Convenient location, nice and clean rooms. We also ate at the hotel restaurant โฆ it has such a lovely outdoor area that we can sit there all day!
Cons: We were hoping to try the spas. It is really nice that the hotel offers a free 30-minute spa session; however, its operation time makes it hard to fit in a regular touristโs schedule. Also, exercise room is not open 24/7

We checked in the 3rd floor room first but there was some noise issues and when we told it to the reception, they took immediate action and moved us to the 6th floor room, which was much more silent, but seemed bit older than the other room at the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor's room was sparkling clean, quite new, shower was amazingly good and housekeepers cleaned our room every day in a very professional way. I can not tell all these things I wrote for the room at the 6th floor. Even though the hotel is located at the very central location in the city, rooms are very quite and the comfort of the beds are top notch. We have used the SPA of the hotel several times and we are quite satisfied. The masseur lady, Nuria, is amazingly professional and she managed to take off whole my back pain with her magical hands. Strongly recommend her. We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and that worth every penny.
Cons: Our second room at the the 6th floor seemed bit old and not as fresh as the one at the 3rd floor. Bathroom parts were falling off and it was not so clean. I know hotel has been built quite newly and at the same time, and I dont know why one room look older, while the other is totally fresh and new.

Cons: - Limited cupboard space - It would have been great if the spa facilities opened earlier in the day. By 10am (when it opened) we would already be out for the day, so didn't get to use those facilities at all - We would have appreciated more bottled water in the room (we received 1 x 500ml a day).

Cons: compares to past times a few things we like less and less: - water in the shower already for two times less and less steady, very hot or very cold, difficult to mix -not enough drinking water in the room - this is now standard to have for free in all 4 stars hotel, yet we have only a small bottle -not great vegetarian choice in the menu -very bad that he gym opens at 9 - this is way too late for exercising before work. -also not great having to go and get the robe for the spa down, then come up and then go down again when the appointment is booked. It should be already in the room

The reception is wide and welcoming. The staff are plentiful and helpful (seriously, they have a LOT of staff - you'll never be left waiting). The rooms are large. The beds have loads of cushions, and the mattresses are semi-firm. The location is excellent (mid-way on Diagonal and close to Passeig de Grร cia too). It's got a gym and a spa, but book early since they like to keep numbers low. The coffee shop/restaurant downstairs is excellent, and the co-working desks are a nice addition for the business traveller looking to get some work done after check-out and before travelling to the airport to catch their flight.
Cons: A couple of issues that seemed incongruous with a hotel of this quality. Firstly, the windows wouldn't open, which is very odd for any hotel. This wouldn't have been a huge issue if the air conditioning system were easier to manage (I could set the temperature, but the ventilation was very poor). Lastly, the hallway carpets were constantly covered in debris and fluff from people walking through (I wonder if the colour they chose simply highlights dirt more than usual). But these are all minor quibbles - I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back.

Everything!! Gorgeous hotel Amazing beautiful and huge room! Modern and beautiful design all over. Location is great in the best area in Barcelona id say and walking distance from everything. Breakfast was great too Stuff was very nice and accommodating especially Paola from the reception. Room service was very nice too - i recommend the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes. There was a spa in the hotel too which is amazing addition!
Cons: You cant open the window in your room - but i had nice city view and it wasnโt too bad You canโt watch Netflix or other streaming services. Its not a smart TV so you canโt use any of the common apps - just their own channels which are mainly in Spanish and no English subtitles. For the last night i wanted to chill with Netflix and room service and this part was missing.

Cons: First of all, the staff at the reception were not friendly at all. During check-in we had a few questions, but the responses we received felt dismissive, as if we were supposed to figure everything out ourselves. Another surprise was that we had to make a reservation for the gym. I made a reservation, but when I arrived the gym was already full of people and there seemed to be no control over the number of guests inside. Be prepared for a very small and crowded gym even if you reserve a time slot. The spa is open from 10:00 to 20:00, but guests are only allowed to stay for 30 minutes, which is quite confusing and difficult to understand. In the morning, the girl welcoming guests and checking the room numbers was very rude. We asked for a cup of coffee to take to the room, but the coffee was prepared in a regular cup meant to be consumed at the bar. When I asked for help to take it with me, she said that I would need to pay for room service. However, the mistake was on their side, since they had prepared the coffee in the wrong type of cup instead of a takeaway cup. In the end, the only positives were the room and the location. The hotel itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the staff were not professional.

