like to remain in the heart of the city and take in all the little alleys and Plaza’s… and are will to walk a little. We especially appreciated being able to pull into a narrow area to park the car and unload our baggage and then let the hotel personnel take the car to the garage. Driving to the hotel on the narrow streets could be a bit nerve wracking for those that aren’t experienced in European cities. Our room was spotless and very clean and had a great comfortable bed with great pillows. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff members were super nice. The lobby/sitting area is exceptionally beautiful but since we were lucky and had great weather we especially enjoyed the top floor outdoor lounge. We will definitely return to this beautiful city.

Hotel Fernando III is an elegant, beautifully styled hotel, ideally situated in Old Town Seville. It is within asking distance of all the tourist attractions. The roof top pool and bar created a lovely space to relax. The rooms and public spaces were spotlessly clean.
Cons: The air con in our room was not working. We stayed in February so it wasn’t a big deal but our room was stuffy and air con was advertised as a facility.

The room was clean and comfortable with everything provided when needed and the bottle of sparkling wine in the middle of our stay was a lovely surprise! We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Hotel Fernando III and had a wonderful time. From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional. We stayed in a superior deluxe room, which was very spacious and there was plenty of room for both of us. We requested twin beds and the request was granted. The room included a free non-alcoholic mini bar, which was great as I don’t drink alcohol, and was useful given the nice weather we had during our stay. The provided toiletries in the room were excellent. Everything was provided, including the robe and slippers. Staff are fantastic. Always willing to help and provide information. They could not do enough. We loved the location of the hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the cathedral and set amongst the gorgeous winding streets of central Seville. Plenty of restaurants in the area and also easy to walk to most of the attractions. We only had breakfast at the hotel, although we did get some tapas one evening. Food was plentiful and lots of choice. We really liked it. We did also order some patatas bravas and croquettas one evening on the roof terrace, which was also very delicious, but they could have been a bit warmer. Still tasty. The roof terrace is my favourite part of the hotel. As the weather was great, we could sit out and enjoy views over the city. The pool area was busy but there were always beds available. We didn’t personally bother getting a bed as we were mostly out enjoying the wonders of Seville, but for relaxation we did enjoy just having a cold drink on the terrace and enjoying the views. Overall, an excellent stay and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of going to Seville.

The location and the rooftop are highlights. The location was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is in the old town meaning you are greeted by the romantic historic roads lined with orange trees as soon as you leave. It is also in the quieter part of the old town and perfectly situated between the Plaza de España and the Cathedral/Alcazar so both were easy to get to. Theres green space nearby for an evening stroll or run. On the street there were also great choices of food - the restaurant right in front has amazing food. The rooftop was also stunning with views of the cathedral and a nice aesthetic. It was so nice we made sure to go multiple times a day, whether it was sunbathing by the pool with an iced drink, or snacking in the night Staff are also extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were super clean and large. The breakfast was good with a good variety and there is a gym.
Cons: Would have been contender for one of the best hotels for a 4 star if it wasnt for the noise. The walls are thin and the door has a gap at the bottom meaning you can hear people next door and/or in the hallway. They surprised us with a free bottle of cava but we would have preferred a more peaceful night.

We have just returned from a two-night stay and unfortunately feel very disappointed with our overall experience. To begin with the positives, the rooms themselves were spotless and very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the breakfast offering was lovely with a good selection. That said, the quadruple room in particular could really benefit from additional mirrors, as this made getting ready quite difficult for a group. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to explain that our trip was for a bittersweet occasion following the passing of a dear friend. We were travelling as a group of ladies and had booked three rooms. The hotel replied to say they had taken note and would try to accommodate our request. Sadly, there was no acknowledgement of this at all during our stay — not even a small gesture. We weren’t expecting anything extravagant, just something that reflected the circumstances we had shared. More upsetting, however, was our experience at breakfast. On both mornings, we were questioned about whether we had breakfast included, despite this being clearly part of our booking. The staff member, David, was abrupt and came across as rude. When I calmly approached him to ask why he had spoken to us in that manner, he responded defensively and then proceeded to clear tables around us while banging crockery in a way that felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. For a hotel that prides itself on customer service, we felt far from welcome. In fact, at times we felt almost inferior rather than valued guests — despite booking three rooms. I have emailed the hotel directly about this and am still awaiting a response. I hope management will take this feedback seriously, as the experience did not reflect the standard we had been led to expect.

