1. Breakfast: many options, including several healthy ones. We chose the hotel based on the breakfast and it exceeded expectations. 2. Personnel: very kind and efficient; the reception, the staff at breakfast, the room service. 3. Proximity to the centre: downtown, next to Gran via and above all, close to top museums (Prado, Thyssen, Naval, Reina Sophia). 4. Service speed: clothes washed and ironed within the day. Summary: everything works around the clock. It seems the management has done a great work in organization.

Frisches Obst.Selbst Matcha Pulver fĂŒr Matcha latte war vorhanden. Es wurden kontinuierlich Speisen nachgebracht, sobald etwas vergriffen war.

Cons: The room was a bit small and no view even though they upgraded me to a junior suite the room was nice and the bathroom was nice as well but the size of the room so small I couldn't even place my suitcase on the floor (open). Also no much sunlight and dull. Apart from that the room/bed was comfortable

The hotel location was good
Cons: The hotel charged me double the amount and booked two rooms under my name. When the hotel staff called me I explained her that I need one room only and requested her to cancel other room. She didn't cancel my room and hotel charged me double the amount. After explaining that to the booking manager of the hotel they still refused to refund me for another room. Due to incompetent staff my all holidays were ruined.

The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast was exceptionally good (one of the best I've had in Europe). The facilities were generally modern and clean and the staff helpful.
Cons: I stayed in one of their "best" rooms (a penthouse with a terrace). Honestly it was kind of a letdown. The room was very long and narrow with the only light being from a patio door on one end going out to the terrace. The small private terrace was fully surrounded by walls. Even though I was on the top floor, it felt like I was in the basement. The shape of the room also made it feel pretty cramped.

De vriendelijkheid en de service die door het personeel geleverd werd, was boven alle verwachting! En alles in het hotel werd door het personeel met een glimlach van oor tot oor gedaan. De dame in de ontbijtzaal onthoudt al na 1x waar je het liefste zit, erg knap met zoveel gasten. En het ontbijtbuffet is van een andere orde, hemels is de juiste omschrijving. Verder ligt het hotel op een super goede locatie midden in de stad en is er een Parking op val afstand van het hotel waar je ook nog eens korting op krijgt(Sevilla Parking). Alles in de stad is ook echt op loopafstand. De kamers zijn erg volledig ingericht, aan alles is gedacht, van de standaard zaken tot aan bijvoorbeeld een stijltang en een Dyson föhn in de badkamer en een dream spray voor je kussen. Rolluiken om de kamer heerlijk donker te maken. En zo ongelofelijk schoon overal!! Echt een pluim voor de dames en heren van de schoonmaak. Wij komen zeker terug!

I travel frequently to Madrid, Regina hotel is so far one the best hotels I have stayed. Very central and easy access to anywhere you may need either Grand via and sole or Serrano and other side of the city. Very clean and comfortable. The staff are super nice and welcoming. Definitely will back there.

I stayed in hotel for four nights. The location is just perfect. You will have an access to the many restaurants, shopping area, bars.Size of room was convenient . You could find everything for breakfast . The girls in the restaurants were amazing.if you want to have a hassle free trip, then choose Regina.lovely place, friendly staffs and an excellent location. I want to add Rafi in the list for all his endless efforts in the breakfast hall. Gracias a todas!

De kamer en het ontbijt waren boven verwachting. De locatie van het hotel is heel centraal en op wandelafstand van alle toeristische trekpleisters. Indien we terug naar Madrid zouden reizen dan zouden we dit opnieuw boeken.

It was one of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was very quiet at night, the bed and pillows comfortable and it was possible to adjust the room temperature to a perfect level. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were lovely, helpful and kind.

Cons: The bathroom didnât appear to be cleaned properly when I first arrived (small stain and hair). But they sent someone up to clean it once more the second I asked them to. Also the walls are paper thin so unfortunately I could hear everything happening outside my room from construction to people loading and unloading suitcases, it woke me up a couple of times. Plus the hotel is quite pricey for a 4 star hotel. Truly though these are minor things, I still think the hotel was absolutely lovely and I loved staying in it.

Tussen de 15 en 20 hotels al gehad in Madrid op vele jaren, dit is duidelijk Ă©Ă©n van de allerbeste. Een 4* hotel met zeer zeker 5* allures. Een erg mooie ligging vlak in het centrum, heel mooi ingerichte kamers, heel vriendelijke medewerkers (van het onthaal tot in de ontbijtruimte), een zeer riant ontbijtbuffet. Erg mooi. Ik neem aan/hoop dat de kamers aan de straatkant, op zich dus diegene met het mooie zicht, voldoende (geluids)geĂŻsoleerd zijn.
Cons: De kamers op zich waren stil, maar ik werd om 4u15 wakker gemaakt door luidruchtige 'medegasten' die terugkwamen. Het hangt dus van het beschavingsniveau van hen af of je nachtrust totaal ongestoord verloopt...

The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect. I really loved staying here and the free upgrade was a nice surprise and very much appreciated. The ability to make your room completely dark with the electric blinds and smart console next to my bed at the push of a button was one of the coolest features I've seen at a hotel. This was especially great for dealing with the next days jet lag. And finally the buffet was just as great as everyone is saying. It made my trip so much easier being able to start my day without having to find someplace to eat each morning.
Cons: The only caveat I had was the bed which was very firm. It would probably be best for a back sleeper but it was really hard to get comfortable for a side sleeper like myself.

The staff were incredibly hospitable, warm and friendly. I was upgraded and my room was cosy and my bed was huge. The hotel was in the perfect location with all the key sights 10-15minutes distance. Breakfast was nice with fresh orange juice, green juice and lovely coffee selection. The gym was a great and I would have used it if I was there longer and had my kit. I, Iâm glad I chose this hotel.
Cons: There are a few things I would recommend that could be improvedâ 1. I had a great big lovely tv in my room but for tourists, it is completely useless as you can only watch Spanish tv. I would have liked to have been able to rest and watch some Netflix or YouTube. 2. The walls are thin so you can hear pretty much everything. Housekeeping would come really early at 7am and because the walls are so thin, it was so so loud. I could also hear my neighbours moving around and closing doors. I didnât have a good night sleep once. 3. The reception/lounge area is so small so there isnât anywhere you can sit and relax when you come to the hotel, so you have to go back to your room. The room doesnât have windows looking out so I felt like I was in a bit of a cave. My final thing is related to my overall stay not the hotel. I unfortunately experienced Racism while in Madrid and want to warn my fellow POC to be safe. In the area of Pasadizo de San GinĂ©s, I was stopped, surrounded, physically restrained, and searched by police officers who incorrectly suspected me of being involved in a group of pickpockets operating nearby. At all times, I was calm and fully cooperative. I immediately presented valid British identification and attempted to explain that I was a solo tourist with no association whatsoever with the other individuals detained. At the time the officers approached me, I was recording a video of the surrounding buildings. I was grabbed without warning and forced to empty my belongings onto the ground. Despite providing valid identification, officers questioned and refused to accept my British nationality, which I found deeply disturbing and discriminatory. In particular, the conduct of one female officer was excessively aggressive and unprofessional. She attempted to pin me against a wall and tried to search my bag and subject me to an invasive personal search. Her behaviour made me feel frightened, humiliated, and powerless.