Cons: - my room was freezing and increasing the temperature did not make any difference. The air con temperature seemed set as i could not make the room any warmer. I should be able to control the temperature in the room. - they take a 150 euro deposit and I was told by a staff member that it will take a few days to get it back. This is ridiculous. - reception staff not friendly or warm. Very transactional. Did not ask how my journey was etc. - I checked out today (6th March) and the person who checked me out did not even ask how my stay was. This lack of curiosity about customer experience speaks volumes. - small room

Une fuite d'eau de l'รฉtage supรฉrieur, l'eau coulait abondamment sur nous quand on รฉtait au bar en train de boire un verre. L'accรจs au spa 30 min/jour, c'est bien mais 45 minutes auraient ete mieux car 30 minutes รงa passe trรจs vite. Les portes de l'entrรฉe s'ouvrent en grand et quand vous รชtes au petit dรฉjeuner vous sentez le froid rentrer, pas de SAS.

The location of this hotel is great. Itโs super central and you can reach the bus, train and even some of the must-seen sightseeing places. The rooms was spacious and very clean. The hotel lobby with the huge book shelves are an amazing sight to see when walking into the hotel. I stayed during my birthday and received champagne and cheesecake!

Great location, walking distance to most attractions, bars, restaurants, shopping. Comfortable beds, clean room, good views. There is a beautiful hall area where you can relax, read a book, have cup of coffee. There is a spa and swimming pool that we didnโt have time to use, you get 30min free if not mistaken. Was a bit challenging to book a taxi but their friendly staff was there to help. Oh and welcome and good bye complimentary sparkling wine ( delicious!)

Definitely staying here on our next return trip. Bed was so comfortable. The free spa was amazing. My husband and I both had wonderful massages. The restaurant was open late enough for last minute meals. I believe this is one of the best hotels in the district.
Cons: The room had a funky smell. We left the window open while we were out. The water in bathroom sink came out in dribbles, and we called down to have the drain plunged because the sink wasn't draining; they came right away.

Gorgeous rooms, lovely staff on reception, would bring extra fresh water to the room , always greeted you when entering the building. Very friendly. The lobby and bar area and bar staff were amazing. Good value for money drinks for the city centre. Excellent location.
Cons: Breakfast/restaurant area has very strange seating. My husband who is tall found it difficult to sit on the very low chairs One lady inparticular working on the breakfast reception was quite rude. Big queues for one working coffee machine for the whole hotel and queue for omelette as one chef making them but was always pre occupied with other things.

we absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this hotel, i did not think that was ever possible. From the moment we checked in til the moment we checked out we were seen and attended to always. The room's AC was absolutely amazing feeling especially walking around in the September heat. When we got to our room we got a welcome chocolate, and free champagne with a card that welcomed us to the hotel which is such a nice personal touch. They also gave us a welcome free drink card to use at the hotel bar but it was only beer, soda and wine all of which we dont drink so it would've been nice to have it for a cocktail. The doormen were so nice also. The hotel always smelled good and felt cold. I truly would recommend anyone to stay here

They have sn excellent buffet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice modern hotel plus very clean with nice amenities. Location central to many of the sites. Easy walk to La Sagrada and walkable to Park Guell. Also nice location for using the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel in a very good location. I was welcomed by Fatima. She was kind and professional. She showed me my room. The breakfast was delicious. I love the dining room, the reception area, the champagne and the fresh zesty water on arrival, the live music, the navy blue corridor. The entrance is stunning. My room 301 had a nice court view. It was quiet. The room is well designed. There is a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, complementary water and a safe. In the bathroom there are toothbrushes and toothpaste and a hand cream. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Moreover there is a small gym and free access to the spa. I used the spa every day. Finally I had a deep tissue Massage for two hours provided by Maurice. He was great. I felt so relaxed after the treatment. I had a really good night sleep on that day. Thank you so much Maurice. I came stressed in the hotel and left very relaxed and happy after three days. I am still feeling very relaxed. I think the price of the stay is reasonable for this type of hotel.
Cons: The TV kept losing signal. But I could still watch TV. I did not use it a lot. One of the showerheads was moulded (a bit of anti-mould spray would have removed that mould in 10 minutes I think). I used the second showerhead. The power of the shower was not impressive, just normal. The bath was standard. There was a noise from the heating system while I slept on the first night. I switched it off and it was fine. They have a duvet if it is too cold at night as well. These three tiny issues did not spoil my stay. I had a great holiday.