Modern renovation in 2012, blending historic architecture in the Santa Cruz neighborhood with contemporary amenities. Stayed four nights in Jan/Feb 2026. Ranked #1 out of six hotel on a three week European trip A lot of class and unexpected touches, eg; a complimentary bottle of bubbly in your room on arrival along with a bathrobe and slippers. The hotel is central and the rooms are fine! However, the service is on the poor side. We had to leave for the airport on the morning Seville marathon took place. I went to the reception a night before asking whether we should leave early, what' the situation with taxis etc. I was told - no problem at all, at 7.30 the receptionist will call you a taxi. When I showed up the next morning, another person told me there are no taxis available and no help whatsoever was provided. I was told to run to the main road and take my chances (?) As a result, we almost missed our flight. The hotel took no responsibility for this mess. My booking included breakfast which was not made clear when checking in. Instead, I was quoted the price for breakfast. Definitely not worth having dinner at the hotel - menu is very limited and we were served the wrong dish. So many great restaurants in Seville - I would particularly recomment Fatouch and Billy's Brunch (the latter for breakfast). Seville is fantastic and fortunately there are many other hotels where we could stay next time. Fernando III - not worth it.

Location is right where you want to be to visit the major historical and cultural sites in Sevilla. Every member of the staff is welcoming and friendly. They keep the place spotless. We loved the large lounge where we could relax and have a drink with the other couple traveling with us. They have a beautiful rooftop terrace with a pool and bar, but due to a major storm during our stay, it had to be closed.

Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food options. What stood out the most to us was the top notch customer service. Every staff member that we encountered was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. Seville is a wonderful city to explore and staying at the Hotel Fernando III made the experience so much better! We will be back.

Amazing hotel, really good service for our family. This hotel goes above and beyond in service and making us feel really welcome including our 2 year old daughter. Room was very spacious and generous amount of water provided. The balcony was very large. Even though the hotel is near the main road, the soundproofing was very good since we didn't hear much from outside. The location is amazing, being a short walk from the highest rated restaurants to the cathedral and royal Alcazar palace. Truly this hotel should be rated 5* since it's one of the highlights of Barrio Santa Cruz.

The price point was right, and while it’s a four-star hotel, I was specifically looking for five-star qualities and this hotel delivered where it matters most. My daughter and I arrived by car after driving from Portugal, and navigating Seville’s historic streets can be tricky. The team immediately put us at ease. Sergio, the valet, handled the car seamlessly and, along the way, pointed out landmarks and historical sites turning our arrival into a warm, welcoming introduction to the city. Check-in was smooth and gracious. Virginia, who checked me in, was wonderful. When I mentioned I was hoping for a room with more of an exterior feel, the team accommodated me without hesitation. The room we moved to was beautiful, with a wraparound terrace that truly elevated our stay. While it’s a four-star hotel, it offers the kind of comfort, ease, and attention to detail you typically associate with a five-star stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Under the leadership of Jesús, the Director, the staff consistently went above and beyond. I want to recognize Minerva, Alejandro, Salvador, Celia, and Raquel for their warmth and attentiveness even noticing that it was my birthday and marking the occasion in a thoughtful way. The location is exceptional right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance to major sights. The breakfast offering is also outstanding more like a full brunch buffet than a standard hotel breakfast and absolutely worth it. Hotel Fernando III is polished yet warm, professional yet personal. If you’re deciding between a four-star and a five-star hotel in Seville, this one truly stands out. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it.

La habitación excelente, las camas muy comodas, amplias y con muy buenos colchones que aseguran un buen descanso. La ubicación es genial, caminando a todos lados sin problemas. Nos resultó muy grato llegar de los paseos diarios y encontrar que habían repuesto el agua, el té y el café (Nespresso) en la habitación, se agradecen esos detalles que dan ganas de volver.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights over last weekend. Great location, 5 minute walk to Cathedral and Palace, also lots of great restaurants nearby. We had breakfast at the hotel one day, it was lovely and great choice of food. We spent time on the roof terrace which was lovely. The sun was out but it was a little cool to get in the pool, although in the summer this would be a great space to relax. We had a room on the fourth floor, it was a great space, very clean and house keeping was excellent. It was my partners birthday, I sent a cheeky email to the hotel prior to arrival, on the day they sent up a bottles of bubbles, very generous treat. If I return to Seville I will stay at this hotel again, without doubt.

Cons: Unser geräumiges Zimmer war trotz zentralster Lage sehr ruhig betreffend Lärm aus der Stadt. Leider jedoch auffallende Hellhörigkeit gegenüber dem Gang, so dass Schritte und Gespräch sehr deutlich zu hören waren. Das Zimmer befand sich im dritten Stock leider direkt unter der Bar auf der Dachterasse (4.Stock) und damit gut hörbares Rücken der Stühle bis Mitternacht (dann schliesst die Bar).

Location is great. Further, all of the more junior team (not necessarily in terms of age) are exceptionally good and proactively helpful.
Cons: Some of the higher level team members are less than helpful. No information in rooms, no phones to call reception in rooms. No details of timings and changes in use/ opening times about various parts of the hotel.

Brilliant breakfast in a lovely location. It was a little too cold for us to use the rooftop but it looked incredible! Rooms were really comfortable and staff were super helpful and friendly.