Also, we had to extend our stay by a day and the hotel was able to accommodate us. I really appreciate that. Cons: Staff in general is very helpful. However, in one instance they've mixed up our taxi requirements and ordered a normal taxi instead of a people carrier (6 seaters) on our check-out day. We almost missed our train service to Girona because of that.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. We really enjoyed our stay: the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, well thought and clean. We liked the breakfast line: the variety was not huge but the food was tasty and made of good ingredients. Also, the hotel staff prepared a special surprise for us and we were very touched by it.

The staff were professional and friendly and the hotel is stunning. The restaurant recommendations from reception were perfect. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, we had a free upgrade to a Seventy room. We enjoyed the Spa facilities twice during our stay. I loved the breakfast selection and the bar with live music in the evenings. The hotel is perfectly located so we were able to walk everywhere. It's the little things that make the difference and I felt that the staff throughout went above and beyond.
Cons: On collecting our luggage on the final day, we had to go in the luggage room to assist security on locating all of our bags. I think a better system needs to be implemented.

Stayed at Hotel Seventy Barcelona (4-star) in December 2025. We booked a two single-bed room but were assigned an accessible room with no natural light, without being informed or given a choice. I have no issue with accessible rooms, but guests should be told in advance. On another day, we returned at 4:30 pm to find the room not cleaned, despite being out all day. We were then asked if we wanted cleaning at that time, which was inconvenient. The response when questioned was dismissive. Unacceptable communication and service for a 4-star hotel.

Cons: 1. We booked a room with spa access, but it turned out that you only get 30 minutes in the spa. Why wasnโt this written anywhere before booking the room? 2. The hotel staff were quite straightforward and rude. When I was trying to get breakfast, they clearly showed with their emotions that they were bothered by the presence of guests. 3. When we checked in, they had no clear understanding about the tourist fee, and when we checked out they asked to pay this tourist fee again. It felt that the staff was a bit underqualified 4. There is a lot of light in the room at night โ for example, blue light bulbs next to the bed, and the shutters were slightly broken. If you are sensitive to light while sleeping and need complete darkness, itโs better to bring a sleep mask. 5. Breakfast and coffee were bad. Waste of money

Amazing experience all through during my stay here for 3 nights. Very responsive & friendly staff, fabulous bar & extremely good house keeping. Rooms were neat & clean, big TV screen & soft beds were highlight of the room. Hotel is very close to Diagnal square & easily accessible to Metro. Sagrada Familia is about 15 mins walk from hotel. Overall a very pleasant experience, would love to come back to this hotel. Thank you Seventy Barcelono for making my Spain trip a memorable one

Cons: The water block in the shower was disappointing. Breakfast however was very basic, and when it was about to be 10:30am, every guest got a reminder "We finish in 5 mins", I heard complains about this as well. It could be done in a better way indeed.

Cons: The room we booked was meant to have a bath. They did offer to change us after the first night but we were out of town so decided to stay in the room we had. The doors slam so when people left early we were woken up. Very minor issues and the staff and comfort more than made up for it.

The breakfast spread is excellent with freshly squeezed fruit juices and eggs made to my preference. I love the balcony outside my room and all the fancy switches controlling the blinds and lights. Location is good as it is sightly off the main Passag de Gracia road. The bed linen and pillows more than meet my expectations. I have been in love with this unique and charming hotel since last I stayed in it in 2023.
Cons: The plugs near the bedside table is not up to date .. My phone uses the C-type cable and it is still in USB mode. There is a problem with the shampoo dispensar. Could not squeeze shampoo etc comfortably.

The majority of the staff is very friendly & helpful. The location is good if you ok walking and want to be away from the noise, room was spotless. We had an early departure and although our rate included breakfast we were not permitted to have a bag to take a croissant to go 8 minutes before the breakfast buffet started which was disappointing. Front desk staff also talked about us in Spanish assuming we did not understand. Very small things however there are many hotels to choose from in Barcelona so we will try somewhere else next time.

The bed (Sixth floor room) was so comfy. I liked the Bluetooth connectivity and piping your own music through the room. The shower was good and reasonably powerful. Staff were friendly and helpful. I used the spa facility each day which was very nice, never overcrowded and very relaxing. It would have been nice if it had opened earlier. I thought the breakfast was very good, a good choice of food and a pleasant environment to sit. I contacted the hotel in advance of my stay to check that my room would be made as a twin. The reply was off putting and unhelpful, a follow up email was ignored. On arrival the room was a twin and I had no problem. This is the only reason for 4 star reviews as apposed to 5 as it slightly spoilt the run up to my stay. Hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I would recommend and I would definitely choose to stay again.

Seventy Barcelona is in a great location - close to the most prominent tourist sites, while still being out of the fray. The fact that it is located in the Gracia neighborhood, which is a delight, is an even greater selling point. The hotel itself has all the amenities you would expect of a hotel of its class. We didn't make use of the pool area (it was winter), but it had good common areas, and the hotel is generally light and airy. The rooms are absolutely fine - nothing particularly noteworthy in either regard. I feel like the hotel, while reasonably new, is getting a little tattered if you look closely enough, and our room could have benefitted from more refreshing, but it was generally clean and comfortable. The staff were reasonably friendly when approached for assistance, but I would not classify them as going out of their way to help. The only major disappointment was the hotel breakfast. Our experience at most European hotels is that the breakfast is usually great - a diverse and healthy mix to get you through most of the day. 23 Euros for a humdrum buffet with Nespresso pod coffee is not it. (Thankfully, we only got breakfast at the hotel one day due to an early start but do yourself a favor and get a GREAT breakfast and coffee any number of places within 5 minutes from the hotel.)

Lovely ambience and entrance to the hotel, while the staff were all very friendly and happy to help. The whole hotel was beautiful and was provided an upgraded, which was hugely appreciated! The room was very nice, with a lovely bathroom area. The spa was really nice, with some great facilities.
Cons: The only slight downside was the room smelled like there may have been some dampness but this did not distract us from our visit. Lovely hotel, nonetheless.

breakfast was really good and bed were really comfy. I loved the complementary glass of wine in the afternoon and the atmosphere in general. Young and dynamic not like those boring hotels. Got a full body massage at their spa and it was incredibly good.
Cons: There was some smell in the bathroom, some natural perfume would make a difference. Couldn't open any of the 3 windows so couldn't make natural air circulate.

I honestly donโt understand how this place can call itself a 4-star hotel. The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent โ more of a trickle than a stream. Breakfast was another disappointment: cold scrambled eggs, cold bacon, and overall very little care put into it. What really annoyed me was the so-called โspa area.โ Guests are only allowed to use it for 30 minutes per day, and nowhere on the website is that mentioned! Thatโs completely misleading, especially for the price they charge. This hotel is nowhere near 4-star standard. Totally not worth the money โ I would not recommend it to anyone.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The location is spot on, the churrio place opposite and La Pepita were pure gems. The locals also went there so we knew it was a good place. I loved how friendly staff were, the rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping were lovely. I liked going to bar for pre-drinks before dinner reservations. There is live muscians which created a lovely atmosphere.
Cons: We had the standard double room, we didn't have a luggage rack or space to have two suitcases open which was a pain but not a major inconvenience. I wish there was more time to use th indoor swimming pool and sauna as 30 mins seemed to little. Our bed was a double but in reality it was two single beds together and you could feel the split which was uncomfortable.

We were recommended this Hotel by friends and it didn't disappoint. We booked the terrace suit which was very large on the bottom floor. The service by the entire staff was exceptional. Great lounging area's. Nice hip bar. Breakfast was buffet with an omelet bar. Champagne included fe 23 euro. Close to everything. The hotel is decorated contemporary. 75" TV with mirroring to your phone or laptop and phone. Free wifi. A/C is unnoticeable. BIDET type toilet with heated stream.