Cons: Frühstücksraum 5/10 (laut und ungemütlich). Großes Manko des Hotels ist die Hellhörigkeit. Wir hatten zuerst Zimmer 304, dort hört man sehr viel vom Flur, da das Zimmer direkt an Aufzug / Treppe liegt und der Flur mit massiven Fliesen ausgelegt ist. Trittschallschiutz würde des Hotel nochmals enorm aufwerten.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, comodissima per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni più importanti e interessanti della città. Nonostante la centralità, è un ambiente tranquillo, molto pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio. Il personale è sempre stato gentile, sorridente e disponibile ad aiutare, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Molto comodo anche il servizio di deposito bagagli. Ottima la colazione, davvero abbondante e ben organizzata, capace di soddisfare tutti i gusti, sia dolci. Molto apprezzata la presenza in camera della macchina per il caffè e del bollitore, così come il gesto graditissimo di trovare ogni giorno due bottigliette di acqua gratuite in camera. Tra i punti di forza dell’hotel merita una menzione speciale anche il rooftop molto ampio, con una splendida vista sulla città, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite. La piscina è un valore aggiunto davvero apprezzato, soprattutto nelle giornate più calde, e contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e completo. In conclusione, un soggiorno davvero piacevole: hotel consigliatissimo per posizione, comfort e qualità del servizio. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Cons: Vorrei aggiungere solo alcuni piccoli suggerimenti, che non vogliono assolutamente essere critiche, perché l’hotel è davvero di ottimo livello: • sarebbe utile avere un appendiabiti in camera per giacche e cappotti; • una mensola in bagno su cui appoggiare i propri prodotti personali; • la scatola dei fazzoletti, ormai presente nella maggior parte degli hotel; • considerando anche l’attenzione al risparmio e alla sostenibilità, sarebbe preferibile l’utilizzo di dispenser per shampoo, sapone, bagnodoccia e conditioner anziché i flaconcini monouso.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. We had a lovely room, reasonably quiet overlooking side street and very comfortable beds. Location was perfect to walk to all major sights.
Cons: It didn't have operational air-conditioning even though stated on website. Hotel rooms need air-con all year round.

A marvelous hotel right in the middle of the historic center of Sevilla. Location is amazing, very clean (the cleaning staff very well done), tasty and varied breakfast. Spacious room, simple but comfortable. Most of the stuff members are helpful and friendly.
Cons: Even though I prefer no carpet floors, this time it was a disadvantage, because the noise travels fast and loud from one room to another.

The location is the best. a 5 minutes walk you will be at the Seville Cathedral. The breakfast were good, with many choices, big breakfast room and efficient services. We were there for 5 nights, the hotel even sent us a bottle of champagne on the night before we check out.
Cons: The service was good, but I found the air circulation was a bit harder to control, especially when we returned back to the room. We opened the balcony and slowly got the temperature & air circulation back to our preferences.

Location was extremely convenient - within walking distance of major attractions and the pedestrianised Santa Cruz quarter, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Every member of staff was extremely vigilant and helpful. Outstanding choice for breakfast. The buffet was amazing, very accessible and well organised.
Cons: Not an issue but just a point of information. There were many nearby restaurants but the hotel's own lunch and dinner menus were somewhat limited.

The gym does not have that great of hours, but provided main needed equipment which was good when I was able to get there. It was a huge bed and was comfortable, though more firm than I'd like. A very spacious room, with fridges.
Cons: The breakfast looked great, but overpriced and staff weren't nice. Also had a Christmas dinner there and was definitely made to feel like a hindrance for asking about the menu and for things like salt. The parking is a weird situation that can leave you stuck for a while. It suits needs, but the rooftop was closed all but a few hours of one day I was there out of 5. Was rather disappointing on that front.

Cons: Ich war in allen drei IMG Hotels in Sevilla. Fernando, Alfonso und posada del Lucero. Das Fernando hatte, vielleicht auch aufgrund er Größe, das schlechteste Frühstück. Das Frühstück war immer noch gut aber eben sehr nüchtern. Generell ist dieses Hotel nüchterner als die anderen beiden. Es fehlt so ein bisschen an den kleinen Details, die man in den anderen beiden hotels findet. Zudem, eine Sache, die mich wirklich gestört hat, zwei Personen des personals waren wirklich überhaupt nicht freundlich. Und das haben wir alle vier Gäste über mehrere Tage so empfunden. Ich nenne meine Namen, aber das ist sehr schade, weil es den Gesamteindruck von einer 9/10 auf eine 6-7 runtergezogen hat.

Fernando III is a very good hotel in Santa Cruz, Seville. It is easy walking distance to most of the main sites of the city and many restaurants. The rooms we had were spacious, with plenty of storage space and a small balcony. They were clean and brightly lit. Free bottled water was provided. What was disappointing about the rooms was the very hard beds, lack of tissues, air conditioning that seemed to have little effect on the temperature in the room, and tiny bars of soap. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, with a wide choice of cereals, fresh hot and cold food and drinks. Staff at reception were friendly, with one receptionist being particularly helpful in suggesting where to visit, although another receptionist was less helpful and just gave us a list of tours. There is a large lounge area downstairs and a surprisingly large roof top terrace with plenty of seating, a pool and a bar.