Frรถhlich ging ich morgens zum schwimmen bis ich ins pool steigen wollte . Eiswasser!! Nach eigenen angaben 16 grad kalt. Es war nicht mรถglich reinzugehen. Ab ins indoor Pool... weit gefehlt! Dort ist schwimmen nicht erlaubt. Nach mehrmaligen nachfragen ob das immer so kalt ist wurde nur mit dem schulter gezuckt. Fรผr mich als begeisterte schwimmer sehr sehr enttรคuschend.

A colleague and I started at the hotel for a business trip. We arrived a couple of days ahead of our work appointments and have nothing but praise for the facilities, staff and hospitality. On the first we enjoyed the catch if the day, wish was drained to perfection. We were late for our original reservation of 9pm due to a delayed fight but we were still accommodated and made to feel welcome. On arrival the receptionist asked if we wanted to attend a free masterclass for making sangria which we reserved. After a day or in town we returned 5 minutes after the masterclass started yet still received a call in our room to ask us to join which we did. Alberto, who took the roclass was amazing and walked is through everything and have us way more than a materials in making sangria. He was the best host and served us with the best mushroom croquettues to accompany or sangria. I also learned that there is a white sangria, which was the first for me! I can do nothing but recommend this hotel for the wonderful staff, especially the bar staff and the reception, the facilities and the sauna and spa are quiet, clean and so relaxing. We dated in a room with a private terrace, which was also great. The terrace is huge with deck chairs, a stunning table with chairs and also plug sockets which is great for working outside.

If there is something amazing about this hotel its because of 1 staff that goes beyond with help her name is ISABELLA CORONADO. when we got to the hotel she was the one who checked us in and she was nice but what happened the next few days was something i cannot thank isabella enough she was so helpful and nice which i have never encountered with other reception staff ever. I went to the spa so i removed 4 of my bracelets (1 diamond tennis bracelet, 1 gold bracelet & 2 pcs of bracelets with stones and tiny diamonds, a gift from my mom) i put this in my bathrobe and i forgot about it and the bathrobe went into laundry, OMG i panicked and ask isabella (she was at reception) to call laundry & look for it it was like a hopeless case but come night time they found it and she gave it to me !!! another day i accidentally booked luminicese show for 1 when theres 2 of us, Isabella was not at reception so i asked a girl named Carla to check if she could buy me a ticket (since websites are in spanish) this carla didnt even give a feedback if she can get me any, when i arrived in the hotel Isabella was at reception i told her the situation and pls check if she can get me a ticket (since official website is sold out) she checked and after a few mins she found me one from another webiste WOW!! just wow in roughly 5 mins we both have tickets and my problem was solved. I saw carla in reception by the way she didnt even bother to check or give me a reply just nothing (lousy!!) Just the best experience! Fantastic location, amazing rooms & a delightful sangria making session with Jimmy & Ermestina! Our holiday in Barcelona was elevated with our stay at Seventy. Would also highly recommmed the Churros place across the road, Syra coffee a stoneโs throw away & La Caravana for authentic middle eastern food.

This hotel was perfect. Decor and rooms are very nice, the spa is lovely, service is great and the location is very nice (also close to metro). I have found my favorite hotel in Barcelona. And did I mention the breakfast- amazing. Across a great tapas place as well.

We absolutely adored our stay at Hotel Seventy Barcelona! From the moment we walked into our room, we were charmed โ it was so cute and cozy, with a massive bed that gave my husbands and me plenty of space to stretch out and still have room between us. It felt like a little slice of luxury. The amenities were top-notch. I was thrilled to find a high-quality blow dryer and flat iron provided โ I only used the blow dryer, but wow, it was amazing. The shower was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and while we brought our own hair products, the body wash smelled divine. The room was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. We dined at the hotelโs restaurant and were so impressed, we went back for a second round. Every dish was delicious, but the market fish โ especially the seabass โ was out of this world. The portions were on the smaller side compared to the United States, but the flavors were unmatched. And donโt even get me started on the cheesecake โ it had a glazed top like crรจme brรปlรฉe and was easily one of the best desserts we had in Barcelona. A couple of small quirks: there wasnโt a vanity or large sink area for doing makeup, and the shower lacked shelving, so we had to place our razors and products on the floor. But honestly, these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise perfect stay. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to help and we were especially grateful that both the hotel and restaurant staff spoke English. We tried our best with Spanish but struggled a bit, so it was a huge relief to be able to communicate easily when needed. The location is ideal. We walked to Sagrada Famรญlia in about 30 minutes, then continued on to Park Gรผell, and back to the hotel โ a scenic 5+ mile loop. Just a heads-up: itโs a bit of a trek with a steep incline and plenty of stairs, so if you enjoy hiking, itโs a fantastic way to explore the city. For a more relaxed option, the metro and taxis are close by, and the hotel can easily arrange a taxi for you. We forgot to take before photos so our photos are on the way out so the room does look so much nicer but wanted to share our photos. Hotel Seventy Barcelona truly made our trip unforgettable. Stylish, comfortable, and full of heart โ we canโt wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Seventy Barcelona. Our check in was easy and the staff were very attentive throughout. The breakfast was extensive and the hotel is located in a central area. Special shout out to the bartenders, Alberto and Carlos, who made the stay extra special.

Nice lobby and good sized rooms. good option for eggs made as you sish and freshly squeezed orange juice.. clearly a plus... boring bread, croissants and cornflakes... good location on the top of pass. Gracia.. friendly staff in the lobby and spa
Cons: breakfast was mediocre with too few choices on the healthy list.. e.g. only walnuts for grains.. could have many more seeds... coffee was nespresso... you have to book time and can only workout 45 minutes.. really small gym.. no fresh air... also rooms had unopenable windows to the courtyard... so you rely on aircon only... a bit claustophobic... no plug in the bathtub.. so cannot be used... the head shower leaked in the top so strange water flow... staff approach me 3 times last morning asking if I was in company with another tall guy in the breakfast buffet... I politely responded.. I am here with my son... so too much follow up on rooms... need to make checkin better instead of approaching guests multiple times with different staff for getting a room number...

Stayed for two weeks. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room had a private terrace which was a plus. Special shout out to Frank the doorman (might be misspelled.) He was extremely polite and offered many tips on places to dine/visit.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel and wonderful staff. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond. The public spaces were gorgeous yet very inviting and comfortable. The breakfast and Nespresso were much appreciated- fresh fruit, made to order eggs and omelettes, nice assortment of pastries and cakes. Our room was lovely, bed heavenly, bathroom large and well-equipped with anything we could need. Fabulous shower. Loved our 2-night stay here!

Cons: No hooks privided at the bathroom. They gave one bottle for two guests to share it One of the waiter attitude was really bad especially she refused to serve a cup of latte as part of the buffet breakfast as included. Asked for a bottle of water and have to keep reminding the reception.

The location is good,
Cons: We stayed at Hotel Seventy Barcelona for four nights, paying around โฌ1,400, which is very expensive compared to hotels we stayed at in other cities in Spain. Because of the high price and great reviews, I had high expectations โ but the experience turned out disappointing. We arrived late at night, feeling tired and just wanting to rest. As soon as we entered the room, I noticed how small it was โ we had one large suitcase and one carry-on, and it was difficult to even find space to fully open the big one. Then I realized the sink water pressure was very low. I didnโt think too much of it until I took a shower โ the shower water pressure was also weak, and the temperature was unstable, taking a long time to adjust and switching suddenly between hot and cold. It made what should have been a quick shower very frustrating. We contacted the front desk that night, and to their credit, the staff were polite and helpful โ they arranged a room change right away. However, we had to repack everything and move, which took another hour when we were already exhausted. After switching to the new room, the shower water pressure improved, but the sink pressure was still weak, and the shower drain was clogged. The shower tray flooded quickly, and I had to stand in water while showering. It seemed someone fixed it after the third day, as the drainage got better later. We also checked out the rooftop pool one evening, but it felt dark and lifeless, and the water was cold. Maybe itโs better during the day, but at night it wasnโt inviting at all. Overall, while the staff were friendly, the room quality and facilities did not match the price. Out of all the cities I visited in Spain, this was the most expensive yet most disappointing hotel stay.

Cons: Staff members are not professional. There have been several incorrect deductions, with Australian dollars being deducted as euros. Had we not discovered it ourselves, it could have caused a very troublesome financial loss.
